Called to book at Fairfield Inn at Airport, got to hotel at 10:00 PM, only to find that reservations were made at this hotel even though reservation said airportDesk manager at this hotel was very friendly, but we ended up in a room that has a broken AC unit It works, but is so loud that we can’t hear the TV

It clicks and bangs constantly and kept us up all night My husband went down to front desk and asked if something could be done He was told that maintenance doesn’t work on the weekends I feel like we should have been offered a different roomWe are very dissapointed Not a good Marriott experience at all We are supposed to stay another night, but will be checking out early if we can find somewhere else to stay

Everything was great other than my check in I waited at the front desk for several minutes I could hear people in the back office laughing and joking

I said “Hello?” twice with no response Finally another lady that worked there came and asked if I’d been helped She had to yell twice to the people in the back office before she could get their attention Finally four girls came out of the back laughing and eating food I thought it was very unprofessional

I had an issue with checkin, but Roz and Kristin were so helpful! Big kudos to Roz for dealing with “Juan” After checking in inspected room and found several hairs in shower, by toilet and under the sheets! So, I wiped everything down We had breakfast included in room price

Breakfast was good First morning we had pancakes, the second morning we had french toast If you include breakfast with your room, make sure you say everything you want, including drinks it’s made to order off list they provide or you can pay 899 for continental or buy meals from list most started at $1050it was a last minute stay to celebrate wedding anniversary so we stayed in room 😊 😉 except to get foodwe asked lady for late check out she let us have a extra 30 minutes 😒 even as Hilton Honors members The location is close to gas station and different food options Complaint about location I wish they would open up gate to road at the back of the hotel so you don’t have to fight 4 lanes to get in u turn lane We would definitely stay again, though

The employees here are the best I rented a hotel room for my mom’s birthday and they did everything to make sure it was amazing They upgraded our suite free of charge, gave me a free drink voucher, and a breakfast on them for my mom

They even let us borrow some tape and scissors to decorate the room Would absolutely go back! Thank you Madeline!

e6bnfo

Front desk staff was great Lack of housekeeping is somewhat understandable, but the room had a bit of a sewage smell The benefit of staying here as a Diamond guest is limited to the $10 day credit that doesn’t cover the cost of breakfast

Stayed here pre-pandemic when breakfast buffet was included and great Now it’s a nickel and dime affair with bottles of $2 OJ and plastic utensils in protective packaging So for the same price might as well stay at the Hampton Inn and not get gouged

The room was nasty and very stuffy It had the nastiest carpets I wish I would have taken a picture of the bottom of my socks! They were brown

The bathroom had mold in the tub and I would not even shower in itThe staff could care less about your stay At no point, was I ever thanked for my business, at check in or out The breakfast bar had closed 30 minutes early, with no notice!? This is not a safe place to stay I would avoid it at all costs On my way back home, I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Orange Park, which was 100% nicer and it was less expensive

Not your typical Marriott property, in my opinion The cleaning staff was very friendly The issue that I did have was on my last day I have a emergent situation and needed a late checkout

I wasn’t accommodated at all I did understand it can depend on staffing, especially now, however status should have some leverage when it gets to this The front desk wasn’t willing to budge on this 1hr was not enough time So I just get her my things and left I will not be returning to this property You don’t have to be a 5star property to give 5star service That’s the sad part about itIf you give 5star service people will gladly return no matter the property Never again

Jackie Alexander

I stayed here for a business trip last week for two nights The service at the front desk was always friendly and welcoming, and they even called my room when a Doordasher arrived with my dinner to be sure it was ok to send them up for my safety, which was greatly appreciated as a female traveling alone The room was just ok

it could stand a renovation, particularly in the bathroom area, as it felt a bit outdated and poorly lit in the vanity area, which made it difficult to apply makeup and fix my hair The room could have also felt a bit more cleannot that it was terrible but could have been better They have suspended daily housekeeping because of Covid so this could be the problem I didn’t partake in the breakfast but coffee creamers were almost non-existent so definitely take your own if you like that sort of thing Still giving it a solid 4 stars for the excellent service and overall experience for this hotel price point

This hotel is old, dirty and broken First off it’s August of 2022 and there are no CDC restrictions but they’re still pretending that there’s no housekeeping as a “safety” measure The hotel reflects this, the rooms are disgusting

