Stayed here 2 nights for personal vacation because my husband was working nearby and our house is farther outFirst of all, the front desk staff were amazing from start to finish Got checked in early and got a room close to the lobby

Rooms are smaller in comparison to other hotels, but it was clean and had everything we needed for a family of 3 Room and bathroom were very clean Had a mini fridge and table to pull out to eat onPool and hot tub were also clean so we enjoyed our time out there tooRate was also very reasonableA lot of places to eat and shopping nearby

James Gauze

The room had a very distinctive nasty smell that both me and my wife to not like The room was not cleaned very well, but enough giving excuse to the pandemic All hotels and motels need to come back to normal operations as long as the personel is there to make that happen

Will not being staying here again unless it is the last hotel open

Kevin Hogan

The only nice thing about this hotel is the lobby The rooms are terrible here is why- lights flicker when you turn them on half the lights do not work

– AC unit sounds like it is going to take off and will wake you up all night- Outside door does not seal so you will hear planes all night- pillow feel like Walmart stuffingIn general it is overpriced for what it is, I am shocked it has good reviews

This is an amazingly beautiful place with so many opportunities to take beautiful pictures When you first walk up to the front desk to check in, you have so many different opportunities to take great shots The front desk people were so nice and helpful

The room itself was amazing and cozy All the amenities were great and the room we stayed in had a beautiful patio and right I’m front of the slide area that is right next to the poolnwhicjade it perfect for my kids The water was a little warm but expected for the HOT Arizona weather! Next time we stay we are definitely eating there! The only thing I was a little disappointed in was my 5 yr old grandson as for a cup of water from a man that was cleaning up the bar area(bartender maybe) and he told him no I was a little thrown off by that but other than that our stay was amazing The pool area is awesome and the poolside food was awesome and very tasty!

Just got here yesterday and I don’t think I want to leave Ever 😊 the hotel looks like a private mansion It’s sits up high and the views are amazing

Our room is in the newest building and it’s private, clean, spacious and has a gorgeous glass shower with really good products provided I feel like I am in tropical paradise with the waterfall outside room and the greenery I sat out there this morning enjoying the quiet and the birds I highly recommend this hotel!!

I’ve stayed here a few times before over the years, but this time wasn’t the most pleasant experience Seems as though the service and up keep of the resort had been taken down a few notches Our room wasn’t cleaned very well

Champagne wrapper and cork was still on the floor and hair was on the bathroom floor The toilet was running when we got in the room The pool experience Food wrappers, empty cups and cans everywhere There should be trash check more often We went to the bar and worker Dan who had a dirty shirt on with his name tag on UPSIDE DOWN told us he was out of large ups cups to make our drinks, but offered to make us drinks with smaller cups Worker Dan then saw a cup of water and asked if he poured the water out of this cup, he could make one of us a drink We declined and ordered beer and two patron tequila shots instead We paid for the drinks and found a spot to sit down We tasted the Patron tequila shots and could tell the Patron was deluded with water YUCK! Worker Dan needs to clean up his appearance and service attitude or get demoted where he is not in front of people serving them There are two sides of the pool area, not when you walk through the water under the bridge to get to the other side, it smells like sewer There was a 2-3 year old kid running around and swimming naked If the pool workers made more rounds they would have noticed that and said something to the parents We also saw someone snorting something in their car before leaving for dinner The parking lot is scary at night

Seriously my best hotel experience Last night I came here after an issue with my other hotelI walked in close to midnight, the woman working in reception was energetic, made conversation, and was extremely kind

No hesitations on providing a late check out Clean room! (HUGE relief) Comfortable beds, pillows, and blankets Great breakfast selection It gives me a lot of confidence with being my first stay at a Holiday Inn Express Again, big shoutout to the lady working the late evening of 7/28 I also wanted to mention that Troy from the reservations phone line was patient and attentive to me playing 20 questions Very impressed as a whole Wish I could give more stars!

