Incredible hotel! From the moment you walk in, you can tell it’s a special place The ambiance is unlike any other hotel I’ve stayed at The artwork and photography throughout add such charm and celebrates the history and achievements of so many Stanford greats, providing a strong connection to the area

The restaurant and bar within the hotel (both indoors and outdoor) are spectacular! The entire staff are so friendly and make you feel like a part of their extended family from the moment you check-in I felt so welcome and taken care of our entire stay The hotel room was very spacious and I was blown away by the cleanliness! I highly recommend this hotel and will never stay anywhere else when I’m in the area!

Excited to stay Nobu Hotel in Palo AltoNice ambiance and unusual rest room with toto vide The lighting system was so modern

However, the service was not great Room cleaning had to be requested at 3 pm after though staff had come earlier but only refilled the mini barThe picture is Japanese Breakfast Bento which looks good and tastes good

We were excited to stay at Nobu as we understood, from their marketing, that it was exceptionally cool, exclusive, and boutique We looked on their site for a nice room and found that the Zen Suite (about $1,200) was available for the night we wanted to stay, which happened to be that same night When we landed we checked again to see if it was available and it was, but since we were only a few minutes away we decided to go right to the hotel and check in rather than reserving online

The two young gentlemen at the front desk (early twenties and very inexperienced, but doing their best) laughed when we asked about the suite and said they were all booked and that Expedia was likely having problems We said we saw it was available, not on Expedia, but on the Nobu Palo Alto site and we pulled it up in front of them Anyway, don’t trust their site for booking, you’d have to call to be certain before putting in your card info to make sure you aren’t booking a room that doesn’t exist inside the cancellation time Then it just got stupid they only had rooms with two queen beds (which by the way they are not queen beds – they are doubles which are really small) Since we were already there and tired we decided to take the two queen room Got to our room and a large panel fell off the wall when my wife opened the safe The paneling isn’t aligned and opening the safe cabinet door was enough to dislodged a 3 by 4 foot heavy panel from the wall which then fell on her We switched rooms The next room had a lovely thick black hair in the sink, maybe a dark sushi noodle, not sure It was end of day so we decided whatever we came up against we would stay The beds are not queen beds, but I mentioned that already Rooms are small TV is enormous and really great, but very limited channels but still – it’s a great TV Shower was ok but no hand held and they have a “Japanese” style wood floor in the shower which serves only an aesthetic purpose, and maybe to hide hair underneath, but damn it hurts the feet Bathroom is very tiny The toilet was unbelievably great and the showcase of the room, along with the TV The toilet is fully automated with remote control, heated seat, squirty things etc Basically you are renting a toilet and TV with some surrounding furniture No electrical outlets next to beds – just USB ports which is fine but not if you have new iPhone etc Carpets are stained, mostly because of the color selection we think which shows an archaeological history of prior guest shenanigans There is only one elevator which gets tedious The common areas of the hotel are sort of finished but not really There is an odd second floor patio that is 8 feet wide with some furniture facing a wall Nobody was out there There are surely other spots to stay that would be a better value and still very nice We couldn’t help but think Nobu is more of a marketing and food services company than a hotel company We give three stars which we think is fair for a three star hotel

The highest level of service ever received! The hotel is simple and refined The best concierge I have ever interacted with! From toiletries to arranging sightseeing/recommendations (everyone from valet) {so personable!}Excellent hotel for business and pleasure 5-star hotel without a stuffy Four Seasons/Ritz approach

Room service is top notch Front desk was super responsive when I needed more shampoo/conditioner/Nespresso podsWe stayed in a Ryokan room which I can not emphasize just how incredible and serene the room feels We were granted early checkin as soon as we landed from SFO at 11amI booked this not expecting much, but the small touches and personalized attention is what sets Nobu apart from anyone elseThe 82 inch tv is magical as is the heated toilet seat, you’re welcome!

