For It’s kind, it is a decent choice We were a family of five, with 3 teenagers, and took the 2 story room Don’t be mistaken by the name, the rooms are small and the bathrooms are tiny

It is relatively clean, they only come in once a week but will provide towels as much as needed The bath amenities are good but of course nothing more than shampoo and shower gel It is a 12 minutes drive frown Disney and 45 from universal Anaheim itself has enough dining options The breakfast is the usual omelet, cereal and muffins thing Not enough choices though and not even a bagel, just regular bread The front desk team is super nice and friendly at all hours of the day They kept packages for me and allowed us to stay another hour at checkout

First time I have been disappointed with a Marriott Hotel Location is great for Disneyland proximity and roomier with a bigger family but that’s the only positive thing to say The door to our room was extremely hard to open unless you use brute force

One day I ended up spilling some of my food from the complimentary breakfast because I simply could not open the door with one hand Several things wrong with our stay: the room had a HEAVY smell of smoking With 3 kids that is not ideal I’d feel a slight headache every time I entered the front door because it was so strong Also the ceiling fan in the living room didn’t work or have any way of turning on The microwave didn’t work When I book hotels, I find ones with microwaves for the purpose of heating up food, which I couldn’t do during this trip The toilets are extremely small and look like they are more for kids But the worst part of all was that during our 5 day stay, I didn’t get trash pick up once On the 4th day I went down to front desk to request for trash, toilet paper refills and towel exchange Sadly after coming back at midnight after a long daywe came to find that they had left toilet paper and towels on the couch, but had not bothered to empty our trash I understand with Covid things and times have changed, but do you really think guests can stay in a room for 5 days and not have any trash? I was upset especially after I told front desk we needed it to be done while we were gone for the day This is NOT Marriott standard and do not plan to stay here again

The rooms need updating but they were clean Except the smell We couldn’t understand why but the room was unpleasant with the odor of marijuana, despite airing it out constantly

It lasted the duration of our stayPillows are great Mattresses are awful Like sleeping on a bouncy house Sofa is appalling No support Old Very uncomfortableNot enough toiletries, TP, towels provided Dispensers were empty or almost empty 2 shampoos in the bathroom downstairs 2 conditioners upstairs Tiny soaps in inadequate quantity Dish soap missing All required phone call to desk InconvenientInsufficient parking but it’s well-lit and we had no problems and saw no sign of anyone else having problemsWater dispenser in the gym was brokenBreakfast OK Friendly staff Friendly front deskHighlight of stay was the wonderful housekeeper tucked my son’s Pokémon plushie into bed when he cleaned the room It was a very sweet touch and we appreciated itAlso, the front desk woman shooed a transient off the property We were intimidated by his presence He seemed mentally ill or inebriated We were dreading staying because of this She came out and encouraged him to leave the picnic table outside our room and find someplace else to go We thought it was incredibly brave of her and we appreciated it very much We would have regretted staying with you if there were transients on the property

This was a really great hotel really close to the parks The beds were extremely comfortable as most Marriott brands are Nice bathroom although they only provided small bottles for shampoo and conditioner

We booked a rate that included parking, but if not you do have to pay per day They do allow you to keep the car parked there all day even after checking out so you can enjoy yourself in the park The breakfast was also included in our rate, but it was around $10 per item We purchased the bistro sandwich which was very filling and very delicious Would definitely recommend including this in your next Disneyland vacation

Devon Bateman

The hotel was located about a 20 minute walk to Disneyland and California Adventure Check-in staff were friendly and helpful however the cleaning staff did not meet my expectations The hotel was only cleaning rooms upon request

I requested cleaning every second day and when done, surfaces were not wiped down, towels were not replenished, in room coffee was not refilled and when requested only decaf was provided One day they didn’t even clean the room despite making a request The bistro restaurant initially had a limited menu when we arrived but eventually served the entire menu The food was good however at times it was very busy and service was slow during those times The pool, hot tub and wading pool were nice and towels replenished regularly

We are Disney Magic Key holders and often drive up from San Diego for the day/night to go to the parks We have stayed all over Anaheim, and this was one of our favorite stays The hotel is ~15 min walk directly on the main road to the park entrance & conveniently located near a promenade of restaurants

The room was comfortable, updated & a decent size Nice bathrooms/showers Also was impressed with the pool compared to other places we’ve stayed But the standout of our trip was Joe who helped us at the front desk Little did Joe know, we were having a pretty tough week He went above and beyond to help us get situated at the hotel, gave us information about the shuttles to the parks & was just overall so kind His kindness went such a long way Thank you, Joe, for your hospitality – we will be back!

