Wish I could give it a 45 and thought about giving it a 4 as its a little bit of an older property with a few minor issuers, but they are working hard to maintain and improve it Case in point, they made some significant landscaping improvements on the day we checked in

What pushed this to a 5 and made this a very enjoyable three night stay for us was the excellent staff Everyone we interacted with was great but Grace was particularly helpful At least three times I reached out to her with special requests and she exceeded my expectations each time As an added bonus, she did so cheerfully and it was clear that she loved her job and truly wanted her guests to enjoy their stayOne quick example…my stomach was growling about 8 pm and I heard they had popcorn and warm cookies in the lobby Went down to find out that another guest had just cleaned them all out Grace three two more batches in, wrote down my room number, and called me when they were readyWe had two rooms…a standard suite and a 2-bedroom Both were nicely sized and had a nice set of amenities (well-stocked kitchen, etc)The location is also very good There are many shops and restaurants nearby If you are a walker or runner, there is a lovely neighborhood and a walking path just north of the propertyI highly recommend this property for long term stays or families like ours that enjoy a spacious accommodation

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had by a Marriott They don’t follow Marriott guidelines and the rooms are not functional (TV didn’t work, and batteries in the remote didn’t turn it on) followed by the front desk agent calling their credit card machine “retarded” and managed to charge a card multiple times before the bank stopped letting it happen, and she blamed the customer for not allowing the multiple charges to go through

This is NOT Marriott standards and as a traveler in the hospitality industry, if this is acceptable for Marriott to allow, I would recommend my clients use another property who’s more professional

Tyrone Durst (TD Power)

Giving this place a 5 stars not for luxery but because the people working there smiled and were pros We dwelled there for 3 weeks Kitchenette in the room was functional with good appliances

Gym gave my child and I some exercise during cold days They have a pool but but its closed during winter There are activities, stores, bars and restaurants very near to this hotel

The hotel itself is decent The aesthetics are cool however when you walk in it instantly reeks of high school boy locker room It’s as if someone was nervously trying to cover up body odor with the smell of cheap perfume

Pillows had coffee stains from previous stays And there were stains on the duvet Now as far as the front desk I can honestly say they’re just about useless I called down to the front desk to have paper and pen sent and received nothing And then when I extend my stay I am locked out of my room at six in the morning to only be told by Timothy the front desk boy that he can’t find my reservation and that he will not help me if I continue to be rude and that he is new I was however more than direct to what I needed to be done All in all this hotel fell extremely short for the price that was paid Oh and don’t even waste your time at the hotels restaurant You’re better off going to McDonald’s

Jesse Courchaine

Beautiful modern hotel with a comfortable bed and quiet room Decently priced for the area Overnight parking is charged $10 even though it’s in the same free lot as Cheesecake Factory

Cleaning service woke us up at 9AM, there wasn’t a do-not-disturb sign we could put on the door and wanted to sleep in There is a mini-fridge but no microwave There is soda, water and snacks for sale at the front desk but they are not refrigerated Overall, we would stay here again, just a few minor issues!

Vincent Gaines

The Renaissance hotel is beautifully finished The lobby is nice Rooms are modern and tastefully furnished

The prove is high for this area, but less than many other big city hotels This is a Marriot member hotel so all the usual Marriott peeks are here I had a fine suite on the 5th floor Quiet, king bed room with living and dining space My room faces the east so I saw a lovely sunrise several days

Stayed here a few nights with my family Rooms were clean and large enough I loved having the curtain that could be pulled out to separate the bed from the sofa area

The staff was phenomenal The weekday breakfast lady (hope you don’t mind me making up a title for you!) Was very friendly and went out of her way to make sure there was plenty to eat The weekend breakfast lady was great also The driver of the airport shuttle was very professional and friendly The staff at the front desk were great I have not stayed in other Home 2 properties, but will definitely look for them next time we’re traveling I hope this is a corporate culture It was so refreshing

