The service was great the rest of our stay was drab Stayed on the first floor There were very few guests so it was quiet

We ending up keeping the curtains closed as there was a lot of garbage scattered outside our windowOur room was basically empty and not very welcoming The beds were rough and the bed frame clanked any time you moved Mattress definitely needs replaced- no bugs but still not in the best or cleanest shape Seeing that the bathroom was somewhat recently redone was refreshingThe pool is tiny and unfortunately during our stay was full of garbage We kept pulling out piece of broken plastic cupsThe location isn’t the best and the entrance into parking lot is TERRIBLE but I don’t think that really part of this specific hotel Overall I don’t think I’ll be booking here again

Lorena Davis

Room was very clean It looks like they are in the process of updating the rooms Some things looked really new while the carpet was worn out

But I was just happy to have a nice clean room The beds are decent Not as comfortable as home, but definitely not too bad for an affordable hotel The pool is saltwater, which was a nice surprise Staff was super friendly and personable Location is awesome too Next to Dunkin Donuts which is a must, and a short distance from Gurnee Mills and Great America Breakfast looked great! They had biscuits and gravy and they had waffle irons out Unfortunately, I was in a hurry in the morning and didn’t have a chance to try it I will definitely stay here again when I’m in the area

cleophus arrington

Came into town for my sons PIR Check in process was very simple I even needed to make reservation changes during my stay because my son was getting weekend overnight liberty and we wanted to split time in the city

They waived fees and helped us with dinning options Our room was great, clean, and we loved having a full fridge, stove, and dishes to eat and hang out with family and our SR comfortably My son has A school here so we will be back to see him again and will certainly be staying here!!! Thanks for everything to the GM and Chad for all your help

Thomas Barntsen

Pros: Room was a suite with kitchenette for under $70, so it was a pretty good value It was reasonably clean, and the bed was comfortableThe breakfast was decent – all individually wrapped packaged food, like breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, oatmeal

Cons: there were a couple broken alcohol bottles on the sidewalk between buildings My room also had very little soundproofing from outside noise, and the furnace was very loud, kicking on every fifteen minutes or so

Christine Canty

**update** After staying at this hotel for 22 nights (checking in and out over several weeks,) I will not earn any points or upgraded member perks, because I booked through United which was still cheaper than booking through the members website that has a discountFor work, I have stayed at several different hotels in the area I prefer this one, because this is an extended stay suite where you have a full refrigerator, 2 burner stove top, dishwasher, and kitchen with dishes

I have not had time to use the amenities Pets are accepted The rooms are not very sound proof The person on 2nd/3rd shift is super friendly and easy to talk with

The staff (front desk, maintenance, and household) was very friendly and extremely helpful The rooms were clean, comfortable and roomy When asking for more blankets they were more than accommodating

It was a very homey type feel The front desk concierge made us feel welcomed and even gave us a great tip on where to get some good deep dish Chicago pizza It was a 10 minute drive to the Naval Academy and not far from Six Flags Walmart is right around the corner and there were many places close by to grab something to eat I would definitely come back and stay again

Jamal Gordon

I would give the customers service here no stars but you can’t But first I would like to thank Hailey the GM of this place for her rude and disrespectful customer service Thank you Hailey for canceling my paid for reservations which lead me to spending an extra $1200

00 because you didn’t like the fact that we didn’t want the rooms by the office Thanks Hailey for throwing our cards at us Thanks Hailey for refusing us and refusing to let us rebook our rooms I now know what it must of felt like back in the 30s, 40s, and 50s Thanks Hailey because of you I was able to avoid rachetness!!! She has her employees job scared to speak up for what’sright (Blake) Thanks Hailey because of you I found somewhere more desirable to stay Thank you Hailey for this awful experience… People please do not stay here Its not worth it Better Room or down the street and I would rather sleep in my car Peace

Heya Howdy

I had a horrible experience just trying to book a room for this weekend My son is graduating from boot camp and my ex-husband and I wanted to get separate rooms in the same hotel so the kids could go back and forth from room to room I booked a 2 night stay on their website, and got an email verifying so

