Spent 2 nights at this Holiday Location for a weekend trip to Yosemite The check-in staff went above and beyond ensuring my party of 4 was well taken care of and had recognized my IHG Platinum status with a nice suite upgrade! The recent renovations were still holding up in both my rooms and provided great value for the price paid Due to the proximity of the hotel and highway 99, if you are sensitive to noise, I would request a room facing the opposite direction

I was able to sleep comfortably facing the highway with earplugsTip: There may be some food bags to feed the swans at the front desk You can watch them fight the fish at the nice pond

Love it!! Stayed 2 nights Wish I had done the train w my grandkids but we had to goDid Sequoia from here

Then left to Yosemite Great locationHas convenient store, gas station, Enterprise, restaurant & visitors center in same parking lot!!Great service & clean

Selina Casados

So sad to know that the housekeepers do not turn in lost stuff I had checked out Sunday morning from our room and didn’t realize I had left my gold ring with my name on it until later that day I called and the front desk said she had not turned anything in I said of course not it’s a good ring she will go turn it into money or have them melt it

All I wanted was for her to turn it in because I cleaned all bags I had with me and nothing is there so know for a fact it stayed behind in the room Please do not forget any of your personal belongings behind because HOUSEKEEPERS will not return it

I travel to fresno at least once a month I typically always pick a different hotel based on location needs and price I am seriously upset it’s taken me 5 years to find this place

It was clean An when I mean it was clean I mean I touched shelves an didn’t find dust Please tell the housekeeping to keep that up!!!! The location is great The staff were wonderful Bathroom was simple an clean No mold or old bathrooms The TV kinda sucked as it took forever to change a channel but oh well Gym, pool, laundry area, an they allow animals But please be respectful when bringing your animals Pick up after yourself an don’t let them destroy a room an ruin it for those with good pets We will be staying here again!I almost don’t want to post this so others won’t know an won’t stay leaving me with my hidden gem

When you go to the Marriott you expect great service, clean service and a comfortable stay Unfortunately the Fresno town place suites by Marriott did not deliver When arriving we were welcomed to a nice suite and hoped for a comfortable stay

As soon is it turned dark we heard little critters and quickly realized they were cockroaches Not 1 but 3 huge cockroaches The whole night we were disgusted and couldn’t even comfortably sleep in the bed We called front desk and a kind man tried to help solve the problem but unfortunately in the morning we had to leave It was too disgusting There was no way we were staying for the complimentary breakfast In the morning after speaking with two ladies at front desk and showing them the pictures of the cockroaches on July 21 (roughly 7am) they were very apologetic and disgusted They definitely tried to help and made sure they would tell the manager to contact me by 12-1 and try to solve the issue I did request a refund because I could of stayed in a motel for way less if I wanted a unhygienic stay/ uncomfortable stay I didn’t receive any call back and had to contact the hotel on July 21 @ 4:19pm This is the reason I’m leaving this review Whoever answered the phone asked me why I needed to speak to the manager, I gave some details but said please pass me to the manager She refused and said the manager will get back to me When asking when I would hear back I was told “well it depends it varies day to day and it can take a week or more” I asked for this lady’s name and she refused to give me her name so I asked for the managers name and she said “Ashley” but would refuse to give me her own name She quickly hung up on me My husband called back and the front desk said shes not sure who answered the phone and hung up on my husband This is when I had to take matters into my own hand and contact the Marriot Thankfully they opened a case right away & are investigating the situation Whoever answered the phones needs to be trained by the ladies who helped me in the morning They were very understanding

Just a very average hotel The pros are the spacious suites and the kitchenette The cons are the location and the feel of the place

It’s definitely an older hotel they tried to update but it still feels old and wasn’t the cleanest There were multiple markings all over our bathroom walls and even the side of the tub that no one has tried to scrub off The shower/tub is very small and older I wouldn’t not stay here again but I’d definitely consider a nicer hotel next time

Maya Valencia

I really enjoyed this place – not sure why so many negative reviews My room was very clean, comfortable beds, came fully stocked (which I didn’t even know) with pots/pans/cups/plates/utensils, etc Dishwasher, microwave, mini fridge

The landscaping was nice, unfortunately some other guests threw their trash around but I won’t hold that to the hotel Pet friendly, a beautiful pool, didn’t feel like a sketchy area to me as another reviewer called it They even had a full info sheet for pet parents of resources and information where to find the nearest pet hospitals/stores which I found to be a really nice touch I checked in late with Derek and he was all smiles and got me checked in with no problemWill be coming back here if I ever find myself back in Fresno Thanks!

