Stayed there last month and from the moment we walked in to the moment we checked out, it was a great stay The staff, Desk and Housekeeping, were incredibly friendly and professional The only thing we were too big of a fan of was the breakfast

The eggs and sausage was terrible but the nice selection of cold cuts more than made up for that The pool and hot tub were amazing I have a super sensitive nose and eyes and the fact that the windows were cracked open, made for a very enjoyable time in the hot tub and pool They were clean and the area was well maintained We will definitely make this Hotel our place to stay every time we come to the area

We arrived early (a little after 1:00) and we’re told that our room wasn’t ready yet And check in time was at 3:00 They were told that we would be arriving about 1 or 2

Other hotels had our room ready or had another one we could switch to The room however was very nice and clean, comfortable, and not near the elevator added bonus Bathroom door lock didn’t work Breakfast was one of the best for hotels we’ve stayed in Checkout was easy Allover good experience

This place is wonderful We stood here a week as my husband is working in the area All the staff was professional and friendly

The hotel is clean and updated My husband and I thought the bed was perfect for both of us as we have opposing preferences in matress firmness The breakfast was delicious with different options daily They have a Social hour with with beverages and appetizers Those too were delicious There is also a laundry facility and a gym Very well kept I enjoyed watching guest play basketball at the court I had one issue and Kim resolved it immediately I will definitely be back

We recently stayed and let me tell you Amazing from walking into the building you could smell the clean! We are a family of 5 and rooms are very nice and spacious EVERYONE had a place to sleep Rooms VERY clean Bed comfy especially the sheets 💗 pillows a little to flat for me, but I double mine up and slept like a baby

The rooms and hotel very nice and cold! We are a baseball family and I needed to do some laundry and loved that they had a laundry room on the property The pool…salt water pool! We also grilled burgers out in the patio area very nice! Breakfast crew always made sure everything was refilled and there was plenty for everyone The staff was very nice, helpful and accommodating! I’m not sure of her title with the company, Ms Christmas was a boss to me anything I needed she took charge to help me and always made sure we were good We stayed a total of 3 nights and would definitely recommend this hotel

Hotel was not nice The beds are awful and not comfortable at all The mattresses feel like they are probably 20 years old

We had to leave a night early because we couldn’t sleep another night in the beds We had to have our keys reprogrammed at least 3 times The pool was randomly closed when we arrived They wouldn’t refund the last night because I paid in advance We left anyways The place is not up to Hilton standards and the hotel and corporate was no help at all The lady at the front desk was very nice but wasn’t able to help us either

Anita Vyas

As great the location is, next to outlets, there is ZERO housekeeping service here I repeat ZERO So be ready to take out your own trash, ask for towels and toilet papers etc

We (mom and 2 teenager boys) stayed 5 unfortunate days and didn’t get a single day of housekeeping though we requested it the moment we checked in specified day and time Reconfirmed and asked over and over again morning, afternoon and evening Yet nothing Then I just took all the trash out and dirty towels and dumped it outside the room It sat there for 2 days with no one to pick it And then the concierge had the audacity of calling us at 11:15 pm when we were asleep to say that we had a ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door so got no housekeeping We have a pet and we were specifically asked to keep the beware of pet sign on the door I took it out after 2 thinking maybe that’s why we weren’t getting service For sure not paying $75 for my pet dog as there was no cleaning service I’d rather pay myself that money for taking the trash out and keeping the room clean and bringing my own toiletries This is my second bad experience with Hilton so this is going to be a bad breakup Hilton never again

Phil Ruffin

We had an urgent need for a room, and just showed up in the night They were very accommodating We slept through breakfast, but they located some yogurt and apples for us later

The 3 different front desk agents were welcoming and friendlyIt was a good choice

We spent four nights in this hotel which was conveniently located for our purposes Unfortunately the carpet was very dirty with many spots that looked like they could have been cleaned if someone had tried The air conditioner was extremely noisy while running and clunking as it turned on and off