Was in the area and stayed here a couple nightsNice clean room is what I expected and that’s what I receivedThe facilities overall appearance and cleanliness was satisfactory and the free buffet breakfast was good as well

All the staff during time within facility were friendly and spoke before I spoke Which specks volume about people working here Keep up the good work Sometimes I stay places and walk right by stuff members and they don’t even acknowledge your presenceThe only thing I have to complain about is the parking Not Good There maybe 20 stalls within 20 yards from the front entry door The rest are 40 yards or half a football field awayWith that all being said I would recommend this hotel regardless of the parking Well managed

The hotel charged me $874 for two nights that’s as supposed to be $385 I called to ask what was going on and GRACIE answered the phone She didn’t look anything up, she didn’t ask my name, she didn’t apologize for charging me an extra $500

She just told me she couldn’t help me Her managers on vacation, too bad for me I asked her if there was a cooperate number she could give me or customer relations She said no She’s not going to give me anyone else to contactThe night before this there was ANOTHER change for $487 making my stay over $1500 for two nights The man working yesterday was able to help get rid of that $487 charge I asked Gracie how he helped me, and since he knew how there must be someone else that can help Gracie said no Nobody can helpI asked Gracie why they don’t have another number? When their manager is out they’re just unable to kelp customers? Aren’t they cooperate? They should have a cooperate numberGracie told me I have an attitude problem She’s not going to talk to meI said fine and asked her for her name She refused to give it to me and hung up I called back she just kept picking up the phone and hanging up on me I was no longer allowed to try and resolve the issue of being charged an extra $500My brother staying at the hotel to see my grandfather in the ICU had to go and ask her for her nameSorry I wasn’t giggly and happy Gracie while you steal $500 from me in an already upsetting trip Refuse to help me, didn’t even look up to see what’s wrong, wouldn’t give me a number is someone who can help, and then hung up me You know it’s bad customer care when the rep won’t even give you their nameYou work in hospitality You’re sole purpose at this job is to HELP your customers And you refused to do your job I’m so disgusted with holiday inn right now

I stayed at this hotel for a significant amount of time I can’t complain about the staff because overall everyone was nice, property stayed clean for the most part except with the occasional lazy person leaving trash outside by the small garage cans instead of walking their lazy behinds to the dumpster or some not cleaning up after their pets! Here is what I am complaining about!! Their laundry facility is an embarrassment to their name If housekeeping can clean the rooms why isn’t that laundry room kept up to par?! I’m not just talking about the cleaning aspect of it

The machines are old and outdated and half of the time out of the 3 washers it has only 1-2 work and that’s a stretch! No excuse for it!! For the amount of money this hotel charges it should guarantee working washers/dryers and a clean, comfortable area to work in Right now it’s gross and makes the hotel look very, very bad…clean it up!!!The 3 rating is solely based on the laundry room!!!

courtney dizon

Room was beautiful bed was comfy but the carpet left our feet black The dishes didn’t smell like they’d been washed for a long time they smelt dusty breakfast was mostly prepackaged food

And the hotel is extremely hard to get ahold of over the phone They have never answered the phone for me No email, nothing It’s actually extremely annoying you have to walk all the way to the front to ask them a simple question

I’m Hilton Diamond member so I stay at a lot of different Hilton properties I enjoyed my stay at this locationThe first room I checked into had the smell of smoke though so I had to call the front desk but they immediately switched me to a new room so no big deal

If you’ve ever stayed in one of these hotels before you know the room is set up with extra amenities for longer stays with a full size fridge, a small kitchenette with appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave and plates utensils Even on a shorter stay, I find those extra amenities useful sometimes They also have a full size couch with footstool Plenty of desk space if you are working which is super nice If you need to spread out a little bit with papers, laptop, etcThis property is immediately adjacent to a Hilton Garden Inn next door and they share a common pool & fitness center The fitness center is larger than the average Hilton Hotel and nicer The dumbbells were bigger than average too which is a nice feature that I’ve found in a few more Hilton properties lately I appreciate it when the dumbbells go up to 75 lb each instead of just 50, especially since they don’t have any typical free weights/squat rack/bench availableBreakfast was typical for a home2suites Plenty of space in the breakfast area for everyone to sitOverall, I would recommend this place and I would stay here again

Stay away! This was by far the WORST hotel experience I’ve ever had There were many issues with this hotel, but the most atrocious was the management It is clear that ownership WAY understaffs the hotel while running at full occupancy to maximize profits, while leaving customer service last

