The rooms were very clean and a good size for a family of 4 The staff was very welcoming but somewhat inconsistent The front desk was great about all questions, but breakfast

One day breakfast was amazing: sausage, eggs, waffles The next cereal and cold coffee from the day before?? When asked the front desk said it wasn’t their job I’m sure it wasn’t, but not helpful Hence the 3 for service The maids were 4 star for real very helpful and courteous when needing towels or anything

I stayed 3 nights in an ADA King Suite The room was really clean with a great lay out I really appreciate the walk in shower with adjustable shower head, as well as the wide living area

The staff were really friendly and professional I felt safe at night, staying alone It’s really close to major roads and interstates I’d recommend joining their Free Choice rewards club so you get the best rates and accrue points for your stayI’d highly recommend turning left out of their parking lot and checking out the view of the mountains while getting a coffee at Dunkin Donuts

If you choose this hotel, make sure you stay on the third floor We were kept awake nearly until midnight and at 5am due to the room above us Every footstep is heard and felt through the walls, floor, and bed

The clerk was absent-minded or very inexperienced, asking for my name and other information multiple times over the phone during reservationThe pool had stuff all over its surface, visible from the hall outside Some doors were ripped and hanging from the jambHot and cold in the shower were switched, although plenty hot The handle was loose and floppyThe central air vent was very noisy (not enough to drown noise from other tenants)The greatest credit to this hotel is that the bed was quite comfortableI have had much better stays at hotels less than half the cost of this Breakfast held no surprisesYou would not miss out if you stayed elsewhere

Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice pool but it is 4ft to 5ft for those that have kiddos Easy location to get to and from places Lots of places to eat nearby

Little noise from freeway The north rooms have great view of sandias South room great view of sunsets Pillows are very flat and soft, recommend asking for extra pillows if you like more support

The hotel was clean and most of the staff were helpful and friendly My brother made my reservation and when I got there I gave my own credit card to pay for the room However, they still charged his card instead of mine

This was not a big deal, I just gave him the money What was a big deal was the breakfast While we were finishing ours a family came in with 3 young children There was still 25 minutes left for breakfast but there was seriously almost nothing left When the woman asked the attendant about getting something to eat she was told by the attendant she didn’t have time to put anything else out for them If the breakfast is served until a certain time, then food should be available The young lady who was working was very rude and she locked everyone out exactly on the hour I felt so bad for this family

Keshia Chino

Thinking of a nice get away for 4th of July Booked two rooms, for two nights Got robbed on the very first night

And was told by the employees there’s very little camera footage coverage And there’s nothing they can do about it Spoke to the security and was told the cameras cover the entire premises and are clear They also told us that a week ago this hotel was robbed and there was no footage of the robbery and their thinking it’s a inside job Nowhere to be found are the security footage Cops were no help at all except for the insurance wants to up our rate The same night my son got sliced by their light fixture in the pool So, all in all don’t stay here or even think about it And this is how they treat their guests and loyal diamond members

This is such a wonderful respite in Albuquerque! I cannot recommend it highly enough On my visit there were countless patrons taking photos of the beautiful environs, foodies enjoying Campo, Prom-bound high school students getting the perfect photo backgrounds, a beautiful relaxed wedding, and the rest of us travelers enjoying a unique stop especially compared to normal hotels during travel! The Farm Shop is so well curated it is hard to leave empty handed Being able to just wander the grounds at your leisure is food for the soul

The rooms are exceptionally clean and well appointed It feels like the perfect guest suite if your friends had immaculate taste and unlimited means Room service is a dream if you feel like holing up in your room with a book and wine Make an excuse to come to Albuquerque or stop here on your next driving adventure!

Gabrielle Gallegos

We had one of the best meals we’ve ever eaten at this restaurant We had four courses and each ordered different items so that we could share Every dish was perfectly balanced with wonderful flavors and textures

Everything we had was exquisite We also did the wine pairings and truly enjoyed each selection Don’t miss the lavender coffee – the perfect end to a wonderful meal!

