Very happy Very clean hotel The area is pricey as is with any major city

The indoor pool was great but some customers were screaming too loud and for it being inside there was no one there to kindly remind them of the detailsThe room was clean! We didn’t get out beds made but we did get fresh towels which was niceThe breakfast was a great addition and we appreciated itParking for the hotel is $50 but Colonial Parking is $30The staff were kind and pleasant Overall, I would return!

Cruise Girl

It is located in a good area of the city but not of the monuments, there is public transport nearby and restaurants, the room is huge but I did not like the view and that the doors sound too hard you are calm in your room and your neighbor’s door rings and it takes away your peace They leave a single soap for 2 people a little stingy It is a basic hotel with a gym and a small pool, normal breakfast some fruits, oatmeal, coffee, cereal, bread, eggs the lady of the cafeteria very friendly

I recommend it

From the moment I arrived, the valet guy was hands on, we didn’t have to lift a finger to get our luggage inside and the car parked Front desk service very welcoming and friendly, check out was just as pleasant Overall the stay was magnificent and will recommend my coworkers to book here as we are growing our market in the area and will be staying often

Place a bit weird 4th floor is probably under construction because the hallway is not air conditioned, super hot during the day and smell like rodents and have a few wall coverings taped in place by masking tape and a part of the hallway curtained off and that where the heat is coming fromThe rooms are quite nice and AC works

Clean bathroom Although the toilet is super high and you feel like a perching eagle with feet dangling (I am 5’10”) Pillows are of 2 varieties – feather and synthetic Decent mattress as wellThere is even a little balcony with a nice view onto the inner patioThe pool is closed due to some regulation from 2020 Gym is open 24 hrs with free weights, 2 treadmills and an elliptical Towels, disinfectant wipes and chilled water machine make it a nice experience working outBar is closed

California Dreaming

After being on the road for 4 hours I arrived to the hotel 35 minutes before the 3pm check in time I went inside to ask if I could possibly check in early (you have to be buzzed in) and as soon as the door opens the lady at the front desk yells across the lobby “if you’re here to check in check in time isn’t until 3pm” I understand rules are made to be followed, I get it, but I would have appreciated a little professionalism on her part to at least pretend to want to accommodate me even if the result (me having to wait 35 minutes to check in) was the same

So I go outside and wait until 3pm to come back to a very rude check in process (by the same lady) I was already turned off by my experience with the front desk only to open the door to a room that was subpar especially for the price I paid (there was a concert going on at the FedEx Field so I’m hoping that’s why the prices were inflated) The bed was springy and lacked support or cushion, the pillows were flat, and my comforter was dingy and stained The shower is VERY small (tub/shower combo) and had hair in it My mirrors had what I assume to be toothpaste splattered on it I explored the area and ended up checking into another hotel nearer to the concert venue that had a very polite staff and the hotel and rooms were a lot cleaner In the immediate area (literally next door to each other) are two other hotel optionsthere is a Residence Inn by Marriott and a Hilton Garden I believe I would fork over the extra couple of dollars in hopes that the service, beds, and cleanliness are better Needless to say if there is an event in the area again I would definitely not come back and will avoid any stays at the Sonesta brand in the future

Nomad Family

Nothing about this hotel makes it worth the price Staff is unprofessional They double charged our bank card for no reason

They said the money would go back to our account same day, had to wait 5+ days Rooms are decent, no amenities here except a mediocre gym Pool is closed for no reason, you have to request microwaves, the fridge in rooms is very small and don’t work well Definitely shady at night, a guy kept trying to sell stuff to us as we enter and exit the hotel building Late at night people standing in the hallways talking loudly The front desk people have no respect and speak to you like you have never stayed in a hotel before, don’t waste your money! Do not recommend and won’t return

Hotel was in a good location with wonderful service Main entrance doors locked at night the lot across the street only charged $30 for overnight parking instead of the $50 the hotel charges

Poor wifi however, and the shower door kept sliding open while in the shower Also, even though we noted that 4 will be staying, we were given a room for 2: toiletries, towels, no sheets for the sleeper couch, silverware and plates and cups… they do have good service though and although it took a few calls, everyone was very friendly and helpful

I can’t describe enough how grateful I am for the attentive and kind staff and excellent rooms I stayed here for several months and never had issues Anything I needed help on the staff promptly took care of

The food was good and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable I so enjoyed staying here and had such an excellent experience The front desk workers even knew my name after a while and were such a pleasure to interact with The housekeeping staff was equally pleasant and did a great job This is the perfect place to stay both short and long term 11/10 🙂

