I rate this hotel a 3/5 I took off 2 stars for the following reasons:- upon arrival- we found an old/used wash cloth hanging on top of the shower curtain We also found trash on the floor behind a chair in our suite as well as leftover cutlery from Panda Express (still in plastic at least) on the counter where our sink/coffee maker was

That didn’t make us feel confident that our room was actually clean- breakfast staff The lady walking around cleaning up tables was pleasant Very friendly actuallyMy issue lies with the women making omelets For some odd reason- they seemed annoyed whenever we’d ask for bacon or sausage They weren’t friendly, and their facial expressions/body language/tone of voice just made us all feel uncomfortable I have no idea why they don’t put the bacon/sausage out with the rest of the breakfast items in the main area Especially since they don’t use the fresh sausage/bacon in the omelets themselves Seems odd to keep them in the omelet area and not let people know that it’s there Almost seems as if they’re hiding it for whatever reason

Breakfast here was way better than at Homewood suites(another Hilton hotel that is right next to this one) Really good location 5 min away from Six Flags Basic small little gym

The bar is really nice, lots complementary drinks between 5pm and 6:30pm happy hourDefinitely could not come back here with small kids just because I felt the windows are really dangerous and kids love playing by the windows, so basically we had to take turns to supervise our small children every second we were there(while they were awake) and not enjoy much the stay I definitely come back to stay alone or with my girlfriend 100%

Autumn Karas

The breakfast service was amazing and very clean The rooms were a good size and clean as well Nice pool and hot tub

Beautiful bar and dining area Sunday brunch with mimosas and bloody mary s Guest laundry was a plus and they had phone pay so no need for changeNeed to update the TV s in the room and maybe add more USB ports The gym was missing items Overall a nice and elegant hotel

The hotel is still new and pretty clean The decor is very limited and plain, hardly any art on the walls or anywhere The breakfast is basic but decent and the pancake machine is fun

If you’re going to Magic Mountain the location is greatHowever, the hotel is literally feet from noisy I-5 Try to request a room on the opposite side of the hotel to avoid the noise I made such a request but it wasn’t fulfilled and therefore I could easily hear the 18 wheelers day and night while I was in the room Highly recommend ear plugs and I’m not a light sleeper

Chia-chen Lehahn

This hotel is very new and clean It has 24 hour gym, washing machine, outdoor pool and parking lots with many charging stations Breakfast buffet is nice and you can get coffee and water all day long

The staff is always friendly The room is spacious and clean Besides coffee machine and fridge, it also has a microwave My only suggestion for them is to add non diary milk for breakfast and use less plastic cutlery

Hotel is nice and room was clean Staff were friendly Parking seems a bit complicated and tight

Convenient location My only true complaint is the breakfast Choice options were okay however some of the cooked items were burnt or extremely dry For me, food is an essential part of my stay I stayed two nights and both nights they were out of the delicious 😋 cinnamon rolls that I love from HIE If I had to choose again I probably wouldn’t stay here

Julia Steele

Hotel was clean and neat The breakfast was good too The last day they had good egg, cheese, and sausage croissants

The parking lot is a little tight… if you have a truck be mindful you might need to park in there additional parking which is away from the hotel The surrounding area is a little sketchy but the hotel is blocked off from all that

zot171

Room had clean beds, but also some scratches on the mirror and stains on the carpet, and setting the AC unit to fan mode fills the room with a damp smell Elevator and main lobby have some minor cosmetic issues just out of reach, like nobody knows where to find a ladder Breakfast is varied but not great quality, I’ve had better hotel food

Hotel was booked through work, but they took a card “just for incidentals” and charged me instead of work

Nice, newer hotel Great views of Magic Mountain Very nice and knowledgeable staff

They are a bit stingy with towels There is no garbage can in actual bathroom where toilet is and in the main living area Still really small ones The fridge, dishwasher, cook top, dishware, glassware, utensils and pot are sufficient They have a corkscrewniceBeds were comfortable, couch is firm There was a hockey teams so a bit rowdy, puke in the hallway from night before Not their fault, but wasn’t cleaned up by the time we checked out Will probably stay again to try out pool, but also enjoy Embassy Suites that is less than a mile awayThe view of Magic mountain was awesome

Rebecca DOUTHIT

My family and friends vacationed in Santa Clarita for 5 days and were very satisfied with this newer hotel Very clean, rooms were decent size and beds were comfy Sofa bed not so much but not any worse than others