Laurie Carroll

I’m a princess when it comes to hotels, but I can’t find anything wrong with Los Poblanos, we had the most perfect stayThe rooms were big, clean, nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable (although we did weigh the pillows weren’t feather), and they have their lavender products in the bathrooms which are amazingThe whole property is so gorgeous, and it’s so nice to stroll through the grounds and find hidden courtyards and explore the flowers

The food at Campo is amazing We had snacks, dinner and breakfast there and we loved everythingCan’t wait to go back for a longer stay!

Great hotel! Awesome location walkable to old town, so tons to do The service was top notch, some of the friendliest people Rooms were recently renovated and quite nice, they even thought to make the shower heads fit tall people! Bartenders and restaurant staff were super nice and helpful

Highly recommend!!!! Would definitely come back

Stephanie Armitage Sichler

The hotel is clean, the staff is great but do not stay while there is a wedding Bass was shaking our walls- concert level volume We were told they would move inside at 10pm, however, employee then started cleaning and moving tables & chairs until after 11pm

People outside enjoying themselves well into the night If you’re staying for the wedding wonderful otherwise ask if there is an event before booking!

Shawna Baron

We stayed two nights and had a wonderful time So much to do within walking distance- our favorite was Sawmill Market across the street This place is safe, clean, modern, and friendly

The pool is fabulous but they do share it with their sister hotel next door (Hotel Chaco) Also loved the restaurant and gift shop on site Will definitely be back

Wonderful stay! Rooms were bright and clean Plenty of parking Large bathroom and comfortable beds

Staff was kind and helpful Front desk called our room shortly after we arrived to be sure all was satisfactory! There was a nice alarm clock/outlet/USB port on one side of the bed Would have been really nice to have one on both sides, but not complaining! Breakfast was typical, but all looked fresh and hot Nice options including eggs, bacon, sausage, and waffles Various cereals, pastries, fruit and yogurt Was surprised by the number of good restaurants in walking distance of the hotel!

Courtenay O’Connell

We stayed here from July 7 to 11, 2022 It was worth the extra bucks to be in a quiet, comfortable, friendly place The front staff checked us in quickly and good-naturedly

We had a first floor room, near the door to the lobby We thought it would be noisy, but it wasn’t We were next door to a family of 4, and never heard themThe room was cool and comfortable The bed gave us the best sleep in any hotel we’ve stayed in Everything worked well – the TV, outlets, lights, air conditioning and plumbingThe breakfast each morning was usually good, though their version of an egg muffin was too dry The scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage were very good, when available Every day fruit, yogurt, cereals and waffles were for breakfastThe hotel is just off the interstate, close to lots of good restaurants & places to shop The parking lot is well lit & there are plenty of parking spots It’s also easy to get into and out of

Alexi Lopez

Front desk staff is extremely friendly, especially the gentleman with the glasses who usually works the evenings Our room is spacious and the location is perfect, with some dining options just a few feet away The daily morning breakfast is delicious, the best out of the 5 hotels I’ve stood in throughout this week long multi-state trip

I would most definitely stay here again

It was a great place to stay! The rooms were very clean and neat! Beds were comfy This hotel is very convenient for parents or even people that are looking for a place to stay for the hospital, it’s connected basically to the hospital just with a overhead pass way to get to the hospital I find this very helpful in the hotel because some people need a place to stay for there children!

