The minute I arrived on the property, I felt the positivity of the place The parking lot was full of potted flowers & felt welcoming I was greeted by the woman who owns the hotel, and found her delightful to talk to

I would describe the surroundings as “zen” Upon checking into my room, I found it to be simple and clean Each room has a chair outside the room to soak up the sunshine Around the corner from the hotel is a river with a walkway to get some exercise In the evening you have several choices of restaurants to catch a bite For those with a gambling bug there us also a nearby casino Upon checking out I ran into the huband/owner of the hotel & like his wife, found him to be engaging & informative There is more to enjoying a place than just the hotel room I am happy I stumbled upon this property online, & would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay when you are in the area

Stayed here a few times over the years Felt I paid way too much for the room The pool and hot tub are still the same

There was a family down there with kids and next thing I know they let in even more family members from outside Very noisy and crowded so I left Breakfast was decent but wish they would serve it a little later on Sundays Conviently located Might stay at the Casino next time

Val B

I have a Diamond Elite status with IHG They did not let me extend my stay past 1230 because “they are full” Their check in time is at 1500

It would leave plenty of time to clean Started knocking on my door at 1215 and the manager Fabian called my room at 1233 asking to leave No apologies, no understanding Nothing Basic hotel, nothing special Clean room but rude staff The guy at the check in last night did not even try to explain anything about amenities until I prompted him Most of the staff do not wear name badges

Jessica Montoya

we were greeted by the friendliest people making our reservations & made it to our room on the third floor with ease Only downfall of the amazing room we had with the view were the snickers bar wrapper under the nightstand (which is wide open so it was very easy to spot), the food chunks hardened to the side of the coffee table, the microwave was greasy with finger prints all over it along with food chunks all over the button pad i didnt even open it

so i give this place 3 stars!

The worst customer service ever experienced My boyfriend put in a reservation request through their website and we called today to follow-up on it because we never heard back The man who answered the phone he “didn’t know what he (my partner) was talking about”, and before he could explain, the guy HUNG UP THE PHONE!!! What in the world?! Such a shame, we were very excited to stay here

Holly Ann LoGiudice

Wow, wow, wow! We had an excellent stay at your lovely home! The room was very comfortable and the stars constellations on the ceiling were beautiful!! Both Lee and Bob were wonderful hosts and really went the extra mile for us The breakfasts were delicious

I mentioned that I ate blueberries with my breakfast each morning, and the next day there was a bowl of blueberries with a full course breakfast! Thank you for being so friendly and making us happy and comfortable! We will definitely stay with you again🤗

Very nice You could tell our room was recently updated Tub and shower brand new, plus new shower head

New bathroom floors New paint Beds were fine Only negative I have was the toilet paper was like cardboardBreakfast was also very well done A little bit of everything and staff kept it nice and clean

Tom Moore

Very good breakfast The staff are really nice The beds are OK

Overall it seems overpriced The pool is pretty nice butt the hot tub they advertise is nonfunctional and empty with leaves in it It’s an eyesore Soda machines don’t work The one that does work doesn’t have diet The ice machine doesn’t work I have the feeling the owners are too cheap to keep up with maintenance

Tina DiFiore

On the first night, we caught a roach crawling on the bed! The next morning, the coffee pot was broken I will say that they rushed a new one down On the second night there was no housekeeping

They didn’t make the beds or clean the tub or wipe anything down They were sure to take the money off of the counter though And then to top it off, the lady at the front desk had no tact and asked me if my daughter was my granddaughter I’m completely surprised because there’s so many great reviews We did take a picture of things and they said they would take care of it every time We checked out a day early

Clean hotel, reasonable rates, good breakfast The gelato next door was really good Dinner was ok

All this at the small town of Williams CA Great stopping place I booked a downstairs room as there’s no elevator The clerk on duty accommodated us even though she didn’t have our downstairs room They did their best Could have been a five star

PARKLIFE Jessica Wagner

Because their is no water to drink here They give you 2 complementary waters In your fridge