Spent an afternoon poolside and it was lovely! There are plenty of options for shade and everything was clean and well kept The true star of the show was the service we received from the poolside dining staff Our drinks were never empty, the food was fresh and thoughtful and we were able to relax our way into the weekend

It was truly a pleasure Great atmosphere and even better service!

I went to a corporate event on the lawn I’ve been to cocktails in the restaurant but I must say corporate event on the lawn exceeds cocktails in the restaurant The food was delicious

I think there was a chicken and a butternut squash offered for the main There was salad and beef tartar for the appetizer The food was delicious and I only wish I had had more

Ashley Jung

Such a warm welcoming pool reception to kick off their new summer menu Jacqueline and her team really went beyond expectations with their service Amazing featured cocktail as well as their delicious food that was being passed around with smiles on each staff member’s face

Rosewood Sand Hill has emphasized their amazing ambiance, spectacular views and their stellar customer service I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for another home away from home

Pros -clean rooms with great amenities Thick towels, very soap as well as a big screen TV I slept in till 10:30 it was so comfortable

Staff was accommodating in checking me in and offered me drinking waterCons Gates were on the fritz and when you called for assistance it went to a number that led to nowhere Could use better signage as to the parking lot Would recommend for future stays

Arcri

This place was clean, the staff was pleasant and friendly and it was all around an excellent experience They were understaffed the day we came, however we were still blown away by everything here The view and the rooms are amazing

Beds are comfy, the restaurant was clean, everything was near perfect Wait times were a little more than usual but that’s no fault of the staff hereI thank the whole team here for making our vacation a great experience 🙂

We booked three queen suites for 5 nights each several months in advance of our trip to San Mateo, in order to accommodate each of our adult guests with his or her own bed during our family reunion and college graduationWhen I checked in, I was informed there were no suites available at the hotel, even thought my confirmed reservation showed these suites, and I had booked directly through Marriott   I was informed that the “corporate Marriott website” oversold rooms, and there was nothing that the local hotel could do to accommodate me

I was also told that no suites were available for the full extent of our stay   Instead, I was offered standard queen rooms, plus “we’ll wave your $30 parking fee”  This left us without enough beds, and without the sitting area we had counted onAfter over an hour of negotiations, we were finally assigned four standard queen rooms for the same price we were to originally pay for the three queen suites  I felt truly sorry for the young woman at the front desk, who was put in a really bad situation by Marriott management  I have frequented Marriott since 1982, and have never seen such a botched reservation  Back in the day, Marriott was known for its excellent quality  But no moreAlso, be forewarned that there is no longer any restaurant or room service options for dining  There is a small mini-mart with a very, very limited selection of prepackaged food at high prices   Thankfully, there was a Trader Joes within walking distance, but any other dining options are at least 15 miles away by car in San MateoWe are also trying to adjust to the new reality of not having hotel rooms cleaned on a daily basis  Apparently, guests now have to request that their room be cleaned, and even that is minimal at best (eg, take out the trash, remake the bed)  Dirty glasses are not replaced   And at this hotel, you can only request maid service during the week, not on weekends  From what I understand, this new cleaning policy is actually harder on the hard-working cleaning staff   I stayed at a different Marriott last December, and they seemed to do a much better job of managing the cleaning service without having to clean every dayThe best thing I can say about this Marriott is that it had a lively bar, and a decent pool, hot tub, and work out facilities  It is also convenient to  US 101 and a short drive to downtown San Mateo

A little slice of heaven that I do NOT want to leave! I wish I could give it ten stars! The staff is so welcoming and everyone remembers your name, the food is scrumptious and plentiful (and MANY gluten free and vegetarian options as well as meat), there are so many classes to choose from, like yoga, classes, massage, hikes, fitness, etc, and the land is beyond breathtakingSo many redwood trees, hiking trails and so many places you can sit down and relax, read a book, journal by the hearth fire The energy in this place is welcoming and kind and if you want to just sit by yourself you can or if you want to socialize you can

Everyone is so respectful and courteous (and genuinely so)Such an amazing experience that I will not forget soon I will be back!