It kept us awake off and on all night The shower door was so small that it made it difficult to get in and passed the dispensers on the wall My husband and I are not large peopleThe staff was very polite and helpful

heclker5

No TV remote in room and didn’t receive until past 9:30pm A/C super loud so unable to fall asleep Attended breakfast at 7:15am and was cold, other items burnt and no egg options to be found

Coffee also at this time was already out Elevator was dirty with trash and used band aides Advised associate on duty and emailed both mgr and GM to honor unsatisfactory Hilton Honors member experience Asst Mgr Mikaela declined Hilton Satisfaction Or Complimentary night stay advertisement within lobby and GM Nick Desai never replied to my email with message being Home2 by Hilton can decline and not follow or honor Hilton standard policies

Excellent hotel and would definitely stay again We rented two different rooms for our family to stay in while visiting family for thanksgiving We got a king plus sofa bed suite along with a suite that had two queens plus a sofa bed

Both rooms were clean and well stocked with everything you need including microwave, dishes, dishwasher, silverware, fridge, toaster, blow dryer, and a nice table on wheels that can be used for dining or as a desk They also offer a burner plate if you want a stove top cooking experience Just ask the front desk and it’s freeThe daily free breakfast has lots to choose from including waffles, eggs, breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, granola, cereal, toast, juices, etc They were also great about wiping down tables and sweeping/mopping the floorsThe front desk always had someone present, and they were quick to help with extra towels, blankets, a free toothbrush, bottles of water, etcThere was ample parking, an indoor pool, gym, and laundry facility The AC in the room was nice and quietThe only thing to be aware of is they allow dogs in this hotel They have a policy that if you can’t keep your dog quiet, they will refer you to a local boarding house to keep your dog at We didn’t bring a pet and only briefly heard barking I’m sure this will vary for everyoneOverall, a clean hotel with prompt service

Having a wonderful experience here Front desk was incredibly kind and helpful, room was clean and cozy, I missed breakfast (my fault!) but they still had things out for guests Showed up later than my requested check-in time due to a flight delay and it was no problem at all; very kind staff and beautiful lobby and rooms, and a great price! Internet was occasionally spotty, and bathroom vent didn’t work, but nothing big enough to keep me from giving this place five stars

Great stay!

Christina Nease

This hotel is AMAZING my 9 yr old daughter and I stay here once a month for our mother daughter night out her choice everything and for a 9 yr old that’s rare she loves it It’s very swanky inside with a price that beats all others The rooms are huge and amazingly clean and fresh

And the beds are like sleeping on a cloud They have delicious breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff I’d recommend this hotel above all others

Alysia Lil One

1st time visiting for a business seminar Perfect location for my needs The room was on the 1st floor which provided easy access to come and go

The room looked nice but was a little stuffy, the bathroom vent did not work so this may have contributed that The beds were comfortable Bluetooth mirror speakers in the rooms The breakfast served was hot with, yogurt, pastry products, scrambled eggs and bacon Overall it was nice for the price

Normally don’t care to write reviews for hotels but I was fairly impressed The room was crazy spacious and at the price, very cheap and high value When we walked in it was hot like a sauna but the AC worked to cool it down pretty speedily

Front desk was kind, nothing special to report First floor had everything including a fair fitness center Location was decent with a fair bit of shops and restaurants close by We stayed for an event at the Allen Event Center but the nearby surroundings were solidBreakfast is provided so that’s cool It’s nothing special but it’s included in the cheap price already Unfortunately, pools are outdoors and often closed (closed on our visit) whereas other hotels have outdoor pools and jacuzzis that remain openThe main complaint is that the shower drain is annoying to deal with and extremely slow Each shower my feet will be submerged in soapy water as I’m ready to leave so I take extra time to wait for water to drain before rinsing off finally It was a bigger deal than you might imagine (at least to me), but great service, cleanliness, and overall positive impression puts the hotel at 4

Dámaris

Stayed one night The front person was nice room looked fine We turned the tv on and it was inaudible

Thank goodness for subtitles The AC must’ve been 30 years old, it was SO loud Got up to go eat some of their breakfast…wow it was bad Just thankful for bananas On my way back home I noticed BED BUG bitesWouldn’t recommend staying here unfortunately

