This hotel is in very good location (close to shopping and restaurants) Property is well maintained, the rooms are kept clean, it has very friendly staff, and it has an excellent and caring General ManagerMy wife and I stayed in this hotel for 2 months (March and April of 2022)

The General Manager(Robert Mandujano) went above and beyond his duty to make us feel welcomed and attended to our needs promptly and with smileI would definitely recommend this hotel to others and we will stay there again

Beth Plocar

Broken handle on toilet, washing machine did not drain completely, dryers ‘ lint traps were filthy, coffee was terrible, and the creamers were empty (2 of the 3) Given that the laundry and coffee were free, the saying “You get what you pay for!” holds true Plus, housekeeping knocked 3 times in 10 minutes to make sure we were leaving! This after letting the first person know we were packing! Employees were not at all welcoming or pleasant

Definitely not recommended For the money I wish we had found a Marriott/Courtyard instead

Amanda Green

I’ve been staying here since February and I absolutely love it The staff is just wonderful and the manager is very kind and always making sure everything is to your likingIt’s pet-friendly, free washer/dryer on site, a pantry for those times you just need a snack, and they even have a 24-hour gym

It’s all together a great place to stay !!!

We we’re pleasantly surprised by the room Nice size room, full fridge with ice maker, sink ,stove, microwave and a recliner made of real leather and even the bedding and towels were high quality The room was so clean, we thought we may have been the first occupants

We will definitely stay there again The only thing it needed was one of those tall lighted signs so you can find it easier at night

bisco 29

We stayed here for 14 days $160000

Because of covid garbage pickup was supposed to be every Sunday, Full service every Wednesday The last time anyone came to our room was 2 Wednesdays ago That’s 10 days I kept calling and going in person to the front desk to ask for at least garbage pickup every day for the last week Each time, I was told that it would be taken care of They even said they would notify the hotel manager I even was told that there would be a message sent to the service persons phone Never kept any of their promises Couldn’t wait to get out of that place And here is the icing on the cake I woke up this morning and found out our refrigerator wasn’t working Lost all the food we had in the freezer and fridge All that money I spent staying here and such terrible service And you would think there would be a free breakfast for what they are charging? No You have to order a breakfast sandwich and a few things to go with it before 8pm the night before, and they charge you full price for it They don’t even give you a free bottle of water Their kitchenette has a full-size coffee maker, a toaster, and an electric stove top No pots or pans to cook with No utensils like spoons, forks, or knives You will have to buy a fry pan or a cooking pot

5 STARS Very clean Exceptional staff

I had a minor surgery prior to staying and they had no problem giving me a couple extra pillows Then I lost a sentimental piece of jewelry and not only were they able to locate it after my departure, their manager called me personally and shipped it to me It’s the little things I will definitely be returning next time I am in town!

My fiance lives here and it’s more like a plan that rents rooms out per month as opposed to a regular hotel which rents rooms out per night To me, it’s not clean enough I’ve also seen bedbugs and roaches

If you just have to need a place to stay then it’s okay, I guess but the monthly rent to me is ridiculous Close to $70000 per month

Ian Antoine Robinson

This place has no pool, no free breakfast, and its an overpriced homeless shelter! It has plentry of free clucks from hesed house though with unlimited bed bugs, all the good reviews are fake this dump is a bed bug palace! I can’t believe a pastor owns this dump may the Lord help him see he has a horrible bed bug infestation in his little homeless asylum stay away from this place and Hadgeed😈

The best part of the trip was meeting Jackie , the Food and Beverage Director! My mom and I were unsure of where we wanted to have dinner and we took a chance just based on Jackie’s vibe ! She told us everything was her recipe and she cooked it herself! To our surprise not only did we get GREAT food, great portion sizes , great taste but also really great conversation! I highly recommend going down to the restaurant ! My mom and I both got the ribeye dinner, I got a chicken noodle soup, she got a salad and we both had strawberry margaritas all made by Jackie! Thank you Jackie for the phenomenal food and service

Mike Buchner

Just stayed at this Holiday Inn in Aurora for two nights while visiting family in the area Was surprised find out that their housekeeping staff will NOT clean your room every day if you stay at their hotel for more than one night The front desk personnel informed us of this when we inquired why our room wasn’t cleaned the second day of our stay

She said they will only clean the room IF the guest requests it, due to a shortage of staff If that’s their policy then it should be stated on their website while making the reservation or displayed prominently during check-in (which it is not) So, the bottom line is that you shouldn’t have to pay full price for a room for less than full service at a Holiday Inn Not up to the brand standards Not cool

The place was clean, we fought with the ac, It worked but would freeze you to death unless you set it on 80 then it would get warm After 2 days sleeping on the bed we were so sore it was a relief to get back on the road again The car was more comfortable than the bed

The restaurant and bar isn’t open They can’t seem to find enough people to work Seems to be an epidemic Have the same problem at home

R R

It was just ok Nothing fancy The breakfast has a pancake maker and grab and go items

