We stayed at La Quinta Inn at NE Northup Way Kirkland, WA in December 2021Receptionist guy in the night shift was very nice and decent But the hotel itself is not very clean Elevator smells filthy and floor is pretty nasty

Room was very cold when we got there , they didn’t run the heater and smells like old stale carpet They also allow pets which is ok but if you are allergic to pet hair then it’s not the hotel for you You will see traces of pet hair on the bed linensReceptionist woman in the morning shift is not so friendlyThe free breakfast are some oranges, yoghurt and muffins So just a warning if there’s like 2 or 3 of you eating they will not provide a paper bag or any kind of bag so you have to put the food items in your coat or prepare to manage it along with everything else ( masks , luggage, kids/babies etc) I lost valuable items in the room and unfortunately nobody called from the hotel yet to return the items I hope someone with a good conscience realizes that the items are important to their guests and return itTo be fair to them a manager emailed us regarding this concernA month later Still waiting for someone to call us from this hotel and return the wedding band and engagement ringUpDate April 2022This hotel property address in Northup Way apparently is closed or under different management

The folks that work here are all extremely nice, at least everyone I met so far I feel very at peace here I think the loudest person here may be me

Really though, it’s completely quiet and utterly relaxed The man who helps me at the front desk on a regular basis couldn’t be more hospitable The rooms are good size a wonderful deal !!! I’ve paid $50 more for the same size room or smaller It’s a little rough on the outside, (mainly old paint) The woman who took my reservation over the phone She actually helped me to the point of a FREE early check in Nobody is promised that I’m sure, it was terrible weather out and cold She allowed her heart to help This place is really like that Well worth a little extra commute What’s kindness worth these days? I still can’t believe it’s as affordable as it is

Talon Windwalker

Room was fairly comfortable, and I appreciated having a recliner so I could put my feet up Not enough pillows and no extra pillow or blanket in the closet They can’t say they currently offer a breakfast

You could get a piece of fruit and a very small yogurt, and that’s basically it Staff have to hand you the minimal food, yet the spoon, lid for your coffee, and the stirrers have to be grabbed by you which means people’s fingers are likely touching the stuff which will be going in your mouth *eyeroll*Your only option for a sweetener in the lobby (for coffee or tea) is sugar When I asked about artificial stuff, the staff said “We’re asked that all the time, but this is all we have” If you’re asked for this “all the time” why not supply it? Not like it’s expensive!Location is decent and convenientHallway on the 3rd floor was FREEZING I needed my jacket any time I left my room Thermostat in the room couldn’t be lowered beyond 65 I like a chilly room, and there is too much traffic noise for me to leave the window openBathtub is small, and no bars or anything for people who might need some help with stability Just an FYI Toilet paper roll was under the sink cabinet which made it difficult to roll so would rip after 2 squares

I booked a stay as a gift for a couple celebrating a wedding anniversary and baby moon I worked with the hotel prior to their stay and they were so accommodating of my request and went above and beyondThe guests loved their 15th floor room and the special evening reception for elite members

The room was beautiful and luxurious A welcome basket of drinks and snacks was also in the room upon arrival — was so special! The breakfast in the morning was spectacular, such variety The lobby was so modern and spacious — a great place to hang out The guests said of all the Marriott hotels in the area, they were glad they picked this one

Raimund Andree

Just like any other Marriott business hotel These hotels are nothing special but you know what to expect Rooms are spacious and quite

Room cleaning is only upon request and it would be great to have some cups and glasses in the room

I stayed here during the last week of March I had done my research ahead of time and understood that Bellevue was a smaller, quieter part of Seattle And it really was

