Nice and clean looking It only had one end table in a 1 bed room which threw us off for a second but it wasn’t that big a dealEach room has a kitchenette in it which is very convenient for extended stays

Each room has an ice maker in their full sized fridge/freezer and it actually works and came in handyBathrooms were bigger than I’ve ever seen for a hotel and it was nice not feeling crowded whenever my husband and I both had to use the mirror and sinkThey had a warm fuzzy blanket under the heavy bed spread for extra warmth in the winter which was niceThey are tailored to the hard of hearing or deaf in the sense that the rooms have a master switch on the wall Not exactly sure what it does (I’ve never had to use it) but its thereLastly, although breakfast is not free, it is still a really cool service They cook to order and deliver to your room which means you don’t have to worry about rushing down to get a decent meal and only getting scraps because you were “too late”The only difficulty was that their website gave false info about check in/check out times and we got charged an extra night for checking out at the wrong time Stupid mistake but someone had to pay Wish it wasn’t usAll in all, I would would say the stay is worth it and I’d stay again

Danielle Frazier

Such a surprisingly great hotel! The price was great in comparison to other hotels in the area The room was super clean, large, and comfortable The staff was so welcoming and helpful

We only had a quick stay over night, but this would be the perfect place to stay for multiple days The kitchenette in the room was very nice and clean I only marked it down a star for a few small reasons The breakfast isn’t free and is just microwavable breakfast items The only major thing we wished it had was a pool for our kids Otherwise, wonderful stay overall!

Xochitl Esperanza

Excellent place Very very clean and immaculate Carpet and bedding in excellent condition, like new

Kitchenette was a pleasant surprise! Full size fridge and 2 burner stove Perfect for this with food allergies and need to eat in Toaster, microwave and full size coffee pot as well I wish I would have found this chain sooner! Great value Just awesome!

We like to visit Twin Falls often, but the hotel we usually stay at had the hot tub broken down so I started calling around for a hotel with a working hot tub Two others said theirs were broken, the front desk girl of this hotel assured me theirs was working so we went and PAID FOR A SECOND ROOM AT A SECOND HOTEL and we get there and the hot tub did not work, not only that but the water was brown! I went to the front and told her that it was not turning on, she did not offer to come help, nor to come see if maybe I was pushing the wrong button, didn’t apologize for lying to us about the hot tub working, nothing!! We just wanted to relax in a hot tub after hiking We never would’ve gotten a room there if we knew the hot tub wasn’t working since we already had a room at a hotel with non working hot tub

Then there was NO manager on site and I spoke to several people to get a refund and never heard from the manager We did stay another night at the Choice Hotel in Jerome which was excellent service, everything worked, clean and they had FREE BREAKFAST all for about $50 cheaper than this dump I do not recommend staying at this holiday inn especially if you have kids, their pool are is not very sanitary at all! Also their pool is freezing and they don’t have free breakfast, not even a muffin

Sara Hood

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and exactly as I expected Breakfast in the restaurant was good and the service was awesome We had the kids suite with a king bed (so incredibly comfortable) and bunk beds

There was a PlayStation 4 and TV in the area for the bunk beds with a partial wall separating it from the rest of the room It was perfect for us!

Jassmine Rabii

NOT PET FRIENDLY GOOGLE LIEDThe hotel is not pet friendly and only accepts service animals

Please don’t trust Google Always call to confirm with the hotel firstThat said, the rooms were much bigger than expected and they had some great breakfast options for fairly low prices from the restaurant (Sorry, no complimentary breakfast here either)The pillows were amazing tooI only wish the had provided more shampoo and conditioner, and a less oily feeling handsoap

A night layover on our drive home from Seattle Bed was the most comfortable bed I slept on during my 9 day vacation Rooms were very big, clean, and well decorated

Shower was hot Nice to not have to unpack shampoo, soap or mouthwash since it was available in the room We used the pool and hot tub and those were nice Complimentary breakfast was very good

Julie Stevenson Steiner

Clean room, very quiet, very comfortable stay! Best sleep I’ve had at a hotel room in a really long time – comfy beds and pillows We had a small suite, which had a small living room, good size bathroom, and a bedroom with two queen beds separated from the living room by a door We have two small children; this set-up was a dream come true

Baby in a pack n play in the living room, and older child in one of the queens Plenty of room for everyone Good sized fridge and a good sized freezer that actually froze our ice packs over night!

