The staff was friendly and helpful However the costs for the room is totally for convenience Had to carry our own bags without a cart, booked 6 months in advance and were put over in the Annex on 6th St

A bar was on the corner and they played music until 3 am We got little sleep Called for a different room early but told we had to stay out until the next day Nothing was ever offered and no apologies given If this had been a last minute reservation I would have understood But 6 months in advance we expected better accommodations Won’t stay there again Way overpriced!!

Beautiful pet friendly hotel in an amazing location! We stopped here on our cross country PA to CA trek The staff was incredibly nice and helpful! The bathroom layout could be little inconvenient for anyone traveling with their children or someone other than their significance other, but it wasn’t a huge issue for us (but some might find it an issue) The arch is within walking distance (a beautiful walk too)

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at the Westin St Louis We enjoyed our stay there but accidentally left behind a black dress wrapped in a clear plastic bag hanging in the closet

I contacted the hotel repeatedly but received no good news and conflicting information about when our room was cleaned While I truly appreciate the effort made by the hotel staff to locate this dress, based on the information they give me, I can only believe a housekeeping staff member took it home As I asked the hotel earnestly and politely to continue to help us locate the dress, they stopped replying This dress not only is worth a fair amount of money but also means a lot to us emotionally, and I am very frustrated by this response

3 star hotel lobby with 1 star roomsWalking into the room you could notice the musty smell The bathroom sink and tub had been left slightly running

Floor tile and sync was stained, see picturesWalls pretty thin, could hear other toilets flushing and people walking aboveWe had a 2 night stay booked but decided to only stay a night and take a loss on the 2nd nightThe rooms clearly show their ageOn the positive side:The free breakfast looked good, but didn’t have enough time to sit down and try it outPool wasn’t super clean but the indoor/ outdoor design was funFront desk employees very friendlyCheap parking

Nice place Just had a screwed up room Bathroom vent doesn’t work

Floor tiles are coming up and I keep cutting my toes on it Absolutely hate the bathroom door with the frosted glass Makes it uncomfortable using the restroom with family in the room Dresser has been drawn on by a kid Kid hand prints on the window that divides the room Not sure what to do with trash, left it out side the room and no one ever got it Staff is nice The rest of the facility is great Breakfast not bad

Chrissy

I’ll start by saying that the front desk staff was friendly and helpful and location was convenient However we booked online and when we got there was informed we would have to pay $150 for our dogs to stay That was extremely frustrating because at that point we had no choice but to pay it

Nowhere on the site did it say anything about a pet deposit or price for pets Even worse, the deposit was non refundable So we stayed one night and paid more for the pet fee than the room itself

Location is great, right next to the arch and within walking distance to Busch Stadium, not a ton of traffic in immediate area The hotel employees were all very nice for the most part but this hotel should not be branded a Hyatt It was dirty, towels all over the hallways, our floor had some nasty sticky patch on the carpet had to cover it with a towel

Bathrooms need updating The employees deserve a better product to sell Was not happy with check-in Get there 20 minutes before 4:00pm told no room available and when asked if I should come back in 20 minutes will it be ready, was told yes Come back in 20 minutes to be told still not ready, that they are light staffed on housekeeping (everyone is) and that they have no clue when we would get into our room We had just driven 8 hours and had a game to go to so she spoke to the manager on our behalf and a room was available Very long lines for everything – Starbucks, breakfast buffet, check-in Parking deck is gross and hot an not enough spaces to accommodate guests, very tight and small underground parking The stairwell is disgusting and they are charging like $40/night! Also, beware staying there on Cardinals game nights, the hotel will be super noisy all hours through the night Overall, even though the employees are good they cannot salvage this hotel, very disappointed in our stay overall especially for the price we paid

Rebekah R

We ended up at the Hyatt unexpectedly & were overall happy with our experience We were able to pay $25 to check in early which was greatly appreciated after being up since 3am Our room was ok, view was awesome! The front desk staff were all super nice and helpful

My only real complaint was no extras of any kind-no makeup removing towelettes, lotion, slippers or even extra bedding Maybe it’s a theft or sustainability thing but I guess when I’m spending $300/night I expect those The pillows and bed were also a bit firm but not the worst I’ve experienced Oh, the sports bar downstairs is great! Bartender was nice and helpful