I was very pleased with my stay The staff at the front desk, valet and at the lounge were amazing! Super friendly and helpful people They answered all my questions, gave helpful recommendations and were ready to assist as soon as we approachedThe valet was quick given that there is no self parking They were always so kind to help my grandma get in the carThe restaurants breakfast was delicious and there are plenty of healthy options to choose fromOur hotel rooms were spotless! There were plenty of toiletries and it was easy to request extra towels/clean sheets through the Marriot app I’m giving this place a 5 star review because I had a 5 star sleep We were so happy with our stay

This hotel is in a perfect location! Rooms are clean, beds and pillows are comfortable and most importantly, the staff is amazing!!!This property follows all the rules of safety and though the restaurant is open only tor breakfast, all other food delivery options are available and plenty of restaurants and shops around the corner There is a little convince shop on the first floor, where you can find anything needed for a night or soHotel staff is friendly and is always ready to help, replying our calls immediately

I am not sure which delay on call replies was mentioned in previous reviews There is an ATM machine on the first floor, several vending machines on various floors and a microwave in case you want to warm up your ordered food! We highly recommend this hotel!

Torri Jones

Convenient hotel 15 miles from the airport There is shuttle service every 20 minutes on the hour Very basic amenities

Rooms have been upgraded The bathroom door is a bit odd Just make sure it’s fully closed or else everyone sees you business 😁 Not all elevators were working, so that slowed down the service There are snacks, and water coolers with regular and lemon water Concierge service is friendly and accommodating Room service for food is pricey but convenient, since the location is a bit remote and there are not many eating options outside Beds are situated on very high platforms! They are huge but comfortable with many pillows and extra blankets There is A/C which is very necessary since the windows don’t open and it tends to get a bit stuffy in the room There’s also a desk where you can work as well as a refrigerator and a Keurig coffee machine I do highly recommend the restaurant in the hotel! The fish and chips, burger and fries, lobster and salmon fritters, tea and coffee are excellent! This hotel is recommended of you’re looking for basic accommodations at a reasonable rate

Scott Walters

Good location, about 4 blocks from the waterfront and pike place market, was nice to walk everywhere Lots of rooms here which can make the elevator situation slow The beds are comfy here and I know that is always an important part of the stay

We asked to have our room cleaned twice during a 3 night stay but was never done once, which was disappointing They should upgrade the showers and no fans in the bathrooms

I had to travel a long distance for a much needed surgery at the hospital located up the street I’m so glad I chose this hotel and not another slightly less expensive one nearby The beds were clean and comfortable, the room smelled nice and the staff was kind despite how I looked after my surgery

Very glad my companion and I have a place we can trust to stay for my next surgery

dani shemesh

The hotel is really niceThe room is big and cleanThere is a nice bath and a coffee machine

There are many channels on the TVThe mini fridge made a lot of noise so I had to disconnect it at nightIt has a small Gym on the first floor and a really tiny poolIt is located next to a local shopping center and 15 min walk from a Totem lake shopping centerBut it is too far from Kirkland downtown and the lake so you must have a carThere is a lot of parking next to it and in the shopping center

David “Sully” Sullivan

I reserved a non-refundable room for one adult and one child with two beds and had to pay in advance When my family arrived, they were informed that they didn’t have any rooms with 2 beds They offered 2 different rooms on different floors with one bed each

This option was not possible as our son was not old enough to be on a completely different floor than his mother We did not get what we paid for and were not offered any sort of refund

Nice small hotel, clean, friendly staff but not enough due to labor shortage I believe The manager is proactive The swimming pool is small and was closed during my visit

Walking distance to Microsoft Breakfast good enough The room was clean with enough towels but giving on the parking lot even at the second floor so plan accordingly Would recommend

EDIT: The owner responded to this review saying they had contacted me and had offered me Marriott points That never happened

