The morning staff are amazing!!! I did not get a chance to interact with the evening staff much, but they seemed nice as well Yes, the rooms could use a little updating, but they are clean and comfortable The location is convenient

I have two big dogs and it is awfully hard to find a place that will allow them I was able to book this place last minute after an unpleasant experience and show up early and still get in with my pups When I needed to make changed to my reservation, they were extremely helpful and accommodating I have nothing bad to say about this placed They literally saved and helped me out a lot considering I was in a foreign state several hours from home with two big dogs and no where to stay No review I can write will ever do this hotel and their staff justice Amazing place and staff I would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again if I am even in that state again

Great place to stay Staff was always helpful and polite We were there 4 nights, had 2 suites

The place is accessible no matter what part of town you’re coming from We traveled all around the area during our stay and found a new route in every trip out and about LolIf they recommend Brother’s as a good place to eat, just don’t It sucked terribly All 4 of us adults agreed on this If it’s just drinks, go for it

Hallways are Filthy! Rooms are outdated and dirty, walls banged up, floors not vacuumed Sharp carpet grips coming up through floor, lamps broken

The Hallways are not cleaned Overall Not CleanWe booked a week and wish we had not! Pictures do not show true state of Hotel which is poor I travel often and have never scene piled of garbage bags in stairwells and hallways Forget being clean and even sanitary for covid Breakfast was frozen burritos For realThe first room we had the upstairs people were so loud we moved rooms Sticker hooks on walls? Like Comando Strips on ceiling also? So many questions about that Paint chipped Just overall bad The Hotels in this area are Sub-Par at best Do your research No one seems to care anymore Would Not Recommend

Excellent staff, even though they were short handed Rooms were spacious and relaxing Pool lacks a hot tub but was great for having a birthday pool party

Breakfast was kinda blah but plentiful Limited seating in the lobby but we were able to take it back to the roomWould definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone

Cache Hancey

The hotel is very accommodating The rooms are spacious with lots of storageThe employees went above and beyond with our service

They were always available and quick to help with anything that we neededMy only issue with the rooms is that the TV’s size and placement is a bit unconventional Other than that, it’s a great option

Kari Shallow

I stayed here, during a life emergency, for 10 days and I didn’t want to leave The tiny hiccups that occurred were handled promptly, and politely, by the front desk I didn’t get their names, but there were 3 desk guys (blonde, long hair, and one with glasses) and the lady who helped me at breakfast were all very accommodating and kind

My room was perfect, the location was great, and if the emergency repeats itself I will be back My ONLY complaint is that the pool is too cold After a few weeks of hotel life, this is the one pool I couldn’t tolerate longer than 2 minutes Thank you for a great stay!

Great place to stay Staff is very nice and accommodating, even when an issue arose with a leaking A/C unit made our 2 BR suite not available the first night They gave us a 1BR and kept us informed as soon as our room was fixed we moved

Nice pool and patio area The breakfast was okay with a variety of items to choose from We also enjoyed cooking in the full kitchen The pictures on their site are accurate and look just like the rooms Clean and comfortable all the way Great location close to metro train and across the highway from a mall Will definitely stay here the next time I’m in the Denver area

Have lived in Multiple residence inn before but this one was my worst experience To begin with Very limited options in breakfast

Almost nothing for vegetarian Room service comes only twice a week And for me it came only once in 1st week and twice on second Even though the staff knew that I am staying for 2 weeks, they gave me the worst possible room in the hotel with minimum sunlight and no view at all There is a wall in 6 meters of my windows which blocks sunlight and all the views I asked for room change the 2nd day I moved in and I was offered to get new room 2 days before checkout There are 2 working washing machines of 3 for which I had to wait for 1 hr Truly disappointed with this branch

Divine TribalSol (Dez Yohe)

Some of the staff is all right but I’m there’s no real care in the customer care for this hotel which was sad because I paid a lot of money to be there and for my staff so four star review because some of the stuff is snotty and when I’m spending money like that and there’s no real concern about me or what’s going on I just take my business to another location Mind you I’m terminally ill have no immune system and it’s hard for me to move from one location to another but I had to do so because of security issues and there was no concern about me my account the money I spent the money that was taken I love Marriott and I will continue to use them just not this location

The hotel itself is fine Location is also fine My extremely high rating is due to this hotel’s excellent staff

Everyone we encountered seemed happy, so this hotel must be managed well What a rarity these days! Usually people in customer service seem to hate customers now We found the staff at this hotel to be friendly, accommodating, and to take pride in performing well Housekeeping got our room ready very early for us due to our flight schedule We were upgraded to a 2BR/2BA without asking Maintenance initiated checking with us to ask if everything was going well with our room and whether we needed anything Front desk staff readily gave out free bottled waters and always greeted us politely Plus, our teenage sons said the hotel breakfast may have been the best they’ve ever eaten!

