This hotel is absolutely amazing It’s one of the best Marriotts I have stayed at! My dad is an Elite member, so we were able to use their breakfast area The food was absolutely amazing

They have a Starbucks coffee maker! The room we stayed in was super clean The pool area is beautiful, and it’s super cool because it’s got a little waterfall on the end that you can look over The restaurant in the hotel had amazing service, and super good food The Red Snapper tacos were amazing! Definitely a worthwhile stay! Thank you to the staff for making our stay so enjoyable!

No complaints about this hotel at all Check in process was painless, room was clean with no surprises Fitness center was much better then expected

Multiple treadmills, peloton bikes, multiple free weights, weight machines, and moreDid not try the pool but looked nice Restaurant in the hotel had a great menu and several folks I was traveling with enjoyed it

This hotel was Ah-mazing! The staff was very polite, the ambiance was delightful and the grounds itself was impeccable I really enjoyed my stay here, it was definitely worth the money Although we didn’t get the lake view from our room, it was still pleasurable to walk the grounds

The only con is that the bed wasn’t as comfortable for my back as I liked but sddi g some pillows made it better Thus is one of those hotels where what you see is what you get when viewing rooms online Great place to stay I will be back!

This was the best La Quinta we have ever stayed at! First of all, the entire staff was friendly and helpful Our room was very clean The entire hotel was spotless

The mattress was comfy The hotel was in the perfect location And last but not least…the breakfast was PHENOMENAL! The staff member who was in charge of breakfast every morning was so nice, polite, and also very helpful with whatever we requested We will definitely be staying here again!

DM L

Just ok The room we were first given had a bed that looked like someone had been laying down in it, it was rumpled with the pillows still showing someone’s head print there The other bed was made up so you could see the obvious difference

I went immediately to get another room which I was given without a fuss, but no apologies or anything just ok, here’s another room He was a young kid so I didn’t expect much anyway at least he wasn’t rude about itThe new room was ok, the rooms are very small and really don’t look much like the photos on line Definitely not the same nice bedspreads used The ones actually used looked faded but they were clean (I hope) We had everything we needed for the one night stay even had a tiny fridge I didn’t like the towels most of them seemed old and beige not white A few were ok I used those But for overnight it was ok The pool area looked nice and the breakfast in the morning was really good so that made up for a lot

I have been staying at Marriott properties for over 20 years and loyalty has its benefits Front of house registration was extremely nice, actively engaged in conversation The property itself nestled in a nice area conveniently next to H

EB grocery store and moments away from Intersate 2 with plenty of dining options Check them out!

I can’t give zero stars Let me preface this by saying the property did offer me a different room, but since the room I was offered also smelled of mold, I declined I was hoping maintenance would do something about the smell the following morning

It was the following morning I found the cockroachFront desk clerk Robert was extremely rude And the manager could not care less I did tell her that I would write a review, she found my comment amusing and told me to do what I needed to do So here’s the review

daniel espino

Robert, the person ant the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful we were traveling with our kid with autism and after we checked in we were listening to him laughing with someone else about Kyle our Son, we decided to cancel our reservation and stay somewhere else, really disappointed about Marriott and their employees I will never stay again at this property that makes fun of kids with mental disabilities

W Dallas is an interesting place! It’s in the heart of South town and so it is surrounded by many restaurants and bars There were so many cool places to eat around the hotel which made finding food that much easier The rooms are pretty standard with nice finishes and the beds were comfortable

The pillows were a bust but that’s pretty typical for a hotel in my book! And the pool closes pretty early on weekdays and so we didn’t get to experience the pool The gym was really nice and on the top floor and so it’s fun to look out over the city while you work out We ate at the restaurant just off the lobby and had a burger and a kale Caesar salad… Both were extremely delicious! The staff was friendly and accommodating and I really appreciated the lack of COVID-19 precautions! It’s time to be done with those!! Overall we had a wonderful stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Dallas!

