Staff was friendly and welcoming upon check-in Was thanked for being a Marriott member and was given my welcome gift ( recently a lot of other hotels have forgotten to acknowledge our status) So this was nice

Our room was clean , spacious and fairly new / well keptBreakfast has been transitioning to Marriotts “new and improved “ menu, but It seems to be a downgrade from the previous choices I would personally bring a few groceries and cook my own meals using the amenities in the roomOverall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and will chose this when in the area during our future stays

Jeffery Hamilton

Friendly staff Decent gym Not crazy about there only being two washers and three dryers for the entire building

And while the front desk will make quarters change happily they will only do so in exchange for other cash And getting the room refreshed/cleaned up only happens once a week so plan accordingly My room had a recycling tub, but the hotel itself does not recycle so everything winds up in the trash anyway

Joanne Salzmann

Breakfast was poor Eggs and sausage were cold There was oatmeal to make but no microwave downstairs we were told to fix it in our room

No silverware-had to ask and juice machine was broken Used public bathroom by pool area One had toilet seat up and it had dried feces in 3 places Wastebasket in our room had not been emptied from previous guest

The staff is approachable and friendly The room was very clean Adding bagels and/or toast for those who want just the sausage and eggs would be my suggestion since none were available

I added fruit and nuts from oatmeal station to top my waffle, EXCELLENT! I really enjoyed my stay, was alone visiting my son who is at Ft Bliss I felt safe and it was quiet I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again if I return for another visit

Jamal Josephs

My room was clean and nice It was the option I needed at the time, with a late checkout time of 12 noon Backstory: my family’s flight got delayed and their connector flight missed

The rental car was under their name So having come to El Paso on a separate flight, I was kinda stranded with my snowboard and other luggage The staff were friendly and very helpful and I’m thankful for their help The lady suggested a restaurant across the street and I was finally able to get a good meal Note that the breakfast at the hotel is minimal (make your own waffle, sausage biscuits, apple and orange, granola, sugary yogurt, etc) and left something to be desired, especially for those who have plant based diets But I have to give 5 stars because the good far outweighed the bad and they made me feel at home to the best of their abilities

Jr

A hidden gem near the airport Top-down from management to housekeeping Everyone has been approachable and willing to help with whatever concerns I have

I have been a Long-term guest and I have not had any problems during my stay The hotel is very quiet and clean, a comfortable place to get a peaceful night’s rest Definitely recommend it to travelers or locals

Everyone was so polite made me feel as if I was at home Breakfast was good only thing missing is sunny side up eggs I LOVED that no custodian came knocking on the door before leaving time Wich I greatly appreciate! I asked the receptionist to show me the suites and she happily took her time and did

For sure I’ll be booking here again 😄👏

Went last night and after 1hr 30 minutes in room 201 we left this room the room cost me 250 i had originally ask for 2 beds which was unavailable the clerk upsold me to a suite with a pull out couch that cost me 250 dollars and the rooms blankets stunk! Tried to work through it but after thinking about it I decided to leave after realized this is very unacceptable especially for the price Not one to complain No refund was given not even an apology Never again

My wife and I were traveling through El Paso on our way home and stayed at this Hampton Inn & Suites We chose this location for a couple of reasons, the first was location, the second was because it was pet friendly and we had our dog with us The lobby was clean and the desk clerk was friendly and helpful

We stayed in room 304, which was a nicely appointed room There was something gross looking on the carpet and on the wall paper that seemed to have been there a while, probably vacuumed, but not cleaned completely Our stay was going fine right up until breakfast We took our dog with us to breakfast (a mini-Goldendoodle) and deliberately sat far away from anyone else, in case they didn’t want to be near people with a dog My wife was getting her coffee when the desk clerk (Serina) inquired if our dog was a service dog We replied no, and she told us that the dog could not be in the restaurant We told Karen, sorry, Serina that this was the first of many pet friendly hotels we stayed at during our journey that wouldn’t allow our pet in the restaurant By the way, we didn’t see any posted signs stating that only service animals were allowed in the restaurant We promptly left, checked out of the hotel, and went to Starbucks and had breakfast I’m a Hilton Honors member and quite disappointed with what occurred at this hotel

