I enjoyed this hotel The outside looks a little funny but the rooms are amazing Very clean floors, furniture, bathrooms and bed

Rooms are also spacious with amenities like coffee, tea, tv with so many channels, a sliding window with screen Staff were very friendly and helpful but they are a little short handed Outside there is a pool, hot tub and even a mini gold course The lobby is very modern looking During breakfast, it is complimentary and there is a great selection of different food

Great location, good price, not the cleanest and not a warm poolFirst I’ll say I love the courtyard, hammock, ping pong and putting greenUnfortunately, I booked this place specifically for a heated pool

It’s not unheated per se, but it’s cold I knew this weekend wasn’t going to be warm, so I searched out a heated pool and even called the hotel to confirm itSo we went to hang out in the jacuzzi, but it was dirty The steps were slippery and there was visible dirt on the bottom The PH balance was off, it was making a lot of foam when the jets were onComing back from the pool We tracked water into the bathroom I used the floor mat towel to wipe it up and it turned blackOh well It’s our first night out of 2 We’ll stay because it’s paid for, but I won’t be coming back, unfortunately It’s a shame This place has such potential if it was better tended to

Great place to stay They did not provide room cleaning during our stay, but we just left our trash cans at the door and they were cleared out and replaced with new trash bags each dayThe room does not have a microwave, but does have a small fridge

The noise insulation was pretty good between rooms and we were able to have a nice view of the fireworks from Disneyland from just out on the balconyWe did get a random call at 5am one morning asking us if we needed more towels, which would be our only complaint, other than that we had a really nice stayRight across from Disneyland and next to many places for breakfast and other meals as well, easy walk to the Disney district for some shopping and food too

D L

Decent hotel, with great staff and perfect location 10 minute walk, with kids, to the main entrance The property is somewhat dated, but most hotels in the area are of the same genre

Staff were friendly and quick to respond to any requests or queries We stayed on the top floor, with a view room, which was great for watching the fireworks each night Room was supposed to be “premium”, but other than some Disney wallpaper it seemed pretty basic That being said, beds were comfortable and it served our needs

I can’t say about the room I work in the airline industry, stayed at many

manyhotels Not sure what happened at my particular room but someone obviously busted the lock but neglected to fix it prior to our arrival There could of been a kid trapped in there, someone passed out inside and they couldn’t get to them who knows I knocked off a star for that, I have seen everything in great many hotelsThe rooms were just great for our purpose Walk to Disney, park downstairs if we need to drive $24 a day and it’s all gated I really think the room was great and clean Fridge was clean A/C worked like a champThis was a surprise for my daughter’s birthday They’re only little once In my excitement of surprising her, I told the woman checking me into my room (I wish I remember her name starts with I?) so nice Not a single worker at the hotel looked like they were having a bad day Everyone was pleasant and upbeatOn her birthday (guess in my excitement I told the check in person) they left my little girl a surprise! Oh she was so happy!Thank you Fairfield by Marriott Anaheim! I will definitely be back!

This is like third time staying here, and it is our FAVORITE hotel to stay when visiting Disneyland Our 4 year old gets so excited to stay at the “Palm Tree Hotel”, and the staff are so kind and helpful, and rooms are clean and comfy! It’s an easy walk to the parks, and the breakfast made my husband so happy each morning They even upgraded us on our recent visit last week, which was amazing (and if you can swing it, I definitely recommend getting the room with a sunken living room… so much space!)

We have plans to come back in September, October and December (our kiddo’s birthday happens during this trip 🙂 Highly recommend this hotel!