Shy Digging Eyeball

Nice big clean and updated room, convenient to airport, restaurants, grocery stores (many options!), highways and local attractions Staff were very nice especially the super-friendly breakfast lady, and the free hot breakfast is better than average Minus one star because the bed was made up with two cheap sheets and a decorative spread – no comforter or blanket at all

I got the extra blanket from the cupboard but it too was very thin It was in the high 30s at night outside so I would have appreciated an actual blanket or comforter and when you’re flying in you don’t have a handy blanket of your own in your car Also be aware that the advertised “kitchenette” only has a microwave, so don’t plan on cooking anything that requires a range/ oven Unfortunately I discovered this only after I had bought groceries that weren’t all microwave-friendly

Melissa House

We stayed here for a few days for a wedding In Milwaukee We were VERY Impressed and satisfied with our stay!!! They room was very clean and in great repair! The staff were all sweet and helpful at all points of the day! Breakfast was delicious and had foods that satisfied the kids AND adults! We felt very safe in and around the hotel! The guest clerk was very friendly and helpful The bed was comfortable and the location is perfect if you are in town for a show at the improv or to do shopping at the corners I removed 2 stars because of cleanliness

There was goo in the refrigerator in our room and the toilet had not been flushed from the previous guest The bathroom could use some updating as well as you had to flush the toilet twice for it to actually work Overall, would come back for the location

charlotte jasenski

I sent an e-mail to your Hotel,I don’t know if you received itI was very disappointed in my stay, As a guest I should have been informed of the remodeling Also the price for a one night stay was excessive,Also when I returned for the evening to sleep I heard a barking dog at 10

30pm If pet’s are allowed there should be a floor dedicated to pets as the barking made it hard to fall asleepAnd in the morning as I took my luggage to my car I noticed a young girl digging through the trash barrel outside looking for cigarette butts as I am a smoker I gave some of my cigs I asked her if she was staying at the Hotel and she said no she worked there It was disgusting to have seen thatThen when checking out myself and and another guest were waiting over 15 minutes to check out the desk should be manned at all times, just a very disappointing experience

*** Update 6/6/22: Came back to stay for 2 nights so wanted to update The hotel is still under renovations They are working on the 1st floor so no avoiding it

Today they took out the “business center” and the exercise area is demolished I’m on the third floor and have only heard some minor construction noise during the day Room is nice, just very minor things that bother my ocd Phones work this time Lobby is not locked at night Breakfast had a good assortment and was delicious Raised my room rating from 2 stars to 4 stars ***The staff was great for my two night stay on July 3 and 4, 2020 My issues were with the facility It is newly remodeled which is great but they rushed to open back up and they missed a lot of details A staff member also admitted they rushed to open and they weren’t really ready In my room, there was still plastic on a ceiling light fixture with a sticker on it that said “remove before using”, a fire hazard I’m sure My room also didn’t have a smoke detector and had the wires just hanging there The room phones on the entire floor were not working The emergency flood light outside of my room was also missing The staff said they’d give me some credit on my Hilton Honors but didn’t offer to change my room or a discount or anything I wonder how many other rooms are in this condition Disappointed and not what I’ve come to expect from Hilton hotels

This is the perfect set up to go to a Brewers series The hotel has great service, great breakfasts and the most convenient way to shuttle to the games so you don’t have to worry about the parking It is right across from the State Fair Grounds which is the perfect location when the fair is going on

There are other simple amenities right around the corner for pretty much anything you need GREAT PLACE!!

