We loved our stay at the Ritz Carlton! Upon checking in we were handed a lovely glass of wine The check in process went smoothly There were lots of people in the lobby enjoying the fireplace and socializing with each other

Every employee greeted us with a friendly smile or addressed us by our names The rooms were very clean and well stocked We ordered room service on Sunday, which happened to be Mother’s Day, and our food was quickly delivered Our breakfast was excellent and prepared exactly as ordered The hotel itself is breathtaking and the staff was so friendly When it came time to check out we did not want to leave We would love to come back and stay longer the next time If you travel to St Louis this hotel is a lovely place to book a room and relax during your travels

Sven Tietz

The hotel facilities are excellent, especially the gym which is generous and well appointed and the exact opposite of the cloistered cupboards hotels normally set aside as an afterthought for fitness facilities The spa is highly recommended The rooms are generous and stylish and elegant as one would expect of a Ritz property

But by far, the most impressive and memorable part of the stay is the gracious hospitality of every single team member Without fault every single staff member – from bellman to barman to room service to security to front Desk – every one came across as exceptionally well trained, sincerely friendly and went out of their way at to make my stay pleasant and easierI have stayed at enough hotels to know when staff are just going through the motions and when they are truly and sincerely motivated by and passionate about looking after their guests sincerely Well done to everyone – I will always recommend the Ritz St Louis as one of my most memorable staysWould have given 6 stars if I could

Let me start off by saying that Ritz Carlton is truly a step above other hotels I say this of the chain in general Full service

It’s the kind of place I save and stay for special occasions Check-in was very smooth even though it was late at night I tried to get all the luggage myself but the very friendly valet, I believe his name was Terry, insisted that he get a luggage card and take care of it It was actually appreciated Check in process was smooth I was actually asked for my government ID which is unusual but I have found it to be requested more often at higher end properties No problem We were shown to our room and it was lovely I think it was the base level room but it was big enough and nice enough for me! Good view and nice little balcony Bed was extremely comfortable Here’s where the problems started, and let me preface this by saying that the hotel made everything right and I give them five stars for that In fact I will definitely be staying again But anyway, at first I noticed that the floor seemed cold and or wet in the hall I assume that maybe it was from the air conditioner which I had cranked up because even though it was cold outside it was warm in the room when we arrived, too warm Didn’t think much of it at the time as I inspected the room I discovered that our coffee cups were dirty from prior use I also discovered that some of the towels had either make up or blood in them Or on them I’m not sure which is proper In any case I didn’t need to know if it was makeup or blood, I just knew that I needed new towels I called down and explained about the towels and the coffee cups and immediately replacements were brought by the same gentleman who had shown us to our room Good enough I had also called and asked about leaving my shoes out to be shined and they took them that evening and returned them after I called the next morning They looked like maybe they had been cleaned but I don’t know about polished Nonetheless, they were returned in good condition and in their own little travel bag Anyway Went to sleep after calling down to request a later check out, and slept like a baby We woke up around the time we had scheduled for check out and so I called down and ask for yet another later check out and they gave me a couple or three more hours Much more than sufficient and very generous I thanked them and went to get ready After I showered I noticed that that wet spot in the hallway which was still cold or damp, was much more so, and so I had my girlfriend check and she agreed that it was wet It went in the closet as well At check out I informed the very nice lady at the desk about the floor and when she asked if there were any other issues I did mention about the coffee cup and the towels Not a huge deal, but as someone who has run a business, it’s important to know about issues so that you can fix them She very graciously offered a comp on one of the incidentals which was more than satisfactory The valet pulled the car around and we were on our way The hotel is a gem It’s not perfect, but it is top flight I would have no hesitation recommending it or staying there again, in fact I look forward to it Many thanks to the staff for taking such great care of us

I would like to give a shout out to Patricia Mattz; she was absolutely wonderful to work with My wife and I were in town for a Cardinals game We sat in the sun for most of the day

