Finally a hotel where I could walk barefoot in the room without worry! No slippers necessary! Our room was CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN; did I say Clean? King size bed was very comfortable, room was large including a kitchen area, fridge with ice maker, and a dishwasher! We used the BBQ grills out by the pool for dinner one night Could not ask for a better experience The hotel is in a great location, very nice walking area outside for my dog to run a bit, nice breakfast also

Absolutely no complaints Oh, and the staff were very kind and accommodating Met the manager and was very impressed – I can see why the hotel has such great reviews It all starts with the people who work there Kudos to you all! We will be back Thank you

L J

The rooms are good sized with very nice amenities Plenty of storage space Great little kitchen with full-size dishwasher, microwave and fridge and a two burner cooktop, as well as dishes and pans

There is a nice desk area, super comfy bed and pillows Very helpful and friendly staff (Be aware that there are no maintenance personnel on the weekends) There is a TV in bedroom as well as in living spaceA few minor negatives which could easily be corrected-Lighting over the bathroom mirror was poor, and tub did not drain very well Kitchen garbage can is too small and barely held paper plates from one mealI really appreciated the laundry facilities which were provided at no charge I would definitely stay there again and would recommend

Kev Nowers

I really enjoyed our stay here and would come back The rooms were really nice as were the grounds and common areas Every interaction with the staff was friendly with a smile and conversation

Breakfast options are great and the food tastyOur group also used the conference room which was comfortable, clean and adequate The parking isn’t ideal as we had to park in the rear and walk a bit to the actual building so I had concerns about the vehicle’s security There weren’t any issues just a worry with it not parked near the building

I’ve stayed at a lot of comfort inns and this one is one of the nicest ones yet The staff is really friendly and the bed is kinda comfortable (it’s a firm mattress and I like the soft ones) There was a couch in my room too which made it a nice place to sit and eat without worrying about messing up the bed

Also had a little patio with a couple of chairs which was a great place to relax after hiking at Zion all day Just don’t leave the door open or else you’ll get A TON of gnats coming into your room They offer free complimentary breakfast and it has all the basics Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would stay here again the next time I’m here to hike Zion

Vanessa Nguyen

So far our stay has been fine but we like to leave the do not disturb sign on during our whole stay unless we really need something cleaned since we don’t like invasion of our space and twice the sign was taken off when we leave for the day and come back Also the tip envelope is something We’ve never experienced before during our stays at any other hotels Other than that everything so far seems to be good

The sheets are soft and the bed comfortable The ac works well and the bathroom seems clean

Mitty Matty

What a nice hotel to stay at outside of Zion! They have a wonderful hot tub and pool which we loved after doing the hikes up in Zion The breakfast had several different things such as waffles, eggs, sausage, muffins, cereal, yogurt, and a few bread items as well as coffee/juices I would say the breakfast was a 10/10!As far as the room goes, it was spectacular with no complaints at all! The bed was super comfortable plus we had a couch in our room which was nice to have sitting on

The woman at the front desk was super friendly and answered all of the questions I had They have a laundry facility on site in case you need to do laundry and they were pretty fast (30 minutes roughly) The internet was also super fast in case you need to use the WiFi for anything! All in all, I would say this was a perfect 5/5 and we’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re back in the area for Zion!

My family nicknamed this one “fairly adequate field” For the good: very friendly front desk, the refurbish was good and the rooms are in really nice shape for the age of this hotel – plus it is apparently a NO PET hotel which I applaud given my family’s allergy issues Our bad experience here was 1) the breakfast was not to the standard of usual Marriott brand franchises

The juice machine was out of order I would have thought they’d bring in some juice boxes or at least some bottles of water – but nope And there wasn’t much to choose from to eat One flavor of mini muffins, oatmeal, 3 cold cereals, white and wheat bread for toast, and some quiche things or a pre-made sausage biscuit, and one option of milk and yogurt which seemed to alternate by day 2) housekeeping We were gone the entire day skiing and we were looking forward to a made up rooms and fresh towels for showers on our return But apparently they only make up your room if you specifically request it They were happy to give us new towels though The price was good though; and considering the price we got, I may have been expecting too much