I love this hotel! This is my 2nd trip here My husband and I came right after we got married to go to Disneyland 6 years and 2 kids later, we knew 100% we were staying here again

This is where you stay when you are going to Disneyland It’s less than a 1/2 mile walk (literally 2 blocks) By far one of my favorite hotels EVER and a real bright spot on our Disneyland trip The location is enough to make you stay here but they outdo themselves The front desk ladies were all so sweet and friendly especially Lorena! She was so understanding and helpfulat check-in I had laryngitis and she was so patient with my lack of voice control and volume She made local suggestions that my family would enjoy and was very personable We couldn’t have had a better experience honestly Every time we were in the lobby the front desk ladies would smile, say hello or wave Our room was lovely, the balcony was a great touch If you stay here, try to get one of those rooms The view is nice at night The breakfast is good Nothing beats waffles My girls loved the donuts too It is a great start to our morning We didn’t go to the pool this time but saw many people enjoying the pool and hot tub It’s very family friendly My girls especially loved the Mickey statue in the lobby and finding the stuffed characters hidden on the ceiling I did lose a few items when we checked out but I can’t pinpoint where we left them so no way to recover them unfortunately

Jennifer Stacey

The hotel itself was great, good location, rooms were spacious enough, and staff was friendlyThe reason I’m giving it two stars and won’t stay there again is because we had to pay more than $75 for three days of parking and on multiple occasions there was nowhere to park When we approached the front desk about it, they told us to park in the fire lane behind the hotel

This is unacceptable for a few reasons: 1) that’s for fire trucks/first responders – if my vehicle got damaged because it had to be forcibly moved in the event of a fire, is the hotel paying for that? It also makes emergency response slower, which could result in injury or death, 2) I paid over $75 for parking, I should get a parking spot with that kind of money, and 3) parking along the back of the hotel leaves very little space for those parking on the perimeter to get out; it’s an accident waiting to happenThe second thing is they advertised the pool as heated, but it was super cold When we asked about that, they said it’s technically heated, but not to more than 78 degrees The pool was really cold so I doubt it even hit 78If the parking issues were resolved we would consider recommending this place, the pool isn’t even that big of an issue, it’s just false advertising But the parking issue is absolutely not okay At the very least they should refund people the parking fee when they have multiple instances of having nowhere to park I kept being told there would be parking spaces “after 11:00AM” – what good does that do for me I didn’t pay for parking to only be able to get a space during a handful of daytime hours

This hotel was great! Amazing value, we got a deal booking directly through their website The breakfast had lots of choices, and the coffee was even good, which saved us a ton of money We used the Anaheim Resort Transit bus to get to and from the parks, google them and download their app before going, I don’t recommend walking to Disney if you have kids who are just a little too old for strollers, they’ll be too tired by the time you get there

The room was wonderfully decorated, the beds were comfortable, and the pool seemed fun (lots of people using it, but we were too busy to get over there) They have an outdoor dining area for breakfast but also it’s open the rest of the day for when you don’t want to eat takeout in your room Housekeeping wasn’t daily but I don’t think that exists at most places these days The front desk and/or housekeeping offered extra towels and amenities whenever we needed, and they have several trash cans to dump your room garbage into (we have a kid in diapers so we didn’t have to smell them) It’s near a few fast food restaurants (try the sweet cream iced coffee at Jack In The Box), as well as lots of takeout places, and TONS more to do within driving distance if you rent a car This was a great stay, and the cost made the whole trip possible

Kerry Moore

After clearing up a not-so-minor issue – going out of their way to make things right with us – we had a very nice stay @ SI&S It’s a nice property only two blocks from the Disney Parks Our two-room, two-bathroom Star Wars themed suite was nice and comfortable for two families

One room had bunk beds We felt secure during our 5-day stay There was a free hot breakfast every morning which was great! Our only complaint would be serving fried potatoes and scrambled eggs every day with no other options like bacon or sausages, etc Otherwise, this is a great stay for which you’ll pay extra over other cheaper hotels, but definitely worth it