I was never contacted nor offered pointsQuite frustrated with my experience with this service I had made adjustments online to my reservations and apparently they did not go through or I made some kind of mistake I was charged for a room that I never stayed in and the front desk person I spoke to was quite rude & condescending saying that he couldn’t give me any kind of refund on the 1 night I was charged although I had the next night still booked I needed to stay there 2 nights so I asked to add an additional night and he wanted to charge me $270 when my original amount was $135 He told me because they were at capacity they couldn’t help me at all with a refund or honoring my original booking price I ended up cancelling the entire reservation I was surprised by the level of service as it was the worst I have received at any Marriott (I am a platinum member and have traveled on a monthly basis for the last 8 years) Definitely unfortunately it seemed like there was no attempt to “make things rights”

Olivia P

A few things that added up over time–I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe they’re short staffed but you do NOT get daily house keeping and have to opt to call for housekeeping For a 5 night stay, we were offered one day’s worth of housekeepingYou must call to get towels, toilet paper, tissues, etc

, and when calling at 9:30 am, the girl seemed unsure if she’d be able to get me towels and said the “house man has been cleaning for a while, he should be able to bring you them” to which he did, but it still felt like an odd thing to say The next morning, we had to go to the front desk to get towels and wash cloths because there was no housekeeper onBeing in a nice area, this situation seemed extremely odd for a Marriott owned hotel and again I don’t know if this is due to being short staffed but you pay for a hotel expecting the entire experience, not to check in and THEN be told they barely have housekeeping and you should take out your own trash and leave it at the door by 10 amI’m also not sure if this is a Washington thing as I’ve never been charged for parking at a hotel, but being charged $8 a night for parking and then having to scour the parking lot for a spot is absolutely outrageous My sister has a disability and people were parking in handicap spots with no handicap stickers They have an “overflow” lot which our room was a good walk away and having to walk from there at 1 am by myself after paying for parking is ridiculousThe room is clean, breakfast was nice, and the staff friendly, but overall kind of a bizarre hotel experience that we weren’t expectinglikely due to corporate and nothing to do with in-hotel staff

Complimentary hot breakfast is always nice, and the indoor-outdoor dining area was terrificFront desk staff were so helpful Bed and pillows were super cozyWe really enjoyed walking along the lake, especially around Lake Union Park And the proximity to restaurants was so convenient—we enjoyed dinners at nearby Duke’s Seafood and I Love SushiGood value for the price, and overall great experience I would love to stay here again

Room size of suite not bad The bed was GREAT The living room was comfortably arranged

Not a great room for people with mobility issues There were no bars to hold onto in the bathroom and the pit is very low which posed a problem for my blind, elderly mother I will Ask for a special room that accommodates these physical limitationsNo shuttle services But the front desk staff are extremely helpful and smileLove the parking and security access to rooms from parking garageLove the location (Only a few blocks from the Seattle Cancer Center

Staff at check in was super friendly and nice Made some good recommendations for places to eat while we were checking in Building is on the older side which shows in the elevators and popcorn ceilings in the rooms

Rooms overall are nice and seem to have been updated Only downside to the rooms are the air conditioning is not able to keep the room very cold on super hot days Called the front desk to have them look at it They were very quick to come up and look at it which was nice After looking at it they said it was as cold as it would get that the units were very undersized and cant keep up on hot days And that they had no other rooms that they could move us to And offered to refund our stay for the inconvenience which was nice of then to do The staff at this location is top notch and on anything but a hot day this is a great hotel to stay at Next door to the mall with restaurants and a movie theater in easy walking distance Parking here is valet only and 29 dollars a day

Seth Norton

Expensive, but a great place to stay Note that the regular hotel is not in the same building as the residence inn so when reading signs, you can’t just look for “Marriott” Good location near shops and walkable to downtown

Really nice rooms and finishing touches, great shower with plenty of hot water Like others have mentioned the AC can’t quite keep up on the hotter days but I found it to be perfectly fine with adjusting the covers accordingly Also a very nice fitness room

Cherice H

I would not recommend a stay at this hotel to any business colleagues or friends The hotel room I was assigned was not cleaned properly when I arrived The bathroom smelled of urine, nail clippings were on the floor, there were dusty surfaces, and gnats in the room

