What an amazing place to stay for a first time visit to Savannah! I stayed here with my best friend for a few nights (we will be back) and we absolutely loved it Steve welcomed us so warmly and was our favorite person throughout our stay! He went above and beyond with every interaction we had The property is stunning and the location was absolutely perfect

We were within walking distance of anything we could’ve possibly wanted to do or needed – this included multiple restaurants, shopping, coffee, the River, etc Lafayette Square is immediately outside of the Inn and it is gorgeous The staff was so accommodating The breakfast each morning was DELICIOUS, you could truly tell it was all made from scratch I wish I could give this more than 5 stars, because I would! I can’t say enough amazing things about this Inn Really looking forward to coming back

This review is long overdue! This was the most incredible place I have ever been The home was so breathtaking and made you feel like you had stepped back in time From the moment we walked in the door the staff was so friendly

The gentleman who checked us in, carried our extremely heavy luggage all the way up to the third floor! It was so kind of him and we were incredibly grateful since we had traveled from so far The staff was so fun, always inviting us down for wine and snacks that totally made us feel welcome We had no idea there was breakfast each morning, and what a delight it was! It felt like we were living in this beautiful home and enjoying it with friends and family alike! I can’t wait to come back and am counting down the days till I return! A huge thank you to the wonderful staff 🙂

3 out of 5 stars because of certain reasons The washer was inoperable during my stay Had to go to a competitor to wash clothes

Front desk would not charge 4-5 dollars on my room to get quarters for the washing machine No dollar/coin machine in laundry room Only one working elevator in the hotel Shuttle to shopping and airport were pretty standard Drivers were very hospitable Ms Connie, at the front desk, was very helpful in calling other hotels to ask if their patrons could use their laundry rooms Continental breakfast pretty standard for a Hampton Inn

Sim Simas

Our room had not been cleaned, the battery to our next room had dead batteries in it, so we were unable to get in our room and it took a while We are thankful for the rooms, but it put a damper on the romance Sorry for the review being so negative

I encourage people to go there and see for themselves I’m sure it is not like that daily, but maybe just this once

I went to this location a few months ago on a work trip and never made a shout out to the River Street Inn’s hospitality For a building with such history/age you could tell the workers took pride in keeping the place clean, functional, and fun The staff were extremely helpful on giving great food recommendations and the valet service was prompt and nice

The gym was quaint, but had everything a person could need to stay in shape The beds were comfortable and the showers had great water pressure and the water heater allowed for the showers to get super hot I would give them a 6 stars out of 5 if that was possible I look forward to returning back in the near future

This place is GORGEOUS and so full of character My husband, myself, and our two young daughters all stayed here from Saturday-Monday for a gymnastics competition The hotel was extremely clean, the staff on all levels was fantastic from start to finish and super accommodating

Each room is slightly different than the next, and the river views are gorgeous The barges passing by felt like they were so close! The one thing I will note is that if you’re staying over the weekend on the side facing the river, prepare for some potential noise Saturday night, there were some really cool cars down on river street (sting ray type cars) but they had their music on FULL BLAST You could hear it through everything, and the hotel does not have ear plugs on hand Thankfully, it ended somewhere around 10-1015 which is honestly reasonable, but if you have super young kids that go to bed early, it could be an issue for you Sunday night, all was quiet, so it seems to just be a weekend thing (we were also there the weekend before St Patty’s day so things are starting to pick up down there) I did not take a star off of my review for that because I didn’t feel it was fair to dock the hotel’s review over something they have ZERO control over I just wanted to mention it so folks are aware in case that’s an issue for youI always like to mention that I wasn’t solicited to write this review, and I’m not receiving anything for writing this review My opinions and thoughts are genuine and not driven by anything other than wanting to share my experience at a great place

Michael Kiffney

Sent my wife to Savannah for a long relaxing weekend, reserving her a room in the River Street Inn They told her they had a great room on the top floor – but it turns out they were dumping a room on her The utility closet in the hall was so loud – turning on with a racket (not normal sounds) every 5 minutes all day and night