Wendy Barron

This hotel is not my favorite because every time I would take a shower I would non stop sneeze I’m not sure if I was allergic to chemicals put in the restroom or if there’s mold in there, also there were bugs on me when I sat on the vanity chair as well as holes in the blankets and drawn on sheets in the children bunk beds also when I was barefoot on the carpet my feet turned black! Yes , they were black like if I was on cement I would NOT recommend due to the lack of cleanliness and it is near apartments and the windows are completely see through so you cannot open the curtains at all Overall do not waste your money , I recommend saving your money and getting a way better hotel for a better price

Large rooms with a kitchen, small dinner table & office desk Room was spacious and inviting, comes fully equipped with dishes, cookware, all necessary appliances and an abundance of clean towels! Very clean & tidy, except for a few dusty surfacesAwesome place for dogs, the entire layout has a very homey feel to it, full of green grass, 🌴, and pathways that weave in and around the whole place

All in all it’s a great little hotel at affordable rates I would definitely recommend it, especially for long-term stays James, the night time front desk man is super helpful and will most definitely take care of all your needs!

Dr. OK

Just to clarify: my 4-star rating does not imply that this is a 4 Star hotel It’s a nice hotel between Huntington Beach and Disney land We picked it because we wanted a kitchen

The room was spacious with a pull-out sofa bed The kitchen had a stove, dishwasher, big fridge/freezer and microwave, but no oven The room was a bit dated but clean We needed service because the TV had no sound Technical support came within 15 min and fixed it We also needed service because there was no extra sheets and comforters for the sofa bed Got both within 30 min There is actually no room service/cleaning during the stay They provided only one cleaning tab for the dishwasher and 2 packs of coffee for the coffee machine Upon request we got another dishwasher tab but no coffee The pool was small but nice There is only one grill on-site, but it was big, quite new, and the wait was not too long There was grab-and-go breakfast items, like bars, fruits and plastic wrapped muffinsOverall, we liked it and would book it again

Trevor Merrill

Overall, would recommend, with the caveat being only for whom stairs won’t be a problemOne of the most interesting places I’ve stayed, with it being what I believe to be an apartment complex transitioned into a hotel You are given a studio apartment with a full kitchen, which isn’t something I realized I wanted until now

After staying here, it blows my mind that other hotels don’t offer such simple things as a plate or a knifeThe beds and sheets were soft and comfortable, always super important and not always a given, despite the singular purpose of a hotel being a place for a bedThe TV was accepting of new inputs of my Switch, laptop, and Steam Deck, something surprisingly rare these days, and I appreciated that I could even swivel it over to the desk and use my mouse and keyboard with it for work stuff and my Deck, which was a massive plus and the first time I’ve seen that From a practical interior design standpoint, this place is an absolute godsendThe primary issue I had was that I was given a 2nd floor room and wasn’t able to change to a 1st floor one This was a problem since I have several hundred pounds of gear to move in and out of my room each day for work, one case in particular weighing probably 150lb and being almost as big as I am I was able to secure assistance in the evenings in lugging it upstairs as there are no elevators here, though that was exceptionally difficult even with help In the mornings when I left though, there was no one available to help me, so I was left trying to slide it down the stairs as quietly as possible at 7am If I had packed the case with it’s original contents, I wouldn’t have been able to lug it up and down the stairs as I did (I have a cart I push it on normally) so I was very close to just being completely stuck having to leave it in my car and hoping no one broke in and stole the very expensive piece of equipmentI still enjoyed my stay here, although my back hurts from all the extra lugging of equipment up and down all those stairs It’s a good thing they have a hot tub and a really nice bed

Small fridge, microwave, Ice bucket Small sized room but decor was good, cool bathroom sliding door & good lighting in bathroom, enough lighting in room as well, decent desk size & functionality to it, cool bedside lighting 2nd floor balcony with giant chess board giant, connect 4, Foosball, & giant stacking blocks to build tower game

Free Breakfast was 3 choice dishes, cereals, coffee, juices, & oatmeal Enough to please me personally but I’ve seen better free breakfasts at other hotels, but I’m grateful to have something period at hotels, especially free breakfasts (No oven, stove top, dishwasher, toaster etc or kitchen sink)

