I’d made a reservation for a queen bedroom since my fiancé and I just needed a place to stay while moving I got charged for a completely different room They said that a studio was what I had reserved

I pulled up my email conformation and showed them that I had reserved a queen bed and not a whole studio I had to pay for the studio cause they were out of regular queen rooms The room we did get was nice though

Theo B

-Just thankful that I had a roof over my head-NOTHING to write home about: if the rooms cost below $15000 a night, you will get EXACTLY what you paid for

If the hotel doesn’t charge an incidental fee upon check in: you will get EXACTLY what you paid for#ImJustSaying

Nice cozy hotel with a beautiful scenery on the back side The staff was really friendly and accommodating Breakfast was great, simple, but filling

The rooms were nice, but not what we expected They were clean and looked wonderful, but we expected a bit more roomOverall great experience!

Nicholas Cox

Rented a small conference room here to film a deposition; so I don’t know what the actual rooms are like The lobby is beautiful Friendly staff

They only gave us access to the free/open “lobby” wifi It seems to be working well, I just wish we could have been given access to a more secure networkThe coffee in the breakfast area is fresh and tasty Which is important because I take it blackLots of options for food nearby Whatever you’re into, looks like they might have it

Where to start This was a branded hotel The clerk not a very pleasant person

Now the room, half the lights didn’t work No bedside tables or plugs to charge your phone or perhaps plug in any medical device you may need No secondary locks on door TV remote didn’t work except to change channels Wife found hair on blow dryer Toilet not square to wall so when you sit on it , it directs your legs into door And best for last, no smoke detectors at all

Some of the rooms are good, others not so much For instance, in one of them there were some bugs Some of the staff are a bit on the warmer side, while others will make you wonder if they are going to find a reason to throw you out and keep your money

What really bothers me is the parking fee and in addition they charge it every day that you’re there, and this is a common practice among many hotels but it really should be illegal It maybe listed in whatever site that you are looking at but it’s definitely in the fine print, so you may want to double check to make sure you’ve read everything If you’re not aware of it it’s always a surprise when you check in and if you have a non refundable it’s not always convenient The breakfast is not free I just don’t suggest bringing any pets or animals with you in fact it’s confusing because on the website we booked through this hotel said they had a very strict no pets policy but then they let you bring your animals with no fee This hotel still has a good rate, but they could use some improvement and again the parking fee is troublesome There is no ventilation in the rooms and some of them have an albeit very strong smoky smell

Edward James Trovada

Place is way overpriced for what it is A very old, outdated hotel The rooms, carpet, and decor are clearly decades old

They charge $15 for their breakfast “buffet” which has less things in it than most hotels give you in complimentary breakfasts even what they did provide was mediocre at best, the oatmeal and the syrup were both watery, and the waffle maker was not well maintained if you want any kind of egg, potato, or meat, you have to pay extraTheir “restaurant” is a straight up dive bar, and the food there was, again, mediocre Heck, they even watered down the ranch that came with my onion rings, and my bbq bacon cheeseburger was completely falling apartThe service was hit or miss depending on who helped us at the front, but it was usually an attitude of making us feel stupid for things I asked where the restaurant was for the drink coupons I had and to utilize my $25 credit for food The front desk person told me I have to go outside and around the corner to the bar like it was obviousno lady, what is obvious is the area marked “restaurant” would he where I’d go to get foodEvery time I think I’m sufficiently lowering the bar enough for expectations, something else keeps lowering it more

Richard Balko

This place was a bit priceyThe room I stated and could have been much cleaner If they lowered the price I would stay there again

I’m so glad to be out of Southern California All citizens in California are being burned over prized for items Needed to live on Gasoline prices are insane The cost of living there is out of sorts And overpriced Animal wage should be much higher This is what I meant earlier saying citizens of California in zip California are being ripped off

If I could put negative stars I would! Our room had NO towels When we called down to ask for some, no answer on the phone When we walked downstairs, nobody was at the desk…we waited for 45 minutes for an employee

Nobody ever came! Our room had RAZOR BLADES on the floor Hair clumps LOTS of hair clumps in the bed! Nobody cared when we called to bring these items to their attention We were simply told “Oh yeah, this is common for our hotel Nothing unusual there!” Management will not call us back and bother to even try to make things right! We paid $300 for one night in the most DISGUSTING and FILTHY hotel ever I do NOT recommend this place at all!!!!! GROSS

J Califas

Room smelled wierd The pillows were missing pillow covers and the sheets looked kinda dirty There was a hair scrunchy in the shower from the prior guest

We had to make multiple trips to the front desk to address this Customer service was good but I wish they paid better attention to cleanliness so it would avoid the trouble of bothering them to fix Will most likely not be staying here again