Emily Killham

Staff was nice, place was clean However, our shower did not work during our stay The best they could do was a key to a second room (without enough beds for our family) where we could shower

Neither maintenance nor the manager, Amit Patel, could be located during our staySince the stay I have tried numerous times to reach management, to no avail In addition, IHG Corporate has explained this is an independently owned and operated hotel by Everwood Hotel Properties and so they can also not provide any or accommodation

My family of 4 stayed at this location from November 2021 to April 2022 while we searched for a home in this crazy market after moving to Texas We stayed in the 2bedroom suite w/two Queen beds in second room for our two kids PERFECT! The beds were very comfortable, but i wish they had pillows that didnt sink

However no problem for we brought our own Kitchenette was very well stocked with all you need (of course a pair of scissors would have come in handy) This hotel was definitely a home away from home We always felt safe, comfortable and we were all a little sad to leave Front Desk staff was always so friendly and helpful especially James! The housekeeping staff was absolutely amazing The lobby and our rooms always looked and felt clean after their visit My kids loved the complimentary breakfast We highly recommend staying at this hotel Even though we live here now we will definitely be back for a date night away from the kids!

Room was dated, not clean, visible carpet stains, used soap and hair in shower, dead roach smashed on the side of the TV mantle Hot water and water pressure were minimal Many people in our party complained about it

Bed was comfortable but I was afraid to sleep in it If I wasn’t here for a family reunion and everyone wasn’t staying here I would definitely never choose this hotel Staff was nice and informed, breakfast was hot and the eating area seemed clean The location is the best thing about it I however do not recommend

Kamirra Logan

My mom wanted to give it 2 stars because she said it wasn’t the typical Hyatt place and the rooms needed to be renovated, but I’m giving it 3 stars because I’m not that picky I thought it was a nice stay especially with the discounted price we were given from hotelscom

The room was pretty spacious We had 2 queen beds and a little sitting area that had a couch and a desk The mini fridge appeared to be leaking and broken at first but it turns out that housekeeping turn it off after cleaning the room If this is the case for you there is a knob on the inside that you can turn to turn it back onThey serve breakfast in the mornings and the place is pet friendly (or dog friendly I should say I don’t know if other pets are allowed) Sure the rooms and maybe even the hallways could use some updating but if looks don’t bother you that much it’s not that bad

Kevin George

Decent hotel that serves hot breakfast The hallways and common areas were clean My room though, needed some updates

The door appeared water damaged The carpeting needed some cleaning The TV, for some reason, kept telling me that it was “temporarily unavailable” and wouldn’t show anything Staff was friendly and nice though and the room was pretty large

Michelle Markgraf

The hotel’s clean, the staff is nice, The breakfast was not to my liking — but I appreciated the gesture I didn’t give 5 stars because there was an issue with my check in and I had to pay for another room Now I’m having to battle to get my money back through booking

com, a 3rd party service That shouldn’t be my problem I shouldn’t have been charged for another room I should have been able to check in and then they deal with the situation They are the ones who contract these 3rd party companies to post their vacant rooms I had already paid I had a confirmation for a room and yet I had but I had to deal with this issue for half an hour and it was already 2 AM just trying to check in I had originally prepaid for the room so all I had to do was get keys I was exhausted There was no offer to give me an extended check out say past noon This would have been very helpful but no they were knocking on my door at 11 If I paid for a room at 2:30 in the morning it sounds to me like it was the next day so I should have been able to rent the room as if it was the next day and not had to check out at 11 at all As it stands now I paid over $200 for an OK room for a10 hour stay Over all I don’t think I’d stay there againThe reason for that is the hospitality industry is supposed to anticipate guests needs and while the staff was nice, no one thought that this was the wrong way to treat a guests There’s no hospitality–I was there too make sure they were paid and that I followed their rules

Anyssa Cantu

Great sized rooms with super fluffy pillows, but overall cleanliness could be a little better The floors were all kinda sticky and there was a soap leftover from the previous occupants in our shower Front desk was accommodating when we had to cancel a night last minute due to a family emergency