When we arrived at the hotel we noticed our air conditioning would no turn on Within minutes she had us in a different room She was prompt, courteous, polite, energetic and awesome at solving our situation; this all happened late night and she was the only one on staff at the time We will definitely revisit this hotel again

BED BUGS! Would NOT recommend this hotel Pulled back sheets after arriving to my room to find dried blood on the sheets and many hairs Called to notify desk to move me as they obviously had not laundered the sheets

Moved from room 216 to 321 Woke up at 3 am to a bed bug biting me with blood all over my side It made sense as the last room most likely had the same issue with the blood stained sheets – meaning it was never cleaned or treated for bed bugs! It’s obvious there is a lack of cleaning at this hotel, which is inexcusable in this current environment This was my first and last stay at this hotel!

Jonathan Quinn

This was a fairly disappointing experience and the hotel is suffering from the effects of a post pandemic world Hilton has eliminated daily housekeeping and the room shows how little cleaning is done between guest stays When I checked in I noticed several concerning cleanliness signs right away

Additionally hotel is severely understaffed as I was unable to get ahold of anyone at the front desk for 15 minutesBeware that this property charges for parking (in a garage they own) I’ve rarely been charged for parking at a Hampton Inn

The hotel/room was very clean! It well exceeded our expectations The breakfast each morning was hot and fresh From Eggs, Sausage Or Bacon, Waffles, Cereal, Muffins, Toast or Yogurt, the breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel before

ALL the staff was friendly and very helpful! The pool temperature was nice and comfortable Not too hot or too cold They even had a little guest service area where you could purchase drinks, chips, microwaveable dinners or pizzas, and few items such as a Tylenol, Advil etc The hotel is right by the interstate and located so close to the Zoo, Science Center, and the Arch! Minutes to each of our destinations and the Famous Hill for eating! Best hotel experience I’ve had and I would definitely stay again!

Whitney Myers

This is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had The staff at the hotel is super friendly, super helpful I accidentally left something in our hotel room after we had checked out

I did not realize it until I was already home (7 hours away) The staff was kind enough to ship it to me To me, that kind of customer service is above and beyond! I will stay there from now on when I visit St Louis The location is great, tons of things to do in the area, so close to the beautiful Forest Park The hotel is updated and very clean I cannot sing their praises enough! Amazing experience

Loren Robinett

Room was very clean! All the staff were extremely friendly and attentive There were several options for breakfast and it tasted amazing The staff seemed like they all really enjoyed being there! This was a great location

Only 5-10 min from the zoo! We will definitely be returning next time we come to town!! Thanks to the Hampton for having us as their guests!

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your hotel This website will compare countless booking websites and normally will have rates much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the best in the area

I have been coming here for years If you choose this place you won’t regret itWe were in town for a musical at The Fabulous Fox and decided to stay in the loop because we wanted to shop We were not disappointed! The Moonrise Hotel was quirky, comfortable, friendly, clean, and easily navigated The restaurant, The Eclipse, had a great bar where we enjoyed a few drinks after the show, and Sunday morning we had brunch there It was one of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had, and very reasonable Especially good were their pancakes, believe it or not They were made from scratch and had wonderful flavor If you stay at the Moonrise, be sure and eat in their restaurant The roof terrace bar was reserved for an engagement party, so that’s on our list for next time Parking was a bit of a concern because we had been told they were short-staffed and so didn’t have valet, but the parking lot was close by, easily accessible, and safe with a security guard We are usual patrons of the Chase Park Plaza, but we have decided the Moonrise is our new place to stay when we are in St Louis

Anthony Thomas

A unique hotel!Check in was really easy Justin at the front desk was great Friendly and offered recommendations around the city when it came to sights and restaurants

Everyone else we came into contact with was nice as wellThe room was clean with a view of the main street Bed was comfortable, with lots of layers Artwork was just as cool as in the lobby Coffee maker was the typical “hotel coffee maker”, but we brought our own Room had a ton of outlets, which was perfect for all the electronic devices, but didn’t have USB portsParking in the rear of the building seemed a little sketchy, but we didn’t have any problemsOverall a very nice hotel!

