Nice hotel but not worth the price Although the staff was very nice my room was very small, someone was blasting music at the worst times of the day/night, the use of elevators was iffy (I was told you have to jimmy the key to use it) parking was a expensive (use valet if you do not want to be charged each time you leave, however prepare to wait a lengthy time for your vehicle), the air was was very sometimey (it got hotter at night) and after I checked out I got a call stating that I didn’t check out! The nicest thing about my stay was the view Special experience for sure…

The location is great, within walking distance of many attractions, and the view of the circle from our window was beautiful That’s pretty much where the pros stop While the front desk person was pleasant, check in was a nightmare

It took 3 tries for the key to work and we weren’t the only guests with that issue The parking garage is shared with shopping and an office building, and you have to drive around to find which part is connected to the hotel The hotel is shared with Homewood Suites, so if you get in the wrong elevator, you can’t get to your room The room smelled musty, the toilet was loud, and when we called for room service no one answeredI won’t fault the staff as they seemed to be trying their best, but this hotel just sucks

If I could give this place a zero, I would have Checked in at night Room is clean, but dated with a musky odor

First night air didn’t work and temp went up to 74 degrees Could not sleep at all that night Tried to watch TV, but remote stopped working and TV kept shutting off and resetting Next day called about remote and air Front desk sent batteries to our room for remote Changed batteries, still didn’t work Called again and someone came up with a different remote That worked for half a day Someone came up and said they fixed the problem with the air Went out that night and came back to a room that was 78 degrees Called the front desk and they said someone was coming out to fix it, which they tried to do, but we came back to room and it went down to 73 and then started to climb again Then the tv started to cut out and remote wouldn’t work again Was told that they will give me points They can stick those points up their a$$ Was told they couldn’t move our room because both sides of the hotel were full NOT MY FREAKIN PROBLEM I paid for a place to sleep When your neglect to maintain your facility keeps me from sleeping, what the hell did I pay you for Front desk was helpful, but helpless Not their fault The management, owners and Hilton are to blame for the issues at this facility Pillows flat, sheets that don’t fit the stained mattress, wallpaper pealing, stained and worn carpet, warm refrigerator, missing wood on furniture, no refill of in room coffee, cups, shampoo and soap, no new towels, and worn and tired furniture Room 1212 if you want to “use my feedback as a training moment for your staff” Really? Ruining my vacation is okay because you will share my experience with your staff? I wouldn’t stay here again even if they paid me Please tell your staff it is not their fault, it is management or lack of

Every single person we interacted with (bellhop, valets, servers, bartenders, concierge, housekeeping) was professional, enthusiastic, and helpful By far the best experience I have ever had with hotel staff-I feel like every person truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfectThe building itself is beautiful-full of marble and ornate columns

I appreciate that a lot of attention was paid to historical details and maintaining the feel of the original buildingOur room was nicely decorated and very quiet We didn’t hear anyone in the halls and we barely heard any street noise The hotel gym was a lot bigger than I expected and well stocked with machines and equipmentWe will absolutely stay again next time we are in Baltimore!

Loved my stay here! Everyone was so kind and friendly Of course the hotel is amazing but the breakfast was the cherry on top ! I ordered the veggie eggs; and they were loaded with veggies! The sweet potato hash (words cannot describe) reminds me of my great granny’s cooking 🥲 fair price/ great portionsOnly thing upsetting: I woke up 3 am dehydrated and went to the mini bar to find lack of choices and drinks weren’t cold

(It was too cold to run out)

We discovered a bed bug problem in our luxury suite (one of the spa rooms) which we got refunded for, but it obviously ruined the stay Especially because they were fully booked that night and had no contingency plan for relocating us My partner and I stayed here one time before that and both times the hotel service was not great

No fault to them, they were super kind and did whatever they could for our check ins and the bed bug issue The problem was that we waited in long lines for a single person behind the desk who was also answering phones for the entire hotel They just seem chronically understaffed and scrambling to do things for everyone in a timely manner It gives me such mixed feelings because the rooms are awesome and those jetted tubs are amazing (they’re honestly the top reason we came back, along with the large windows that make the room feel even bigger than it already is) It’s such a cool and well-preserved historic building I’d just be cautious of these issues when deciding whether it would be worth the cost of your stay Oh and if you do stay there, make sure you check under the mattress for bed bugs!

