This was honestly one of the cleanest and well maintained hotels we’ve stayed in The front desk staff was excellent and super friendly and helpful! They made you feel at home! Breakfast was great, not bland like most hotel breakfasts We stayed 3 nights and each morning there was a great variety of food

We also had different choices each morning Will definitely stay again

Ashlee Robinson

The hotel staff was friendly and inviting The cleaning crew did a great job and kept the place tidy and towels well stocked The best part was the breakfast! You could see the gentleman in the kitchen chopping fresh vegetables making us the most delicious salsa

He kept such an organized kitchen and clean serving station all while making sure we all had what we needed

I have stayed at this hotel about 9 or 10 times over a year’s time and I love it! I have NEVER had any issues with the property or the staff It has always been super clean, all of the staff members have been extremely nice and the breakfast is fresh and yummy The walls are not super thin, so we sleep very well and undisturbed

This location is very convenient for our needs I was hesitant in the beginning because it is a high traffic hotel, but they do a great job of maintaining the property and rooms

Our stay during graduation and Memorial Day weekend was very pleasant I have no major complaints or issues with the Hotel or my stay The only thing I noticed was cleaning could be better in total with linen, etc

, some minor paint touch ups would be beneficial to the hotel as wellComplimentary breakfast was great! So pleased with the many different options and stations that does not limit guest to the typical minimal pork/beacon options The property is well kept and they have great professionals working the counter Very pleased with Dquaveaon’s hospitality and professionalism throughout our whole stay We will definitely keep this location in mind when visiting again(4 stars for simple linen “issues”)

I knew I was going to be living in an extended-stay hotel for several months due to a home remediation, and I am beyond thankful that I picked this Element! The front desk staff is warmly welcoming, and goes above and beyond to be helpful The cleaning team is friendly and thorough The real star of the show, though, has been the kitchen/breakfast staff – she truly has the gift of hospitality, and does a fantastic job keeping up with the morning rush while cooking delicious, healthy food and fostering a special sense of community for guests all at the same time

I’m sure going to miss this place when I move back into my house!

Kat Vega

My room was a mini suite on the 2nd floor I am a bit of a neat freak and felt comfortable in it It seems, at least when I was there, it was on the flight path for the airport 🛫 A hospital is very near and sirens are loud

None of this bothers me but if you are a super light sleeper I advise ear plugsThe staff were amazing, very friendly and gave good recommendations for places to see/try Breakfast was included and I overheard it is quite good I only had time for coffee and a muffin, both if which were decentI would definitely stay with them again

Miranda Hewlett

This place was reasonably priced and a comfortable stay I was pleased to have a mini fridge in the room The offerings at breakfast were adequate for someone who eats gluten — cranberry and blueberry scones, breakfast burrito, cereal, juices

The building seemed to have been recently remodeled The carpet was in good shape (except in the elevator where it appeared dirty) The pool is indoors and small but intimate We only saw three other people in the pool while we were there We checked in at 1am and there was a nice attendant working that late so we had no issues

Karen Cline-Tardiff

Rooms were super quiet, we couldn’t tell we were near a highway Lots of great local eating options Super friendly staff who seemed genuinely happy to have us stay there

The pool was great Room was very clean and comfortable Bathroom had great water pressure and nice amenities Only problem was the breakfast Terrible We just went out to eat instead Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area

Jacqueline Green

The most enjoyable thing about staying at this location was the front desk person JOHNNIE!! SHE IS EXCELLENT ON EVERY LEVEL

I AM SITTING AT THE TABLE WORKING RIGHT NOW LISTENING TO HER NAVIGATE HER DAY SHE DOES IT WITH A SMILE ON HER FACE AND IN HER VOICENOTE: Rooms are clean, I felt safe walking to and from my car and you have plenty of restaurants to choose from

If you’re looking for good vibes, this is the place Greeted with down to earth customer service Modern yet casual atmosphere was quite appealing

Room was clean and functional I would characterize the room as efficient and functional The functional aspect paired with the overall atmosphere and cleanliness made for an exceptional experience Breakfast was the only meal I can speak to in the restaurant, but the food and service was great at each visit……Full disclosure; I attempt to stay places that aren’t run of the mill side of the highway type hotels This place is exactly that, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Adriane G

