Very nice hotel Check-in staff was very sweet Room was large and very clean and in good condition

Very quiet at night, not even road noise in the room we were in The location is JUST off I-75 and a good area with 2 walking distance restaurants My only minor complaints were no extra toilet paper and had to get some at front desk and the bed is directly beside the air conditioner that blows right on you Other than that the stay and price were great

These aren’t hotel rooms these are apartments!!If you’re hauling livestock and don’t want to keep them in their trailer, just bring em inside with you I promise there is more than enough room for themMatter of fact

just park the car in there Yea just pull into the hallway and drive your vehicle in the room; I promise you won’t hit anything there’s so much space in there lol Gobs of room in the one bed rooms Everything was clean, neat, and smelled like good ole fresh hotel The A/C is so cold it feels like real live polar bears in the vents and the walls are pretty well insulatedIn an emergency or on a budget, I’m thinking you could honestly roll maybe 5 or more beds (depending on the size of course) in one room and be good arranging them to fit Bring sleeping bags and hit the floor and you probably won’t touch the person beside you Floors were really clean I had on white socks and walked around and they were still clean before I put my shoes back on The bathrooms were very clean and neat The staff there was very professional and courteous and very knowledgeable on the surrounding areaI would DEFINITELY stay at another Best Western!!!

This is an older building but… very clean, spacious and quiet Apple Bees is next door for people that are hungry and need a bite to eat

You also have a complimentary breakfast that is nice for you to grab a bite and start your day, This was a very nice home away from home I was pleasantly surprised…I will definitely visit this establishment again

Have to say, was very impressed by the cleanliness and overall quality service of the staff Check In is super easy and the front desk worker that helped me was super nice The rooms where WAY nicer then what I was expecting for the price I paid for this hotel

Very clean and comfortable Check it out was quick and easy with the morning staffMy only cons are that the smell when I first walked in smelled heavily of moth balls and of course being on the bottom floor I heard a lot of noise above me but that isn’t the hotels faultHighly recommend you make this your stay for the night or even a few days!

Kathy Crow

We stayed one night as we were traveling This is an extendedstay hotel so if you are expecting breakfast, coffee pot in your room, and the usual amenities this isn’t the place to stay

However, that being said Will checked us in and was very helpful, had a great attitude and friendly We only encountered one other staff member and she was also friendlyThe bed and pillows were clean and comfy Traffic noise was somewhat loud in the morning but not horrible

Julie Greene

Front desk representative was very nice and adorable We booked the last room available which had two double beds at 9p on a Tuesday after driving 7 hours When we got to our room the stench of pot was potent

We thought if we ran the AC unit it would disappear however was still heavily present when we left at 7a In addition one of the beds had stained and/or dirty sheets Luckily we only needed one bed so we slept in the other Had the sheets been clean and no pot smell I would have given 4/5 stars

This staff is simply amazing My experience came first with Zoe, she is the greatest The ease in speaking with her and getting what I needed to make my daughters 10th birthday 🥳 filled with memorable moments, Everything! Zoe accomplished that and more

Then I had to privilege of speaking with Mrs Tamika, another great asset to this remarkable team She too was amazing ensuring our rooms were together, but when we checked in someone had given the room that was close to our executive suite, the new accommodation wouldn’t work So the young lady who checked us in, and her name escapes me, but so sweet, she checked into everything and gave us some options and she made it happen that we moved a floor up so we can keep eyes on our 10yo and her guest accompanying her in celebration of her her birthdayThe amenities at the hotel is everything you will need The pool area great, the rooms spacious, breakfast is good and as if I didn’t mention the staff is amazing and accommodating Thanks Holiday Inn Express & Suites McDonough

Angela Grimes

Overall it was a great stay We stayed for one overnight The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, and the beds were comfortable

I scored low for location because it was a little tricky to navigate the parking lot and exit with the Chick FIL A parking lot The rooms were nice but the bathroom needs to be deep cleaned It looked like there was black mold growing around/on the showerhead and above the assist handle in the shower

Andrea J

We had an overall negative experience The lobby and hallways reeked of marijuana and the room was far from spotless There were several stains on the couch and sheets/towels, ants in the bathroom, and the bathroom/foyer floor was very sticky

For over $200 a night and from a Holiday Inn Express I was expecting much better I would not stay here again and am now wary of trusting other Holiday Inn Express locations It was also very difficult to get in and out of although it was indeed close to the highway The morning breakfast was decent, though

From check-in to check-out the staff made this stay perfect! Keysha got us checked-in, settled perfectly and made sure we had all the amenities we needed for the room The room was pristine! We stayed in a king suite The beds (both the king and the pullout couch) were super comfortable

Plenty of room for our family of 4 Will definitely stay here again Other hotels definitely have some work to do to get to this level of cleanliness and hospitality!

