This is a GREAT little Bed and Breakfast Charming old, historical house Quiet, and VERY clean, everywhere

Meticulous inside and out Alot of breakfast food choices, self-service, which is perfectly fine by me Tina and Dennis are lovely people, and it is clear they care about their customers, and their property I can’t wait to go back there!! WHAT A GEM

Folks, it doesn’t get any better than this! The house is beautiful and has many amenities! We stayed in the adventure room which had its own private bathroom The bed is a sleep number bed (different but in a good way), and it was very spacious The room did not have a t

v in it (which we were just fine with) but there was a living room as well as a huge screened in back porch area! Plenty of morning food available and you are welcome to use the fridge and freezer to store food You can even cook your own food if you desire! I cruise often and port at Port Canaveral more than Miami if at all possible The Uber fee from here to the port was $125 for 2 people but I will pay it again in a heart beat to stay here! (The picture taken was before final destination and it says 4 because of the mileage) Oh, we also bought 3 hats the daughter knitted!! Very pleased with this experience!

Cosy, really cosy The place is delightful Getting up to an array of breakfast choices was so endearing

Discovering the food and operating the really cool kitchen gadgets impressed me I was pulled by the porch of the 150 year old house My wife and I are having a ball here No long corridors of institution style hotels, trees and bushes just outside the bedroom window welcomed the morning sun filtering it into the room through the large multi pane/louvered window

i have had to stay at this, home away from home for 2 months from the first phone call to MrsTiffany Eden and again today, she has been KIND,UNDERSTANDING and made me feel like a person

This staff under her leadership has been nothing but phenomenal, they are super friendly all times of the day and night and truly make you feel welcome I’m never gonna forget the love that was given to me by her and her staff, this team is AMAZING!!! thank you all so much

Robin Baranowski

I loved this place! I felt so at home and comfortableTiffany the day manager was amazing! Super nice, professional and easy to talk to She attended to my every need

My room was like a tiny house I always felt at home Super clean and quiet And the window shade blocked out all light both day and night Although they dont offer hot breakfast they had oatmeal packs, cereal bars, honey buns, muffins, yogurt and coffee I requested a few kitchen items for eating in the roomThere is a gym room and a really nice room key access washer and dryer areaAfter spending one night at the Best Western in a room that was filthy I moved to Extended Stay for the same price and got piece of mindI will differently stay here when I come to visit familyThanks TiffanyIll miss you!

I am very disappointed with my stay We are staying in this hotel tonight in a room with broken air conditioner The thermostat in our room cannot be set below 75 and it shows heat instead of cool

The front desk guy was not helpful and the manager was not available to speak to We have a room with 2 queen beds and all they were willing to offer was a room with 1 king bed We are three of us and it wasn’t possible to sleep together in one bed, so we requested them to give us two separate rooms so we could sleep comfortably but the front desk guy was insensitive and ride He said he called the asst manager and she didn’t approve He refused to connect us to the manager After the whole days exhaustion at 11:00 pm we had no other option but to sleep without AC I think the reviews are not honest Please check with the hotel before you check in about all amenities so you don’t have negative experience like us Experiences like this one sometimes spoils the vacation

If u rent the room for a week or more they have a certain day they come to clean weather it inconvenient for you or not When we were in the middle of our adult business we didnt answer the door when they were coming to clean so even though they knew we were there bc our car was there its a small parking lot the girl insisted on opening the door so us with our clothes off were in total shock i asked her to shut the door bc i did not have clothes on she had the nerve to say not until u tell me when i can come back They also took our deposit claiming it smelt like smoke in the room even though we didnt smoke

If u value privacy not the right place for you

was terrible When we got there the floors were super dirty If you ran your finger across it you could see the dirt and dust

There were also stains on the sheets that could easily be washed off The room was only properly cleaned the first day we were there On all the other days, housekeeping didn’t even clean our room Towels are also really small, and the bathroom also had some stains Definitely do not recommend The only good thing about this was that the front desk was really nice

teresa crose

Not fancy but very clean Quiet rooms Friendly people

IHOP on site for hot breakfast or they serve good coffee and waffles, bagels, cereal and fruit in breakfast area Pool is warm and clean Was close to good fishing seeing rocket launches and a lot of good food For the money ya can’t do better than this place for a comfortable stay