Thomas Maner

Me and my significant other stayed here after seeing a Hanson concert next door Very nice hotel! Our room was bigger then my apartment, the bed was comfy, the shower was amazing, and the staff was super friendly The restaurant was closed the day we were leaving but the complimentary danishes were good and the coffee is the best coffee I’ve ever had at a hotel! I defiantly recommend this if you need a place to stay in St

Louis

This was an amazing hotel with great customer service, clean rooms, a cozy little restaurant and beautiful art work They do have a little dress shop( it was not open but the clothing was very cute I was very impressed to learn that hotel is also fostering a puppy until its ready for his forever home

Extra bonus points for being a pet lover They do have a gym that was awesome The location is very convenient the fox theater is down the street a plus and there are various restaurants in the area The area was safe and clean The valet was very friendly and helpful It was a great stay and experience

Stacey Watson

Absolutely love this hotel The rooms are immaculate, spacious and colorful The view is great from the room and the roof top

This is my second time coming on a solo weekend getaway and it always gives me what I need I love you can choose the color of your room and the clawfoot bathtub is a must for pure relaxation The lobby is beautifully decorated with modern art and I like how the hotel incorporates touches of local artwork, has an art gallery and exhibits The rooftop bar is a great place and every bartender I’ve had made a great lemon drop Note the rooftop bar is only opened Wed-Sat

Maureen E.

Do not come here on the weekends if you need to get to sleep before midnight While it’s a cool thing to have a rooftop bar, the music— especially the bass— permeates to much lower floors They are nice and offer (useless) earplugs or to change the room, a hassle

But that should not be necessary They should be 100% upfront about loud music from the bar This hotel is way too expensive for this nonsense I don’t care about choosing a color room when what I really need to choose is whether to stay where loud music is a surprise part of the packageIf this was not the case I’d give this hotel a higher rating I’d come here to party, not for anything business related The artwork is beautiful; it’s a good boutique WEEKEND PARTY hotel This needs to be disclosed upfront for guests staying multiple days I wish I left sooner and this was a good experience, but I overstayed until party time

The hotel was ok It could’ve been much cleaner The pool area smelled like mold

Our room was small but that was fine The housekeepers are likely over worked They only clean certain days of the week on certain floors I was able to borrow a vacuum and clean up for ourselves I always travel with Lysol wipes too- which I’m glad I did It’s too bad because there is a lot of potential of them being a great hotel The free breakfast was great every morning

Dawn Harris

I really really have to laugh at someone leaving a review about being allergic to dogs and complaining about how many dogs were at the hotel Why did you stay at a very very pet friendly hotel then? You don’t get to give any review if that’s the caseThis place is great! Keep up the good work

L C

Not very positive experience Stayed 2 nights Was given a room that has a loud rumbling noise, and when I sat on the sofa and put my feet down, I could feel the floor vibrating which is ridiculous

Called the front desk and they called back later saying it’s from the compressor and offered to change room My concern is that this should be a known issue and how could the room still be offered to a customer The room we got later is on the first floor which has a musty smell And I could hear water constantly dripping inside the wall, probably from the compressor What make things worse is that the second night I found a bug on the washroom floor, which looks like a silverfish I was not able to sleep that night at all, listening to water dripping and wondering whether there could be more bugs in the room By the way, the sink in the washroom and bath didn’t drain fast enough I would say that this hotel needs some serious maintenance Not sure how could it get the 44 star Breakfast was not bad though, as the others mentioned, a lot of options comparing to other Marriott hotel I stayed lately

Ajia Sabella

My husband and I stayed here after seeing a show at the Fox – overall the hotel is very cozy and really has that “intimate” feel There aren’t a lot of rooms and, even though we were here on a Friday night, it was very quiet As other reviewers mentioned, it is an older building that has been retrofitted, so the rooms are slightly awkward and small