I had an issue with Hilton and was double booked, so when I arrived at the hotel, the staff member mentioned that I had two reservations I let her know it was a mistake and she gave me this look like “lol, like I care” She couldn’t be bothered, gave me one key, and didn’t fix the mistake A few days later, mid-way through my stay, I get a call from the hotel saying that I am in the wrong room and I need to move my things immediately to the other room I was assigned because they are fully booked and need the room – I was on vacation and was hiking hours from the hotel, so I let them know that it was not possible for me to move until the evening Then they said they would bag up all of our items and hold them at the front desk – we refused as we had many personal items out and items we didn’t want stolen So then they said we would be charged an extra night since we weren’t complying! It made me so incredibly angry, as it was the first staff member’s fault that this happened in first place I told them I would not be paying and they would not move my things, so they were forced to give in On top of this, they couldn’t provide me a receipt when I checked out and of course I was overcharged after I left the hotel – it took more than six calls back to the hotel to get it fixed When I left them messages, they never responded and I had to keep following up – SO frustrating As other reviews have mentioned, the Home2 side of the hotel is completely devoid of staff “Free” breakfast is terrible Nearly every time I went down for breakfast, they were “out” of eggs, burritos, breakfast sandwiches, etc and only had cereal available This is unacceptable and not a Hilton standard!! Also given that they are completely understaffed, it was no shock that the whole lobby/breakfast area is a disgusting mess every time you walk into the hotel with food spilled on the ground – not worth paying staff to clean it, I suppose! Overall, absolutely horrible experience and caused me much unneeded stress on a vacation! Do not think twice – stay elsewhere!

David Windsor

I love Home2 hotels, BUT this one has a few issues that are incredibly inconvenient I’m a traveling engineer that carries a bunch of equipment that I have to take in and out sometimesIssue one, you have to get checked in at the Hilton next door

It doesn’t matter if you have your digital key, it’s pointless You can’t even enter the hotel without an actual key cardIssue two, the carts to take your luggage (and in my case equipment) to your room are all next door at the Hilton and not the Home2Issue three, if you have a late night craving or need a quick drink, etc, you again have to leave the Home2 and walk to the HiltonIssue four, because the Hilton has its own restaurant and there’s a bar and grille next door to the Home2, if you order food you must go get it yourself from downstairs when they come to deliver Idk about you who may be reading this, but after a long drive (generally 6-14 hours depending on where I’ve been) and a long work day, I’m not keen on leaving the room once I’m done for the dayThis Home2 is the most inconvenient one I’ve been to yet There are about 3-4 others in the Phoenix area and I’ve stayed at all of them and have no complaints Go to those instead Not this one, not until they figure this convenience thing out It’s literally what we’re paying forAnd for reference I’m a diamond member who has millions of points saved up on top of spending thousands of dollars monthly on myself and our team with Hilton via corporate

I loved this hotel Firstly, GREAT in room coffee by Nespresso! I was able to keep my room cool Shower had a hand held shower head in addition to the normal one

Gym was nice, although missing an elliptical machine Also loved the orange flair and the location Staff was really friendly Only complaints were you’re stuck with valet parking, and the pillows were too highI’m gonna be looking for this type of Hilton hotel whenever possible!

Wendy West

I really enjoy the Canopy Hilton Downtown Tempe The rooms are nice I go to visit my daughter at college and she loves the break from her dorm room

Staff is friendly and makes you feel very welcome The rooftop was very enjoyable to have a glass of wine and take in the view The gym was not busy and has the equipment necessary for a descent workout My only complaint was the noise on the street Apparently there was a club close to our room which sounded like someone plying music in the room next to us Unfortunately we were in the last room on that floor so there was no room next to us It was noise from the street Otherwise it was an excellent place to stay Other than not being able to sleep due to street noise , I thoroughly enjoyed my stay

Julia Amburgey

I’m so impressed and in love with this place! We stopped in after a long trip driving across country for military orders, and this is the first hotel I felt no anxiety at We were traveling with 3 cats, which has been such a hard thing to do at hotels, this time they were so kind and accommodating Food was wonderful, staff was amazing, we loved the cocktails, the room was beautiful, and they accepted our pets as if it was no inconvenience

I’d definitely come back here and can’t recommend this place enough

Overall, we had a good 3 day stay I understand changing bed linens every 3 days but it would have been nice to have the garbage picked up daily Hot breakfast was as expected and the property is in good shape

Check-in was quick Beds were comfortable Public areas were generally quiet Shout out to the woman serving breakfast as she was kept very busy and was always very friendly and helpful

Musette Steger

Clean, comfortable room As a fridge and microwave and TVHot breakfast is served every morning and coffee is offered up 24/7

Very convenient to airport and if you feel like walking 9 or 10 minutes there is a strip mall that is nothing but places to eatAll and all I was quite impressed with the hotel considering the cost is quite reasonable

Mark Pabst

A pretty good hotel but it is starting to show some wear and the stairwell carpet could stand to be vacuumed The WiFi for my laptop also dropped a couple of times during my stay The power outlet in the bathroom also didn’t work

