This hotel is a tore up roach hotel not recommended, you defently get what you pay for, even for this place in it’s condition the daily rates should be far cheaperTv remote doesn’t work, had to ask manager to replace the microwave and for a refrigerator, which he just replaced by taking from another roomNot for even the faintest of hearts

In my situation though it’s better then nothing so I’m grateful for cdc paying for it due to COVID-19

Firstly, I want to say the staff all seemed like kind reasonable folks That being said, our room was a gross disappointment Our beds had significantly stained sheets and blankets, that were falling apart

We we’re given another set after we asked, however, those were also stained and falling apart The bathroom was dirty, and moldy the curtains were shredded and stained with what was either coffee or blood??!! It was a hot week (in the mid 90s) and the pool was very dirty, and freezing One of the other guests just took it upon herself to clean the pool because there was a lot of bugs and we all have small children Our family stays exclusively at Best Westerns because they have been consistently clean and cared for But not this one I am hoping with the massive sign on the door stating this location has a new owner will mean that there will be some pride of ownership here And maybe they will pay the staff more And revamp the room because this hotel needs some TLC Or at least some new sheets and curtains? I’m going to be reaching out to best western directly

Location was clean Had a great selection for breakfast…& it was hot Muffins, pastries, pancakes, eggs, potatoes and chorizo

Had oatmeal & assortment of drinks Nice eating/bar area I requested an early check in time (2 instead of 3) I got there at 2:30 and she said she would probably be after 3 with our room ready because they were sold out Right after, a man approached buying rooms for several people biking across country I also had to explain that we had just traveled 11 hours with kids and we needed our room asap Don’t expect to get in early here Also heard a guest struggling to get a later checkout after being told he could get one Room was clean Bathroom a little dirty with stains but just looked run down Beds were clean and semi comfortable Pool was kind of dirty but still had fun swimming The AC was making loud noises everytime it turned on though Would stay again

Do not recommend if you’re looking for a quiet hotel experience The floors are so dirty my feet were black from walking around barefoot in the room The towels smelled funny, and the couch in the room was filthy

Cool having a hot tub in the room, but it took forever to fill up and the water was cold half way through Ok if you’re on a budget Breakfast was decent with a waffle maker

Trent Poche-Moore

Well where to begin, I stayed here for a week, children were screaming and running up and down the hallways I tried to move to a different room and realized that they were running and screaming and slamming down on all 3 hallways not to mention downstairs by the front desk……I will never stay there again…

Never! I wish someone would have been totally honest with me before I stayed there Please research before you stay… No a good experience!

I will not reserved at this hotel I had a bad customer serviceI mad a reservations almost a week before my arrival and was told the price and I was like okay cool! I arrived at 3pm which was my check-in time (with 4 tired/hungry children) I get asked my information and she looked and she asked for my name a few times I was getting that feeling that maybe they didn’t book my reservation that I had made over

She couldn’t find me took a bit Finally she says oh here we go and says okay lets get everything going for you, I said okay cool! Than she said oh am sorry I need to check if the rooms are available (cleaned) I was like in my head wow seriously I said okay I sat and waited in the lobby a while she helped a couple that was checking in behind me That took about 10-15 minutes my kids where obviously getting impatient She finally helps me and I get all my stuff go to my room(s)my whole point and bad customer services here is when I reserved my rooms I was told I would be having two rooms next to each other for the price of $$$ I was like okay cool I fully trusted this hotel to have everything set and going for me but noI get my rooms one in the second floor and the other room is in the 3 floor very fart apartI go downstairs and I tell the gal hey am a bit confused I had made a reservation to have two rooms next to each other but yet these are very fart apart from one another she’s like oh am sorry that all we have am like okay don’t have control over that so I let it slide MAKE SURE YOU CHECK DOUBLE CHECK YOUR transactions I was told a certain amount over the phone and when I checked out and reviewed my transactions on my way home I was very unhappy it was double the price I was never told when I checked in this was my total and maybe I should of asked however since I made the reservation over the phone I TRUSTED and assumed I was being charged that amount

Hello, we can thank Brittney on this one I recommend the following to everyone DO NOT go to this hotel

They have a serious HVAC issue Central Valley is very hot and low to no AC is not acceptable However, mistakes happen It’s a matter of willingness to do something about it to make it right I didn’t sleep all night due to the room being so hot I’m very disappointed and am going upstairs with this one I couldn’t get the monetary portion of $85 refunded and now I feel I threw money away I could’ve slept better in my car The main point is, this is an establishment who doesn’t take responsibility or accountability There are other hotels nearby with working air conditioners Go to those Prices are comparable Brittney should NOT be managing and I will take this as far as necessary with measures fully permitted by law STAY AWAY from here If you don’t listen to me, after your stay you will wish you had based on the experience I know you will have Good day!