Cierra Oswalt

Great place Very nice room I had a king suite which was very neat and clean

I brought my dog with and they were very polite to him We came here for the spay/neuter clinic and luckily this place is only five minutes away from it There’s a good size yard for them to potty on on leash as well as an enclosed area for them to be off leash There’s also poles with waste bags and a trash can so you don’t have to search for one The only issue I had was that the doors close very loudly They basically slam shut every time which isn’t very nice when you and your dog are light sleepers Overall, it was an affordable place that I’d stay at again if I visit the area again

First the good: the staff are excellent and do their best to make your stay great! Literally would never change their fantastic service Also, the lobby is lovely and there is an indoor walkway to the nearby convention center The problem comes from how out-of-date the rooms are

They are quite small and tend to feature double beds, while most new hotels have more reasonably sized queen-sized ones There are also no microwaves or mini fridges, and the TVs are laughably tiny Overall, this hotel is long overdue for an update to get up to the level of its fabulous staff! RENOVATE, HILTON!

David Uselmann

This is an elegant hotel It has a grand entrance and the check-in desk is on the second level The next door parking garage has a convenient connection to this floor

They have what looks like a grand ballroom but I couldn’t get a look at it The staff were all pleasant, courteous, and helpful The breakfast is delicious but not included in the room stay cost I liked the room shower head but the shampoo has an unpleasant smell

T S

I’d rate 35 if allowed to choose a half star Rooms are standard and were clean and generally quiet

Rooms do not have a fridge or microwave and the bathroom was small No pool on-site, but plenty of event space This is a busy hotel with few restaurants which made eating challenging with little time It’s has a sky walk to the convention center which made it very convenient for the purpose of our visit It’s also not too far from restaurants, and attractions, but beware – most restaurants open late or close early adding to the challenge of finding dinner before 4 and after 10 on a weekend Staff was helpful and pleasant but hard to get ahold of via the in-room phone Common areas were clean The parking charge was not outrageous compared to other big cities

Sam W

I’ve stayed in many Hilton brand hotels in different cities and this was one of the cleanest rooms I’ve checked into There’s usually something gross to prove the cleaning staff didn’t do a thorough job, but at this place it was good except for dusty and a bit of grime in corners, and some sticky spots on the counters that I was able to deal with myself using cleaning wipes provided in the lobby The staff from front desk to maintenence was generally friendly and/or helpful

The 2 queen room layout was nice & spacious The gym & pool areas were neat and organized, and the patio areas were pleasant The breakfast was all packaged or individually wrapped items and things to microwave, not the continental buffet you get at other locations, but it was decent I would recommend this location 👍🏽

Mark Henderson

The bed was hard and the thin walls and ceiling allowed noise into my room I couldn’t even sleep in past 7am with dang noise Also, why no tub in the bathroom? Not everyone wants to take a shower only

I’ve got a bad back and I like to soak by myself and not with a bunch of random people in the gross hot tub Some of the dishes in the room weren’t clean either so that’s nice The toilet paper is gas station bathroom quality The TV was terrible as I had my Switch hooked up to it and it kept dimming when I was watching Hulu It’s not the cable or the dock because I didn’t have a problem before You’d think for base price of around $140 a night you’d get good service, but nope You pay 2-3x the price of a motel for the same experience

Susan Placzek

Check in was handled efficiently and the front desk associate was friendly and helpful My husband is a diamond member so he stays at Hiltons 5-6 times a monthMy reason for the 3 star rating is the cleanliness of the room

The bathroom was not up to standards Hair on the toilet and shower wall No Kleenex in the empty box The extra pillows did not have cases and the extra sheet was not clean The TV did not work properly and remote was not covered in the plastic At check out-no one inquired “how was your stay”? We would, if asked, have shared this information at check out I apologize but we did not leave a tip for the housekeeper Room was not up to Hilton standards

EVERYONE at the front desk, housekeeping, breakfast, management, etc was kind and helpful They went out of their way to make guests feel comfortable, welcome, and appreciated

During a 30 year career of excessive business travel at nearly every type of hotel, I can say that the service at this hotel has met and even exceeded the service at 5-star hotelsLocation is great if you like shopping, parks, and trails Hotel is also pet-friendly

