I am sorry for this low rating I gave two stars for its clean decent bathroom It is just that the hotel is old and outdated and has some musty smell

The air-conditioner is on the wall and located very near to one of the queen beds When it is on, it is so loud I couldn’t sleep all nightThe breakfast we had was not impressive either The muffin was stale My kid said the scrambled eggs tasted funny Even the ice water has some rusty taste to it

This place is rundown and dingy It is an inexpensive place to stay, but it’s not worth the cost savings There are mold issues and a general lack of maintenance that make this place iffy at best

The breakfast is decent and the staff is nice, but the rooms are bad, at least mine wasFor example, the faucet leaks and the solution, put a rag in the sink Showed up to this in my sink to stop it making noise when it drips Unacceptable**update**Toilet stopped flushing my last morning here Shouldn’t be surprised by it at this point

Security is a problem!! One of our family’s vehicles was broken into (smashed window added $450 to the stay) along with 5 other vehicles According to the police it’s a common occurrence and could be avoided with a security guardFor the price of the room, I would stay somewhere else because they do not spend money on upgrading or fixing things in the building

There were many obvious repairs that were needed and neglected Our room with a king bed was very small We were grateful we didn’t experience bed bugs Do yourself a favor and listen to these reviews, unfortunately we didn’t see them until we were checked in and thought maybe people were exaggerating, they weren’t!

I have stayed here many times and each stay was 3 weeks to 2 months (if not longer) I travel with my fiancé for his job and we spend many weeks & months in hotels When we are in the area for work this location is always the one we choose for many reasons

Extremely comfortable beds, clean rooms, accommodating to needs, as well as a friendly staff are just a few of the reasons The feeling of being welcomed back and remembered by the owners and staff always make us feel as if we are “coming back home” each and every time we visit I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the area

Location was perfect Close to the highway and lots of restaurant options for dinner Room was clean and the space was good for a one night stay as we drive across the country

I found the service to be frustrating For a hotel that says it’s pet friendly I found they were barely pet tolerant We got in late and needed to feed our kids so we dropped the pets and then went to dinner We weren’t gone for more then 10 minutes and I received a phone call telling me my dog was barking I told the lady we had just left and sat down to have dinner, there was no offer to call us back if she continued to bark, no offer to let us know if she was being super loud, no consideration for the fact that she had just been left in the room and might need a few minutes to get used to the new environment I don’t find that very pet friendlyIn addition to having to pay an extra fee to be able to stream entertainment on the “free WiFi”, made for a stressful evening after a long day of driving instead of a restful night

Wenda O’Neill

Rooms were nice, they seemed clean even though we found a broken toothpick on the bed (Weird right?) the handicap accessible room did not have a walk in shower, it has a tub with a rail The hallway smelled like someone was smoking in their room even though it was a smoke free

Having said that our rooms smelled great Conveniently located near lots of shops and pet friendly(but there is a fee)

After searching for the best rated hotel in this area, I decided to Stay here for the first time The rooms are not as clean as I expected it to be The rooms need a bit of an upgrade

I’ve been here 2 nights so far While watching TV, a roach was climbing up the wall I took a picture for proof I called the front desk I was offered a room switch but what’s the point when roaches are climbing up the wallsI’m extremely disappointed This is unacceptable 😤

Room’s were nice, new and modern The Beds were comfortable and room had a sofa, desk, really big TV, microwave, Refrigerator, CoffeemakerThe reason I didn’t give 5 stars is Because the shower had a shower curtain that was 12 inches too short and the water was all over bathroom

Also there was no Shampoo in the whole hotel They didn’t serve Breakfast eitherThey had a Starbucks in the lobby which was very good They had the best Baristas Loved my coffee

BEST STAFF EVER!!!!This place was amazing, clean, and the staff was super nice and supportive We were there for a baseball tournament I appreciated that Secret (Manager) didn’t frown upon our group because it was 40 families with 14-18 year old baseball boys

She welcomed us and helped get us settled very quickly Each evening we were there she and her staff allowed us to hang out in the lobby I wish every Marriott stay was this nice! Thank you SECRET!!!!First time ever going to a hotel where I saw the staff have a meeting every morning in the lobby talking about things that needed to get done for the day Very refreshingThe gym was top of the line equipment which allowed our baseball boys to get a workout in while on the road We were okay with the fact that there wasn’t a pool at the hotel The breakfast was good even though it wasn’t free 🙂