We stayed for our Disneyland trip, so we wanted a clean room that was walking distance to the park I was leery after reading some of the reviews, but our experience was great We did not use the pool

We walked to the park, but we also noticed that some people used the bus service that can be bought through ART We didn’t think that the walk was bad – 10-15 min The breakfast was fine for what you would expectWe did prepay, and when we checked in they thought that we hadn’t paid, but this was resolved via email the next day I think that the important thing to note is that we did have an issue and it was quickly resolved The hotel is clean, new and the staff was friendly, We would definitely stay here again Our experience with the hotel was great

Frankie K

Exceptional hotel and staff! The family and I had a wonderful experience first time staying at this property Tremendous service by the hotel staff, from the moment we stepped into the lobby to check out Special thanks to Conner at the front desk for accommodating us at check in

Our stay was excellent, and first impressions of the hotel exceeded all expectations The hotel was remarkably clean, breakfast was a delight, and our relaxing 1 bedroom, 2 queen sofa bed suite w/ full kitchen was perfect for the whole family Thank youElement Anaheim Resort team for making our stay a memorable one

Jim Dodds

I really enjoyed my stay here We’ve come to Anaheim to go to Disneyland several times but this is the first time we’ve stayed here rather than our normal hotel It was a good experience

The hotel room was nice and what we needed I enjoyed my association with the employees They genuinely seem to be glad that I was there They were helpful and courteous and happy The breakfast was great every morning And those employees helping with breakfast were terrific That was a big job to run breakfast for all those people and they got it done every morningThis hotel is only a short distance from the Disneyland gate You can ride the shuttle but we walked each day I feel like the price was very reasonable Parking was greatThe only thing that made it a little bit hard that is by no means a negative was the security I have younger children that are impulsive and would get ahead of me They would get on the elevator before me and because it takes a room key to go to any of the floors with rooms, sometimes I would get separated from my kids and they wouldn’t be able to get to the room because they’re too young to have a card key I’ll have to figure that one out in the futureWe had a room on the east side of the hotel I think next time I’m going to ask for a room on the west side The freeway is on the east side but the cars going by didn’t bother us much, it was more like white noise I just want to be on the west side so that if they do fireworks at Disneyland some night, I might be able to see them from my room

We love this hotel we chose to stayed here for 7 days while on our Disney vacation and we loved it and would recommend it The freeway entrance is just up the street and only takes 20 min to Disney and 30 min to Huntington Beach, the roads were not too busy didn’t experience any bad traffic There was 4 of us and we had a one king and a pull out sofa room and it fits us perfectly and the beds and pillows were very comfortable

The clerks were very pleasant and professional and the staffs were very friendly and helpful It is a cashless hotel just a heads up The pool was great couldn’t get my kids out and so was she breakfast There is a bunch of stores, gym and restaurants around the hotel The parking lot gets filled up fast if you return late but what can you do if a place is very popular We enjoyed our stay and would come back next time if close by our vacation spots Thank you

I’ve frequented Fairfield Inns and was pleasantly surprised that this one was different from the others I’ve booked with It’s more of a motel style – with individual rooms with doors that lead outside So, no doorman

The difference is that this place feels safe and secure! When I checked in, the front desk employee was friendly and welcomed me for my first stay at this Fairfield Inn location (I am a silver elite member) With my reservation, I requested a room on a low floor and I was provided with one The rooms are great and the bathroom are gorgeous Complimentary breakfast was also given, and it was hot breakfast instead of the grab-n-go type of breakfast I’m satisfied with this beautiful place 🙂

