This is one of the best Holiday Inns I’ve ever stayed in They have a free evening social hour that have adult beverages and a cheese and cracker platter After we had been on the road all day, this was a great way to wind down

The pool area is nice The washers and dryers are free to use and that was really nice since our family had been on the road for a week The staff are very friendly and made this stay very pleasant

Room was clean, hotel in general was clean We stayed three nights and they cleaned our room and restocked our supplies when we needed them to The breakfast was amazing, and the go bags and trays made it so much easier for me to bring food back to my family of five

The only problem I had was upon checking out We booked through Priceline On Priceline’s website it says checkout is at 12, but upon checking out we were told checkout is actually 11 I said I didn’t want to be charged for another night and the front desk lady was obviously annoyed However she dropped the extra charge and was never actually rude All in all we’ll stay here again 💯

Really thought out place run by the owner manager Very convenient and clean Don’t let the simple exterior make you think low of this place

Noticed environmentally friendly ceramic cups No plastic/styrofoam It also helps save the costNight lights – wow! What a great ideaRag to clean whatever you need to clean (I cleaned my cars wind shield)The list of carefully thought out features keeps going onOnly thing is that does not work favorably is that it is not in the center of the town But if you have a vehicle it does not matter since you drive to most of the places in 5-10 minutes

Easy to book reservation online I requested a ground floor suite (no elevator) My suite had a couch, coffee table, table for meals (or surfing the net), another area to use pc as well with comfortable work chair

Loved having the bar sink And can we talk about storage? Plenty of it!! Loved it, and really loved the excellent customer service

This was the perfect hotel for a few days of touring the amazing sites and museums plus visiting local antique shops and eateries in the area It isn’t fancy, but it met our needs The room was large and the beds were firm and comfortable

It was 100 degrees outside, so the AC was very nice! All the staff were friendly and gave advice on eateries and local sites The guest laundry was broken and Bridgette when above and beyond to help with our laundry, we really appreciated that

Spent a week in the Scottsbluff area and stayed at the Monument Inn This was my 3rd time staying at the hotel in the past 4 years It is a nice hotel and the staff is great

We used the grill at the gazebo behind the hotel 3 or 4 nights to cookout with other friends that were staying there They even extended breakfast for us as we had to leave at 430 am each morning and didn’t return until 10am (breakfast is normally 6-9)I had a room with a queen bed and a pull out couch It also had a small kitchen sink, refrigerator, microwave, cabinets for storage, and counter space Lots of room for an extended stay in the area

Suite was great, beds were comfy Front desk staff was very friendly and polite Pool was fun

Breakfast was great and I loved the iced coffee The breakfast staff was very nice, even the lady who was new, she was super helpful and didn’t get irritated with my toddler when he spilled, which was a relief when I was stressed about making a mess Good location, easy to drive around probably, we stayed during the town summer party I think, so the main road through town was blocked for a couple of blocks, but easy enough to get around

Katherine Larsen

My one night stay was wonderful I will be back for another stay in JuneThe room was clean, the HVAC system was user friendly, and the bed was very comfortable

I forgot to bring my own pillow and thus had issues with those big fluff room pillows There should be just one half size pillow for us minimalist pillow users Putting pillow aside I enjoyed my stayOh yes the breakfast in the morning had something for everyoneGood job!

Really happy that I chose this hotel for a night stop during our road trip Quick and friendly service at check in Large easy to access elevators to the room and everywhere was well cleaned

Air conditioning worked well and the room was clean, tidy, comfortable and quiet Plenty of easy car parking space outside Equally quick experience when checking out the next morning too No complaints at all and would happily visit again

Marjoe Alika

Checked in at 3:00 o’clock Two queen beds, a night stand, a desk and two chairs, one of which was an office chair A television, microwave oven, a keurig coffee maker, a small refrigerator

An iron and an ironing board The shower had one bottle of body wash almost empty, one hair shampoo totally empty, and one hair conditioner almost empty There is a laundry room for guests which is coin operated,a swimming pool and a hot tub both of them closed for reasons unknown There is a small gym room with exercise equipment and weights I stayed three days although I paid for four days, I had to get out of there I paid one hundred fifty four dollars per day so I expected to have a nice room That was not the case I unknowingly left an item in my car, but I thought it was misplaced somewhere in the room I got my flashlight and started to look all over the floor for it and it was very disgusting to find what looks like dried food hidden by the bed skirt, the floor had not been cleaned for what appeared to be a good while Food takes a while to dry out like that After seeing this, I decided to leave and find another room at a different Hotel I have always used Marriott Hotels because of their dedication to clean rooms and customer satisfaction I don’t know what happened in this case I sincerely regret making this Hotel my choice for a comfortable stay It was a very bad experience While checking out, I told the desk clerk about my concerns with the dirty room He picked up a book and wrote something in it, what he wrote, I couldn’t say He did say “those bed skirts hide a lot of dirt and debris”,

Maria Harges

The room was clean & spacious Breakfast was mostly great, except for that one day they ran out of milk Of course, that can happen with an unexpected number of guests

And the lady taking care of the Breakfast area was PHENOMENAL!!But the front desk staff We booked 3 rooms for 5 nights Spent the 1st night, had our amazing breakfast, left to visit family Popped back in to get something from a room only to find that our card keys no longer worked! I went to the front desk and learned we had been checked out! Sam (clerk) had no idea what was going on or who I was EVEN THOUGH SHE HAD CHECKED US IN THE PREVIOUS EVENING!! She insisted she did NOT check us in I get that a lot of people come thru, & would never expect her to remember our names, but she didn’t even recognize our faces!! She finally conceded something was amiss, did a little digging & discovered another clerk had (mistakenly) checked us out & then checked us back in Suddenly & miraculously, Sam remembered checking us in the night before! Everyone got new keys & we went on our way, thinking everything was fineNope Just learned that the remaining 4 nights of our stay were charged to one card, for ALL THREE ROOMS!! What a mess