Beth Bailey

We had a 2 bedroom suite (King + 2 Queens) It was convenient to DC The service (of the front desk staff and those in breakfast/evening social) was quality

Pros: plenty of room for my 5 kids, full fridge & counter in room, some basic cooking things, shower for parents & tub shower for kids, doors to bedrooms, clean upon arrival, front desk staff was nice, mini waffles at breakfastCons: furniture & things had wear (rip in couch arm, non-functional can opener), tiny cooktop, didn’t know we had to request housekeeping to get fresh towels and empty trashService only down a star because they didn’t tell us housekeeping required a request (This is a new, common thing, but we haven’t traveled much since covid and didn’t know)

I love that your car is locked secure in the garage every night Check out time is NOT at the crack of dawnthe only disappointment was the beautiful pool was closedThe bathroom tile was beautiful and clean Beds were comfy and very cleanLocation, I gave 4 stars only because it was a little bit of a walk to get to the museums But also, it was a nicer quiet area, right across the street from the beautiful Martin Luther Church

Mon L

I am staying here currently with my family I can’t say enough about the warm, friendly front desk staff They treat customers with respect and kindness, and went above and beyond to get us a room suitable for our party

The pool and all the facilities are clean, well cared for and comfortable This hotel is a little bit dated in some parts, but the warm and welcoming vibe makes it worth it Excellent value and I just want to say thanks to the amazing staff who work here

Monica Hasbun

Everything was excellent: the location, the service and the cleanliness I want to thank the front desk staff Treasure, Maya, Joy, Tenisha and Evelyn They were all very pleasant and helpful

I was also very pleased with the thoroughness of the housekeeping staff They did a great job cleaning my room meticulously every day The hotel is very nice, regardless of whether it is updated or some rooms are small, which were comments I read from other reviews The rooms are equipped with a small fridge and a coffee maker, and the coffee provided (from Nicaragua) was delicious I also liked the pizza at the patio restaurant by the pool I ordered half vegetarian and half sausage/pepperoni It is lovely to sit there on a nice day Many of the guests are out in the pool area at all times of day I highly recommend this hotel

Very nice hotel! The staff were friendly and attentive The hotel appears updated, clean, and bright The handicap accessible room was great

The roll in shower was nice and had an adjustable shower head They provided a shower chair that made it easy to transfer and take my shower There are tons of outlets for charging your devices and I found the king sized bed really comfortable I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again

Breakfast was super fresh and very delicious yummy I really appreciated the great service we got at Breakfast It would be great to have lunch and dinner there Looking forward to going back very soon One of my top three hotels

Shawnna Stringfellow

The level of customer service for such a beautiful hotel was terrible to say the least My family and I drove 3 hours to help my sister who recently had a baby and was overwhelmed They paid for a room for us to stay in not far from their house

Upon arrival/registration process, I was told the room was not paid for and I would need to pay about $461 for the 2 nights After getting the paperwork I noticed a different card from mines showing and questioned it With an annoyed tone the rep said it was only to hold the room, which still needs to be paid for so sign here I completed the check in process as I was already exhausted and just ready to get some sleep My mom and children went up to the room while I looked for a parking spot After getting upstairs, I noticed the door would not lock at the bottom, but decided to ignore it and use the top latch I noticed my mom who is anemic,, sitting with her head wrapped up and shivering I asked what was wrong with the heat she said it wasn’t coming on but maybe she didn’t know what she was doing After trying it myself, I noticed the thermostat was not working at all, it was an old time wall thermostat with the switch on the bottom and temperature buttons to adjust No lights were displayed to indicate it was working so I called down to service desk to get it fixed or moved to another room By this time it’s a out 11:30 and had worked since 6am The woman answered the phone and after I explained what was going on replied, there are no utility workers on shift, the hotel is completely booked and the only option is to get some blankets to us I said fine reluctantly and waited for the blankets The security guard brought 2 blankets for us a few minutes later and said normally you just have to turn up the heat to warm it up He checked it out and said wow you’re right, nothing IS happening Maybe then can put you downstairs This time my mom called the front desk and was met with an unfriendly even more annoyed tone After another explanation of the heat situation, my mom asked to speak with a manager; she was told, “There is no manager, we are fully booked and I’m busy right now” My mother said there is no way I’m paying all this money to stay at a hotel with no heat, if you can’t help me then we’ll take our money elsewhere She then said you’re welcome to leave which we did After speaking to my sister, she was furious because the Crown Plaza had an affiliate hotel right across the street The agent could have tried just a tad bit more to act like she cared about her guests Customer Service is the face of a business and that experience could have been managed so differently If I could give 0 stars I would