D Haigler

Our stay started off by entering a room that wasn’t prepped for a stay, the couch and table were flipped as if someone just got done with sleeping in the room So we had to go back and show the front desk and they gave us a new room Got all tucked into bed when we woke up the AC had gone out in the room to another room move so we moved rooms in less then 24hr period very inconvenient

When we finally got settled in the 3rd floor was very very hot and it had an odor as smelled if they just did a carpet cleaning, and with 100degree heat it didn’t mix well I would truly say that The gentleman at the front desk his name was Felipe helped us with a friendly smile and felt like he was doing everything in his power to male us feel welcome But overall wasn’t satisfied with the hotel The last thing that was inconvenient, in the description they had a spa but when we went out to check it out it was cemented in which sucked

An amazing hotel that has maintained the past and blended it with the present The views are awesome and the place is peaceful A perfect place for meditation and yoga

Despite of being just next to the highway, the silence takes one away on a ride to serenity The foods are good, waiters are gentle and responsive The swimming pool is just at a perfect place, away from the regular gathering point

Aamod Paudel

I found the place spacious The pool wasn’t really that clean Food was 3/5, the rooms are spacious with balcony

The view looks amazing from the rooms I didn’t like the bathrooms though Although they were pretty clean, they were outdated and most of the bathrooms had atleast one issue The staffs were friendly though The price would’ve been worth it if the bathrooms were properly maintained

anuj pradhananga

The hotel has a good view from the rooms But the pool was not as expected It is just ok

The food was not good enough for the quality of a resort There is no room services We cannot even call the reception for anything as there is no phone service We have to call using our mobile phonesFood: 2/5View: 4/5Room services: 0/5Pool: 2/5

Great service! Everyone at the front desk was lovely – especially Sean The lobby was clean and inviting, the rooms were comfortable and fresh smelling (and I was happy they came equipped with a microwave and fridge), and the hot tub was the perfect temperature Had a lovely stay and would definitely return

The only slightly annoying thing was how loud the doors were when they shut, I happened to have pretty active neighbors and every time they opened/closed that door in the late evening it woke me out of my sleep

Luba K

Amazing brand new hotel!! Everything is super clean and still has a new furniture smell Beds & pillows are very comfortable Room was very spacious with a large bathroom, microwave & mini fridge

Location is great too- about 30 min out from the beach, Target right around the corner, and coffee and restaurants near by The breakfast was great– omlettes made to order and decent selection of breakfast items Patio had plenty of seating & was pretty cozy Pricing was very competitive compared to other lower grade hotels in the area Would definitely be staying here again on out next trip

Matthew Mori

Stayed here recently on a business trip I will definitely be coming backI have had a hard time finding someplace reasonable in this area that I felt comfortable

The location is perfect for what I need and everything felt really comfortableClean, friendly staff, breakfast included, plenty of parking One bonus was the proximity to other food and my business interestsThanks Ayers for treating me well I’ll be seeing you again soon

Overall we had a hreat experience here The room was clean with fresh linens (though the cabinet holding the mini fridge was damaged resulting in some sharp edges we had to watch the kids around

) The breakfast was good They had some hot options They kept the amount out smaller than other places we have stayed at This resulted in getting hotter food, but sometimes having to wait a while for them to refill a pan The front desk was friendly Location fairly convenient to things we needed, but not right by anything Our main issue this visit is that we were to there would be 1 housekeeping during our 5 night stay I scheduled this upon check-in and it did not happen I then requested it for the following day and it did not happen all I ended up getting them to do for us, over the 5 nights, is empty the trash once and get us some clean towels

Eric Valadez

I used to stay here all the time before the pandemic to visit family and friends Ignore the negative reviews Reading reviews people are acting as if service went down hill and due to the no turn down service unless 4 day stay you would run out of supplies and also that the free breakfast went downhill

Because of this I went to the hotel with extra toilet paper, trash bags, tissues and snacks I was there for 3 nights and did not need any of this Staff was friendly and attentive I had enough supplies that I did not need to request more and if I did the staff would provide it The hot breakfast was from 7-10 weekends and once went to 10:30 Breakfast during the week was 6-9 When something ran out it was replaced as fast as humanely possible while having to be cooked There was eggs, sausage, waffles, cereals, oatmeal, fruit, coffee, tea, juice, water, bagels, and various breads Room was clean I was worried the place went downhill, but it was just the same as it’s always been Will be staying again

Gordon Cohen

The hotel facility was lovely and room was huge Front desk was very courteous and helpful, except for the limitations shown below However, we could not get any housekeeping for our 4-day stay and had to ask daily for new linen

Garbage and old linen pickup had to be left outside the room in the hall Breakfast was substandard relative to Fairfield Inns

The only reason this hotel is getting two stars is because they had friendly front desk staff and a tasty omelette station for breakfast Other than that this Hilton brand hotel was disgusting and disappointing Having worked for Hilton in the past I’m shocked that this hotel still falls under the Hilton category