Jared Stump

Stayed here with my wife while visiting Disneyland It was only a 20-minute drive and about half the cost of the hotels around Disney I was a bit surprised that this hotel had outdoor corridors; I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a Marriott hotel that didn’t have indoor corridors

I was pleasantly surprised that it was quiet inside the room, even with people walking by outside and the location next to a busy freewayThe whole property felt a bit dated but it was clean and the amenities were good I liked the exercise room in the casita by the pool TV in room was very smallOverall, it’s a good hotel and if you’re looking to save a few bucks it’s worth staying here

We stayed at the Westin and we were very satisfied with our stay This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the staff were so accommodating and helpful The restaurants on property offer some wonderful dining selections and the distance to DISNEYLAND was only a 10-15 minute walk entering at Downtown Disney

I am all about cleanliness and this hotel exceeded my expectations Not only were the hotel grounds immaculate but my room was spotless upon check-in and loved how they came in to service throughout my stay as I know some hotels and resorts are not offering housekeeping due to the pandemic If and when I travel back to Anaheim I would definitely stay at the Westin again

S Flores

Beautiful hotel! The beds are so comfortable, best sleep I’ve had at a hotel I will be ordering some of your pillows because I loved them My kids loved the view of Disney California Adventure from our room

We also enjoyed our food at the Rooftop Bar The gentleman playing the guitar and singing really set the mood for an awesome relaxing vacation Our server was amazing! The only downside was the Rooftop bar hostess, she made us feel unwelcome, but the rest of the staff and the firework show compensated for that We will definitely be back next time we visit the Disney Parks

Sanford Sundara

The hotel was excellent It was very clean, staff was friendly, the entry was very welcoming with pleasant entry music and decor, the rooms had a very calming scent and aroma We ordered room service and the food was amazing

Location was also very key, within walking distance to Disneyland, surrounding shops, and restaurants nearby The beds were very comfortable and only wish we could’ve packed them home with us The only drawback, that otherwise would’ve made this a 5 star review, was a very very slow draining tub during out showers Upon investigating, it looked to be a huge clog from clumps of hairs through previous guests My suggestion would to add “check tub drains” during routine guest room changeover cleaning Other than this, our stay was fantastic

Springhill Suites is a good place to lay your head down and not have to worry about cleanliness The establishment is fairly new but the housekeeping and upkeep of the place is top notch Rooms are decorated up to date nicely and are more than spacious enough for whatever your need may be

Bathrooms are immaculate and also very spacious Checking in and out was effortless and quick and we would have had been in our room within minutes but we stopped at the lobby bar for a drink which was nice Continental breakfast was the usual food items for hotels but what was nice about the breakfast was it stayed open a little bit longer than the closing for those of us who wake up lateA good experience which makes me be a future returning patron

Lilleann Bryant

We were greeted by a very friendly front desk employee He gave us all the info on the hotel and bar before we head up to our room The room was very nice and clean

The only complaint I have is, the water left over on the floor from the kids coming in and out of the pool The pool is outside and most of these kids weren’t drying off before coming into the hotel to get on the elevator I don’t recall seeing a “caution wet” sign or anyone making an effort to clean up the water that can cause some to slip Overall though it was a great stay and breakfast was nice

Mia Sun

SpringHill is a nice choice for families Some rooms come with 2 queen beds and a sofa/trundle combo That’s right these room sleep 6 nicely

The sofa bed is a bit firm but nice in size The trundle pulls out if you need an extra space Both of these options are NOT like sofa beds with the bars making them lumpy and uncomfortableThe breakfast is pretty good with waffle makers and a few choices of other items, like scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, muffins, fruit, etcThe location is in an industrial area and there just isn’t much very close, but grocery stores and restaurants are about a 5 minute driveThe bathroom door is a bad deal in Springhill suites! Marriott designers really missed the mark with these translucent windows in the doors! If you need a light on in the bathroom at night or early morning it shines through the door and lights up the whole room They should seriously consider just painting them solid black