The pool was clean and warm, but it was a pain to have to go get your towels at the front desk It would be easier to have the towels at the pool area A clock in the pool area would also be nice The room was ok The carpet is old and has lumps and bumps in it The chair had a chair cover over it There are not updated USB plugs in the room Adding USB ports to the room would be a plus Kind of outdated Before you shower, make sure the machine in the shower has shampoo/conditioner/shower gel Ours was completely empty when we arrived For some reason, the floor we stayed on smelled like pot I’ve seen this in other people’s reviews, too Makes you wonder if it’s a staff member The hotel could be updated, even though it isn’t that old They have a restaurant, however it is not open Overall, it was ok, but could use some improvements I’m not sure that I felt it was worth the money for what you get

Dee Hopping

Also the carpet in the rooms were disgusting!! Seemed like they haven’t been cleaned in forever!! So many stains, tv sucked, smelled nasty, air kept breaking, toet breaking, never came in and cleaned for our 4 day staynever!!! They made me downstairs everytime I had to get towels, washrags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, our stuff was completely empty in the shower

never brought us anything!!! It was our responsibility for everything u wanted, needed, cleaning, supplies, never gave us clean sheets, towels nothing!!! Worse experience I’ve had and like I mentioned NO WIFI!!!! Tons of dropped calls and when it restored it went back off in seconds!! Absolutely terribleI shouldn’t been refunded or some kind of discount for doing everything ourselvescleaning ppl never even knocked on our door and ask if we needed somethingalso called down to desk numerous times and they hardly ever answered the phones there!!! So had to walk downstairs everytime!!! I won’t be staying there again unless I get a free stay!!! Def not worth $138

Dealing with Hiral has been an absolute pleasure! We have been sending employees down to stay at this Comfort Inn for months during an out of town job and she was always extremely helpful, often going above and beyond her duties to make sure we were taken care of Truly made booking and cancelling a breeze I didn’t stay at this hotel personally so I can’t speak to “my stay” but our employees never complained about noise or cleanliness issues

Rashawn Nance

I understand the service industry can be tough You’re dealing with different personalities all day One word of advice, everyone is not the same nor should they be treated as if they did something wrong simply by checking in

Letting go the obvious bad taste with the lack of welcoming atmosphere, I was introduced to something I couldn’t ignore The room was dirty but felt clean I slept on top of the covers as I always prefer After my alarm went off I saw something out of my peripheral crawling It scattered quickly and I thought nothing of it Then I saw it again on the night stand and it was a roach! Staring at me like I don’t belong here I called the front desk and accused guests of bringing them in She profusely blamed everyone instead of accepting responsibility She then proceeded to ask me to bring it to her for proof, what?!!!! After killing it with my scandal I saw yet another one It doesn’t matter what she thinks it’s obvious you guys have bugs Please check all of room 222 before staying FYI you’ll also have a $150 deposit on arrival even if you used a third party to pay for the hotel

Sala

I’m staying here for a business trip and my company paid for me and some coworkers to stay here for the weekVery disappointed staying at this hotelThe rooms are not clean

My bedding had like dust stuff on itBeen feeling itchy in my roomThe breakfast is disgustingThe front desk is extremely rude after checking in like they put a front up at first pretending to be niceNot helpful at when you ask them for anythingThe pool is closedThe area where the hotel is doesn’t give safe vibes and the other hotel guests I’ve encountered seem sketchyThe company will reply to this saying they can’t find me on their records like I’ve seen in other reviews Well I’m 100% a guest here and this place is gross!!!Trust me please beware and find somewhere better 🙁

This motel offers a reasonable value proposition While the cost is the lowest around for a weekly rental, the quality is okayOne hassle is the need to change the TV to a different input every time the TV is turned on

Also, the microwave is quite smallThe room was in decent shape Most importantly, it seemed to be cleanThe family that owns the establishment seems attentive to its guests’ needs

Jessica Peura

I wouldn’t even give one star honestly Our room was dirty as soon as we checked in There was a big sticky spot on the floor so my fiance asked to use a mop and was given a rag

Behind the bed there was sticky duck tape residue all over that my hair would stick too so he asked for a sheet to cover it and he was told do you just want a refund since you keep finding things to complain about? Like they couldn’t just give us a sheet? Or a clean room?

Ari Ortiz

We stayed there for months and in the beginning we liked it, then we started having issues with our restroom and they decided it was best that we remain in the room with our children while they used strong adhesives to fix while I had my young kids there and was pregnant Then once different owners came they began over charging and adding random fees after we received a lease / rental agreement and then got to the point we started paying over 2,000$ a month by the time they added Xtra charges they gladly took advantage of a family going through transition while trying to hold up til our home was ready after a 🔥 fire(takes awhile due to insurance agency)

the carpet and flooring was DISCUSTING and barely functioning then after moving rooms they had a leak destroying my husband’s tool electronics estimating over $300 and didn’t offer to reimburse or even offer something to right the wrong They just weren’t very kind people so we were all too happy to leave! The on-site housekeeper was a nightmare very rude loved holding toilet paper and clean sheets ransom to the point where we just washed them our self Karma will deal with those horrible slumlords Be careful trusting that location, and they enter your room without your consent ,we had to file a police report after someone entered and I was missing my daily tips and when I asked them who was in my rm they became hostile even though my neighbor recorded them entering it BAD EXPERIENCE BUT THEY SUCCEEDED TAKING OUR CASH AND MAKING A BAD SITUATION WORSE