The rooms were disgusting… hair in the shower, food spilled on the desks, furniture all chipped and old looking, etc My mom and I spent one night and each of our beds had two pillows (really, that’s it?) So I called for more and it took over an hour for them to be delivered The doors into the rooms slam shut so loud that you can hear it in your room down the hall which is really fun late at night But even more fun was when the person staying above us came home at 2:45am and walked around his or her room for 30 minutes and we could hear it all! There is horrible insulation at this hotel and since then I’ve always asked to stay on the top floor at hotels from this one bad experienceKudos to the front desk staff for being friendly and the kitchen people for being personable and working well under pressureThe rest of the hotel was a complete dump and did not live up to the Hilton standard

Darren L

Hotel management needs to be retrained by corporate Came at 4:30, room was not ready Front desk staff said it’s not ready and wouldn’t say anything more

I checked in with the app and the room was immediately available; front desk staff were useless and didn’t care I had to ask for our Diamond member bags as front desk staff didn’t even care, it’s like they were high on weed I’ve never been to a Hilton with this level of poor quality service I hope that corporate comes down here and demotes the management and brings in a fixer The Hilton brand is definitely not being represented here Also the elevators are all out of permit compliance and it shows with how poorly they operate

Kendra Allen

The location is good, close to shopping resturants, wineries and interstate 15 There is construction going on next to the property but I wasn’t disturbed by it Plenty of free parking available, although there was a pothole that needs to be filled where cars enter and exit from behind/side of building

The room was nice, clean and spacious I could tell the furniture wasn’t new because it had scratches and marks on it The bed was so comfortable The balcony door was off track so I couldn’t open it The make-up wash cloth was a nice touch along with make-up remover wipes The bathroom sink dripped water which was a little annoyingThey have a reception hour from 5:30-7:00pm with light bites and 2 free drinks per guest in each room The bartender was so nice and offered me a map of the city with things to do to make my stay enjoyable The pool was clean and inviting The hot tub worked just wish there were jets for the upper back Plenty of lounge chairs and tables for seating The lounge area was nice with plenty of seating areas and shade covering from the sunThe free breakfast was good Omelettes are made fresh Scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage links, toast, bagels, oatmeal, cereals, yogurt, fruit, coffee, tea, and juicesUpon checkout the housekeeper was vacuuming the floor and the hallway smelled because of the full bag that needed to be changed If I could smell it I know she should’ve unless she was used to the smell Yuck The area where I used the entry/exit door on the side of the building to get to my car had an odor and the door was hard to open

We were on a road trip and wanted a place for one night We checked in late which was no problem Entering the room it looked definitely not like in the pictures

Hair on the pillows and sheets The blanket we were supposed to sleep in was dirty The remote didn’t work Wifi not available because the signal was too low The lady at the front desk wasn’t helpful at all The next morning I wanted to take a shower Oh No hot water Back to the front desk but the woman there couldn’t help either So we left We didn’t expect much but that was beyond every bad expectation If we had slept in the car it would have been at least clean Never again

Ok here’s the list1 No phone2

Air conditioner did not work, it would literallyFreeze over with a sheet of ice3The door did not close let alone lock, it could be pushed open with very little effort4 No coffee maker5 I had to give a $10 deposit to get the remote control I never got my deposit back6 The room was dirty, like someone had thrown hands of dirt on to the floor I wore shoe’s the entire stayI gave it one star because of the way the hotel is laid out, it’s quiet and private in the back where I wasNot worth $10000

rooms were ok a bit pricey went online and they were the least expensive in price with rooms but then when we arrive to get a room it wasn’t what the price was listed online and it had a deposit on top of it

and the shower towels were very small too and there wasn’t a very good blanket on the bed to sleep with it was practically just a sheet but on the plus side for them when checking out I was told that they came to my room trying to give us some more blankets and I did in fact get my deposit as well so overall it was ok only thing I wasn’t happy with was the price but overall it was ok

I stayed there a few days ago and had a great overnight The price is on par with the surrounding area The quality is definitely there

I had a king size, non smoking room and the bed was comfy and very easy to sleep in The TV had satellite, so lots of channels to choose from All the staff I met were extremely kind and helpful There was a hot breakfast in the morning and it was great Eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, a variety of toast/bagels, cereal, coffee, juicesI can keep going The quality and variety of the breakfast made the cost of the hotel even more of a value

Terry Miller

I enjoyed our stay staff was very helpful and nice Marcus and Vicky went above and beyond their jobs and helped us out with getting to and from the airport when needed They truly need raises And sweet Sandra housekeeper she really kept our room very clean