Hunter Santiago

My room was immaculate The two guys on the desk around 11 pm were friendly and welcoming When I had an issue with my Digital Key, the desk staff made sure to get me a physical one right away

The hotel was clean and breakfast smelled amazing! Have stayed here before and definitely will return A huge thank you to the front desk agent working this morning You are truly a blessing

Robyn Shepard

Perfect spot, especially if you’re traveling with a dogI spent two weeks trying to decide which hotel to book for my long term stay in Denver I needed to be South but was worried about staying somewhere labeled “tech center

” I am so grateful I booked this hotel The GM, Jesus, is incredible Kind, welcoming, humble, and accommodating He went out of his way to help me find the right room I was looking for The maintenance men, Jarret and Miguel, also incredible Had a couple lights burn out and when I asked for help (expecting service the next day) both men were up and fixed the bulbs within an hour Incredibly kind and earned brownie points when they praised and pet my dog The surrounding around is easily walkable and there’s plenty of green space (outside the golf course) and sidewalks for going for a short or long walk with the dog The hotel itself is a little dated, which you’d only know if you regularly stay at hiltons/Homewood suites, but there are no updates that could possibly outweigh the benefits of the staff at this hotel I have talked with 5 different individuals working the front desk at various times of the day and each time I am greeted with a smile and helpful attitude In a past life I traveled >250 days per year and this hotel has the best staff I have encountered

We arrived late and just slept here The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful and nice We felt safe in the area

The bed was great and the sheets were absolutely AMAZING! This entire hotel feels a bit like a college dorm – with bright colors and modern seating and a pool table in the lobby The breakfast was the standard hotel breakfast The biggest complaint (taking a star away for this) is the the floors are not carpeted so we heard every step our neighbors from above made It was VERY loud and annoying So make sure you ask for the TOP floor when booking here

Rachel Rachel

This is a great hotel We’ve extended our start several times and the staff (we see Aaron every day and he is wonderful) has been extremely accommodating thorough our stay here Breakfast is decent, there’s a salt water indoor pool, a 24 hours gym, a filtered water station, and there’s always fresh coffee available in the lobby

The rooms are clean and the cleaning staff is friendly/accommodating, too Is highly recommend this hotel!

Kara Stewart

I’ve stayed at the Park Meadows Tru a couple times It’s a solid, positive experienceClean, quiet

Helpful, friendly staffReasonable pricesNice breakfastPool table! :)Fire pit outsideThe only minor thing is the rooms are quite small and the desk/work area also very small and a bit crampedBut who wants to be spending a lot of time working in a hotel room, right?!Sometimes that’s a necessity, and the layout is certainly workableTru is a little gem of a hotel in a nice area of the Tech Center

Wow!! Guy named Chad was working the front desk when my daughter and I arrived way later than expected due to flight delays from the airport We’re here for my dad’s funeral When we got here the card used to reserve our room wasn’t authorizing and everyone we called to see why just wasn’t answering their phones

So Chad used a line of credit made available by the hotel as a temporary fix so we could get into a room for the night and get some rest Chad explained that the card we had on file was probably fine, but for whatever reason, the system just wasn’t accepting it He saw that we were exhausted from traveling all day and he just wanted us to end the night on a good note We ended up getting room #111 and our car rental was parked in spot #333; which are both Angel numbers This tells me my daughter and I were on the right path and we are glad to have met Chad and very appreciative of his kindness and willingness to help He even gave us a free soda because he said we had been through enough for the day and that it was the least he could do Chad is an awesome employee and this hotel is very lucky to have him!

Worst place I’ve ever stay in I’ve been using Marriott for over 20 years, lifetime platinum member Elevator has been out of order for a week

Everything is in disrepair, broken doors, dryer machines, and they don’t clean the room unless you stay here for at least a week and then you get one cleaning Completely mismanaged The kids that work the front desk are really awesome though It’s too bad they have to deal with it They were kind enough to bring me a broom, dustpan and cleaning agents

W chen

We really enjoyed our stay Thanks to Sumali, I believe she’s the manager She was wonderful, very pleasant and accommodating

She made sure we got a quiet room, made all the difference for us She is customer focused, made us feel like visiting a friend, gave us great recommendations for restaurants too The hotel is looking a little dated and may need touch ups here and there But we overlooked everything because customer service is so great, thanks Sumali!