Of further concern, I had to request that the bathroom be cleaned due to the urine smell emanating from the bathroom I stayed at the hotel for 13 nights and had to request towels and housekeeping (Note: The housekeeping schedule was never communicated to me during check-in) Both times housekeeping did come to my room at my request they did zero cleaning of the room By the time I left, all trash cans were full This hotel does not take pride in its property This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed at which is not good considering how much I have traveled for business Highly overpriced as it relates to the room quality/cleanliness + overpriced valet parking due to the hotels lack of available parking for guests Spend your money else where I will choose another hotel during my next stay in Redmond, WA

Location, parking, amenities, comfy bed – all were great! Loved the view from my room, and loved the in room coffee Check-in was easy, accessing conference rooms and using the sky bridge for food/shopping was a breeze Conveniently located near the freeway as well! There is a card that you have to enter all the way inside the door to allow lights to come on, it is a cool way the hotel helps save power, but good to know before you are in a dark room unsure why the lights aren’t working 🤣 I would definitely stay here again! Loved that a room key was required to get to each floor as well, nice added security

Years ago I spent many nights at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue while traveling on business, so I was curious to see how it had changed in 20 years It is in great shape The rooms have been updated and everything is new

The lighting in the room is mostly indirect and is very nice There is coffee service with a Keurig machine in the room The staff were friendly and helpful It was great to be back and see the place reasonably busy Our car needed attention because we had run into a swarm of locusts in southern Oregon, and the valet staff were very helpful in getting our car into the wash and cleaned

Anji Baghel

We recently moved to Bellevue and booked our stay here as we knew it’s a pet-friendly hotel The stay was so good I was worried about my dogs because staying in a hotel for long could stress them out

Hyatt provided a comfy stay for us and my two dogs My dogs loved it here There are a lot of eating options around You can go for a walk in the city Everything is easily accessible And the Hotel staff is always gentle and polite Always there to help and always available

Whenever we visit Redmond this is our go-to hotel to stay at There’s been many changes since the last time we came (5-6 years ago), probably due to the pandemic, but they’re not jarring enough to warrant bad reviews They won’t clean everyday (you can request a tidy up from the front desk if you’d like), or provide new toiletries everyday, but again you can ask for whatever you need at the front

They still have breakfast that closes at around 9 am, and overall their rooms are clean No icky stains (whew!) They have a pool, gym, and a little ping pong table at the north end of the hotel on the first floor Laundry is about $2 per load (for washer only, drier is another $2) Staff is very, very friendly and accommodating! It is better than all nearby hotels

Joshua Sneed

Meh, they allow pets when nobody else does The free breakfast qualifies as breakfast because it is edible in the morning, but visit a local business instead The mall is nice, there are several coffee shops within walking distance, same for weed, and the theater

The light rail station is basically adjacent and currently a 30′ deep hole with sections of elevated track near by Staff was nice

Justin Stoddard

I booked a reservation at this hotel for a family member and friends last week Three rooms for 3 nights Upon arrival, their experience was the worst they have ever had at a Marriott

The hotel seemed old and run down The first night, two of the rooms smelled like dead mice The front desk sent someone from housekeeping up to check the room She pulled the couch out and wrappers fell out of the couch, there were wrappers that were behind the couch, and it was obvious no one had cleaned behind there They were moved to different rooms which also smelled like dead mice After a long day of travel, the group was tired and decided to just give it a night and see if they could make it through But, in the morning the smell had not improved and there was no way they could stay at the hotel for another minute They approached the front desk to explain they needed to check out and requested that the points used to book the rooms be credited back to our account They were forced to find another hotel which was MUCH better and up to the Marriott standard The Residence Inn Seattle East/Redmond does NOT measure up to the Marriott brand and name we have come to love and go out of our way to stay at whenever we need a hotel room We would recommend steering clear of this hotel

Only stayed one night, perfect location for catching a show at Marymoore, pleasantly surprised by how easy the trail was to locate right from the parking lot Friendly service and clean rooms Only complaint was hearing everything in the room above us when they were walking around and closing doors in the middle of the night but that’s to be expected in a hotel

Will stay again!