Wanted to love this hotel, but unfortunately was disappointed I know some hotels use flat sheets in place of fitted sheets, which is fine if the flat sheet covers the entire surface During our first night we noticed our king bed was covered with a flat sheet that was too small- didn’t cover the entire mattress and exposed part of the mattress cover below

I assumed it would be an easy fix, so we let the front desk know the next morning We arrived back to our room that evening to find our bed had been re-made, however, they again used a sheet that was too small Mattress cover still exposed Don’t know why this was an issue 2 nights in a row, but I found it kinda grossCheck out time is 12pm We went down to the restaurant for brunch, headed back at 11:30 to get our bags, however they had already deactivated our cards so we were locked out Not a huge issue but slightly inconvenient to get them re-activatedThe decor/aesthetic is nice, walking distance to many bars and restaurants But for the price and many other options in Dallas, we probably won’t be back

Kimberly Parr

The Pittman is a beautiful hotel Every staff member we came across was extremely lovely They have wine or other snacks you can purchase at their little version of a Botega at the front desk

The valet is super quick and friendly The rooms were modern and beautiful The hotel had a social hour, that we thought was a nice little touch Elm & Good is the bar/restaurant attached to the hotel we definitely recommend trying out We went for drinks one evening and tried brunch on Sunday morning This hotel is definitely a hidden gem in Dallas

First let me start off by saying that the rooms are so nice and cozy, The beds and sheets are always clean, neat and comfortable The staff and manager are all so kind and helpful, they created me every morning I was there and would do everything in their power to make sure I was comfortable for the time I was staying there! They also have a great selection of drinks, snacks, and hygiene care available in the lobby which made it so convenient instead of having to leave every-time I needed something! Will definitely be staying here again

nina smith

This was by far the worst hotel stay I have ever had I should have read the reviews before booking There was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee

Bench in the shower broke No toiletries Breakfast was lacking No waffles Had to eat eggs with a spoon and knife because they didn’t have forks They were out of trash bag and the trash was piled up Overall was not a good experience

Clayton Evans

Do not, should not, would not 6/12/2022Got in late get the keys to the room Walk in room dirty bedding on the floor floor stained with God’s knows what me being so tired I went to the front desk young lady did everything she possibly could even went to clean a room for us to stay in

Wasn’t perfect but she’s tried, wake up 7 the next morning to take my daughter to breakfast absolutely nothing of worth for breakfast all the containers empty My guess this place needs new management house keeping worthless walking around all morning drinking coffee Cook I guess doesn’t have to cook probably one of the worst stays I have ever had and trust me I have had better services at a Crack motel in the middle of Mexico

Appears to be a fairly new building Plenty of shopping and food in this vicinity We are 10 minutes from Dos Equis Pavilion Free parking Our last trip to Dallas we stayed downtown where we paid $18 every time we left and returned to park, so free parking is very nice I just finished the included breakfast with a waffle and there are muffins and other things available Good enough

Staff was excellent Antoinette checked me in and she was very sweet Michelle checked me out and was also very friendly

Breakfast was great but busy I felt bad for them We were here for cheer and you could tell they were busyGreat location across from our cheer groupRoom was very clear and smelled great upon check in They have the big bottles of shampoo in bathrooms which is great with girls who have long hairI would definitely come back if I am every in the area again

I initially liked it here very much, after my house burned down and losing absolutely everything

the people were friendly and the room was cozyBut then after a few days I realized that my room had bedbugs I had never seen one before so at first I thought it was just something I was picking up sitting outside After a week I realized that they were coming from the bed It wasn’t until then that I started to see the bites showing up It has been 2 weeks and my right side is still so bad that I have to wear long sleeves and long pants in this heat I’ve seen the Dr Antibiotics and steroids can’t get rid of the bite marks They’re almost all only on my right side and I was sleeping on my right side so it couldn’t be anything elseThe worst part is that I was moved to another room for one day but then they decided I must have brought them into that room and they need to fumigate the room I moved to And I had to goI have never had or even seen bedbugs in my life but I get kicked out of a hotel after getting annihilated by bedbugs when I am already displacedIt’s the worst insult to injury I have ever experienced AND it was on my birthdayAnd just saying about the picturesthe bug on the sheet did not come out of the burned out shell of my home