At night the pipes can be quite loud as well, but I think these things only add to the charm Our room was very clean – crisp white sheets, a spotless glass shower with a rain shower head, and pleasantly smelling The people at the front desk were all very welcoming and helpful They offered us options for dining (the hotel has two restaurants in the building) and even asked us if we needed driving directions when we checked out Free parking is also included, which is always a bonus The only thing preventing me from giving this hotel five stars was the lack of amenities in the room itself There was no coffee pot, microwave, or even an ice bucket (although there was a refrigerator) For our morning drink, we had to go downstairs to the coffee bar in the lobby, which was messy and slightly disorganized from the morning rush of guests preparing their drinks For a luxury hotel, I was expecting to be able to brew our own coffee in the comfort of our room but that is a minor complaint Cleanliness and customer service is the most important, and we definitely received that during our stay

Paul Seigfreid

My son and his wife stayed in the hotel We visited, changed our clothes and got ready for an event It is just as advertised

It reminded me so much of hotels in New York The rooms were a little small and Spartan but clean and quite nice The artwork and lay out of the lobby and community area was very nice I would stay in the hotel next time we’re in St Louis

Ruth Hunt

A cozy, quiet, & chic hotel With only 49 rooms it is pleasantly quiet but still has all the on-site amenities like gym, room service, & 2 restaurants The only items I felt were missing from the room were a microwave & blow dryer

Also if they could add free shuttle service to/from airport that would seal the deal But the room was nice, bed was comfortable, view was beautiful Serves its purpose for what I wanted in a downtown hotel👍🏽

My kids really loved this place! The breakfast was good and we’ve never stayed anywhere (that isn’t a large resort) with a fire pit and basketball court The pool was closed but there was a nearby sister hotel that was allowing use of their pool (we didn’t go, but it was an option) The rooms were comfortable and the employees were very friendly

The lady working in the evening/night was so nice and helpful! If we ever come back to St Louis we will definitely stay here again

Bob

The breakfast staff was attentive and there was a good variety The pool was nice and cleanThey did throw out my son’s shirt, which he should have gone down quicker to check on it

He left it in the pool area right around the time the pool closed, we were just surprised they threw it out instead of having it in lost and found There were stains on the furniture in the room, the room wasn’t set up for the correct number of guests There were no sheets for the pull out, and no shower gel in the dispenser in the bathroom, and not enough towels As Spire Elite members, our family spends a lot of time in hotels Wasn’t our best experience with a Staybridge, but we would give this location another chance

Sandra Hunter

Staybridge is our go to place when we travel However this visit was horrible Check in was suppose to be at 3pm we couldn’t until the room had been was inspected

which was fine The problem was we waited almost an hiur Once we checked into our room there was a hole in the bedroom ceiling The cabinet in the kitchen was off the hinges, the carpet was dirty with several spots The pull out couch was dirty and disgusting The mattress had so many spots and so much trash under the cushions and couch When we brought the issues to the front desk there reply was I’m not surprised Not sorry or let me see how we can make your stay better Needless to say we were very unhappy and disappointed

This hotel is far overdue for a remodel The rooms were incredibly worn and outdated The metal surfaces are rusting in the bathrooms, the shower pan is severely stained and wasn’t cleaned properly and there was hair stuck to the walls and ceilings of the bathroom