A nice hotel Love the rooms Very clean, kudos to housekeeping!I did have problems with the heating/cooling system in one of the King suites

It kept coming on coolvery cooland would not go to heat or even turn off I was treated like an idiot by several people about it because they didn’t believe I had done everything correctly to get heat They figured I didn’t know how to use a very easy thermostatI finally got someone who gave me another room and later told me I was right Someone had reprogrammed it to be nothing but cold, constantly, and they were working on fixing it Her name was Angel, I think, and she did me right and I appreciate itI also had concerns about an extra 40 dollar charge and someone did eventually get back to me with an explanation I appreciate that tooSo, despite the rocky start I had with being at this hotel for the first time, I liked the second room and the hotel Breakfast was typical free fare, but it was cooked well and tasted good Nice clean eating space They also had chocolate milk which gives them total brownie points!!I would stay there again Nice location too

Rebekah Deane

We arrived to check in to our room that we had reserved a month prior, specifically called the location to reserve a handicap accessible room with a roll-in shower on the first floor as we are traveling with our son who uses a wheelchair When we arrived we were told that those rooms were all taken & were only available on a first-come, first-serve basis What is the purpose of a reservation if they do not reserve the room you requested? While the girl at the front tried to be accommodating & contacted her manager who approved a discount, it still defeats the purpose of a reservation and made life more difficult and has us assured that we will not be using Marriott in the future if this is their policy

This has got to be the Joke of the Hilton Brand They do not live up to the brand and service that you expect and get from other Hilton hotels At check in my room wasn’t ready, so went to dinner and came back

Still not ready? “We only have 2 in housekeeping” was the response I was given So, I get stuck in another part of the building Pool is closed for remodeling No other options (According to other reviews I should be GLAD of that)Being a Hilton Honors Member doesn’t get you anything more, as they charge your card for the benefits, they are supposed to offer free to you I have talked to hotel management and even hotel chain customer serviceThe room was clean, and the a/c worked Shower head was so dirty with corrosion and “water conservation” you couldn’t get wetUsed the restaurant for breakfast, only 2 tables had anyone at them Waited close to 10 minutes to get waited on Then I had to eat without silverware and napkins Finally got up and went to get my own coffee that I ordered from the grab and go station at the door There they had no lids, stirrers or sugarI have stayed at many Garden Inns, and multiple Hilton brands in my corporate and personal travels over the last 20 years This is by far the worst experience I have seen ever My next stay in Albuquerque will NOT be at this place

Scott Martin

My room had technology problems Requested a fix, new remote was sent which didn’t fix the problem Notified front desk at check out, ask about a credit to offset

None was given Later, once my invoice was emailed to me, learned that I had been billed for restaurant charges that were not mine (occurred before my check-in even) I had to spend time resolving this from work, speaking with Janet who said she was a manager Not a good experience She was very condescending and needed to perform research before offering a credit Once the credit hit my account, it was short by $5So silly So many places for me to choose when I travel Why treat people this way?

We stayed for one night and we loved it The room was comfortable and suited our family of 5 Breakfast was great and we loved the selection

The common area is very welcoming and comfortable The staff was very friendly and helpful Our kids enjoyed the pool just said it was a little cold A hot tub would’ve been awesome We will definitely stay again if we’re in the area

Ryan Erwin

This is our first stay at the Marriott Pyramid in Albuquerque and I must admit that we’ve been impressed Our room is very nice and comfy The showers are hot and have great water pressure and the bed is great

Now for the best part of our experience here – the guy behind the desk running the show tonight – Drew We can’t thank him enough for his hospitality He went above and beyond to accommodate our family after being on the road for 15 hoursGreat service and a 2am check in are a rare and unusual combination, but Drew knocked it out of the park

Lindsay Norman

We love this hotel and stay every time we visit Albuquerque We had a room with no AC and they happily moved and upgraded us, it was a smooth process so that was appreciated The staff is professional and very kind and accommodating

It’s my understanding the hotel is severely understaffed based on their standard and the hotel was booked to capacity during our stay You can feel that but everyone takes it in stride Joe, the bartender was amazing and we hope y’all give him a raise! Thanks for a great experience

The hotel room was decent, but the rest was alright It will be better when renovations are finished The business center was under renovation and the door says to ask the front desk for help with business center needs

I needed some documents printed, but the front desk said they couldn’t help me, so I had to go to Staples The pool was very uninviting with its rotten smell

We really enjoyed our stay here The room was beautiful, updated, clean and very comfortableThe bathroom is well equipped with nice towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow dryer

The breakfast was nicely presented and has quality choices I always eat oatmeal and they had raisins, walnuts, honey, brown sugar and a wonderful thick slice of fresh raisin bread, yummy!!!