Stayed here for 2 nights Check-in experience was wonderful as Robert was friendly, welcoming, informative and professional But the check-out experience was Dana was the complete opposite

Felt as if she shouldn’t be in the hospitality trade as she was the complete opposite of what hospitality and service should represent Even prior to checking out, when we walked into the hotel during our stay and said “hello” she didn’t respond nor smile The experiences we remember when we leave is how people make us feel during our stay and due to her, we will not stay there againWe had 2 rooms and both had cleanliness issues The hotel surely needs some upgrading as it seems agedThe hotel is conveniently located and the room had complimentary water, a mini fridge and a microwave The bathroom amenities also included a mouthwashA huge thanks to Robert for being pleasant and courteous Your professionalism and courtesy was appreciated by everyone in our groupThere are quite a few other hotels around this area We will surely stay at one of those next time we visit as our overall experience was below average

Convenient location and friendly staff However, our rooms were given away when we arrived Then, we were given room keys for an already occupied room (apologies to the people we woke up)

The room we finally got into was musty and had several power outlets nonfunctional I expect better for over $200 per night Ironing board and two luggage stands were handy Bath&Body Works amenities were nice I appreciate that room service only comes upon request

Lisha Fairbairn

Could tell it was recently renovated and that some things had been rushed Beds were clean and rooms were fairly clean as well Staff were all very friendly and helpful! The pool area on the roof was beautiful, got some amazing sunset pictures from up there! My only complaint was that the parking garage was very poorly laid out

It had super tight corners, a single lane, and very narrow parking spots We drove a minivan and almost got stuck in the ramp because we couldn’t make a turn When we did park, the parking spot was the exact size of the vehicle leaving almost no room to open doors Very nerve wracking $47/night seemed like a lot for such a terrible rampBesides the ramp, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again (just maybe with a different car or no car at all 😂)

Mrs. Waddell

I would love to give this hotel an excellent review because it appeared as if the customer service was superb and the rooms were clean and smelled good I had to put a $50 deposit when I was using my debit card This was fine even though I spoke to them on the phone and they didn’t tell me anything about a deposit when using a credit card or when using cash

I was supposed to use cash to pay for the room but there was $150 deposit when using cash This is not noted on a sign anywhere and was not told to me when I made the reservation and specifically ask what is the total cost to reserve the room I paid for two days but I actually checked out early on the second day before The cleaning staff even got to my room I did not expect to get a refund for that day But I had a feeling that because the room was paid for for the entire day and the cleaning staff hadn’t even made it to my room that they were going to either use my room for their own personal use or try to sell the room to someone else I had no issue with that but my suspicions was something funny was going to happen This was May 1 that I checked out and now it is May 12 and I still have not received my $50 deposit They are holding my money hostage I have called them and they claim that they have sent it back and I have also called my bank and they say that Holiday Inn express is holding my $50 deposit still I would never use my card at this hotel again let alone even do business with them I left the room spotless and I know I did not make any damages so there was no need for them to hold my $50 deposit A matter of fact they assured me that everything was fine and they had released my $50 deposit I am highly upset because I needed that money because it wasn’t in my budget to give that to them in the first place There is some shady stuff going on there and I do feel like it was racially motivated

Stayed here 3 nights for business It is decent hotel overall besides the really hard and uncomfortable bed, but the horrible service ruined it for me I called multiple weeks ahead and asked for late checkout for my final day since I had work to do, which they agreed and told me the latest was 3pm

Great So I planned to work and leave by 3pm The night before checkout, I even called the front desk to confirm I had late checkout They told me yes, they see it on my reservation, no problem However at 11:15 the morning of checkout, I get a call in my room by Evelyn at the front desk saying I need to check out I told her I had arranged late checkout and she told me, no you did not, we don’t do that, you need to leave because we have a large party coming and we need to clean your room I told her, it was arranged ahead of time for my reservation and I even confirmed last night She replied, oh that person is new they don’t know what they’re doing Wow I told her, well I’m in the middle of work I can’t stop and I need until 3pm as I had planned to After going back and forth she agreed to 2pm, even though I needed 3pm as planned I asked to speak to a manager and was told there was none Only when I asked her name did she say okay, you can stay until 3 This after arguing with me and being extremely rude and unprofessional In all my years of staying at hotels, I’ve never ever experienced being treated like that This same person, Evelyn, was even rude at check in She wasn’t even at the front desk when I arrived and the door was locked so I couldn’t even get in the hotel I waited for a while before she finally let me in Once I did and got my room key, I asked for a cart to haul up all my stuff since I had a lot and was told they’re all occupied No concern whatsoever as I struggled to get all my stuff up People like Evelyn should not work in hospitality Oh and the kicker is when I checked out before 3pm, this large party they were kicking me out for was not even there So all that arguing and rude service… for nothing I was planning to come stay at this hotel regularly and now I’ll take my business elsewhere