Diana He

I just had my 4/30/2022 wedding at the Hyatt and it was an amazing experience! Almost all of my guests were from out of town and stayed at the Hyatt Everyone reported great experiences with their rooms and customer service here at the Hyatt In terms of the wedding, wow, Lisa Sabin is so talented at her job

She was incredibly responsive to emails, so detail oriented and organized in planning the whole wedding ceremony and reception In terms of the venue itself, the Gateway East and Terrace was everything we ever imagined for our ceremony and reception with a dance floor and ceremony that felt outside but was still inside The view of the Arch was just a bonus! Everything on our wedding day went so smoothly and I could not recommend Hyatt enough!

One of the coolest hotels i know of, every room is labeled after an English author, the blankets feel like they are made of down The exterior of the building looks incredible and very medieval feeling The interior is even better as there is some old style music playing, the lighting is nice, there’s art and other things everywhere

The tavern is a very cool addition with moody lighting In the mornings the breakfast is good, but seating is a little hard to find Once you do find it it is great though, there is bright and cherry medieval sounding music playing quietly overhead, there’s a chessboard people are playing, there’s couches and art for you to enjoy as you prepare for the dayOverall 9/10 just because the breakfast seating is a little hard to findThere is also 2 story parking under the hotel

Da Dao

my all-time FAVOURITE hotel! the rooms are generous and thoughtfully adorned, and the bathrooms are spacious and luxurious, and the decor is beyond belief! and the pool! but the staff is what really wins the day!

the kindest and most caring staff I have encountered in all my travels! they made everything better than perfect! they loved meeting my pets! if there is anywhere I want to return to, it is here!

Kristine Walkingstick

This was such a neat and cool hotel! It has a great prestigious air and has pretty decor The front desk attendant was super nice and the room was kept clean, we did not hear any other guests while in our room Refrigerators are by request we found out

It might need some updating but all in all a very neat experience We will definitely be staying again!

We loved our stay at the Ritz Carlton! Upon checking in we were handed a lovely glass of wine The check in process went smoothly There were lots of people in the lobby enjoying the fireplace and socializing with each other

Every employee greeted us with a friendly smile or addressed us by our names The rooms were very clean and well stocked We ordered room service on Sunday, which happened to be Mother’s Day, and our food was quickly delivered Our breakfast was excellent and prepared exactly as ordered The hotel itself is breathtaking and the staff was so friendly When it came time to check out we did not want to leave We would love to come back and stay longer the next time If you travel to St Louis this hotel is a lovely place to book a room and relax during your travels

Sven Tietz

The hotel facilities are excellent, especially the gym which is generous and well appointed and the exact opposite of the cloistered cupboards hotels normally set aside as an afterthought for fitness facilities The spa is highly recommended The rooms are generous and stylish and elegant as one would expect of a Ritz property

But by far, the most impressive and memorable part of the stay is the gracious hospitality of every single team member Without fault every single staff member – from bellman to barman to room service to security to front Desk – every one came across as exceptionally well trained, sincerely friendly and went out of their way at to make my stay pleasant and easierI have stayed at enough hotels to know when staff are just going through the motions and when they are truly and sincerely motivated by and passionate about looking after their guests sincerely Well done to everyone – I will always recommend the Ritz St Louis as one of my most memorable staysWould have given 6 stars if I could

Andrew Erbes

Let me start off by saying that Ritz Carlton is truly a step above other hotels I say this of the chain in general Full service