4 days after booking my room I called to check on something and was told my reservation could not be located The hotel could not even find my info using my confirmation number After 3 different people and 30 minutes of wait time, I was told my reservation was cancelled the same day I booked it No answer as to why or by whom I didn’t cancel it The hotels system obviously had made a mistake or error Without trying to help me or offer any customer service whatsoever, I was told the hotel was now fully booked and I had to look elsewhere Even tho I still had my email showing when and what I had previously booked! How sad they didn’t even offer any help at all! Luckily I was able to find a room at another hotel close by My ex-husband said they had also messed up his reservation but he was able to fix it in time Please be VERY careful of booking on line with them If you do take that chance please follow up after doing so I will not be booking with them again as I’ve seen how they handle their own customer service issues

Traci Walker

We came here because my son was graduating from The Navy Boot Camp which was 15 minutes away The rooms were very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful I came a second time to visit about a month later and had arrived early

My room was not ready yet so they offered me an upgraded room so I can get in a room instead of waiting in the lobby for a few hours I was very happily surprised and very comfortable There are stores and restaurants literally across the street so that was pretty handy too Very nice place and Devan at the desk was very helpful and friendly I highly recommend!! Plus great complimentary breakfast spread in the morning

Viraj Summers

People are friendly Location is great But if your stay in long then get ready to clean your own room

I had asked for a cleaning for the room on the 3rd day, since I had 2 kids and 2 dogs But they said no, and gave me sheets So I had to make my own beds It was disappointing There was NO point in cleaning the room the day before I was checking out I would not stay here again

Staff was friendly, location was great, room was clean but only small complaints The room had a odor, like a moldy odor, I went to Walgreens nearby to get a candle because the odor was not pleasant One more thing was the bugs, there’s insects and bugs coming out of the heat and AC vents so I didn’t turn it on because I didn’t want to get a room full of insects

If These things improved or someone sealed the vents and cleaned out the vents, made improvements to the smell, this hotel would be great! Thank you!

Spacious rooms I thought we accidentally got a suite but nope just that big The pool is HEATED

Best pool experience ever The hot tub bubbles so much it’s like a caldron (good thing) The breakfast is awesome, I mean, they have egg white omelettes and a machine that makes fresh pancakes Best hotel experience ever I’ll never stay anywhere else on MY dime

Aaron Swarvar

Reminds me why I stopped staying at Holiday Inn 15 years ago Location is good Everything else is decidedly mediocre at best

Parking is rough Furnishings are well past their prime Seems clean though Nothing is “crisp” Creaks, groans, stomping, and noise like I haven’t experienced in a loooong time Light sleeper? Stay away I only stayed here because my usual go-to was booked (Doubletree), my backup was booked (Hampton), and my 3rd choice was over $200 (Fairfield)

Jackie Cheyne

The room was spacious and somewhat clean When I checked in, the desk clerk was in jeans and shirt Wasn’t accustomed to that with holiday Inn

There were ants in the roomThe lock did not work on the door, and the keycard had to be reset They had cold breakfast dued to inventory issue Had an issue with the bill, asked to speak to manager, they were not in, asked for him/her to text me for I would be at work Never received a text or a call, called again, left message, did not receive a phone call Called guest relations and explained the issues She resolved the issue by giving me 10000 points in which I would receive in 7 to 10 business days Lmao

Other than the nice clerk at check in, the hotel was sub par The room did not have sheets for the couch bed and no mattress pad (unsanitary) The phone didn’t work, so we had to go get them at front desk

The shower curtain was ripped and the TV didn’t work The breakfast was a mob scene with no refills of food and coffee was empty At check out I told the new clerk and she didn’t seem to care about any of it She said the satellite dish had bad reception and some channels don’t work I told her none worked No discount offered, nor other accommodation For $220/night, plus taxes, I expect a working TV and coffee!!

Elizabeth

I called ahead and was told both rooms I booked would be ready, next to each other Checking in at 4 I was told they weren’t ready pillows on the bed looked clean, but smelled of oily sweaty heads laid on them, Garbage cans on property flowing over

Pool had several clumps of hair on the floor next to pool, dead bugs floating in the hot tub Colony of small ants in one of our rooms Other room several lamps and bathroom lights lightbulbs burnt out Spider webs in bathroom I witnessed several different people staying at the hotel complaining to the front desk, one had a water stain on the ceiling looked like possible pipe burst, another person saying they never vacuumed their room and smelt like cigarettes as they just checked into their room, and another complaining to the maids their sink was backed up This hotel is listed as a 2 star hotel, should be 1 star They are no longer called Antioch Inn, I passed the hotel up as its now called Clarion Point, no one informed me of the name change I will NOT be staying at this place EVER AGAIN!!!

