No complaints There’s a grocery store across the street and plenty more food options at your fingertips Bed was comfy AC worked Shower was hot Fridge was cold Didn’t get a chance to hit the pool but it was inviting Check in and check out was easy Nice staff We will be back!

Absolutely horrendous customer service We booked a month prior and used a service for a lower price , and booked with my debit card We arrived at around 5 pm and I went to pay for the room , only to be told that they only take credit, which was not specified on any of my confirmations

The only thing included in our reservation confirmation was a clause saying that you must present a credit card at check in and it’s buried in paragraphs of check in informationFast forward , I found someone who could lend me a card to use as I DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD , and the manager was extremely rude and laughing as he told me that he can’t honor my reservation with someone else’s credit card I had already spent an hour trying to figure this outI tried to stay calm and asked if he could nullify the reservation and the person who’s name was on the credit card would re book the reservation for me , because they had planned to stay with me for a few nights and it would be no problemThe manager then said he would not honor the reservation , would not rent the room to the other person , and would not help me cancel a reservation that he was now refusing to honorAll of the other hotels , motels , etc we’re fully booked and I had to stay two towns over ( a total of forty minutes away) because that was the only place with a similar price point that could accommodate me and my dogThe manager was rude Laughed at me I had to ask for the corporate number four times before he stopped ranting and gave it to me, and overall the worst experience of my life and I didn’t even get to stay there You’ll have better luck somewhere else

Old, tired & unclean, was our experienceOur room had scrapes along the floor & doors Dirty marks on back of door

Sink was in the room rather than the bathroom, strangely Hotel is in desperate need of renovation We found previous guest rubbish left around the room It wasn’t a pleasant experience at all It was cheap ($80) & we weren’t there for long, thankfullyThey have a breakfast provided but only really cereal, breakfast bars etcIf you can find somewhere else, I would

My sister and I came through town We stayed two nights and the room was super clean, lobby was nice and clean and the desk staff was friendly I spoke with a woman named Jamie at the desk, she was very warm and fun to chat with and very helpful with navigating the area when I asked her for directions

She was extremely helpful with our check in and everything was smooth Will stay here again when we are in the area as my sister is a truck driver so we come this way often Fantastic staff, clean room, what more can a lady ask for! Oh and super safe!

Stayed w hubby while on vacation A woman named Jamie checked us in, super friendly and professional Helped us get settled in

I asked if she is the owner and she stated no that she was the front desk clerk I applauded her on how absolutely professional, kind and caring she was, I joked with her she should be the owner or manager due to her professional nature It was a long drive for us and we were exhausted I got top notch service from Jamie She even gave us recommendations for a quick dinner Will come back again as she was the best Room was clean and stay was nice, quiet and everything was smooth Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean I hope the rest of your staff is as good as Jamie was 5 stars

I enjoyed my stay despite a few minor hiccups The room was spacious, clean and decently appointed I wasn’t expecting a luxurious stay, but the bed was comfortable and the mini fridge was a little bigger than a college-kid fridge, so I had plenty of room for my drinks and other things

I think where the hotel can improve is in clarifying the breakfast situation (pandemic, of course) since you have to ask for it at the counter and there’s a sign but the wording on it wasn’t very obvious The more concerning issue is that the security door on the lower level doesn’t actually lock I didn’t have a chance to bring this up to the management, but it was definitely a concern for me since I stayed close to that exitLast, one of the staff at the check in was really not very friendly, but the other lady was very nice I understand maybe she was frustrated but there’s a way to show hospitality, and being friendly is pretty much the easiest way

Cute, quaint, clean and conveniently located We’re a family of four (2 young kids) and it couldn’t have worked out better You need more than one day to see the Park, and this is a perfect place to make camp

Set ourselves up with groceries Ample cooking facilities in-suite The new pool was warm and in spite of cold, clear skies the kids swam to the point of exhaustion – couldn’t get them up to see the magnificent starry sky If you’re coming to take in all the wonders that Joshua Tree has to offer, I don’t believe you can do better than here

Fran Turano

I wish everyone the opportunity to enjoy this perfect place to stay when you are in Joshua Tree The place has the best feel to it with very clean and well set up units and outdoor spaceThe owner came by and was so nice and friendly as she introduced herself and the atmosphere is the best with all the stars overhead

It feels like you drove an extra 100 miles in and yet it’s right off the main roadHad breakfast at County Kitchen (yummy!) Had my hair and make-up down at Bloom (thanks Michelle) for the wedding just across the way at Green Acres(beautiful location)Cannot say enough good things about Spin and Margie’s and hope to return next year for no other reason except we already have a head-start knowing where to stayThanks Spin and Margie’s for being such a fabulous place to outside and visit out under the stars and such comfortable and convenient cottages (at a reasonable rate)