It’s the kind of place I save and stay for special occasions Check-in was very smooth even though it was late at night I tried to get all the luggage myself but the very friendly valet, I believe his name was Terry, insisted that he get a luggage card and take care of it It was actually appreciated Check in process was smooth I was actually asked for my government ID which is unusual but I have found it to be requested more often at higher end properties No problem We were shown to our room and it was lovely I think it was the base level room but it was big enough and nice enough for me! Good view and nice little balcony Bed was extremely comfortable Here’s where the problems started, and let me preface this by saying that the hotel made everything right and I give them five stars for that In fact I will definitely be staying again But anyway, at first I noticed that the floor seemed cold and or wet in the hall I assume that maybe it was from the air conditioner which I had cranked up because even though it was cold outside it was warm in the room when we arrived, too warm Didn’t think much of it at the time as I inspected the room I discovered that our coffee cups were dirty from prior use I also discovered that some of the towels had either make up or blood in them Or on them I’m not sure which is proper In any case I didn’t need to know if it was makeup or blood, I just knew that I needed new towels I called down and explained about the towels and the coffee cups and immediately replacements were brought by the same gentleman who had shown us to our room Good enough I had also called and asked about leaving my shoes out to be shined and they took them that evening and returned them after I called the next morning They looked like maybe they had been cleaned but I don’t know about polished Nonetheless, they were returned in good condition and in their own little travel bag Anyway Went to sleep after calling down to request a later check out, and slept like a baby We woke up around the time we had scheduled for check out and so I called down and ask for yet another later check out and they gave me a couple or three more hours Much more than sufficient and very generous I thanked them and went to get ready After I showered I noticed that that wet spot in the hallway which was still cold or damp, was much more so, and so I had my girlfriend check and she agreed that it was wet It went in the closet as well At check out I informed the very nice lady at the desk about the floor and when she asked if there were any other issues I did mention about the coffee cup and the towels Not a huge deal, but as someone who has run a business, it’s important to know about issues so that you can fix them She very graciously offered a comp on one of the incidentals which was more than satisfactory The valet pulled the car around and we were on our way The hotel is a gem It’s not perfect, but it is top flight I would have no hesitation recommending it or staying there again, in fact I look forward to it Many thanks to the staff for taking such great care of us

I want to give a 5 star rating to Danielle Dollar We were in town for a funeral and if it wasn’t for her our stay could have been horrible We had issues with the rooms and had to be moved twice, but her professionalism and superb customer service made it better

The hotel has to work on properly cleaning the rooms I would not stay there again but Danielle was truly amazing Also the breakfast staff was great

Rebekah Aycock

Went to a wedding here this weekend and while it is a fine hotel in many ways, we were really disappointed and would not returnWhen we got to the hotel they informed us that the 2 queen bed room we booked had been impacted by some sort of flooding or leak and they needed to move us to a king room It was just two of us so we said sure

But our room was also impacted by the water damage, whatever it was We had to keep our shoes on until we jumped into bed because bare feet/sock feet would be immediately soaked through The smell of wet musty carpet hit you when you walked in and did not subside all weekend, which was unpleasant The room was otherwise fine, bed very nice, and generally clean But this was an issue for us during our stay and even after it dries eventually will lead to carpet damage and mold if they don’t address itDuring the wedding and the reception, which were also at the hotel, children who were there for a big sports tournament were running around and sneaking into the wedding area It was extremely inappropriate and disruptive We understand that hotel staff are not responsible for people’s children, but it was like no one was around but a bunch of children, parents or staff, to manage the areaOther issues were issues faced in a lot of “mid range” hotels The housekeepers were awesome all weekend! Really appreciate every kind and helpful interaction with them But management clearly does not give them the supplies and time they need to do a good job for long-term up keep of the hotel The rooms are all kept basically clean, but you can tell there is no investment in the long-term So the corners of rooms and air vents are dirty and dusty, which is always the red flag giveaway It’s also generally dated – the tiles and so on in the bathrooms are cracked and the towels are clearly very old and small, and they only gave us two Terrible toilet paperYou have to pay for breakfast which is fine except that it was mostly just a formality One of the benefits of paying for breakfast is supposed to be having a little bit of service (I totally understand it is not a full service restaurant, but a buffet) They set the tables and bring by coffee, etc But the tables were all either dirty or just missing silverware and glasses, etc, and there wasn’t any coffee We had to go find silverware and never did get a spoon or any coffee The buffet was almost empty, most of the milk frozen to the back of the fridge This was a while before breakfast ended, too Lots of missing items Waffles and bread items were all freezer burned or stale Even if it were a free continental breakfast it would have been inappropriate, but to ask people to pay for this is definitely not appropriateOverall a roadside motel experience in a building that happens to be large enough to hold big events

Mairead Moloney

Paper thin walls ruined our two nights there We could hear every word, cough, and whisper in the next room Once it got late I had to knock on the door and say something to our neighbors, which sucked because neither of us had poorly constructed the place