This place was absolutely terrible, from the moment we walked in we were unsatisfied The front desk clerk was very unprofessional and going off task talking about TV shows Then the breakfast is not selective at all

The room when we walked in smelt very dingy and smelt of vape/tobacco We then discovered when we went to open the blinds that there was boogers all over the walls The shower was okay in pressure but squeaks the whole time you are showering Finally the final night we stayed we discovered a cockroach on the ground near the front desk and let the clerk know, but she did not move a muscle and let it keep crawling Absolutely DISGUSTING

Richard Rea

Our room was not worth the $17500 they charged us The curtains were coming off the curtain rods, the bathroom sink didn’t drain, no table or chairs and extension cords running behind the desk tor plug-ins and the carpet was stained

The room didn’t resemble the picture on their website They also had inadequate food for breakfast We ended up going to a restaurant

The Hassel of trying to get your own money back from the deposit which I was told they hold the money until you leave Then they say 2 weeks to get back on the cardIm talking to my credit company and quality inn is lieing about the money

They are holding it and my credit card company are willing to cooperate with me as I get legal with them tomorrow Even the credit card company acknowledge what the hotel is doing is wrong Do not stay in this con artist scam of a hotel This completely overrides my stay and any opinions I have about the hotel The worst place of business I have ever encountered Horrible experience

Rooms are large and clean, bed is comfortable The property is painstakingly maintained All and all is a nice place

But wow, if you are a light sleeper that needs peace and quiet in order to sleep this isn’t the hotel for you Halls carry sound surprisingly well, outdoor street noises are also heard with an uncanny clarity And while the walls aren’t paper thin, any elevated noise can be heard easily

Emma Sembly – Brodie

Well maintained property We attended a large wedding, and it was a beautiful ceremony, supported by a hard-working hotel staff We stayed three days

Our room was clean as well as the facility Friends used the pool and work out room with no complaints The bar served food from snacks to meals Very polite and receptive staff Valet & self-serve parking available Masks are optional

Madeline Mueller

The room was clean and comfortable with a great TV, but contained no amenities—no literature to describe any room services and few supplies for in-room coffee or tea The bath fixtures were half broken and some lamps were out of commission There were no beverage or snack machines on my floor

The hotel food service was mostly nonexistent and the breakfast offerings were overcooked and tasteless (at $1600!!)While it’s understandable that hotels will have problems coming out of many months of covid shut-down, potential customers should be warned to not expect certain things that in the past would have been included in the price Or maybe the price should have been lowered given that what is being advertised as ‘luxury’ accommodations is not currently the reality

Once again a very disappointing experience at and IHG property I’ve been an Ambassador for years and I’m not understanding why we cannot have these properties properly announce that a pool or hot tub is not available Traveling full time and for work I should be able to use my points and get the amenities that are advertised on the hotel’s page

The rooms are so cute! It was nice and clean, I was really shocked because it was a good price and the outside looks rundown but the rooms themselves sooooo different The bathrooms need to be updated badly and the TV would be a lot better with a guide Anyways I’d still come back again if I needed to get away from hectic life

Nice little spot Vending machines and ice machine could be better

Lenny Gardner

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at, towels felt like sand paper, you can hear the freeway loudly, doors don’t seal, bathroom door hinge falling off, bathroom walls not sealed, old shower head caked with minerals, hair on floors, on bathroom floor, on sink, in bathtub, didnt look like they cared to clean Bad location, felt like the car was going to get broken into Looks ok in the online advertisement pics but the hotel sucks

I tried to add more pics of this place but it wouldn’t let me Was supposed to be free breakfast, it was a muffin Do not stay here, worse than a Motel 6 Front desk staff are not friendly Wish I could get a refund

Ravi K. Sharma

Nothing wrong with this placeWell maintained and cared for, if a little worn out ‘Breakfast’ provided is a misnomer – don’t pay extra for preserved pastries/coffee/tea/jiuce

