We didn’t feel safe here There was a big fight in the hallway outside our door A woman was knocked down

The attacker was chased out of the building and the police eventually came, but when we asked to change rooms, the desk clerk lied and said they were all booked up (I went on the website and they had plenty of vacancies for the night and there were like five cars in the parking lot) We usually stay at Hampton Inns because we are Hilton Honors members and they are generally good, but this turned us off After this one night, I booked our next trip at Holiday Inn Express

Todd Johnston

The room was clean, staff was friendly, and the overall stay was fine There were a few things that didn’t meet my expectations of a stay at a Hampton Inn or other Hilton hotels First, I didn’t receive my complementary water bottles (I’ve stayed at dozens of Hilton hotels/Hampton Inns, and it’s always been standard)

Second, I didn’t receive a bar of soap to wash my hands There was a bottle of bath gel in the soap holder, so that’s what I used to wash my hands But, when I went to take a shower, there wasn’t any more bath gel, so I washed with shampoo Third, there were just minor things wrong with the room: the nightlight in the bathroom was burnt out, lampshades were broken and tattered, carpets and tiles in the room and halls were torn/brokenI chose this location due to its proximity to a business trip This may not be my first choice of hotel if I come back to the area I may find something closer to the city

One of the best Holiday Inns I’ve ever stayed at The best, most friendly staff I’ve encountered in months of hotel stays for work Every one of the staff always greeted everyone they met with a smile and “How are you today?” I was there over a week for work

Got an extended stay rate My room was huge, 4 pillows on a very comfortable bed My only complaint for lack of a better word, the volume of the TV wasn’t very loud even turned up all the way Just a minor technically

Sharon Oxley

We were very pleased with our stay at this property Check in was quick and easy Mia at the front desk was very friendly and professional

The rooms are large, with a small kitchenette and an armchair, as well as the desk chair The beds are comfortable and have plenty of pillows Lots of hot water and large bath towels Very good food assortment at breakfast, and the attendant kept the area clean and well stocked We would definitely stay here again

Driving all day from Nashville TN needed a place to rest and get sleep Called the hotel and person answer at 10pm was rude Asked if price I seen on google would be honored and she said no

Went onto bookingcom to book for the price I seen online Doesn’t make sense, hotels pays fee to these third party websites it is better for them to honor price and keep the moneyArrived, checked in Place inside is old and out dated Place was seriously dated Ripped furniture Stained furniture Stained carpets Just dirty hotel that has not kept up to date and does not look like they care I would not return to this location and would drive further if going west and a lot more new cleaner hotels less than an hour drive

I’m at the “hotel” right now and it’s 1:30 am We were put in a room right off the parking and the exit door There are people smoking and going in and out of the inn and talking in the parking lot and in the halls

We can’t sleep Worst place we have ever stayed I have stayed at Residence Inns all across the US and this by far is the worst one I thought the 24 hr gym was a bonus but nothing beats a good night’s sleep Would never recommend this place If you are looking for a safe and peaceful place to stay look elsewhere Definitely would not recommend this place to single females or even a group of women Doesn’t feel safe This is more like a motel We were supposed to stay 5 nights but will be taking our business elsewhere for the remainder of our business trip

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone The Hilton customer service agent canceled our room without asking if that’s what I wanted, I immediately told them I did not want the room canceled but was calling to ask about further accommodations that could be made she said she immediately tried to get the reservation reinstated but was unable to do so and our only option was to rebook the exact same room (that was prepaid for weeks ago) and pay $100 more This was at 10pm and after driving 6+ hours with young kids we were exhausted and decided to do this because the hotel staff and Hilton customer service were no help at all

That very next morning while coming down the elevator my family got stuck Neither the alarm or 9-1-1 button in the elevator worked When trying to call the front desk repeatedly we got no answer and had to call 9-1-1 to get us out Even after that I received no apology from the staff or manager The pool was closed the entire stay which was very disappointing for our children The card reader for the elevator was broken and you had to swipe 10-20 times before getting it to open when asking the staff for help they said this hotel is just old that’s the way it is Take a ride to the 8th floor and you’ll see the electric room for the elevators with fans blowing We were later told it frequently overheats Makes me feel very safe The card reader for the door coming in through the back from the parking garage was also broken and you had to go in through a door in the fire pit area Very inconvenient bringing things in and out We asked the front desk for towels, they said we’d have to come get them ourselves because they can’t leave yet we witnessed the staff out front of the hotel smokingmultiple times with no one tending to desk We needed to do laundry and took cash to the front desk to ask for change, they told us they can’t give out change Absolutely terrible customer service The staff was rude and did nothing to try and help any of the situations listed above I wouldn’t stay here again if I was paid to do so