Demonio Blanco Logistics

Nice hotel overall Clean, Great location Walking distance to Target, WinCo grocery store, recreation, and places to eat sit-down or take out

Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating Cleaning staff was friendly Only issue was the breakfast Constantly out of everything (No coffee, No hot food items on several days, no cinnamon rolls for a few days, no bowl for cereal or milk the last day Pancake machine down half of the time) You had to clean the seating area of other guests mess if you wanted a clean place to sit and eat Paper towels and spray cleaner was provided

Great food, lovely placeIn-depth:Check-in was easy – you’re given a key to your room and the front door, so you can come and go at any timeThe breakfasts were excellent – we had stuffed french toast and frittatas, both delicious

The jet tubs were lovely, plenty of hot water, the decor goes well with the antique home and is very cute I particularly enjoyed the paintings The grounds are lovely and well kept and there’s a huge privacy wall that keeps a decent amount of noise out as wellLocation is great – 10 minutes to everything fun in Twin Falls, and a reasonable distance from any other day trip places aroundThe only negative is that there wasn’t air conditioning upstairs The fan made things bearable, but it got pretty warm

D Franklin Swayne

What a great experience! We ended up being the only guests for our three night stay Something tells me that even if the place was fully booked, everyone would still have felt the way we did We felt at home (if home featured amazing breakfasts that we did not have to prepare!)

The rooms are great, the food (as noted) is amazing for breakfast, and location allows for easy access to everything we had on our list of “to do”

robin challender

This was my first time staying in a bed and breakfast and it exceeded my expectations The innkeeper was amazing and friendly, very accommodating The rooms were comfortable an cozy, very homey feel to it

Breakfast amongst the other guest was just delightful, getting to know others and sharing a meal is an amazing way to make new friends from all walks of life I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone, it was great!!

Unfortunately I was unable to stay here the evening I needed If like me you have come to expect above and beyond not only quality, but the kind of service a business can rely on, sadly I have to say do not expect that for this location It must be a part of a hotel holdings group that is either inflexible or worse-judgmental

I say that because I decided to dress like a local and I feel my appearance might have swayed the judgement of the front desk people Which those girls are why it’s two stars instead of one, they were all very kind and apologetic and definitely a sight for sore eyesI hope and am fairly confident my experience here is a rare oneI’ll be sure to load my card instead of carrying cash and maybe I’ll wear my suit next time

Albert Haerr

Don’t stay here We came to stay after a long road trip and had a terrible time The room upstairs above us was making noise all night and the hotel was noisy

We called the front desk at 9 pm and my wife spoke to the front desk around 12 am or 1 am They gave a $20 refund which is basically nothing I would have rather them have a caring attitude to fix the problem or offer to move us rooms Either way, don’t stay here

I’ve never booked at Best Western before, I felt like it was a little out of my class I stopped at this place in the middle of nowhere, and it is spectacular! Not only was it clean and friendly and convenient, the pool was awesome and accessible 24 hours a day, and check in was fast! Did I mention that this place is clean, clean, clean?! Also, a wonderful continental breakfast the kids and I found positively delicious! Never judge a book by its cover! Great job!😊

Clean room, comfy bed Updated interior We slept late and didn’t get breakfast at the hotel

24 hour (pool and) hot tub was very tempting to my husband’s sore back, but we ended up just crawlng into bed because we got in so lateOnly concern was the drainage in the shower We were given a handicap access room with walk-in shower the curtain didn’t touch the floor and the whole bathroom floor ended up wet The shower floor dried quickly while the rest of the bathroom was wet all night and still wet in the morning