This place was great We went on a family vacation to Disney (7 of us, 4 adults and 3 toddlers 5 and 2), we were 9 miles from Disney, but 2 blocks from a shuttle bus at toy story park that took us to the Disney entrance and back to the park at the end of the night(which saved a lot of walking with toddlers) we had a suite with 2 queen beds, and a connecting room with twin bunk beds and a pull out couch, 2 full bathrooms

There is a community pool and hot tub It was perfect for us The front office accepted deliveries for us and made sure we received them The staff was super friendly and the continental breakfast had several options to satisfy all our appetites They have a luggage cart and elevator to move your baggage in one trip

Amber Roberts

I think this may be the most under rated hotel I’ve seen near Disneyland! We have stayed at TONS of different places near Disneyland over the last 6 years I think this may be my favorite so far because the price is fair, service is great, location just as good as any other and it is CLEAN! We’ve stayed at other much more expensive hotels and have found food under the bunk beds, bugs in the beds I’ve looked this room over, under the mattresses and it is spotless

A little outdated yes But I think it’s the best value We had the family room with bunk beds (1 queen bed) and it was comfortable for the 7 days we stayed with our family of 5

Tayra Rivera

I totally recommend staying at this hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful (Every time I went to front desk, they provided everything I requested, staff during breakfast kept everything clean and cleaning staff was really efficient) I didn’t give five stars because the waffle machine was broken during my 7 night stay Overall, the hotel is clean, has a nice and good location (it is located near Disneyland, a 20 minutes walk to the main entrance and a 5 minutes walk to the Toy Story Parking Lot that takes you to the park for free), and great staff

If I have the chance to go again to LA, I will totally stay here again

This is like third time staying here, and it is our FAVORITE hotel to stay when visiting Disneyland Our 4 year old gets so excited to stay at the “Palm Tree Hotel”, and the staff are so kind and helpful, and rooms are clean and comfy! It’s an easy walk to the parks, and the breakfast made my husband so happy each morning They even upgraded us on our recent visit last week, which was amazing (and if you can swing it, I definitely recommend getting the room with a sunken living room… so much space!)

We have plans to come back in September, October and December (our kiddo’s birthday happens during this trip 🙂 Highly recommend this hotel!

I love this hotel! This is my 2nd trip here My husband and I came right after we got married to go to Disneyland 6 years and 2 kids later, we knew 100% we were staying here again

This is where you stay when you are going to Disneyland It’s less than a 1/2 mile walk (literally 2 blocks) By far one of my favorite hotels EVER and a real bright spot on our Disneyland trip The location is enough to make you stay here but they outdo themselves The front desk ladies were all so sweet and friendly especially Lorena! She was so understanding and helpfulat check-in I had laryngitis and she was so patient with my lack of voice control and volume She made local suggestions that my family would enjoy and was very personable We couldn’t have had a better experience honestly Every time we were in the lobby the front desk ladies would smile, say hello or wave Our room was lovely, the balcony was a great touch If you stay here, try to get one of those rooms The view is nice at night The breakfast is good Nothing beats waffles My girls loved the donuts too It is a great start to our morning We didn’t go to the pool this time but saw many people enjoying the pool and hot tub It’s very family friendly My girls especially loved the Mickey statue in the lobby and finding the stuffed characters hidden on the ceiling I did lose a few items when we checked out but I can’t pinpoint where we left them so no way to recover them unfortunately

Jennifer Stacey

The hotel itself was great, good location, rooms were spacious enough, and staff was friendlyThe reason I’m giving it two stars and won’t stay there again is because we had to pay more than $75 for three days of parking and on multiple occasions there was nowhere to park When we approached the front desk about it, they told us to park in the fire lane behind the hotel