I would give 10 Stars if I could Everything was very above board And I can be picky

But all the staff were wonderful and went above and beyond while still maintaining a tremendous level of quality Room was clean and comfy couldn’t have asked for more It all stems from Terry at the front desk, who runs the show She is a wonderful Superstar

Trevor Madden

I have to brag on two separate front desk ladies that went very above and beyond for me when my EV’s charging cable didn’t fit in the hotel’s very generously-provided 240V outlet box They made sure to get me where I needed to go because the public transportation and rideshare scene is basically non-existent in ScottsbluffOther than that, it was nice having a mini fridge in the room

Other than that, very basic, but comfortable, accomodations

I would say that hotel was clean and the room was nicely appointed After doing my check for bugs on the beds/outlets etc I was satisfied by the cleanliness I have stayed at many hotels for work and would count this hotel as one of the better ones I have stayed at

The breakfast was typical holiday inn express type breakfast not that great but not bad either Though I think they could go with a better quality coffee but that may be a corporate thingI gave a negative review because I had been double charged I paid for my room through a third party website While paying bills I noticed both the third party charge plus a charge from this hotel I called the hotel to ask for the mistake charge be reversed back to my credit card I had used for the “incidental” holds I was told it can only be done by a manager who of which wasn’t working today due to the day I called being a holiday Since it wasn’t my fault and I didn’t have time to wait for someone to hopefully get back to me I disputed the charge through other avenuesBoth the clerk that checked me in and checked me out stated they saw I had paid via a 3rd party website already I don’t understand why this hotel had charged me again since they knew the room was paid for through a 3rd party company Maybe it was an honest mistake but if staying at this hotel, I would check your statements to make sure you too are not being double charged

This has been our second time at this hotel, the first time was great, except the only ice machine that works is on the first floor This time we had a horrible experience with the front desk staffl and still the only I e machine that works is in the first floor

When we booked the only availability was for a king size bed We are a family of 5 and we’re coming for a baseball tournament so we took it and planned to bring an air mattress as all other hotels were sold out I called the morning of checking to see if there was availability for a double bed room The staff than was unhelpful and no luck When we got to the hotel to check in we asked again to see if there was any options The front desk staff, a new employee said they had lots of open rooms available and that she could get it switched Since she was new she called in another gal named Felicia who from the beginning was very rude, had an attitude and said she couldn’t help us because we booked through bookingcom She said we would need to contact them in order to modify our reservations We spent over an hour on the phone between the bookingcom agent and him communicating with the hotel to get it changed He than sent a new confirmation email and we went to check in Felicia than proceeded to tell us they didn’t have a new modify reservation I showed her the email and when she found it on the computer, she told us we would only have the double bed room for the first night and the other 2 nights we would be back in the 1 king size room We asked her why it wasn’t for the full stay and said she didn’t have availability for the other 2 nights But my email was for the 3 nights in a double room which is what we wanted and were told on the phone with the agent from bookingcom and that the hotel accepted the change with bookingcom If the hotel didn’t have availability than why would they have accepted the change with bookingcom She proceeded to tell us she couldn’t help us and if we would have known that from the get go we wouldn’t have spent over an hour to try and switch it We will definitely not be back to this hotel as it wasn’t cheap to stay and with the staff(Felicia) treating us like she did we will find elsewhere in the future

Do NOT stay here! We should have taken our cues from the ratty furniture out front and the sketchy tenants (yes, tenants, not guests) We paid for a room, anyway, giving them the benefit of the doubt We were told we were getting their nicest room, as they had been making a lot of updates

The room was NOT fit to stay in and we are not that picky! The carpet was disgusting, sheets didn’t begin to look clean They wouldn’t give us a refund and we are finding out that’s a common practice

Mark Hanna

Absolutely no hotwater in the shower, live wires hanging out of the ceiling Seemed to be short on light bulbs for lighting, maybe trying tohide the filthy carpet? My advice is to drive on by Maybe someone needs to report this to the local public health department!

Stayed one night – On our way up to SD we found we could not get through due to snowstorms Made our way back to Scottsbluff and found Hampton Inn right off Rt 71 and Hwy 26 Stayed overnight

Melinda, at front desk, was so very nice and personable Room was large and she said it was the last room they had Clean, comfortable, great shower All excellent and up to par with other Hampton Inns we have stayed at

Aaron Shelby

My parents and I stayed one night at the Hampton Inn & Suites Scottsbluff and it was everything we needed The staff was friendly The rooms and common spaces were clean

Health and safety protocols were visible and being followed Because of these things we had quite a relaxing stay after a drive and afternoon visiting Chimney Rock and Scott’s Bluff National Historic Site I would definitely stay at this property if life brings me back to this part of NE Thanks for a great stay!

Nathan Choler

No real complaints about this hotel We stopped here on our way from Denver, CO to Rapid City, SD If we had more time we would have gone to visit the national park here

As for the hotel, it’s right off the main road The pool worked and there was a hot tub The fitness Center featured a few different pieces of cardio equipment Breakfast was standard Hampton Inn fare, couple of hot items, cereal, and a waffle maker This would be what I consider the standard Hampton Inn, I’ve been to worse We would definitely consider staying here again if we are back in the area