The free breakfast was awesome! Lots of pastries, cereal, juice, and yogurt varieties along with hot eggs, turkey sausage, gravy and strawberry flavored Texas waffles 😋Note for pet owners, there are snakes in the immediate surrounding area so make sure to be vigilant while walking your pets Hotel staff are strict about barking, so beware if your dog is noisy We got warned for my dog barking a few times from the room during daylight hours while we were unloading our car on arrival I would’ve understood the warning if she was very loud or this had been during sleeping hours This made me extremely paranoid that I would not be able to leave her alone as she barks occasionally at noises as any dog would

D Bartek

All of the staff were helpful and friendly Our room was well taken care of and clean with both a mini fridge and microwave The pool area is welcoming and even has a spa lift with great placement at the rear of the hotel

The breakfast was excellent and fresh, even nearing the end of service Will definitely stay here the next trip we take!

Had a great stay over the weekend My only complaint is I wish they had complimentary breakfast the price to buy something frozen like a lean cuisine is very high

Almost forcing you to pay for the also extremely high rate for a basic continental breakfast or buy something of barelyhigher but of basic same value from their bistro which is at least prepared freshly This is a major flaw in the services offered by this hotel in my opinion

This is the worst Hampton I’ve ever stayed at My room phone did not work and my toilet would not flush I called the front desk from my cell phone and was informed they would move me to a new room once one was clean

Two minutes after the call, someone beats on my door saying they’re “Maintenance” and here to fix my toilet I informed him I was already told by the front desk that I was being moved and he could gladly come fix toilet after my move is complete He then screams I can let him fix the toilet or leave because I’m not getting moved due to having no rooms This was completely contradictory to what I was told by Laura at the front desk I later find out that the maintenance man was also the head manager named Henry Please stay away from this property as they are rude, unprofessional, and clearly racist The night staff was great but the day time staff was the total opposite Don’t spend your money here

Dareyon gray-davison

the lady at the desk when checking in was on her phone playing a game the door was loud when we came in she heard us but i had to wait about a minute and then say hello can you help me! there was also a toddler being babysat both mornings when we were there she was a cute little kid but they mentioned they were babysitting while her mother slept? not sure what that was about but the hotel smelled so bad in the halls and in the room they were sold out so we could not move to another one, it was very loud and someone drumming in the wall next to us around 5am in the morning! i would not recommend this hotel unless you really need one and i wont be back!

huichin Lam

Watch out! I don’t feel safe ! I lost 2 vantage necklaces ! Just one hour after I checked out, I found I left 2 necklaces on the desk and called the reception, they couldn’t find them and very rude to hand up the phone while I was talking The facility is very old, mirrors door can’t close properly! The worst experience I ever had all over the world!

The night clerk was so nice I was very impressed with the pool being handicap accessible The ramp was something I hadn’t seen before

Easy for me being disabled to actually get in the pool Day clerk wasn’t as friendly Was disappointed in the fact there wasn’t a tub, only a shower with a shower head that wasn’t as good as my $1799 head at home Nice breakfast

Jeana Arnold

This hotel was disappointing, which is a shame as I’ve always had good luck with this brand Soap dish was ripped off the wall, toilet paper holder was broken (When we told the front desk, their response was “we know” but no one mentioned it when we checked in)

Elevator was very close to our room and I underestimated other peoples ability to be courteous and quiet in the hallways The elevator smelled of burnt rubber A dog was barking randomly for several hours one evening On a positive note, we had hot water and plenty of nice towels According to some of the reviews, that is something to be grateful for

1st stay cation, due to a water leak at home Fairly new hotel in Wylie Since we are a Wyndham Rewards member, and Wyndham Margaritaville owner, I expect a lot

Rooms are spacious, nice decor, beds good, plenty of pillows, air is cold, and has a microwave, and mini-fridge This hotel is pet friendly tooIn our room, carpet square torn, and shower had mold on caulking at the bottom Hallway outside of the elevator door is stained A great hotel to stay But, cleaning the stains, repair of carpet, and recaulking the shower would not take much $20 per day pet deposit helps offset the cost, and if done routinely