When she told the front desk (a very surly woman), she said they would fix it – nothing they did changed anything When she went back and said it was still happening, they told her they didn’t hear it – so she played them the recording of it she made on her phone She asked for a different room – the surly woman said they were bookedIt is clear that someone had been moved out of that room before she checked in and they dumped her in there So far the hotel staff has been unhelpful, disrespectful and surly We would never go back again – we’ve stayed in Savannah many many times and always had great experiences This was more than a disappointment – for the prices they charge, they could at least provide a room superior to a Motel 6UPDATE: A new employee got my wife moved for her final night of her stay Thank goodness Today, I heard from the manager Joseph offering a generous credit for the two nights of disruptions So kudos to the manager for offering to take care of the situation, even after the fact

We enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Savannah The location is very convenient to all that we wanted to see in the area We were able to park in the parking garage and walk all around the city without having to worry about finding parking

The outdoor pool was a win for the kids and the fitness center has great equipment and was well maintained The room was comfortable and clean with a great sized bathroom The furniture is a bit dated, but not an issue Breakfast was easy to navigate downstairs and had a variety of options for most any diet We also dined in the onsite restaurant one night and our food was ready quickly and tasted great Overall, a great experience!

Gloria Simpson

As a long standing Hilton Honors member when traveling my preference is to stay at a Hilton property My first choice is an Embassy Suite Until recently I have been more than satisfied with my accommodations

However, that is changing My stay in Savannah was disappointing The staff was very good as was the food and service The problem was the room The sofa was old and dirty and looked as if it should have been on the curb rather than in a room It was so bad my sister and I refused to sit on it This was not just in my room I was traveling with a party of six and in each of the three rooms the sofa was in the same condition My mattress was old as well It was lumpy and as old mattress do I would roll to the center and would have to climb from the center of the bed when getting up Additionally, there was a problem with hot water The first day I had to take a cold shower because there was no hot water For the remainder of my stay I was unable to shower because the water never got hot enough I even tried showering late in the evening hoping the water would be hotThis is my second stay in less than six months at an Embassy Suite property and at both locations the room accommodations have been disappointing It seems as if Hilton is no longer putting any effort into maintaining a standard of care in the room accommodations As much as I enjoy what the Embassy Suites have to offer I will consider other options for my future travels

Paul Rosarius

Great facilities, great service! This hotel is the 1st great Hilton I’ve been in since Covid! All the others 6 this year have been terrible! You have regained my trust in the Hilton brand! Hopefully the other hotels will start to step it up Kudos for the management and the entire team! Everything was perfect Thank you for making our stay so wonderful

Mixed feelings about this stay The hotel itself is lovely and clean The staff were friendly

There’s a parking garage with access to each level in the hotel The spaces and the garage are squishy though My room was nice and comfortable EXCEPT for the horrible black mold smell that slapped me in the face soon as I opened the door It was coming from the shower which looked clean but soon as I opened the door the smell was overwhelming It was fine with the bathroom door shut but after 2 days it made me sick The A/C started a high pitch whistle the first night that scared me awake at 5am The staff did fix that very quickly The continental breakfast is fairly decent with several different warm and cold breakfast options They need to make more coffee I might stay here again if given a room that doesn’t reek of mold

Ape Simmons

Stay was perfect ! Would stay again! Parking garage connected to hotel which you can access your floor from was a huge plus! Good view of the passing cars! Updated gym! Super clean blue pool with good lounge area! Lobby was so nice and pretty! Hallways smelled fresh and were so calming with its dark brown tones! Staff was helpful! Snack options were great! Bathroom spacious, bed spacious room was very clean! Elevators worked fast! Just a pretty pretty hotel! Will be back! Hope I have many more great experiences at this! We didn’t even wanna leave honestly ugh! Lady at the front with long braid-like hair today at July 17th around 11:00 a

m was so cool!

Mark Schultz

I did not get the chance to stay Due to problems with registering The manager did nothing to assist me with correcting the issue

She was rude and offered no help Her attitude was very poor and inhospitable Upon arrival I also noticed parking fees that were not disclosed I would not stay here if it was free after the treatment I received The welcome mat said satisfaction guaranteed When I mentioned this to the manager I was told to leave Southern hospitality at its finest! Note to potential guests we found fees that were not disclosed upfront I would suggest not using a third party registration process as Fairfield did nothing to assist with problems and left us without a room and room was fully paid for

My wife and I visited the Inn this past week and found it to be all that we had hoped it would be The room was spacious, and while the carpet is stained, we were very pleased The staff that we interacted with – Dan, Jessica, Tammy, and Chef Tim – were always polite, helpful, and professional