I’m staying at this property for a girls trip We are not even halfway through the stay and I’m so pleased with this hotel and overall staff/ customer service experience I wanted to brag on them for a moment As an ambassador elite Marriott member, sufficed to say, I travel a lot and stay in Marriott properties across the country

This one has been exceptional Brenda at the front desk has been so accommodating and got us into an awesome room – which has truly boosted our whole weekend experience Thank you!

They took away EVERYTHING that was great about this hotel and not only did they not lower their prices they increased them! In the lobby, no fruit water In the room no robes anymore, no fluffy towels, very few towels to begin with Our AC was broken and the room was 74 degrees the whole time

The craziest thing was not having a fridge We were told we had to pay $20 a night After I just spent almost $300 a night to stay here?? So disappointed We’ve been here many times but never again We hear they have fridges and AC at the W

I cannot say enough good things Responsive to every need and desire- need towels or fresh bottles of water? They arrive within 10 minutes Our first night peaceful and quiet

Unfortunately the next night a very loud group of people next to us intent on loudly partying the night away- the night manager took care of the situation within 20 minutes Speedy valet and very nice pool/hot tub area Will definitely be back

Great stay It has little kitchenet inside the room The kitchen has just enough to prepare some simple meals, but somehow stove top was very weak and took about an hour just to boil the pot of water

But still it is nice to have feature Bed and couch were comfortable They have pool, gym, and laundry place on first floor All of those are nicely maintained and very clean Also, as location wise, it is located next to Transit Center, so has easy access to many number of buses, so if you are thinking about moving around by bus it is great place But the downside of this place is there is no store/ restaurant in walking distance, so it is troublesome if you want to grub some small little something

After a Valentines Dinner at Matts Oyster House across the parking lot at the Town Center, We were not ready to go home and wanted a clean space to relax for Valentines Day We have stayed at hotels all over the US and had never tried the Archer It was the newest in the area and most convenient

It exceeded our expectations from the time if check in with the gentleman that worked that night, wish we had caught his name but he was very helpful with accommodating and welcoming Us to our first stay with the Archer Hotel We will most likely be back for another stay thanks to the staff and overall atmosphere of the hotel Thanks Again from Jordan and Jazzy 🙂

I stayed here briefly for one night on a business trip Plan to pay for parking in the attached parking garage below

the night I stayed it was $20 per day Otherwise the hotel is well appointed, clean and has nice amenities My room was on the small side but they followed my request to be close to the elevator on a high floor I would stay here again (Please note this is downtown so there is some city noise and I recommend bringing earplugs)

Had and amazing stay here, this is a very comfortable and welcoming hotel The available parking was probably my favorite part aside from its perfect location 4/5 stars only because my checkout process wasn’t so great

The employee named June from what I remember had horrible customer service skills She had an attitude and was extremely rude when all I was doing was checking out Could’ve just been a bad day but still completely unprofessional Someone like that should not be at the front desk! Other than that, all the other workers seemed extremely friendly and welcoming and i will definitely be booking another stay soon 😊

The good: location is very convenient, right off hwy405 and minutes away from shopping centers Starbucks is accessible through the lobby On-site self parking is only $20/night

The not-so-good: Room cleanliness is mediocre Hairs left on the pillow (eew) and sheets don’t smell like they’ve been changed either Bathroom doesn’t have ventilation Housekeeping is definitely not up to the Marriott standard

We booked a number of rooms for a wedding in June The hotel gave us a great price and beautiful rooms We also hosted a welcome dinner that provided Mexican food