Staff is welcoming, especially in the dining area While breakfast isn’t complimentary, it’s worth paying for as they have a nice variety of options including fresh fruit and waffle and we have two little ones with usthe hotel itself seems to be either recently updated or just well-kept

Our room was clean and cool upon arrival; clean mirrors and floors Comfortable beds and nice water pressure in the shower

Jean Dasnoit

Love that this hotel is dog friendly so we were able to take a break from traveling with our four legged friend Reservation process was easy Check in was a breeze, as was check out

Room was clean and comfortable Everything worked and we had no issues The water and warm cookies received on check-in were very welcome The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is due to the chicken wings from Jackdaws being a bit over cooked and dry, but the pretzel garlic knots were delightful and the spicy mustard was phenomenal Considering the prices at other properties in the area I consider this a win Thanks for a great night

Angel and Melisa (4EverHoneymooning)

Driving in we were a little concerned thinking it would be an outdated facility, but we were pleasantly surprised immediately upon walking in the door The lobby is beautiful and relaxing The staff greeted us with a smile and were very courteous

It had been a long day and they were very emphatic They offered us a bottle of water and their delicious cookies and quickly checked us in The room was meticulously clean The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked with toiletries The shower felt amazing We then hit up the bar for a few drinks and dinner The fish and chips were quite good and our server was very nice The bed was perfect for a good night’s sleep Overall we were impressed and we honestly didn’t look forward to leaving the next morning

First off the staff was awesomely friendly Always friendly and happy to help But the room leaves much to be desired

The bed is like sleeping on a concrete floor All of us including my kids woke with sore backs The hot tub is disgusting Also the room was not as clean as they claim There was questionable substances on the wallsWe asked for cleaner and wiped it down ourselves But the staff os awesome and the breakfast was good

Staff and management is very rude I have never felt compelled to write a review in my life, but after this experience I had to share my story I was in town to visit my dad who recently had surgery and wanted to stay at an affordable hotel while I was there

BAD IDEA! When I walked into the hotel the lady at the desk was on her phone video calling someone She didn’t even acknowledge me I walked up to the desk and was just standing there for about a minute I checked into the hotel and I as I was walking to my room I heard a loud bang from another room After a few hours I contacted the front desk to let them know about the noise and she said that they’ll take care of it The noise stopped for about 30 minutes and then continued At 12:30am I went down to the office to let the staff know that the noise was still going on and she rudely said to me “We asked them to stop, what more do you want us to do?” I was so stunned by the response that she gave me that I just asked to check out of the room She told me that I would have to take it up with management and walked away I contacted management the next day about my experience and the manager I spoke with tried to place me in another room just to avoid giving me a refund She never apologized for the inconvenience or anything that I had experienced I left the hotel that day and had to dispute the charges with my bank and with the help of my BBB report 0 STARS

The staff at this hotel alone make it worth returningThanks to Snow, Brooke, Amanda, (one night girl whose name I don’t recall) and all the kitchen staff bc the breakfast was out of this world and I was made to feel at home no matter the hour of day Will certainly return to this small, quiet and comfortable hotel

Thanks to all6 stars

ALWAYS RELIABLE This hotel is always my best option while staying in Denver! Whether debating based on financial, cleanliness, staff friendliness, breakfast quality, or check-in process spectrums, this hotel has it all Definitely worth the price (in which a guest is always offered the best rate) and clean rooms, 24/7 staff, and breakfast is ALWAYS provided! The rooms are fairly spacey, not too small, not too big

Definitely one’s best bet when visiting the area!

Tracy “Vitaminshipped2you” Williams

I could not believe how dirty my room was or the smell that lingers in the place It seriously smelled like fried animal or I’m not sure what The smell was so strong our suitcase was penetrated and clothes was so strong that after 3 washings it still seems to linger in a few pair of jeans

I could not believe I paid 13500 for that one night here Upon complaining about this smell I was told to leave if I was to keep complaining which we did after staying 2 hours only At which point we were still charged the full amount and they kept 5000 of the 25000 deposit for stolen pillows is what they said Like what? We brought in our own pillows because of the smell of theirs and was never reimbursed but treated like thief’s and literally would hang up on us when we confronted the manager or front desk Seriously stay away from this place!!! Horrible service!!!