Worst service I’ve had in a long time – possibly ever This rating should be negative zero stars My mother is visiting from out of town (very far away) and I had planned a nice day to include afternoon tea for the both of us as a special treat

We do not get time together very often Imagine our surprise and disappointment when we arrived and the restaurant had no signs of life – closed without notice I went to the concierge desk of the Watergate and was informed it had been closed days before with no explanation and that they were sorry but the reservation must have been made through a glitch in their system The woman behind the counter was very nonchalant and not at all concerned, even when I showed her proof of my reservation Funny since I received both an email and two text reminders asking me to confirm, and was also charged for a prepaid tea service The Watergate staff did not offer any recompense, said I would have to resolve the charge to my card online, and to “try Georgetown” for something today Absolutely unacceptable! I will not be returning and will make sure to recommend against it every time I thought it would be fun to try, but there are plenty of better other and obviously better options in the area anyway I should add there were a couple of other guests in front of us who seemed extremely distraught by poor service and their rooms not being ready, so overall I would say this establishment should be passed over in every respect

Olivier Saint-Vincent

100% recommended!!If you are looking for a 5 stars ⭐️ hôtel in DC, this is the one It was perfectly located for us between Georgetown and the Mall (walking distance), and very quiet at the same time Gym, pool, jacuzzi, library, breakfast are great

You can walk by the Potomac easily… and it’s one of the best rooftop in DC The architecture is beautiful and bold The staff is very attentive and always there to help We can say that the new GM know how to make a stay unforgettable!!!

Adam Galazka

Absolutely stunning hotel Amazing location by the Potomac River Walking distance to many different stores and restaurants

Check in was great Valet parking on site for $58 a night Rooms are spacious and the most comfortable bed Some rooms do have balconies with waterviews but they are a little dirty When trying to call the front desk it took awhile for them to answer the phone Besides a couple of those negative we would definitely come back

Expected better for this price and 4 stars rating Difficult to park around the hotel, parking for 35 $ a night Simple layer of glass on the windows, so rooms are noisy along the street

Acoustic properties of walls between rooms are not the best either Front desk staff was not pleasant There is water for free and the beds are very comfortable though The rooms are clean and in correct state

We booked one night last weekend to see the cherry blossoms (that were early this year!)My wife called and spoke to Laura We were told we would have a king size bed and a view over the city

When we arrived at the desk, we were told that we had a room on the second floor (not so much of a view!) and two queen size beds! The employee was almost rude with us and told us that that’s what we had bookedWe didn’t complain much because it was for one night, but we felt like someone had lied to usThe room was clean, the view of the backyards of two houses was okThe next morning we decided to have breakfast at the restaurant My eggs Benedict were the worst I have ever had and when my wife complained about her Greek yogurt having a bad after taste, the manager claimed that it was a new container and wasn’t out of date, and pretended she didn’t understand my wife asking her if someone in the kitchen could taste the yogurt My advice: avoid the restaurant by all means! The main advantage of this hotel is its location, off of Georgetown, and we’ll connected

Padft12laws2liv

Stayed here 6 nights for business Gave me an adjoining room I could hear the adjoining room’s music every night like the speaker was in my room

The last night they decided to blaze it and filled my room with weed smoke I called the front desk and they did nothing Slept with the windows open because I had nowhere else to goKept finding feathers on my things Figured out they were coming from the Swiss cheese they call a duvet which they placed between two sheets with no cover The entire duvet was covered in pin holes with some massive ones scattered throughout They also didn’t clean the room well as someone’s personal conditioner was left in the showerYou’re better off at another hotel

My wife and I was visiting family in friends, less than 5 miles away, on 5/28/22 Location was perfect We were greeted as soon as we walk towards the front desk,by a gentleman

I think his last name was Smith He had a awesome personality, very professional & knowledgeable of the hotel and surrounding areaThe room was very clean, comfortable and spacious The king size Mattress was awesome Oh, what a goodnight rest we had, did wonders for the back We only stay one night, but we enjoyed the breakfast, weight room and the peaceful atmosphere Yes, The COOKIES was hot and delicious The only thing was missing in the room(425) was a refrigerator, but other than that All was well

Very clean, safe, and friendly place to stay Rooms were quite and beds were comfortable allowed for easy rest every night Finally, I wanted to mention Paul, who is a hotel employee (maintenance crew i think) that went out of his way to assist me during my visit

I appreciate Paul and the hotel staff for making my stay a great one, thanks again!