This is unacceptable for a few reasons: 1) that’s for fire trucks/first responders – if my vehicle got damaged because it had to be forcibly moved in the event of a fire, is the hotel paying for that? It also makes emergency response slower, which could result in injury or death, 2) I paid over $75 for parking, I should get a parking spot with that kind of money, and 3) parking along the back of the hotel leaves very little space for those parking on the perimeter to get out; it’s an accident waiting to happenThe second thing is they advertised the pool as heated, but it was super cold When we asked about that, they said it’s technically heated, but not to more than 78 degrees The pool was really cold so I doubt it even hit 78If the parking issues were resolved we would consider recommending this place, the pool isn’t even that big of an issue, it’s just false advertising But the parking issue is absolutely not okay At the very least they should refund people the parking fee when they have multiple instances of having nowhere to park I kept being told there would be parking spaces “after 11:00AM” – what good does that do for me I didn’t pay for parking to only be able to get a space during a handful of daytime hours

Rooms are old but decent Beds aren’t terrible but aren’t great The continental breakfast was surprisingly very good

Staff is friendly and helpful The pool was pretty gross It appears they think a pool that is milky in color and not being able to see the bottom is sign of a well maintained pool They need to fire whoever is responsible for the pool maintenance Also I informed many employees about the outside security door not properly locking and it was never addressed There are too many other options for you to choose to stay here I won’t make that mistake again

Julie Cotton

We stayed at this hotel in their 1 bedroom studio room for about a week Kaleb did a great job as the front desk employee who helped us check in and also check out Guia kept in touch with us about a possible rock & play for our younger toddler for her to sleep in, and also was great about addressing our early morning needs promptly & clearly as a family of 4, with 2 young toddlers

On a Sunday afternoon, when we were inviting family members to come by so that we cook lunch for them, Jake, was the polite employee who replaced the kitchen light bulb & TV remote professionally and quickly Finally, Justin H was polite and friendly as the front desk employee who assisted with providing change for the laundry machines and also confirming that there was free hot brewed coffee In addition, the hotel provided a sturdy and comfortable king size mattress and functioning appliances in the kitchen If our family ever wants to visit our extended family in Orange County again, we will consider this hotel once more

J C

1st time here Booked reservations for 3 nights A/C not functioning

Notified front desk twice 1st guy said he’d have some check on it, which I don’t think he followed through since he was getting off his shift Second gentleman, Isaac Reed was apologetic and did have a maintenance person inspect and A/C completely out Got upgraded to a one BR at no extra costMr Reed, you have restored my faith in this hotel! Thank you I would have given 4 stars if the elevators didn’t keep breaking down I may consider staying again provided I can get accommodations on the 1st floor with a functional A/C

In general we had nice short stay Yet the fire alarm in our room was out of battery and the hotel is fully occupied that there’s no room to change to, so we had to fall into sleep hearing the alarm beeping all night! Other than that, it’s a nice hotel with good price and they offer free continental breakfast! Prepare some $1 tips to the lady who’ll make your egg sausage and toast breakfast! Nice looking small pool and jacuzzi yet i had to work a bit so didn’t get to enjoy!

The quiet hours helped a lot when it comes to noise when your trying to sleep, also our room faced the parking lot and there was not much noise I felt very safe with needing the key to enter at night, needing it to go up the elevator, going to the gym, etc The breakfast was delicious and enough to fill me up We could also see the fire works from disneyland a little bit through the building in front of us Therefore I loved this hotel and it was a very good experience

Very clean, nice hotel close to Disneyland Breakfast was great every morning But what really stood out was the staff

Michelle was very helpful when I had a question about my bill and made sure I knew she would be there the following afternoon if I still had questions Jocelyn took a minor complaint to her supervisor (without being promoted to) and they handled it quickly and I was very pleased Staff gets 10 stars! All in all a great stay and we will be back Thank you! Whit Mirante

No housekeeping on a 3 day stay? You need to request one – for changing towels and cleaning up the trash? Reason is Covid – which is now old ridiculous Charging crazy amount and not keeping enough staff

$26 parking fee per day is ridiculous Breakfast was not bad, but the quality has slightly deteriorated (no fresh cut fruits) Elevator was painfully slow and every-time the wait felt like eternity A guest joked that even the wait in Disney was shorterPositives: convenient location for Disneyland Neat and clean Good bed, good shower, clean linens – as expected at a Hyatt Place