Holly Benzenhafer

Canyon Ranch Woodside is a gracious gem of a retreat center nestled in the redwood forest on Skyline Blvd I immediately begin to calm as I drive through the gate and enter this serene property The trails, nooks with thoughtful, quiet seating, and buildings all nurture an intertwined engagement with the natural world that is gentle and renewing

Even more, the staff are a group of the most gracious, welcoming, and kind professionals – every one of them takes a keen interest in guests’ well-being and needs while evidencing a camradarie as a team that speaks to their care for their work and the space If you have a chance, go Gift yourself the time to rest, restore, and be nurtured at Woodside It’s amazing

Nicole at Front Desk was very courteous and welcoming I checked in after midnight, and our airport shuttle unloaded about six room room accommodations She was alone and handled the situation efficiently and gave individual attention

Her demeanor invited our appreciation and humor at the situationI’m happy the breakfast buffet is back The staff serviced the full cafe, bar and extra-seating area gracefully and effectively

Daniel Wicker

Outstanding hospitality displayed by all staff The property is very clean, restaurant has excellent tasting food The decor of the interior of the hotel is very comforting

Lots of space for all business and event meeting needsExcellent location with 24/7 shuttle service and a Bed that is perfect for a good nights sleepThe manager has done an exceptional job by the way things are ran at this property and the way the hotel looks 5/5 rating from me and I look forward to returning again!

Sarah McCanna

Our room’s linens and carpets had stains all over The remote for the TV wouldn’t work The bathtub drain was clogged so we had to shower in shin deep water and the grout was moldy

No exhaust fan in bathroom and room wouldn’t cool down even with the AC set to 66 so it was hot and muggy The alarm clock in the room went off at midnight on our first night The beds were uncomfortable and the fridge was full of freezer frost and barely kept our drinks cold This room needs some serious attention and maintenance for it to be a comfortable or pleasant place to stay The pool and hot tub were our saving gracebut then the hot tub was shut down after our first day there We were given a parking ticket that we had to get sorted out because it was their mistake Also know that AFTER you book your room, you’ll get an email letting you know that parking is an extra $30 PER DAY The housekeepers were all so sweet and had great manners The front desk staff seemed as though it was an inconvenience that they had to be at work It’s rather unfortunate because this hotel has so much potential If all you’re interested in is a nice fitness area, a pretty pool and a convenient location then book a stay! If you’re looking for a clean and comfortable room, look elsewhere

Great rooms, good breakfast, Terrible front desk reception Darnell made us wait for 30 minutes s to check in I had only two choices

Not check in and get charged, or wait for Marriott website to go back online We will never go back Instead of eating hot food that we got from takeout, I am waiting for front desk to print out forms which took him three times He has NO EMPATHY at all for our familyI get that we had an outdated form, but we only were given 2 options Cancel the reservation and pay full price or hang out in the lobby with the family in the car to get an updated form I did not have the option of paying full price for the room and staying there even though I would be charged full price but not be able to stay the night On the expired form there is a code that the hotel could have verified if they had any empathy, but as you can see from the owner’s response they still do not understand what was the issue

Bridgette Kendrick

So I want to start by saying I’m a Titanium Elite member and have stayed in countless Marriotts all over the country The SpringHill Suites by Marriott Belmont Redwood Shores was the absolute worst They claim to be “pet friendly” but that’s only towards dogs not cats