We stayed here for two weeks while our home was being remodeled The location was perfect for us We booked two rooms as my husband and I both work remotely and had our double monitors set up in each room

The desk/chair was comfortable for working 10+ hrs/day The internet was fast and reliableThere is no kitchen but there are plenty of eating options just steps from the hotel There is a microwave and a small fridge The free coffee in the lobby was pretty good too!Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool as a treat and we made use of the fitness centerThe breakfast is cooked to order and served I would have rather full self service because it took a long time in the mornings, but it was good The food was fresh, especially the fruitsEveryone was friendly and the accommodations were comfortable overall It is not easy to live/work out of a hotel with small kids, we made the best of it and this turned out to be a great option

The hotel looks great from outside, bedroom clean and big Unfortunately, The bathroom smell of Urine When speaking to the staff who insisted that all rooms cleaned very well and she didn’t smell it and she stated she had a good nose

The front desk staff is professional but I cannot feel her warmthOther than that the hotel cafe’ staff is very friendly, look forward to switching to a different room this afternoon

VagabondMike

This hotel looks clean and modern, but that’s where the comfort ends Every expense was spared in the comfort of this hotelI’m sure they could have found a firmer substance for the bed

Maybe concrete, but even that may have been an improvement, at least springs wouldn’t have been stabbing at me all nightThe pillows are feather, but broken down horribly I would like to think it’s from washing them so often, but they weigh a ton for a feather pillow, which means they’re probably full of dust mites from years of useIt was clean, but I probably would have gotten a better nights sleep in the truck Spend your money somewhere else

I recently stayed at the Washington Hilton for a work conference and my experience was greatThe room was clean and comfortable The furniture had some wear as is expected with time but nothing that impacted the comfort or functionality of the room

My room faced the courtyard and one night there was an even held there with music playing but the music off my 10PM at the latest do it didn’t interfere with my rest at all When I arrived, I found that my digital key wasn’t working and the front desk staff member was extremely apologetic and provided me with a standard key card which worked flawlessly for my entire stayHallways are dark but not drab, that’s just the design Elevators are small in size but they move very quickly so I never had to wait long even if I skipped the first optionEveryone on staff was polite, friendly and professional, from the front desk staff to the concierge to the bartenders to the housekeeping staff to the event staff When I checked in I requested extra towels be sent to the room and when I got to the room, before I could even put my suitcase down, housekeeping was at my door and it was followed up by a call later that evening to ensure I had received them I also used the Hilton app several times to chat with the front desk and they always answered my questions quickly and accurately

I cannot say enough nice things about the staff at The Hilton They went out of their way to make everyone’s stay wonderful We were traveling with a pet and they treated her like gold

It is clean, inviting, and obviously very well managed I interacted with a lot of staff and they all seemed to take real pride in the hotel and an interest in the guests They have a wonderful outdoor space that has plenty of room for private conversations and lazy reading The lobby is lively and inviting My room was so clean that I came home mad that I’m not as good at spotting dust as Esperanza and Sophia Plus, they both loved the puppy and were great fun to chat with I will never stay anywhere in DC except this property Well worth the very fair price Thank you all for making our vacation so nice

Worst hostel I’ve stayed in so far Whole place smells like sweat because of the “no shoes” rule which is clearly only there so they can save money on cleaning Rooms are clean and the beds are fine, but our room had a neon red bright exit sign that couldn’t be turned off and lit up the room at night

Also, one bathroom for the whole floor, really? Would’ve rather spent a little extra and got a hotel roomThe hostel doesn’t exactly encourage socializing either All the people we met were great, but the only nice common area (rooftop) closes way too early and the rest of the common areas are sweltering hot due to the lack of AC Also, no drinking after 10pm apparently Can’t even enjoy a beer in the heatThe only positive is the location, which really is good Walking distance to most of the good places in DC and right next to a grocery store Honestly the location is the only reaons this review has two stars and not oneOverall, I expected more from a hostel in the nation’s capital

