Fairly basic hotel in great shape But not basic in the sense that: the room is not small, has a desk/work area, a kitchenette, etc Nice! Basic in the sense that it does not have fancy doohickeys; everything is definitely not gold-plated or marble

Front desk was friendly, helpful, and efficient Room was clean Bed was comfortableWould definitely stay again when I need to be in the area

The staff is wonderfulI have been here for a month on a business trip and can’t complain about anything

the rooms are perfect, everyone is friendly and welcomingmy only complaint, which I heard from several other coworkers and various patrons, is that the pillows will ruin your neck! They are super soft and are great to cuddle with but with no support I spend most of the start of my day just readjusting my neck to make the discomfort bearable to be able to turn and look in any directionand God forbid I have to cough or sneezeit feels like my head is being ripped off! Aside from the pillows though, amazing experience

I have enjoyed my stay at ESA and will be back for future stays Rooms are very clean and well maintained Front desk and housekeeping are so friendly and welcoming

Everyone made sure I had everything I needed and always checked on me It is also located near shopping centers and lots of dining or if you want to save money, the rooms are equipped with a kitchenette which I absolutely love Everything you need is provided by the hotel like pots and pans and toaster etc There’s also a grab and go breakfast which is a must because I have to have my morning coffee Oatmeal, muffins, or granola bars are some choices to get your day started Staff is amazing and answered all my questions If you need a place to stay short term or long term this is definitely the place to book

Baby Baby

Room was clean , great space Location plenty of food options near by definitely a plus Lady at front desk was a sweetheart , let us check in early with no issues or hassles , due to me being pregnant and waiting in a hot car

Everyone here definitely worked with us to accommodate what we needed Thank you for a great stay

This place smells awful like metallics because the air is poisoned with LEADI didn’t read the signs until an hour after I checked in, and I am devastated that my health has been put at riskNot only are there no warnings of this online before booking, but it seems no one else is reading the warning signs

This building is TOXIC and should be demolished I changed hotels immediately and had to wash my hair because the lead smell was so intense It’s upsetting the employees and young guests there are subjected to a dangerously cancer causing environmentAndrea at the front desk was VERY kind and understanding that I couldn’t stay due to the lead She assured me it was a serious matter and that they would refund me as long as I contacted the 3rd party I booked thruSo far, the hotel has refused to stay true to their word as they’re continuing to deny my refundDear Extended Stay America, please refund me via tripcom

If you value safety and privacy keep driving don’t stay here We had a hotel employee come into our room and take personal items The hotel management identify the employee and said they took action but would not compensate us for our personal loss

We had the police come to the hotel filled out a report the hotel acknowledged their employee was in our room that should not have been and they still would not take care of our loss of property This is the shadiest hotel would not recommend on any level I can’t believe they our aloud to have the Holiday inn express sign on their building DON’T STAY HERE!!!!!!

Front desk staff friendly and courteousDinning room staff not so muchThey touted hot breakfast but the only thing hot was the coffee

If you heated the muffin or bread they would be hotCereal but no milkWouldn’t stay there again

Elevator smelled like urine when I used it to get my luggage to my room Front desk person was awesome at check in “Breakfast” left much to be desired

Faucet in shower leaked Bed was okThe location is great just hotel could use an upgrade Also side gate was closed for “maintenance” super sketchy only 1 way in and out of parking lot

We changed our reservations to The La Quinta after checking into The Best Western three miles away After checking in and seeing the room so completely unaccepted we found even a late 7pm checkin warranted a fast check outVanessa, at the La Quinta during our check in was wonderful

Even went to the room to turn the light on for us since we had requested a handicap room Our parking place was directly in front of our room making unloading a breeze The hotel location was safe and convenient with many good eating options very close to the La Quinta and within walking distance “Only” one negative was during breakfast They were out of spoons which made the yogurt offered a bit difficult The orange juice machine was marked “out of order” An offered pitcher or bottle of water would have surficed but when reguested from the desk manager surprisingly he said he was unable to supply? Otherwise, we were most grateful to find a nice alternative for our return trip back especially after Best Western disaster!