NOT SAFE, ABANDONED BUILDING AND DIRT LOT NEXT YO BUILDING I was staying here as a stop over while camping I chose it due to the high reviews as I was a single traveler with a lot of camping gear

I was unaware of the risk and had left my tent and other gear in my car Someone smashed my window and stole my stuff and when the GM called me to discuss what was stolen, he told me the security guard had been chasing people off property all night WHY WAS I NOT TOLD AT CHECK IN THAT THIS WAS A SIGNIFICANT ISSUE? I would not have left anything in my car and if my window had only been broken, it would have only cost me $500 and not $2k in broken/stolen items Everyone u talked to after the incident was all “yeah it happens” how am I supposed to know that?Front desk staff was a great help and the rooms were nice otherwise Don’t leave ANYTHING in your vehicle

David Moody

Room was about the same as a run down motel 6Couch was falling apart Seams torn and foam exposed

Toilet didn’t work correctly Clock was broken Sink was clogged Lastly got up to use the bathroom and had a unregistered guest (roach) already in thereThis was room 205 Maybe the other rooms are better, but I kinda doubt it

Doug Lemons

Hotel experience as generally as expected for a Homewood property with the exception that the window in my vehicle was broken in the Hotel parking lot by someone attempting to gain access to the interior of my car Either this area of town is no longer very safe, the security is lacking or maybe a combination of both Vehicle was parked within 100′ of the lobby entrance, so be careful

I stayed here one night for work in FresnoThe lobby was newly remodeled The lady at the front desk was handling some difficult situations from difficult customers

She handled it very professionally The area of town is not the best so I’m sure it’s frustrating trying to make the hotel run smoothly They do have a security guard on site My room was pleasant Clean, Could use some updating eventually And I would definitely power wash the outside sidewalks But it was close to the airport and convenient for me at the time

Brendan Chia

Bathroom has mould-like spots Breakfast was good but did not meet expectations: eggs were boiled instead of scrambled, no breakfast potatoes Buildings are older look

Location is okay, rather in not so great neighborhood However, buildings have lights all over

Decent hotel! The outside may look a little run down but the rooms are very nice! Me and my boyfriend stayed there at the beginning of April 2022 and as soon as I got home 4 hrs later I realized I left my tablet in the room!! After getting in contact with Mayra, hotel manager, she was able to mail it back to me! Even through some communication errors she made sure it got back to me! Thank you so much for your time and help Mayra!

Lovely spacious room, with some minor plumbing issues in the bathroom Mini-patio outside of room amid a green and restful courtyard The tavern restaurant had excellent food for dinner, and the breakfast/lunch restaurant served well-prepared offerings

Service was speedy and helpful The shuttle to/from the airport was quick and convenient

Jessie Riess

Although the room itself was average, the personnel I encountered were amazing Everyone at the front desk was beyond helpful in answering any question I had, as well as finding a taxi for me when I was stranded in Yosemite National Park (due to the YARTS bus) The restaurant for dinner was good, the cafe for breakfast was good, and the bar was good

The shuttle service was free and easy to use I would stay here again without a doubt Thank you so much to everyone who works there!!!

Sally Santee

Check in staff was nice Good that there is security It’s right by the airport and they have a shuttle that will take you there

Now here comes the bad My husband and I both have bad backs and the room we stayed in has a very old bed that just needs to tossed out The floor would have been more comfortable The place needs major renovation It’s OK if you don’t care about being comfortable Not going to be my choice if I need to stay again I will pay the extra money and go across the street No elevator I feel bad for the older people that get here seeing that it’s cheap and then they have to drag their luggage upstairs

This hotel is very clean I loved the layout of the room It was different from your traditional hotel room

The receptionist at the front desk was very helpful and kind with all of our questions and needs The location is great and we weren’t awoken with any traffic or other guestsI probably won’t be staying here at this location again however for a couple reasons I have 4 kiddos that were very excited to swim in the pool The pool is outside and not heated It is FREEZING Only one of my kids got in and immediately got back out So that was a huge bummer The breakfast is also below averageOverall, it’s decent Unfortunately it doesn’t meet the needs and wants of my family