Victoria Conroy

The beds are way to firm! I couldn’t sleep There are burn holes in all the blankets! They claim to be pet friendly but complain that the dogs are barking like dogs do when people knock at the door, or stand right in front of your room to have a conversation The manager was extremely nasty to my disabled mother

Told her that there better not be any damage to the room we will charge you for the damage and I don’t care if they’re ESA dogsThe front desk people were the only good thing about this place They are kind and respectful Very pleasant people

Rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable bed, bathroom is clean, bright and good lay out Have stayed in both rooms, double bed and king, recommend both to anyone Great breakfast made daily by the GM Martha

Lobby is nice too and staff is very accommodating, from all Thanks Martha, Thea and all staff! This is my second stay here and it’s a great location too with plenty to do around it too and 20 minutes either way between Cocoa, Orlando and other major attractionsThat being said reading all these other reviews that are not a 5/5 stars or 10/10 if you could, was disappointing to say the least If you’re unhappy let them know they are truly hospitable as they come Don’t show up when breakfast is almost overPrice is great, layout, parking, pool and much more Just can’t say enough honestly and I stay in a lot of hotelsGlad I found this diamond

Katy Tackett

The staff was very friendly! The best thing about our stay was the breakfast They have a fresh HOT breakfast every morning and that was a big thing for us The pool was on the smaller size but looked alright enough

The bed was reasonably comfortable The shower had great water pressure and the water stayed hot I love that we could have our four legged child with us We felt very welcome there The only “negative” that I could think of would be that some guests did not leash their dogs, even though that was made a clear rule at check in I know that the staff cannot control what other people do so I do not really count that as a negative However I wanted to make others with pets aware so they are not caught off guard by someone’s dog running around loose Thank you best western for making our trip a comfortable one! We look forward to staying here again!

Carlijn Kruidhof

Needs a lot of maintenance and a deep clean We had small bugs on the counter next to the sink and dead flies on the AC My parents found an empty garbage bag and flip-flops in the room, I found a shirt or something behind my matrass

Was really happy I was only there for 1 night I only gave 3 stars for service because the woman working in the breakfast area was really nice and helpful

The customer service here is great We got off a cruise and needed to spend the night before our flight They allowed us to check in super early and then check out late the next day

If you’d like a shuttle to and from the port then be sure to let them know the day before I wish I’d known thatThe room was super clean and the design felt “new” It was really comfortable The TV allowed for signing into various streaming services so we didn’t need to connect a device to watch one of our movies The shower had Tea Tree shampoo, conditioner and body wash I love that brand The only downer was that there was a bit of mold in the corner of the shower and the shower floor looked dark (but it could just be a problem with the material not being able to come all the way clean)The breakfast layout was nice It’s so nice during the pandemic to see a hotel still doing good breakfastsThe location is close to a couple places to eat but it doesn’t seem like a great place to walk aroundI would stay here again

Don Patterson

New location that is super-convenient if cruising from Port Canaveral Very clean and well organized Friendly smiling faces at check in

Nice area in lobby for morning breakfast, and food is replenished as neededGood elevators for transit between floors Pretty standard accommodations in rooms, but floor plan is good I found the shower to be consistent on temperature and pressure

samantha brooks

10 out of 10! This hotel was conveniently located 5 minutes from the cruise piers, it was very clean, and the staff were all very helpful and friendly The suite was very spacious with 2 king beds, a trundle, two bathroom areas (one with a sink and toilet, and another with a sink and shower), two TV’s, a mini refrigerator and a microwave The room easily fit my family of 5 with room to spare

The continental breakfast buffet was also a plus with many food options I would recommend this hotel for it’s convenience if you are cruising out of Port Canaveral and for it’s modern look and amenities

Me and my family stayed for 3 nights and 4 days The employees were very polite and hospitable The rooms are perfect but it provides the necessities such as a microwave, refrigerator, tv, and do counted Denny’s coupon