I did not stay here, but rather stopped in to ask a favorThe clerk had no reason to assist me, as I was not a customer Not only did she fulfill my simple request, but she also invited me to take advantage of their breakfast bar while I waited

Exceptional service! I will certainly remember this when I am traveling, and look for a Comfort Inn as part of my plans

It’s almost 1am and the guys in room 303 are having a party and smoking cigarettes As I walked down the hallway to my room earlier it was fairly obvious that the no smoking policy here is a joke If the carpet has been cleaned in the last 18 months I’d be surprised

The first thing I noticed as I entered the room was the strong chemical odor of the cheap cleaner they use, possibly to cover up the odor left by people smoking cigarettes One of the sheets in this room has a hole in it that could be a cigarette burn The water pressure is totally unsatisfactory in the shower and the sink This place needs a major overhaul I’m a little surprised, even dubious that Wyndham Allows its name to be associated with this establishment Anyone contemplating staying here should be warned that this place may well be dangerous I would have contacted the front desk but there is no telephone in the room I can hardly wait to see what left overs they offer in the ‘dining’ area tomorrow Management here really owes me an apology and a refund

hyperbeauty1998

In response to owner I stayed last night 7/15 and i stayed in room 203 I stayed here while driving through town

The people above us were so loud we couldn’t sleep and couldn’t get ahold of front desk to get help We asked to check in early were told no which was fine but then when we came back half an hour after check in they still didn’t have a room clean for us We didn’t realize until late in the night that they hadn’t cleaned the shower out We had no toilet paper Floors were sticky and dirty Baseboards looked like they hadn’t ever been cleaned I definitely recommend staying somewhere else

Tracy drain

Didn’t sleep There for 6 days Close to truck stop

People inside hotel fighting, doing drugs ” the lady screaming all night yes I’m a crackhead Breakfast cold area dirty, food came from another hotel I paid 85000 ish for Horrible service No sleep, people fighting, using drugs and never seen a maid, no phone in the room but I was told if you hear anymore noise I will ask them to leave but keep in mind their paying customer Never offered to change my room Oh well did I learn a lesson ” Don’t stop herenot worth the money

We had stayed in a motel not far from here and it was horrible I made reservations at University Plaza and I was very pleased The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms we very clean and comfortable

The bathrooms were very spacious with a wonderful walk in shower Checking in and out was easy Though the restaurant is only open from 4-10pm they do have a small convenience store next to the front desk The central location is easy access to the freeways Will definitely return on our next trip to Stockton

Hollis Johnson

Even though the staff from the front desk to the bartender were great, the rooms and amenities left a little to be desired The shower was cool and modern, with good water pressure but the toilet took 3 flushes just to get a #1 down My bedside lamp didn’t work and the coffee maker from the 90s

A lot of modern mixed with old school but not on purpose It was like they’re upgrading things one at a time

ABBA’s Daughter

This was a very mediocre hotel I don’t believe that this place is worth the money that is being spent here It seems new and upscale from first impressions, but once you get into the room, you realize this hotel has some age to it

It definitely needs some kind of remodeling and the furniture needs to be replacedHonestly, I would rather save my money and stay somewhere else If I am going to spend upscale money, I would like to have an upscale room

My husband and I stayed here about a week ago and traveled from Oregon for a funeral Our stay was one night but everything was so nice! We both really enjoyed staying at this hotel! We had a room that was facing the freeway so we did hear some traffic but I slept very well! The beds were very comfortable! I also forgot my hair care back in Oregon and luckily they had some there that wasn’t like your usual cheap hotel stuff! In the AM as we were getting our belongings ready and moving them to the car, the housekeeper was super nice and spoke with me She helped me get back into my room after I couldn’t figure out how with my key! Super nice staff at check in! She was super sweet and very helpful! Definitely will be staying again!!

We’ve stayed at Bordeaux Inn many times, but during our last visit we got lucky to join Rebecca’s Italian cooking classThe experience was amazing We learned how to make pizza and pasta from scratch, and 2 different sources

We made our own ravioli and fettuccine, and put our pizza in a real wood pizza ovenIt’s an unbelievable experience to enjoy Italian food you just made yourself with excellent Lodi wine

I was whisked away by my SO for a 5-day birthday surprise meant to recharge I had no idea what I was in for other than we were landing in Sacramento Arriving at the home of Rebecca and Craig, I was immediately impressed with the historic preservation of the property