DON’T STAY HERE! I don’t know about the others in this brand but this particular hotel was absolutely terrible We expected to stay by the beach, but it was not close at all The hotel was not in the best neighborhood, kind of run down, dirty and scary

We arrived late evening and had to wait awhile to get checked in, although he was nice They don’t have valet parking and it still cost 10$ to park your own car The had a bar but the front desk person said it’s not operational The only place to get a drink close by was a run down gas station that looked questionable and only had a small window to order what you wanted The room said it was spacious but was not The TV faced the middle of the room and could not see it from the bed The bed was in front of the bathroom None of the lights worked except on lamp across the room We booked 2 nights and had to check out early because the location was not close enough to our family gathering and passing of a family member and time constraints So we made sure to checkout before the checkout time and I went to the front desk to check out and explained what happened and why we were leaving a day early and the lady at the front said ok no problem I will get everything taken care of for you I asked her for the refund of the day we were not staying and she said yes,yes no worries I will get my managers approval and send the receipt for your refund to your email address I asked her if I needed to stay and wait for her manager to approve it, she said no she would get it all taken care of and there was nothing to worry about So I left man was I sorely mistaken, it has been 12 days and Expedia who we booked through has been trying to help but to no avail The hotel is now denying my refund request, even after the front desk person assured me that they would refund the night I didn’t stay This was very misleading and shady People should not promise something they can’t follow through on! I will never book here ever again make it known how they do business Very disturbing they just want to take people’s money

Linda Campos

We had a 2 night stay at SpringHill Suites The location was convenient and service was great We needed some things replenished and our remote repaired

Housekeeping and maintnance were quick to respondIt is a new hotel We stayed in a king size bedroom on the first floor The room was a good size, everything was neat, clean and organized The continental breakfast had a great selection of both hot and cold breakfast foods The only things that I didn’t like were the shower pressure and the bathroom light shines right onto the bed I also didnt like that there was not a light that was dim enough to keep on overnight I know thats just a personal preference but may be helpful to families with young children to know

Five nights for business/pleasure Masks currently optional inside though strongly recommended by CAClean, comfortable, attractive lobby, deli/gift shop, restaurant

Friendly & helpful staff Shuttle to convention center/Disney Grounds and pool are beautiful Dated rooms not an issue for me However, this is:“Housekeeping will not enter your room butare happy to deliver items upon request” Be prepared to make your bed & clean your bathroom, call to have garbage picked up outside your door & for new towels, more coffee or toiletries There is no room service or microwave You have to use the microwave in the deli (6:30 am – 10 pm) which is a good walk from many of the rooms I guess you can borrow a vacuum if needed Just like being at home I’d say less than 100% vacation mode for Mom I’d check out other hotels for included services before booking in the future All things equal, I would stay here again

Shauna White

The location and shuttle are great The shuttle was always on time and really helped make our Disney trips easier The hotel itself is really pretty old and in need of a renovation

The bathroom is super tiny and really can only accommodate one person at a time, which might pose a problem when getting ready in the morning It was clean and comfortable though The grounds and the lobby also beautiful Overall the price, free shuttle (all other places charge), and location make this hotel a good option for your Disney trip

Raquel Ayala

I want to first say the good or great things about this hotel The staff at this hotel is superior to any 5 star hotel I give the staff 5 stars! From checking in, maid service, restaurant staff and pool

The staff was by far the best I have ever experienced The food at the Deli and Bistro were good Now for the negatives the beds are old and really hard The reading lamps don’t work Everything from the shower curtain rings falling apart, to the glass on the table in the room that our three year old almost brought down on his head with minimal effort No outlets or outlets that don’t work are a bit shocking Windows that open but no screens to keep the bugs out was strange Zero AC in the upper floor hallways But the most shocking was the cockroach our 8 year old mentions (hey what kind of bug is that grandma?) on our door on the last day at the hotel The pounding from the construction workers outside renovating the hotel was definitely a bit much especially when you have small kids who need a nap If it wasn’t for the staff it would have been a waste of money to stay there and would have asked for a discount