Anjala Ferguson (finergyglobal1)

The service was great! They have a restaurant inside They do have a slight dress code Hotel has a Nice decor

I didn’t like how the shower is out in open If someone opens door to come in room you could possibly just be getting out of shower and all the come in see you These aren’t good rooms if you have children Room does have an older safe in wall It is a decent size No microwave in room Great view Our phone had to much static when needing to call front desk The pool was lovely design The workout room was very nice Wonderful equipment Up to date equipment

Keith Kelly

This was a great hotel for my stay The beds were so comfortable, I felt like I was in heaven The rooms are so clean, and the large rooms have a living room, dining room, and the bathrooms are amazing

I will definitely stay at this hotel in the future The staff members are very kind, and the restaurants are a great place to eat The parking is a bit of a pain you valet The garage is not free, and it can be quite expensive Its right downtown so not many places to park except in the garage

We had a few “snags” here but a lot of the amenities made up for it I suppose The first “snag” was the first room that was given to us, one of the two beds had obviously not been made up it looked like someone just woke up from it, obviously not clean! So immediately I requested another room which I was given right away! The rooms were a bit small and the bedding old fashioned, nothing like what is pictured and as advertised onlineThe beds were comfortable tho and the breakfast was really great

The pool area looked really inviting but it was cold outdoors Free parking is a plus too The lobby was bright and decorated nicely The price was good so if I had to I’d stay here again

Mari Casanova

Room was very clean, beds were very comfortable and they had good homemade breakfast with fresh coffee They were helpful and gave me a water bottle late evening at front office when I needed to make the baby a bottle and realized I ran out of water There was a bit of outside noise during the night but nothing that woke the kids up

Overall we had a great stay and would stay again

I was in town for a graduation at the Lackland AFB so I wanted something nearby that was not very expensive This hotel was less than 5 minutes away from the base and maybe 20 minutes from the airport Although I wasn’t wowed by room, it did come with a fridge and microwave which was convenient

I must say the best part of my experience here was the customer service I received from Venus at the front desk She made sure my check in and out process was smooth, despite issues out of her control She gave me a variety of detailed food recommendations (type, pricing, quality and distance), tips about going to the base, and great welcoming energy every time we crossed paths She definitely takes pride in her role and customer service skills which was greatly appreciated

Michael Frigault

The room was _not_ clean, we had dead cockroaches in the corners, the tub had rust spots all over, the headboards had remnants of previous guests head grease, hand and foot prints, and some other body fluids They say they only clean twice a week because of COVID – which makes no sense – but when they did “clean” the room – they only made up one of the two queen beds, did not wipe down anything, took our towels and left one clean one behind, (three guests in the room) When I called the front desk to get a few towels, there was _one_ person working the entire hotel on a Thursday afternoon, so, I had to go get the towels

We tried to use the jacuzzi, there was a light fixture with wires leading from the fixture hanging from the side wall! We told the one staff person, but nothing was done The breakfast was good, and the few staff on duty were friendly – but definitely not worth the $160/140 a night!! I will never stay here again

Lauren Margaretfit

I picked this hotel since it was close to the AFB Very nice looking hotel but it doesn’t feel that clean The front desk girls are either really helpful or extremely rude

My shower water was ice cold and the girl just told me “Texas doesn’t do well in the heat, i can’t really do anything about it” I asked another lady and she figured out it was installed correctly and I had to put it on cold for warm water I also had to add on a day and asked for late check out due to my flight being delayed The girl was super helpful and said I could check out at 1pm I then confirmed with another girl the night before and told me I had to pay $50 for late check out She was extremely rude and condescending They ended up giving me until 1:30pm once she talked to the manager Then at 12pm day of check out, I had a lady aggressively knock on my door saying check out was at 11am Very frustrating but also for the price you can’t expect much

At first I was worried considering how the surrounding hotels had complaints about bugs, but during my stay I saw absolutely no bugs There was plenty of parking I didn’t have any loud neighbors