I called the Elite reservation line to book a 4 night stay, 1 night with points The hotel is “pet friendly” and I made sure to tell the representative that I had a cat Everything is booked and I prepaid for the nights stay After I got off the phone I called the hotel directly and spoke with someone (I believe her name was Julia) to make sure that I had a “pet friendly” room reserved for my cat, no problem Then I drive from Washington state to California I start checking in and for some reason they’re having problems with my reservation since one night is with points and the other three were prepaid Then they are getting ready to give me the pet form to fill out and I mention my cat They say we take dogs only! I tell them this has all be confirmed with the Marriott Elite reservation line and I had called the hotel myself They continue to say no cats, my cat is a 4lb Persian that has a lion haircut (mostly shaved) Then the manager Ben Lawson is called and he says “no cats in my hotel because they’re more allergenic then dogs” I have never heard of such a thing A pet friendly hotel is a pet friendly hotel You can bring cats on planes so I’m not sure what this was all about but I felt very discriminated against and it was embarrassing that I was being turned away I was so tired after my long drive and now I’m being forced to find a different hotel After staying in over a thousand nights in Marriott hotels the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Belmont Redwood Shores really disappointed

Nate Richardson

This hotel refuses to help in any way should circumstances out of your control put you in a position where you can no longer travel I came down with COVID the day I was supposed to travel The receptionist refused to allow me to alter my booking in any way

This was for required work travel and I just asked to shift the booking to a future date They offered no remedy and charged me full price I will never stay here ever, and I suggest those who read this review do the same

Vicky was so helpful at our check-in So friendly and engaging She told us about a couple places to eat dinner and everything about parking our car while we’re gone She even set up a ride to the airport the next morning Thanks for all you did for us We will stay here again Room was comfortable and slept well

Tobias Herrmann

Would give 45 if I could for the current very reasonable price Rooms very clean

Staff very nice A basic hotel/motel to stay for a day or two close to the airport Nothing to complain about basic amenities Location is about 30 min away from the city via car/uber, more than an hour taking public transport Couple of restaurants close by I know they might be bound by COVID regulations but there were a couple of things that did not really work and that we did not expect to encounter in spring 2022 Restaurant and airport shuttle not operating The most minimalistic breakfast and vending machines not working

Susan Trujillo

Nice suite, clean and comfortable Appreciated that the complimentary breakfast included hot food optionsSome have mentioned the noise from the train, In building 2, I never heard a peep but a family member in building 3 did hear and found it annoying

Bed was comfy and the location was convenient and staff were pleasant and courteous

Courteous staff Convenient location Recommend and will stay there againParking is a few feet from your door and if other guests are not courteous and kind, could potentially be an issueFortunately when I visited, the folks sitting in their car outside my room smoking and listening to music at 0100HRD were very nice and turned the music off right away If you have a large vehicle parking could be a tight squeezeVery nice experiwnce over all

This hotel had some mixed reviews, so I wanted to make sure to leave a review because I thought it was great! We stayed one night for a conference taking place down the road It was easy to find, there was lots of parking, the hotel clerk was very friendly and informative, the rooms were remodeled and had everything one may need The bathroom was extra spacious which was perfect for 3 ladies rooming together

The coffee-room had Keurig coffee and lots of snacks, which I thought was nice I would highly recommend!

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location We are locals The service and amenities are top notch

But only after you get through the front door Note to management, when I visit your hotel for dinner and spend over $700 dollars for 2 people, I don’t appreciate being gouged $50 for valet parking This is absolutely egregious <<< Maybe others are accepting of this Not me I didn't pay the fee The valet didn't touch my car, he insisted and wanted to drive it, but I wouldn't let him, Period! Two times I've let valet park a car for me and both times my vehicles didn't come back in the same condition Not only that, I don't want some stranger in my car touching everything after he's been in 20 other cars that same evening A little accommodation during COVID would go along way engendering some goodwill But there are plenty of reviews riddled with people's dissatisfaction with your outrageous parking fees I might understand if I was spending the night at your hotel, but we were there for dinner Be warned everything that the others have said about this hotel only being interested in extracting every single penny from you is true Charging a premium and being premium are two very different thingsNo apologies are needed, they are insincere and we all know it