And speaking of, there is no easily and publicly accessible staircase There was some sort of tournament the weekend we stayed At times there was a long line to the elevators and we wandered around looking for the stairwell We eventually asked the person behind the desk and they let us through the back office to a stairwell Importantly, the people who worked there were incredibly kind and professional Loved them And the room was clean! But because I like to sleep at night I couldn’t stay there again

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would A friend & I were in town for one night We had a room with a view of the Arch

The room was nice & clean with a beautiful view! All of the staff we met were so nice, friendly & helpful I totally plan on taking my husband there for a weekend awayThe only thing that we thought needs changed are the pool hours Closing the pool at 10? We couldn’t swim because of the amount of kids in the pool and hot tubs It would be nice if the pool area kept open until midnight, but closed to under 18 after 9 or 10, so others without kids could enjoy it

DragonBreath

Excellent experience Clean comfortable and great view of the arch The hotel is right next to the arch grounds

The 5:30 free dinner happy hour was wonderful 3 free drinks! (Attached video) Lobby has a full coffee bar and fountain drinks Had a great conversation with the very friendly front desk clerk and she just randomly upgraded our room for free! I definitely recommend a stay here

Brianna Reno

Greatly enjoyed our time at Drury Inn right next to the Arch The views were amazing, loved walking across the street to the Arch We met family here and had four rooms

We were all on the same floor and it made hanging out together great The staff was extremely nice and we chatted frequently in depth with many of them We stayed over Easter weekend and they were always cleaning and keeping it clean while the surge arrived on Friday and dissipated by Monday Having a full breakfast and full dinner was a great perk! Saved so much money by having two hot meals provided a day (plus adult beverages in the evening) We will be back! The interior was exceptional; we loved the aesthetic of the hotel Keep up the great work!

My wife and I love the service we’ve received from the staff! We had our wedding and reception here a few years ago and the staff helped to make such an enjoyable experience! I’ve always loved staying at Embassy Suites for their spacious suites but this location is certainly unique building structure, layout, and high ceilings The breakfast is great and they offer delicious cook to order omelettes The evening bar reception Is always a nice touch and the bartender was super friendly despite the number of guests that arrived all at once

Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an enjoyable stay with friendly service!

Worst hotel ever High price No clean room service

Valets parking $42 per day Smelly carpet I found wet towel under dry towel Broken calling light fixture Dirty yellow big stain on standing lights fixtures The refrigerator door is not closed well Push the door very hard to close Couch was tearing All furniture colors are faded Very delayed all service Broken detergent machine when I needed laundry and hotel said the machine is not belong to us Go to dollar store So so dirty swimming pool water Whirlpool pool is broken and water temperature is not warm Let people still using it I don’t understand why this hotel has high reviews I feel like staying a ghost hotel

Jon Rustad

The room was very spacious for our family We also picked a room very close to the pool, on the fifth floor This worked out really well for going to the pool and coming back with the kids

The breakfast was good, my daughter and I went down early and had no weight When the rest of the family went down at 8 o’clock, there was a large line for food and it took about 20 minutes to get through it The front desk is very helpful Beware of parking, the valet overnight parking is $39 We chose to do street parking since it was free from 7 PM to 8 AM and you can use the app to pay for the spot before after that time There is a risk for street parking in a downtown metro area, but we felt safe with the area we were in and saved a lot of money!

Great hotel! The room was nice and very clean, with an inviting atmosphere – very sleek and elegant without being cold! Check-in was fast and efficient, which was awesome since everyone was exhausted from the drive The beds are comfortable and the pillows are softRob at the front desk was particularly fantastic – when I made the reservation, I asked for a cute towel animal in the “other requests” section, because I really, really like towel art

Rob went above and beyond by creating not one but two – an adorable mouse and a snake guarding the TV remote This seems like a small thing, but I wasn’t really expecting my request to be fulfilled, and it made me incredibly happy Rob was also very friendly and courteous, even to an oddball like meIf you’re passing through or staying in St Louis, I’d highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is spectacular We came into town to visit the baseball stadium and stayed in one of the suites, and it was one of the more impressive rooms we’ve stayed in during our travels Although it may be loud for some, we loved the energy just outside our window from the game