We visit this location for a wedding this past Friday and loved it The food was great, the servers were amazing, and the view was breath taking One of the best parts of the evening for my fiance and me was chatting with a bar tender named Mark

He was very socialable and made the best drinks! He even went out of the way to make us a special drink we had never heard of Best drinks ever I hope to make it for us, as he gave step by step instructions to make it So if you are ever hear and want to try a great drink, Mark is your guy Thanks for a wonderful even Four Seasons!

I was married at the Four Seasons at Baltimore in September 2012 I continued to frequent the hotel 1 to 3 times a year, spending thousands of dollars each visit I have spent over $100,000 dollars at this hotel since 2012

On August 13, 2022 I did damage their “$4,000” TV I was told that I should pay to replace the TV We settled on $60000 dollars, after significant negotiations I can’t shake the sadness I feel with the result It feels very unfair I realize may have damaged the TV but I also know how much value Ive brought this company year over year I’m sad because it will be hard for me to come back to any Four Seasons hotel that puts profit above relationships I am fairly young in my vacation life with at least 40 years left of amazing opportunity That said, sadly it will not include the Four Seasons

Michele P

As expected, the hotel room (Lighthouse Suite 1511), the location, the concierge, spa, in-room & valet services were top notch The online booking process as well as navigating the app for quick chats with concierge (Thanks Michael for the flowers delivery & birthday cake!) were key to the experience which was to celebrate my partner’s birthday All of the staff including Damien were friendly & helpful, plus Moses was able to direct me to a barbershop app for a much needed haircut

Also, I’d like to thank the spa manager who mitigated a slight moment of displeasure when we were unable to take full benefit of all the spa services after a VIP couples appointment He assured us of access for the remainder of our stay, provided birthday champagne & truffle chocolates as well as entertainment ideas during our stay I also want to add a special mention of Ryan and Jasmine who performed our massages – absolutely outstanding, relaxing experience for us both Our room was impeccably cleaned, had great flow & views (bonus in earshot of concerts below), as well as comfortable bedding Lastly, we patronized both the Azumi & Bygone restaurants which also did not disappoint Dinner at Azumi was fabulous & the brunch buffet on Sunday at Bygone was an equally delicious feast & the perfect end to a thoroughly enjoyable getaway

Great hotel Breakfast included Typical breakfast, not a lot of choices

We found pancakes, bagels, scrambled eggs etc Always try to pick a corner king room, that has the best view around the hotel The room clean not automatic, you need to request it Digital keys are not available at least that is the case when I checked in There is a $150 security deposit, which you will get back after check out

Peter Yong (PedroJoven)

Check-in was fast, room and bathroom was clean, bad view (power station), toilet handle was broken but usable, room was low light, good idea with motion sensor lights except for the bathroom, equipped with many USB charging on the desk, TV area and by the beds Breakfast was goodSunday 08/07 front desk guy – friendly, fast and helpfulMonday 08/08 front desk lady – unfriendly and liarTuesday 08/09 front desk lady – friendly, honest and helpfulWednesday 08/10 front desk lady – friendly and quick checkoutI requested for late checkout and the Tuesday front desk lady lied to me that it was not possible due to the hotel fully booked

I tested booking online and the hotel was far from fully booked for Wed 08/10 Checked again with a different front desk lady on Tuesday and she verified that Wed was not fully booked and told me no problem with 1pm late checkoutBob, parking attendant – friendly, fast and helpfulThe motion sensor for bathroom is placed outside! Hence, when you’re in the bathroom, the lights can just go off on you!TV is far away and the sofa on the side, TV mounted and cannot be turned so either sitting on the bed far away from the TV or watching the TV sidewaysHousekeeping – very good, cleaned the room well and replenished everythingLocation is pretty good and there’s access to free city bus tour Walking distance to harbor

When you first walk into the hotel and there is an overwhelming smell of air freshener After walking into the room it was clear why- I immediately noted crumbs all over the floor and a foul smell on the general hotel floor I reported it to the front desk and we were “upgraded” to a suite