Justin Rodgers

The staff was super helpful and very welcoming However, the hotel has several things that show it hasn’t been kept up too well For example, the keycards almost never work on the first 1-5 tries and the elevator sounds like it’s about to break down at any moment

We enjoyed the location It was nice being within walking distance of the coffee shops and restaurants The pool was open and clean, and the breakfast was alright I would give it 5 stars if it weren’t for the keycards and elevator and if they offered free parking

Wynter Osminski

Good location and price, but that is the only thing I liked about this hotel This hotel needs a face lift for sure There were stains all over the carpet in my room, I had issues with the wifi and my key card deactivated every time I returned to the hotel (3 times in 2 days)

I cannot recommend this hotel and will stay somewhere else on my next visit

When I walked into this hotel, I knew it was going to be a great stay! The front reception staff was amazing and accommodating Every staff member I interacted with was very helpfulThe place has a very easy to get to, convenient location close to all major highways in the area, and it puts you close to the center of everything, shopping and dinning

It is close enough to Little Rock, but far enough away from the traffic of downtownIt features a bar and restaurant The breakfast was delicious, shout out to the cooks who prepared our meal! The waitress was very attentive and friendlyAs a Hilton Diamond member I travel a lot and I appreciate when the room and the facility are neat, organized, and quiet, and this hotel was The room was clean and spacious, the AC blows nice and cold, and the bed was soooo comfy we were actually able to restI love the digital key for access, however it was not working properly this timeOverall an amazing stay! We will definitely be back! I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful night’s sleep Stay here you won’t be disappointed!

Overweight Seal

Amazing rooms, with some art and comfy beds Our 3 bed room came with a TV, some soap, conditioner, plenty of towels, and a instant coffee machine, however it did use the wasteful plastic packages for the coffee grounds Amazing and fun pool, swam for hours, and despite my family finding it cold I loved it

Not much interaction with employees, however the ones I did meet were nice

Rebecca Franzoia

There were hairs in the bathroom, to include in the towels and on the toilet There were toenail clippings on the floor, next to the bed This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in

Breakfast was not included in the price of the room, even with how expensive it is I do not recommend this hotel to anyone Please spend your money elsewhere in a hotel that is clean

One of the nicest courtyard’s I’ve stayed in (been in A LOT) & very well run staff wise Clean, modern, convenient, comfortable, on and on Location is great with quick variety local food options, but also has food in house options until 9pm! and for traveling with pets, plenty of nice grass space for the pups that isn’t overrun with people not picking up after their pets

A+++

Traveled from Memphis, stayed there 4 nights M-F The hotel seemed clean for the most part I reserved a King size room and called to see if I could check in early

I was told that a staff member would call if I could check in earlier, this was at 10am I didn’t receive a call so I checked in at 3:00 Was told at the point of arrival that the room was a double, only because I asked I got in the room and there were two or three dead bugs on the carpet Clearly it wasn’t vacuumed, which makes me wonder if it was cleaned The sheets on one of the beds were dirty as well I asked for the room to be vacuumed, it was performed Tuesday evening I noticed lots of bites on my feet and legs Wednesday it was worse, and I saw 2 micro sized black bugs crawling on my lower leg as I was in the bathroom I don’t think they had bedbugs, because I looked But it may have been some type of carpet infestation I have over 60-70 red, blistered bites on my ankles, feet, and legs I informed the staff when I departed early Friday morning Letting them know that they may wanna have someone to look at the carpet or spray He acted concerned and said someone would contact me I never received a call or a follow up Beware of room 425! Take your bug spray and OFF!

Stayed one nite on a road trip Nice hotel and it is pet friendly! Room was clean and enjoyed the Starbucks coffee from the bistro in the morning Parking lot well lit and there is a steak restaurant basically in the parking lot within walking distance

The hotel market had beer, wine and snacks which was nice to take back to the room

Nice hotel to stay at in the Little Rock area Check in was simple and the room was clean when I arrived The lady at the desk in the evening was very friendly

The bed was comfortable That being said, the room is showing multiple signs of lack of maintenance I almost feel that this is a cheap hotel trying to be upscale The interior is dark and a little dank The rooms have areas that need to be repaired through normal wear and tear There were a few times when I passed staff members with their faces buried in their cell phones They didn’t even look up to say hello when I passed them I think a little more attention to details here and it would be a much better place

Gwendolyn Pyle

This place is a gem!! Super friendly staff, attractive and comfortable rooms (spacious and the bed was so nice!), delicious dining You can tell the locals come to visit to eat at their restaurant in addition to hotel guestsVery family friendly as well… this was a one night stay on a 2 day TN to TX road trip with two of my kids and they were so gracious and helpful in every interaction

Would recommend and plan to stay again

We enjoyed our entire experience at this hotel, from the first greeting to the last goodbye The front desk staff gave a warm welcome and provided information about our stay They also checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable

This is a great hotel It is quiet and the rooms are large and very well layer out The furnishings are mostly new or slightly used and high quality

The management was extremely nice and helpfulThey take their no smoking policy very seriously so do not smoke in rooms that aren’t designated smoking rooms as they will charge you steeply for “cleanup” and you won’t like their pricing on cleanup!Still a great hotel if you are a considerate guest Try them out!