Meko “Eyecandy” Lynette

The room appears clean but I’m tall so I can see the top of the microwave and refrigerator hasn’t been wiped in 6 months

soooo much dust and food crumbs but I Lysol wipes every surface anyway but I had a great stay pool is open but small And no hot tub😳😳😳😡 shopping is here next door walking distance food next door Breakfast here will hold you over but no waffles no bacon no pancakes but they do have sausage eggs potatoes Cereal bagels muffins toast coffee juice Overall good experience

Millicent McKinstry

The room and location is great We requested cleaning service 2 days into our 4 day stay and NEVER received our room cleaned We requested housekeeping again the next day only to return to an uncleaned room

We checked out, but not before reporting this issue to management This location appears to have alot of temporary long-term residency, kids in the hallway late at night and families at the daily breakfast

Clean hotel with modern decor The ladies at the front desk were all very friendly and helpful The lobby was full of activity at times with lots of people checking in but my room was very quiet and I was not disturbed by any surrounding guests through my two day stay

My room was also comfortable with nice amenities The shower is always the most important item to me and this one was very nice with a clean and updated shower head If I ever fly back to Milwaukee, I will stay here again

Jeremy Cucco

I’m torn on this I’m only giving it 4 stars instead of 5 for a few reasons First, I think a hotel that gets 5 stars needs to be absolutely perfect

This one is good, far better than expected, but not quite up to 5 star That’s not meant to be insulting at allThe staff were fantastic (except one person who I encountered that seemed like I was bothering her) Otherwise, the rest of the staff made up for it and we’re excellent The room was comfortable and clean The ac was a touch loud but what hotel ac isn’t loud? At least it worked since it was over 100 degrees while we were thereGetting into and out of the hotel was a challenge due to construction but that’s not their fault And once you figure it out, it’s easy enough Location was okay – plenty of mall food around if that’s your thing but easily drivable to other locations for good and groceries as neededThe highlight of this location was truly its staff They were very kind and helpful Add points for the clean and comfortable rooms and responsive housekeeping and it’s a place I’ll definitely return to if I need a stay in the area again

Matt “Getoffmyshit” Schultz

Excellent service! From check-in to Check-out We had 14 people in our party 8 kids and 6 adults

They took the time to make sure we were all on the same floor during check-in When it took longer than anticipated they brought out drinks for us and everyone waitingWe ate at their restaurant Again superb hospitality Got our food 10 mins after ordering 14 people? It was awesome And the food was delicious I recommend the butter burgerAll in all, our stay was a perfect end to a delightful visit to the ZooThank you very much!

Very pleased with our experience at the Pfizer The entire building had a vintage appeal with modern upgrades Dominic helped us at the front desk and was very kind

We even received a text from him later in the evening, asking if he could do anything to make our experience better He answered all of our questions regarding the pool and spa!We are at the Cafe in the morning and had the “Hungry Man” breakfast Delicious! The only thing I can think of that was slightly negative about our experience was that the bathtub wasn’t cleaned when we arrived, and when we ordered room service, the food was coldAlso (and not at any fault of the hotel), DON’T park in the parking lot across the street They’ll charge you a huge fee if you’re there over 24 hours You’re better off going with the hotel’s valet servicesDefinitely will be going again!

We just spent a short weekend away at the Pfister and could not have had a better time! It is a beautiful space, but what really took our experience over the top was the staffAlyson at the lobby bar was one of the best bartenders I’ve ever met – kind, organized, outgoing, friendly, and so thoughtful She took the time to talk with us about the hotel’s history and amazing artist in residence program, and the drinks were all fantastic! Despite a very full bar and the fact that she was churning out drinks for everyone she still took the time to chat with us – impressive multitasking! The second night we were there she was serving and noticed that we hadn’t yet found a seat – she remembered what we had ordered the night before and brought us our drinks before we even ordered, which we appreciated so much

We felt like we were at our neighborhood bar at home!Marco at the concierge desk was so lovely – he took our photos and even helped us pose 🙂 It was a great addition to our stayAlexa at the bar at Mason Street Grill was absolutely fantastic – she had a full bar and was so on top of each guest’s needs Her attitude was so positive and friendly! The food there was also incredible – the salmon dish is to die for and the filet was perfectly cookedI would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone – the comfortable rooms and beautiful ambiance are fantastic, and make sure you have at least a drink or two and a meal inside the hotel – the staff will blow your mind!