Kitchen was well stocked Full sized fridge, microwave and a small stove top Also had a dishwasher Breakfast area was large and we were able to use the room for a family birthday party Website says restaurant however it is not built yet The salt water pool was really nice with lots of lounge chairs but no umbrellas which would have been great to have Full size bbq and nice area for eating and visiting Ample parking We would definitely stay here again Very close to several freeways and we had a great view of Magic Mountain

Michael Harrington

Amy Prangley

We stayed a week in the hotel, the hotel was very clean and nice, indoor and out, the staff was friendly Outdoor pool and relaxing area was absolutely beautiful and even more gorgeous at night Loved that they had breakfast for their guests every morning, the only down fall with that was it was the same things over and over, but everything was good just wish it had a more healthier selection and a little more variety but still good

They loaned us a fan for our room, which we really appreciated cause we sleep with one and without one would have been miserable so that was so very appreciated Our overall experience was above average, so thank you all for making our California stay a wonderful relaxing one Highly recommended and we will come again

Shirley Dong

This hotel appears to be pretty new The design and the furniture are very modern We stayed here two nights for six flags magic mountain after our San Diego trip

The bed is very comfortable, the room is extremely spacious with big closet which can fit almost all of our luggages The bathroom has shower room only which might be challenging for family with kids like us The breakfast has lots of selections and meets the typical Marriott standard But the hotel is not the cleanest one among all that we have stayed since this year The maintenance/ cleaning group needs to work hard to protect Marriott brand The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly They were here to help address any concern you have

Timothy Bee

Close to magic mountain and pretty quiet considering it’s next to the freeway They had a good breakfast buffet and plenty of seating both indoors and outThe hotel is quiet and one of the newer properties

Our room had plugs everywhere for charging devices The wifi was pretty good as well Parking is free and plentiful

Stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed all the time at the hotel Traveled to universal a couple times that wasn’t a issue and traveled to the beach that wasn’t to far either Room was clean and breakfast was good

They switched the meat up everyday so it was different I would give it a 5 star experience if the rooms were a little more quiet You could hear neighbors a bit walking and all that But all in all me and my family had a good time

Julia Gundell

Quite possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in Outside is super run down The first room we got smelled so musty with a mixture of mildew and cigarettes

We have a baby with us so this was not acceptable We ask for another room and we get moved Smells a little less bad but still not the best Low and be hold around 10 pm (our baby is asleep at this point) and the ceiling starts leaking! Pouring water all over our clothes, the floor, chair and more… inches from where our daughter slept in her pack n play For over $200 for our one night stay, this is absolutely ridiculous Would have stayed at a Motel 6 for better conditions at more than half the price

Charles Walker

This was my first time staying at a La Quinta hotel and I really enjoyed it The Santa Clarita location was well maintained and the room and beds were comfortable I used the treadmill in the fitness room while I was there and appreciated having the option to get some exercise during my stay

The morning breakfast was also tasty I won’t hesitate to stay at another La Quinta in the future

Noelle Pike

The location was perfect for my needs and the bed was comfortable however, that’s about the best I can say for this property I had trouble checking in by way of my card being charged on my end but their terminal said the sale was incomplete then being asked to charge again and being declined because the amount for the room plus deposit, for a member of their rewards club, finally after proof of the pending charge on my credit card app a key was finally given after the attendant spent about five minutes on hold and requested my number if he had any further trouble with my card not being charged When I made to the room, there were small black bugs flying around the sink in the bathroom, the toilet ran on and off all night, and no hot water ever came to the sink

There was hot water in the bathtub and a limited continental breakfast on the third floor All and all definitely not the worst place I’ve stayed but far from the best and in my humble opinion not worth what I paid

Frank Lesner (Renegade5447)

Stayed here for one night, I understand they were under renovation but they never told us that’s an issue, the quality and limitations of the towels is an issue, the sink doesn’t fully shut off so all night we had to listen to water dripping, breakfast only was muffins and coffee, there was no list of TV channels and I’m a very big hockey fan and game six of the 2022 finals was on and I missed the cup getting lifted by the avalanche because I could not find the channel Vending machines don’t take cash, only coins, workout room is bland and lacking machines, I worded that bad, it has machines but only 4, no cleansing wipes so I walked in there and walked right out because I don’t wanna use machines with other people’s germs on them, couch was ripped in the room, they get 2 stars because I actually slept well even with the water dripping in the bathroom and it was quiet and peaceful besides of course, the water dripping in the bathroom I would like to try this hotel again once the renovations are complete to see if the hotel improved

Maram Haddad

front desk was great, they listen to your concerns and necessities This area of LA in particular felt skeptical, but the hotel and the room itself felt safe and when we got to our room, everything smelled and looked very nice and clean! breakfast in the morning was great as well (bagels, waffles, breakfast sandwiches, cereal, coffee n juice) would definitely stay here again!