The shower door was crooked which made it difficult to open or close plus the handle on the shower inside was falling off The bathmat was stained and the soap dish was also stained and grossThe HVAC unit in the room is extremely loud while running so good luck getting any sleep through the night with that on The walls are very thin – could hear my neighbor coughing and blowing his nose through the wallsThe chair in the room had a mysterious white stain on the cushion, noticeably in a spot where it would land between your legs The curtains were falling off The kitchenette furniture piece was all chipped and very wornThe third floor must’ve been a previous smoking floor because it smelled awful It was also extremely cold on that floor and during my stay it never got above 60 degrees outside Not sure why that warrants the AC on blast for that floorI received a text message from someone named Jasmine on their team asking how my stay was on my second day and I mentioned my broken shower door and dirty room and would like a refresh and new towels and never received itAfter checkout I noticed a charge on my account for a meal there that I never had They reversed the charge but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place Better protocols should be in place for charging to roomsit is 2022 after allThis property is in desperate need of a remodel and is in no condition to be accepting guests It is outdated, unsanitary and not run well per my personal experience

Hello Chocolate

Our 50th High school reunion was at this facility All activities were held at this location from Friday evening to finish on Sunday morning Staff was courteous, helpful and friendly

Made you feel welcome! Questions were answered and if information not known they found the answer and gave it to you My roommate needed an accessible room with the roll in shower — it was amazing!! Large with a built in bench to sit on (transfer) and plenty of space Her scooter was able to move from space to space without any problem

David Guenthardt

I had a good stay here I felt like an inconvenience at breakfast, otherwise service was ok I didn’t realize that this the sketchy side of town, but security was great and there weren’t any safety issues

It was an easy 20 min drive into downtown St Louis, and only a few minutes from the airport The hotel even provides a shuttle if don’t want to rent a car Nice gym, but A/C wasn’t working Room was clean, functional

I stayed here while traveling cross country with my dog The staff was VERY sweet and the location was excellent There were just a few things that were concerning

the suite had a very strong bleach smell—it was almost nauseating and the room needed airing out The room was nowhere near the pool, but it smelled like an indoor pool Additionally, the grounds/facilities were immaculate and well cared for, but there were some very unsavory characters just sort of hanging around, making it a bit dodgy to go out and walk my dog I stayed as close to my room as I could, as a result Finally, the hotel does not provide any coffee in the morning, which was disappointing It really should I was told that I could make coffee in my roombut really, a hotel should provide coffee to guests

The hotel was nice, the rooms were very clean The beds were comfy and checking in the workers were very niceOnce I got my room key, it was connected to the wrong room, so I had to go back, and it ended up being an easy fix

The room was 80 degrees when we got in there, we called about the air and they said it was working, so we stayed the first night The second day it got up to 85 in the room, they had Maintenace come to the room, and he said he wasn’t authorized to work on the unit, and we had to wait until the next day which was not acceptable Unfortunately, they didn’t have any rooms for us to transfer to and we had to check outchecking out I had to wait 25 minutes in line because only one person was available, and it was very busy

Beware – they dropped our group of reservations and did not reach out to let us know until we called to confirm We had made these reservations approx 3 months in advance and received confirmation numbers According to the front desk, this hotel was recently bought out by another company and lost a large group of reservations when the systems switched over

Luckily we called to confirm and found out before we got there but still have to scramble to find new reservations on our own two days before our stay! They offered no compensation and did not attempt to help us find a new place It’s probably a nice hotel but Reserve at your own risk and call to confirm multiple times to be safe!

I have to say, as a hotel manager, I’m jealous! I wish my hotel was as nice as this one This is a great place to stay short or long term! Firstly, the staff are really kind Amy at the front desk was super helpful and answered all of my questions

The hotel itself was awesome! It’s really modern and clean I know it’s a new build, but still The elevator was insane Super spacious, and it didn’t even feel like you were moving The room we stayed in was really nice too Big bathroom with all of the ameneties (HUGE shower with good water pressure), comfortable bed, spacious kitchen with plates, cups, bowls, every utensil you could possibly need, full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove, everything Our room was spotless The breakfast was really good too! A lot of options I would totally recommend staying here

We were greeted as soon as we walked in by the desk staff Overall this is a fairly new hotel and everything was in good shape The pool was nice to have if a little small, and the logistics and staff were a little overwhelmed with the breakfast rush

Location was good, though during busy times it would be difficult/impossible to turn left out of the parking lotThe staff was able to bring up some more firm pillows after the first nightI also appreciated the EV charging spots

Zach & Mary Abbott

We loved this hotel and plan to return anytime we are back in the area Super clean and very nice! But most importantly, our daughter left behind her blanket that she’s had since a baby Any parent knows all the tears that were involved once back home and realized we lost it

But I called the hotel and Alex (an employee) went above and beyond to find it!! So needless to say, the staff are incredible and made one little girl very very happy!