That’s only because they do not sell them in the vending machine Only soda and Gatorade I think it was No water Told me to drink tap water And their is no elevator so your carrying all your stuff up stairs There where chair covers in the pool and hot tub at the bottom Along with lots of other stuff floating around So gross Fitness room is locked up with the breakfast so you can not even use the fitness room after 10:30 am I believe it was Had two adults 2 children and only 2 waters Get hip I bet that’s how they get you to go to their other establishments like the restaurant and gift shop which are located across the parking lot and close around d 9 so not getting any water there Ugh Other than this Its a pretty kool place so far

Patty Tonnochy Isla

Hotel was nice and clean but the noise level was extremely bad They need springs on doors to rooms so they don’t slam shut every time We were on the street side and you can hear the cars

The rooms are nice but after the second night there was a young group of men in room next to us that came late from Casino and was extremely loud after 11pm We called desk they wanted to move us but too late we decided to go home by that time They need to soundproof rooms We thought this would be our go to place but unfortunately it will be the one and only time we stay here

George is one of the most professional, easy-going people I’ve met I had minor, yet concerning hiccups while staying in the hotel George made sure I was well taken care of, and even stopped in passing to help me with the dead battery on my door

George gave me nothing but excellence, and treated me with the utmost respectHonorary shout-out to the maintenance team! 🤘

Bryce Stejskal

Room was nice enough but that was about itOur room didn’t have enough towels, and had half a roll of toilet paper We had two adults and two kids

When I called the front desk, the lady said I would have to come grab it No big deal, but I said I was coming right down, and then she took off and I had to stand there for 15minutes waiting She was just around the corner chatting about life drama with another coworkerAlso The bed was super uncomfortable Having gnarly lower back spasms today

The rooms are clean and decent, I mean it’s a Hampton Inn so no real expectations there It’s the nicest hotel in the area to be honest The front desk staff were absent, rude, dismissive and just unfriendly

There was no one at the desk for a solid 10 minutes to which I called out “Hello? Is anyone available to help?” And a woman appeared “You need something?” Like I was bothering her for doing her job Yes, me and a few people would like to check out and have our printed receipts Jesus Christ

This is a very interesting facility with history The setting is wonderful, the Rose room was perfect for our 55th anniversary visit of 3 nights We however enjoy the outdoors when the weather is agreeable as it was during our stay

Now here’s the sad part The driveway & parking area has weeds growing in them as well as what was a beautiful patio is no longer maintained with weeds there too Just outside of the Rose Room is a small private patio table and chairs, but unfortunately the nearby grape vines had grown into the table and chairs preventing using them as we would like to have done See Rose Room Photos It was apparent that part of the yard area between the rear of the house and 7 acre lake had been mowed a few weeks prior, but was certainly needing it again I walked down to the lake but had to go through heavy weeds that in some areas were nearly up to my waist One of my biggest complaints is, this is the 1st Bed & Breakfast facility where if you want breakfast you are expected to cook it and clean up after yourself There was a reasonable quantity of food in the cabinets and refrigerator I have stayed in several B & B’s, but this is the first time we have stayed in a do it yourself B & B My last bad impression was that when we arrived at the 3 o’clock check in time only to find the gate closed and locked After several attempts to call the office and only able to leave multiple messages and an email message that was not answered, we decided to find a cold beverage about 5 miles away While enjoying a beer and it was nearly 5 pm we were called by Rafael and was then able to enter the facility To summarize, the inside of the house is very nice and comfy if you don’t mind cooking and cleaning up your breakfast dishes The exterior grounds are very neglected including the walk around the lake on the so called path that becomes non-existent

Frenchtown Inn was a wonderful place for us to stay while visiting family The property is very secluded and peaceful We enjoyed the view of the lake and the beautiful nature that surrounded us

Other guests were also staying at the inn while we visited, but our room was very spacious and the house is large so we enjoyed privacy during our stay We look forward to visiting again

Michelle Scarafiotti

All I can say it WOW! This is a beautiful place for any occasion, I see beautiful weddings, family reunions and much more in the future From the moment I drove into the parking lot I could feel my mind and body relax, the atmosphere is just perfect for a non stressful environment, I didn’t want to leave The owner was kind hearted and very funny

I can’t wait to visit again