We really loved this hotel and can’t wait to stay in it again We didn’t take advantage of the swimming pool and jacuzzi, but they looked so inviting; we will definitely, take advantage the next time around The room was spacious, clean and smelled fresh

Everything looked clean and even the remote control was in a plastic bag The bed and temperature were very comfortable We were made to feel welcome by the gentleman at the front desk and even the bartender was awesome Great drinks!

This hotel is very old Building was built in 1976, and the renovation in 2016 was clearly not a complete one If you need your room to be cooled by a working A/C, then Do NOT stay here

The old units are not A/C’s but instead are part of a central water chiller network so they do not condition the air they only chill it so the humidity level in the room was very high Also, the unit ran non-stop, but could not cool the room enough to sleep comfortably I did report this and maintenance was sent over right away, but since this is a problem with the entire hotel and not just room 120, there was nothing that could be done except to close the air vents in the living area to try and force more air into the bedroomThis hotel is also using Covid as an excuse so they don’t have to clean the rooms every day, and you have to request housekeeping in advance As a result of the rooms not being cleaned regularly mine was not properly cleaned upon arrival The bedding was clean, bathroom wiped down, and fresh towels ready, but the room (like so many lately) was in need of a thorough deep cleaning including dusting all surfaces, and vacuuming the entire suite not just the walkwaysThe bathtub faucet hardware was hanging loosely from the wall, and the tub did not drain well, so the tub would be half full by the time you finish showeringI love visiting El Paso, but as a long-time Diamond member, I will be staying elsewhere on all future trips

Natasha Thomas

Good location, nice room size, wonderful breakfast! All the other small things were just annoying and the reason 5 stars wasn’t givenFriendly staff at check in, but mix up with my payment and check out time House keeping attempted to enter room with the do not disturb sign posted

Appeared to be done upgrades but a super small bathroom

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a place This site will compare countless booking websites and usually will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of my favorites in the area

I have been staying here for a long time If you decide to stay here you won’t regret itWe had a good stay last week here for one night It is close to the airport and many restaurants The Front Desk staff members were very nice, patient and helpful They gave us nice suggestions for a scenic drive and downtown visit We would like to come back in our future visits

Our church looked all over El Paso for a venue that could fit our size for our Easter service Rebecca M, the Marriott’s sales coordinator, was excellent and made our experience a wonderful one! From the beginning to the end, she was an absolute joy to work with

She was extremely kind and helpful, reliable and knowledgeable about the venue and staffing, very timely with email responses/phone calls to our thousands of questions we had, and played a huge part in making our Easter service a wonderful memory for the folks at our church We are so grateful to have worked with her and if we ever have an event at the Marriott again, we sure would hope we could work with Rebecca againAs far as the day of the event, Jonathan and his team knocked it out of the park for us He and his operations team were always available to help with whatever was needed by us Whether it was getting more chairs within minutes of a request, to having the stage and production equipment set up ahead of time, he really made it easy for us to show up and rock and roll for our event The whole staff was quick to help and do so with a great attitude This team really served our church by helping our event run smoothlyThere were many who helped with our event, but these two folks stood out in such a big way! We can’t thank you both enough!-Cross of Grace Church

The hotel lobby was very nice Customer service was great! They have an indoor/outdoor pool which was amazing!! Super relaxing/fun vibes The rooms are outdated though

The hallways are hot We were on the 2nd floor, the ichemachine didn’t work so we had to check all 6 floors until finally the 6th floor ice machine was working!! But it was a good stay

Really 3 1/2 stars The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet The staff at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating

Unfortunately, the pool was FRIGID and unusable, even in 100+ degree heat, which was very disappointing because it would have been nice to jump in and cool off without having hypothermia set in Breakfast left a lot to be desired also But if you’re looking for a comfortable night’s sleep and don’t need a lot of amenities, this place will certainly do

Rob Lachance

Nice hotel, clean and modern looking Dining/relaxation area was really nice with couches and tables, tvs on but not too loud Breakfast was one of the best for Hilton brands

Wide variety of choices Breakfast sandwiches were great and the Texas shaped waffles was a nice touch! Would definitely stay here again if I come through El Paso

I like the rooms and price was fair My only complaint is that house keeping came into our room with out knocking and I was naked changing cloths for a funeral in the bathroom and my partner had just shorts on I jumped and I was upset

I went to talk to the front desk and they said I needed to talk to Sergio and that they would make a note for him to contact me No one did I don’t think I will return during spring break and I saw some nice hotels off George dieter heading to Montana ave Other than the invasion of my privacy I did feel safe leaving my car parked in the back of the building The breakfast was actually amazing because it offered hot and cold meals The place was pretty clean and when I did interact with the front desk they were friendly I was so worried the whole time I was at my grandpas funeral that they were going to go in my room again and take something I guess it just made my wonder why they came in with out knocking the first time We were staying for three nights and two days I had o my been there one night when this happen The view of the mountains is nice and it really is easy access to restaurants and fast food places If you are visiting make sure to check out trans mountain And scenic view I always loved going there when I was a kid

Jackie Rufrano

This hotel was the best my father and I have stayed in during our long cross-country road trip! The location is right off I-10, yet still surrounded by many walkable shops and restaurants The hotel room looked to be modern and recently updated The beds were comfortable, everything was super clean, and the hot breakfast had a good amount of options

All this for a pretty decent price I wouldn’t worry about booking a room here, it’s clean and worth the price

Jonathan Gasser

Great hotel, but please train hotel front desk what corporate accounts are And how individuals using corporate accounts do not carry the physical card with them I was polite and gave them all the info they needed to get me my room

And she kept demanding I must have a physical card in my had to confirm I told her it was through a credit card authorization and she repeated she needed the card I travel all over the country and do this all the time So I tried to explain to her how it is done as nice as possible and as detailed as possible She still proclaimed she needed a card I said sorry I don’t have one and I can call our agency and get the digital payment sent over again directly to her She said that wouldn’t be needed but was gonna give me the room But next time I had to have the card on hand bc letting me have the room without one was against company rules 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️ I hope she gets the training she needs

This Location promises Check in at 3pm that’s a Lie I have been traveling all day and I was told there is a 45 min wait because they have no rooms ready This is ridiculous and then there is no refund policy to go anywhere else You promise something you stick to it

It’s been a long day and I just want to rest and can’t the front desk agent seems like she’s frustrated and the Housekeeping staff is walking around chit chatting and laughing it up while our rooms are supposed to be worked on and ready for check in at 3pm The company I work for may never use this place again I high recommend using someone else!!!!

tuesdays rain

When we checked in I gave the desk clerk my club number but he could not find it in the system Went upstairs to a nice comfortable room We were told there was a complimentary breakfast and when we came down the next morning we were told breakfast would be served in an hour

Turns out our clock was set an hour early so we missed breakfast and went to IHOP Desk clerk said she was sorry but offered not compensation for the missed breakfast The maids should check the clocks when they clean the rooms Not sure if we will stay there again

Great little hotel It was very clean, staff were friendly, and good place to stay for a low budget without staying at a rundown hotel I gave it a 4 stars only because the security back door doesn’t work, while we didn’t run into any issues, it could pose a problem

Floors were creaky, and had issues with the drawers, but overall not a bad place

A Schweizer

They leave fully printed copies of your credit card information laying on the check-in counter Every single guest is in a box laying there On the checkin counter completely insecure I’m shocked