The hotel is beautiful especially at night The staff that I came in contact with were friendly and helpful The one bedroom with pull out sofa was super spacious and very clean

I used their gym and was excited that it was updated equipment But make sure you bring your own towel The breakfast was free and very good which saved us a lot of money The free parking was a hit because now hotel charge which is ridiculous I also enjoyed the portraits that were on the first floor which gave a history of the family that started the Ayers Hotel This is definitely a hidden gem in Chino Hills California

Check in was easy, staff was very accommodating, I have health issues which allow me a service dog, staff was very understanding and treated my dog with respect and care The bartender came and brought my dog some cold water to drink, which I thought was very sweet! Room was beautiful! Perfect! Best sleep I have had in weeks! Beds are heaven! Very clean rooms and great staff make for a 5 star review I found my new fave local hotel! Thank you Doubletree for treating us so kindly

Only two housekeepers for the whole hotel Check-in was 3-4 hours late so I had to find something to do for those hours for the whole family I got an email at 3p saying I could start my virtual check in so we were pretty surprised when we got to the hotel that there was a long line of people being told their rooms weren’t ready

Also called for blankets, pillows, and towels because the room was under stocked They never showed up, assuming due to low staffingRoom was otherwise clean and well kept

JND Sawtelle

The room was very expensive When I asked for extra coffee packets for the room the attendant said they had no more and I would need to order from the restaurant I said a hotel this large and no extra coffee? She said we have decaf

The guy behind her said let me go look in the back, 5 minutes later he came back with 2′ packets This is only an example of how rude and unhelpful the staff was For $250 a night you would think they would have more professional service

I had a guest staying there for almost 2 weeks Whenever I was there having conversation at the lobby I was very impressed by the professionalism & friendliness of the front desk crews All of them

I wish I can mentioned all their names cause they deserved very good feedback But the 2 lfront desk adies that I want to mention is Liz & Martin They were always very thoughtful & made fresh coffee for us They were super friendly & attentive I was very impressed by the hotel management Thank you!

Not up to par with other Hampton Inns Recommend staying somewhere cheaperCon’s:—Of the 7 days I was there, the breakfast room tables were never clean, except on the day Angelina (breakfast attendant) was working so kudos to her—Non-working items in room included dead bolt on door, room telephone, black-out window shade, exhaust fan in bathroom—Tried to report broken items in room to day desk clerk, but she cut me off after the first item and offered to move me to a different room “when available”—Sunday night, I had neighbors in 4 rooms around me with young kids screaming & running the halls, several adults yelling in rooms & hallways, repeated loud noises like furniture being thrown around, and doors being constantly slammed for 4 hours until 1:30am… the night clerk was pleasant and tried to be helpful but the hotel was full—Did not receive my room discount at checkout & desk clerk simply insisted I didPro’s:—within walking distance to a nice, large movie theater within a shopping center—clean room, pleasant housekeeping staff—good parking, even when hotel is full—water bottles always available at front desk

Rachel Stuff

Well obviously this is a trash place My rash from whatever bit me here is finally going away, I’m still not a smoker even though these crooks want to try to charge me a smoking fee ( twice ) They do this to many of their guests along with displays of dirty rooms and poor customer service

For these reasons this weekend when my husband and I rent a hotel, ( as we do most weekends and never get charged smoking fees, because we don’t smoke) we will most definitely spend our money elsewhere, like the Chino Hills Hotel, with an indoor pool, a gym room, friendly staff and decent prices Do your self a favor and stay anywhere else

Five nights for business/pleasure Masks currently optional inside though strongly recommended by CAClean, comfortable, attractive lobby, deli/gift shop, restaurant

Friendly & helpful staff Shuttle to convention center/Disney Grounds and pool are beautiful Dated rooms not an issue for me However, this is:“Housekeeping will not enter your room butare happy to deliver items upon request” Be prepared to make your bed & clean your bathroom, call to have garbage picked up outside your door & for new towels, more coffee or toiletries There is no room service or microwave You have to use the microwave in the deli (6:30 am – 10 pm) which is a good walk from many of the rooms I guess you can borrow a vacuum if needed Just like being at home I’d say less than 100% vacation mode for Mom I’d check out other hotels for included services before booking in the future All things equal, I would stay here again