Bailey Thompson

Ordered a room with 2 queen sized beds online and paid extra for this Double checked via phone that we would be receiving that Only to get in that night to a king bed

Asked the front desk worker to switch to the room I had ordered only for her to tell me she had given it away Not to mention, when I got there and checked in I was greeted with “Okay so I had to clean your room really quickly so it’s not perfect but it’s clean” Bed was just thrown together and bathroom trash was not emptied Will not be returning and would not recommend this stay to anyone

Met with courteous staff after a long day of driving They provided great explanations about parking and entry points The pool and hot tub were clean, towels provided in the pool room

Beds were comfortable, rooms were quiet Twin Falls was ugly hot and humid on the day we were there, and the AC was able to keep us cool, and shower pressure was great The continental breakfast was a full breakfast with bacon, potatoes, omelet folds in addition to fresh fruit, cereals, muffins, bagels, and all the fixings The staff really hustled all morning to keep it stocked, and were so friendly if you needed anything The staff really made our stay great

Lorrlee

Very nice dog loving front desk staff when we checked in Nice clean large room Bed a little swayed into the middle but after a long drive it was still great

We really enjoyed the size of the room since we travel with a large breed dog We were on 1st floor and it was quite during the night Lots of dining and delivery options near by Only stayed 1 night but would stay again

Aislinn Lilly

Our stay itself was great, but the staff of this hotel made a lasting positive impression more so from how kind they were after we left Our daughter left behind her beloved stuffed bunny, and the general manager, Erika, went above and beyond to send it back to our home address Bunny got her own special bed-box with a very kind send-off note to our daughter

The whole thing was just so sweet and we were touched by how thoughtful it all was! We’re very grateful and appreciative of their kindness!

Same quality you expect from a Best Western chain Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and large enough for a family not be on top of each other Beds are not overly soft with just the right amount of firmness

Only mark would be the rooms need the laminate wood floors over carpet Carpet rooms always seem to make your feet feel dirtyThe hotel does have breakfast, which is great for a family on the go A plus is the hotels location is close to a lot of restaurants in walking distance

Shaylee Field

We are moving to a different stay and this was our hotel of choice for one of the nights of our road trip and it was nice! Front desk man was friendly and got us a room super quickly when we didn’t have a reservation already Room was clean and had everything you need and everything worked fine! They are pet friendly for a fee of $10 and breakfast is included!

Maria Bergquist

Needed a place to stay on a long road trip with my fiance and my cat The rooms were clean and equipped with the standard amenities (coffee maker, microwave, tv) Just missed breakfast but I was able to snag a bagel and hot coffee which was actually pretty good

Twin Falls is a beautiful place to stay and SureStay was a nice place to rest It’s not the fanciest, but it’s nice and a good price

Robin Grange

The young lady that was behind the counter was wonderful We booked 3 rooms and she made sure to meet all of our needs I was surprised that my room was as decent as it was

We all know that motel 6 is the desperation of just needing to sleep for the night during a long travel The bathroom was excellent clean like better than some nicer hotels The room was adequate for my needs and I felt safe and pleased with my stay The beds aren’t really comfortable at all But hey you’re not in your car! My TV was damaged with a line down the middle but it really wasn’t a big deal and it worked I was there to sleep and shower Nothing else mattered Room temp was comfortable for first of April with slight heater on to knock off the coldness of the room when I first got there then was off the remainder and comfortable I didn’t have much outside noise or neighbors but the garbage truck in the morning was very very loud, had I not been awake I would have been then Great motel stay 5 stars!