Chef Tim made sure that we had a hearty start to each day Having meal breakfast options was a great We arrived early and they allowed us to store luggage while touring the city before our check-in, rather than leave things in the car Everything is a short walk from the Inn Thanks to all at The Presidents’ Quarters Inn

Cathy Bolla

The staff were very friendly and the bed was comfortable but it was down hill from there Arrived desperate to watch the end of the Masters TV didn’t work

Offered another room on top floor but ceilings were much lower Not the experience we were looking for The rooms and furniture were very tired, the carpet looked dirty, the faucets were very difficult to turn on, the pillows felt like they were bricks(way passed their prime) with TV on the fritz it wasn’t worth the over $500 we paid for the room We have always stayed at PQ on our drive north from winter in Florida and used to recommend it to all our friends I quickly called the ones left in Florida and suggested they try something else this year I hope they up their game It is perfectly located and has been wonderful in the past

shanin white

One night stay and had a wonderful time Staff was super friendly, eager to help We needed to extend our checkout time and they were very flexible and gave us no issues about needing to extend

Housekeeping checked on us several times Room was nice Breakfast was very reasonable, several choices and the girl running it was staying on top of restocking and keeping everything fresh Nothing super fancy but very comfortable Would definitely stay again

Jerree Sharpe

Besides the price being incredibly high ($500) for this weekend (4/23), I have no complaints I’ve stayed at this location before and loved it so I tried it again with my family this time and loved it even more The rooms and restrooms were extremely clean in the room and very spacious

We stayed one night in a king suite with sofa bed The location is close to everything It’s perfect and in a safe spot Valet parking is $30 for the whole stay or you will find a parking garage about 5 minutes in walking distance from the hotel that is $5 to park in River street is a 15 minute walk from the hotel and everything else closer is about an 8 minute walk Staff is super friendly and accommodating

Suruchi Poddar

The room was nice, spacious, all the amenities provided except one, drinking water There was no drinking water in the room nor with the reception Although the reception mentioned that the water bottle consignment got delayed due to some reason, but they could have arranged for a backup

In the whole hotel, there was just one water dispenser and that too in the gym which went empty during the night and no one else was there to replace the water can Besides that everything was great, breakfast was nice, the hotel is at a very convenient location Most of the tourist spots are within a 10 minute walk distance Liked it 😊

I stayed here, for my birthday weekend Though there were a few hiccups, Ms Ann (Angela) and Ms

Pat (I think that’s her name) ensured that my stay was worth it If anything went wrong, they went above and beyond to fix it Honestly, much of what went wrong was done by other guests People please respect the property and stop breaking doors Also why would someone put fresh fish in a hotel freezer, without properly sealing it, is beyond mindblowing It’s a nice hotel with great customer service Hopefully it’ll stay that way, if people people are respectful of the property and other’s experience while staying at the property

Stacey W

Staff was ok but the hotel is run down There is a smell in the air in the building and our room smelled like cigarettes when we checked in The ceiling has a watermark and shows mold growth

I don’t need fancy but I do need clean and maintained I won’t be back hereAlso note part of the building is still closed for COVID and they are still using paper carryout for breakfast

My family and I stayed in this hotel on our trip to Georgia early January I am big on reviewing and personally, this hotel deserves it Initially, when we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome

The lobby has such a great smell, there are sanitary stations throughout the hotel The location 10/10 We couldn’t believe how close everything was Not once did we have to use the car This is where they exceeded my expectations when checking out, I ended up leaving a personal item behind and they went out of their way and shipped it to me (I live 8 hours away) Thank you to all the girls who helped me with this, my item arrived in perfect condition Couldn’t be more grateful! Overall, keep up the amazing customer service Can’t wait to be back!

Marlo

LOVED IT! My wife and I booked this spot to stay while we prepped for our wedding and we were BEYOND satisfied One of the biggest reasons for this was our guest service agent Jamie Garfield She was incredibly sweet and helpful

She went above and beyond to give my wife and I AMAZING SERVICE 10 out of 10 would recommend HIRE MORE PEOPLE LIKE JAMIE!