Jeff Palmeter

Came here for a conference and it was a wonderful place to stay Spectacular views, large and well-appointed rooms, friendly & helpful staff, and, of course, amazing views Take time to enjoy a walk along the coast and warm up at one of the fire pits in the evening

The food is great here, too with lots of healthy options Every area has fresh flowers placed throughout the property

Brandon Jacobsen

Wow! What an amazing hotel and great amenities offered! Had the best experience for a party of 7, celebrating a friend/colleagues 40th birthday Tony, our server, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the host and guided to our table (in the wine library)

We were able to grab a drink at the bar, watch the sunset, while listening to to someone playing bagpipes (no lie, this really happened – almost seemed like a movie scene with the fog, music and sun setting) Thank you to everyone who made this experience so memorable!

This is a good spot to stay in Half Moon Bay I loved the fireplace in our room and the view and proximity to coastal walks/ocean was really nice A couple things that would make this experience better would be adding microwaves to the standard rooms and updating the TVs to smart TVs or adding DVD players, as we were staying longer than a few days these things would’ve been nice

Also, nice to have a fairly good restaurant within a short walk of the lodge Definitely recommend

Quiet, right off the 101fwy, and great rooms The check in process was extremely easy The room was well cleaned, and well kept

Little scratches here and there, but overall well kept Room came with full kitchen, stove, cooking utensils, cups, mugs, pans, full size fridge, microwave, and dishwasher Small living room but comfy, king size bed and 2 TV The only reason gave it a 4 is, according to front office staff (who I suspect were the owners) the don’t control the AC system in there own hotel So my room was in high 80’s I called the front end so they can tell me how to lower the temp, and the answer I got was sorry we don’t know and have no control over the AC Which i found hard to believe

It is not as beautiful as they have portrayed in the picture There are some pros But the cons are many more and most people won’t let them go while considering an expensive stay

Cons:The staff is quite unresponsive I felt like they do not even care This could be personal though, but they have not delivered toiletries even though I requested them this morning The rooms are not quite clean Some kind of sticky thing on tables Looks are frozen puke! The bathroom door doesn’t lock Breakfast is very poor They just have some eggs, juice, bagels, 1 type of fruit, coffee, and some juice I was expecting more variety of fruits and yogurt and everything No elevator The furniture is very old and looks cheapPros:The bedroom was nice and comfyI would have given half star if available

Wonderful local hotel with all the comforts of a well kept home Ruby and DJ at the front desk were both very helpful and always attentive to whatever questions I had or help I needed The Hyatt Homes come with a basketball court, swimming pool, bbq area next to a fire pit all surrounded by a lovely pond with walking trails

The full breakfast included with your stay was full of a variety of foods and snacks to eat there or take with you for exploring the area

From the comfy beds to the good breakfast and the kind staff! We came in to enjoy San Francisco as tourist The front desk was super helpful in suggesting things to check out and even offering the best ways to avoid costly parking downtownThe hotel itself was clean, had coffee and tea available all day and the rooms were great

They supplied extra pillows when asked The cups in the room were real glass not throw away paper ones- which was nice The breakfast was omelets, sausage, make your own waffles, yogurt and fruit The drinks included juice, tea, milk, coffee and filtered waterI would for sure recommended this hotel if your looking for a safe place away from the main downtown part of San Francisco or flying in

The hotel is ideal for business travelers The proximity to local food options in conjunction with the surrounding business offices – all in true walking distances makes this my go-to for future tripsOn top of this core service the staff are the best in showcasing customer service

The planned cab pick-up did not go as expected Instead of having me go thru any degree of anxiety the GM, Rene Marin, heard the issue and without hesitation stated he would take me to the airport While it is a short drive – 15 minutes, the fact he stepped in and resolved the issue warrants the highest praises possible So yes, good location , fair prices, clean establishment and qualify customer service from arrival to departure