Victoria Morrow

Rooms are nice but little to no move around space, no pictures on walls Service was not what I expected as to be a Marriott I had a Sweet and there wasn’t anything sweet about it

Extra space for a side chair but the bedroom was in a separate room but on bathroom in the bedroom In order to eat breakfast it had to be purchased which is crazy Why is breakfast not free if it’s like continental?? Great location as to walking distance to multiple places and stores

Getting there wasn’t simple, but GPS got us there It’s basically behind a Costco Property left a lot to be desired

I frequent Choice properties and this one was “interesting” Customer service was poor from start to finish Upon check-in keys were given to me wrapped in a not pad paper with room number scribbled on back When I asked why it wasnt in key folder,l I was told, “Oh, not here we don’t do that! You’d be surprised at the number of people that pay for rooms and don’t show up”, very casually I checked the room immediately after check-in and found no sheets in room for pullout bed When I returned to desk clerk, he rudely insisted that they should be in drawer under television, but there was only a pillow in the drawer He then stated, “If you check again and it’s not there I’ll give them to you” 😳 The halls near staircase has a constant smell of weed Breakfast option weak with people crowded on top each other Definitely not on my list for future visits to the area Extremely disappointed Only gave 2 stars because we did stay and it was at least clean

My company books are rooms and gives a per diem per day based on a decent place to sleep with a hot breakfast Monday wasn’t any and Tuesday wasn’t any better breakfast bar was a huge disappointment for my guys who count on that to get there Day started! The rooms were clean with nice towels and a decent bed but not happy about the bar !!

We checked in and asked to have our room on the 1st floor due to handicapped issues Fortunately for us the was available The we were informed that blow dryers weren’t available in handicapped rooms

I guess handicapped people don’t have hair I called the desk shortly there after but the the night clerk never answered because he had left the premises in his vehicle Then the fire alarm went off and there was an electrical smell in the hallway Many of us exited the bldg without belongings One of the guests called 911 The night clerk came back just before the fire trucks arrived Instead of insuring that everyone was safely out he was running around looking for the smoke The firemen discovered smoke coming from the exterior of the building where the gravel meets the side of the bldg They were thinking it was the much smoldering but what we were smelling inside was electrical My husband went back in to retrieve an item that I left and another guest opened his door and asked what was wrong, my husband informed him that the fire alarm was going off, the fire department was there and everyone was evacuating the bldg when my husband informed the night clerk that we were leaving he said that’s fine and to call choice hotels regarding our refund We left at midnight and drove 3 hours to our next destination Choice Hotels called this motel numerous times to speak with the manager but she was never available so we were never refunded our money Choice Hotels did handle the matter for us But no we won’t stay there againAlso had I been in a wheelchair I could not have gotten to either side of the bed We were sure where we were going to keep my walker because there wasn’t room for it near the bed

Very pleasant stay at Fairfield Inn We have stayed in many hotels in this area and this one is by far the best All the staff were welcoming and eager to provide qualityservice

The rooms were clean and comfortable The indoor pool was open and looked very well kept We did not get to enjoy it this visit but will next time They had a great breakfast, the best we have had in a while Thank you for a very pleasant stay!

Not worth the price All the hotels, especially, the Marriott ones are nicer and sometimes even cheaper versions Usually 10-20$ more if more expensive

My room was crowded and uninviting No place to sit down and watch tv or eat Just a small desk to work It’s a hotel meant for someone who doesn’t care about almost anything but price Not bad but the discrepancy in services and accommodations with other Marriott hotels less than 500 ft away implies a much lower level concern for the people staying here Everything seems like old hand me downs The carpet, bed, tv and even desk are older, clunkier versions of what you might find at the Courtyard or Spring Hill that share a parking lot Save your money for something more worthwhile if you care at all about comfortThe bathroom fan didn’t work and housekeeping didn’t knock And the carpet was gross I couldn’t even take my socks off without feeling my feet gaining a layer of gross from the carpet The rooms are clunky and I imagine annoying to clean

This hotel is okay to stay, but very cheap The management tries to cut corners at every turn The room had no soap and the thermostat was removed from the wall so you can’t control your room temperature