I have stayed in this hotel for a total of 53 days this year Everything is excellent The rooms are clean and well decorated, the staff is mega friendly and the fitness center is top quality

I will continue to stay here as long as I have business in the area The restaurant is absolutely wonderful Everything I’ve had has been delicious (even the Food I don’t normally like) I would definitely recommend staying here if at all possible

The Meridien is the kind of hotel that reminds you why hotels are wonderful in the first place Every part of our experience exceeded expectations -starting with the decor which is a modern Art Deco that mixes comfort and luxury The pool is a great size, with a massive lounge area full of recliners, couches, and even a spa water section

Extremely attentive staff are available for every question you have and always on hand to offer a beverage It felt like they truly wanted us to have an amazing stay The food was surprisingly delicious for hotel fare, and affordable enough that we were able to order room service multiple times The rooms were spacious, with very comfortable beds, views of downtown, and luxurious bathrooms In short, this experience was so good that I wrote my first Google review about it I wish we never had to leave!!

My wife and I love the service we’ve received from the staff! We had our wedding and reception here a few years ago and the staff helped to make such an enjoyable experience! I’ve always loved staying at Embassy Suites for their spacious suites but this location is certainly unique building structure, layout, and high ceilings The breakfast is great and they offer delicious cook to order omelettes The evening bar reception Is always a nice touch and the bartender was super friendly despite the number of guests that arrived all at once

Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an enjoyable stay with friendly service!

Worst hotel ever High price No clean room service

Valets parking $42 per day Smelly carpet I found wet towel under dry towel Broken calling light fixture Dirty yellow big stain on standing lights fixtures The refrigerator door is not closed well Push the door very hard to close Couch was tearing All furniture colors are faded Very delayed all service Broken detergent machine when I needed laundry and hotel said the machine is not belong to us Go to dollar store So so dirty swimming pool water Whirlpool pool is broken and water temperature is not warm Let people still using it I don’t understand why this hotel has high reviews I feel like staying a ghost hotel

Jon Rustad

The room was very spacious for our family We also picked a room very close to the pool, on the fifth floor This worked out really well for going to the pool and coming back with the kids

The breakfast was good, my daughter and I went down early and had no weight When the rest of the family went down at 8 o’clock, there was a large line for food and it took about 20 minutes to get through it The front desk is very helpful Beware of parking, the valet overnight parking is $39 We chose to do street parking since it was free from 7 PM to 8 AM and you can use the app to pay for the spot before after that time There is a risk for street parking in a downtown metro area, but we felt safe with the area we were in and saved a lot of money!

I took a weekend getaway to St Louis and made a reservation here because of the location Once I arrived I was greeted with smiling faces and welcoming attitude

The young lady at the front counter was so nice and checked me in quickly She suggested different rooms and gave me an option I was very thankful for that because I was able to get a room with a balcony The front lobby was clean and very appealing I was so tired from my long drive that I forgot to take pictures of the room The room was very clean and nice There wasn’t a microwave or fridge in the room if I’m not mistaken you have to request it We were able to walk to the Union Station which was great because we didn’t have to pay for parking If I’m every in town again I most definitely will stay

Kelly Williams-Ihlendorf

I know others have said it, but it bears repeating The staff at this hotel are truly amazing They are always looking for ways to make the guest more comfortable in any way they can

There was a complementary grab and go breakfast, and I saw a staff member insist on making one up for a customer at 2:00 in the afternoon, who had not been aware of it in the morning There were literally one to two people in the lobby at any given time who would ask you what they could help with as soon as you entered the lobby