They aren’t even in a locked cabinet or locked office No they are laying there on the counter Fully visible card numbers With security codes and exp dates Clueless desk staff I’m filing a complaint with the AG Fails to comply with SB122 ANYONE could walk by and copy your personal data

Virginia Banuelos

First when we checked in front desk told me “it was the hotels job to profile people” He didn’t want to rent the room to us when my partner who is black went in with his ID Then I got bites all over my arms back and legs

They said they had nothing to spray In rooms for bugs or disinfectantVERY BAD FOR THE FRONT DESK TO TELL YOU ITS THERE JOB TO PROFILE people cuz of there skin color

I upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite This weekend was for my daughter to celebrate her birthday I reserved this for it’s amenities

As soon as I went to check in I was told the pool was not in service This is the reason I got this hotel My little ones were waiting to swim and excited I wish I could be refunded my credit upgrade or something Nothing was ever posted about it being closed I can’t tell you how extremely frustrating it is! My 2 little girls in pure disappointment

They do NOT care I stayed at this Residence Inn ,as well as another in Texas for a very extended stay This one did not compare

They were not friendly or accommodating I really feel like they care less about the customers I ran out of gas in the hotel parking and called the front desk to ask about a shuttle for help They simply brushed me off and did not offer to help in ANY way Even worse, i had to go to the hotel next store (at there advice) to get help The OTHER hotel helped me not the Residence Inn i am in  I asked about my mail at the desk which they lost a portion They  said sorry they would not call to let me know it was there in the future The other hotel not only would call but, would drop it in my room I used there laundry service for basic laundry and ended up with a 200 dollar dry cleaning bill which i did not ask for They said sorry not so sorry The other Residence inn laundry service only charged 30 for the same laundry  I called a lady at the desk at one point to get a card removed from my account  She was very rude and even hung up on me This all happened over a few months They have a firepit that NEVER works I ONLY continue to stay there for points Otherwise i would go somewhere else

R G

I enjoyed my stay at this Residence Inn There is an indoor pool which was pretty warm The breakfast was individually packaged for COVID-19 I’m sure

There were bacon, egg and cheese Crossiants, sausage Biscuits, individually wrapped Waffles all of which were nice and hot There were individually packaged cereal like Apple Jack’s, Frosted Flakes, Fruitloops and more There were individually packaged chocolate muffins and blueberry muffins Hot coffee, ice coffee, cranberry, orange and apple juiceThe room was a 2 bedroom suite and each room had its own bathroom One had a shower/tub combo and the other was shower only The room had 3 televisions with the 3rd being in the living room which also had a pull out sofa and an electric fireplace that actually had heat coming from it There is a 30 minute timer that you can set There was a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven and dishwasher in the kitchen I would 100% stay here again if back in El Paso

This is a very nice and clean hotel The owners and staff are awesome! They helped us with a situation that had nothing to do with them, and treated us like family We are so grateful to meet these people and to see how well they take care of their property

If you’re in El Paso and are needing a nice, clean, quiet place to stay, go see them You won’t regret it

Ella Ward

My car was stolen from the parking lot and the staff laughed at my best friend when she told them the situation they let me Veiw only the tape of some male getting in my car but suspicious activity was very clear from the beginning here They kicked us out of the room after a couple hours after checkout when we had no place to go while waiting for the police unsympathetic and acted like a no big deal

If you are looking for a safe area with decent hearted people I would not recommend here

My sisters car got stolen out of the parking lot at 3 am while she was staying here A man had to have broken into her room while she was getting ice and stolen her keys to do this When the staff was told by her the next morning, the woman at the desk just laughed at her and the man got extremely defensive and left

They acted very suspicious and weird with her experience but did allow her to view the tape of the crime

Rooms are equipped for business attire Lots of hanger space but not enough drawers to put clothes in The fridge did not work and it was very, very tiny