Derek Fuller

The room was ok,it was clean but they echo every little noise No coffee in the morning until the breakfast is prepared which is ridiculous We could hear the room above us and next to us

You HAVE to use valet it’s the only option and it’s $39 The valet system was down so it took a long time to get our car The valet attendant was doing his very best though, and he was very polite and friendly even though this hotel has a cheap retrieval system I honestly felt bad for the guy I was very disappointed with my stay With the name Hilton I expect much more then a cheap hotel with a high price The area around the hotel had a lot of creepy vagabonds and homeless people blasting music and they were everywhere They even will walk by your table when eating and disrupt your meal to beg for money I was very very dissatisfied with the historic district

Stayed here while on a business trip to the Savannah area Hotel is in a good location with many stores & places to eat nearby Good sized rooms

We were on the first floor but didn’t experience any noise from outside or above our room Room was clean Included a desk that doubled as a table Had a small refrigerator, sink, coffee pot & microwave There was a full complimentary breakfast available in the morning that was very good with plenty of seating No issues during our 3 night stay The parking was convenient with additional space in the back Lot was well lit in the evening Overall, we found the Pooler area seemed nice & safe The hotel & surrounding places were family friendly & we felt safe shopping at night In addition, the hotel did a fine job hosting our business event

Robert Long

Good location and comfortable, but hotel needs some love and policy changesCheck in/out was fast and easy and staff was always helpful and polite The room was comfortable and the climate control was fantastic

Parking is free and there seems to be plenty The showers are not good and lack sufficient water pressure The pool was closed the entire timeThe hotel needs some detailed cleaning/maintenance For example, the waterfalls behind the check-in counter are non-functional and in disrepair The lobby fountain is covered in green algae   These two things are the very first thing you see upon entering and immediately lower the appealThe hotel is extremely wasteful The amount of waste generated from breakfast alone is appalling and can’t be blamed on COVID any longer The same can be said about the managers reception Everything is plastic wrapped This might be tolerable if the hotel offered a recycling option, but it does not

Raul Barboza

Overall it is an excellent place It is your typical Embassy I didn’t give it a 5 star because the rooms needed a little attention

The room was missing 3 important items: iron, iron board and the do not disturb sign Everything was easily corrected The entrance door to the room needs to be fix, very hard to open I will report the door on my departure day

Old dog feces was left in my room Sadly discovered it while putting my kids to bed and luckily we didn’t step in it Hotel offered another room but I was just beyond done because we had been experiencing dog smell throughout the elevators and hallways to get to our rooms

Especially since they allow pets, they need to step up on the cleaning Hilton brand now allow pets at all their hotels so we will not be spending any more nights with them

Norman Herrin

We were initially disappointed when, after a long day’s drive, we arrived to find ourselves in a line of nine customers waiting to check in Apparently, an aircrew team had just arrived from the nearby airport and were checking in But when our turn came, “Angel” made all the difference in the world and we were happy

She made us feel extremely welcome as Diamond members (as she does everybody) and even took an extra moment to determine that we qualified for a lower advertised rate That was an unexpected treat She was really busy that day but never lost her pleasing personality I would choose this hotel again without a doubt

Surprisingly bad experience Front desk area is lovely, staff was very nice, but that is all that was goodHorrible noise insulation–could hear neighbors, traffic, the elevator dings, and all the fans outside my window, even with ear-plugs it was too noisy to sleep well

There was a large gap around main room door letting in light, which essentially negated the benefit of the blackout curtains Bed was very stiff and uncomfortable Basically slept on the pillowsSecurity detail was watching a room next to mine Was told I’m “safe” and nothing more about itNo amenities included No hot food included in breakfast unless a “to order” breakfast was purchased at a higher cost, even though the hot foods were buffet style behind the counter Yogurt, pineapple, and canned mandarin orange slices for breakfast was $7 Got the room for a business trip, so I must have somehow selected the only option with no breakfast or wifi included, as every other hotel included theseMaybe my bad experience was just compounding failures on my part, but I did not expect to fare worse than a cheap motel Would advise against rooming here

In short, nice hotel but rooms aren’t clean This is my second time staying here and each time the rooms and gym fall short on cleanliness The carpet wasn’t properly vacuumed, the floors aren’t mopped and are dirty

There’s trash and food on the floor between the nightstand and bedThe tubs aren’t properly cleaned between visits and the shower curtain liner has mildew and stuff splattered on it We brought this to the front desks attention during our first stay and they said they’d tell the manager the following morning and offered nothing in the way of accommodations for us that day For this to be such a beautiful hotel, it’s not as clean as it should be

One of the most joyous hotel stays I have had in a while From the time of checking in, the staff went out of their way to happily greet everyone that walked through the doors The rooms were spacious and very clean with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on

The breakfast and evening reception was out of this world and the crew who heads them up were fantastic They made it a point to ensure ALL guests were enjoying their time In fact, they made my whole trip! I cannot wait to return to Pooler just so I can stay at Homewood Suites again!