The toilets don’t flush, sinks drain slow and smell awful, you’ll find no trash bags in the cans, no toilet paper, no tissue Wifi is active in the hallways and dies in the rooms, the ice machine on 2 of 3 floors is broken and though I made them aware theres been no move to fix and no “out of order” sign They don’t care about any of this We booked a room with a crib and got here to find they have no cribs We’re the highest tier Diamond members and in the 40+ Fairfield Inns we’ve stayed in they’ve never not had cribs, more importantly they’ve never tricked us into coming KNOWING they don’t have cribs which would be the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever seen were it not for what happened the night we checked in The man behind the desk was the most aggressive, rude and unprofessional staff member ice seen and he has no business working in hospitality or customer service of any kind That night, he spoke on the phone to an American Airlines Executive who’s responsibility for booking all the hotel rooms for JAX employees and airport employees nation wide and she pulled this hotel off the roster This Fairfield Inn will never see another long term business traveler from AA because of your staff’s antisocial personality traits, poor training, and lack of human decency We’re checking out early, needless to say

Ok so I have to clarify a few things based on the reviews and what it says online Firstly no pets are allowed at all Not just pay a pet fee, it’s just no pets period

Secondly they have a 21 day limit in stays, after your 21st day you have to check out for 24 hours and then you can come back The cleanliness isn’t great but all in all that is in the area of you get what you payed for Getting a week for 370 including the security deposit is cheap AF compared the the prices anywhere else so I’m willing to overlook most small things, we have no roaches like I’ve seen other reviews say and the only thing that’s off that could be considered bad is the lock on some of the doors are busted to hell, mine for my door the reader is completely exposed wires and all but it works perfectly so I’m not upset about it

KC Cruz

there was roaches on the walls, looks like someone squashed roaches on the wall and didn’t clean up after awful customer service they told us the whole place had roaches!l when we complained about seeing roaches in the room!!!! check out is at 11:00 and we had a housekeeping man before 11 come into our room while we were naked in the showerabsolutely disgusting never booking here again

not even a apology we got they laughed when told about roaches i guess their use to the roaches i couldn’t imagine what their homes look like, after we caught them sleeping on the couch in the office they probably love sleeping with the roaches if anyone give it more then 1 star they deserve 0 they’re use to sleeping in run down rooms with roaches

Coty Clark

Roof leaked in the room which made it a breeding ground for Virus fungus and bacteria The roaches had a circus on the floor and the one roach doing the trappezze from cobwebs was amazing that roach had talent 1 towel for 2 day between 2 people glad i had to share with my wife

we had to spend 25 on cleaning products , 20 on bedding and another 50 on fan and wash rags and towels we spent the first 4 hours of our stay sanitizing and cleaning the room to only find out that our roof leaked and we was in for a long weekend The marshalls went room to room checking for suspects , Staff was rude told us we could leave or try another room which is the room that leaked and we spent our first night cleaning Again staff made excuse after excuse on why we couldn’t get refund if you decide to stay here ask for room 244 its prob’ly the cleanest room you’ll get we went top to bottom with bleach anti viral cleaning products Called management to discuss our stay was told notify who I want to my money was already cleared his account and good luck Owner was careless about the kids who live in the conditions on property full time living in unsanitary inhumane living consitions owner told me do what you want your money has cleared my account This place is crooked unsafe and not very professional at all

It was a great delight to discover upon returning to this area after some time away, that this hotel had been built It is easily assessable, close to other businesses When I arrived I was joyfully greeted in a very cleanly hotel

My room was lovely and welcoming as well Checking in, checking out, getting all the things in between for a frequent traveler to make life easier made this a definite return destination for my future business and personal travels in the area!! Thanks so much!

The room was very clean and everything looked exactly like on the website We had 2 queen beds with nice big TV, refrigerator and microwave Breakfast was very good

Husband and I were shocked it was so organized and tasted very good I had cranberry juice, omelette, bacon, home fries and husband had muffin added to his 10/10 whole hotel stay experience Will be back

Tai Yosheda

Rooms are great and very spacious The staff was nice and very helpful I didn’t see any mold or bugs!!! It was perfect for my daughter and I

She had a blast at the pool I do wish they had an umbrella out there for the ginger’s like me that have to hide from the sun If I go back, I will send picturesI was really impressed with the cleaning I’m not going to lie Seeing the rating and reviews, I was thinking it would be as bad as the other two places I have reviewed It’s completely different! The mirrors were all clean! No spots no sticky stuff The counters and tables were all clean Most important, the sheets were clean and bright There wasn’t hair or dirty spots I highly recommend it if you want a comfortable stay! They deserve a better rating!