I really enjoyed the atmosphere

it was very clean and the ambiance of the decorum added to the overall feel of my relaxing stay! I will definitely choose this location again in the future and will be happy to tell others about this place! My boyfriend decided that for my birthday this year we were going to do something extra special When he told me I had to pack an overnight bag I got uneasy, I don’t ever seem to have any luck staying at a hotel However I can not say enough good things about this place the room was amazing and really clean

All the staff was super friendly and they even had a real breakfast, not a banana and yogurt in a bag 10 out of 10 in my book

Terrible experience031222 We arrived at 4:25pm and was told that no rooms were available yet even though we had reservations He said we would need to wait 1-2 hours and he will call us back

We received a call an hour later and promptly returned and checked in The lobby was filled with other guests waiting for roomsWe were going out for dinner and found our room didn’t lock and you could push the door open to room 318 I told the front desk worker and he came to check it out As we got off the elevator there were party confetti up and down the hall I told his it was the room next to us and they went in with around 15 people and have been playing loud music since their arrival He went to that room and told them to leave as large parties were not allowed in the roomsHe then checked room 318’s door and I showed him how it pushed open and we couldn’t secure anything in the room He said he would change our room to another7:50pm the police were next door talking with the occupants of 316 I was watching them through the peep hold of my door and one of the house keepers went to room 316 and pointed to my room and said he’s the one that complained Not only was that a lie but now the neighbors now think I’m the one who complained Have video but unable to post as pics are only allowedWhen the police were about to leave my wife went out and told them we didn’t have a problem with them and for them to enjoy their kids party8:40pm still didn’t hear anything about the room change and went to the desk He assured me he would call once a room becomes available At 11pm I went to bed as he never called back We did what we could to block the door with our belongings and such to attempt to secure it and went to bedWe woke and left at 6am and asked for a receipt/invoice for the room The worker there said he couldn’t get into the system to print one out for us and that one would be emailedThere were plenty upset customers and nothing was offered for their troubles Disappointed in this location

The rooms needed much better maid service and the drain in the shower was VERY slow to drain evening service staff seemed more concerned with cigarette breaks & lounging on the lobby sofa eating chips than customer service Breakfast was supposed to still be available for another hour and 15min, but I got the last yogurt, there was no juice available & the selection was fully picked over

Overall the location was convenient & not too noisy The beds were comfortable I would just expect a little better service/cleanliness

Jeff Wilson

I was on a solo motorcycle trip and selected this hotel based on price The hotel is reasonably new, and in great shape The room was clean and well outfitted

The parking lot is in good conditionThe hotel offers a full hot breakfast buffet style, and there’s plenty of space to sit There is a bar available in the evening

Navatni Bankhead

The room was nice and clean The lobby was nice and cleanIt took us a while to get checked in because there was only one person on duty and he was no where to be found

The line in the lobby got up to about 5 groups (individuals and couples) before he returned Turns out he was helping another guestThe morning of check out, the room next to us checked out and the manager on duty accidentally checked our room out instead The cleaning guy entered our room unaware that we were still inside This made us totally uncomfortable as it was only me, my mom, and my sister staying in the room The manager apologized but I was still uncomfortableBut overall the stay was good

Such a nice hotel! Staff was helpful and friendly Our room was spacious and smelled freshly cleaned The mini Waffles were delicious and the various fruit toppings were a special touch

Coffee and creamer selections were plentiful Also, the laundry room was stocked with detergents which gets extra points in our book for hospitality ❤️

Travis Vinson

We had half a day to kill With 7 and 9 year old children So we called before making a reservation to be sure the pool was open (it’s July BTW)

We were assured it was open Upon check-in the manager rudely told us that the pool was not open and that for all of 2022 it has been closed So I recommend booking the establishment across the road, they have a working and open indoor/outdoor pool

Let me start with the good The lady that checked us in WAS SIMPLY AMAZING I called earlier and the day and she answered the phone as well

Just great customer service I wish that I could recall her name Also, the lady working breakfast was greatThe room: DISGUSTUNG! there was hair (small, not long) everywhere Toilet, shower, door, floor, and bed Lifted the toilet lid and it had something disgusting under it The sofa needs to be cleaned or replacedHome2 has never disappointed until this oneI’d never stay again because of the filth

adam corey

There were a few things that I would’ve like to fix, but it was a one night stay so with the event i was at and how tired i was when I got in i just let it go With that being said, I would stay there again, but I would check small things upon arrival, like the shade that lets down with a light switch It affects you more in the morning when you are trying to get in a few more hours of sleep

The staff was GREAT though The bed was NEAT and Comfortable It has a nice size bathroom

for 1 nite the room smelled of sourness! The shower curtian stuck the floors had dirt all over them i would not recommend anyone staying here The coffee came out of a dispenser that was mixed with water/coffee so i basically drank diluted coffee Only person that was nice and pleasant was the elderly lady at breakfast who was cleaning and keeping the breakfast stocked Unbelievable pricing for such a dive

Very comfortable, clean property Free parking, lots of space, entertainment, functionality in the lobby Free breakfast

