Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a stay This web site will compare countless booking websites and normally will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the most well known in this area

I have been coming here for a very long time If you decide to stay here you will love it I’m sure! The rooms are clean and the elevator is fun to ride Wonderful place with great architecture and plenty of parking You can use the sky bridge to get to the parking garage and even the near by hotels and Donald’s Stevenson Convenient Center

Justin

Stayed recently for a conference Good stay overall Comfortable and clean rooms

Housekeepers do a WONDERFUL job and were friendly Elevators get backed up because 2 of the 4 didn’t work the whole weekDecent food options in the hotel but limited options in walking distance – all high priced tourist traps $20 breakfast buffet is steep but not surprising for the area (good omelets!) Front desk staff are helpful and friendly You could do worse if needing to stay right next to O’Hare, but if you’re here for the “City” of Chicago, I’d look elsewhere

We had a wonderful experience As soon as you walked through the doors you knew you wasn’t in Kansas anymore (joking) the rooms are all very nice and clean and great accommodations Every day the maid came and made our beds in the mornings and made sure we had clean towels

Everything was also clean in the lobby’s and elevators We visited for the anime central and had an absolute blast We definitely will be back next year Thank you for having us and give us a wonderful experience

Check in was fast super friendly person the room extra clean and beautiful The bathroom was over sized different sort of sink just don’t turn it on full speed but the shower is wonderful Beds comfortable but small extra soft pillows

We got the shuttle to airport in the morning runs every 15 minutes on time There are 3 restaurants on or around property They are all kind of high end in price but good food We ate at there personal restaurant and enjoyed our meal Will definitely use this hotel again for future travels Also parking in in a garage so cars not left out on lot

Jiri Tvrdik

Everything was exceptional except that the phone system in the rooms continues to be a mystery with me It would be helpful to have some directions in using itThe rooms have everything I need, even a very comfortable chair with foot rest

Room service was great, food excellent and and hot The bed was like sleeping on a cloudI will continue coming to Loews when traveling through Chicago because of the high quality It’s an exceptional home away from home

Spencer Ray

If you are coming to the Rosemont area, this is simply the nicest hotel The rooms were updated, comfortable, and large The toilet paper and bathtub size could be improved in the 1 bedroom suite

However the shower and water pressure left nothing to be desired for a hotel The bedding was the most comfortable I’ve used in the areaThe service was second to none I was here for a busy convention and there also happened to be 2 weddings that weekend at the hotel At no point did I feel Loews was short staffed or made any service concessions as others have The text service was wonderful and every single staff member I interacted with in person or via phone brought a very high level of professionalism and enthusiasm They should sincerely receive commendations for their hard work and effortI did not like the parking garage if it is busy you might be parking on the high floors, I wish I utilized the valetI only wish it was closer to the convention center I’ll be staying at Loews for all future events at Donald However, utilizing a shuttle for hourly service or we would be a great value add service for a busy convention

The hotel is really nice The stay itself was great I saw some other review that the bathroom door doesn’t close

It’s a barn door they didn’t level with the carpet, so ours didn’t close either The building is soundproofed from airplanes great, the hallway…not so much You can hear every single thing going on outside your room very clearlyI wanted a weekend away from our kids for our husband for his birthday I added the Valentine’s Day package, which includes roses, champagne, a special treat from the chef, breakfast for 2, and late checkout I never get flowers, so I was really excited Checked in, they gave me a folder of everything included in the package, we got to our room…and there was nothingI had to tell my husband what was supposed to be there, we called, they apologized and said they’ll be right up About 45 min later, a worker comes up with champagne and macaroons, apologizing saying the flowers were sent to someone else She said manager will comp dinner, the restaurant knows about it, just let them know Bummed, but oh well nice of them to make up for it Well that didn’t happen, we were still charged for dinner Brought it up, they said they’ll take it off Our last day we ordered our breakfast, I told the girl about our package, she went over all of what we could get, all taken care of Well, we were still charged for that too I had to call later, and they said they’d take it offIt was just a bummer I had to call and correct literally every single part of this packageDinner was great, drinks were amazing, breakfast was so so My waffle didn’t look anything like the picture or descriptionParking is $25/night