Rooms are built for single person stay in which case it may accommodate I was in a room with my husband and daughter There was no place to put all of our luggage Shower in king room had no doors, which was very modern and cute but water sprayed everywhere no matter how you angled the shower head Hotel in general was nice though

Wow! Service was fantastic! From Uleena at the front desk in arranging rooms, to Heather in the Bistro helping with wifi, to the maintenance guy walking by when we locked ourselves out of the room, to the young man at the front desk helping with the washing machine who then left quarters in the machine for us to use Can’t say enough good things about this place

Stayed for four nights and the staff was great From the front desk, the cleaning personnel to the maintenance team all were very polite, helpful and efficient I would walk in with food and drinks and they would offer to help me with my room door

If I needed towels, extra trash bags they would bring it right away Maria Franco is the best as she is very good with all the customers and her employees This hotel has great employees and customer service which is why I give it a 5/5 Even though the hotel is going through some remodeling it did not affect my stay at all

Stayed two nights on business and this hotel was such a lovely surprise! It is very clean, the staff is so polite and helpful, you can get a great made-to-order breakfast quickly in the lobby restaurant, rooms are very clean and comfortable There is a full bar in the lobby as well 😀 Location was conveniently close to the airport

IHG Diamond member, although that doesn’t seem to matter to this hotelWifi was completely down when we checked in, and it’s been off and on since they got it “fixed” the next morningA/C seems to be set 1° cooler than hell in the hotel

Extremely hot The rooms have a motion sensor, so it gets up to 80° when you are gone for any period of timeBar is closed due to them losing their liquor licenseRooms are cramped, and TVs are tiny and outdatedGreat views, as you can see in the picLimited parkingAt least the location is convenient

Completely excited to stay at this awesome suite! Customer service is OUTSTANDING! Staying here during improvements on our home Husband is deployed so my son and I needed a clean, safe and friendly place to stay for a few days Erik, Amy and John have went above and beyond not only to meet our needs, but to make sure we were comfortable and happy

Even got a call from Erik to see if we were pleased with our room and could call anytime for anything and he would be glad to help Still one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed My son is probably not going to want to leave lol thank you guys so much for your hospitality and kindness I hope they get rewarded for their hard work and excellent customer service!😊👍🏽👍🏽 will be our first go to place if we ever need a place to stay again Told family and friends as well how much we love it here!

I really have enjoyed my stay here I’ve been here for awhile now and I have enjoyed my experience I love seeing Josie and chatting with her

She always is so welcoming and accommodating The maintenance crew has also been a big help They are all hard workers and work hard to make sure you are happyThe reason I gave it 4 stars is because the hotel could use a few upgrades and some rooms need may need a little more attention than others because of some leaks Overall, I have enjoyed my stay and the staff has worked hard to make sure their guests are happy

Was a great experience! Room super clean! Breakfast beyond expectations My husband and I were tired when we got to the hotel and the fact that they have the snack bar to cover your basics was amazing! They charge a 50 dlls deposit that can be used towards that, so we enjoyed a nice beer before going to bed I loved the stay, will come back for sure!

Brand new hotel I liked the relaxed lobby with nice lounge areas and a pool table Very good feel

The rooms are a little smaller than older hotels, but we just need enough room to sleep I appreciate the walkin shower, but the door leaks Not a luxurious or expensive hotel, but a fair deal for the cost Breakfast was above average with eggs one morning and sausage and (very hard) biscuits the next as well as the requisite pancake machine, oatmeal, dry cereal, and a few bread products

Topsanna Leyva

Great hotel, friendly staff Nice, clean and cozy The reception area was very nice and we felt very comfortable staying there

The only complaint is the fact that this is supposed to be a pet friendly hotel and there is absolutely nowhere to walk your dogsnot a single patch of grass on the whole propertymakes absolutely no sense to me to advertise that you’re a pet friendly hotel and the dogs are forced to do their business in verylarge, unsafe rock beds