Kim Shepton

Aways ask for a room without the adjoining door I have never had good luck with those so the front desk did reassign my room the AC /heat is centralized

this helps for people with respiratory issues I hope the filters are changed and the system is kept clean as I can not trust motels with the individual units hanging outside under the window where people trip on them, sit on them, and usually in a state of disrepair etc I appreciate the “no carpet” for the same reason It was mostly workers spending the night and fortunately no loud people My room had no fridge or microwave but I did not get a discount on the $120 standard fee The room was clean, bed comfort was ok I don’t know if they had a pool or breakfast, the front desk did not tell me

mike breaux

Just checked in… Hair everywhere in the bathroom

hard bed, no fridge or microwave… And $80 plus a $30 deposit for s Motel 6!!!! Rip off!! Requested downstairs room so I can back my truck up to room… Got it but all the spots in front of my room are empty handicap spots… I will absolutely not be staying here past tonight only staying tonight because I’m dead tired,, just drove 24 hours straight

Better than I would have thought for the price They don’t advertise breakfast but it is available we will see tomorrow what it consists of Other reviews don’t leave me with big expectations

Only 2 towels in the bathroom is my only complaint so far Bed is comfortable a little on the soft side pillows are all very soft There is 2 chairs in the room, the desk chair less than comfortable Wood floors look new and clean! It does have a decent fridge and freezer I was surprised at the size of the closet complete with ironing board and iron

Yesenia Sanchez

Hotel? More like what you expect a motel to be But I have stayed at motels that are super clean and well kept so I don’t even know what to label it The floor was peeling off, I tripped over a big chunk of detached floor

The flap just there like no one had noticed before Then I went to put my things away and the toilet was dirty, still covered with trimmed hair!! All over the sink too So the guest before us had shaved or trimmed his hair and no one bother to clean it? I was disgusted I was afraid to to look at the sheets but I did and as suspected there was hair all over it They had not been changed What kind of hotel is that? The room needed repair, the floor, and why wasn’t it cleaned after the previous guest? And why we had dirty sheets and towels and hair allover the bathroom I spent all night cleaning it and trying to convince my son to sleep on that bed I hope if you read this know the rooms are not clean or well kept You are better off sleeping in your car Also no coffee in the morning! I will never consider staying there again I felt so filthy and the service was very bad When I checked in there was two teens ignoring me playing with a dog, so I had to asked them if they could help Overall very bad experience

Kaden Kirk

To start my experience off with this hotel, the front desk was left unattended so I had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes to even check in The room they gave me was filthy Dust covered every surface

The sheets were not clean, the desk and chair was looked like they had never been cleaned I went to the front desk to change rooms I wait 15 minutes to get a new room and key Walking to my new room I see that the newly assigned rooms door is open This room had not been cleaned from the previous guests staying in it Once again I go to the front desk to change rooms An employee says “here let’s find you a room” he walks door to door knocking and entering Zero privacy what so ever! I take the first available room Finding out later that night that the towels in the bathroom were not cleaned They had blood stains on them The bed sheets had hair in them and small bugs This hotel can not consider itself to be apart of the “hospitality industry” The staff and management are oblivious when it comes to cleanliness and professionalism

The manager, Lady G where do I begin

When I called the office to see if there were vacancies I left a message, within 10 minutes she called back stating she had none I told her I was in route from Mississippi and I would be there Friday morning, she told me she would put my name on the list When we arrived Friday morning, I called and she said come over she did have a room When I initially spoke with her you could hear the pleasantry in her voice and when I met her she was beyond my expectations!!! I have lived in hotel rooms across the country, my fiance is a construction worker, hands down this has beaten any place we have stayed Lady G does everything here, she is maintenance, custodial and pool cleaner Lady G is a woman of her word, when we arrived she only had a small room and she promised us that we would be getting a bigger room soon, and boy did she come through The kitchenette room is terrific!! It is the size of a small one-bedroom apartment The property is well maintained, only because of G Everyday she is blowing the sidewalk, mopping the sidewalk and cleaning the pool The hotel is on a major thoroughfare but you never hear any traffic in your room My only complaint is all the rooms are smoke-free But there is a beautiful enclosed smoking area / patio that is directly across from the enclosed saltwater pool and jacuzzi If you are looking for an extended stay, if I could I would give this place 10 stars