I am a geek for older preserved properties and this location was a standout The Chianti Room was our welcome mat and instantly, I felt at home Was like arriving at grandma’s house! Very comfortable bed with amazing furnishings befitting the home Well-appointed and welcoming Some spaces can be overdone to the point that you are afraid to touch or risk liability Not here as there was enough character left to add to the living charm Again, this was a stay intended to recharge We did venture downtown and visited some of the wineries, but this was about good books and feet up on the porch Because this was our intent, we were able to become acquainted with the owners and the neighbors Rebecca and Craig are a charming couple and remarkably inviting I would be remiss for not mentioning Garson, the true owner of the home Because he has 4 legs, his presence was far more alluring and we were able to become best of friends in a very short time Breakfast was amazing and appreciated We were always asked and had preferences supported Weight was gained and that is my only sincere regret from this wonderful tripRebecca and Craig are very involved with their community, so if you are visiting, please do lean on their offerings for where to go in the surrounding areas Their winery suggestions are on point and their taste for wines, very neutral So whatever you are seeking from the area, you can certainly count on their suggestions to be gold I suppose the best compliment that I can leave is through our stay, it was soon where I felt somewhat obliged to offer assistance Meaning, I felt more at home as a guest than I did as a paying guest and that is entirely on our host Not often do we deliberately attempt to return to a place because really, we enjoy discovering and seeing the world, but we did make new and dear friends throughout our stay that we shall plan to return and “visit” again So if you are on a visit to this area to recharge or simply, sip and take things slow, do yourself a favor and visit the Bordeaux Inn You are certain to be pleased that you did!

Tobias K.

We only spend one night here, but this place is so lovely we come back asapCraig (and Lolita) was a very friendly host, next time hopefully we meet RebeccaThe place is just 5min walking distance from Lodi downtown main street

We had dinner at the “Lodi Beer Co” (Thanks to Craig) with the worlds best garlic fries and pizzaOverall the Bordeaux Inn is a fantastic Inn and located perfectly for both round trips in the famous wine country or as a single nightoverNext time Lodi = Next time Bordeaux Inn

My friends came upon the Courtyard Marriott when we decided to make last minute plans to stay a whole weekend in Stockton We chose the Courtyard based on price within our budget, location, and how clean and acceptable the rooms looked both on Google reviews and their website When we checked into the hotel, we were kindly and immediately greeted by the front desk receptionist who quickly checked us in and gave us information and tips on the area

When we came to our room, we found it to be very clean, comfy and the bed sheets exceeded our expectations The wall between the beds was nice when half our group was asleep and the other was awake TV had cable which lets you watch a handful of channels like Food Network, Comedy Central, and other lovable channels Towel service and beds were made immediately while we were gone which was very convenient for usWhile our Stockton adventure was a little chaotic, we found the Courtyard to be our safe haven for a multitude of reasons It was great coming back to a clean cozy hotel room each night of our stay The hotel is also situated in area with tons of restaurants and shopsDefinitely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had and a more personal experience with the friendly staff The hotel carried alot of charm that you won’t see anywhere else I would definitely book here again the next time I’m in the area I highly recommend this hotel to anyone

Richard Cavil

Room was nice and quiet, what we needed Overall hotel not what we’re used to for Courtyards Dining area AC was out and made it a hothouse

Bistro staff of 1 for dinner hour not very enthusiastic (possibly due to heat), wine was hot, carpets on 2nd floor dirty, food trays left out all night in hallway and not picked up, pool closed, day staff at desk not very attentive in morning Kind of disappointed 3 stars cause we got a good night rest

Ting Cheng

This got to be the worse Marriott hotel I been to The room smell when u first enter Most of the hotel room carpets including the hallway are wore or dirty and probably smelly

The shower faucet is old and falling apart The Starbuck and mini bar only open for limited hours Couple hour in the morning and couple hour in the early evening The bar only open short evening hours to 10pm The swimming pool is green During my 5 days stay not a single hotel guest dare to swim in it The elevator make a funny noise when it closes The two business center computers are broken and very outdated The Receptionists are nice and friendly The location of the hotel is convenient and safe But this hotel really need alot updates

Not impressive outside at all however the elevator and inside lounge areas are nice The conference rooms are spacious and the room had a balcony which was facing the canals which is relaxing I didn’t like the huge gap at the bottom of the room door which allowed for you to hear everything and everyone talking in the hallway

The glass coffee table and decorations are a little dated but it’s an older hotel The TV is nice and big and staff super friendly They have complementary breakfast and a Starbucks and restaurant on site

Cory W

Decent experience overall! Two night stay Had an slight issue with our first room Let Sheila at the front desk know

She addressed the inconvenience and immediately set us up in another room Super professional, much appreciated! This location is a little dated and the parking lot was a little more open than I’m used to Restaurant inside was pretty darn good, overall positive experience

Steven Rose

So I do not put the good without the bad as well I start with the bad in hopes that the good outweighs it all while still letting people know of the small unforeseeable thingsAfter a long process of getting very frustrated with another hotel we stayed here