So she was keeping our deposit Local authorities were called and they made her give us the refund Because they checked the room and it was no smoke debris or anything Whoever that lady is needs better respect and she need to realize people of different race from all over comes there And stop trying to take peoples money

all was fine

easy check in room clean and comfortable Left for evening, returned to stay overnight and left in morning All was good We stay for convenience as family lives nearby No pool or elevator so I request first floor because my knees do not do steps Never a problemLast time there Reserved room and requested main floor as did my daughter (her husband had ankle surgery and they had a 3 month old baby We requested main floor many months earlier as planned family graduation After 8 hour drive we were both on second floor No elevator so had to carry all to second floor Talked to management and they in put all blame on young new help I say be do not leave alone until properly trained You may apologize for your help but you do not pass on the buck to them with customers Suggested I come try again but cannot guarantee main floor that my knee requires I have been staying there for 18 years so sad

Breakfast is amazing & the staff does a great job at keeping up with the food demandThe hotel itself is extremely cleanUpon first walking into our room, it smelled fresh & inviting—not something I’ve immediately noticed at other hotels Room was immaculate, the beds very comfortableLadies at the front desk were great personable & very responsive to any needs or requestsStill find it hard to believe the low rate I paid for 2 nights & the all around great experience of this stay Will definitely recommend this place to others!

Stayed here for a work weekend Came in about 1-1/2 early before check in and worked with Nora and her manager to get checked in early – I really appreciated it as I was going to be working until close to midnight that evening They saved me a huge headache of doing it later

Room was clean, comfortable, and everything I really neededThanks again!

Dylan Babcock

No complaints It was clean and affortable The staff were nice and friendly, especially Rico

The only area for improvement would be the breakfast It was a typical hotel breakfast The eggs, sausage, and potatoes could be better Also, the hallways were very dim If you are traveling to Chicago, this is a great place to stop outside of the city

Only reason to give them a 1 star is because the beds are actually comfortable However, you have to get pass the fact of how dirty it is I can guarantee our room was not cleaned between guests

There was hair and pee behind the toilet, hair and shampoo scum in the shower, coffee stains and toothpaste in the sink, and our ice bucket had water and trash in it The floors weren’t vacuumed and there were stains on all the bedding Some that could have been removed There wasn’t really anything for breakfast For the money, it was a disappointment

Amanda Dean

I had canceled reservation I was charged on my credit card When i had called the general manager, he said since i didn’t cancel with him, it wasn’t canceled

I then find out that they let someone else stay in the room I paid for The general manager is rude beyond belief I asked for a refund, but he refused to give me my refund Instead I accepted a comp stay When I tried to book my free night stay, he said he can’t do anything about it

Very clean and nice Rooms updated recently Made use of laundry facilities

Very dog friendly; at check in we were given a list of nearby dog facilities and a nearby emergency vet Very nice and appreciated touch Nighttime manager was terrific Dedicated dog relief area near a pond with ducks and geese, easy to take a nearly mile walk Warm cookies at check in (While they lasted 🙂)

Mark Goode

The hotel as a whole is pretty nice and clean Staff is friendly and helpful There is an area where you can buy snacks, drinks, beer, wine, etc

The free breakfast runs from 6 to 10 and its been really great Lots of options Cons: room service is request only Kind of a drag if you are staying for a few weeks like me I had to ask twice for them to do it and when it happened it was very minimal Had to ask for extra trash bags and for them to refill the coffee Minor complaint though The shower needs a good deep clean Some mold in the corners Felt like I needed to wear shower shoes Dirty socks in the top of the closet from the previous guest The rest of the room was fine The bed is pretty rough Matress is a way to firm and worn out I can feel the springs Pillows are flat The laundry room for the whole hotel consists of 1 washer and 1 dryer Quarters only, and there is no change machine The staff at the front desk stated they could not make change due to not having any quarters All in all its a pretty nice place Big room, clean facilities They just need to tighten up on the room service personnel and it would excellect

We had our wedding in Aurora and had lots of guests from out of town This was the hotel of choice and my wife and I stayed there as well It’s rare to stay somewhere and have no complaints but there are none

It’s super clean, the rooms are big and well accommodated, and above all the service was top-notch The front desk staff were so helpful I’ve stayed in a lot of Holiday Inns and this is the nicest Would recommend to anyone

Vickie Musni

Great experience Stayed here for three nights while in town for a wedding Staff was friendly and the room was very comfortable

I really appreciate big bathroom counters, and small bathroom night light, and having a microwave in the room I was disappointed we couldn’t log in to Netflix on the room TV or find any way to even purchase a movie

Scotty Ngo

This was probably the nicest Holiday Inn Express we’ve ever stayed at The hotel was clean and the front desk staff couldn’t be any nicer, we appreciate their hospitality! Traveling all the way from Phila, they made our few nights stay very comfortable and enjoyable ! Shout out to Julius for being so friendly to our little baby !