Syed Zain Jafery

Front desk employee is very rude and disrespectful and not understanding to the fact that when a customer says he needs room service he needs room service I’m checking out on Friday and she said Friday they will do the room service that’s ridiculous I’m going to the health department to make a complaint since there are cockroches in my room If you want to waste your money and time then surely come here

As well as if you like cockroches in your room

Accommodations are great, breakfast was very satisfactory and my son enjoyed the pool with friends However, every staff we interacted with did not seem happy to be helping guests and requesting a late check out was almost denied due to housekeeping

but we were checking out on a Sunday and it didn’t appear that they had an influx of check ins happening while we had to sit in the lobby for the next 5 hours We stayed here because our event was hosted at the adjoining convention center but not the best place to stay if you are passing through or would like a friendly staff

I come to Dallas at least once a month and almost always stay here Usually I have no problem The location is great and it’s a clean hotel

However, the night of April 14, 2022 was an unpleasant experience I checked in kind of late that night between 10-11 pm with my boyfriend (who I added as a guest when I booked the room on the Hilton app early that day) As I approached the front desk a black woman working that night demanded she had to see my id and my card, also stating I hadn’t reserved the room and that I had to pay Keep in mind I am a Diamond Hilton member, I know how to properly book a room online I was only going to the front desk for a physical card for my boyfriend I even let her know I already had a room number and my digital key was working so why would I need to pay again? She completely ignored me and proceeded to tell the other woman who she appeared to be training that we were “irresponsible” for not bringing my id and card and that it was our fault (they were in the car which my boyfriend went to go get) When she charged me AGAIN for the room I also noticed the price was higher than what I originally paid for when I booked online NOT including yet another $50 incidental charge At that point I wasn’t going to argue with her or even ask her why the price was higher I was already sleepy and annoyed of her impolite attitude The day after checkout (April 18, 2022) I received my folio and noticed the charge was exactly what I had booked the room for myself THROUGH THE APP I proceeded to call the hotel and asked them why was my bank account showing a different amount charged The woman who answered claimed to work with billing and said she couldn’t understand why the woman had charged me more and that there was nothing she could do about it because it was 7am Monday morning after Easter and that maybe the bank hadn’t caught up to what the hotel actually charged Eventually this was sorted out but I still don’t understand why the woman at the front desk even charged me more that night? She also didn’t offer me the free water and snack Diamond members get Even my boyfriend mentioned how unnecessarily rude she was to us I usually don’t bother writing reviews but this is one I had to complain about Getting treated badly by staff for no reason definitely ruined my go to hotel for me

Jermaine Layton

I was visiting to enjoy a banquet located in Ballroom A The front desk hostess could have been more welcoming She wasn’t super rude, but she was very direct and unwelcoming

The ballroom where the event was located was stuffy and warm and needed the AC on The hotel room my boss had reserved for me to change clothes in had a stuffy smell in it as well, but I can say that everything in the room seemed clean I’m not sure how long their 2nd elevator has been out of service, but my hope is that it will swiftly get fixed due to long waits and the elevator stopping on each floor and the concern of social distancing (pandemic protocols)The servers that catered the food were friendly and accommodating which may have been the best of the experience For the purpose of the event, we did enjoy ourselves, but realizing the experience as a consumer, this hosting hotel could improve more with the small things

I checked in on 7-28-22 and checked out on 7-30-22 I have not had any previous issues with any Holiday Inn Express I always had a really nice stay until I stayed in Mesquite

When I got to my room the toilet seat was sliding all around, the one queen bed sheets were bloody, the faucet came off in my hand, the ironing board was broken, I laid it on the bed and if that wasn’t bad enough the room stayed hot, the outside temperature was 102 I was very irritated and was ready for this check out I stayed here because of the location to my family I will never stay here again BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE The housekeeper should have known about these issues especially the bloody sheets, just nasty