It was close but no cigar The suite was extremely dusty, the side table was filthy, the mirror was disgusting and I even found a used towel hanging in the closet The state of both rooms demonstrate a clear disregard for thorough cleanliness When we reported our garbage was full we were told to leave it outside our door which was then not picked up until the next day despite putting it out early in the day The overwhelming smell of air freshener seems to be a way to mask the foul smell of no upkeep Understandably hotels are shifting away from cleaning rooms every day however there should be a standard of at least thoroughly cleaning a room once a week and the common areas every other day I’ve stayed at other Hampton Inns and while Charles at the front desk tried his best to assist, this was by far my worst experience

We stayed here for one night to go to an Orioles game The location is amazing, since all you have to do is walk out the front door, take a right, and Camden Yards is right in front of youThe front desk staff was extremely friendly

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean We really could not ask for more We will gladly stay here again next time we are in Baltimore!

F. Vanessa Diggs

I checked into room 522 on February 23, 2022 The following morning my husband and I were in the bed and saw a bedbug in our bed I called the desk and told them I thought I had a bedbug in my room

About 10 minutes later security came up and took a picture and left I was frantic! We waited about 30 minutes before we were assigned to another room No one apologized After waiting so long, I went downstairs to the desk to ask for another room No one asked if we were okay or acknowledged the problem we had just encounterIt was until we were moved to the next room and I took a shower that I noticed the bite on my arm By the next morning it was very itchy and it was very swollenWe checked out at 7:00 AM on Sunday, February 27 and I asked to speak to a manger There was not a manger working during that hours, so the security came and took my name and telephone number so the manger could give me a call He also took a picture of the bite on my arm I have not received a call from the manger as of today, March 2, 2022I looked at my trip on the BonVoy app and my trip was gone from the app! No points! It was if I had not stayed at the hotel for 4 nights! Also, at check-in I won 3000 points and they were there!I am disappointed in how I was treated!

The rooms and decor are very dated but it looks as though they are working on a refresh One of the strangest things we noticed was the placement of the room numbers As you are walking down the hall, the numbers are on the WRONG side of the recessed entry so you actually have to walk past a door and then turn around to see the number

You would have been fine coming from the other direction, but that was a dead end It was really weird There is also only 1 escalator in the main lobby (they usually come in pairs) and this one doesn’t workThere are 2 restaurants on site One is full service with a bar and the other is brick oven pizza Both had great looking menus and we look forward to checking them out Surprisingly, there is also a self serve beer and wine wall You tap you room key and drink away! The location of the hotel is wonderful It is a block from the train and a short walk to the Inner Harbor The downside is the Fire Station across the street and the sirens that go with itAs for the staff, they have been wonderful We are here on business and they have gone above and beyond to assist us

My boyfriend and 2 of our friends traveled to Baltimore for the Arsenal soccer game this past weekend We had originally booked a different hotel and after driving 7 1/2 hours we pulled up and they were permanently closed and did not inform us prior When I looked online it said that Hampton Inn was fully booked but I still decided to call for a room

Ricardo was able to get us the last room available and his customer service after hearing of our issue was better than could be expected Ashley P who works the front desk was equally as amazing! She checked us in and out with no issues, gave us food suggestions when asked and was honestly just the sweetest soul after our horrible morning Her level of professionalism and compassion was top tier and Hampton Inn is lucky to have someone who cares so much for guests working for them The room was great, good choices for morning breakfast and an amazing staff Would definitely stay again!

Morris Fiorillo

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile from Charlie, treated as a diamond member She provided water, I did ask for the higher floors but the no rooms were available, but was provided a nice quite room The rooms are very clean, hotel is close to everything you need

During my 4 day 3 nights stay I have only dealt with Charlie and she has been tremendous Helpful with local restaurants and such I would recommend staying here and would come back

Margaret Clark

We were in the area for a funeral The desk clerk when we checked in was quick to give us recommendations for local restaurants that we might enjoy, and to see if we needed anything at all for our stay We thoroughly enjoyed our time there even if the occasion was difficult

All the staff we met was very kind and encouraging and we highly recommend this hotel

I booked a short one night trip for my little girl’s first birthday party The staff was great and notice it was just my two girls and I so they helped me out tremendously Can’t thank them enough for being so kindhearted and professional