G L Parker

Nice place to lodge and rest

Room was clean We had a standard room reserved and enjoyed the king size bed! We had our children with us so the staff was very accommodating with extra towels and blankets and pillows The breakfast was gourmet with plenty to choose from — eggs, sausage, cinnamon rolls, cereal, etc That’s something that’s important to us when we book a hotel I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool and wash some clothes in the guest laundry area! There were restaurants nearby as well Overall pleased with accomodations!

Heather Hurst

Perfect! Staff was exceptional, room was clean, actually clean They were completely full, but it never seemed full The only thing I would say was not perfect was the elevator was a bit slow at times, but by no means was it an issue

And breakfast was great! I don’t stay in the Albuquerque area much, but when I do, I will always go to Bernalillo to stay at the Holiday Inn Express!

This hotel deserves 5/5 stars for the customer service alone! As someone traveling to NM for the first time, I felt well attended to and safe Gillian and Jasmine stood out the most They were all so attentive, suggested nearby restaurants and sight seeing, and one night even sent up a microwave to my room for my dinner

The cleaning staff also do a great job and are very considerate! This is a great stay for newcomers as it’s close to Old Town, great coffee shops, and even has a Starbucks and Burger King across the street The free breakfast was delicious and some of the best I’ve had as it’s made to order! Shuttle bus service is amazing to and from the airport and other nearby attractions The only things that weren’t the best is that the hotel itself is a bit outdated and the pool was still covered even though it’s end of April and weather was in the 70s & 80s Fridge also made a lot of noise at night

This was a great pet-friendly hotel Very clean, very helpful and knowledgeable desk staff They were super kind with our late arrival due to being stuck on I-40 due to the Sixty Six Fire

My husband and son reported the food was quite good I liked the location, which made it easy to reach historic sites, restaurants, and shopping After a long week on the road, we planned two days here for some downtime It was a lovely place to spend a couple daysI did dislike the prevalence of skunky pot smoke outside the doors closest to our rooms The smell persists well into the hallways It makes it rough for those of us who are allergic Luckily, it doesn’t travel into the rooms, even when folks are smoking directly outside the air unitsMy only room recommendation: room microwaves! We have food allergies and frequently bring things to microwave when traveling I realize this may be a difficult prospect given the age of the hotel–electrical updates are difficult to configure Even a couple lobby microwaves would be helpful

At the bare minimum a resort should have a working hot tub In the two hours I have been here I have found that this place is far from everything there is no access to a hot tub for men If you are a woman you can access hot tub for $30 daily spa fee

Room is nice Bur no microwave Beds comfortable staff friendly 8n room one small coffee per person Otherwise Starbucks I can’t wait to get back home and use my community hot Tub!

The Tamaya might be one of my favorite places on earth My husband and I recently got married at the Tamaya for a small intimate wedding this past May, we had all 50 of our guests from out of state staying at the resort and not a single person was disspointed

in fact everyone was blown away The customer service was incredible and they made everyone feel so special and significant The Santa Ana Pueblo is stunning and embodies everything that I love so much about New Mexico From the hiking trails, bike rides, horse back riding, and amazing restaurants, it truly is the most serene place in the area! I will absolutely be staying here again (hopefully soon!)

We stayed here to finish our two week road trip and relax It was just what we needed before heading home Everything was in good condition and clean

The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful The food was very good and not too expensive for a resort My kids had a great time and we were able to relax before driving home We would definitely stay here again

Me and my husband stayed 2 days here at this hotel, it was our 23 anniversary, I have to say it was very nice and quiet not too busy at all We swam and relaxed in the hot tub with no one else around it was so nice Beds could be a little more comfy and the water didn’t drain in the tub properly, other then that it was awesome!! Would stay here again for sure

Oh and props to Jill she was so sweet!