My stay was amazing This was my first solo travel and the staff was so friendly The bar and restaurant was delicious, my room was clean when I arrived, the entire vibe of the hotel was amazing

The shuttle pick up location from the airport was not idea however they do drop you off at your gate Also there are so many great restaurants near by However I was further than I thought from the museums I gave 4/5 stars just due to the hot water in the shower being non existent 😕

Choujin13

I had not been to Rosemont in quite some time so the hotel experience there was exceptional It appears that The Rose is relatively new, but the level of customer service, cleanliness and amenities was far and above probably one of the best hotel experiences that I have ever had The staff was friendly and knowledgeable

I example of the quality of your people: in the restaurant the morning of Sunday 7-10-22; am individual [I do not remember her name] was training a server The display of customer service was nothing less than exceptional! She was engaging and we noted the great tips that she provided the new server on delivering a high-level of customer care I am sure to return to The Rose and recommend to friends and family Keep up the great work

Good hotel Quite busy but patrons and staff are good citizens Room good for being a budget hotel

Can’t find better bargain Relax in indoor heated pool – good for kids to enjoy Great free breakfast Good place to stay outside of downtown Although not too far from downtown, traffic doesn’t do justice though Expect highway traffic delays as part of your trip

Wei Y

Just had a family stay at one of the corner suites The room was relatively spacious and looked great with lots of windows though we had the curtains closed mostly due to the sun The décor and the furniture were slightly outdated, feels a bit retro but still in a classy taste which I like

The kitchen area was a bit small but manageable The sink counter space was adequate but hope they utilize the extra space on the side during remodeling Tub and toilet “room” was a little awkward when opening the door since the toilet is in close proximity with the door, but the area was clean, no damages, no rattling shower plumbing fixtures and sloppy caulking job Tub drains well! Beds were comfortable The thing I loved the most about this hotel was the AC unit, it’s whispering quite unlike most other hotels The irony is, the noise from I90 was quite loud Staff member were very accommodating and friendly Having Outback right attached to the hotel worked out great The location is near the Cumberland blue line station You can walk but there is a section of the route doesn’t have sidewalk starting from Hooters So this may not suitable for people with suitcases The area feels safe overall (during the day)

Oumar Shariff

My favorite place to stay in Chicago Martha the manager is amazing and always has a smile on her face They will go all out to accommodate guests

The airport shuttle is also a huge plus Lots of choices to stay at near the airport but this hotel consistently provides excellent service It’s my home away from home in Chicago I don’t have one negative thing to say about this place They also have underground guest parking that helps with the weather in Chicago

I have been coming here for a long time If you stay for a few days you won’t be disappointedGreat staff, well kept hotel, lovely views Easy trip from airport Young lady at reception was extremely helpful and welcoming I wish you’d run a shuttle more frequently please

Elizabeth Voss

The room was clean enough, however I was disappointed we received a king room with one bed despite booking a room for three people I was told no other rooms were availableAdditionally, the front desk attendant the morning of Sunday July 24, chastised my three year old for talking excitedly while waiting for our 5am shuttle

I would understand if the lobby was anywhere near the rooms, but it isn’t In fact several adult groups walked by being loud returning from nights out and she didn’t say anything to them

Alex Daly

Staff was unprepared and totally frazzled by the number of guests There wasn’t enough parking, but they will not refund you, you have to park outside a parking space and hope No one blocks you in Room was super small, TV was for ants (like maybe 26in) and had no ability to move or connect to Hdmi port

Bathroom was decent but had no exhaust fanAlso this hotel has one bank of elevators that are aways in use, might as weel take the stairsAll of this would have been acceptable if not for the insane prices Left a day early because we hated the hotel so muchAvoid