Tomomi Adachi

What do you think seeing the receptionist sleepily sighing and talking to another employee as she went through the check-in processEven though we had reserved a non-smoking room, the room was filled with the smell of cigarettes There was no table and we had to eat on the bedThe two small millipedes came out from the bathroom

Also, the water did not shut off properly and we had to sleep with the sound of water drops falling all the time We had brought swimsuits, but the pool was closed and there was no mention of it on the hotel pageThe only thing I would venture to say good thing is that the girl at check-out was a bit more friendly

Steve Klayman

You get what you pay for There was a super loud party in the main building, but we didn’t hear it in our room The room is run down and old, but ok for a quick night sleep

There are clearly people who live at the hotel and it seemed a bit unsafe, as was the neighborhood If you need a few hours sleep, I would say it’s fine Otherwise spend the $40 extra for a better hotel

I stayed here from March 8-11 This is not my usual hotel My usual hotel, another holiday inn express, inflated its prices for spring break

This hotel was cheaper and was the same kind I come to Jacksonville only to visit the Mayo Clinic I am a 33-year-old woman who is on oxygen and am up for a lung transplant So, I am back and forth from Tallahassee, where I live, to Jacksonville frequently because of thatThe 3-night stay ended in an infestation of BED BUGS!!! Both me and my companion had bites all over our arms and I inadvertently brought them home with me The manager did a couple of things for us like change us to a new room and gave us a few alcohol swabs for our arms but for the whole ordeal I only got $5600 taken of my bill so I still had to pay over $300 for a complete infestation of bed bugs I think I should have gotten a free ride out of that……………Not only the bed bug situation but also when I first arrived something occurred when we were checking in that caused me to give the manager, who was taking care of me the side eye Very questionable service I was given upon arrival which rubbed me the wrong wayI will not be back to this hotel ever As a warning for whoever stays at this hotel from now on, the room numbers that we stayed in and were changed to are 515 and 516 So, if I were you, if you are booked into one of those rooms do yourself a favor and ask to be switched because 515 was the original room we were given with the bed bugs and we were changed to 516 I am quite sure if I brought them home with me, they were transferred to the second room Good luck to anyone who stays at this hotel You are going to need it!

They raise the prices almost weekly They charge a premium for so-called Super Fast Internet that you can almost never connect to and when you do get connected you have about 3mbs speed They limit your TV channel selection with a terrible satellite service

They are literally pushing the good people out so they can get more homeless people in that are paying most likely from the Government dole aka: We, The Tax Payers I’m in the process of buying a house so I will out of here soon Good riddance to InTown SuitesPS They say they clean weekly but instead, it’s more like monthly Oh, and don’t complain to corporate because they’ll only refer you to the local office and they’ll never work on fixing the Super Fast Internet service Corporate is useless Mike and Katrina are very friendly as is most of the staff but don’t expect any resolutions

Missy W.

I am a travel nurse and I had a reservation at Baymeadows and went to check in after my shift and the office closed early (7:50 instead of 8) was never told a time to be there by during the reservation and I had to find somewhere else to stay at the last minute They also charged me for that day Ended up staying at an Airbnb and paying $200 more until this Orange park location had a room available

Made the reservation about 4 days in advance Arrived right after check out around 12:15pm because I didn’t want to end up in the same situation as last week and not be able to check in The gentleman was a bit short with me and kind of seemed annoyed but I remained friendly and polite, I figured maybe it’s been a long day I was told there were two rooms available but they weren’t ready yet and guest were still in the rooms although they were told check out was at 12 I was then advised to come back at 3pm An hour later I get a call from the property stating the room they were going to put me in was “trashed” by guest and they can’t promise me anything will be available tomorrow either I asked about the second room that I was told about and the woman said “they decided to stay, and our guest that live here have that option” I feel this is not a very good standard when you have guest with previous reservations I feel if guests haven’t reserved the room for an additional stay by check out time then their reservation should be expired There wasn’t even so much as an apology given for the inconvenience Now I am extremely tired after working 12 hours and I have to find another place to stay at the last minute AGAIN Terrible experience with Intown suites as a whole

Caitlin Thomas

Honestly at first I was hesitant because of some of the reviews but let me tell you! My stay here has been nothing but good Quiet place the staff is definitely amazing, my room was in perfect condition Don’t get me wrong it had its wear and tear but it was clean

Housekeeping was up to par & when I got locked out multiple times the property tenant helped me instantly back into my room The only issue I had was the laundry room, it was always full! & the availability of rooms Thank you Intown staff ! I will be back!