The location is prime We traveled with two young children and to be able to go in and out of the stadium with the hotel right there was a lifesaver We were also able to be a part of the fun from our balcony or just steps outside of the hotel for games we weren’t going to The accommodations are clean, modern, and spacious and everything in our room was top notchMy only complaints are that this location is hard to get to when they block of streets for baseball games, the front desk said police usually let guests bypass the cones but it was a bit stressful to find our way Also, the hotel put over $1,000 in holds on my card in addition to the full cost of the room, our parking, and our restaurant bill I think it will end up not clearing and the front desk said not to worry about it, but I’ve never had additional holds for close to 100% of our room rate put on my card I’ll be keeping an eye on the pending transactions to make sure they don’t clear as the host assured me they wouldn’tIf we are ever in St Louis again, we would absolutely consider this hotel again Thanks for the memories!

The hotel is gorgeous Spacious and clean I love the restaurant options in the hotel

The hustle and bustle of St Louis, it’s nice not to leave out We had the sweetheart special with the sparkling wine, truffles, and 2:00 pm check out, well worth the money However, I didn’t enjoy the stay because we also paid extra for a city view and our view was a parking garage This may be because the hotel is only 8 stories high Very disappointing

If you’re attending a Cardinal’s game, this is the place to stay You cannot get any closer to the stadium Valet parking is quick and easy

Front desk associates were very helpfulYou’re also within easy walking distance to the Arch and City GardenIf you’re staying on a game night, you will be able to hear the noise of the game (we were on the stadium side) I personally liked it, but it is not for everyoneI’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the pillows were not comfortable We only stayed in the room to sleep, and with uncomfortable pillows, it was enough to impact the rating Everything else was great though

This was hands down the best hotel stay I have ever had I’ve stayed in hotels all over traveling for work and for leasure and this was the first time I’ve ever felt the need to express how much I enjoyed my visit This past weekend My boyfriend, my teenage son, three of my sons friends, and myself traveled to St

Louis to finish up Spring Break When we arrived Nancy checked us in and she was absolutely fantastic but little did I know she would make our hotel stay so amazing!Even the four teenage boys went in the Nancy was great as well Always greeting us asking about our plans and what we had going on always so pleasant I definitely encountered other staff that was nice but there was no comparison to the impression Nancy made!We will definitely stay here again when we come to St Louis because of her!Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, pool was clean, rooms were clean and very nice They serve warm cookies and cold milk every night from 8-9 they were delicious! Hot breakfast every morning Lemon water, coffee and tea out in the lobby all the time We will definitely stay here again!!

We had a good experience at this hotel The service was great from beginning to end In addition, they had a nice selection for breakfast compared to other hotels

The room was very comfortable The only issue was we noticed when getting in our room that there was a part of the back of the toilet which had not been cleaned from the last guest However, that was the only negative so my wife disinfected and cleaned it and we enjoyed the rest of our time here We would stay here again

Aaron Shirley

Yes, I give five stars I’m very impressed all together The pool was even perfect

I may not frequent overnight stays or travel as much as I should, but this Hampton has placed the cherry on top of our St Louis Adventure Honestly folks drive like a bat out of hell around here mistaken judgmental as been greeted with nothing but kindness and respect from every business I supported It’s more of an investment rather an expense when my family is comfortable We will be back!!! Thank you:)

A Valet parking overnight is a whopping $45 versus self-park, $35, both being ridiculously overpricedB

Majority of the “ritzy” feel is in the lobby area; the rooms are basic, albeit cleanC They didn’t invest in soundproofing their windows even though the hotel is right by a busy road and the highway, so you hear cars late into the night and beginning early in the morningD QR code for restaurant for room service doesn’t properly work I went from Google to access the menu, both of which lack healthier (and/or vegan subs for things like sausage and bacon)If you’re going to be a “top tier” hotel then service and options must be top in all things Parking should be complimentary or $20, tops, when you pay $400+ for a nightMy recommendation is, pick a 3 star over this location: you’ll save money and the service may even be betterAnd dear management, please stop replying with the basic, “I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay Please email us at ” just do better People have already mentioned the lack of compassion from staff, when a lot of your guests stay here because they or a relative are going to the hospital next door (keep your restaurants for room service open until midnight, gift shop until 10, etc) And change your nonsense parking fee That’s what you can do: improve, rather than write nonsensical replies to seem like you care