There is an honor bar for candy and snacks in the lobby and the free breakfast is served deli style

This was absolutely a wonderful hotel stay Every staff member I encountered from the front desk to house keeping were polite and accommodating, especially Khalil The front desk was welcoming and knowledgeable of the surrounding area

The room was spacious and clean There was a great view of the mountains and Tempe Lake The rooftop pool was well maintained and the morning views were beautiful Although, there are local places to eat and shop within walking distance, the hotel had special events with live music and entertainment in their restaurant and rooftop bar That was a really great touch! The overall experience was extremely nice and I’d stay again

Antwon Blakemore

This hotel was in a great location everything was within 15 minutes of driving Every employee we encountered was very nice and very professional from the chef, house keeping, the cleaning staff, the pool guys and everyone at the front desk Especially Kalil he above and beyond calling around to find a sports bar for me to watch the fight

I’m definitely staying here again

Alan Lam

What a beautiful brand new hotel! Loved the contemporary clean decor! The views from the roof top pool/bar were great! The room was spacious and super clean with nice contemporary decor Loved the wood flooring in the whole room We always dislike carpets used in most other hotels

Carpets will get dirty and they can’t be fully cleaned like tiles or wood Hate the feeling of walking barefooted on carpets that have been stepped on by thousands of other people shoes! I’d give the bathroom a 5-star rating as well We had a dinner at the restaurant Terra Although the portions were small, food quality and presentations were outstanding! Will definitely stay at the hotel again next time

The bed was comfortable and the bedding was cozy We actually enjoyed the breakfast meals we ate both days Hot and made to order eggs There was fresh fruit and a selection of yogurt and toppings Very good choices to start the day

Todd Morris

I am very impressed with this place, especially considering the (low) price that I paid The room is really nice with a comfortable bed, a nice little kitchen sort of area, and I really like the look of the bathroom The staff was very friendly and helpful when I checked in

My granddaughter and I had a nice swim in the pool earlier; there were plenty of towels, and I’m pretty sure it uses a saltwater filter, which is nice There are a few little bars and restaurants within walking distance, and I think there’s even a place to eat here in the hotel, but I haven’t tried it yet I’m not sure when I’m going to be back in this area next, but I will definitely try to book a room here again

Dillon

The hotel is absolutely fantastic The ascetic of woods and greenery is very cozy, but also clean and modern Breakfast is served every morning from 6a-9:30a and can be very delicious, but also simplistic

My company had a conference room set up for training for the week, and they supplied the drinks, snacks, and also lunch catering With that they are mainly Pepsi products, but with the conference room reserved, they will bring in reasonable requests

Great hotel Possibly one of the best ones in the area Clean and modern

Plus a really great front desk staffJust be sure to lock your vehicle and bring anything of value to your room There is a group of homeless druggies on the other side of the fence by the 10 freeway and the state refuses to do anything about this problem With that being said the hotel parking lot is very well lit

Chad Kyger

I don’t know how they could have been more helpful Our online reservation had a problem, so they weren’t expecting us Even though they were at capacity, Alex called the incoming reservations until they found someone who wanted to cancel for the night

Gabby also provided exceptional service, and the breakfast manager had the most refreshing attitude as she cheerfully kept everything fully stocked despite the morning rush The comfort of the hotel is only eclipsed by the friendliness of the team Highly recommend

We are a family of six and we booked the 2bedroom1king bedroom which was combined with a pullout sofa living room and kitchen We mostly wanted to swim, but unfortunately they had no hot tub That was no issue though we still enjoyed our stay

The stay was very clean and made sure to check up on you to see how your stay was Breakfast was 6 to 10 that also ran a bit late Which was good because we slept in a bit because the long drive it took to get there Prices were a bit insane for the food they would sale Felt almost like you were at a fair, paying six dollars for a bottle water But was okay because the staff was very nice unlike other hotel/ suites i’ve stayed at

Alex

Clean rooms and friendly service Amanda has gone above and beyond with her customer service She’s super friendly and made the stay much more enjoyable

Hotel is close to outlet mall with plenty of restaurants and retail options Hotel also had complimentary breakfast with great options (cereals, pastries, waffle maker, yogurt, and hot sides)

Kevin Powers

I have spent more nights at Hiltons hotels than my own bed in 2022 from Hawaii to Phoenix to Mississippi I have to admit, the staff here was TOP NOTCH From check in to food to a late checkout after driving 1100 miles and a 15 hour work day

Not to mention, they have the THROWBACK Gatorade in a can! Room was amazing, huge, and convenient as I am a government contractor and had 250 pounds of gear that I have to bring in every night for security Looking forward to staying here again!