Michael Barnathan

I’m really impressed with this hotel The service is really fast and attentive, they gave me free hot breakfast vouchers for each day of my stay (actual cooked to order breakfast, not just a buffet), the shower in my room was recently and tastefully renovated with Moen fixtures, and they had a chair in the room that I recognized as a Herman Miller Mira v2 You can tell they spent to make the room (a deluxe king, I think?) as comfortable as possible

At the same time, the hotel was quite reasonably priced; I wasn’t expecting this level of furnishing at this price point Location wise, you’re in Bridgepoint Circle in Foster City, and have easy access to shops, restaurants, an ice rink, and Route 92

Lory Kerner-Billups

The worst customer service Arriving late evening and there being a mix-up causing my reservation to be cancelled, instead of giving us the available room for our reservation price, they wanted to charge us more! Ended up finding a room for $40 less than our reservation price at the beautiful Crowne Plaza You guys could really learn some excellent customer service skills from them!

Fantastic, near flawless hotel Service from start to finish was excellent Obviously the location cannot be best, especially for earlier morning flights and aviation geeks

The bed is extremely comfortable and easily induced a great night sleep Charging locations conveniently located next to bed and elsewhere throughout the room The bathroom is beautiful and offers generous space The fitness center is wonderful I’ve already book several more nights at my new favorite hotel in all of California

Amy Connors

A phenomenal experience with pretty much all staff The check in staff always charming and seem to be great with kids as well The valet always quick and on the roll

The gift shoppe quick and fun The house keeping staff sweet and efficient The restaurant was really tasty and the bar equally fun and delicious For the two nights of my stay the noise was minimal and the beds were super cozy Can’t recommend enough

What can I say that other reviewers have not already elaborated on? Just a one night stay before our flight out to Logan this is so convenient! Step off the elevator to the tram and on to your gate! Top Shelf accommodations we had Room 943 Freeway side the double pane glass is so thick we didn’t hear any traffic at all All modern fixtures with huge Flat Panel I like how the master bath floor lights come on automatic as you walk towards the bathroom at night

The only con we experienced is the water pressure seemed a bit low for shower? Plenty hot but flow was restricted Linda in the Twin Crafts Market for a quick breakfast on the way to our flight was a shining star! Don’t lose Linda! We will back for just the Quail & Crane restaurant! Get the hearth roasted salmon dish The Best!

This hotel is very pretty in the lobby area but our rooms were smelling a little funky, found a small bug on our bed (which we were changed out of immediately) The funky smell was in all the 5 rooms that we had purchased for the weekend I would definitely suggest that the cleanliness isn’t sacrificed

Most towels had stains, bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, smell in the room, bed sheets with a small stain, and a little dusty ANDDDD…they have free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel Super convenient! Overall decent stay but I might not be back to stay again for the second time Great staff!

Drew T

The hotel’s proximity to the bay gave us great access to some beautiful walking trails The complimentary shuttle to the airport was one of the biggest perks, as we were then able to access the BART station at the airport to make our way down to the piers Front desk staff were very kind, and the dog treats and potty bags were a nice touch

The new, COVID-era of periodic room cleaning was well explained when we arrived, and we were very satisfied with the quality of the cleaning servicesThe room itself was okay, though below par for what one would expect of a Hilton The room decor could use a remodel as it looks a couple decades out of touch The bathroom was spacious, though the tile and bathroom vanity made it have the vibe of an industrial kitchen The windows were too dirty to really enjoy the phenomenal room, though there was a note that an exterior window cleaning was scheduled for the following week Finally, breakfast was VERY overpriced for what you get at the buffetWith that being said, we booked this hotel specifically for the airport shuttle and affordable price The sheer beauty of the surrounding area was an unexpected plus The outdated-ness of the room was more of an aesthetic letdown than anything else, otherwise our experience was very satisfactory

Henry Vargas

Had no idea that breakfast was not included after they had literally pushed it on me with no mention of price I asked if we can take it to go and she said yes Figured no big deal right?! Not once was I given a menu or told there was a charge for the Continental breakfast that was awful