Love! Love! Love! Do you want to feel like a Hollywood star, important individual or simple feel like when you walked in it matters that you chose to stay here Then, this hotel is a right place for you The atmosphere is friendly and kind as well as a little mysterious with all the decor and unique artwork

The front desk staff was beyond accommodating, professional and kind The bartender was super nice and even gave me a free soda since I wasn’t looking to get a drink i went up to front desk to exchange a $20 to tip him, and they did it without any problems I only wish I would take down their names The rooms are beautiful, place is gorgeous and wow wow wow their Christmas tree (I was there December 18-20) was spectacular Looking forward to staying here again soon! Thank you Pfister staff, you are one of a kind, amazing, caring and incredible people

We stayed here as part of a trip to the Wisconsin State Fair I was apprehensive because I don’t know Milwaukee at all Check in was easy

The attendant was the manager and was so friendly and yet complete with his checkin No doubt, he understands the hospitality industry We had a room with two double beds It was really nice and looked updated The beds were super comfortable My only suggestion would be to put a lamp by the round table in the corner by the door Although we didn’t use it, the manager mentioned the shuttle to the state fair and my husband said the breakfast downstairs was awesome Honestly, we’ll be back to the State fair and this will be the first place we stay!

Melissa Hubbard

My husband and I stayed here last night, traveling for business This hotel has been recently renovated or they might still be completing the Renovations But it was very modern, clean, comfortable and quiet

The rate was very good The staff in the hotel and restaurant were friendly and helpful I would say the way the hotel is set up is kind of strange but that’s because of where it is located, it is in the downtown area We had dinner and drinks at the bar/restaurant and the food and service were very good We had the southwest chicken salad and a few wings We had a double queen room, it was kind of cramped especially if you were to have more than 2 adults in there Breakfast was pancakes, oatmeal, Jimmy Dean Breakfast sandwiches, cereal and breads All in all I would stay here again

Connie Wittling

Above and beyond service, manager asked shuttle driver to come in early so we could make a tailgate event for ALS Driver Dave is awesome, the pool was a big hit, the food was great, but most of all, customer service to the max! Every employee we had contact with was fantastic, absolutely staying again Family and friends, six rooms, no complaints

Blood stains and hair on bed sheets, no soap in the shower, and semi-working TV, are the issues that we encountered during our 1-night stayWe have communicated these issues; bed sheets were replaced but forced us to leave the room with our toddler for exchange The people who replaced it had a strong cigarette smell that stayed in the room for another 30min

The hotel GM felt that this experience was work 1,600 points (around $12 value) I am a gold life status and stayed in many properties in my life, while the hotel looks new and modern, the Maintenace and cleaning made me question what is happening thereIf it was me, I would skip this location at all cost – if that’s what I found out in a night, I can only imagine what else could have gone wrong

The front desk always attended us with a cheery smile The hotel lobby had a relaxed ambience Our room was clean and spacious

It was relatively easy to get on and off the highway Just pay extra attention to the 41N and 41S signs I inadvertently drove past the on-ramp a few times due to construction, lol!My only ding is the itty bitty fridge but it’s not enough to keep me awayI highly recommend

location and the staff were awesome—helpful and super friendly! The front desk employees are a joy to deal with-no matter how busy it gets Our room was clean and welcoming I recommend this hotel to folks who need treatment at the close by Froedart hospital/clinic

Great location and easy access to hospital, clinic, restaurants etc The BEST!