G. Rogers

The front desk woman Sarah was an absolute nightmare When we checked in on a quiet Tuesday night we realized we had accidentally booked two doubles instead of a King What should have been a simple fix turned into an hour long nightmare

I cannot believe the way in which we were treated, the scene that was caused and the amount of disrespect and eyerollsWe were on our honeymoon and had recently suffered a miscarriage We came to Denver to relax and that check in was so awful and took so long we missed dinner and it took me hours to calm down All over a simple room change, which they confirmed they had available before she put me through an hour of jumping through hoops, threats and complete disrespectI have been traveling four times a year for about a decade now and I have never been treated so poorly and combative for no reason at any hotel establishment everThere was no need for her to create an hour long debacle with our booking company over a simple room change In the end she tried to hang up on my booking company, and didn’t even need their approvalAny merits the hotel has at to condition or location were over shadowed by how poor the service was I am in the service industry and deal with tense situations weekly I would never treat someone how we were treated If you check these reviews you will see several mentioning her by name She is a terror, and I am astounded she has the job that she does – one she clearly loathes I saw her harassing another couple checking in during our four night stayNot to mention not only was she combative but then taking someone else in line, making us wait further and then discussing our stay with the guests about how we shouldn’t choose such an awful booking site right in front of us is so unprofessionalI will never stay at another Fairfield Inn until this is resolved

If I could give this a hotel a 10 I would They had an outstanding crew at the front desk Nothing was ever a problem

They go way above to make their guests stay great It snowed 2 inches while I was there and they even let me borrow a snow brush since I was traveling from out of town and did not have one The breakfast was great and although we did not get to use it I walked in and checked out the pool It was very clean If you are traveling to the Denver area I very highly recommend this hotel you will not be sorry From here on out every time I travel to Denver I will be staying at this hotel It is also located close to all food places I do alot of traveling and this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at

The suite was more spacious than I expected It accommodated the 6 people in our group without feeling cramped It is clean, the amenities are great and the staff is SO friendly and truly care about your comfort

If you get the pleasure of staying while Drea is at the helm you are in great hands! I had left something of value in the room and didn’t realize it until I got all the way home I called and Drea personally checked and found it! I couldn’t be more grateful I would absolutely stay here again

2NOT2 _

the room is okay, the air conditioner is not great But what really chaps me is the front desk person just charged me $57 for two small waters and a tea She said $7 out loud, but I don’t think she was expecting me to get a notification of what she actually charged me

She charged my card $25, then $699, then ANOTHER $25 I went down stairs to give her a chance to make it right All she did was waste my time while I waited, and told me she gave me back one of my $25 charges and can’t do any more I have not received notification that my card has been reimbursed for the overcharge I hope the owner wants to make this right, because this is robbery!!!

If your in or coming to a conference or convention then you’re in the right place If your traveling to relax then rethink this stay The staff was very helpful and friendly

The indoor restaurant are good but a tad pricey We asked for Accessible room but wasn’t expecting a sink that you pushed the hot and cold water facet buttons so no real control The shower curtain was way to long and kept stepping on it and was a trip hazard On a positive note the room was comfortable as well as the king bed Our room faced the east so it was nice to have sunshine coming in the room in the mornings Handicap parking was always full and ended walking a bit of a distance in Hotel is close to mall and great restaurants was well I would love to give this hotel all five stars but being woken several time to loud tenants going to their rooms was a bit much After 2am it started to quit down and all was good again

This is a mid level Marriott property The furniture is stiff and uncomfortable the beds need to be replaced However, the entire facility is very clean and well maintained

The staff are exceptional and pay attention to detail Unfortunately daily maid service is not available I stay here 2 times a month I drive 30 minutes from here to my destination There are closer hotels but nothing as pleasant as this Marriott Best in the area

From the moment I checked in and a genuinely friendly front desk person helped me with early check in to the moment I am typing this thanks to the coffee bar manager noticing me looking for an outlet, this stay was a pleasure I have been traveling a bunch this year and this hotel made me feel at ease and welcome Efficient and professional staff, lovely, clean rooms and halls

I will return for sure

This is a wonderful, reasonably-priced hotel in a convenient location (aside from the construction on the roads nearby – but that’s obviously temporary, and no fault of the hotel) The night auditor at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful when I arrived for a last-minute, late-night check-in The rooms were clean and spacious

I appreciated being given the option of a high floor and balcony If my travels take me back to this part of Denver, I would stay here again

This wasn’t just your typical hotel I think one of my favorite things about it was how friendly the staff were, and the resturants in the lobby The breakfast and dinners there weren’t just serve yourself buffets, they were legitimate restaurants

The staff even brought the food out to you Not to mention, the food was fantastic! The pool was a little small but it was still nice I really enjoyed the hot tub It’s a really nice place to stay for both short and long trips

saurabh shegokar

Overall good stayI did not see microwave inside room so giving it 4stars otherwise fabulous staff and great location in Denver for stay