Amanda Correa

This Hampton was close near freeway but not close enough to disturb sleep I arrived after 3 and the front desk was kind and welcoming Going up to my room the side elevator was a bit shaky and scary

Walking in my room, noticed the amount of space and how clean it was I had the king room with sofa bed My room did have a small amount of towels offered, so before calling to ask for more I received a text from Malika the front desk clerk which ask how my room was and if I was pleased I then asked for more towels, which was sent to my room very quickly and with no complaints Throughout my stay I was happy to know I was going to be well taken care of I will be returning to this hotel when coming to this area

Hal Jandorf

Friendly, caring efficient staff Very nice roomsThe pandemic removed the great breakfast

The box breakfast was a nice touch but compare to the breakfast a year agoAlso, a few amenities are not there anymore The price is high or what you getWe use the hotel for many years due to quality and convenience

Very convenient location for Reedly and being next to the restaurant,Stayed here 3 times now over the last 2 years or so for work and it’s stayed about the same but prices aren’t bad and the front desk is always helpful even when I left a shirt in the room and they had held onto it for me to pickup laterThe pool has odd hours a bit though but I didn’t swimRooms always smelled of that like commercial lemon cleaner smell but the beds were comfy and the rooms are of a good size so your not cramped

TV doesn’t have a guide though so you just gatta guess at the channelsI will continue to come here whenever needed for work in the future though 👍

Cheap Motel, but cheap shouldn’t be equal to dirty… there was a chewed chewing gum lying on the air conditioning, false lashes from the guest before us on the chair, plastic trash at the floor and cockroaches on floor and in the sink/shower, price tag from the guest before us under the bedcover… shower won’t work, no breakfast although it’s said on the Homepage and little bugs in the sink

I would have given 0 stars but it’s impossible so it’s 1 star…I never ever had a motel as dirty as this one is… hope to survive the night never ever again!! Only thing that stays positive in my mind: the front desk was very very friendly…

The BuH

When we arrived at check in, the lady at the desk acted like I was putting her out helping me! Then the keys she gave us didn’t work and you’d swear it was going to kill her coming to help us open our door! The rooms need major updating! The fake, plank wood flooring was coming up in a whole lot of areas, and me and my hunny almost fell a few times The bathroom shower was hard as heck to turn on, and the cleanliness is lacking BADLYOnly thing great was the proximity to the concert venue, The Wakehouse! That’s all we cared about lol

Staff was kind, the beds comfortable, and the location to the airport perfect The hotel is certainly older and not the best maintained I had an issue with fruit flies coming up out of the bathroom sink

Convenient to Fresno Airport and the Rental Car Center Taco truck in gas station near the hotel Decent offerings for breakfast in the morning daily 630am-930am

Friendly front desk staff Clean rooms Working air conditioningCould use an addition of accessible plugs to charge devices on both night stands

Don’t believe the “positive” reviews because those are purchased from the reviewers with coupons, gift cards, discounts, etc The photos are not accurate on the website, the lobby door was wide open in the middle of the evening, letting bugs, flies, mosquitoes, etc into the food prep, dining area

This hotel is a nasty dump in a sketchy neighborhood with no security, no lighting, no parking and hotel staff that literally does not care Neither does corporate, apparently, because they allow these conditions to continue in a “Quality” Inn The sheets are nasty, old, ratty and are supposed to be white but are a dingy yellow color (see photos) There is a layer of dust everywhere (see photos), bugs in the shower, holes in the doors and walls, patched with vinyl (see photos) There is no security, no lighting, no parking and zero service I was told to park my car wherever I could find a space because it’s first come first serve If I can’t find a place to park, I was told that was my problem, not theirs I was driving from Yosemite National Park so when I got to the hotel it was too late for me to find another hotel and I didn’t know if the airport would allow me to stay overnight I stayed awake the rest of the night, sprayed my luggage down with insect repellent to prevent infestation and left very early the next morning I spent five hours at the airport waiting for my flight, but at least it was clean and safe

Best customer service from a hotel front desk I’ve ever received in a long time This gentleman Tony met me at the door held the door for me and had a cold bottle of water in hand to offer me I had been outside working in the heat all day but he had no idea and still greeted me with a smile a welcome and a much need water

The man is a major asset to this property and the reason for my 5 star review My hotel reviews have received over 127 million views and none of them offered the hospitality this employee did GREAT JOB!!! You’ve earned a loyal customer from a diamond select member Thank you for the complimentary diamond select suite upgrade btw