Overall my stay wasn’t bad The staff were very friendly with us Upon check in we should have been offered perk for being Travel Pass members, we were told they were too new to Sonesta so had nothing

The room was clean and comfortable Wished there was a microwave, but one in lobby Restaurant was closed during stay, lobby snack area was low stocked Pool area wasn’t my favorite We went in at 9am on Sunday, garbage laying around and no towels available (we were only ones in pool) Went to front desk and they said all pool towels were being washed, found 3 room towels Hot tub was weird color, after use tan foam lingering Garbage pail laying on patio Quiet area and easy access to freeway

Comfortable beds and courteous staffHoweverThe pet fee was $75 and they were out of the pampered pet packages

So I don’t know why it’s so outrageously high Most similarly priced hotels only charge $25 When I inquired on this I was told I wasn’t going to be charged the pet fee at all, but it still posted to and cleared my bank account Also be aware there are no trash bins outside so you literally half to carry the dog waste inside to dispose ofOther than that I felt safe and it was in a good location for what we neededThere was also a light out in the bathroom that I was told twice they would send someone up to replace Allowed almost 2 hours to fix but they never came I even asked if I could just get a light bulb and put it in myself… nope It’s extremely difficult to apply eyeliner in the dark

I went here for a weekend spur of the moment to just get a mental break I must say the location was great The atmosphere of the entire hotel was quiet and peaceful

The walls weren’t paper thin The front desk ladies were very friendly helpful and informative with the area to accommodate the fact they didn’t have hot breakfast-it was a spot in walking distance like less than 3 minutes(delicious) They had a pool and a hot tub thats open from 8am-10pm(great timing) so I went as soon as they opened,no one was there so I had some alone time for a bit over an hour and enjoyed every moment of it The only reason I gave it a four star is because I anticipated a fridge or maybe even a microwave at most to be in the room but they had a microwave in the lobby so it wasn’t a total lost Overall, I had a great experience here You ever need an quick escape from reality-this is the place to be

The building is beautiful and holds lots of history and character The rooms were great! When we arrived the front desk person didn’t greet me or give me her full attention The phone kept ringing and she didn’t ignore it for me

Being the paying customer, I would have expected more of a warm welcome Being from out of town, I was not informed ahead of time the need to pay for valet parking each night of $32 We were lucky enough to find meter parking in the street instead but very frustrating, especially when you aren’t expecting it The rooms were beautiful, comfy bed, and a lot to offer in the room since it comes with a full kitchen The hotel itself doesn’t include a pool or Jacuzzi but does have a workout room Given we were there for an anniversary trip, we would have preferred the pool/jacuzzi The location was ok but not very close for walking to places Overall, a cool place to stay but not totally worth it

Blue Buterfly

The building itself is worth visiting! They’ve done an amazing job remodeling the old PBR brewery I loved the exposed brick and looking up into the copper kettles Room was clean and comfortable

Would have liked a fan in the bathroom but it was also clean Front desk was friendly and knowledgeable about the building and area Discovered after leaving my (extremely sentimental) necklace fell off while sleeping and they found it and mailed it to me THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THAT!!! You’ll never know how much it means to me to have it back Positive experience, would stay again

Raven Parkos

Beautiful building, lovely wonderful staffI loved exploring the building, it’s beautiful and the architecture is breathtaking A great place if you’re into photography or history Breakfast was super limited, but there’s other options close by

Valet parking was $32 a night but honestly not a deal breaker for the level of convenience they offer All around a great stay!!!

I liked the place A lot of what other negative reviewers state is true: super small bathrooms, old furniture and patch jobs here and there But who cares

The beds were super comfy, shower was nice and hot, TV was nice It’s a good hotel despite its age The rooms are reasonably priced and ALL the staff were incredibly nice and helpful If you want a gigantic bathroom and the newest furniture possible then stay at a $400 a night hotel The only reason I docked it 2 stars is they have what would normally be a complimentary breakfast bar at hotelsit was $18 freaking…COME ON HYATT!!!