I would definitely recommend staying here when you travel Rooms are definitely as advertised and very clean I could smell the cleaning products Very nice establishment and breakfast was great I’ve stayed in plenty of Hilton hotels but so far this is my favorite stay Definitely coming back Thank you again

Sonia

Was super excited to stay at this hotel and picked it because of its great location and proximity to the inner harbor The architecture inside and outside is so pretty & very historic The front desk manager (Ralph) however managed to take away from our experience on the very first day

He couldn’t care to talk to a customer who was waiting in the lobby for 20 min for a valet In his opinion, the customer should have come to him and asked for help instead of waiting for the valet When my husband asked for help because of the long wait, Ralph tried to justify the long wait My husband is a Diamond member and stays at Hilton hotels every week He knows the ropes and understands good customer service and quick resolution of problems Ralph kept trying to explain his point of view (regarding the long wait for parking) in an effort to argue his case and prove us wrong Ralph also made a mention of the fact that my husband probably didn’t understand his explanation very well! Having travelled the world and having stayed at some of the best Hilton hotels, I can unequivocally say that this manager represented the hotel chain very poorly!!!Here’s a tip for Ralph: When a customer is unhappy about a situation, apologize and fix it instead of justifying yourself and then coaching the customer about what they should have done differently!!PS Received an email & phone call with management who apologized and tried to make it right…appreciate the effort!

Laura Scarbrough

Everyone working at this hotel was so nice Valet, front desk ladies, cooks, housekeepers, etc The hospitality was on point

The rooms were super clean The breakfast was fabulous every day The location is PERFECT and just a short walk to the harbor The pool was so warm and we had it to ourselves! We will stay here everytime we’re in Baltimore now Thank you so much for making our vacation so much more delightful

I stayed at Hotel Indigo Baltimore in August 2022 I had a wonderful experience They took care of everything

My room was nice and spacious with cathedral ceilings that I’ve never seen in a hotel The decor was classy The tile in the bathroom was gorgeous I felt very safe as you had to use your room key to navigate the hotel like in the elevator I will definitely stay there again when I’m in the area

Peter Furdyna

The hotel and all of the staff were excellent We stayed the weekend of 02/04 – 02/06 to help our son and daughter in law with their 4 month old son while they attended a wedding in Baltimore He was getting over a cold which of course turned into a GI thing while we were there

The entire hotel staff couldn’t have been more accommodating, making sure we had plenty of clean towels and supplies to use the in house laundry(which thankfully was right across from our room) Checking out on Sunday upon announcing the room number we were greeted with smiles with the staff asking how the baby was Truly a welcoming hotel The restaurant attached to the hotel was great as well Insider tip, try the buffalo wings It’s tough to get a good wing outside of the upstate NY area, these were the real thing, easily as good as any you’ll get in Buffalo, NY Hats off to whoever executed those If you’re in the Baltimore area looking for a great hotel, stay here, you wont go wrong

Kylie English

We had a great stay here Everyone was very very friendly We loved the staff!!!! The hotel was dog friendly AND didn’t have any weight or breed restrictions which was amazing

Our room was on the 8th floor We ordered dinner and picked it up at the bar downstairs It was very good! I got the chicken Cesar salad and a drink Hotel was quiet at night There were a few hours I was in the room alone and I felt incredibly safe I can’t say this enough but the staff was SO FRIENDLY and cool I liked them all Whatever this hotel is doing please keep doing it We had a great stay here and will absolutely be back if we are visiting the area again

The Hotel RL has very clean and tidy rooms They have incredibly nice and helpful hotel staff The location is also top notch

I will say that the amenities in the individual rooms leave something to be desired, however There are no dressers or drawers to put your things or clothing There was also no microwave or coffee station in the room either They did have a mini fridge but it was just sitting on the floor

Melissa Talamonti

The person checking us in was very hospitable and accommodating We got there extremely early before our room was ready and we were able to leave our luggage and walk around The room itself was fine for the amount we paid

However, we only got one towel per person The streets were very noisy every night and woke us up most of the time Although it’s in a great location downtown, I guess that’s the trade off

Tatum Standley

We stayed for a weekend The restaurant downstairs is recently and permanently closed Staff was sparse but generally helpful