The girl at the front desk, Celeste, was very nice That was the biggest plus I remember, but other than that, there is not a whole lot of plus when it comes to this hotel Unless you count the black sock that was in the corner of the room when we arrived

Maybe the plus was the bobby pin on the floor (so we knew the room had not been vacuumed)? I have stayed at worse hotels, but I have also stayed at much better hotels for the same price It is not in the greatest locationunsafe intersection where Google tells you to turn left, but if you don’t want to get in an accident, it is best to drive up a little further and do a U-turn But the main reason we will no stay again iswe stayed in the beginning of July and I was looking through my bank activity and I saw a $197 charge from this hotel on August 1st (3 weeks later) I disputed the charges and then called the hotel The nice girl said that she had been fielding calls like mine for some time She explained that for the whole month of July a portion of the tax was not being taken out of each customers payment method It sure would have saved me some trouble knowing that my card was not subject to fraud like my bank thought it might be Would an email to each customer have been too much to ask for?

A great place to stay! We were on the road about 14 hours and this was an oasis in the desert! It was clean, pet-friendly, and the employees were so nice The hotel was surrounded by a variety of great restaurants and the neighborhood was nice, too I didn’t love having to go all the way downstairs for ice but I survived

I noticed the parking lot was well-lit when we parked but I woke up around 3 or 4 in the morning and it seemed the lights where we parked had gone out The room was super-clean and a good size The bed was a little firm but maybe that’s because the hotel seems pretty new It was a great start to a long vacation

This place was great It was clean and tidy I absolutely love the kitchenettes or whatever they are called

My biggest issue was with the desk person on the date that we arrived While friendly to me, my wife had a different experience She went down at one point to get me a soda from the snack area and due to being exhausted from not sleeping well, she didn’t understand what the front desk staff person was saying When asked for clarification, she got snapped at Later on; in the early morning, my wife went back to the snack area to grab something to boost her blood sugar She grabbed a few items and waited for about 5 minutes or so before hitting the service bell No one came She continued to wait and still no one came She put the items back and came back to the room Other than that, we enjoyed our stay We wished we could have stayed longer!! Would definitely come back

As someone who spends the majority of my year on the road (upwards of 17 nights a month) I normally use Hilton properties, but this fantastic hotel has converted me to Marriott! Not only is the location ideal, and the accommodations well kept, but the staff makes all the difference! Between Dolores who obviously gives the place an expert touch and the fantastic management staff that Charlene and Cheyenne have perfected and then the maintenance / engineering guys Tom and Tim always making themselves available and then Cameron being a fantastic face for the team I am lucky to have been here for the last few months Denise greets me every morning at breakfast, and I can’t even begin to name all of the housekeeping staff that have made this rough stretch of my life away from home so much better than I expected! You would be lucky to stay here, and I know that they always stay pretty booked with guests, but the cool part is seeing the fact that this team makes all the difference for their guests! I’m glad to be one of their visitors and I’m going to make this my primary plan for all future visits to Albuquerque

Overall very pleased with this hotel The room was clean and the staff very kind Loved seeing so many other dogs

Felt very safe while hereI would love to see how the hotel changes following the upcoming renovation It would be great if there could be sheer curtains as in addition to the provided black out curtains for privacy Breakfast also could have used some fresh fruit Otherwise very pleased with our stay!

Very solid experience with our large group Smooth check-in, rooms were clean and well-prepared One room had weak A/C so the window had to be open at night to cool it down

Very good breakfast layout Pool and hot tub were excellent! Hotel pays very good attention to vehicle and personal security; private security personnel patrol periodically overnight and keycard access is required to enter the building after 8pm

Shanon Craudell

Extremely friendly and professional staff, clean and spacious rooms

highly recommend The only critique I have is the need to address the lack of signage for their entry I stayed at a horrible hotel across the street a week previously because I failed to notice that the LA Quinta was there Bright signage would be helpful for tired travelers to see when seeking a nice room to rest their head
