We stayed at this hotel for a wedding and it was amazing! Definitely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at Luis at the bar was super friendly and made great drinks

Hot tub and fitness center were super nice as well Overall a really great stay I do agree that that refrigerators are a bit small but overall, very happy with our stay! Would love to stay here again if we’re ever in town again!

Upon arrival I was so happy with how clean the hotel was The front desk people were super helpful and friendly I cannot say enough about the customer service we received

The manager and all the staff was absolutely amazing and I would recommend this hotel to everyone Thank you for such great service and everything you did to help our family We are forever grateful Top notch staff!!

Danielle

The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was very kind and welcoming He was helpful and personable It was a nice hotel

I would stay there again It was conveniently located to where we needed to be The only thing I didn’t like was in the morning when we tried to get breakfast, it was a little unclear how it worked We thought a server would come over to us but after 10 min no one did so we left Other than that, it was a nice and clean hotel

The good, full kitchen and enough space to spread out with our 2 year old They were also quick to fix issues and the complimentary breakfast was good and exceptionally well-maintained The bad, our phone didn’t work, the remote went out and we didn’t get housekeeping

To be fair, management was quick to fix the phone and remote, and said that they were an “extended stay” so housekeeping only comes once per week However, no where did I see that in writing Usually there is a welcome sheet or it would be printed on the key card envelope Additionally house keeping did in fact come by once, as I was leaving I asked them to “give me 5 minutes” but they never came back After I asked the next day housekeeping came but did the barest minimum For that reason, I wouldn’t stay again – at least not with any children in tow

Ann Weinberg

We were having our wedding right down the street so we reserved a few rooms here for a couple of days The hotel is super clean and very cute There were a few of our guests rooms that you could see some wear and tear, like the couch covers were coming undone but no big deal

Breakfast was okay too They started putting up all the food before the time that breakfast was supposed to end But overall the stay was really good for the price

Weldon Ratliff

If you stay here with more than three people and they say the couch pulls out into a bed you better check the pullout as soon as you check in We reserved for 4 adults but the room we got only sleeps 3 because the pullout is a 35 inch wide twin size pullout The front desk could care less and is rude

They couldn’t even be bothered to bring up extra blankets and pillows for the one sleeping on the floor

Our experience at this Fairfield Inn was quite positive overall Our first room was musty, but the front desk clerk found us a different room that was better The room was clean and comfortable

The included breakfast was pretty good, and the dining area wasn’t crowded The hotel is located adjacent to a side road and freeway, which makes it convenient for getting around It’s surprising quiet inside but very loud when you step outside Getting onto the freeway through traffic can be a harrowing experience

Sharon Allen (SDALLEN)

The hotel was comfortable, clean, staff friendly and breakfast selections were very good The hotel is located a few yards away from the service road and I-45 so you will have traffic noise, especially if your room face the front Nothing is in walking distance, car or uber definitely needed

But for the location it’s a good hotel and I will stay at Fairfield Inn on other trips, if in a better location

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a place This web site will compare hundreds of booking web sites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper than others! You’re welcome :)! This resort is one of the most well known in this area

I’ve been coming here for a very long time If you stay for a few nights you for sure will love it I’m sure! This place is first rate Staff are friendly and helpful! The bar is run by Miss Avis who is FABULOUS! Francesca was also a sweetie! The bartenders Sam & Molly are so cool Come in and let them make you a drink or 2 and enjoy! A+ service all around! I will definitely be staying here again and again!!!

Sandra Hunt

Not only were the rooms and property as a whole beautifully maintained, but every person I had any enter action with were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and eager to help with directions and suggestions Had a great time, wonderful dinner at the property and the breakfast buffet was bountiful and very well preparedOne thing, please put pens and paper in the rooms again

I had fraudulent charges on a credit card (not on the motel property) and after contacting the carrier, I needed to take notes to solve the issue and there was no paper or pens Very inconvenient to have to go through the process a second time in order to take notes

I recently stayed a couple of nights here with my family and we were very happy! Originally we were going to just stay one night, but then decided to add a second night about 20 minutes after we got in to our room we were so happy with itThe staff was very friendly and helpful, everything was clean and taken care of (the elevator does make a weird sound but we made it to our floor safely), and the beds were comfy! We were pleasantly surprised that there was a laundry room, and even more surprised that there was no additional charge to use the washers and dryers! We got one of the “suites” with two bedrooms which made for a nice stay as there are 6 of us I don’t plan on staying there again only because we moved to the same area, but I would definitely recommend this place to friends or family if they were looking for someplace to stay