The room was clean enough and technically wheelchair accessible (as was the lobby), tho the elevators were quite tight The room we stayed in had no grab bars of any kind in the bathroom Unfortunately even from the 7th floor with windows facing a fairly quiet street, we heard every laugh, scream, siren, car door, etc all night long which wasn’t exactly restful Nothing terrible, nothing special

Well me and the wife stayed here for an anniversary getaway The service was absolutely amazing Ms

Michell at the front desk sent us chocolate covered strawberries and champagne Complete surprise for us We were just having regular conversation and she sent us a gift Very attentive and caring to our needs and privacy Mr James the concierge made sure we barely lifted a finger or the phone He knows all the good spots close by We loved the view and the staff

James Coutourier

The staff is great with good hospitality The location is actually even better, right across the street from the beginning of the harbor A very peaceful hotel but It’s way overpriced

Very old looking with a weird carpet stench Chipped walls, chipped doors Looks like an old Catholic Church Doesn’t have a good view either compared to other local hotels Old dirty carpet ! It was a burn mark in the unattached foot rest not to mention it didn’t even match Just a badly designed hotel for the price Needs remodeling

The property is set at an amazing location, central to everything is Baltimore I felt immersed in the city with unmatched views on the harbor Accommodations were plush and comfortable

There wasn’t much more that could be asked for To put the icing on the cake Maurice and the rest of the Staff were welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure that met and exceeded all expectations The communication, before, and during my stay left quite an impression He is certainly an asset to that hotel The one small critique I have for the property was a lack of TV in the living area facing those gorgeous Harbor Views

Lindsay Williams

Our stay started off a bit rocky because the room we got wasn’t the cleanest The next day i wanted to check out early but Crystal at the front desk was wonderful She was able to switch our room and that just made everything 100x better

The room she moved us to was extremely clean and so much more comfortable we decided to extend our stay by one more day Without Crystal’s help I can honestly say we wouldn’t have stayed Great job in hiring a gem like Crystal She helped us sleep better and enjoy our stay while visiting family

My wife and I booked this hotel in advance for Friday to Monday and everything seemed fine We checked in between 9-10pm on February 18, 2022 with no problems So we proceeded to the room and everything seemed decent

So we took a shower to go out for awhile After getting something to eat and drink then return to the hotel about 1:30am only to find that our hotel door was WIDE OPENED with the deadbolt extended so the door could not close properly because of the extended deadbolt lock, so now anyone and everyone could enter and exit our room at their pleasure Thinking back as we were leaving our room to get something to eat 11:15pm that night, I noticed a couple of rooms down the hallway that was unsecured with the deadbolts extended so the doors couldn’t close all the way but I did not think much about those two unsecured rooms until we returned around 1:30am So Iimmediately go to the front desk to lodge MY COMPLAINT about the door being unsecured The hotel asked if anything was missing and nothing seemed to missing but I did leave several of my personal and business credit in my bag in the hotel room Now I’m extremely concerned about my personal and business financial security being compromised at this point A thief doesn’t need to physically have your cards but just take pictures of those cards and accounts Now at this point I’m trying get something resolved and I will have to notify all my financial institutions about what has occurred at this hotel We’ve now VERY VERY UNHAPPY GUESTS

Staff is super friendly! Hotel location is very convenient Room was clean Bed was super comfortable

We had stayed for a concert at the Pier 6 Pavilion and were able to just walk the few blocks It’s a little more of a walk to get to the aquarium and other harbor activities, but definitely doable There was a bar/restaurant on site (not open 24/7) The windows opened slightly which was nice for the breeze Room stayed nice and cool with air on Water pressure is pretty good compared to other hotels The parking garage fee can be included in your hotel fees and they’ll give vouchers so you can come and go through the parking garage as needed There is an elevator that connects right to the parking garage from the lobby The area seemed safe TV connection was losing signal at times

Hotel was in a safe, great location within walking distance to many restaurants and shops The staff was very friendly and helpful Kenneth went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and like we were staying in a home away from home

Rooms were very clean The bathroom could use a refresh which is my reason for four vs five stars

Jacqui Montgomery

The moment I walked through the door, Kat, greeted me and made me feel welcome Her greeting was just the first of many wonderful interactions I had with staff Everyone was friendly and helpful and made me feel valued