I had made a reservation with this hotel and made me pay $320 more than I already had paid I experienced discrimination, racism, and they also said that I should get a different hotel because this hotel was to expensive for me Overall I wouldn’t recommend getting any rooms from here unless you are OK with discrimination, racism, and making you feel like you are worthless and judging you

M B

$200 for a room that is no better than a Best Western It was very disappointing I only stayed here because it was close by, and I needed a room for a night

No, my wife wasn’t mad at me I just had a few drinks and wasn’t going to drive anywhere Anyway, $200 is cheaper than a DWI, but this room was definitely not worth then price you’d pay for it

I come to town once a month, on average, and always stay here I’ve tried other hotels and nothing compares to the service you receive at Hilton Frontenac The restaurant is incredible, they clean the rooms thoroughly, and room service is so quick!! The property is older but in amazing condition and well kept

It has such great charm, but what makes it amazing is the people They are always kind, asking if they can help, and treat you like you are their oldest friend Part of me wants to give bad reviews just to ensure vacancy for my own stays! Well done, Hilton Frontenac! Thanks for always making my stay great!

Larry Hill

The grand entrance left me confused when I got to my pedestrian room The hotel is older but seems to be well kept in public areas The rooms are in need of serious updates and a deep clean

Dirty carpet, dust, and rusty/crusty shower fixtures The AC will not cool the room during the day It will be hot It’s hot in the halls Shower has great pressure and the glass goes all the way up for a steam The pool area is nice

Joe Rallo

If I could give zero stars I would First room they gave us had terrible mold growing in the closet Second room was better but it seemed this part of the hotel was ignored

Room service never picked up dirty dishes left in hallway for at least 2 days Stained carpets in the hallway, very old outdated rooms This hotel was at one time a very nice place but time is taking it’s toll on her and it’s obvious owners are not reinvesting Great location but definitely not worth the rates Due to the severity of the mold growth this was not a recent issue and you can tell it’s been going on for sometime We couldn’t have been the first to complain Total health issue Very disappointed

This hotel is excellent! And very dog friendly with amazing staff! I’ve stayed here before and so happy I chose to come back I have added this stop as a staple for traveling between east-west coasts I was fortunately given a room on the first floor which had easy access to the side door and it was so convenient for taking my dog out

The area is also perfect with a dog park down the street I also really appreciated the help I received every time I went to the front desk Everyone was lovely I’m looking forward to coming back!

Brooke McTavish

The entire staff we had contact with was super friendly and helpful every time The breakfast staff was on top of it! Charlene in particular was fantastic! She was helpful, super funny, kind, and always making sure everyone was taken care of She went above and beyond to help others, even the kid that thought sausage gravy was oatmeal

Everything was very clean and our room was nice I’d definitely stay here again

Donna Trovarello

The hotel itself was OK Because we brought our dog, they did not come in and clean our room People left out entire bags of garbage and linens in the hallway, which made it look very messy

The included breakfast was very good The 2 ladies who worked the breakfast in the morning were fabulous! They were friendly and they were worker bees I will say all of the staff was lovely No complaints with the staff The hotel was in an area that was accessible to a lot of things, but you definitely needed a car if you wanted to go to the aquarium or the arch

I booked a room for myself, my mother, and brother as we were going to Siteman Cancer Center and this was very close to the BJ west campus Neighborhood is nice Very clean when we arrived and the front desk was very helpful and professional

We get to the room Seems pretty clean, but after looking around, there was a wet, used washcloth hanging over the shower There was no hand soap for the bathroom sink, so we used the provided shower gel to wash our hands, until that ran out, too We also noticed there was only a thin, translucent screen covering the window (on a ground-level room!), and after testing, realized you could see into our room completely There were no shades to be able to draw, so anyone walking by could look directly in and see everything Obviously, it did not make for a very sound-sleep as the bed was right next to said window