Absolutely awesome hotel! They worked with me and my fiance on our check-in We had a very late check-in and they extended our check out until 4:00 pm so we could get plenty of rest How unbelievably nice is that? Plus the the breakfast was terrific! I had AAA stay, no doubt, I recommend this place to any and everybody! They also had their pool open which is awesome because nobody else seems to have theirs open yet

Liz Wiegand

We stayed here for a night before an early flight back home The room was pretty dark, which as maybe kind of good, there were a lot of stains on the carpet There was also a significant amount of mold growing on the walls in the bathroom

Luckily we were there for only 8 hours But the water pressure was ok, and the bed and pillows were comfy and it wasn’t loud for being close to the airport The shuttle service was great so we didn’t have to pay for an extra day of a rental car

C Bender

The walls are paper thin We could hear the person above us going to the bathroom, it was almost like we were in the same room They will not shuttle more than 2 mile radius? The hot tub did not work the entire time we were there

The location is nice but the quality of stay is very low Oh!!! When I told the manager that I would likely not be staying there again, his response was, ” let me know if you need recommendations the next time you are in town” It wasn’t a kind gesture Will not stay here again!!

It was my first time staying with this branch of the Marriott brand of hospitality/lodging I have to say I was very pleased with the entire experience Jim the nighttime front desk person was extremely helpful and courteous

He also offered to help me locate a tire for my truck because I was not from the area The room was spacious and well it out and the only reason I gave her the four star instead of a five is that the sound penetration from other spaces that weren’t your room was pretty noticeable at all hours of the day I didn’t have enough time to sample any of the amenities but there were plenty to choose from including indoor pool I will definitely use this place again when I’m in Phoenix

Ry Bajanconcepts (bajanconcepts)

If your are looking for a place to stay near AZ Mills or close to i10 to take a break on your travels and not have to venture into the city too far, look no further Rooms are newly renovated Very comfy for sure

The pool is a bit tiny and I am not sure if it’s just Phoenix lava level heat, but the pool was super warm, so with the 111 degree temp we experienced on that trip the kids did not enjoy that part The gym is a bit tiny also, however, adequate if you just want to use a treadmill and some free weights Free continental breakfast 😋 and open wifi, which wasn’t slow like most hotels, so that was a bit plus Parking as usual is all around the hotel We did not have any issues Check in is super late, however, they may have your room(s) ready early, just check with the front desk in advance Staff was super nice and very accommodating, kudos there

Timothy Hoffman

There must have been some large event going on because the rooms were priced at nearly $300 per night ($268) – and this is not the best part of town That said, the hotel was fine, the staff was good, and the breakfast was helpful to get us going The room itself was fairly good sized and had an extra sitting couch as well as a work area, fridge, and microwave

I got hoaxed This was a very clean hotel, I agree with other reviewersHowever, doesn’t meet food and hospitality standards

Red or black napkins at brunch help keep the lint away I was only offered a white rolled napkin No valet service, no shuttles or vans, limited towels for pool experience, and lamp shade in my room had smoke stains A community microwave in the lobby was available The air temperature from the pool to deck is supposed to be less than a 20 degree difference in order to prevent the flu and cold virus from coming into the hotel but it felt like a greater variance than that Also, I think this is a salt water pool for those who have sensitive skin allergies it is definitely not chlorinatedAdditionally, the shower water smelled like it was unfiltered sewer water I always bring my own toiletry options just in case of emergencies like theseI did notice a lot of college dorm people using the hotel the weekend I was there, not sure what the normal flow is for this property but noise level was acceptable and the pool lounge chairs were really cleanTo other Marriott members using the app to book, this specific hotel property doesn’t offer double points for the stay

Katarina West

Loved this hotel! We were able to check in last minute and they accommodated us Ronnie at the front desk went above and beyond to give us the best customer service The vibe was modern and sleek and the rooftop gym and pool were great! The room was clean and the water pressure was amazing

My only complaint is that there wasn’t a microwave in the room so we had to eat cold leftovers because we didn’t want to have to go to the lobby to heat food up

Ray “Kingston” Najera

The vibe is totally business class I felt that it was swanky walking through the lobby but the room was modern and minimalist I guess what may have been missing something on the walls? The shower on the other hand was very nice