Jennifer Sweeney

They had the best hotel free breakfast since covid They had a complete spread with super friendly staff, excellent Italian restaurant, beautiful courtyard, and a nice pool, jacuzzi and fire pits The rooms were also comfortable, nicely done and well stocked with things most don’t think of anymore, like mints on bed and shower caps

I’m glad we stayed here This isn’t the cheapest, but by far the best value for sure If we ever find ourselves in the area again, definitely spending the extra few bucks to stay there

Taylor Randall

The manager Sun has done a fantastic job of hiring and training the right people Every interaction we had, reception, maintenance, security, room service, hospitality, was near perfect Everyone was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous

I cannot overstate the quality of the personnel at this hotel They do a fantastic job, and it will show in all aspects of your stay Rooms were clean and tidy Pool area looked very nice (we did not use the pool) Breakfast burritos are on pointNote: This location has a 2nd floor, but no elevators If anyone in your party has a mobility concern I urge you to call ahead and make sure you can be on the ground floor I’m certain this team will make it happen for you

Mike Osthimer

Room was spacious as advertised if you could get in After numerous attempts the door would open if you rammed it at just the right spot Tried to notify the front desk but the room phone didn’t work so I called on my cell number

Temperature was warm so we turned the air on before leaving for dinner only to return to a hot room Went to use the jacuzzi but discovered it closes at 9:00 pm 3 stars is a fair rating for the hotel

The rooms are big and the layout of the Hotel gives it a classy atmosphere It has a great bar The integrated restaurant is really nice too, food is of high quality Loads of parking Only drawback is that it’s quite expensive but you DO get what you pay for here

Janice Hill

We had an event to attend in Northridge and stayed at the Raddisson in Chatsworth Nice large clean rooms, check in was quick and friendly We dined in the Restaurant on property and it was great! We had a large party for dinner, service was excellent as well

We did not like the fact that this restaurant was closed on the weekends for breakfast even with the hotel being busy We would of definitely dined there for breakfast, especially not knowing the area

Very clean rooms Smelled like it had just been cleaned Not musty or stale

The lady at the front desk was awesome Very friendly and courteous My wife and two kids stayed the night but there were only two towels in the bathroom When I requested two more they were promptly given to me with a smile Overall a great experience and a very pleasant stay I’d recommend this place to anyone who needs a hotel in this area Keep up the good work and thank you for making the night easy to enjoy

Victoria Masterson

The only reason it’s a 4/5 is because it was really pricey But it is pride month I stayed two nights

The room was very clean and smelt nice It didn’t have a stale smell, which was a nice surprise The view wasn’t great but it was an inner room overlooking the spa/pool areaThe bed, bedding, and pillows were great Very clean and smelt cleanLots of goodies in the bathroom and the brand of shampoo and conditioner contracted with best Western actually made my hair soft, so that was a nice surprise I normally dread washing my hair in hotels, and always forget my own, but it smells amazing and was decentThe staff was absolutely 10/10, everyone was kind, helpful, and willing to offer advice on what to do and where to go, restaurants, etcThe breakfast was a full breakfast with plenty of options And the breakfast room was clean and niceIf you need a place to stay that’s a little out of the hussle and bustle, this place is perfect

Jessica Perry

Had the Pleasure of Staying at this Best Western, we were in town for a very Sad occasion, however the Night Staff and Morning Staff was Top Notch! Very attentive and thoughtful of our needs Rooms were comfortable and clean Breakfast staff was Lovely and very accommodating

The hotel is very clean, the front staff was very friendly The rooms are simple, and look in reasonably new condition I feel like this is the kind of hotel for travelors or people passing through that JUST need a clean place to stay that is near the freeway