Cliff Felkins

We checked in for a 3 night stay We noticed after the first night , know one cleaned our room We thought they might have forgotten so we didn’t think much about it

After the second night they still didn’t clean our room or gave us new towels I called the front desk and they told me they didn’t clean rooms until after 3 days and if I wanted new towels to come to the front desk and they would give me some They said I should have been told that when checking in But I didn’t receive that info Very disappointed !!

Peter Weiss

It’s ok We have stayed here twice on the way to/from Southern California It is close to the highway and relatively new

The downside is one of our stays the room was not cleaned, food in the fridge and bed not made (ewwww) They were able to accommodate us with another room, but this should never happenIt can get busy and run out of rooms, so plan accordingly

We have been to this hotel a handful of times over the years and have never left disappointed The facilities and room cleanliness are excellent, the staff is friendly and the breakfast has many different choices, including bacon, sausages, eggs, biscuits and gravy…We did not travel with a pet, but the hotel is pet friendly and there are lots of grassy areas for your pet to enjoyCurrently, the hotel is undergoing renovations and the family suite we were staying in has been updated very nicely

The new mattresses were too firm for our liking, but other than that everything was wonderful

Melissa Morris

Staff is so friendly We didn’t have a reservation because we weren’t planning on stopping I got to the desk after 10p and booked with some points that I had

The guy at the desk was amazing Easy simple booking process Got to the room King size bed, pull out couch Good size room Clean, comfortable and great views Breakfast was great Lots of variety Glad we stopped here Will definitely book this place again when vacationing and not just coming for a pit stop

Melissa Hamilton

Stayed here recently while attending a funeral for my dear cousin They are currently under reconstruction The front desk staff were very friendly and kind

I had forgotten my toothbrush, and they have them at no charge The breakfast was actually pretty good And we stayed in a bigger sweet and it was nice The beds are a little firm, but some people like firm beds All in all a good experience

Breakfast was great, hot tub was comfortable, excercise machines were in service Housekeeping was available when needed We had a pleasant and very positive experience Thank you Hyatt!

Very nice hotel, super friendly staff Our light in our room was flickering, we called the from desk Minutes later a gentleman was there to change both lights

There are two charging electric vehicle parking spots behind the hotel near the door Everything to do in St George is fairly short drive way, good breakfast Well prices, and I will stay there again

As a stop in the middle of a long drive, we needed something nice, CLEAN and COMFY-this was just what we were looking for I scoured the reviews of the other hotels on our way-many looked good but many were dog-friendly, which was not something we were needing We couldn’t be happier with our choice in this hotel

It had a beautiful and modern design-so clean and every employee we interacted with was friendly and helpful! Our room was double queen and was so clean and nice with very comfy beds and great working AC that kept the room cool and added some white noise Us and the kids slept great! It had spotless bathrooms with super hot showers The breakfast was free and classic continental The employees were working hard keeping everything full and hot/cold Coffee was so good and included convenient to-go cups The drinking fountains had a spot to easily fill up our water bottles which was perfect as we hit the road again We didn’t swim or use the gym If we come through again-we will stop here!!

Preston Lamb

We stayed for a weekend soccer tournament and every room was booked, but the staff did a great job at keeping the hotel running well and clean We had no issues, and every time we walked past an employee they had a smile on their face and said helloThe room (2 queen) was a good size with a mini fridge and microwave and coffee maker

Lots of outlets to charge devices, including USB outlets so you don’t have to use wall chargers100% would stay here again

Elizabeth Schmidt

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable We forgot to bring dish soap to wash baby bottles and it was very late at night when we arrived (all the stores were closed) The person at the front desk let us use the dish soap from the break room so we’d have clean bottles that night

The day we checked out the person at the front desk had a little gift of raisins for our two year old We will definitely be staying here again!!!