We could not find fault with this placeHard to believe? I thought so too, it’s never happened to me before The room was as clean as clean can be, the shower pressure was awesome, even the filter of the ac/unit was totally lint free

(to me this was a longshot)The hot breakfast was well above average and the staff were so friendly and helpful and it’s obvious that they take sanitizing serious due to the COVID nightmare

Nice little hole in the wall type place that you wouldn’t expect to find The staff is very kind and they are really good about keeping fresh towels, linens, and upkeep of the area The rooms all seemed to vary, but they are clean with all time floors

The beds seem to be fairly new, though they were a little too firm for my liking There are a few alley cats that hang out on property, so don’t be alarmed They are sweet and non aggressive One little guy looks like he’s had a rough life, but still very sweet There are large grills and patio furniture around the back side of the inn as well It’s a very quiet area even being next to the local school I definitely would stay here if I ever came through town again

I liked this hotel a lot I called to see if they would let me check in earlier because I had a conference call and they did The lady at the front desk is very nice

Rooms are clean and quiet Breakfast is not super extensive but great savory options The lady in charge of breakfast was also nice Location is great I will consider it for future trips to the area

Needed a few days away from home due to very bad neighbor behavior! This hotel was 4 miles away & was pet friendly Reserved room on Thursday for 3 nights (Friday – Monday) Check in was perfect Room was spacious & clean except housekeeping forgot to clean out fridge from prior guest

Front desk responded immediately to our call (thank you!) & had no other issues I will say I didn’t understand the shower since it did not have a shower curtain & glass door only covered half of the shower, since it was permanent in place & did not slide Water from shower ran onto the floor soaking the bath towel that was laid down which could be a slip & fall hazardWhile I know people hate smokers, they do exist Maybe a few more outside “ashtrays” would be beneficial to avoid a lot of butts on the ground Just sayingOverall, good stay Thank you

Ashley Romano

I had a Very good experience at this Marriott Location! The room was clean, and the staff was incredible! Especially the front desk associate Lemuel! He was both very Professional and welcoming! The bed was comfy and the location was good Front desk lady was very nice The main issue was the bathroom

The door to the walk in shower even when shut all the way let water leak out all over the floor about 1/2 inch deep What a mess! The bathroom sink was backed up I did report these issues upon check out The hose in the laundry room connecting the washer to the wall had suds coming out of it

Miranda Sargent

Although we had a key card issue to begin with, Linette was a true professional and assisted us in resolving our issues She also went above and beyond to assist in getting us the items we needed for my husband to sleep better with his breathing issues This employee showed a cheerful personality and compassion for us the customers

5 stars for this employee!!

My wife Adult son and 9yr old grand daughter reserved a suite while visiting for my other son’s wedding After 2 nights of 4 night stay he housekeeping staff had not checked for room service They were reluctant to empty trash upon request, negligent in our request for room service

Upon direct contact requesting fresh towels Finally we resorted to contacting the front desk for action Holiday Inn is my first choice, the experience was by far the worse considering what I am used to I hope the next 2 nights are better

Was 5 star, friendly, helpful staff, great food, clean All was well until about to walk in the lobby and was told “there is video being recorded in the lobby, and will have to wait outside” Now I have years of photography experience, a couple of back drops or screens would have prevented background distractions

People could quietly make their way in respecting to keep noise level down Was the lobby the only place for this video, if so, another entry could have been far more appropriate to allow guests to enter This video filming turned 5 star review to 3, it was only a short wait for me Had it been longer, of course the star rating would be lower

I stayed there is week The hotel is amazing It was one of nicest hotels I’ve stayed at

Sadly, housekeeping knocks on your door an hour prior to checkout Lady said sorry Then another 15 minutes later, a different woman knocked on my door I felt this was rude, and lack of communication between front desk and housekeeping Checkout time was 11 I checked out at 1028 Lady at front desk didn’t seem to care when I brought it up to her

1 word: RoachesUPDATE: I now have more words Because after that experience, and the boilerplate response from management to this review