I enjoyed the rain like shower The place is immaculate and the housekeeping staff is on top of their job no doubt Maybe I’ve become used to the boutique hotels because although clean and modern it felt a little plain But if that’s your thing you’ll love this place Oh one thing before I forget the parking structure is almost 5 minutes away So if you are not ready to valet be ready to walk And if you think gas is expensive 20oz Dr pepper and Gatorade $9 🤨

Room was spacious and comfortable Enjoyed coffee every morning in the rocking chairs right outside my door overlooking the pool Location was perfect for everything

Walking distance to many of the places we wanted to go to Lovely breakfast served every morning Gracious and friendly StaffI would stay here again

Philemon Spencer

We had a good stay here, though it turned out to be a busy weekend due to hockey tournaments The hotel is a slightly older building with a lot of updates You’ll notice things like lower ceiling heights and fluorescent light fixtures

However the stay was good overall The continental breakfast had a great selection, though many items continue to be prepackaged since Covid Definitely looking for a return of regular solid dishes, fresh hot waffles, fresh fruit salad, and so on served for the breakfast

Matt

This place was great I had to work some the morning after we checked in and it was really early and the room had a second smaller room with a pull out couch and a desk to work at This allowed me to work in the other room and have some light without disturbing my wife

Room had a microwave too so that was helpful Honestly this was nicer than the resort we ended up staying at in town after this night I wish we stayed at the Hyatt the whole time

We enjoy staying at Hyatt Hotels Typically nice and clean This location isn’t the most clean

3 staff up front at all times very friendly, however they were socializing with each other each time we passed the front desk Beds were awesome and comfortable Hot water was endless Excellent breakfast Hopefully a few hours of cleaning and it will be 5 star

Erin Lovinus

Flight cancelled so stayed with Hyatt 10% off for military! Free comfy airport shuttle, called to ensure it’s running Room and hotel itself were quiet

HUGE king room and could make it very cold Super comfy bed Be advised you’ll hear constant airplanes starting around 5:30am and there’s a strip of highway that cars and motorcycles love to speed down at all hours Hotel provides earplugs for these reasons! Overall a nice experience after an unexpected flight cancellation

Adam Bliven

Hotel is a little dated Beds were comfortable, room cleaning was non existent (COVID Excuse) What really got a low star rating was the fact that they charged us twice for the rooms

It’s been almost a week and we are still waiting to get the excess funds returned, , , a week later and the refunded the excess charges Good follow through with their promises

We were disappointed with the cleanliness of our room The toilet was not flushed, that was an unpleasant surprise to say the least The beds had no comforter on them, just the thin bed sheets, we had a two bedroom suite and only one set of towels that were haphazardly folded and tossed on the table for us to use

The toilet thing really drives my low star rating, it’s a very small oversight but also was a gross thing to experience Once we saw that, we felt like nothing had been cleaned in the room! The size of the room was fantastic, though The stay was not all negative The breakfast was amazing The lady working the food was a very hard worker and was making sure everyone was sanitizing their hands before getting food, keeping everything stocked, and was so kind Although the room was pretty disappointing and I don’t believe lived up to Marriott standards, the staff was friendly

Jason Steik

Easily among Marriott’s least desirable hotels Rooms are “updated” but facelift mostly Could be cleaner, and definitely among the worst for breakfast options

Not a safe area, front desk said they wouldn’t recommend me walking around outside at night Oh, and hallways smell like everyone is lighting up the Mary Jane like it’s their last chance to blaze Choose any other Marriott (I’m Marriott Titanium so I’ve stayed at a few)

They have shampoo/body wash on wall No little plastic bottles which is not great for the environmentFree laundry service and a gym Unfortunately the pool was not available to use Supposedly in the process of getting shocked since it was busy over the weekendLocation is good Fast food restaurants within walking distanceI’d stay here again if in need of a hotel

Cedrick Holloway

Wow 5 stars I am so impressed by this place The people are nice I felt safe and secure

Honestly the rooms are huge with a whole kitchen fridge shower bath in a amazing location nice to one of the coolest malls! Arizona mill! Big tv and all the amenities and the gym is fire free laundry?! Great coffee 6 stars I’m never going to motel 6 ever again Wow I’ll be back

Profesor Luis Daniel Padilla

The suites are excellent but the cleanliness is bad The hotel leaders have to supervise the rooms and public areas One of my rooms, there were no pillows

They have to consider the customers comments to improve the service I think is the best hotel in the competitive set of Tempe I work in sales in the hotel industry in my country I like Sonesta , but they have to improve their cleanliness standards I’m sure , if they do that, Thievy hotel can be number one in the competitive set