Aidan Garrity

The location and staff are excellent The included breakfast is nice, even if it’s just pancakes Rooftop patio area great for relaxing and chatting

The hostel has a good social atmosphere Parking is a bit pricey since it’s downtown, but most people visiting this hostel are from overseas so it doesn’t matter as much Would stay here again when visiting DC

Nicholas Daniel

Great stay for my first time at a hostel The staff are very friendly and helpful, and willing to give recommendations for food in the area The free pancakes every morning were great

All the facilities were kept clean The hostel is well located near many attractions The only real complaint was that the wifi was slow but with 20+ people there that is to be expected

This is a hotel that lives up to the Marriott good name It wasn’t brand new but it was very clean The breakfast was acceptable, and it’s nice to see hotels serving breakfasts again after a long hiatus due to the pandemic

The front desk was friendly The fitness room was clean and had some very nice drinking water Overall I would recommend this hotel

Casie Sulzle [Carlson]

There were always staff cleaning, and it felt like the whole hotel was clean Our floor even got shampooed during our stay, it was comforting that they cleaned oftenThe rooms were definitely outdated

The carpet under our chair was ripped up, the walls needed new paint, and our tub drained very slowly But, it seemed very clean and the bed was comfy!Breakfast was great! Shout-out to the chef because she came and greeted guests and kept everything stockedPool was a huge plus, as were the kind staff who recognized us in the lobby

Naomi Reinbold

I don’t feel like the pictures represented the hotel to date For the price it isn’t horrible but the best part of the room was the bathroom Our air-conditioner sounded like it was going to break off the wall, our TV was broken, when we let them know about it they sent new batteries for the remote, they never even came to the room to check it out

The pool was empty and being fixed We weren’t going swimming anyways but for people who have kids this may have ended badly I was just disappointed in the overall experience Hotels cost money and to have it be an experience where I was ready to leave at 1:30 am and continue my drive home it warranted a detailed review I will definitely not stay here again

On our recent trip from Australia we stayed here for one night Unfortunately our room was very unclean Upon discovering pubic hairs in the bathroom floor and soap dispenser we were in shock

After driving 10+ hours and arriving late, we didn’t want to go elsewhere So we pulled back the sheets in both beds only to be further shocked by more hair We moved rooms but then further disappointed by no mention or apology for what we found Won’t be going Marriott ever again

Patrick Rost

I’m allergic to feathers, feather free room is listed in my profile when I checked in I asked at the front desk if the room was feather free? I was rudely told I “I saw it on your profile” I put my bags in the room and when I returned late that evening decided I better check the pillows When I did I discovered feather pillows

This seems to be a systemic problem at Marriott properties I have addressed it through their customer service, heard nothing At one hotel I had an allergic reaction causing me to take Benadryl to stop the reaction which left me tired for my only day in a national park an incident report was filled out and I was assured i would hear from a manager I didn’t and after a week I wrote a review then I finally heard from someone I also filled out an incident report and was told that I would hear from a manager before I checked out Nothing, it’s been a month Since then I always check before I use the pillows Problems happen it’s how you handle them that counts!!

The staff was super friendly, especially Robert and Kristine at the front desk and the bartender I was very impressed by the cleanliness and modern sleek style of the hotel The food and drinks at the bar were amazing, I recommend the shrimp linguine and the cheese spinach dip! In general my stay was quiet and peaceful in exception for some of the noise from the Metro station across the street

On the other hand, the Metro station being right there was very convenient for my trip With all the mandates and safety concerns in DC, this hotel was the perfect alternative to still be close to DC without actually staying in DC

Alison Molnar

Really excellent customer service; helped me navigate a lost credit card situation with ease! My trip very easily could’ve been difficult, but they made the check-in process painless The rooms are nice and clean – I especially appreciate the drybar hair dryers and 24 hour gym My room did have a lot of noise from the metro, but that can’t be helped

Peggy Allen

Great location close to subway We did not need to rent a car during our visit Nice savings

Very quiet throughout hotel Nice bar and restaurant in the evenings If you are too tired to leave for supper- this place, with a small menu, will satisfy if you are looking for a beer and a good burger Breakfast was very nice with a great wait staff that brought drinks and coffee quickly each morning and remembered thereafter Tables always clean unlike other hotels that leave messy tables when mornings are busy and tables are in demand Good coffee Would stay again