Absolutely stunning hotel! The staff were so friendly, the workout room was clean and had lots of options! The rooms were large, well-maintained, and quiet!Just be aware, for the beds, they use a spring mattress so it’s SUPER bouncy The air conditioning unit is pretty quiet Also, breakfast is included and they were a little slow getting food out and ready for guests, but there is a lovely outdoor area to eat and relax! We’ll definitely use this location again!

Lukas

Rooms are large and nice, the beds are comfortable I have worked in the room for a bit every day with no complaints Staff is friendly and helpful and the location is also quite good, conveniently off the 405

However, one deduction: The breakfast buffet is a little lackluster and unappealing to the eye, even if the food is mostly OK The breakfast room smells of frying oil as the food is prepared in the same room, and the smell gets into your clothes The breakfast selection could be improved

Paola Zuniga

Me and my husband just spent three nights and everything was great, BUT during breakfast we were able to meet the wonderful Belinda, one of the kindest human being I have ever known She was patient and attentive with all guests and her coworkers and she is absolutely the reason I am leaving this review Thank you Kasia at the front desk too!

We stayed at the Westin and we were very satisfied with our stay This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the staff were so accommodating and helpful The restaurants on property offer some wonderful dining selections and the distance to DISNEYLAND was only a 10-15 minute walk entering at Downtown Disney

I am all about cleanliness and this hotel exceeded my expectations Not only were the hotel grounds immaculate but my room was spotless upon check-in and loved how they came in to service throughout my stay as I know some hotels and resorts are not offering housekeeping due to the pandemic If and when I travel back to Anaheim I would definitely stay at the Westin again

S Flores

Beautiful hotel! The beds are so comfortable, best sleep I’ve had at a hotel I will be ordering some of your pillows because I loved them My kids loved the view of Disney California Adventure from our room

We also enjoyed our food at the Rooftop Bar The gentleman playing the guitar and singing really set the mood for an awesome relaxing vacation Our server was amazing! The only downside was the Rooftop bar hostess, she made us feel unwelcome, but the rest of the staff and the firework show compensated for that We will definitely be back next time we visit the Disney Parks

Sanford Sundara

The hotel was excellent It was very clean, staff was friendly, the entry was very welcoming with pleasant entry music and decor, the rooms had a very calming scent and aroma We ordered room service and the food was amazing

Location was also very key, within walking distance to Disneyland, surrounding shops, and restaurants nearby The beds were very comfortable and only wish we could’ve packed them home with us The only drawback, that otherwise would’ve made this a 5 star review, was a very very slow draining tub during out showers Upon investigating, it looked to be a huge clog from clumps of hairs through previous guests My suggestion would to add “check tub drains” during routine guest room changeover cleaning Other than this, our stay was fantastic

Well, the best part of the stay was breakfast included, and a spacious suite that fit our 7 person family The rooms are well insulated and I rarely heard anyone outside of our room The queen beds were comfortable

So many areas of opportunity though:Transit: ART (Anaheim transit)was unreliable unpredictable and ruined our first day at Disney due to the wait time The 2 mile walk would’ve done my family in there and back so that was not an optionParking: $20/day is why we opted to try ART, because paying for Disney parking and hotel parking is just too much for our budgetQuality: the rooms were not as clean as they should have been There was hair and dirt in the corners and hair in the bathtub drain The rooms look very run down and need renovation The rollaway beds were really uncomfortable and my daughter could barely get comfortable on the spring mattress on the sofa bed Air mattresses would have been more comfortableWe would have liked our room to be cleaned daily but didn’t feel safe leaving personal belongings because there was no safe providedIt was the most affordable stay I could find so we went with it but next time I will save more money so we can stay somewhere closer and nicerWhen my sister stayed here years ago she raved about it, free Disney shuttle, great rooms, great breakfast Too bad so much has changed