Laura “Lalaa”

At check in I received a goodie bag w mini water bottles and an assorted trail mix snack! That alone was exciting Also, I enjoyed the different amenities offered at this particular location A smoke free facility, but there are designated smoking areas

It was a laid back vibe and view to have while being outside where there’s a nice BBQ pit area alongside the pool! The rooms are spacious and have much to offer

Kenisah Griffin

I’ve stayed here a couple of times and the hotel is definitely outdated The first room was actually pretty decent but this new room is the complete opposite There are stains and spots in the refrigerator from the previous occupants

The comforter has a lot stains on it The shower is weird, it runs and fills the tub at the same time They do have complimentary breakfast and it’s pretty good as well serving hot and cold items Most of the staff is helpful and knowledgeable

Absolutely excellent hotel, especially if you want a kitchen They provided everything we needed as far as pots, pans, dishes, etc it feels very clean and spacious for a hotel, and the price is excellent

Breakfast was also even nicer than we expected It ends at 9 on weekdays, and would have helped us if it always lasted until 10 like it does on weekendsThe staff is also very kind and helpful They took care of all of our needs while we were there

Always An American

I lost track of a friend for 25 years He lives in Michigan I live in California

We both traveled to Texas He stayed in a few different hotels; by the time I arrived, he had found the Residence It was perfect and clean, and the staff was very helpful Our suite was across the hall from my friend’s, very convenient I stayed 5 days he stayed for 12 days They have now raised the bar for other hotels to meet

Jess

Upon arrival they messed up and failed to put us in the correct room per our reservation They put my family in 2 different rooms side by side which was okayFast forward 5 months later and they decide to charge our credit card again for another amount they failed to collect at the time of checkout

Sent us a bogus receipt with information that didn’t event exist per our reservation Called hotel and hotel manager never called back Disputed charge and then they decide to send the cc company the correct invoiceManagement – why not send the correct invoice from the start and charge the correct amount at the time of stay Very poor customer service!! Will not return

Tara White

The room was VERY nice It had a convenient layout and the beds and pillows were comfortable The staff was very friendly, helpful, and competent

Unfortunately, the contractor who built the place didn’t do the best job The indoor pool area, which is beautiful, has structural issues that make it unsafe so it’s closed to the public I appreciate the wisdom of keeping it closed The staff said they have plans to repair it, but it would have been a 5+ star experience if the pool had been available

Lola Weiskopf

First there was nothing on the booking site to show that the pool and hit tub were out of commission They were the main reason in picking this hotel We go to the room and the ac system is very noisy, we lay down in the bed and the whole thing falls to the floor

For the rooms to cost sooo much for one night,it seems a little on the cheap motel side This was my birthday weekend get away, first time in yrs I’ve been able to get away from kids n have a weekend to myself It was horrible and I’ll never stay at a Hilton property again The only good thing was all the restaurants around

manuel lopez

So I’m still staying here and the staff is great But when you get to the property owner and who authorizes repair don’t care for the guest here So first thing before booking they said there pool would be open by August 1st now they say not till 10-31-22 by there website

Second I had issue in my room with elephantElectrical and after three days it never got repaired so that was move one then not even for days in the new room and come home to a leaking roof in the hallway in front of my room Report it come to find out the hotel sprinkler system pipe is the the one leading and has been for some time You can also see instead of replacing the pipe they have to other couple were it has been repaired before Also the business center they have upon arriving was not working and it took a week of reporting it before it was final fixed So still have about two more ella here see how the rest of the stay goes But one again the staff is great the do everthing in there power to make your stay feel great but these issue I know are above then and those people don’t care but that the corprate world for you

I work full-time and not operate a home bakery So when I need to get away from everything and everyone this is my go to place The staff are friendly and helpful