The rooms and some areas of the hotel are outdated and the service is terrible No one cleaned the rooms at all any day, we weren’t even warned that there would be no housekeeping We called to ask for at least fresh towels and they never came

Any time the AC was running a really loud humming fan sounds came out of the bathroom, even louder than the bathroom fan which was annoying at night The lobby had infused water one day but missing every other day The one person working the check-in desk had to run to the bell desk to check in and out bags from the bag hold The conference area charges $36+ dollars for wifi even if you’re a hotel guest The one restaurant that’s open during the day was shot at and has a broken window they won’t fix The gym is quite outdated and has no sanitation supplies I’m surprised they get to charge top dollar and offer worse services than an affordable hotel, especially since they didn’t even have the decency to at least let you know at check in

Pure disappointment On the website it says there is rooftop accessibility and room service These were literally the main reasons we booked, looking for a place stay as we are celebrating our engagement

Quickly we found out there’s no room service on weekdays, and no rooftop access How is there no rooftop access on an 80 degree day? They told us it was closed due to weather, I didn’t know nice weather was a reason to close to the roof There’s absolutely nothing special about the rooms, one of the elevators broke when we were in the lobby and management had to close it off after we tried using it and had to complain The Preston was the last savior for us as the coffee shop that is in the hotel was also closed The Preston was also a huge disappointment, we spent $50 on good only to recieve the most bland breakfast possible They also charged us for black coffee, when it’s free in the rooms I will never stay here again unless I feel I’m getting my times worth I’ve gotten better food, service, and respect from a 3 star hotel If you are expecting anything upscale or fancy, this is not the place I wish the hotel would do something to make up for the horrible experience, but it seems that they wish you would have a better time next stay, without actually doing anything to improve the experience I spent over $600 here and felt it was worth nothing near Save your money, this place is cheap If you want me to change my mind, do something instead of just wishing it was better next time

Safe with great parking Visiting from out of town to explore the zoo, city museum, and the city with our preschooler Checking in was a smooth process which includes 3 alcoholic drink vouchers per adult and “a kick back” mini meal in the lounge/cafeteria area

The hotel is located near 170 hwy and 64 hwy and even though it is close to the highway it was very quiet The pool and the delicious complimentary breakfast were one of the best we’ve had

Rayven _Necolle

I have never had to leave a bad review for a hotel prior to now I’ve stayed at this Drury location twice now My first experience was great

The staff was extremely friendly However, my second stay was a nightmare Upon my second night with the Drury I found a bedbug crawling up the wall I immediately packed my belongings and headed to the front desk At this time management stated they needed to call an exterminator to determine if it was a bedbug After doing my own research and being in property management I was able to determine it was in fact a bedbug Management stated that she would follow up with me However, this is a week later and still no follow up This location has bedbug DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The hotel itself was beautiful! The valet service was decent, but the customer service at the front desk and the food/beverage counter needs to improve We felt more like an inconvenience to them rather than a valued patron The room was spacious and accommodating, but lacked a microwave, hair dryer, and body wash was empty

All in all a decent hotel in a great location, but needs improvement to live up to the price point

Heidi George

Staff courtesy was hit or miss, depending on the day The person checking us in was a bit condescending and unhelpful and the valet was too busy on his cell phone to even offer service, not that we wanted it Other people on other days were quite friendly and courteous, opening doors and helping with the luggage cart

The maintenance staff was excellent – fixed the slow-draining sink in our room and left a nice note thanking us for bringing it to their attention The room was smallish but decent, with a nice view of downtown No microwave in the room, which was odd – first time I’ve stayed in a hotel and not had one Overall a comfortable stay

Jay Pietkiewicz

It was OK Room was clean and spacious Decent room amenities, but most of the others for the hotel were closed during our stay

Might have been good to know ahead of time Staff was nice but not very accommodating Asked to pay extra for a rollout bed in a double suite, but was told it would not fit The room had plenty of space So as I said it was OK Would have expected better for the price

Had a very memorable service experience here passing through town & booking a room last minute for a discounted rate Unfortunately they were very booked when we arrived & had run out of non smoking rooms (attached to a casino), I wasn’t looking forward to staying in a smoking room so they kindly arranged for me to stay in an upgraded suite that was non smoking The suite was spacious, comfortable, & had a great view

Ordered an amazing crab Cobb salad from room service and had a chance to unwind for a few hours Wouldn’t hesitate to return when I’m in the area Thank you!