My room was clean, equipped with stove and microwave as well as a big fridge Bathroom had lots of shampoo, conditioner and body soap A/C was glorious I will definitely return

What can I say, I had high hopes for this establishment because of the way the wife’s brags about the overall hospitalityOn 04-27-2022 we checked in at 1am, unfortunately their was an issue with the system He couldn’t find our reservations at hand, and we never got the room what was reserved, but instead gave us a form to fill out then handed us our keys

No IDs nor any form of payments takenWas told to come back at 7am once the system is up and running after he gave us our keysI personally went their myself to retrieve an item I left behind Was unable to retrieve my item unless I payI was charged $8919 on a room that I didn’t asked for nor spend the night theirI can tell you this, I will never make reservations at this location ever again From my observation, I found the crew that day is very unprofessional

Mimi Altamirano

Be aware when checking-in!!! The front desk charge my card for two nights 3 times!!! That was almost $600 when I only signed a receipt for one night of $80!!! I found out after getting my bank notification about this transactions, now I have to wait for days to get my money back after I went back to the front desk to have them cancel them, and to make matters worse my bank couldn’t stop those extra charges since they were still pending

this really ruined my plans since I travel to celebrate my son’s birthday

Nice hotel with so much potential When I first walked in and saw the layout I was amazed Rooms were clean and sanitized

Front desk staff were friendly and professional Parking can be a little tight, so use the parking structure next to the hotel The restaurant inside the hotel has a small menu for the evening crowd, however the service is extremely lacking I would like to give Crystal a big shout out of gratitude for guest first service attitude Thanks Crystal

Mother’s day brunch

My husband and I went to the Christmas buffet back in 2017 It was delicious with plenty of food! When the buffet re-opened after covid, we brought 2 other couples to your Mothers day brunch on 5/8/22 We were so disappointed Not only was the food supply low in the dishes, it wasn’t the quality we had had in the past All main dishes were only a quarter way full Our waitress, although friendly and trying to be helpful, you could tell they were seriously understaffed The desert table was sloppy and ran out of different items without being refilled Your famous cookies were delicious although for a 2 pm seating, we had to wait till 3:30 for them to be served We had to wait over a half hour for the bacon and sausage to be refilled and even then, it was rubbery Sad experience for $3995 per person Never again

Valerie Gulsby

Service was really amazing, some of the nicest staff I’ve ever engaged with I loved all the Amenities Bar, Restaurant etc Hotel however does need a lot of upgrades

Outside of the pool smelled fishy and near the bar it smelled like a backed up Sewage line most of the elevators were out and stain’s on the carpet was a little unpleasant Overall because of the such great service I give it a thumbs up

What is not to love about the Fours Seasons I was upgraded to a corner room with an amazing view My room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable

Loved the nightly turn down service The staff was amazing The hotel is within walking distance to several restaurants and a downtown park, not to mention having Phoenicia Specialty Foods across the street was a plus Love this brand of hotels, everything you could want is here, a spa, nail bar, excellent workout area and amazing pool with an outdoor bar

Andrew Hagenbush

We stayed here for a mock trial competition It took them 30 minutes to check us into our rooms and, finally after they asked us to write down our names and room numbers on the back of an envelope, they gave us our room keys They were completely unhelpful when we tried to get assistance during the check in process

No one offered to help with bags They charged our credit card twice During checkout, they told us we did not stay in the rooms they actually gave us They charged our rooms for diet cokes (which no one drinks in our group) and a “medical kit” While we tried to check out, the night manager accused us of lying about the rooms we were staying in and ran our credit cards again Even after we proved they messed up the booking and reservation, the night manager simply said, “it’s not in my system” This is not what you would expect from any hotel, much less the Four Seasons We will let the organizers of the competition know so, hopefully they will use a different hotel in the future

Easily accommodated our big group with short notice It’s close enough to the church which is good Complimentary breakfast was included which had enough variety for everyone