They did not offer breakfast anymore but I don’t think it made or broke my decision to stay for the least cost They also accommodated me on a moments notice

Robert Doan

Well first off, the motel is not near any attractions and with that in mind, it is also under renovation With the Ramada / Wyndham name you would expect some level of comfort and or amenities There was none

I have stay in nicer rooms at an motel 8 While clean there was black mold in The bathroom and around the window The quote unquote ac upgrade was not asteticly installed, let’s just say liberal amounts of that awesome spray foam After some looking we realized that the appliances were unplugged The furniture was worn out Wallpaper was pealing And of course to top it off the amount of Marijuana smoke should have given anyone walk through it the munchiesSo to say the least NOT RECOMMENDED

Ty Schultz

If you take reviews seriously then trust me when I tell you do not wanna stay at this place! It is absolutely disgusting!! The manager is rude for starters! People that work there live there the rooms are so outdated! We asked for clean towels for a week straight never got them! The place smells the hallways smell as soon as u walk in! The room keys don’t work half of the time

we paid for 8 days and sadly our flight got canceled so we arrived 3 days later but paid the whole 8 days they refused to give us a refund! Normally I do not complain about places but trust me when I tell you look for some where else to stay because this place is not even worth 20 dollars a night! It’s disgusting!!

Rooms were extremely clean!! Service was terrific!! Location is convenient AC in several rooms didn’t work and they happily moved us The AC in the room we landed in was very sub-par for FL and kept turning off but I didn’t want to move again

Terrific and accommodating staff!!! Put money into AC please It’s FL I’m a native and that’s almost the most important thing

Erica Wakeley

My aunt booked our hotel as we were traveling all day and we were excited to relax and then take a dip in the pool It was disappointing that it was not opened but Thomas at the front desk was great! He was very understanding We were trying to decide if we wanted to change our plans or just stay and he was very patient with us

The room was clean for the most part The only thing was that the wall in the bathtub had a big crack in it but we were still able to shower with no issues The next morning we woke up and before heading out for the day decided we may stay another night We spoke to Dominique the manager at the front desk and she heard of what happened the night prior and gave us another night at a great price All and all the experience was great We are grateful for all of the help from Thomas & Dominique Have a blessed day!

Britney Winkler

I had to change rooms 3 times because the A/C in my first room wasn’t cooling the room So I got to the second room and the A/C wouldn’t stay on Third room did the trick and I was able to enjoy the rest of my stay

The front desk was very nice and accommodating They helped fix the problems I had They were extremely professional about it and did what they could to fix the problem They didn’t seem burdened or bothered when I kept returning to explain the A/C problem They even discount my final price of my stay for having to switch rooms 3 times without me asking them or even mentioning anything like that in the slightest So although I’m not a big fan of the rooms, I do love the staff

I rented out the entire place for my bridal party and friends on my wedding weekend (wedding venue was at a different location) I spent the first night there with all my friends and we had the BEST time! We had drinks on the patio and enjoyed the view of the space center, explored the whole house, and then hung out in the hot tub All of my bridal party LOVED their rooms and the decor throughout the building

Everyone thought the beds were super comfy and that the breakfast was delicious The owners were so incredibly welcoming and helpful I am local but hope to find an excuse to stay here again in the near future!

Carla F

This was my son’s first time staying in a B&B (his father prefers the cookie cutter standards of hotels) and he was amazed at the difference He commented to me that he couldn’t get over how unique it was and how good the breakfast was the next day He said it felt like he was visiting family instead of staying in a hotel

The house has wood floors throughout and the rich smell of wood combined with a few squeaks on the stairs when I placed my full weight made me remember visiting my great-grandmother as a child; if I closed my eyes, I was transported Casa Coquina does feel like visiting a family member The bed was very comfortable, and I loved being able to open the window We actually turned off the window unit and opened the windows The house is old enough that the windows are functional: they are positioned so that a light breeze moves through the room bringing fresh air and cooling itWe were the only ones at breakfast that day (It was delicious, and my son asked for the recipe) We asked Sabrina if she would sit with us and were delighted that she did sit and visit It was a wonderful stay and I enjoyed the morning visit I hope that I have a reason to travel to Titusville again so that I may stay at Casa Coquina del Mar Bed & Breakfast another time