Room quite spacey, was adequate (while well appointed, was a little ‘weary’) – with round top table, 2 chairs (70’s type plastic buckets – which I thought was kool and quite comfortable), flatscreen TV (possibly 42″, didn’t really use except for news – so no idea about entertainment channels), small microwave, small/bar fridge, coffee maker, bed comfy, linen worn/stains but clean, towels/hand-face cloth same, bathrooms looked newer and were clean Room sevice for cleaning not everyday but is adequate Pool is small (but fun, I reckon) WiFi – comes with room price, great speeds, no lag but is open (be safe – use firewall/VPN) Loads of well lit parkingGolden State Highway/99 Northbound/Southbound right next to it, however noise didn’t really penetrate into the room Front office (Damodar and the others – forgive me for not rembering your names) team are quick, helpful, kind and understanding – very professional which brought this location up in my estimation (refer stars below) Lobby/Check-in Area nicely appointed/maintained, with AC/fans and a little self-serve refreshment bar (Water/Juice/Coffee/Tea) and a few armchairs and a few round top tables with 3/4 chairs each Computer available in lobby (didn’t use) presumably for guestsPlenty of food (fast and casual) places within 3-5 mintes walk, gas staion also ‘around the corner’I gave 4 (rather then 2 or 3) stars because for the price (you get what you pay for and I got a little bit more, so) and somewhat desperate situation I was in, I was satisfied Please bear in mind this was just my (one persons) reflection – the little ‘grumbles’ I put in here may just have been my experiance (and these are little grumbles for the price) – if you get the great deal I got, I would recommend this place for a quick no frills business trip, visiting area family stop over place, if your’re stopping off on you way to somewhere or if you need a place to rest up and clear your head, even

Nice place they are doing everything they can to have the place even better

The people that work there are great peoplekid friendly people wish people would stop going there and destoying making it bad for others to enjoy the potential that this hotel has Its not the hotel its some of the people that go there Some of the people that stay there either stays to them selves or is very kind and respectful willing to help if someone looks like they struggling or something great workers and some great Peopel that stay there

Jamie Ramirez

Stay away at any cost This is by far the scariest place I’ve ever stayed and it was incredibly loud and it seemed like that the upstairs unit above us and the stay in the unit to the right of us we’re both equally trying to break into our apartment plus some creeper stalker shouting my girlfriend’s name all night it’s just scary When I asked the manager to do something about it he told me that I was simply nothing but them trying to unclog a toilet very quickly upstairs

I’ve worked in building trades my whole life I have never heard of an unclogging of a toilet that required them to come through the crawl space into our motel room Not the other way around mind you were from motel into the crawl space but the other way around If they were employees they were not uniforms they were not name tagged and I had no idea by the clothes they were wearing that they were even employees I thought they were bums I don’t mean to sound classidy but they look like bums

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! The housekeeper stole over $1,000 worth of my stuff one being a PS5 She was the only one who has access to my room and supposedly “there was no PS5” in the room Camera footage show she’s the only one who entered my room

In her fb she’s a gamer Hotel manager hardly cared all he really had to say was he had a business to run Thankfully he showed the police the camera footage and key logs, but honestly didn’t really seemed like he cared one of his employees steals from his guests

Adrienne McCloud

The owners/managers/housekeepers are very kind I only give 4 stars because of the location, unfortunately

But the actual hotel cannot control that One night there were some smell disturbances from someone with their room door open But, I must say, most of this town smells like MJ lol I felt secure overall It was cleaner than the Days Inn – over there I experienced bed bug bites and tripped over the doorway The only reason I ended up at Motel 6 is because the staff at Days Inn sent me away when I said I was getting over covid Well, if they paid attention to the CDC, they would’ve known you’re not contagious after a week, or in my case 10 days Instead, they send me to the covid floor somewhere where I have to walk up stairs, get winded, and aggravate my healing lungs For dealing with covid customers, Motel 6 was extremely gracious and careful themselves I even had a night where my key didn’t work and I called the office in tears because I knew I couldn’t make it up and down the stairs with my toddler again That was the one night I had a heavy diaper bag and bag of waters Someone came up just to quickly unlock my door and let me figure out the key situation the following day To be honest, that made the difference between me giving up and sleeping in my car, or being able to rest my lungs and injured body (fall at the Days Inn because of the raised doorway)