The suite was large and clean They are also wheel chair accessible A down sides was that, the hair dryer kept shorting out and some of the others in the others rooms were not even working Overall though we had a good experience

Christi Webb

I wanted to self-checkin with a digital key I had to go to the front desk for them to see my ID The man at the front desk that helped me was very nice

When I tried to use the digital key to open exterior doors, it did not work, and I had to walk to the front to get inThe room was a little out dated but not bad Turned on the TV and there was a line through the TV so it was hard to watch Woke up in the middle of the night to pee and a roach was in the bathroomIn the morning, I told the staff at the front desk about the TV They stared at me, waited a few seconds, then said “I’m sorry” I said you probably want to write it down so I don’t get charged or so you can put a new one in the room They said, “Oh, that’s a good idea” I then told them about the roach Same thing they looked at me for a few seconds then said “I’m sorry” Basically they did not care nor were they going to do anything about thisWish I could say it was a 42 star experience but it was not Would not stay here again

Attendant Told us they had no rooms, then chased us when we were getting in the car ready to leave & said the owner told him there was 1 room available but at a higher price than we had seen online My wife told him No, that he was playing games & trying to charge people a higher price by saying they were booked upFunny because there were not many cars parked at motel

😁So we said Goodbye, Adios!

Ok Breakfast was barely worth eating-no eggs, all carbs & they didn’t have a cook to see after things Had to ask the girl at front desk to restock butter, jelly, fruits etc

Enjoyed the pool Would probably pay a bit more for a nicer hotel next time

Really quiet hotel and actually is pretty comfortable The rooms are decent sized and the hotel is in a good area as well However the rooms could use a fresh coat of paint

Literally the walls had some chipping and spots were paint was missing But regardless of that the room was very clean and the pool area was great as was the free breakfast

Rick Martinez

Always come here and never had an issue But this time it was bad The room we got, 325 was dirty

Mold in the bathtub and the water was cold until the raised the heater temp Spots that looked like boogers on the wall and the doors where dirty and dusty and i took pics of everything Let’s see if management cares or not Also we don’t like the part that they tell us now that we can’t take any of the breakfast to the room!? Really!! Why not!! For $120 a night I expect better service for sure!!!

The room was clean and the mattress was great You have a full kitchen, with burners, pans, plates, and silverware Much nicer than what I expected

The place is older, and the walls could have used a coat of paint, but everything was good – it felt like you were staying is a guest house Service was friendly, and there is a happy hour and hot/cold breakfast Great value and friendly people

Morgan Henske

We were very happy with our stay The room was spotless, the public spaces are beautiful and clean, and the staff is very friendly As others have said, this is an older location but I’ve never seen an older place so well taken care of

We can tell it’s older not by aging but by it’s quality and type of systems The AC/heat broiler system cools very well even during this historical June heatwave You have control over the fan speed and have an off option Even during the heatwave we never used the high setting There are also ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room areas The breakfast had good, healthy options including make your own waffles, different bread and bagel options, boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, cereal, milk, orange and cranberry juice, and of course good coffee Overall, I’d highly recommend giving this place a shot It feels like you’ve been transported some place other than College Station and it gives you a cozy home feeling Extended stay options available

This was the first time I brought my dog to stay at a hotel, so I was extremely consciousThe staff were so friendly and kind, they put me in the George Bush two bed room suite, which was great The suite is the corner room so even if my dog barked while I was away he wouldn’t bother other guests

I was very pleased that they trusted their guests to leave their dog unattended, this is the main reason why I got a hotel instead of staying at friends’ houseI had my camera hooked up and thankfully my dog didn’t bark and slept for most of the 6-7 hours that I was gone I turned on the TV in the corner bedroom and the TV in the living room, he slept like a baby until I returned I highly recommend people traveling with dogs to stay here! And great policy, I appreciate it!Oh and the free breakfast and wine happy hour was a bonus!