Michael checked us in, and he was phenomenal!!!!! He is very professional, efficient, and just made our stay wonderful He definitely stays busy at the front desk, but he is absolutely on top of everything! The room was spotless It is an older hotel, but it is very clean and well maintained

We faced the side and we heard a lot of 1-25 noise It didn’t bother us, but it may others Parking was abundant, the breakfast was very good, and there were plenty of supplies in the room

I LOVE the Element I have stayed at a few locations and the service is consistent and accommodating The room was clean and gorgeous

I love the amenities, and contemporary style of the rooms Their mingle nights are fun to relax, have some food and drinks, and chat with other guests After a long day of work conferences, it’s a great way to wind down In the morning, they don’t have just any breakfast There are quite the spread and special menu items to order made right in front of you Their convenience shop for food, drinks, or essentials is great and I love that I have everything I need at my finger tips when I stay at the Element

Kristen Soegeng

ALWAYS RELIABLE This hotel is always my best option while staying in Denver! Whether debating based on financial, cleanliness, staff friendliness, breakfast quality, or check-in process spectrums, this hotel has it all Definitely worth the price (in which a guest is always offered the best rate) and clean rooms, 24/7 staff, and breakfast is ALWAYS provided! The rooms are fairly spacey, not too small, not too big

Definitely one’s best bet when visiting the area!

Writing this review years later as I had forgot Please keep that in mind if anything has since changed Personally did not stay at this location as I was in another hotel

I did see the rooms and they were very nice I was there for business and majority of the attendees stayed at this Hyatt The location was in a great area with easy access to many restaurants, shops and entertainment The Hyatt staff were very professional and had everything setup and planned perfectly The conference room we were in was great and If you are looking for a place to hold any business event I recommend checking this Hyatt out There is a nice view of the mountains outside and it was very family friendly along with business oriented travelers

Margaret Hansen

I generally enjoy staying at Hyatt Place hotels I know what to expect I like the layout of the rooms usually

The air conditioning worked great The bed was very comfortable My hotel room did have an awkward, cramped toilet bathroom though If I was any larger, I’m not sure how I’d get into the toilet area The breakfast had a decent variety I would recommend staying here

Adrianna Lynch-De La O

My daughter and I chose this hotel for a quick trip to Denver and we Loved it! The room was spacious, clean and comfyMy 7 yr old also had a blast in the pool,it was a bit warm inside due to it being an indoor pool but that didn’t faze us one bit! The free breakfast in the mornings was pretty good and all the staff were so nice and professional 👍 Plus it is conveniently located next door to In N Out Burger! Also lots of stores and a huge mall literally within walking distanceThe ONLY qualm I have is we didn’t realize this hotel was about 20 min outside of city (Denver) but that was our mistake as we don’t know the area at all But other than the drive to Denver everything was wonderful! I will Definitely be booking here again should we go to Denver again!

Absolute worst hotel stay Staff was rude, rooms were run down First room had soda or something else sprayed all over the living room wall and pictures

Second night had someone yelling outside my door “if you come out I’m gonna slit your throat” Police were called Demanded to move rooms in the morning No apology offered, just attitude from staff Second room was equally run down, handle missing from bedroom door, huge hole in the wall, holes in curtains Whole place smells like weed or over powering “room freshener” of some sort Just gross

Ja`red Wheeler

Stayed here for the Boyz II Men concert The rooms are small, but they had a full size refrigerator, cabinets with dishes and a small kitchen In bed if some upkeep! Looks like a dog chewed on the trim, and last remodel must’ve been a rush job because door hinges were painted white over brass

Had something dripping from a tube in the ceiling in the bathroomNeeds AC units that work! AC was on but temp barely dropped over a few hours Also had trouble getting in to exterior entrance because the card reader was not working properly

I stay at this hotel for business often and could not be happier The staff always makes me feel like a friend, not just a guest The front desk staff of Brandi, Liz, Brad, Tiffany, Jenna, and Michael are on point always

The restaurant is perfect for a hotel I’d rather eat there than go offsite Jacob, Dom, Bianca, and Margaret handle the guests with ease and the food is top notch Christian in the kitchen is phenomenal, and the morning chef is on point also It is this hotel experience that has made me an IHG brand loyalist Very well done

Frank Pleij

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights mid june 2022 and it was a very good stay Room are clean and look good The beds are very comfortable

The location was also good The staff was friendly The only thing we didn’t like was the breakfast-buffet (it was included in our rate), that was so minimal, it was almost criminal to charge 13 dollar per person for it