It’s walkable to many tourist destinations I chose it because it was within my price range and allowed me to access public transportation relatively easily

Had a good stay at the Hyatt All of the staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful Room was spacious and the fitness center was clean and well ventilated

Breakfast was better than I typically expect with fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, plus the standard optionsI parked at the garage behind the hotel- it was about $20 for overnight plus part of one dayWithin walking distance there’s a Whole Foods for provisions, and it was a quick easy walk to Fells Point and all the shops and restaurants thereMy room wasn’t cleaned super well and when I asked the staff for cleaning supplies they offered to have my room cleaned again I opted just to wipe things down myself, so they supplied cleaning solution and cloths I’d say the state of my room was my only real complaint You can see in the pictures that the couch and carpet was stained, and in addition to there being food on the desk there was sticky liquid in the ice container and the toilet seat was not cleaned More thorough housekeeping would go a long way

There was construction happening in front of entrance of the hotel but that didn’t create much of a problem at all Upon reaching the hotel, I was greeted by an individual who showed me to the parking garage, the lobby and assisted with my luggage The woman at the front desk was very kind when I checked in

The room was clean, neat, spacious, and easy to access My entire stay there was wonderful Breakfast was included and everyone was helpful and courteous There was also a Whole Foods one block away –so beneficial Thanks to all the great people who made my stay worthwhile; I will definitely stay again when I return to B-more

For the past three months, I have traveled a great deal and I have stayed in countless hotels This Hyatt hotel is hands down the best hotel that I have ever stayed at due to many reasons This hotel is always spotless, providing a great selection of food and beverage items throughout the day, and it sits in prime location

Located right in Harbor East, there is sufficient stores for shopping and endless 5 star dining options Aside from the aforementioned, the most important reason why I stay at this hotel is the customer service! Charlotte at the front desk and Charles in the valet parking always greet me with smiles and wonderful customer service Then there is Stan Stan is has gone above and beyond accommodating me from navigating through 3rd party booking challenges to assisting me with the perfect room for my extended stay! His personality, professionalism and detail of consistent customer care has far exceeded my expectationsI only stay at Hyatt Place Baltimore Inner Harbor when I am in town!

Pretty good! The layout of our King/pullout room was railroaded, so kids had to walk through our room to go to the bathroom in the night, but it was great for a blended family w 2 teens to have a space that divided into two rooms Staff were accommodating and the bed was comfortable Breakfast was very good and the location was great for walking to the aquarium

The historical building is charming, though expect to hear city noise overnight per other reviews Thanks for the solid stay!

Great Hotel in the heart of Inner Harbor, Baltimore, MD Able to walk to everything-great for families visiting places like Port Discovery children’s museum, Aquarium, Ships, and Science Museum! They offer an amazing breakfast every morning (eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, cereal, etc) They offer heavy appetizers every evening such as Spaghetti with sauce, fajitas, meatballs, popcorn, etc from 5:30-7(goes over 7pm if busy)

Saves on meals! Spacious rooms, 2 queenbeds with couch, apt size refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, comfy beds, kitchenette stocked with dishes, silverware Extremely nice staff, and very clean Will definitely be returning back the next time we visit as they continue to completely revitalize the harbor back to its old self!

Stacey Mac

The staff is very friendly and the location is convenient to get to all the Baltimore attractions Antonio works very hard in the breakfast area to keep everything well stocked in the buffet area Our bed was comfy and the kitchen area was nice

I wish the room was a bit bigger to have a chair or couch to sit on, but we made ourselves comfortable in the common areas around the building instead Would recommend and stay again!