All the poor reviews are correct We arrived around 9pm, everything locked up, nobody home Attempted to contact “management” via several numbers on a whiteboard outside

I left multiple voicemails and texts After an hour of no reply we contacted a Bookingcom agent to start the refund processLuckily the Super 8 down the road had a nice room at an affordable price so we stayed there all week It was great!Still haven’t heard anything back from the Joshua tree ranch house Wish we had read more reviews as it looks like this place has a history of scamming people

This place was exactly what we hoped it would be! Super quiet but still a stone’s toss away from the main drag with all the amenities/coffee/breakfast/etc, so you’re really getting the best of both worlds It’s also right next to the park entrance as I think some other folks mentionedwe got to hang out on our little porch area and listen to the birds sing during sunset (which was a pretty idyllic and embarrassingly new experience for two people who’s usual sunset sounds are car alarms and sirens back home)

Caan was great – we had an issue with the internet the first day, and he was super attentive and had it handled by the time we got back from the park The rooms themselves are clean, cute, and a perfect place to crash after a day of exploring, with an especially comfy bed (almost too comfortable for attempting to wake up for an early hike, hah), a small but mighty mug collection, a mint green minifridge Doesn’t get much better honestly We loved it here and would for sure stay again Thanks Caan!

Andy Jacobson

I booked my stay through mybookingcom and got a confirmation email from Joshua Tree ranch house However, when I arrived around 1 I tried contacting the owner to get the code to my room but he didn’t answer

I figured I’d do some hiking and come back and call again later and still no answer I probably called about 50 times and every single time no answer I came all the way from Wisconsin by myself for a vacation and this happened This ruined the whole day I had planned and never got refunded by the owner Stay far away from here

A nice family owned resort/ spa near Palm Springs The owners lived in Italy and there is a true, rustic Italian feel to it as opposed to the corporate designed resorts that were built recently Lots of beautiful plants and sitting areas

The pools are mineral water and warm Breakfast is served at 0830 This was a good getaway spot from the city and we will come back again Thank you!

A T

Quaint and quiet 3 different pools to soak in A hot tub under a pergola, an in ground pool and a smaller in ground pool with jets, in the shade

There were cabana type beds to lay on that were comfortable enough that I could have easily fallen asleep Lockers were provided Drinking water was also available Everything seemed clean and well taken care of, especially given all the sand being blown in the area the night previouslyMy fiance and I has a very relaxing day spent soaking there We will go back

Catherine Robertson

Nice, quiet, relaxing place I did not stay here as a hotel guest, but stayed for the afternoon for two spa services I arrived early and was able to use the various pools before and after my treatments

The pool area and gardens were nice to relax in It is not a 5-star experience: ie, some parts of the buildings seem older and worn, but the price is reasonable as compared to other spas I would go back

Honestly it was great bang for the buck Scott checked us in He was really easy to work with, very attentive

He was big on getting feedback to keep improving the property, which was a refreshing question I know they will be working on it for the next 6 months so it will be even better each visit Excited to come back again! Thanks again!

Irena H

We came by on a Monday using the resort pass, we were the only ones there for a majority of the day We had a room with a bed, bathroom and towels and access to the pool and hot tub It was such a treat

The only downside is they don’t serve food here and there were no drinks Otherwise this was an absolutely wonderful treat, it’s about 20 minutes from downtown Palm Springs, we use it as a nice place to crash while we were waiting to be able to access our Airbnb in the late afternoon The chairs are very comfortable, and the water was very nice Definitely recommend

10/10 experience staying at Miracle Manor Every room was so clean and I loved the design/aesthetic to the entire space We spent so much time at the pool/hot tub (which are amazing) and lounged around the pool on the comfy, spacious patio

Sergio, the manager, is phenomenal He made us feel welcome instantly and gave us recommendations for things to do during our stay This place is magical

Deanna Jordan

This place was truly a miracle The mineral water, the mountain views, and wind energy were so healing and provided the perfect setting for mindfulness There is a great space for yoga, and the guests were all quiet and respectful of one another

This isn’t a place to come and “turn it up” in the pool or binge drink; instead, come here for self-care, quiet intimate time, healing, and mindfulness The staff was so kind and helpful- just top notch hospitality I cannot say enough good things about Miracle Manor!

Mathilde Sanson

Outstanding gem of a motel/hotel We stayed 3 nights and loved it Our studio suite had a very comfortable king, a large bathroom, brand new kitchenette and patio with privacy and great sunset views

It was really well appointed in furnishings and personal touches The pool area has multiple relaxing lounging spaces Sergio and his staff were very helpful with dinner recommendations as well Wifi was superb Would gladly come back and bring friends to rent out the whole place It would be so fun!