When we asked Mr Patel about it, he was unfazed The pool is indoors and we picked this hotel so we could enjoy a warm swim while traveling in the winter The price of our one room came out to be $150 and they don’t try to provide for what you paid for The pool was freezing cold I couldn’t get even get in it and it was cloudy 😳 Overall, the sleep was fairly comfortable and the breakfast was as good as it could get for a hotel breakfast, but unfortunately we won’t be staying here again This hotel was unfortunately disappointing, especially the pool

Very unhappy with this stay I travel for work and stay in hotels nearly every week The staff was very unprofessional upon arrival and during the check in process

When I arrived to my room the door looked damaged as if someone had tried to break into it using a screw driver and a hammer I immediately asked for another room and was told they were completely booked I find that statement hard to believe I did NOT feel safe staying there and was forced to check out and seek another hotel for my stay The staff again was very unprofessional and unapologetic for my need to leave As I walked down the hall I noticed 5 other rooms that doors looked the same This is completely ridiculous and this hotel should no longer carry the name of Holiday Inn, in my opinion I was forced to move to another hotel that was not offering a reward night stay and it cost me $27500 that I was not expecting What good is it to be Gold Member with points if this is the kind of hotel quality that is being offered

I’ll start by saying the front desk attendants were super friendly In all other aspects I don’t know how this hotel has such a high rating All of the fixtures looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in months

There was hair in the shower and sink when we arrived It just felt dirty Breakfast was a big disappointment There was some fruit, milk, juice, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, and toast, nothing filling I expected a lot more from the other reviews and the price

Caesar Alarcon

I checked in about 1:30 PM I never ask for a early check in The Hyatt I ask for a early check in Waco, Texas

They had no rooms available When we arrived in Memphis the hotel clerk wanted to charge me for a early check in I refusedI didn’t ask for this early check in Anyway your car is not safe in the parking lot The room was good The air conditioner work good The room has a sofa There also a refigerator in the room The shower was good

Tashala Williams

Upon arrival, we were greeted by Nikita I requested a double if it was available and my request was honored Everyone was nice and prompt with any requests

We were there with a semi large group and a another large group was also there My only complaint was there was only one elevator in operation and the hotel was jammed pack Otherwise I will be staying again Sonya was also really sweet when checking out

This stay was one of the wildest hotel experiences of my life I’ve never walked into a hotel and not been able to find an employee at the front desk There were several people waiting in the lobby to be helped but there wasn’t a single employee around for several minutes

One of the other customers who was waiting started calling the front desk and offices but no one answered Finally someone came out and offered no apology or explanation; I understand that places are understaffed but management should train them to at least acknowledge that and apologizeWhen we got to our room, which was the Executive Suite, it was really bare bones with very little bedding and blankets and half a roll of toilet paper We ran out of toilet paper after 4 trips The breakfast situation is bizarre and you have to pay extra to get hot food You purchase a breakfast “ticket” to present at the breakfast barThe last girl who got us more toilet paper was extremely friendly and helpfulI know employees are underpaid and thus businesses are understaffed so Holiday Inn needs to work that out and perhaps offer better pay in order to attract employees in order to be adequately staffed I’ve never had a bad experience at a HI until now

Feels like an older hotel that has been recently renovated/updated Rooms are nice There’s also some meeting rooms and event spaces if you need that sort of thing

There’s an on-site pool, but I didn’t check it outKey cards for the rooms are finnicky They frequently stop working The guy at the front desk told us you can’t get them anywhere near a cell phone or similar electronics or it wipes them That doesn’t sound very practical in 2022 Maybe get better key card tech?Breakfast is weird If you want hot breakfast you have to have some voucher Otherwise, it’s cold breakfast only If those vouchers weren’t included with your room you can buy them (Though, if I’m paying for breakfast then I am just going to go to a legit full service restaurant) It seems to mostly create confusion and anger among the guests (just read the other reviews) So, I’m not sure what they were thinking Just provide hot breakfast to *ALL* of your guests and adjust room rates accordingly DuhFinally, to the d-bags who feel the need to park their long trucks and pick-ups with trailers sideways across 8 parking spots Could you maybe not do it right by the door? That’s rather selfish and obnoxious

Just now leaving Hotel did a great job There was a couple sports teams in town and staff was kind, courteous, and engaged with everyone

Seemed to be doing well to keep everyone happy, including other guests like usQuite overpriced hotel in my opinion but seemed to be mostly because of the particular night we happened to be going through town