It’s not a horrible choice if you need to stay near the Honda Center/Disney, but the area is sketch as hell, and there was a solid police presence all over the parking lot which was simply unsettling Reception was fine, parking is a bit much but reasonable if the hotel was reasonable, but it was not The single elevator was extremely slow, had a smell, and was always busy

Getting to our room was disappointing as a lesbian couple, we received a 2 bed-room (Which is understandably a common occurrence but still worth noting) The rooms were not clean, just barely tolerable There were stains on one of the chairs, the bathroom and kitchen seemed like it was up to the last guests to have cleaned them There was no soap in the whole of the room beyond a single body bar Framing was coming off the wall The closets and cabinets were janky The lights had to be plugged in ourselves, and the outlets were very out of date One of the TV remotes didn’t work I always check for bedbugs at every hotel stay but I specifically felt inclined to check at this one I didn’t feel like things were as good as they could have been It’s a suite for cheap in an area I wouldn’t feel comfortable bringing kids home from a theme park The breakfast was at least good, but the hotel itself is definitely somewhere I’d rather avoid in the future Not the worst option for the price, but I’m sure you can fare better at the Marriott right next door, annoyingly staring at you while you make your way back to the lesser hotel you wish you didn’t end up at

Not at all Hilton quality The worst hotel experience we’ve ever had The doors were literally off the hinges, the coils were sticking out of the mattress on the pull out; when we left somebody left their mattress in the hallway it was so bad

They would not clean the room, The shower curtain had what appeared to be fecal matter smeared on it, the hallways were covered in trash, the elevators were disgusting The water pressure was ridiculous There was no ice the entire time we stayed there, they said there was a shuttle to Disneyland, not true It was the city bus Horrible and embarrassing place to stay

Very nice and comfortable beds there The rooms are better than most and the front desk lady is super I have been there only 2 times and believe it or not

She actually remembered me along with the room that I had requested and did her best to get me the same type of room just by going from her memory of what I had asked for on my very 1st stayOnly down side with that hotel is and I completely understand the reason for this but you will have to leave a deposit of $20000 in order to get a room and that’s on top of the room charge Other than that I loved it

My fiancé, the kids and I stayed at this hotel for the weekend We came in from out of town and the hotel seemed to have good reviews online We arrive in the room and the sheets looked stained and dirty

We got a nonsmoking room but it wreaked of cigarette smoke We got a room with a bed and a sofa bed…But the couch was really dirty and gross as well They don’t seem to have high standards for cleaning I honestly wanted to leave but we just got in super late and couldn’t find another hotel at that hour I called the front desk to see if they could get us fresh sheets but they said to call tomorrow The guy unfortunately didn’t speak English very well eitherSo I had a very hard time at explaining to him what was wrong Needless to say, I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here If you don’t mind staying in a dirty room than by all means but if you want somewhere clean than don’t stay here

I was looking for an affordable motel for a staycation since I work from home I saw the Google reviews for this place, and wondered if they were false reviews THEY WERE ALL TRUE!The room was spacious enough to hold a nice-sized TV, a big desk, and a love seat, which I really appreciated

It was the perfect place to read And there was still a nice chunk of clear floor area which I was able to use for my workout! The place was super clean (I’m VERY fussy about cleanliness), and there was an extremely comfortable King-sized bed The shower was great — the water pressure was perfect, and there was lots of hot water — and there was a fridge hidden inside of the cabinet that the TV was onMy room was quiet, which was important to me — I didn’t really hear anythingMy view from the window was the back parking lot (I was on the first floor),but it was great that I was able to park close to my room each night And I wasn’t paying for a viewI was able to have a staycation where I felt completely comfortable with the room, at half the price of staying at the first place I talked to And the staff I met (front desk) was cordial and helpfulOne of the reviews I read said that this place is a “hidden gem,” and I TOTALLY agree

