The hotel staff was very friendly upon arrival My room was clean and bed comfy Only problem was the black lady cleaning on my floor was talking so loud in the room next door on her phone I could hear her conversation begging for money to pay her bills

It discouraged me from asking her for anything I put my do not disturb at this time so she wouldn’t bother me She slammed doors in every room she entered or left Just wanted to rest but this made it restless Other than that the hotel was great

I’m huge on reviews It really determines if I’m going to stay here or not Sadly the reviews were not up to par

Beds were not comfy, then again I’m not a fan of spring mattresses There was an old bar soap left in my shower with hair on it It’s near the freeway so you hear everything I’m skeptic on checking out the pool area, but for the price of this room It was money wasted I’d definitely look into other rooms

Christy Sierra

Never again! Housekeeping stole some of my makeup while I was working and they went in to service my room I told reception what happened and went to get the housekeeping manager and was very rude I left for work came back spoke to someone else and said she wasn’t aware of the situation I asked to Speak to manager but he wasn’t there they never reached out to me about it

$50 foundation but if someone takes a towel they’re so easy to charge up your card but who replaces your missing belongings? The rooms were disgusting I was put in a room with dirty walls dark tubs they moved me to another room and still was very dirty Pillow cases and towels need to be replaced they were brown and old walls were stained and disgusting When I told them about it they said “all are like that because they have nothing but oil field guys staying here and they don’t take care of anything” while she laughed

Looks like new construction but if it is, why is it so dirty and scuffed up already? Walls scuffed, filthy elevator, dirty floors We have stayed in quite a few LaQuinta Inns over the past year bcs we have done a lot of traveling and they accept dogs We have always been happy with these hotels, but this one has a weird vibe and dirty

Definitely won’t stay at this one again

Alejandra Felix

We were very happy to find a pet friendly hotel with a reasonable pet fee ($23), perhaps, when we got to the 1st room that Leonard checked us in, the heater thermostat control didn’t work He was very nice to Switched us to another room, but that room didn’t look like it was completely clean at all The covers were stained, The mini fridge was Filthy and had an old yogurt inside, and the microwave was also dirty

There wasn’t a blow dryer available in the bathroom, but I found a pair of dirty socks instead The staff was nice and the breakfast was okay, but I don’t think that we’ll be staying there ever again in our way to Dallas

AWESOME hotel, spotless, housekeeping is superior rooms clean and well equippedJust try avoid the front desk personnel looks like they are having BAD life (not a day) I tried getting breakfast at 9:40 am, and was told by front desk personnel they were putting it up

It made me feel like I was trash and not worthy

Jeff (Yeff2)

I can see it’s nice and new but after getting into my room the finish work was terrible The caulking in the shower looked like an old dirty house Base boards not done right in the bathroom had screws driven in the top to pinch it to the wall

Paint looks like it’s melting off the wall above shower head Now I see what quality you get when they pop these hotels up as fast as they do Looks like it could be nice but sloppy work Bathroom floor wasn’t swept Toe nail clippings laying on the floor in the corner Kind of gross for what should be a nice place

Staff was very friendly I’ve never had an issue with any Fairfield hotel but I was very upset with this one I didn’t like that our first night after check inn we uncovered the beds and there was hairs and crumbs on the bed meaning the sheets were not changed from the previous stay and we found cookies on the bottom of the bed meaning the floor wasn’t vacuumed

the staff was able to move us to a new room and everything seemed fine until I went into the restroom there was ants crawling all long the walls and in the shower and sink!! Also only booked with Fairfield because I called the night before and asked if we could use the pool and they said yes we get there and they advised us the pool is closed!