Kim Trube

This is an extended stayWay over priced for how small the rooms are The laundry facility is upstairs

Not at all convenient 😒The walls are thin and you can here everything The people in 102 next to me we’re loud with obnoxious dogs I wouldn’t recommend staying there

We had got two rooms 1 king suite with a king bed and pullout couch and 1 queen suite with two queen beds and pullout couch All rooms came with the standard items

They had breakfast in the morning Pool closes at midnight allowing 11pm-12am for adults only This is a pet friendly hotel but I couldn’t hear any barking throughout the night They have doggy poo bags and trash cans for easy disposal Overall comfy place to stay If your high maintenance and want luxurious, I do not recommend staying here

1 Tons of loiterers outside the front doors2

Lobby smelled horrible, and the customer service at the front desk was less than helpful; she was more concerned in the co-worker next to her and the issue that they were having than finishing my check in3 Pool room was a hazard!!! It was a rather small pool room, which made it easier for the splashing of the pool to quickly flood the entire floor – the floor was painted with regular paint which caused EVERYONE to slip There was never any towels in the pool room either and when we asked the front desk, we were told that all the towels were on the second floor, and she would have had to stop what she was doing in order to restock the towels4 Couldn’t find the stairs, had to use the elevator that smelled like wet dog and urine You could see the stain on the carpet of the elevator5 Hair dryer cut out after three minutes of use6 Bath tub wouldn’t drain all the way after a simple shower7 On the last day of our trip, the air conditioner started blowing out a bit of smokeNothing nice to say about this place at allWill never go back, will pay more money elsewhere

Most of the experience was entirely average Average service, quality of stay, etc 3-4 stars

However, my family is completing an interstate move on a very tight budget I specifically chose this hotel because it included a hot breakfast My reservation says it’s served 6-10 Website says 6-10 Front desk said 6-10 We get down there at 9 and it’s completely cleared outThere’s a small selection of cereal, stale bread and juice Meanwhile, the kitchen staff is mingling with guests and ignoring the food line entirely There are children running in and out of the kitchen, coffee is empty, fridge doors are left wide open, the service counter is a mess, and so onTo top it off, the cooks are blasting heavy metal out of the kitchen into the dining room Real nice I politely approach the front desk with the issue and they just shrug it off, “oh, yeah, we stop serving at 9 It’s all grab-n-go for the last hour…” Really? Grab what? Why are we just now being told this? Can someone please get control of your staff?Twin Falls is a decent tourist spot with plenty of hotels to choose from Just pick a different one Most of them have better prices and better service Choice Hotels should be embarrassed

Due to my profession I stay in hotels often It’s been awhile since I’ve enjoyed it This hotel was extremely clean, staff were very friendly and accommodating, the water was hot with actual pressure, it was quiet and the bed was comfortable

I could find nothing, truly not a thing, to be butt hurt over and that’s rare with hotels these days!! Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Be very careful When reserving online they give you a price and then ends up doubling at booking We reserved two basic rooms at a no frills Hampton Inn

Each with two people at $150 before discount to be shown at check in Confirmation said $260 which I was expecting for the two rooms Instead ended up being $280 per room after tax Absolutely ripped off Those are prices for higher end hotels Look closely each step of reservation Called customer service only to be frustrated by lack of language barrier Disappointed in the Hilton brand

My wife went online and found rooms at your place in the $150 range for the day we wanted My wife booked 2 rooms and when we arrived the paperwork said about $260 per room We were given the number to call someone to resolve the issue

We called and nobody really wanted to help they just wanted to explain how it works and sorry you got taken basically! They told us how to avoid this from happening in the future I already know how to avoid it, we will never stay at Hampton Inn again and we will spread the word of our experience and let people decide where to stay as there are plenty of options