Enjoyed our stay immensely,(my wife)& I being of old school character, enjoyed the old generation of Ambience, old time feelFrom the lobby,to our quaint(clean)roomEnjoyed the old craftsmanship & decor of entire hotel

as well as the small elevator (that seemed to take 4ever to rise to your floor)when time is not of essence Not to mention the staff kindness & hospitality Next time in area this will be tops on my list of places to Stay & would highly recommend to friends/ family who would enjoy a visit back in timeTo the Good old DaysFeel It!

The Carleton of Oak Park is indeed a beautiful historic hotel However at over $250 a night completely disappointing Hardly no amenities or better yet any at all for this price

The hotel offers two room types, Boutique and motel Their website does not show more expensive boutique rooms have a view of either a brick wall or the parking lot, no gardens as depicted in pictures They did not have one functioning vending machine on all 4 floors Literally no where to purchase bottled water or any other simplicities No coffee station in the lobby, no continental breakfast at minimum Staff was cordial but looked at us like we were bothersome when we asked for nearby restaurant suggestions Nothing in immediate walking distance We had to ask the front desk to provide water Better off spending money at a Marriot

Booked a king room Got double full size beds that barely fit both of us Both beds didn’t use a fitted sheets, which is fine if the flat sheets actually covered the mattress

Both were not completely covering the mattress at the foot of the bedAirport shuttle arrived and left late Appeared to just be sitting on the side of the hotel across the street until 5am where it pulled up to pick up people there before coming over to the Doubletree If it cannot leave on the hour as stated, the time should be adjusted Shuttle driver left the door shut until loading all bags making us wait, before letting everyone on (although there were guests from the other hotel already on the shuttle)! Why would it matter if people are already on? I’ve seen this before at this hotel during the winter thinking it I’d appropriate to have guests wait in freezing weather to board

John Miller

First impression of my visit this past weekend (6/10/22) was that this place was going to be great The lobby was impressive and well maintained and check-in was friendly and efficient Unfortunately this trend did not continue

Once we reached the ninth floor the halls were overly warm a thermostat on the wall near the elevator stated it was 77 degrees and it remained that way our entire stay My group and I were treated to various unpleasant smells over the course of our weekend stay in the same hallway Again our first impressions of the room were great but that faded as the weekend drew on A moderate sized stain on the carpet we discovered when we moved a chair to play board games, small spots of peeling wallpaper, messy grout in the bathroom shower, incredibly dirty AC/heater vent, and mini fridge but no microwave were amongst the biggest annoyances for a room of the price range Breakfast was the biggest surprise, there was a buffet with a pretty standard spread of items like scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, cereal, and a fruit bar We were waved over to a table and then went to get our food, some of the items that should have been cold were room temp like the cottage cheese Imagine our surprise when the man who waved us to the table brought us checks as it was not posted anywhere or ever told to us that this was not complimentary like it is a “lower” caliber hotels After tax something like $21 per person for this buffet One of our group only had a small bowl of cereal and a glass of water Overall very disappointed

Jesús Wong

Great place to stayRooms were ample and nicely furnished, I like coffee pots that do not use pods My room had a tub, unfortunately didn’t had a chance to enjoy it

Location is unbeatable, walking distance to the outlets and very convenient shuttle service to the airportEven taking the CTA train is just a 10 minutes walk awayFront desk helped out group a lot, we had special requests and they worked hard to help usGreat place to stay, the welcome cookie is a nice touch

I rarely write 3-star reviews but I thought this might be good for anyone with families to readHere are things that we didn’t like about this hotel:1 The living room is very noisy and bright