Came over for a 2 night stay Room was old and the bathroom tub didn’t drain well and the tub fixtures were loose Bathroom had mold growing near the vent

The hook behind the door was broken and the back of the door was all scratch up We stayed in a room with balcony but not so much of a view The whole room just didn’t feel like it was cleaned well We had a tub of lysol and had to wipe all the counters and handles Also parking costs $39 a day

Friendly Staff Nice hotel needs TLC Room was an upgrade and had to wait until after checkout but too tiny for two people

I’m thankful we got an upgrade It a special weekend so my mistake not reserving a suite There was a nice welcoming Happy Hour Location is on the water front It has been a hard time with the pandemic so l can understand some maintenance items have been postponed Carpets need a good cleaning and upholstery in room is stained That said however the mattress is like sleeping on a cloud, it’s among the best I’ve ever slept on It’s adequate but for a truly amazing weekend I might try other options in the future

We have stayed at the Brice several times and loved it every time This was our first stay post-pandemic and it did not disappoint The staff, as usual, were very professional, friendly and helpful

The room was great (except it could have used some sheers on the window since it faced the street) Looks like they changed out the furniture in the courtyard, and feels less cozy than it used to Also, the curtains that used to drape the outdoor walkway were a very nice touch Please bring back these design touches The courtyard was one of the best spots in the hotel

Kristina LaCoste

This hotel was so awesome to stay at!! Our room was clean, the staff was amazing, I loved the decor, and the restaurant had good dessert I booked this place without doing any research on Savannah and I’m so glad we stayed here! We were able to watch the saint paddy’s day parade right outside the hotel and it was a blast They even had bikes you can take to bike around the town (we didn’t use them, but what a cool option!) The location was perfect for walking across the street to all the cute shops for snacks and goodies

Absolutely loved this spot If we ever need a hotel in Savannah again, I’m coming here

First time staying in Homewood Suites and extremely happy This property is conveniently located to historic Savannah and right on the river Even if you don’t have a water view room, the rooftop bar has a great view

The rooms were spacious and our bedroom even had a ceiling fan which is what we are used to at home Included breakfast was nothing elaborate but was good and helped keep the travel expenses under control Only valet parking is available but it was convenient and the valet staff was very nice There is some road noise during the day but not at night when trying to sleep Definitely would stay at this property again!

My husbands and my overall experience at the hotel was great because it’s in Savannah! Conveniently located, close to a lot of great restaurants, very knowledgeable staff, great rooftop view of the river I give the hotel three stars because we did not receive the king bed we originally booked and were in a queen bed Also, when requested to change rooms, we could not change that evening and minimal effort was made by the hotel manager to change rooms and we ended up staying in the same room our entire stay

She offered to “call our room” but gave off the impression was sincerely the “least” she could do (Who waits by their hotel room phone? That’s why we have smartphones) As well as the pool area was not well kept water wise, creating a corner of hair and grime in the corner The pool was warm because the heated pool feature was not turned off during a very hot week in June (One day was real feel of 114) So yes, it’s a good hotel, the rest of the staff did do well, the valet works SUPER hard to be efficient, knowledgeable and welcoming There are shining employees at this location and great rooftop service for drinks and food I would come back and hopefully next time it will be running better after coming out of a pandemic

Sharna Rozin

We booked a regular room but were assigned an ADA-accessible room We went back to the front desk to say we didn’t feel right about taking this type of room when we are able-bodied The clerk was rude, rolled his eyes at us, and said the hotel was full, that was all they had

Yet he offered us a larger room for a substantial additional fee Were they full or not full? He acted like we were intruding on his time and wanted us to just go away The housekeeping staff needs training as well The bed was made up with the mattress cover as the top sheet Who does that? I tried reaching the manager 8 times after our stay I left messages each time and never got a return call Unacceptable The breakfast was fair and the staff in the dining room was very nice The valet parking was very expensive I know we could have made a much better choice in hotels Hilton was a disappointment