Being a military family we stay at alot of hotels traveling This is definitely our top favorite one Friendly customer service, nice comfortable big rooms, ac was amazing and kept us comfortable all evening

The breakfast had many options and the breakfast attendant was super friendly! We will definitely be back if we travel through Odessa again

Alexandra Castaneda

When booking a hotel I look at the most recent reviews I seen very positive feedback about this hotel We booked for one night stay

Front desk lady name Deandrea was so welcoming and very friendly I have small children with me and was excited for the pool for them Pool was clean and towels were available for us Rooms were clean and spacious Breakfast was fresh and delicious as well! We will most definitely be staying here again! Keep doing what y’all are doing!

Belen Pulido

Much better experience from the 1st stay!! Hotel is pleasing to the eyes, clean! Pool was clean and kids had a great time, not too deep so I had peace of mind The lady who made my reservation over the phone was very patient and friendly with me (we were disconnected multiple times due to dead zones) I believe her name was Miss Deandra So nice when she checked us in, very friendly with the kids offered a noodle pool toy, always greeted everyone cheerfuly when we passed by the front desk

We rented a suite and it was spacious and very comfortable, I would recommend a blanket for the pull out sofa bed Plenty of options to eat in the area The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the lady kept it stocked and she also was very friendly and attentive!!

PicTours Alaska, Inc.

My experience was excellentThe location is ideal and centralized for shopping and dining The rooms are clean and serviced as required by vacationers or travelers

Extremely friendly and competent staffStand out of the operation is the morning breakfast There is effort applied to have your morning start off with fresh and well prepared foodAs far as management, Chris, who operates the kitchen and meals is a superb employee She demonstrates a work ethic of kindness, thoroughness and very skilled in customer satisfaction Thank you Chris!

Christina Reynolds

We stayed here for 5 nights Rooms were not the quality of a Marriott They were a little old and could be cleaned a little better

Beds were very comfortable and it was quite Our garbage disposal air conditioner and TV were broke but they had the repair man come in on his day off and fixed everything except the TV still wasn’t right but we could get it to work Also the outdoor fireplace was broke we were sad because we wanted to sit outside and enjoy a fire Not a big deal but stillThe staff members were very nice and that is what made this hotel nice The operation manager said she was trying to build this hotel up She was great

Mary Beth Numbers

Nighttime staff had no customer service skills They claimed they had no room for me despite the fact that I reserved 2 days ahead and called earlier that evening to say we would be arriving late It took 1 full hour at 11pm at night to resolve the situation

The night attendant was unprofessionally dressed and had phlegm hanging from his nose for a full minute as he keyed our key cards His supervisor was called and provided us 2 full beds when the original reservation was for a king bed and a full bed The day staff were much better! I have significant reservations about the competence of supervisor Patricia to hire reliable staff

I really enjoyed this place The staff there are very nice and they care about their job In the beds are comfortable the rooms are pretty clean the water is hot they have a stove a dishwasher a microwave and the fridge

The TV is one of the newer models The only reason I’m taking a star off and I’m not completely shooting them down is because I seen this and experienced it big chain hotels like the Marriott and Hilton, there were some bugs on the ground floor in the room But then again the ground floor is the hardest to keep clean

Keith King

The service was great, if there was someone at the desk to offer itI killed 3 cockroaches in my roomFound hair on the floor of the bathroom

On a good note, the room was quiet and the breakfast was pretty good

Cheapskate hotel ownerNo hot breakfast, only cold cereal and fruit(they shift the blame to covid😒 smh) No disposable paper cups for coffee machine nor ice bucket tray

No complimentary shampoo and conditioner, only shampoo and 2 bars of soap Dried blood on the bed Comforter(i took comforter to front desk and it was swapped out) There was USED🤢🤮 soap in the bathroom shower when I went to shower(thanks housekeeping 😒)Mainstays in Midland is 1000xs far better than this one in Odessa The lights constantly flickering in the hotel lobby, not sure if it’s an electrical issue or bulbs need changing(been flickering 2 days) They have a hotel receptionist and her service is TRASH and she’s ALWAYS on her cellphone gossiping even while checking hotel guests in(she doesn’t wear a name badge but she has long hair and long white fingernails) If she would actually do work, she’d notice the guest business office area has a printer that was out of paper beforei brought it to her attention I would think this hotel and the one in Midland are owned by the same owner but apparently not🤷🏽‍♀️ The quality housekeeping staff in Midland take pride in their housekeeping, here not so much so There is a dog constantly barking on the 2nd floor across the room from me Receptionist claims it’s a service dog I doubt she bothered checking the dog owner’s paperwork to see if it’s indeed a certified service animal I deeply regret getting a room here My hotel booking is non-refundable🤦🏽‍♀️ I was here for 6 days🙄