I have 2 teenagers, and we thought the pull out couch would make a good place for one of them to sleep to give them some space It did not work out well They have glass panels in the hotel room doors, which was pretty, but it let in all the hallway light You could also hear everything from the outside They were very busy during our stay and they lounge area was noisy into the middle of the night We could hear this despite being on the 5th floor2 The staff was mostly nice but not always helpful My son got sick while visiting He unfortunately did not make it to the bathroom in time We cleaned this up ourselves because it was out son and we didn’t want to make the cleaning service do it However we didn’t want to keep the towels with vomit in the room I put it in a plastic bag and took it to the front desk for laundry and the lady looked at me like I was crazy I also had to twice ask for beddingThings we did like about the hotel1 The complimentary drinks was a nice touch and appreciated Unfortunately it does get pretty packed during that time so you may not have a place to sit2 The location is perfect Close to other hotels, conventions and the train station is within a 5 minute walk

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a hotel They compare countless hotel sites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper than others! You’re welcome :)! This place is the best rated in the area

I’ve been coming here for a long time If you choose this place you definitely will love it I’m sure!Nice rooms, love the restaurant attached, though wish you didn’t have to walk outside to go there Their burgers are amazing! A must try! We had no issues, though somehow a few scratches on our car hood after it being parked there for a week Not sure that’s the hotels fault But other people not being considerate

Bryan Meech

Wish I could go higher, but the only reason it got this high of a rating was the free breakfast (food was excellent) you get with a room, plus how polite the staff is (personnel is excellent)If you’re like me and a light sleeper, I strongly suggest staying somewhere else You can hear doors from both sides of the hallway closing for a good 4 doors either direction when other guests don’t try and gently close the door behind them

Walls are almost paper thin, as I shouldn’t hear every time the person in the room next door uses the bathroomFridge in my room was either turned off or didn’t work, but they don’t leave instructions on what to do if you’re utilizing it, so if you need medication or food in a fridge, better make sure it works 1stHaving to pay an extra $15 to park in the lot when you’re in town and staying at their hotel? Doesn’t seem very logical, as any other hotel I’ve ever stayed it, it was included and they got your plates so they knew not to ticket/tow the carBathrooms in the room do have a hair dryer in a bag you can buy per the note, but when the not isn’t up on the counter, how are guests going to know (not that I needed one)?Having an elevator on the opposite end of the hotel down for upgrades isn’t very convenient for guests that do have issues walking either When I 1st used the toilet, I thought that there was hair in the toilet bowl, but it turns out somehow multiple big scratches are in the bowl (who knows what a former guest was eating or doing)If you’re going there and trying to do business (connect to wifi and work), connection is slow and drops often (it did for me at least) I ended up having to use my cell phone as a hot spot to be able to connect to the office to get some work doneThis place is however convenient for people that have a wide taste in food There’s a steakhouse next door and many other restaurants across the street

Jan Mussallem

BED BUGS! I was planning to leave a good review (clean

or so I thought Friendly staff Good airport service Etc) until I woke up in the morning with bed bug bites ALL OVER my arms, neck, and shoulders So gross! They did comp me my room but having to deal with the aftermath of wanting to scratch my arms off and having to wash everything was not a good way to End my trip Won’t be staying here again

Alessandra Williams

From the time I checked in, the associates were friendly, personable, and professional The room was clean and I was impressed with the modern look of the room During the stay, I needed use of the business center

While the printer wasn’t working, the front desk representative was extremely helpful in printing the documents I needed Adhering to safety protocols, I liked that there were staff to prepare the waffles and handle the other breakfast items The interior and exterior of the hotel was clean and well-kept I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

Stephanie Marie

Despite the construction in the building, the hotel was great There was plenty of parking both nights I stayed All of the hotel employees that I encountered were so nice and always willing to assist in any way possible

I was not able to use the digital check-in key through the Hilton app, but the front desk checked me in within 5 minutes The room itself was very nice and very clean The mattress was comfortable, not too firm or too soft There were lots of towels provided in the bathroom The hallways were quiet at night and in the early morning This hotel is not that close to the city, but I would stay here again for business