Pamary Cabrera Stravino

This place is so peaceful A structure built in the 1920s decorated with beautiful antiques My husband and I enjoyed spending time in the deck

Watching the river, the moon and enjoying a cigar and drinks Loved our snacks and Happy Hour 5:30pm to 6:30pm Mrs Ginny and her husband Dennis welcome you like family Sabrina cooked these delicious German apple pancakes The place looks like a doll house We stayed in the Diamond suite and enjoyed sitting on the couch and watch the fireplace We were so comfortable we didn’t want to leave We plan to come back soon

We spent two nights at this property and was quite comfortable Beds are comfortable, room was quiet, even with a bus full of teenagers Never heard a peep

Breakfast was good, normal continental fare No coffee creamer, other than milk products New hotel and as expected, clean Only complaint would be no exhaust fan in the bathroom and it gets plenty steamy in there Other than that minor inconvenience, everything was good

Claudine Wilson

Clean and dog friendly I love my fur baby and the hotel did not show traces of other dogs There was no pet hair

The hotel sink and toilet were upgraded Linen were clean Carpet was clean Staff was super friendly friendly Breakfast was ok not special but just enough For the price this was a terrific find Also the charge for my fur baby was reasonable compared to the Marriott close by I am a very picky person as to where I want to sleep but this hotel was really great

F. K

Relatively new hotel Clean modern rooms Breakfast was average

Fitness room is better than most hotel fitness rooms but there were no wipes available to clean machines We asked if we can view fireworks from launch view room on 5th floor, was told it could only be open for a launch 😒 Probably the only reason I would not stay here for more than a day is the lack of cell phone service There are 1 or 2 bars in lobby and maybe in room near windows True of t-mobile and AT&T

“Fine” is a good word to use The property is run down and old, carpets are a bit stained, and there are many signs of wear and tear The room was clean enough though and the staff was friendly and helpful

Value-wise it’s not a very good option as I paid over $100 for a night and I’d say it’s probably worth more like $75/80 For a single night before a cruise it’s fine I would not stay multiple days here though

Debbie Liner

Badly needs updating and a thorough cleaning Floors were dirty, cuss words wrote on the lamp shade, rusted mini fridge, shower was terrible it was either scalding hot or ice cold and no pressure once you turned on the shower plus the cold water was leaking in the wall The vultures perched on the dumpsters was a nice touch

Commited to a week for pleasure & business Just plain nasty Saw a few drug deals going down in the parking lot I hate to leave a bad review but it is what it is Thought being a Wyndham property would have been better Never again Only good thing was the restaurant for breakfast which I doubt is owned by the same people and is leased

The staff is amazing The bartender we had the night of our stay with our family, the front desk staff, and the sole breakfast waitress that was working all on her own for everyone dining were amazing The problem I had was the room

The bathroom- the paint was peeling off the the walls, the bathroom smelled like urine (no wonder our room smelled like heavy perfumed cleaner because they must have been trying to mask the smell), and the shower water was not hot at 9am The bed – It was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in It felt like I was sleeping on cardboard and plywood We couldn’t get comfortable all night The AC – as someone who is a light sleeper the ac would cut off and the room would be silent and there was no way to have the fan on constantly without turning the AC off All and all I will not stay here again and will not recommend it to anyone

Paula Martinez

Don’t believe the stars in this listing!! We expected this to be the best hotel in the area, but we were wrong!Great location, comfy bed, but that’s about all I can say that’s positive The carpet and walls had multiple stains The coffee in reception was luke warm at best

Some staff members did not greet guests walking in and out, but others did Our room did not have towel hooks but there were holes in the bathroom door where they should have been This was troublesome with 4 towels to hang We had family stay in a different room at the same time, and their room was even worse Very disappointing!