This hotel is located across the street from a strip mall which made it perfect for easy dining and shopping for my overnight stay Overall the room was pretty good but the shower curtain did have dried on soap splashes from a previous guest Also you can hear kids screaming at the pool and stampeding down the halls during the day, which made it hard to relax after a long day of driving

There was also a dog barking that you could hear on the entire first floor, both inside and outside the establishment Overall the visit was good, once the sun went down

Doug Wadley

Nice hotel, bed was comfortable, might want to bring you own pillow Nice hotel in a quiet area No service for clean sheets or towels from what we were told per the Covid pandemic the rooms are cleaned before you arrive and if you need towels, trash bags, coffee etc you will need to go to the front desk

Will check back next time we go to Dallas

First time Dallas area Hilton Garden Inns and Hampton Inns are usually the nicest mid class Hotel for short business stays This hotel is no exception

Late check-in but friendly staff, very clean Lobby had a nice small bar open for drinks until 10 pm Great after a long plane ride Hallways elevators, carpets and floors are all clean and well-kept Room is especially nice Smells good, no smoke smell, decent furnishings Nice beds Everything clean Felt comfortable in the room In-room coffee machine microwave and Ice Bucket Have the dress with Gideon Bible in the drawer next to the bedThis particular Hotel there’s a lot of freeway noise so make sure that you are requesting a room on the front of the building The back side of the building is pretty much like you’re standing on the emergency Lane of the freeway Not much the hotel can do about that This is a great place to stay if you’re in Allen or Dallas Texas area

We stayed at this hotel after the A/C in our home went out Although this is an older hotel property in Allen, we found the prices and overall stay was acceptable The hot tub by the pool was broken which was disappointing

We also had some furniture in our room that showed it’s ageThe staff was friendly and the prices reasonable for a Hilton location We didn’t like the attempted up charge for a mediocre breakfast so, we went to Two Rows next door, which was as always great foodThe location has a ton of conference type rooms and is centrally located in Allen It’s not super fancy but, is well maintained and safe If you’re coming in to visit family or on business, this hotel is just fine, especially if you can get a deal

Staff was super friendly My room looked unfinished

there was a 2 inch strip of some type of tile peeking out where the carpet met the bathroom tile at the doorway Bathroom very outdated with mildew stains The breakfast buffet was minimal and not worth the 1495I saw a sign that said pancakes, but no pancakes in sight, and not much fruit Location was very convenient for me to visit family, but also to get to shopping and restaurants

The hotel is nice and updated My only issues were the room size and how cold the bathroom and kitchen floors wereI have stayed at many TownePlace hotels and this one had the smallest room, by far

I was alone so I never needed the sofa bed, but if I did, I have no idea how it would have worked because there was simply no roomThe TV was placed on the wall and could be adjusted, which was necessary since the TV is parallel to the bed and I could not watch TV comfortably unless the TV was pulled out and turned to an angle The created a problem because you have to walk by the TV to reach the bathroom and there were several times I almost ran into the TV because of how it was positionedMy only other complaint was how cold the floors were I do understand that tiled floors will generally be cold But these floors were so cold that I could still feel how cold they were through two pairs of socks and I had stand on a folded up towel when cooking so that my feet wouldn’t get coldOverall, the hotel is nice and new and perfect for someone who doesn’t need a lot of space

Horrible spot The management us so mean The people that work the desk are so rude also

I only stayed 1 day because of how rude and because of their ridiculous policies I took my business down the streetI had little bites all over my arms when I woke up in the morningI gota harassed for smokint out the back door Even tho there was a ash tray right by the doorAnd even tho their deposit is only 20$ per night I got charged 60$ to stay thereThe manager is a snotty man that spoke very condescending to me I will not recommend this hotel to ANYONE

Matthew Murphy

This is one of the better hotels we’ve stayed at recently during Volleyball tournaments The only gripes I would have for this one is that the room curtains don’t fully go across the windows so when the sun comes up, its bright in your room and no way to darken it The other gripe is that you have to put one of the door cards in a spot by the door to even use the lights

That restricts you to only one card you can actually use