Kristi Ashley

Front desk was very nice and very helpful That’s the end of the good things to say Carpets are dirty, hotel has a very worn quality to it

Updates need to be made and aren’t We had staff walk into our room without knocking Safety was a concern after that Ironic though that we didn’t get maid service the entire stay though Breakfast was bad, OJ watered down and food was not cooked well Offering was minimal We will not stay again

Veronica Harden

Overall, the hotel was clean and check in was easy There was a very large ink stain on the floor in our room Unfortunately we were there on a very busy night

The walls seem to be thin because I could hear music coming from the other rooms We had a difficult time sleeping which was unfortunate because my daughter’s gymnastics meet was early the next morning The reason I only gave 2 star was because of lack of linen We had total of 5 people with one person on the pull out sofa There was no pillow, bed spread, or blanket for the pull out sofa We didn’t have enough towels for 5 people and we had no wash clothes When my husband asked for linen, he was told there was not enough for everyone in the building that night We managed with the few towels we had but I was extremely upset my daughter didn’t have a blanket My husband had to buy a blanket and wash cloths at Walmart For $117 a night a expected way more than we received I will not stay here again We were not offered any compensation or discounts considering we had to provide our own linen

My mobile key wasn’t delivered, my first room they gave me was dirty Second honestly wasn’t much cleaner The staff is super friendly and helpful, but they could definitely do a better job cleaning

The hotel is cute, and the area is decent I have stayed here before and it was about the same The food and the bar area is nice There are definitely some improvements that could be made Definitely not what I’m used to with Marriott hotels

Lani Olive

I stayed at the AC during a business travel stay The hotel was phenomenal The room was spacious and clean! However what drew me was the impeccable service I received from Shannon the front desk agent

He was personable and anticipated my very need from the moment I walked in the hotel until my final evening he was a constant source of support! Dasha the bartender was phenomenal as well I stay in Little Rock monthly on business and typically stay at the Marriott near the convention center however I will be staying here consistently from now on Thank you Shannon and Dasha, You are an awesome asset to the Marriott brand!

Tyler Dunegan

I loved the location and the service, from valet to front desk to bartender was top notch Everyone was very accommodating and went above and beyond My room was a nice size and was very clean and decorated nicely

Unfortunately the thermostat is locked to only go down to 67 degrees My room was hot and I could not sleep as a result I contacted the front desk but there was nothing they could do I took a shower to help cool down and it was a bit tricky due to the rainfall shower head For my morning shower there was no hot water A cold shower at night when you are hot is nice A cold shower first thing in the morning is not nice I spoke to another guest in the lobby and they experienced the same

Solid 4 stars, close to everything, in a relatively safe tucked away spot just off the 630 on-ramp They supported early check in and late checkout but not last noonToiletries were average, for 100 a night after taxes I expected better shampoo and body wash

Small TV and kitchenette including sink and refrigerator No odd smells, AC blew cold Staff was warm and pleasant

I wanted to share my positive experience as a guest here at Guest Inn & Suites I made a last minute reservation and spent a few days hereI couldn’t have been happier with the positive attitudes and good vibes the staff had

I think I had interactions with most of the front desk crew during my stay I was having an emotional night and Ashley really made my night and my entire stay I wanted to say thank you to you both!! I still have my hugsThe rooms were very clean, no problems there at all Fresh linens and extra pillows that were amazingThe breakfast bar was spit on Great varieties of breakfast foods and beverages The little convenient food bar in the office was very beneficial tooOverall it was a brilliant place to stay with excellent staff I would definitely recommend staying here, especially if you are having to travel in from out of town to visit St Vincent’s Hospital It is located on the hospital’s campus It’s not the biggest hotel so book a little in advanceThank You to all the staff I needed a little vaca from everyday life and you all were incredibly amazing- Sarah K

The room was really old and run down looking The beds were terrible, you automatically rolled to the center I have to give the staff 5 stars, they were really nice

But, I think it is too expensive for what it is The breakfast was almost nonexistent A muffin or bagel and coffee isn’t even much of a continental I won’t stay there again

Very horrible experience We have been Hilton Honors Diamond members for years and we usually have a good experience staying at most places but we have stayed at this hotel so many times over the past year and everyone is great but the service that the reddish headed girl offers people is horrible She is rude and very unpleasant