I had to argue for my refund!!First, let me offer a rebuttal to management’s reply here and tell you that this hotel does not “strive to give all [their] guests a clean and comfortable stay” Not only were their roaches (yes, plural) in my room, but when I went to use the phone to call the front desk the phone was absolutely nasty It wasn’t just not cleaned after one guest, but that had to be months of grime from multiple guests If something as obvious as the phone is disgusting, what other shortcuts did they take cleaning your room? The hotel is egregiously overpriced anyway For cheap, scratchy towels and roaches as roommates, they charged nearly $200 for the night When I requested my refund that evening the front desk clerk was quite clueless as to how to help me While he tried his best, his best was so subpar that I would dare say he shouldn’t be left alone to deal with guests by himself But he assured me that it would be handled in the morning So my second gripe is that after dealing with roaches (and having sleep at the airport because I had an early flight), management never contacted me Instead, they decided (without talking to me) that my inconvenience was only worth a 50% refund I had to call and request the remaining refund And still, management never contacted meBut don’t fear fellow traveler, I’m taking my complaint to IHG and hopefully management will be replaced by the time you travel to this overpriced hotel

The toilet did not work when we got to the room at approximately 6pm They had it fixed when we got back to the room at 10ish pm The blinds did not go all the way to the bottom in the window so there was light in our room all night as our window faced the front of the building

However, their breakfast is great and the people working the breakfast were spot on Attentive and accommodating

Roaches

The only reason I stay here is because pets stay free and I typically enjoy a Motel 6 stay However our 4 night stay was anything but cozy We booked a 2 bedroom premium room but arrived to a 1 bedroom with no ventilation in the bathroom, dirty floors, hair in sink, and stains on bed Mind you I payed extra for the upgrades The bed wasn’t comfortable and gave me a bad back Plus we first walked in to a roach greeting us Next day we finally get to our proper rooms and we’re ok with it Beds were better and the location on the bottom floor was ideal Then came the room key problems (apparently the door needed to be reprogrammed), MORE roaches, and people talking all throughout the night Didn’t realize how paper thin the walls were I hate giving unfair reviews and the staff tried their best with the keys and switching rooms But you honestly get what you pay for It is FL, roaches are a thing but it doesn’t have to be THAT bad Again Stay if you have pets and you don’t mind simplicity Not saying I wouldn’t stay here again but I’ll be more stern with what I see and feel next time Please SPRAY THE ROOMS!!!

I didn’t like the location, I was held up at gun point during my stay I was robbed of my personal belongings Also followed to my room with my door kicked in I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here, it’s not safe

Not for me and especially NOT for kids They wouldn’t wash my sheets or give me new bedding when I had asked for it I had to take it somewhere just to wash it spending more money on top of my two week duration stay Then when I went to shower the water would not get hot and there was hardly any water pressure, I brought it up to the staff they said they’d have someone look at it No one ever came The owner has yet to help me with my refund, because after the incident I was no longer staying there even after I brought it to there attention The whole thing has me in a really bad spot right now and I’m having to seek out therapy due to the traumatic incident Don’t waste your time booking here isn’t worth the hassle and anyone being put into danger

Amanda Jones

I did not even stay here My husband and I left after seeing the room It smelled strongly of urine

The AC had mildew and visible dirt inside In the first 5 minutes of being there, someone started walking around the parking lot trying to break into vehicles with handcuffs He blended in with all the other crack heads walking around everywhere This is not a good area

It’s would of been better to spend the extra money to get a comfortable, home feel hotel To begin, there are no elevators! Only 1 ice machine which is outside the building! The floors of the room disgusting, the pillows are hard, the towels wipe away with you If you are planning to stay somewhere with a toddler who loves to touch everything like I do, this is not the place to stay!!!!!!! Especially for breakfast, they gave us a paper bag of water with 2 granola bars!!! How do you people expect me to feed this to my child???Personally I stay at hotels to go to the pool, which they had but it was closed due to “the weather” it was bright blue skies! NO RAIN all day

Definitely do not recommend, it’s better off staying at the Hilton inn right next door

It’s alright for the price By far one of the worst stays I have had at a hotel1

Staff are welcoming but can be hard to get a hold of They aren’t always at or near the front desk2 Card looks more like it’s designed to access Papa John’s KitchenAnyone who looks at it would think I was staying at the Papa Johns3 I have to use cellular service because the WiFi reception is terrible on my phone (Works alright with my laptop though)4 Toilet is tiny! Gentlemen… I would’ve given it 3 stars THIS is what broke the camels back for me Barely enough room for spare parts if you catch my drift Gentlemen! You are probably going to make contact! Just letting you know now5 TV is old Not quality definition or sound No Netflix or other apps6 They don’t even serve breakfast! Due to “COVID REGULATIONS”

This is my second stay at this location I have been incredibly impressed with the staff and the property both They work tirelessly to create a comfortable, clean, and welcoming experience for their guests

Sometimes a second look is required to get a real understanding Not the case here The return visit was a personal choice based 100% on my initial experience If you need a comfortable place that’s affordable and offered extended staysyou’ve found it