I had booked a hotel yesterday for my girlfriend’s bday We enjoyed the Cinder House The only thing we didn’t like were the front desk staff

They were rude and not welcoming I called down and asked where can I find the room snack prices because there wasn’t a menu The lady said she wasn’t sure and asked someone else She then said she’ll bring one up I never received one Then I realized the snack part wasn’t stocked and beverages were missing I called to let them know that and the phone wasn’t answered Two different housekeepers came in at separate times to clean the room, both said they didn’t know anyone had the room and apologized One asked if I needed towels I said yes because the shelve was nearly empty It made me question if the room was completely put together after that, because we had to wait for our room to be cleaned in the first place I then told them about the snack compartment being nearly empty They told me someone would come When that person came they asked me why didn’t I call down I said I did and no one answered We later went downstairs and the ladies had an attitude It was obvious they ignored the phone call My girlfriend had a great time I just wish the front desk people had better customer service skills

Aaron Madden

The hotel is beautiful The design, smell, and architecture is something to see The service not so much

All of the people were very friendly but some of them lacked knowledge They don’t seem to have control over the parking garage as my girlfriend and I waited for 45 minutes to get an attendant in the booth to let us in Amenities and space of the room are amazing You won’t find that in many hotels in STL The food was decent but you would expect higher quality with such prices Again, the service was amazing and they made sure to keep up their customer service I would go back but I’ll try to find something better before I commit

Every staff member we encountered was fantastic At check in Dev and Andy were both accommodating and Andy especially went above and beyond During our stay we had a medical emergency in the middle of the night

The staff gave us a late check out (I wish I knew the overnight staff’s names) and were all aware of the situation and very courteousThis hotel is extremely affordable for the level of accommodations The rooms were clean and comfortable The pool and hot tub as well as outside deck were clean and enjoyable There was a great gymWe will never stay anywhere else in St Louis

Benjamin Roney

Excellent customer service, lobby & rooms look & feel nearly brand new, with a really cool Aviation themed lobbyFitness room was very clean and well outfittedAs with anywhere, the pool is serviceable and the kids had fun, but pool room could be a *little* cleaner

Was slightly misled by pics online & wrongly assumed their was complimentary breakfast, because I didn’t read through the amenities list For the price, not a deal breaker though

Jake Anderson

My wife and i recently stayed here the night of our wedding and reserved a wing for 10 rooms While booking the rooms i spoke to the reservations/party coordinator and asked if they had a room/conference room we could use for the guest to hang out for a while after the reception and eat/drink for a bit They mentioned that the room was booked which is totally fine but they have a bar inside the hotel that they would leave open for us

We were suppose to have first priority for the shuttle bus and instead waiting a long while for the shuttle to show up and get us to the hotel which we find out the bar was closed We were greeted with very poor customer service while presenting this issue All though i understand it’s not their fault for the poor communication from management but still they could have been more understanding and pretended to care Instead we were left to hang out in the lobby which just looks trashy to be honest Not at all what we expected and just very very disappointed

My family stayed here for 1 night as we were traveling through The staff was very curtios and loved an early check in I also called ahead to request a baby bed for our 1 y

o son, when I checked into the hotel, they informed me that it was already set up in the room which was great! The hotel is in a nice quiet location and 8s very clean The breakfast was good and we would definitely stay here again of we pass through the area The only downfall was a lack of food choices in the immediate vicinity

Dodi Riley

The staff was courteous and friendly They went above and beyond to assure my safety and comfort including assisting me in my wheelchair to my room They worked with us with an early check in and late check out as my husband and I were both ill, were stranded on the highway due to an automobile breakdown and my husband was there for cancer treatment next door

This was a very complicated and difficult situation, but we are grateful the staff (especially Kim and Dawn)were there to make it as pleasant as possible