Clean, comfortable room I got upgraded to a king suite Nice staff

Ideal location for me Just three things I was not happy about-Channel up/down on the TV remote didn’t work Had to manually put in channels Hard to do when you don’t know the channel numbers-Phone in room didn’t work-I was told pool was heated It was not

Cat 3

Pros: Comfortable beds, quiet, the pool is huge Showers had good water pressure The front desk guy that I saw the most was super nice and helpful

Cons: Things that were listed on the website were either unavailable or not true (no free breakfast, the pool is NOT heated, the restaurant is not open) If you have a lot of luggage and need to haul it in with a cart the entrance from the side parking lot isn’t accessible (there’s a step to get in the door) and the back parking lot is gravelI think a lot of the cons wouldn’t have stung so much if the price per night hadn’t been so high I kind of ate the cost because I thought I was paying for the amenties, but to get there and have to go to WalMart to get microwave breakfasts and dinners suckedI would only stay here again if the rooms were 100 or less a night, or if they got the breakfast/restaurant situation straightened out

Richard Willer

AWFUL place to stay including management I took pictures of my room that I will be posting on other social mediaThe room was not cleaned

An opened beer was in the fridge, safety bobby pin on the floor, tape literally holding some of the wall together, and the mirror when steamed stated ‘TRUMP 2021!’ I talked to the supervisor when he came in at 4pm only to say they will just take 20% off and can’t find any product to remove the sign on the mirror! Room preparation is a simple task Hotels accept damage deposits, so most issues should be an easy fix, just buy a new mirror or washing product then! Seems very lazy on staff

Me and my husband stayed here back in February and it was amazing This was our first time away from our kids since the pandemic started and we enjoyed every moment The staff was really nice, the hotel in general was very clean

We stayed in two different rooms and loved them both, I really enjoyed the tub and shower and was able to relax The restaurant/bar was great and the drinks were the best I can’t wait to visit again and do some more sight seeing in the area

Well appointed hotel with several conveniently located restaurants & shopping Staff at desk were very friendly and accommodating They offered to check me in early, which was great

I also highly recommend their spa The massage therapist Agnes was incredible, honestly one of the best massages I’ve had All in all, great hotel for our business meetings and would absolutely stay here again Thanks for making our stay a pleasurable experience

I was so excited to try this hotel for a few months now I stayed here one night and everything was just fine Everything was cleaned really no issues just nothing to tell other people about

The price is kinda high as well, I think the price is the main reason I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, doesn’t offer a good bang for your buck (In my opinion)

We were flying out of O’Hare, so we picked this hotel because they offered sleep and park ($10) a day parking The hotel was good the staff was friendly & helpful The only problem we had was that the first shuttle that left for O’Hare was 7:00am problem if you had a 7:30 flight like we did

The staff was helpful in setting up for taxi service, but the taxi Co could not fill the order for a 4:30am pick up we started getting texts at 3:45am to this affect, I don’t blame the staff they have no control over this I will admit I did not check what time the shuttles started for the airport my fault The last time we did this the hotel we stayed at it ran a shuttle 24 hrs to the airport Had to drive not a big deal 10 min to lot G at the airport I gave 3 stars because of the shuttle service

CAR WAS VIOLATED!!! Parked 2/11 and returned Sunday 2/20 Started the car and it sounded like a Harley motorcycle!! Engine light also on — able to drive 17 mph and to the closest dealership Found out the catalytic converter was STOLEN! I parked in front of the hotel and under a light

Hotel not stepping up, state’s signed a waiver so not responsible But in order to stay and park you had to sign! Room clean, bed comfy Bathroom not so nice, nice to see but toilet and shower needs work

Nia Pu’e

The driver Ed for the shuttle was so professional, extremely welcoming, and kept us laughing It was just all smiles the whole ride! Not just that, I also noticed him taking care of the shuttle bus Cleaning it on his spare time