To begin, we have stayed at this Homewood suites here in Odessa once before in June 2021 and had a similar experience to this stay in July 2022We travel with dogs and appreciate the dog area for potty and also a fully stocked poop bag dispenser 👍Our family LOVED this location very much 💕Rooms are excellent and very clean! We LOVE the kitchens in the rooms as they allow us to eat healthy on the road as well as store food for pups 🎉 The front desk staff has been AMAZING and we have met several different staff depending on our arrival time I have spoken to Javier on the phone and met Kaylen at night and CiCi in the AM and they were so kind and helpful I was driving in from Arizona and a 11 plus hour drive and truly appreciated their hospitality so much

😊Breakfast is very plentiful and coffee is delicious! I am so thankful they have the flavored creamers for the coffeeAll around great property and excellent hospitality from the staff!!

I got put in a room with no air conditioning and there was ants in my room Then when I checked out the charged me 65 dollars for a stained towel with a small black spot on it said it can’t be washed Then when I called to ask about the charges they said it was cause there was a stain on one of the towels so they charged me for it so if you stay here bring your own towels so you don’t get charged 60 dollars for a stain on their towels

The attenent was very rude and would not try to help with anything said they only charged me thirty when my transactions say they charged 65 and they keep denig it

It was a nice stay just annoyed that I left a a wifi Hotspot in the room and I called the next day supposedly the housekeeping door was locked Called in the morning and spoke to the manager and she wasn’t very helpful told me she didn’t have anything in lost in found and that the housekeeper wasn’t going to be in and that she would get back to me no towels in the pool area, 100 dollars incidental fee like that’s nuts I paid 50 at the 191 holiday inn

Beautiful hotel with lovely interior in foyer Staff was friendly and rooms were clean but dated a bit Beds were very comfortable but the water pressure makes this lose a bunch of stars

Maybe hairless people can get clean in the trickle It’s almost impossible for a long haired bearded man Washing kids was hard too as even the water pressure from the tub faucet was awful A big part of traveling, for me, is getting clean That’s where this hotel fails big timeStaff is great but understaffed like most places during COVID Restaurant hours are subject to change based on businesses and food is mediocre I understand it’s hard to have fresh food available when your understaffed and business is unpredictable I understand all of that but the water pressure alone is enough for me not to use this particular hotel For me it’s actually a 1 star since water pressure is a big deal but I put 3 since some won’t care about that

The room was exactly what the pictures showed Clean and comfortable The reason I picked this hotel, is because it’s “Pet Friendly”

I travel for work and stay in Choise Hotels all over the country I have a 6 yr old Toy Yorkie that travels with me I am usually charged a pet fee of $10-$15 and I’m happy to pay that This motel charged me $35 for my 25 lb dog I told the guy, that I stay all over the country in Choice Hotels and am only charged at most $15 He was not helpful at all I will not stay at this Choice Hotel in Odessa, TX again!

I don’t think house keeping vacuums the floor because when I walk on the tiled portion I feel dirt on my feet Room was big and comfortable but when I arrived AC want on and it took overnight to cook off Breakfast was good except when parents let their kids mess up the waffle station

Girl working breakfast was friendly and apologized for these rude guests Front desk was unable to print a 2 page pdf for me and business center computer is so locked down you can’t log into Gmail Ice machine on 3rd floor seems to always be broke Other than that, comfortable stay