Stayed at this location due to its proximity to the Renaissance Faire I had booked online, informed the property I was bringing my service dog, and requested 4 extra pillows in my room (I am disabled) The pillows were not in the room

When I arrived to check in, the young man tries to charge me a pet service fee (against the company’s policy, and against ADA) I informed him you can not charge for service animals, to which he told me I still needed to sign the pet-fee paperwork agreeing to the service charge I annotated on the bottom of the paper that the animal was a service animal When the front desk gentleman saw what I had written, he told me “oh, I’m sorry You were supposed to sign the electronic version of the form instead” That form didn’t have anywhere to add in “service animal”, it just auto fills in your initials on all their pet fee agreementsOur room: the sheets had black fuzz all over them, one of the pillows had red dot stains that look like blood drops The room also smelled so strongly like mildew, it took almost 3 hours of running the AC to make it tolerableThe pool/hot tub: holy chlorine batman I think maybe a chemical test needs to run on the pool and hot tub after we were done swimming, we were so itchy from the residual chlorine left on our skin It felt like being stung by ants Even after 2 showers, it was still pretty badThe only redeeming quality this hotel has is: LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! It is right in the parking lot of Gurnee Mills

I am disabled and have a service dog to help with my pain I 1st went to Rodeway Inn on Green Bay Road and the desk person refused follow the ADA law for service animals even though my dog had her service tagSo I went to Comfort Inn & Suites because their price was one of the lowest in the area

Dakota was the person on night duty He was very kind & polite, a complete opposite of the other hotel He had no problem accepting my service dog & de had a 1st floor room close to the front so I didn’t have to walk farI was surprised at how nice the room was It appeared to have been updated not too long ago The furniture was all in excellent shape, had a fridge & microwave The hotel is in a busy area next to the tollway but there way no noise inside the room from all the trafficAnd the best thing about the room was the bed! It was so comfortable I usually have a difficult time sleeping at hotels because of my back pain It the bed here was excellentOver all my stay was wonderful, better than I expectedI would highly recommend Comfort Inn & Suites & I will stay there again

Beautiful newer property with spacious rooms with plenty of amenitiesThe service is exceptional Justin is a truly wonderful representative for this property

He helped coordinate our stay before our arrival with various family members He was gracious and efficient during our stay

This is a hidden gem in Kenosha Relatively new It was a great experience from check in to check out

The staff was welcoming and helpful, the rooms clean and modern, the breakfasts were good Every day, there were new items on the breakfast line, and I was happy they had real oatmeal! So good The room was spacious with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot I would have liked a slightly bigger fridge This was really a mini mini! We stayed for 6 nights with a group and could have used more fridge room The bed was so so I really would have liked a better bed This one almost felt older, like it was worn out The sofa was the worst part of the room It was very uncomfortable to sit on Unless you are about 6’2” The TV was great with the ability to stream Netflix, Prime, and You Tube Very nice as we aren’t much regular tv watchers Over all it was a terrific room, and we certainly didn’t suffer at all But that’s why I gave it only 4 stars – the sofa and bedPros: location, cleanliness, welcoming staff, bathroom and TVCons: bed, sofa too small mini fridge

Absolutely a dump, the place is falling apart and nobody wants to fix anything unless you pay more Shower rod’s and towel bars literally hanging off the walls Hot tub permanently closed, but doesn’t tell you that online

And the pool was absolutely nasty, and you had to reserve it for your room only, 2 hours at a time I’m sure that this place used to be nice , but nobody is taking any care for it now I love staying at Country Inn & Suites, but this was embarrassing how bad it was

If I could give this place a negative 5, I would It looks really nice on the web site That’s a lie!!! It is really dirty, and smells

The floors were filthy, garbage was beside the garbage can We had traveled for 20 hrs and just thought we would make the best of it for a couple of hours When we walked into the room, the smelled was unbearable I would rather sleep in my car They had the nerve to charge as much as the Holiday Day Inn, in Gurnee The only thing I can say is the staff was nice, they spoke to Hopper (third party) and returned my money immediately The Radisson should be ashamed to have their name on this hotel

Stayed here for a friend’s retirement party Had Black hair in the bed, black mold at the base of the tub We had a king bed with 3 sofa sized flat pillows

An electrical socket that moved and had no face plate The ice maker was out of order on our floor and the kleenex box was missing from the bathroom No room check for towels tho we were there for 2 nights We won’t stay there again