If you’re looking for a place that is cheaper for the area and close to Disneyland, this place is great If you are staying for any other reason though, it’s not worth it The wifi is spotty, and the continental breakfast was the worst: sadly comparable to the “food” in kid’s school breakfast in low income neighborhoods

It’s quick and easy though, and the pool, while small, actually has a deep end which I haven’t seen at most places in awhile, and I appreciated it It’s also warm, but there is no hot tub The rooms were decently nice and clean, and the staff was pleasant

Second time staying here for family vacation Great customer service, great/ friendly cleaning staff! About a 15 minute walk from Disneyland, super close to restaurants and Walgreens Great location overall

The only bad thing was that we were on the first floor and you can hear everyone who is walking above you We did complain and the front desk did help us out which I was thankful for They even offered to move our rooms

This hotel is run so well It looks and feels high end without the high end price The rooms were very clean, quite spacious (we had a 1-king room)

The shower was double wide which felt luxurious The free breakfast was good both days, lots of options for both hot and cold breakfast The staff were always kind, like you were fast friends anytime you ran into them I generally dislike hotel stays – nothing is as good as your own bed – but I’d stay here again without hesitation

We booked a block of rooms for a wedding in Huntington Beach and truly had a wonderful experience with this hotel The staff was professional and extremely gracious and the rooms were clean and very comfortable We also enjoyed the restaurant and, best of all, the outside seating / firepit space which became our end-of-the-evening meeting spot for all of the wedding guests staying at the hotel

The restaurant, which (I think) is run by a separate entity, was very good (reasonable prices!), and the Manager could not have been more accommodating The only area where there is room for improvement would be the complimentary breakfast, which was pretty basic but still fresh and pretty goodI would recommend this hotel to anyone!!

We stayed here a few times The hotel looks nice and clean Love the friendly breakfast staff

They offer hot breakfast and free parking, which is a plus even though we don’t eat breakfast every day On our most recent stay, we had issues with the bathtub stopper not working and had asked them to fix it We return late to find it wasn’t fix and dirty tub from their shoes It was such a disappointment since my girls was wanting a bath and I had cleaned the tub for nothing We will probably stay here again Hopefully without any issues next time

This place was great We went on a family vacation to Disney (7 of us, 4 adults and 3 toddlers 5 and 2), we were 9 miles from Disney, but 2 blocks from a shuttle bus at toy story park that took us to the Disney entrance and back to the park at the end of the night(which saved a lot of walking with toddlers) we had a suite with 2 queen beds, and a connecting room with twin bunk beds and a pull out couch, 2 full bathrooms

There is a community pool and hot tub It was perfect for us The front office accepted deliveries for us and made sure we received them The staff was super friendly and the continental breakfast had several options to satisfy all our appetites They have a luggage cart and elevator to move your baggage in one trip

Amber Roberts

I think this may be the most under rated hotel I’ve seen near Disneyland! We have stayed at TONS of different places near Disneyland over the last 6 years I think this may be my favorite so far because the price is fair, service is great, location just as good as any other and it is CLEAN! We’ve stayed at other much more expensive hotels and have found food under the bunk beds, bugs in the beds I’ve looked this room over, under the mattresses and it is spotless

A little outdated yes But I think it’s the best value We had the family room with bunk beds (1 queen bed) and it was comfortable for the 7 days we stayed with our family of 5

Tayra Rivera

I totally recommend staying at this hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful (Every time I went to front desk, they provided everything I requested, staff during breakfast kept everything clean and cleaning staff was really efficient) I didn’t give five stars because the waffle machine was broken during my 7 night stay Overall, the hotel is clean, has a nice and good location (it is located near Disneyland, a 20 minutes walk to the main entrance and a 5 minutes walk to the Toy Story Parking Lot that takes you to the park for free), and great staff