My bf and I came to town for the reggae festival and we’re very pleased with our stay at the revival The decor and atmosphere were on point and very homey/comfortable We ate at the rooftop restaurant which was phenomenal, had some coffee at the cafe, and were blown away by the speakeasy

The room was spacious and comfortable The bathroom had a privacy space with the toilet and shower which is always a perk We loved the valet service (thanks Walter!) The security was also a comfort (room key to enter after hours and to go to certain levels of the hotel)We will be returning and highly recommend

The Elwoods

We have stayed at many hotels in Baltimore while visiting family and Hotel Revival is one of the best It is a gem of a hotel The historic building has been beautifully updated and decorated

The room was clean and spacious and the bed comfortable The room was very quiet and had a lovely view of the Washington Monument and park We had an amazing meal at Topside But what sets the hotel apart from others is their top notch staff – concierge, valet, housekeeper, bartender, waitstaff – everyone was so friendly and helpful We could not have had a better stay! Thanks Hotel Revival

This hotel was probably the best hotel stay I have had in recent memory You can clearly tell that whoever redesigned this hotel put extensive thought into every single detail from the lobby to the restaurant, bar, and the beautiful rooms The rooms here are absolutely massive, and I was surprised to find pour over coffee I the hotel room and some really nice teas

The bathroom was also huge, and the toiletries were great Everything was clean, and the room was pretty quiet at night I loved all the details in the room including the carpet, bedding, lighting, furniture — everything Even the restaurant space and the speakeasy had so many intricate details I 100% plan on staying here again if we find ourselves back in Baltimore

My wife and I stayed here 20 years ago We went last Wednesday for our anniversary Hotel staff was great

View was great Bar was great Bed was very comfortable My only complaint would be I could not get the room as cold as I wanted it but I think we were facing the sun most of the day with the curtains open because of the great view!

Christopher Ferry

My wife surprised me with a last minute reservation to spend the night at Marriott Waterfront to celebrate a belated wedding anniversary The location is nice with a great view of the inner harbor The staff was very friendly and accommodating

Our room was modern and clean We were both very pleased with our stay and look forward to being able to visit again for an extended stay in the near future

Charles Cody

I had a very nice stay Everything was great I was in town for a concert at Pier 6 and the location of this hotel was perfect

The view from my room was greatThe only complaint was the elevator situation It was a nightmare every time I needed to use it Bad to the point that people were wagering money on when they would show up To be fair the hotel was packed when I was thereI had a nice stay and I’d definitely return

Check in at the hotel was a bit of a mess Room wasn’t ready until 1hr after the 4:30 check in time and they did not give any advance notice The staff seemed very overwhelmed by the amount of guests that day

The bar was closed, so there wasn’t much to do while waiting for the room besides sit in the lobbyThe room itself was good Comfy beds and everything was clean Fair for the price, but nothing too special Felt a little small for our party of 3, but good if you aren’t planning on being in the room too muchTrying to get our car at checkout was tough The valet attendant said it would take about an hour to get our car if we waited He instead gave us the address of where the cars are kept so I could pick it up myself, just a 5 minute walk away Considering the late check in + having to get my own car, I would have expected they offer a discount on the $33 valet parking they chargedIf this is the only hotel with availability, staying here is fine, but there are definitely better hotels in the area

Joseph Jones

Right now they are in the middle of some renovations All amenities are not available The bar was closed, also the gym

There is a bistro that serves food and drinks Shower heads leaked water, but good pressure If you like historic hotels you will like the Lord Baltimore It was quiet inside the rooms except for the occasional emergency vehicle siren The road in front of the building is being repaired, lots of steel plates The housekeeping staff was great and rooms were clean as expected Would like to stay there again once everything is completed

Shantelle Ozzy

I think this hotel has potential Nice lobby, except for the fact that the bar isn’t available, the cafe closes at 9pm, and the gym is closed downMy evening was turned off by the valet attendant

When I pulled up the girl just sat at the desk starring at me and wasn’t interested in seeing what I needed I came out the car and said, “do you do valet?” She said yes with an attitude and said if I haven’t checked in, to go park somewhere else I was so irritated that I went looking for parking elsewhere The location of the hotel doesn’t have convenient parking, so I went back to the valet The website says self parking and valet parking for one price, but when you get there, the valet is a higher price and there is no self parking available I called the front desk and the staff was nice after I told them that they should honor what their website saysAfter I finally checked in and went to my room, there were towels in my toilet The front desk fixed it and brought new towels, but it was just weird The outlet for the coffee and microwave was faulty and there were no cups I had to hold the cord in place for both to workI will say that the staff (outside of the valet) were accommodating I don’t like the location of this hotel or the parking situation, but they are making more renovations, so maybe next year it will be better I think the hotel should update their website to what they actually have available, so that people aren’t surprised upon arrival