I was here for work and enjoyed my stay The rooms are spacious and up to date I was by myself and enjoyed the stay for 8 days, front desk staff always helpful and the breakfast warm and delicious

Clean entrance and gym with elliptical two and a few other exercise machines You can do laundry here and it is located near four places you can walk to to grab a quick bite I recommend this stay I think I would stay here for an extended stay if I wanted to Thank you La Quinta Inn in Hutchins Texas

Room was very clean and it was very roomy The beds were ok All the bedding is old and paper thin

Pillows were lumpy The towels were about the size of a hand towel and old and thin as well The tub faucet was about to fall off The breakfast was simple, not a lot there so we ate elsewhere You can tell they have even updating the whole place Its not the best or the worst I’ve stayed at

Glenn Pyle

Nice quiet rooms Far enough from the highway to not hear all the noise Room is very big and has a refrigerator and microwave

Another important plus is it actually has a relatively comfortable arm chair in addition to the desk chair Plenty of outlets but no USB ports for charging oddly enoughThe negatives: the bath towels are about the size of the hand towels and are about as rough as 10 grit sandpaper! The TV is decent but the cable package is horrible to navigate There is no channel guide or menu (no cable box), so it’s just scroll through with the horrible remote (that works about 50% of the time) and try to land on something The breakfast is mediocre at best – and it’s the same thing every day (my 2nd week long business trip here) – sausage, sausage gravel, make your own waffles, assorted cereals and breads, fruit, etc It’s a fairly large selection and it’s included but change it up once in a while Maybe throw some scrambled eggs outI stay here because it’s 5 miles away from my business location so it’s very convenient There aren’t many restaurants local though, so dinner is a challenge if you don’t want to drive downtown (I don’t!)

The employees were very accommodating anything I needed they helped Extended our stay a extra day Everything was very clean

Some of the guests were rude didn’t follow rules and made messes all over the property The hotel staff took care of the situation prompt and efficiently Breakfast was very good They had Waffles, toast, biscuit sandwiches, yogurt, cereal, juice, coffee, muffins The pool was open and clean Hot tub was not hot which was good cause it’s 111 degrees outside The jets were nice The room was clean and spacious and great for the price There was plenty of room for all six members of my family Other than the bad guests the only thing wrong was the air conditioner leaking but maintenance came by to fix it I would definitely come back again

Michelle Markgraf

Extremely dirty room There was a roach crawling in the bathroom when we walked in and the refrigerator had someone else’s food in it The bed sheets and blanket were disgusting

I put my own clothes down to sleep on them and then in the morning put them in a dirty clothes bag Breakfast was laughable–there’s no way I was going to eat anything from there I didn’t even brush my teeth with the water from the faucet I used bottled water Front desk was gruff and apparently hasn’t a clue what being in the hospitality industry means Front desk was adamant about what they don’t do and what I can’t do as a guest I didn’t hear the words thank you at all I had an issue checking in even though I had already prepaid for the room because of a 3rd party issue that is not my problem That is to be handled by the hotel staff Your job is to check guests in that have already paid You don’t make the guest wait at 2:30 in the morning while you figure out how to get your money from Hotelscom, the 3rd party Honestly I wouldn’t use hotelscom or bookingcom anymore because I had this problem occur twice in one week I certainly would never stay at this hotel again

Nice hotel honestly Rooms were super clean and the bed was comfy We bought alcohol beforehand so we needed a mini fridge

We asked the woman at the front desk and she actually moved us into a better room— with a mini fridge! Cable was ok no guide button on remote and the up button to go through the channels was broken Pool was shut down by the city which was very disappointing and the elevator was super sketchy Over all we had a good stay here!

There was nothing ‘special’ about the rooms Very basic Room was very clean

Bed very comfortable Biggest downside for me was there are no fridges in the room I got the impression they just don’t have them there The hot tub was broken and the indoor pool was freezing We were very bummed about that We chose this hotel specifically for this Breakfast was a variety of different fresh things It was not a terrible stay, just nothing out of the ball park The staff was absolutely amazing though This was the highlight of our stay here