I was needing a place to stay for a night for business and was really looking forward to the pool and swimming and laying out in the sun Which turned out to be not goodThe pool looked yellowish brown and the water had a weird urine odor and was ice cold The area around the pool was okay the cabanas were torn to shreds and black with filth The pool area is shaded by many trees and combined with the small area there was practically no sun which might be the reason the water was so cold I mean the daily temperatures are in the high 90s and low 100s for the past few weeks

FINALLY!!!I am a full time traveler Every Sunday I check out from an Hilton and check into another one Different city, different zipcode

For oncelet me tell you1 The customer service and the employees were absolutely nice and welcoming They were always willing to help and with a smile on their faces I go workout everyday around 4 am and unlike many hotels, there was ALWAYS someone at the front desk and not in the back hiding to sleep2 COFFEE AND WATER available 24/7 which is a PLUS because many Hilton don’t have that3 A lot of parking spots4 They have the small bell Carts which are amazing! I personally prefer those instead of the bulky ones5 The POOL and outdoor area super nice and super clean and there were always clean towels!6 ROOMS : Spacious and finally with Keurig coffee and microwave (a lots of Hilton Don’t have a microwave and they have a weird coffee machine with flat podsuseless)CONS :the room smelled like mold and the meeting room as well It is the only reason why I don’t give them 5 starts along with BREAKFAST with no set price 🤔 and a lot of people I knew complained about the price changing daily

Roberto De Monaco

Polite and friendly right from the start, the hotel is a 5-minute walk from the amusement park They stored our bags before check-in at no extra cost The air conditioning problem in the room was fixed immediately, although I hate to think the room was not checked before a guest arrived

Our stay was very positive

Would choose 25 if it was an option 1st room, door latch screws fell off they moved us next door but the 2nd bathroom definitely had a smoker before so we closed it off

The hot tub was also roped off the whole time I may not have left a review but on Sunday they locked the door for breakfast at 9:35 even though the times posted on the door said Sunday breakfast would be open until 10 The breakfast area was nice

We had a late check in it was me and an 18m old baby After getting all checked in I went up to the room turned the air on and got my baby down and about an hour goes by and there isn’t any cool air coming in from AC went down to front desk cause front desk button was missing from the phone and no one was around Morning came and I called down there from my mobile the lady on the phone was super nice said they would make adjustments to my bill

The bedding was also white with stains all over and the baby’s feet were black from dirty carpet So I go to check out mind you I’ve been there a total of 7 hours tops the front desk girl was extremely rude asking why I wouldn’t wait for the front desk person to return at 1 am ? I said I have a small child sleeping can’t leave him long She was very rude and wasn’t understanding at all They tried to credit me $30 bucks for having ZERO cool air and a dirty room After asking for management she said no one but her could help me There was also supposed to be breakfast set up I never seen any food Very disappointing I will never recommend this place for the price got to motel 6 for 100 less and the same quality

A very nice place to rest your head at the end of a looong drive! I called on the last minute as I we decided to stop for the night on our way north Lady at the front desk was so personable, very pleasant to talk to, her name is Sydney She immediately arranged our accommodation as soon as we arrived, making all my request happen- a room on the first floor, close to parking

She delivered world class Guest Hospitality!! Keep up the good work Sydney!! It was a very clean room, nicely furnished, amenities- microwave, coffee maker, fridge, etc The bed was very comfy- firm but not too hard on the body, plenty pillows I gave a 3 star for the location as it was quite aways from food places, kind of a hassle to drive 2 mi to get something to eat We shall definitely be stopping here again on another trip, get food before we check in👍!!!

No body wash, no hand soap, no shampoo, the HVAC filter was disgustingly plugged dirty! No complimentary breakfast! The room stank! This is the lowest quality in the area! I have stayed in all the other local hotels and this is the worst and will be the last time i ever stay here! Paid 280 for a bed! Trust me people stay elsewhere you wont regret it! The one across the street is amazing, we stayed there and they are absolutely great at the Embassy suites!! The Court yard is garbage!!!!

This place is horrible Nothing special about the rooms and beds are VERY uncomfortable They don’t even come and clean the rooms except for a couple days a week

They do not empty trash, make beds, clean, or even replenish your towels You have to call them for everything and they are so rude They serve food for 3 hours a day and there is no room service so have to go offsite to eat Our sink got plugged so we called to have them fix it They were so rude and never came and fixed the sink 1 star horrible place You can barely call this a hotel since they do not offer any of the perks a hotel offers