All around great employee you guys have there Will definitely stay again at this hotel when I’m back in Illinois

While the room was fine the rest of the experience at this hotel was subpar Booked us at a rate that included breakfast Then charged us a higher rate

And getting breakfast was like pulling teeth Lady that runs the food court was difficult to deal with Had to pick from a few selected options Wasn’t allowed to pick a small carton of milk only milk poured from an open carton into a glass was offered Finally just said eff it and went out to breakfast The WORST part however was the parking at this hotel They offer parking spots and shuttle service to people who are flying out of Ohare So there are pretty much zero parking spots available to guests It’s a joke finding anywhere to park there There are people parked all around the roundabout by the front door People parallel parked all along the outside curb of parking lot Not sure how a fire truck would even get in there We heard the front desk tell people multiple times that this was just an unusually busy week Probably the same line they use every week!

Maintenance employees are not friendlyUpdate as of 03-22-2022By posting the above 1 line review, we lost a contract with this hotelIt seems as if management just wants positive reviews no matter what

Well lets do a honest review, by serving the rooms I can share that they in fact are clean and vacuum not so much disinfect in all areasSome of the AC units leak water making the carpen humid with mold I have not lifted the carpet to actually verify this however it can be possibleAC units located on their conference rooms are super oldThe indoor swiming pool was cold and unable to use if you stay here in winterFront dest employees are nice and do a great job in helping the customersRestrooms over by the hallways are clean the majority of the timeOver all its a good place to stay if you looking for something in the are, however management seems to be a bit friendlyAdvice;Move the room furniture and vacuum under them including the beds, don’t just vacuum around them

Booked this hotel on parksleephotelcom where it stated the shuttle ran 24 hours a day When we arrived from Wisconsin during a snow storm we we told no way did it state that anywhere the shuttle was 24/7 and they only run from 730a-9p which our flight leaves at 730a and we would have to take a Uber

I showed the women at the front desk the website and she made an excuse how her manager is shocked that how hotel is even on the website and they offered one for me to cancel my reservation now and for me to find another hotel or for $20 off my reservation Then told me my manager isn’t able to speak to me as they aren’t in for the “next few days” Even though I seen them in the office This was a terrible excuse and a terrible experience at the beginning of my trip down to Florida for a funeral for loved ones

Compliments to the team that provide excellent meals and different options each morning for all guests (singles, married couples, and families)

Staff was extremely courteous I booked the room the night before our stay Got an excellent room, very clean and spacious

Special shout out to the young lady at reception, upon checkout she mentioned that my daughter didn’t have a coat and that it was like 10 degrees outside Which made me realize we left it on the chair in the room I am extremely grateful for the great customer relations this young lady provided If I’m ever back in town this is where I’ll be staying I wish I could remember her name, but we checked out around 11 am on March 12 2022

Piriyatharisini Thamilselvan

The rooms were good and spacious There were all basic electronics like coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, hairdryer, iron box and table, safety locker and TV set Morning breakfast was really good and ample

The potatoes and eggs were warm and comforting In the evening the UNO Pizzeria served good The only con was the cooling cycles in rooms were bit uneven but was manageable with constant fan But overall we had a comfortable stay for 3 days with a toddler and an infant

La Reina Harris

My room was comfortable and the floor I was on was quiet The manager that assisted me when I called at 0400 while at work was very helpful, she checked to see if rooms were available for an early check-in request Luckily she did have a room for me and greeted me by name upon my arrival

One downside to this wonderful work-business stay for me, the flat-affect African American female working the front desk on 4/17 was a bit short in her demeanor and she had the nerve to say she spoke with me at 0400 Not! She clearly has no accent off any kind People who want to claim good deeds who’ve done nothing are not to be trusted, including those who lack customer service skills for a major hotel chain I will make sure to refer this hotel to my Nurse & Dr colleagues for their business travel trips