Shauna White

The location and shuttle are great The shuttle was always on time and really helped make our Disney trips easier The hotel itself is really pretty old and in need of a renovation

The bathroom is super tiny and really can only accommodate one person at a time, which might pose a problem when getting ready in the morning It was clean and comfortable though The grounds and the lobby also beautiful Overall the price, free shuttle (all other places charge), and location make this hotel a good option for your Disney trip

Raquel Ayala

I want to first say the good or great things about this hotel The staff at this hotel is superior to any 5 star hotel I give the staff 5 stars! From checking in, maid service, restaurant staff and pool

The staff was by far the best I have ever experienced The food at the Deli and Bistro were good Now for the negatives the beds are old and really hard The reading lamps don’t work Everything from the shower curtain rings falling apart, to the glass on the table in the room that our three year old almost brought down on his head with minimal effort No outlets or outlets that don’t work are a bit shocking Windows that open but no screens to keep the bugs out was strange Zero AC in the upper floor hallways But the most shocking was the cockroach our 8 year old mentions (hey what kind of bug is that grandma?) on our door on the last day at the hotel The pounding from the construction workers outside renovating the hotel was definitely a bit much especially when you have small kids who need a nap If it wasn’t for the staff it would have been a waste of money to stay there and would have asked for a discount

We stayed at this hotel for four nights, it was a pleasant stay in a convenient location The hotel is a bit dated, but kept well, and the staff are kind and accommodatingPros:- (mostly) clean room- spacious- convenient area- friendly, masked staff- decent amenities- included continental breakfastCons:- parking is $10/day on top of the price of the room- room cleanliness: the headboard had weird sticky spots like someone had splashed tea or soda, the curtains had a substantial what looked to be a blood stain they attempted to wash, judging by the color, the carpet had a few odd stains- odd flickering horror movie lights every time we turn them on- “hotel room smell” you know the one

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! It is my go to location when we go to Disneyland!! Impeccable staff, immaculate rooms, comfortable beds, very affordable, a generous breakfast, beautiful decor, & the list goes on! Not to mention they have gone above and beyond for both times we stayed for both of my daughters 5th birthdays!!! Both times we stayed there, they had Balloons in the room, gorgeous flowers, favorite candies & they made my girls feel like royalty!!! I highly recommend you stay here, you will not regret it!

We had never stayed at an Ayres Hotel before, so we were a little anxious about our accommodations for our Disneyland vacation Well, we need not have worried because it was a great experience The room was large and clean, the beds were comfortable, the free hot breakfast was delicious and filling, and the service, all the way from the front desk to housekeeping, was fantastic

One especially bright spot was Jose who served us breakfast most mornings He has worked for the company for over 20 years and he was terrific One small thing to watch out for: This hotel charges $100 for each phone call made from its hotel phone Just for fun – our youngest made several phone calls to our cell phones from the hotel phone and we ended up being charged for this Not a big deal, but a very small detractor from an otherwise perfect experience

Will definitely be staying here again! Thank you

too bad it’s not closer to DisneylandJocelyn helped make our reservation and she was so helpful and made accommodations for our family even though it was a last minute booking, I really appreciate her diligence and caring personality Great customer service! 👌

The check in was easy The location was on a main street close to stores as well as eating places The 2 bedroom was large

We were on the bottom floor We didn’t hear any noise from the second floor The cleanliness of the door frames, window frames as well as the curtains were lacking attention of NOT being cleaned On the website the pictures show a fireplace We couldn’t figure out how to use the fireplace We called the front desk and we were told that we would have to pay $1000 for a log!!!! Say WHAT?! We were also told that they were out of logs at that moment That information should be stated on the website that you HAVE to pay extra money to use the fireplace that they are advertising and it is NOT FREE! Breakfast is from 7:00 -9:00 very small window