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever had the displeasure of staying inThe office is on the backside of the building, so good luck finding it as there is no signage The door to our room had to be forced open/closed

Upon walking into the room, we were met with a stale stench, damaged dressers, rusty/damaged lamps, a broken bathroom door handle, running toilet, leaning shower head and stained sheets The ceiling of the room was extremely discolored There are other hotels on the property, as well as several stragglers that just loiter around all night longThe toilet and shower were you essentially located in a closet, as there was minimal space to maneuver As an averaged size male, I had to step between the toilet and shower just to get the door closed, almost falling into the tubI travel frequently, thus I have a plethora of hotel experiences to compare this to and this has to be one of the worst accommodations I’ve ever experienced

Prynces Tripp

The hotel was a mess and the room was nasty and there were bugs and the was no safety present at all we were moved to 2 different rooms and there were no locks on the doors and the latches were brokenThe front desk person was rude and provided no customer service As a Diamond member of several hotels this is not what I have come to expect from any hotel and the pictures go on to prove what is being said, the fact that they go on to charge a deposit for this atrocity is absolutely ridiculous

This hotel looks like a trap house room and is a complete travestyDO NOT book a room here even if you have no choice!!!If I could give it a negative -5 review it would still be to great for this location!!

This hotel is pretty good Very clean and new Breakfast is one of the best you’ll see for free breakfast

Staff is helpful They only downfall is they only clean your room if you ask by 830am Not great if you’re staying multiple days Hotel manager is not responsive to a request for a call back My boyfriend stepped on a roofing nail right next to their building and she ignored my request for a callback 3 times Not cool at all I expect better customer service from an establishment such as this

We loved our stay It was a home away from home The room was very quite, clean and our youngest son loved the view from the room of the pool, on the ground floor

We also enjoyed the continental breakfast, on-demand snacks, mini-fridge and Microwave (this was very needed in sterilizing baby bottles for our youngest); to enjoy our food in the room or the main facility when we had breakfast, or restaurant leftovers as a snack Hampton met all of our stay needsThe Staff was helpful, cordial and very accommodating Especially Madeline and Mary-Lynn When we needed extra Towels, a room refresh or coins for laundry – they we very helpful and friendly We sincerely look forward to a return to JAX Orange Park and will look forward to another stay if needed in your Hampton Inn Location The whole family enjoyed the stay very muchSincerely,The Grahams

I need darkness to sleep and it was impossible2 Beds are super firm like excessiveThe good:Polite staff, decent breakfast, clean and new rooms great shower heads and pressure The lights were a non starter for me but if you can handle the light you’re good Bonus is a great coffee shop a few blocks away

Breakfast not included For the price it really should be Bottled water was not complimentary and the water coming out of the tap smelled like sulfur

The first room I was given smelled like people had been boarding dogs there 3 of the 4 lights had bulbs that were burnt out and they said they didn’t have any replacements The phone in the room did not work Stayed in a different room the next night with a 1PM late checkout requested Housekeeping started knocking on the door at 11AM and kept waking me up I work nights so that’s an issue Happened the first night too And finally, they shut the water off the second morning so no shower, toilet or water available when I got up Some of my crew was informed, but I was not Poor communication by staff Overall terrible stay☹️

1 star hotel Let’s start with the dirty handicapped room Hair all over the walls of the shower, mildew on soap dispenser’s, and mold in the shower roof

The sink had stains of either toothpaste or shaving cream The sink was broken at one point/damaged and they plastered the stupid sink instead of replacing it Absolute disgusting! Moving into the formal area and bed there was pieces of plaster from the roof on the sofa The area was Re-plastered with cracks all in the overhead roof by the sofa The ac control was broken on the wall had to manually figure out how to start and keep ac on which was achieved by keeping the fan on and on the auto setting which eventually turned on 20 minutes later The room had a mildew smell with a hint of tobacco smoke When I needed to use the office area in lobby to print, the entire stay the printer was out of ink despite asking staff to replace Laundry services was down and broken Before choosing to stay here, it was important to me they serve breakfast before reporting for my job at 07:30 I was told over the phone that during the WEEKEND the bistro opened at 6am (that was was a lie) Overall, better deal to stay at the best western down the road The Courtyard Orange Park Marriott was absolute garbage! Also, took many pictures please just ask and I will share them Any military staring orders at NAS Jax please use caution I will be reporting this hotel to DTS/SATO or whomever I need to report to The DoD needs to drop this contact