I will jump back but after the night we had with a 1 year old kid upset, it was indeed time for a nice shower and bed We got half of that The shower would not get cold what so ever After a call downstairs the rather abrupt and rude lady that was working at night and trying her method of letting the water run for 15 min, I had to go downstairs to which she explained she’d never heard of the issue (so it must not have existed) she issued us another room to shower in That is the extent of the bad, oh well also get snacks at the hotel or elsewhere the 7-11 around hand the corner not a great place during the day and only gets worse at nightThe good though as I said outweighed the bad I walked in greeted by a clean well kept up reception area The hotel make up is on the older side of things but it works At the front desk Bryan made my frustrations go away almost instantly, I would give him 9/10 He was patient, understanding, and not once was his reaction to downplay me and defend the company He had good food recommendations and explained the process to me very well The day of checkout there was a nice young girl working the front named Anastacia who was very very understanding and knee the process very well for what I was trying to accomplish She even offered to leave my information with someone higher up the chain to call me, yeah right I thought I hadn’t even left the hotel before receiving a call 9/10 customer service and professionalism for Bryan and Anastacia Of course there was also Tanya I’m hoping you don’t have to ever meet her but if you do she was acting manager at that time and went above and beyond making sure the other hotel knew what the issue was as well I’d give her a 9/10 and highly recommend these rooms to anyone family or single

My company has me in the area for training and put me up in this Holiday Inn Express for the night For only a 2 star hotel, it’s pretty clean and for the most part spacious and seems safe The receptionists were friendly and had me checked in within seconds along with giving me directions to the room, which is always nice because finding rooms can be an adventure otherwise

On the way to the room, I ran into a maintenance guy who surprisingly greeted me, so did a cleaning lady, so great attitudes across the spectrum of employees here As for the room itself, it was very clean and a personalized card states the name of the employee who cleaned it, which shout out to Ms Alejandra here in this case, great job I had a huge King size bed with 4 pillows The mattress is excellent and the sheets are extremely soft and smell unbelievably clean The room also had a great sized mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine and cabinets for keeping food cold and heating leftovers The desk provided is the perfect size considering you can easily have a laptop set up while eating dinner without it feeling cramped, the desk chair is alright but I definitely wouldn’t want to sit in it for hours on end There are 4 lamps in the room along with an overhead light near the door so you can have it as bright or dark as you’d like in a variety of ways As for the bathrooms, I love the fact they have a bathtub and a shower so you can choose to bathe either way and they provide some great smelling shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the shower in a bulk squeeze dispenser or a bar of soap if you so choose On the bathroom counter, they leave you lotion, a makeup remover wipe and a shoe shine wipe as a nice touch Blow dryer is provided, it’s small but gets the job done with no complaints Plenty of towels, toilet paper and my personal favorite is the toilet is adult sized instead of the small rounded child sized ones you find some places Despite the fact I did not pay for the room (my company did), I would still come back here if I needed to ever stay in the area again with no complaints

All Best Westerns are obviously not the same Our stay at the Best Western in Needles, CA was most pleasant However, this Best Western was a disaster

Why register online, and check-in online? The reception received by my partner and I (wheelchair bound) by Carla and the other lady working the reception area was totally unacceptable Carla refused to verify my identity by walking to the door and looking out Her partner took no initiative to assist The room had an odor of being smoked in, and the toilet continually ran as we viewed the room We had been charged an extra $100 to our Visa in case the room was damaged upon check out We passed on the room and found other accommodations where we were treated fairly and with respect The location of this facility is certainly not desirable Disappointed, to say the least

The rooms are respectable with microwave, mini refrigerator, coffee pot, and a great breakfast so much food to choose from and tasty tooHowever parking was limited near my room I parked on the other side of the hotel lot, far from my room making it a bit hard to carry luggage

I made several trips to and from the car to the room which was on the 2nd floorFriendly staff but really hard to get them on their room phone No answer when calling the deskFor the most part this was a nice place to stay

I’ve stayed in best westerns in several states and this is by far the worst The only redeeming quality of this location is the breakfast and the nice older man who checks the breakfast listThe rooms didn’t feel very clean

There are obvious repairs that need to be done (part of the shower head hanging) and despite having the (service please) tag on the door, the rooms were never servicedI spent the last several days surrounded by rooms who are openly smoking weed on their balconies, and the entrance from the pool to the rooms smells like weed The pool area was full of loud obnoxious people swearing, and the overall feeling was not a safe/family stayThe parking is scarce at best, and any overflow parking does not feel safe The location as a whole is one of the sketchier areas I’ve stayed, and there is no feeling of security when you have to park “around the back” The parking lot runs into the food-4-less parking lot where we encountered drug users in the bushesI didn’t have high hopes for Stockton… but I thought it would be better than this