The food provided by the Hilton was excellent and our raved about it Arlene was my point of contact and she did a fabulous job managing the whole process of booking the rooms and the dinner We were very happy with entire event and the professionalism of the entire Hilton team

Colleen Fischesser

We had a short stay here, Saturday through Monday The staff was very nice and accommodating At first I was a little nervous about every room being “pet friendly”, but our room was very clean and you’d never know pets had ever been there

The bed was super comfortable, plenty of towels, good offering of channels as well We will definitely stay again

Rooms are nice and staff is nice but I pay a lot of money to have to request housekeeping after 4 night stay Had my pet in her cage so I could receive housekeeping to learn it hadn’t been done the day I was gone (3rd day) Front desk said I had to request(!!!!!) when I went down to inquire… though I was not told this at check in

Lots of money (over $950) to not have housekeeping Disappointed Daniel in the bar was awesome so I give one star or I’d * a 0 star Won’t be recommending this place due to price and lack of housekeeping (I saw one housekeeper on each floor) I feel bad, which I shouldn’t, because I had tip ready and now I don’t want to leave one No win situation #260 5/18-5/22 No courtesy offered No cook on weekend

I would just like to say The house keeper name margarita was astonishing She was so nice about not barging in to clean while we were still packing up to check out

When we took a couple bags down we realized she was watching over our door and complimented on how nice are kids were behaving! The rooms were extremely clean! 10/10 to all staff!

Stephanie Kirk

I was here for a business trip, but I really appreciated being at this hotel Breakfast was great in the mornings, and I loved the tea set up at night There’s a bar at a hotel across the lot that is affiliated, and the food and drinks there are pretty delightful

It felt like I was close enough to everything I needed to do and yet far enough to feel rested when back at the hotelI’d stay here again in a heartbeat

Eric Ganko

Avoid on weekends — their staffing is almost non-existent on weekends, lacking front desk staff in the evening, and no housekeeping, breakfast, or bar over the weekend Nobody even picked up the phone on Sunday morning at 8:30a! Instead you are directed to their neighbor, the Elements hotelThe physical parts of the hotel are nice enough – the gym had a good amount of equipment and space – but the service turned us off on this hotel

Great hotel space, family oriented and very homey if your looking for a good sleep or getaway with family or a quick business trip Room was equipped with a desk already As well as morning beverages like coffee and hygiene needs

Clean linens and towels First hotel booked for the first time so the experience was nice and flowed smoothly into my check out Check out is especially really easy and great thing is delivery may come to your room if you want to, thumbs up for that Really enjoyed this accomation It’s within budget range as well if needed

Fairly good for the price Nice looking hotel/rooms with friendly and helpful staff A few major drawbacks

There was a carpet beetle crawling on the fabric part of my bed frame The bed sheet had a faint stain There is no elevator (I wish this was made more apparent when I booked) The toilet ran loudly on and off for extended lengths of time throughout my stay

Madison Conibear

The staff were super nice Our room was missing part of the coffee maker so we couldn’t make coffee I booked this hotel mostly for the hot tub

But it was closed the entirety of our trip So that was super dissappointing Walls are very thin we could hear word for word the conversation of our neighbors Bed was comfy! If the hot tub is fixed then I’d stay here again

We wanted to try something a little bit outside of the main city for our first night in the Seattle area and we were very happy with how cozy and tucked-away this hotel and location wasComplimentary garage-parking here are plenty of good eats (new American, Sushi, Indian, Thai) and accessible shopping (notably Target) within short (+/- 5 minutes) driving distance As someone who gets extremely uncomfortable and anxious with unfamiliar congested urban areas, I found the surrounding area welcoming enough to comfortably explore/navigate

Nearby nightlife seemed to wind-up somewhat early (10-11pm Friday) but we had a very good time in this areaThis location is true to the Hyatt name, very clean and well-kept For a couple traveling together, we enjoyed the layout of our room and the spacious bath/vanity area Our room had a balcony; not much of a view to be had here, but a very peaceful suburban retreat nonetheless The bed in this hotel was the most comfortable on our trip, even in comparison to our “nicer” room in the Seattle/downtown area The staff here were welcoming, very kind, but very out of the way otherwise We really enjoyed our stay here