When we would walk in the door and see that she was there is was an immediate let down We are certain things will not go well when she is there We always book a certain type of room and we can be certain that if she is there we won’t get the right room we have booked She has everything messed up and her rudeness is so unfortunate We showed up 4/30/22 at around 10pm and when I walked in I saw it was her and sure enough we didn’t have the room we had booked She very rudely let us know of course she was booked for the night and she didn’t know once again how this happened So we left and found another Hilton property that would accommodate us We have decided we will begin to let our organization know to take this hotel off our list and not send us here

I can tell that this hotel is fairly new The only thing that I didn’t like about the room is bathroom door, it’s a sliding door It saves room, but it doesn’t provide true privacy for the person in the bathroom

The breakfast, I can eat pork and they mix bacon with the eggs So, we really don’t eat breakfast Keep the eggs separate, please

Very convenient location to the Interstate and downtown Little Rock Super friendly staff, nicely updated and clean facilities (we saw them cleaning constantly), restaurant on site *be careful, Google has the weekend closing time wrong*, plenty of parking in the exterior lot and underground garage, and an outdoor pool Comfy beds with plenty of pillows, soft sheets, and a mini fridge/microwave

Not many channels work on the TV, though, and the bathrooms are efficient, but too small to comfortably change clothes and get ready It is hard to complain at the price for the amenities! The pros outweigh the cons 100 to 1 Would be so happy to book again after our 2-night stay

Ordered food at the restaurant and was informed they had no pasta My son ordered sweet tea and they were out of it as well When I made my room reservation I specifically requested an upper floor room yet once I arrived I was given a 3rd floor room with the view of someone front yard

The staff at the front desk when I asked about food nearby told me he had no idea but people usually use door dash or the internet This is probably one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced and will make sure to never stay here again

Orlando saved the day! I made the mistake of booking a hotel on the wrong side of town, and for the first time in my life, couldn’t stay through the night I called Holiday Inn and Orlando answered He encouraged me to come over and promised I would have a good experience

He was telling the truth!I arrived at the parking lot immediately feeling better because of the security car Orlando was friendly and personable during the check in process He was funny, understanding, and made me feel at ease He even reminded me to add my IGH membership to the stay, and told me about amenities, as well as dinner and breakfast After I got up to my room, he followed up to make sure I was okThe menu is expansive for a hotel offering and very reasonably priced! The room itself was spotless and odorless, wonderfully appointed, and very clean I am so thankful to Orlando and Holiday Inn for getting me in I’m a customer for life now If I could give a rating above 5 stars, I would You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

POOR CUSTOMER CARE/SERVICEOn a business trip this weekend, I was very disappointed in the service provided As a Choice member, who recently resumed business travel, my review is based upon insuring that this does not happen to another business traveler I did not receive housekeeping services the entire stay

On Saturday, I had a business meeting off property and was in my room until after 11 am I did not remove the Do Not Disturb until leaving my room Prior to leaving that morning, we had requested additional towels from the housekeeper in the hallway We did not ask that they not clean our room Upon return that evening, our room had not been cleaned We chalked it up to them assuming we did not need service because we had asked for towels The next day, we did not place the Do Not Disurb on the door at all We were in our room until time to leave for my meeting off property; again after 11 am Upon returning the second day to a dirty room, I was not a happy customer This is when I was advised: 1 housekeepers are outsourced and no one is available around the clock; 2 housekeepers do not speak English (per the front desk); 3 housekeepers do not clean if a guest is in their room (As a point of reference, no one ever knocked on our door either day)The only resolution we were given was to move to another room without a guarantee that it would be on the same floor We declined that offer because it would have taken 30-45 minutes to move my temporary officeThe General Manager indicated that she would check with the Housekeeping Supervisor to see why the room was not cleaned She said she would contact me in the morning Knowing that we had not been serviced for the entire stay, no one insured that we had towels, toiletries or cups for the next morning We had to call the front desk to request towels and cups At checkout, after 10:30 am, I had to ask for the General Manager, as she had not contacted me She wanted to blame what we had done as the reason for not getting serviced, rather than Housekeeping We were in our room We didn’t leave our room early enough each dayIf you want to be treated as all customers should during a hotel stayDO NOT SELECT THIS PROPERTY!!!

I was really nervous about our stay do to the recent reviews I had read about rude management, cleanliness, etc I was quite impressed once we checked in They have really turned things around if that was the case

Our room was nice and clean, you could tell that the bathroom had just been cleaned as the bleach was still lingering (that’s a BIG plus for me) we have 3 rooms we rented since we are traveling with a group And all 3 rooms were in excellent condition upon our arrival without any problems with management or checking in Plenty of parking and a great vibe all around Because of all the reviews I read I felt the need for an recent up to date review If the prev reviews were accurate and not just a bunch of Karens /Kyles knitpicking Management/staff deserve some recognition as they have done an excellent job turning things around and making it a clean and welcoming place to stay