They have a variety of breakfast foods, everything from bacon to waffles and everything in betweenThe room was clean, smelled fresh and everything was comfortable The bed was amazing I do not think I’ve ever slept that well in a long timeThey have a business center to get all your work done as well as a fitness center to work off that delicious breakfastIn spite of being located next to a busy roadway, Staybridge Suites Houston Willowbrook is very quiet and peacefulThe only thing I noticed, it wasn’t a problem for me since I’m tall, but the bar/breakfast area is quite tall And for someone that is vertically challenged (shorter) it may be a problem for them to climb up in the chair to have a mealI recommended “ Staybridge Suites Houston Willowbrook” for a weekend getaway or for a long-term stay

Ivan Victoria

Very poor customer service skills from the “manager” KevinWe stayed for 10 days while our home was getting repairedAt the beginning of our stay my wife asked him for some coffee bags to make coffee in the room, he only gave her 1 and said he couldn’t give any more than 1 per day so basically we had to ask for 1 every day

On our last day, I went to get some breakfast, there were no plates (paper plates) to serve the food, I popped my head into the kitchen looking for someone to ask for a plate, no one was around, I see a stack of clean plates on a shelf next to the kitchen door and I grabbed one This guy Kevin sees me do that, gets mad, comes and closed the door, LOL! Made my day! I think he got mad because I grabbed a regular plate instead of the cheap paper plates he provides so he doesn’t have to spend money washing them laterAt check-out, he’s at the front desk checking me out, I asked him for the name of the cleaning staff and specifically told him I needed them because I wanted to leave a review saying how great they were during our stay, he becomes difficult and says “I’m sorry, I can not disclose their names” Seriously? I wasn’t lying or had different intentions, they were so nice that I even tipped them before leaving but “Mr I’m Kevin, the manager” is a jokeBig shout out to Evelyn and her mom who also works there Another shout out to the cleaning staff Ms Patricia, Lucia and Doris, they were amazing

annajazzie

The staff was extremely friendly but most importantly my room was very clean So far it’s the only hotel i’ve stayed at in Texas where I had nothing bad to say about the cleaningSo thanks to Patricia for doing a great job cleaning our room

The only issue I had was how complicated it was for my employee discount to be verified I was called multiple times, my job was called, and my manager was called It was just complicated for no reason I wouldn’t have the discount in the first place if I wasn’t an employee

Room is big and very clean From check into check out everything is easy and the staff are extremely pleasant! If you have a request they will do everything they can to make sure that it is taken care of Has a great bar area with outside seating on a nice evening and I have to say that my favorite bartender pretty much of all time is Chase he is an excellent people person and dotes on his customers and makes sure that they are taken care of he has great conversation skills and knows everybody by name 😊 I highly recommended this hotel

It is my company‘s first choice when traveling for business

When we arrived in our top floor suite the room was filthy, mildew and hair all over the shower! The toilet seat was not attached to the toilet ( which was absolutely disgusting )Dirty silverware in the dishwasher and the sink!I was appalled!!!This was a HYATT!!!When I called downstairs to say we could not use the toilet and how filthy the room was, they told me they would try to get to it but there is a toilet downstairs! No one came to fix a toilet or clean the room for two days! It was absolutely disgusting! After calling downstairs at least 10 times going downstairs showing them pictures of the bathroom and telling them that I cannot use the toilet because there’s no toilet seat on there finally a manager called me and told me he would send someone up the next day Our third day in the hotel!!!He offered me a bottle of wine thinking OK yes that’s great a bottle of wine is going to take care of all of this! Absolutely disgusting!!!BTW I don’t know when the last time the pool had been cleaned but there was no way I was getting into that pool!!!

Timothy Ramer

The sound proofing in the hotel is extremely good! During check in there was some kind of sports tournament happening and I can’t tell you how loud it was in the lobby(which was directly below our room), but the clerk and myself had to raise our voices quite high to hear each other The kids stayed in the lobby for hours after I checked in After taking the elevator to the 2nd floor, it was quite and even so in our room

The fresh fruit options for breakfast were a huge plus!