Great business hotel Beds are super comfortable and large Rooms are very well equipped and really taken into consideration a travellers needs

Great amenities including a workout room, clothes washing room, office area, pool, hot tub, and food Plus it’s nearby to a plaza and more food options Staff are very friendly and helpful, and there’s a good selection of snacks to charge to your room I always stay here when I’m in Redmond

Franco Zhang

Strongly recommend this location if you are travelling to Seattle area The location is very convenient, close to nearby grocery stores, malls, shops and restaurants Parking is safe and secure, located right across the street

Room is clean and everything works, even though not newly furnished Staff is friendly and professional They do offer complementary breakfast and parking so this is really nice considering how many other hotels in Seattle areas charge parking fees

The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming Our room was perfect for our family of four visiting Seattle The light rail station is easy to use to get from the airport to the hotel

The hot breakfast with made to order omelets along with the evening reception were a perfect addition to the perks of the Embassy Suites It gave us a solid start each morning to visit the sites We would explore for the morning and go back to the hotel around 2, enjoy the pool and hot tub for a bit, shower, take a power nap, enjoy the evening reception, followed by heading out for a great dinner in the city and a bit more adventure Embassy Suites will also hold your luggage on check in and check out days free of charge at the front desk Book the flights landing early and departing late knowing your luggage won’t be in your wayThe only warnings I have are-the bathrooms have zero privacy with 2 sliding doors that leave an inch gap at the top and bottom and doesn’t latch in any way The doors will bounce open, get bumped open, and every sound is heard every where in the room The light turned on at night will illuminate the entire unit also, waking every person too I suggest bringing a small night light to help eliminate needing the full light at night The flushing toilet is insanely loud at 2am-the description for the pool said it is heated It is very chilly water and my kids found it too cold to be in at 2 different stops Their teeth were chattering and lips blue after about 15 minutes The hot tub is really hot The pool is a great size for a game of catch-Be safety conscious when exploring around Be safe, pay attention to your surroundings, and don’t stick out We walked and used public transit our entire stay and encountered no problems, but did pass through some areas that we avoided on the return trip As in any large city, always be aware of your surroundings and secure your belongingsEmbassy suites was a great base for our family travels Thanks for helping make our stay so great and giving us the space and amenities a family needs while on the go

I always use Hilton and I chose Embassy Suites because it was my birthday and I wanted to pamper myself with the happy hour and restaurant The day I check in my flight got a delayed and we arrived at 6;29 just a minute before the happy hour ended We asked to the host if we can still do it

She says no I understand we were a little late but I would it liked that she would try to do something She just saidWell tomorrow you can do it She could give us a drink at the bar or at least being more kind and friendly It was my birthday I just wanted to be perfect I didn’t feel the excellent service that I always receive at a Hilton HotelThe positive part was the room and the breakfast The room was clean and pretty I didnt like the bathroom accordion door The breakfast was good and the employees maintained the area cleanThe hotel restaurant just have one employee to attend the bar and tables We decide to go the 13 coins restaurant instead It was excellent

Lucia P

We were only there for an overnight stay but it was good We got to partake in the evening happy hour and that was nice The drinks were not my favorite as they were not mixed as i had hoped but for free drinks I guess you can’t complain much

I didn’t order any additional drinks though because I was worried they’d be the same The room was very nice even though we had hoped it’d be biggerParking was a bit expensive but convenient The hotel overall is very nice 10 minutes away from WAMU Theater (WALKING) and many bars and restaurants near by I totally recommend the GOOD BAR! Impressive drinks! Some food trucks near by as well The restaurant in the hotel had a long wait so we ventured out