If I have the chance to go again to LA, I will totally stay here again

This was a really great hotel really close to the parks The beds were extremely comfortable as most Marriott brands are Nice bathroom although they only provided small bottles for shampoo and conditioner

We booked a rate that included parking, but if not you do have to pay per day They do allow you to keep the car parked there all day even after checking out so you can enjoy yourself in the park The breakfast was also included in our rate, but it was around $10 per item We purchased the bistro sandwich which was very filling and very delicious Would definitely recommend including this in your next Disneyland vacation

Devon Bateman

The hotel was located about a 20 minute walk to Disneyland and California Adventure Check-in staff were friendly and helpful however the cleaning staff did not meet my expectations The hotel was only cleaning rooms upon request

I requested cleaning every second day and when done, surfaces were not wiped down, towels were not replenished, in room coffee was not refilled and when requested only decaf was provided One day they didn’t even clean the room despite making a request The bistro restaurant initially had a limited menu when we arrived but eventually served the entire menu The food was good however at times it was very busy and service was slow during those times The pool, hot tub and wading pool were nice and towels replenished regularly

We are Disney Magic Key holders and often drive up from San Diego for the day/night to go to the parks We have stayed all over Anaheim, and this was one of our favorite stays The hotel is ~15 min walk directly on the main road to the park entrance & conveniently located near a promenade of restaurants

The room was comfortable, updated & a decent size Nice bathrooms/showers Also was impressed with the pool compared to other places we’ve stayed But the standout of our trip was Joe who helped us at the front desk Little did Joe know, we were having a pretty tough week He went above and beyond to help us get situated at the hotel, gave us information about the shuttles to the parks & was just overall so kind His kindness went such a long way Thank you, Joe, for your hospitality – we will be back!

We stayed for our Disneyland trip, so we wanted a clean room that was walking distance to the park I was leery after reading some of the reviews, but our experience was great We did not use the pool

We walked to the park, but we also noticed that some people used the bus service that can be bought through ART We didn’t think that the walk was bad – 10-15 min The breakfast was fine for what you would expectWe did prepay, and when we checked in they thought that we hadn’t paid, but this was resolved via email the next day I think that the important thing to note is that we did have an issue and it was quickly resolved The hotel is clean, new and the staff was friendly, We would definitely stay here again Our experience with the hotel was great

Exceptional hotel and staff! The family and I had a wonderful experience first time staying at this property Tremendous service by the hotel staff, from the moment we stepped into the lobby to check out Special thanks to Conner at the front desk for accommodating us at check in

Our stay was excellent, and first impressions of the hotel exceeded all expectations The hotel was remarkably clean, breakfast was a delight, and our relaxing 1 bedroom, 2 queen sofa bed suite w/ full kitchen was perfect for the whole family Thank youElement Anaheim Resort team for making our stay a memorable one

Jim Dodds

I really enjoyed my stay here We’ve come to Anaheim to go to Disneyland several times but this is the first time we’ve stayed here rather than our normal hotel It was a good experience

The hotel room was nice and what we needed I enjoyed my association with the employees They genuinely seem to be glad that I was there They were helpful and courteous and happy The breakfast was great every morning And those employees helping with breakfast were terrific That was a big job to run breakfast for all those people and they got it done every morningThis hotel is only a short distance from the Disneyland gate You can ride the shuttle but we walked each day I feel like the price was very reasonable Parking was greatThe only thing that made it a little bit hard that is by no means a negative was the security I have younger children that are impulsive and would get ahead of me They would get on the elevator before me and because it takes a room key to go to any of the floors with rooms, sometimes I would get separated from my kids and they wouldn’t be able to get to the room because they’re too young to have a card key I’ll have to figure that one out in the futureWe had a room on the east side of the hotel I think next time I’m going to ask for a room on the west side The freeway is on the east side but the cars going by didn’t bother us much, it was more like white noise I just want to be on the west side so that if they do fireworks at Disneyland some night, I might be able to see them from my room