And they all loved our baby Freckles We will truly miss the staff their in Hemet Best Western Plus We spent nights in Best Western hotels coming across to Tennessee and this is one of the best ones we’ve stayed in If we’re ever back in town we will surely stay with you guys again Thank you all for such a wonderful time and stay

So we stayed here over the president’s weekend and there are a few minor problems First we asked for a room with a king bed and sofa bed, the king bed is fine but the sofa bed is in terrible condition Out of 8 spring only 2 were there so a fee times my son would slip through the big hole

The pool is not heated ao its very cold and unuseable and jacuzzi is not working Their phone needs the cocer panel It’s not all bad, their breakfast is good and their customer service is very nice

Third week in a row staying here for 3 weekdays at a time For the price its very good, better than most peers Clean, friendly staff, quiet rooms

Area is not great, yet felt as safe,or better, as most $100+ a night place I did not see any homeless or shady people around Only ding, is breakfast is limited to 7 to 9, and is a brown bag of various choices, to take back to room to eat Rooms appropriate size, bathroom a little tight, but clean and usable Did not see any mold or gunk on carpet as indicated by several “local guides” And no smell of smoke in any of the 3 rooms I stayed in Not a local guide, just a well traveled Dude

Neyirys

I’ve seen crack houses in better condition then this hotel We arrived at 1am and there were already homeless people sitting outside asking for help Upon entering the hotel it smelled like feces

The male receptionist didn’t great us with a smile The keys to our room did not work The room smelled like mold We left in the morning and there was no breakfast left The bathroom was filled with mold and we had broken furniture in our room unsafe for our children This place needs better management and staff This is a $70 hotel at the most yet we paid double

Jasmine

If I could give 0 stars I would The room was absolutely filthy and the entire hotel smells like smoke It honestly looked like someone had just made the bed and that was it

The bed was covered in long black hair from the guest who occupied it before us and down the side of the bed sheets was a nasty brown streak There was hair on the bathroom floor as well as the fact that the tub was surrounded with mold The walls also had a sticky substance on them I would stay far away from this hotel

Nice clean rooms, with comfortable beds, easy parking Breakfast spread was just what we needed and the staff are amazing Night and day shifts both were a pleasure to work with

They even went above and beyond to locate a sentimental shirt that was left there and were able to return it to me Thank you so much! 10/10

Good time here , I wish the digital key worked better at the side entrances and the pool but hopefully that will be fixed The breakfast here was exceptional I enjoyed my feast The cinnamon waffles and veggie omlet sealed it perfectly

I wish they did offer more options though as always The rooms were good but kind of thin walls Only complaint was the coffee not being available 24/7, low water pressure, fridge not cold enough and no one answers the lobby phone during the night

The customer service from the staff was amazing! The pillows were a different story They were flat and and have seen better days I’m sure We had to double them over for volume

The entryway had both of the bulbs burnt out so our room was dim The coffee maker still had creamer powder on it from the previous guest so I don’t know how thorough the cleaning was

Nice clean hotel Great location Close proximity to shopping and restaurants

Only problem is they advertised truck and bus parking which usually means they have ample amount of parking space for commercial trucks and buses, which was not the case Parking is very limited Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay Would definitely recommend

I believe the manager I was speaking to during check in was named Christian He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as pleasant as possible As a person who travels frequently, it has been rare to find such gentleman, and professional qualities in the hospitality business~ I will add the quality of the room was also top notch

It will be a pleasure to stay here again on my next visit Thank you~

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights I agree with most reviewers that the hotel is nice and clean However, we had a very unpleasant experience that one of our laptop computers, which we left in the room on the desk plugged in and charging, was stolen from the room during the day prior to the last night of our stay

The way it was handled by the stuff in the hotel was extremely unpleasant Upon reporting the incident in the morning I was told immediately, without any checking, that no one from the hotel staff has entered our room all day yesterday Upon reminding that I asked for clean towels when we were leaving the room yesterday morning and got them delivered to us during the day, which means that someone must have been in the room, we were told that there is no way that this could be checked because there are no cameras in the hotel When I did locate the cameras, two of them in front of our room and told that to the staff, I was told that they have not been working since last week and that service is supposed to come and fix them tomorrow They offered to compensate us for the loss in the amount they chose, ie for the 3 out of the 5 nights When I mentioned that this amount does not cover the value of my laptop, not to mention the potential damage due to security risk as well as time and money needed to recover the content, I was told that hotel cannot compensate us for the full stay because we did use hotel services It did not really matter to them that the services they provided were worth less than the damage we suffered by being robbed in their hotel Eventually I asked for the hotel manager contact info, which I got, and I emailed General Manager this morning, describing briefly what has happened and asking to give me a call to talk about it As of this time, which is late in the evening, I have not received any response I did report the whole case to the Moreno Valley police department Based on this experience, I think that this hotel is not safe and that staff and management does not truly care about it I would strongly recommend staying away from it