This has been the worst experience at a hotel I can remember The night desk agent is rude, ignores the customers and cannot be bothered to get off his personal cell phone to help anyone We asked for towels tonight and we’re told “I’m not housekeeping” and we’re given no towels

The room is dirty, the bathroom looks like it was barely cleaned and the entire building stinks like a dirty ashtray

I made a reservation over a month ago for my family to stay tonight (7/31/21->8/1/21) at this hotel, but arrived to find that it’s closed and boarded up When I called Choice Hotels, they said they had canceled the reservation (but never informed us) We’re now on the hook for a room at a nearby Comfort Suites for half again as much

Amazingly, I can still book a room at the closed hotel for tomorrow night through choicehotelscom Choice Hotels is utterly irresponsible and couldn’t care less

Teresa Childs

The pictures online showed a double queen room with an actual tub in the room I didn’t need all that but was willing to settle for that because I wanted a decent hotel that was clean and non smoking we stayed the night before down the road in a smaller room that was quaint, clean and Way more updated, but was full for a second nights stay

When we arrived, this hotel had ceiling tiles on the floor, in the lobby, the elevator walls were nasty, the floor in our room tiles were separating as if there had been an earthquake We immediately heard our neighbors conversation through the walls, and had to walk up hill to get to the bed The curtain was falling down and the closet was not quite fitted so the door didn’t close completely All of this was topped off the next morning when we went to check out, my husband grabbed the door and the handle came off in his hand, When we expressed our displeasure at all the shortcomings of our night the clerk made no offer to correct anything except to say, oh so sorry about that Seriously, what happened to customer service Stay away from here folks, were lucky we got out

Oh my goodness! What a great 2 bedroom suite we had when we came to see Jimmy Buffet’s concert And just a short walk to the pavilion and Marketplace Everyone was so nice

We stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriott Marriott Hotels in The Woodlands, TXAfter having dinner, we parked in a well lit parking space within the hotel parking area (that we were charged for) We woke up, headed to the car to get on the road only to notice, after starting the car, that BOTH of my catalytic converters SAWED OFF and STOLEN off of my sequoia

The hotel charged us for parking but has no cameras (inside or outside) to even aide in identifying the thiefs!!!! They don’t even have a security guard for the parking lot they charge their guests to park in!How are your guests able to feel safe parking in your parking lot? After filing a police report, the officer informed me of 3 other catalytic converter thefts last night in the same area and this type of theft has been an ongoing issue in the area Houston catalytic converters thefts have quadrupled since 2019 & an off duty cop,In Houston, was recently killed during a catalytic converter theft and yet Residence Inn by Marriott doesn’t install cameras?!!!! These catalytic converter thieves are very organized and tow what they steal back to their superiors— Marriott has got to be getting their cut from this too by deliberately not protecting their guests!!Although hotel rooms and amenities were beautiful, coming out to theft that took place on property that you had to pay to park in is horrible I’m disappointed in how poorly Marriott protects their guests

Michelle Galloway

As a Bonvoy Elite member I stay at Marriott hotels regularly I must say the rooms here are fantastic I stayed in a king suite beds were comfy furniture was nice and very clean as were the rest of the grounds Everyone was friendly and helpful

The breakfast left alot to be desired but coffee was hot and fresh On the downside upon check in I was told they were having a concert at the Pavilion the FOLLOWING night and I would have to pay extra to park on the hotel grounds as people use their parking lot to walk to the event I totally get that would happen but why would I be charged to park give me the thing to hang on my mirror and tow all others why pass that fee on to your guests especially when no mention of this is made upon making the reservation and you do it on the night BEFORE the even that doesnt make sense to me AND you pass the charge on to the guest I was very disappointed in their decision on that

It was a laid back vibe and view to have while being outside where there’s a nice BBQ pit area alongside the pool! The rooms are spacious and have much to offer

Frankly, I think this facility is on the rise Most of the building is in pretty good nick There’s some cosmetic touches left, some door locks to replace and the pool needs a thorough facelift BUT the cleanliness was fantastic

We have seen four pools on this trip and this was BY FAR the cleanestThe breakfast was yummy and rotated some from day to day That’s really nice when you are staying for several daysStaff was prompt and courteous This property is very well managed My understanding is that repairs are pending on the pool so check ahead to make sure it’s open if that is a deal breaker for you when booking!Personally, I’m looking forward to seeing the new look next time This hotel sports a classic pool/spa layout with an adjoining wall that is an old fave!!

Nightmare Pool and hot tub were SOOO over-chlorinated that we were coughing, itching, and watery burning eyes and had to evacuate the pool area despite all windows being open (it’s indoor) after 5 minutes The room had a broken lamp, an iron burned footrest, and blood all over the sheet! We had to change rooms

The lady at the desk was very friendly and was absolutely mortified Bless her heart She tried her best to fix things