Free coffee/hot tea 24/7 Friendly staffBeds were very comfortable I liked the effort of the room designs – felt very open and roomy Some noise from either the hallway or other rooms (stomping, maybe because the floors have no carpet) The towels and washcloths felt very cheap, which was surprising considering this property is more expensive than others in the area The washcloths had a dirty tinge to them and were roughI didn’t feel like I got the value I paid, mainly because of the area It was a bit more expensive than it should have been But having had a terrible hotel experience a few days before at another hotel, I was just happy to get a wonderful night’s sleep at TRU

Leena Carmenates

Really really great front desk staff Interesting but very nice design options in the rooms and common areas Able to turn off the entrance light from your bedside was a game changer

You know, when you finally lay in bed after a long day and notice that darned light is still on and question whether you just leave it or muster up the strength to get up and turn it off Not an issue here! The shower was fantastic I picked this hotel on a whim and it really turned out great in every way

Well

let’s state positive firstThe exterior is very nice with great landscaping The lobby was updated and appeared clean and modernThe two suits we had were both spacious with a bedroom, large bathroom, sitting room and a very functional kitchen eachHere is where it went DOWNHILL fast The carpet was so filthy our feet stuck to it as we walked around and the baby’s hands and knees were filthy after a little crawling on carpet The tile was no better as there was a sticky residue on it We had to put towels on carpet to walk around comfortablyThe couch was broken and you couldn’t sit on it without ROLLING to the center of itDog hair was everywhere on the carpet and furniture The baby kept collecting it as she crawledThe breakfast eggs and meat selections were rubbery with no flavor We stuck to the breads and fruitWe will not stay here next time we visit family!!

Chanel W

We stayed here just one night as we were passing through Atlanta Customer service was great – Shaneka was very personable and got us into a room quickly The room was clean – beds and pillows were soft and fresh, bathroom and kitchenette scrubbed clean

The room was a little wore from obvious use but I wouldn’t consider it dingy, just needs a little freshening up The continental breakfast was good, with plenty of hot and cold options Overall a really good experience!

Zircon Properties

Stayed here on my way down from Michigan to Florida Upon entering, the place smelled amazing! It just smelled “clean” if that makes sense The front desk staff was very polite and helpful and got me into my room right away with no issues

The room was clean, but I did notice the shower had a yellow substance on the shower wall It was by the shampoo so I thought that is what it was I called the front desk and they immediately had someone come and clean it up Breakfast was good and I liked their hours of 6:30 to 9:30 We did get down there about 9:29 and the woman who was working there waited for us to get our food and then asked us if we were all set before putting things away I thought that was nice However, as much as I liked the place, I travel solo and the area was a little less than desirable so I probably wouldn’t stay there again

Cameron Amadio

Day 1 check in – room was clearly not cleaned Open soaps and used hand towels everywhere Bed sheets hastily made

Crumbs on the table No worries, things are tough staffing wise so I can deal with it for a night Called front desk and told them about bed sheets/overall cleaning and then request ed service the next dayDay 2 – get back to room after work to find the room has not been cleaned, but someone did enter and leave clean towels OkI asked two more times for cleaning service that week and my room was never cleaned It felt nasty sleeping in bed sheets that I’m 99% sure were not changed before I checked in FOR THE ENTIRE WEEKI understand staffing is difficult right now But don’t lie to me, just be straight and say service isn’t available or something This is by far the most uncomfortable hotel stay I’ve ever had I’m not mad, I’m just disappointed

Robert Abell

The cleanliness of the shower could be better Maintenance is second rate You can tell they are inexperienced

Service was very good and friendly The area is not very good keep your car locked A ok hotel to just grab some sleep but that’s it One odd thing is the top of the mattress was only 16 inches off the floor Kind of fell into the bed it was so low

The only reason for the 4 star is due to having to pay for the breakfast that is normally complimentary at any other location We are still pleased with our stay This is Georgia, I bet a Waffle House is real close, so if I’m paying for breakfast, we won’t be dining here!!

Had a fantastic stay here for Valentine’s day! I was a little shocked abt the $100 cash deposit but it was understandable The room was so nice we ended up staying an extra night! Bed/pillows were so comfy, room was spotless! I was disappointed the jets didn’t work in the hot tub but it was still toasty warm Loved the heated pool as well

This is my new relaxation place away from home so will definitely be back

The sheets had stains on them, the pool as freezing cold (inside pool) the hot tub also didn’t produce hot waterOur carpet in the room was soaking wet when we arrived, we assumed they cleaned it?!?I will say the staff was AMAZINGAnd most of what we didn’t like is things corporate needs to address

The room was extremely nice however prior to me booking this location I asked with the pool and the jacuzzi working and I was told yes but when we got to the property we saw signs on several different things saying that they were out of order like the jacuzzi was out of order, two of the exercise machines was down The breakfast was ok not the best but was decent eggs were overcooked And with the pool area the workers could have cleaned the area and because there was trash and wet towels around the pool area

And the management team constantly was in and out no one was never really managing the desk waited 20 to 25 minutes to check in cuz no one was at the desk and upon departing we waited another 25 because no one was at the desk nor was there a box to just drop the key off And they need to invest in more of the racks for people luggage because no one had a clue where the two racks were