The room was nice, but NOT worth $200 on a Monday night, the tv was small, the parking lot is under construction that limits parking Beds were comfortable, and room was clean( LOVE the 60s carpeting) 🤦🏻‍♂️ Walls are very thin🙉 and you can hear a lot

If it wasn’t paid for by my wife’s company, we would have NEVER stayed there Do better Hampton 😡

Christina G

This Hampton Inn is in the older part of town but is surrounded by lots of dining options There is a lot of room to unload your gear when you pull up to the lobby There is actually lots of parking, around to the side by the Chevron station and the elevator is at the back of the hotel, which the rear door (not lobby) is closest to

Our room was on the top floor (4th) and was extremely clean and perfectly supplied with everything The staff were really accommodating and kind, which was “extra” because I was feeling really sick (GI not Covid) and was not in a good mood at all The beds were comfortable and made up nicely The room fridge worked great, as did the AC It was quiet all night there I suspect it’s pretty safe here, too, as they kept enough of an eye out to know we made a run for home very early, 6:30 am, and they called me later on to check on us Good job, Tui and coworkers at the Front Desk and Maintenance!

We had the best experience staying here two nights The rooms are clean and totally updated and the breakfast was great! But the best part was the manager on site named Semi We had an issue that he totally helped us with and he went above and beyond

We come to Utah every year and I will for sure come back and stay here just so I can be taken care of with such great care Thank you Semi you’re the best!!

This hotel is nice There is no interior hallway for the rooms and the lobby and breakfast area are the only indoor public part, so if it is cold outside that is a downside Room was clean and surroundings were quiet

The pool has I believe a maximum of 6 feet deep, and there is also a hot tub Breakfast was nice and had many different options Basic amenities were provided like a small bottle of shampoo and a bar of soap in the bathroom

Shanon Myers

Great little place You would think for being a lower end motel it wouldn’t be as nice as it was It’s a very well kept older motel that I will definitely go back to

Customer service was great, rooms were very clean and I love their layout Hot and ready breakfast was amazing The vibe there was friendly for everyone There are tons of restaurants close by if you want to eat The only thing I didn’t see was a gas station

Curtis Olsen

You get what you pay for here We have stayed here several times We know we are reserving a 2 star accommodation, so we do not go in expecting a 3 star

The front desk is always friendly I would classify the accommodations, bedding and rooms as the higher end of 2 star places, but not 3 star or above uh& The breakfast is always good, with several hot options We have never been disappointed here Just manage your expectations going in

I’ve stayed here twice before and had no issuesThey were very comfortable stays This timeunfortunately was very different

Now, the staff were all incredibly friendly Desk to housekeeping And they were all helpful and kind And the hotellocation is nice and quiet yet convenient to StGeorge Pets were welcomed with a smile But that’s where the good news endsFor starters, for the duration of the stay the toiletdid not work It wouldn’t fill or flush But it was one night, so we could make the hallway ones work Oh wait! The hallway women’s bathroom wouldn’t flush either! Plumbing issues galore The room was really tired The couch had a massive hole in the cushion The carpets were dirty, and the room didn’t evenhave facial tissues or paper towels Thankfully thehousekeeping team provided And since we hadarrived at 3am, we had a do not disturb sign hungon the door No worries, the housekeeping teambarged right in during breakfast! They wereapologetic and left but maybe next time they could read the sign FIRST The shower had great waterpressure but never got truly hotThe property has great potential and has starred in the past, it just needs some general updates andimprovements now Parking was a breeze and the grounds were pretty Nice views from the front overlooking the city!Located really close to restaurants and shopping(Target is close by, handy for toiletries the roomdidn’t have!)