Staff was very friendly and accommodating I loved the water at the doors for guests who were walking places and breakfast was good with great choices Rooms were clean and comfy pool was clean and well kept I did have issues with the internet and would like to see that improve and was surprised to have to pay to park But aside those things my stay was great and we would be back

Nice hotel! I was expecting worse because the outside didn’t look great The inside was beautiful The room was clean and spacious

We had a 1 bed king suite with sofa Sometimes hotels have a smell but this one did not All the workers were friendly and helpful especially Monique at the front desk I did not really eat the breakfast because there is so much food in Savannah to try It was a comfortable hotel The location is great! We were able to walk everywhere in Historic Downtown This hotel is close to City Market and Broughton st We usually ended up in City Market which is where Vinnie Van Go Go, Prohibition Museum, Pie Society, and Lulu is which is a 5 minute walk to the hotel Definitely recommend

We only stayed for one night on a road trip but the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful The room was nice, a bit worn but clean and comfortable nonetheless It was very quiet despite having a pool view room

Valet parking is $30/night so factor that in Breakfast was actually pretty good, better than the average continental buffet The staff definitely made the shirt trip enjoyable and we’d be more than happy to stay again

Jim Kurtz

Spacious, clean, relaxing room Friendly accommodating staff Good breakfast

Was one of the best experiances we have had in a hotel overall Every staff member we encountered was very personable and pleasant The management should be proud or how well the entire staff represents the establishment They made our short stay in Savannah a wonderful and memorable one A true gem!

Dawn Seibert

Nice room Beautiful courtyardBut our 5 night stay recently was much less enjoyable with the poor breakfast service and offering

At least 20-25 people at breakfast every morning but the buffet hot trays were empty 90% of the time It didn’t help the situation when the woman from the kitchen would appear with a dozen or 15 overcooked breakfast sandwiches then they were gone immediately They ran out of fresh fruit and hard boiled eggs by 8 Too bad for the folks who showed up for breakfast after that Even ran out of coffee many times We should have gone out out for breakfast but kept thinking it was a fluke and would improve Is the management not even aware of this shortfall? No hand lotion in our room? I didn’t pack any since we were staying at a Marriott after allWe stayed at a Jacksonville, FL Marriott after this and were relieved to have a decent breakfastevery

The Hyatt always takes great care of us and this location was no exception! Absolutely stunning views of the bridge and river The balconies aren’t quite deep enough to sit out on, but the weather was cool so we sat just inside the open slider and thoroughly enjoyed watching the cargo ships, tugboats and ferries Lots of birds too – cormorants, gulls, grackles and even a bald eagle! And dolphins every night at sunset – I had no idea they came so far inland! The front desk staff were welcoming and so helpful

The valet employees were exceptional, always so quick and kind and we loved being able to pick our car up on the parking level and not deal with the busy traffic out front The women at the Express restaurant were lovely as well All around a fantastic trip! We felt very safe here and loved how clean everything was If we weren’t still in this darn pandemic, I would’ve spent more time in the lobby and bar as they had great views too The only thing we were missing was a microwave, but we didn’t really need one with all the options they had available Thank you, Hyatt Regency Savannah!

This hotel is an excellent value in the historic district at a prime location A beautiful modern hotel on the river with views of river traffic It’s downstream from the busy container ship port-not scenic but interesting

Summer rates will soar with good reason so visit in the winter and enjoy the spring like temperatures- much better than the heat later in the year Only downside is the cost to park-valet- but considering the service intensity it’s not unreasonable at $38 daily I paid one night when I arrive very late and changed parking to the city garage a short distance across Bay St on Whittaker-$16 daily Easy to use I plan to return in a few years and may try one of the historic B&B’s as a contrast The historic district of Savannah is one of the best destinations in the country- beauty, charm, historical interest and tons to do This hotel is perfect for a first visit

Great hotel Friendly staff Very clean

The rooms were quiet, (except when the guy decided to play his trumpet on the riverwalk You could hear it on the six floor, but running the fan helped to drown him out) We paid for a river view, and it was worth every penny! Moon River was inspired here! Would definitely recommend (View from our hotel room)