Debbie Matheny

The hotel is decent Our room was a king size room with a ‘city view’ The view was of construction

No big deal! The location to our venue was within walking distance The real issue was the fact that the hotel charged my credit card $41869 and states they only charged me $34891 (with a reimbursement of $50 for incidentals) leaving my total bill at $29891 after the reimbursement My Visa bill still shows a charge of $41869 Customer service was absolutely no help at all just wanting to speak with my bank I definitely do NOT recommend this hotel 🥲

Jennifer Bird

I booked this hotel as the ratings were better then another hotel in the area I myself work in a hotel so I was disappointed in the hyatt and its cleanliness The parking garage elevator and stairs were disgusting, the hotel elevators were also disgusting

I couldn’t believe that there was no mattress protector or bottom sheet on the bed as well The room was a good size and clean but the carpet looks like it needs to be cleaned Bathroom was small and the shower head and bathtub faucet sprayed every which way but down The front desk was great though Super nice even though they could see I was in a not so great mood I’m sorry but I’ve paid way less for nicer hotels that have things included so why I paid this much for a room and then having to pay $24 for overnight parking when there is no breakfast or pool was crazy to me I will not stay here again

Friendly staff delivering great service from everyone The hotel is beautiful and so clean Nice bed which delivered one of the best nights sleep

I especially loved the bathroom and shower Just beautiful We were given two tickets for two drinks each for happy hours Didn’t realized we would be served a full course dinner doing this time Food was excellent! Breakfast was a full course with pancakes and potatoes All of this is included in your stay We stayed for two nights and enjoyed been in the thick of all of the happenings Great hotel and great location Go Milwaukee, I’m truly in love with your city!

Laura Hoff

I stayed here while looking for apartments in Milwaukee and had an excellent experience Every staff member I encountered was friendly and seemed to genuinely care about their guests having a good time The free breakfasts and manager’s special every day helped make my trip stress-free

The general manager and his assistant manager both deserve raises for the excellent service The general manager, Chris, actively helped me find apartments and even went out of his way to offer me a discounted room to stay in while I wait for my apartment to get ready for move-in Plus, the downtown location made walking around the city easy and convenient

Amanda Zima

This was a great place to stay on our trip to Milwaukee! The hotel staff were beyond friendly, breakfast and kickback dinner were good and plentiful The 3 complimentary cocktails were an added bonus! Hotel and room were very clean and the bed was very comfortable The only suggestion I would have is the check in was confusing at first

The parking garage says there is access to the hotel by the skywalk but if you are first arriving, you need to actually go out and onto the first floor first Wish there was a sign or they listed that on the website Overall, this is a great hotel and I would definitely stay again

This was my first trip to Milwaukee and I am grateful this is where I stayedThe Hotel Staff were amazing and kind Shout out to Noah and the other Front Desk Team

As well as the Vallet StaffThe room was spacious, clean, and well equipped The best part of my stay was the bed Westin hotels always have nice beds but this was the best one yet

Maya Jerdy

Stayed at many hotels and this is easily among my favourites The staff is impeccable The restaurant is delicious

The amenities are great The gym has two pelotons and full equipment spread + weight sets The rooms are clean and well-taken care of The area easily supports walking anywhere worthwhile in-townI couldn’t recommend more!Shout out to Julia from reception who brought me ice, water, and some goodies when I hurt myself and was noticeably struggling That was beyond kind but nothing unexpected for this fabulous hotel

Jessica Allen

The staff at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was good However housekeeping was not friendly if you ask for something wouldn’t even acknowledge you at the door The most damaging which overall resulted in this low rating was the fact that we had no sheets, pillows, or anything of the sort for the pull out couch and when I did pull the couch out to make it we found packs of cigarettes and joints