Brian Vidal, if I remember right the manager, was extremely friendly to us My wife got extremely sick and we had to leave a day early He was willing to work with us and we were able to leave soon enough so we did not have to worry about that second night charge Amazing hospitality Let us have free waters when we got there and when we left

We actually live here in STG and our AC went out in the middle of the summer (110 degrees 🥵) and we needed a place asap until it was fixed We were very impressed with not only the amazing staff here at My Place that got us a room late at night but also the cleanliness of the hotel in all! Very nice, clean rooms with kitchen AND pet friendly!!! It was the first, of many, pet friendly hotels we’ve stayed at over the years that smelled fresh and you couldn’t tell pets were even allowed in We definitely will be recommending this hotel to all our family when they come to visit us from now on! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was a very nice stop for 1 night Newer property with nice pool and patio We needed to park our RV prior to the next day check in

They have a large dirt lot behind the hotel and was perfect We had our dog with us, so they provided a ground floor room, near the exit so we could easily take him outside This would have been a 5 star, but I thought the price was pretty high for hotel pricing

Nice room Comfortable and clean Fantastic pool and huge hot tub, great breakfast

Grounds are very nice There seems to be a bit of a disconnect when it comes to room service and refreshing the room They say they come in every other day, unless we request everyday, which we did and never happened When we came back in on the second day it did not happen again Had to go to the front desk to get the room refreshed at night, but the floors would never get vacuumed I would have given 5 stars if not for that flaw

Loved staying here! My sister and I met up in St George over the summer as a halfway point between Aspen, CO and San Diego We brought our boots with and everyone had a great time in the pool most of the weekend

Gorgeous location with breathtaking views from the oil and hotel rooms Plenty of room in the suites and we appreciated the complimentary hot breakfast every morning My son keeps asking when we can return!

Had a lovely stay @ Baymont w No complaints from neither my husband or I 👩🏻‍❤️‍👨🏻For informational purposes, Here are a few points I took note of during our stay ☺️:✔️Super clean rooms & facilities w clean potties in the main lobby✔️Helpful & Friendly Staff

Bringing my husband more pillows @ 3am while still managing a genuine smile at delivery which was appreciated✔️They have the BEST Ice Machine 🧊 Next to the park elevators is where it can be found Nothing special about the actual machine, it doesn’t have magic powers or grant wishes 😅 but I had a large cooler that I brought w us into the room that needed fresh ice, when I asked the hotel staff where to buy a few bags they encouraged me to save my money & take advantage of their machine they have on site saying, “that’s why we have it, let it do it’s job & serve our guests like you & Enjoy”That was cool & I appreciated that more than they’ll know ☺️✔️Walmart is within WALKING DISTANCE 😍 Nuff SaidI truly hope you enjoy your stay here if you decide to make a future reservation We did & can’t wait to come back!! ❤️

These rooms are so cute and comfy They’ve really made an effort to make these rooms compact but still offer everything hotel rooms used to offer The soap/shampoo/conditioner system is neat and helps reduce waste! The lobby is crazy fun with lots of charging stations and GAMES! A pool table and table games are available for guests to play and it made our visit very memorable

I’ve stayed here 3 times now Each time has been from 4-6 nights The hotel has gotten better with each stay

I’m a Hilton Honors Diamond member I live in South Salt Lake, and come down to St George for hiking, biking, and R&R The hotel is clean Every employee I’ve come in contact with has been helpful— So many people I could thank I don’t care much for the breakfast, but I eat pretty clean Each time I’ve come here with my small support dog The place is very clean, the exercise room is decent, and the pool/jacuzzi are all nice I do wish the rooms had a kitchenette, but each time I’ve been able to get another fridge

I had a great experience at the Tru hotel in St George I was staying here when racing the IRONMAN World Championship

Easy access from the freeway, plenty of free parking around the hotel I received a warm welcome from the team and felt right at home The rooms aren’t huge, but fit the purpose and were clean Nice little gym, nice pool, quiet Complementary breakfast was great and hit the spot Everything I needed to get to was in close proximity Overall great place, will be back for other occasions!