Eggs were not cooked fully and the bacon was dried and too salty To our surprise a check was delivered for $56 I let the hostess know and she said you Can more than likely get it taken off or at the very least a discount Nope not the case Front desk lady pretty much said too bad so sad Not to mention the pillows and amenities of the hotel needs renovation, badly Overall not a great stay Disappointed to say the leastI’m

Service and views! Justin’s service is exceptional and made sure my stay here was outstanding They went about and beyond the norm of a hotel Accommodated me for anything i need and got me a beautiful bay view

He and his staff are on point5 nights total and my stay was very comfortable and i can’t wait to make another trip and bring my family with me Hope to see you all soon! And with an amazing bar and food in the lobby! Thanks for a warm welcome

Really poor hotel, staff and amenities The staff are uninterested in main They do not want to provide a good customer service experience

The bar is often unmanned, the breakfast cafe was sometimes unstaffed and closed The bar menu is limited at best The rooms are not clean We had blood on the floor of the room and the concierge staff were somewhat surprised we asked for the room to be cleaned In the end they just put some towels outside the door Guests also bring their own bags in on trolleys in a 9 floor hotel The parking is charged to guests at $30 per day without any discount or free access to paying guests A terrible experience all round and would avoid at all costs if you are staying in Redwood City

Kathleen McCabe

On the plus side the staff are outstanding, friendly, try really hardOn the needs improvement side: property was once branded as a SofitelThat was clearly some time and some age of the premises and upkeep ago

Recently rebranded from another name to Grand Bay, the temporary signage they’ve slapped on the building looks so sketchyDespite its outstanding location in great proximity to a number of large businesses in the area, the building is very tired, in need of upgrades, very limited food services, no real amenities or services on site No laundry In the rooms themselves, definitely tired and in need of renovation Defects in the bathroom walls have been painted over repeatedly Cleaning is just so so Hairs in the bathtub which clearly were not mine No robes, no laundry service, and if your luggage is lost like mine was there’s very little that they can offer you to helpRoom service staff are extremely pleasant and responsive but the menu is very limited and the prices are out of step with the quality of the food All food comes with plastic utensils and plastic containers and delivered in plastic bags so it’s never hot by the time it gets to your room and just feels like cheap takeout At very inflated prices Food services hours are very limited Bar shuts at 10 You can’t get anything to eat all afternoon not even room service Room service ends early Not 24 hours Makes it challenging for the visitors who are coming to this area from all over North America and internationallyThe building itself has good bones and the location is fantastic right on the water with a great outdoor patio But a significant lift and investment in refurbishing the physical premises and an improving food and beverage hours and quality and adding the amenities that business travellers expect would raise the status of this property But for now it does not justify the price as it chargesAlthough this is the most convenient location when I come to the area, I won’t be staying here again unless there’s a significant refresh

The room was great and worked for what we needed The sofa did have a stain on it The AC unit was pretty loud when in use

The hotel and room felt clean although we still took precautions The breakfast was decent, the hot tub was nice Parking is $9 which I still don’t understand but we never had to worry about not getting a space The staff we interacted with were professional and friendly

Roman Villiger

Highly recommendedThe staff is very friendly and helpfulThe rooms are wonderful

My hotel room was better than my 1st apartmentDefinitely would book again immediately! The selection at the morning buffet is excellentI would love to stay longer

Mother.Nature

The inn is located in an industrial area of San Carlos, but not a far walk from breweries and downtown The breakfast buffet was above average maybe they could mix it up a bit for those that are staying longer than a few days The gym was well equipped and the pool warm as was the jacuzzi

My only complaint was the loud heater and A/C unit as it vibrates loudly when on I literally thought a helicopter was nearby or a train ** please note there is an additional charge of $9 per day for parking at the inn!!** Doesn’t make sense when it is situated in an industrial area
