Came here on vacation It’s a nicely equipped HotelIs centralized for a fair amount of sightseeing in the area, especially in Back Bay

I would recommend this hotel as it was clean the service was mostly available, although lightly staffed, for the amount of people that were traveling through, especially on a weekendThe price point was a bit high, but at the end of the day it wasn’t noisy and worth it

Daniel Sawyer

Gorgeous location in the Back Bay It’s close enough to get to the T trains, or take a walk around and see the sights The staff is super friendly

We did have one issue, which is mostly the sun’s fault With our west facing room, it does get a little warm in the room That being said, after talking to the front desk, they sent someone up The maintenance man (I didn’t catch his name) was incredibly kind and talked to us about how he had been fighting the sun all day to keep the rooms cool After a while the rooms did cool down

Location of this hotel is superb So close to everything and easy to access Staff were great, and when asked if we could change rooms to a higher floor they were more than happy to help

Rooftop bar is great with fantastic views of the skyline Only downside is that the rooms are quite small (even the superior queen) so they are fine for a single traveller or a 2 night stay Anything more then it is quite tight Other than that, had a great trip!

David Crescent

For those of you booking, please read below for my personal experience I’ll try to keep it as concise as possible:PROS -Probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed atSuper attentive staff that were friendly and helpful

Felt super secure / safe during the entire stayThe rooms for how small they are, use the space well to maximize storage optionsThe window actually opened up which was great for fresh airHonestly the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had at a hotel, ever And the shower was really nice!CONS -The biggest con for me is honestly the design of the room If I was staying alone it would be fine, but my partner would wake up earlier than me to get ready and the curtain separating the bed from the bathroom didn’t even filter 50% of the light coming from the bathroom lights Woke me up immediately and that was that There are THREE LIGHTS in the bathroom and ONE SWITCH to control all three Separating these on different switches, or separating the bathroom from sleeping quarters with a blackout curtain would have solved this issueLighting in the main section of the room is terrible Just some LED lights and a couple of reading lamps Some wall mounted or recessed lighting would have been idealThe fact that the shower and toilet are surrounded by transparent instead of frosted glass blows my mind You can look into both while sitting on the bed The curtain does cover them, but some frosted glass would have made the room feel more private Definitely do NOT recommend sharing a room unless it’s with your partner as there is minimal privacy between the main room and the bathroomFriday / Saturday night was really busy in the lobby because locals would come to access the rooftop restaurant and bar Not really a huge con, but it was a little annoying waiting for elevators to say the leastIn summary -I really enjoyed my four day stay here The hotel rooms are small, but not unbearably so Some design decisions (no real light in main sleeping / TV area, and the limitations on blocking light coming from bathroom) are confusing to say the least Not huge on the limited privacy the bathroom afforded me, but if staying alone this wouldn’t be an issue I would absolutely stay here again in the future

China Constance

Location location location! This place is great Went to a convention in April and it was only half a mile away The hotel is close to literally everything you need

What you see is very much what you get The size of the room isn’t big but it’s so convenient! There’s a towel warmer in the bathroom that came in handy I had such a great experience Even the ice machine was great 😂 dispensed water and the good crunchy ice The breakfast that you can purchase downstairs was basic but wasn’t bad Loved my room and can’t wait to visit more locations ❤️PS everything was very clean These are departure pics 😂

Great location, excellent service! The Boston Marriott Long Wharf is located right next to the New England Aquarium The location is great for catching a dinner cruise or taking a trolley tour, as both are available mere steps from the hotels front entrance The room was clean and fresh, with great bath amenities

The staff was friendly and kind The hotel features an indoor pool with a great outdoor sun deck There is a Starbucks in the lobby and the hotel’s in room dining is excellent!

M O

Excellent location by the water Right next to the acquarium and minutes to the market Rooms were very nice and very clean

Very comfortable bed Team at the front desk were exceptionally caring, nice and professional Try to stay away from rooms by the atrium as sound echoes and travels to your room Pool was not appealing but works well for children Outdoor deck is a plus Hotel has food options and a convenience store

Kathy D

It takes a lot for me to think somewhere is a 5 but this hotel is worth the rating Spectacular location Beautiful updated rooms and great pool

Pool is on the 3rd floor with windows as walls on 3 sides so you feel like you aren’t in a dungeon Doors open out to a deck with chairs, tables and beautiful views and depending on the time of day they serve cocktails Staff was helpful and pleasant Overall would highly recommend this if you are going to Boston

Encore is a beautiful establishment and a great destination for a day, night or a weekend stay The rooms are very modern and aesthetically pleasing but they are a little small The suites have the same issue but they surely have an incredible view

The staff is great in some areas such as the wait staff, cleaning and customer care but the staff on the floor could use more training in customer service and hospitality You will find most table games to be full on a Friday or Saturday but on any other day you can find a seat at most tables I recommend the high roller area depending on how you play The slots are definitely top of the line and a lot of fun (if you’re one of those people who just loves throwing $100 bills in the trash) with a wide variety to choose from Dining is definitely a 5 star experience All of the restaurants are large portions and priced fairly for a casino There aren’t a ton of amenities like Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun such as pools and steam rooms go but they do have a very well trained massage and spa staff which can be great after a long run I would recommend planning out your stay rather than just going with no reservation Overall I give Encore 4 stars out of 5 and besides a few very small things, closer to a 45 I hope you enjoy your day, night or stay here as much as I do

Jason Sargent

This casino is absolutely gorgeous! I’ve been to many casinos all over the country and in my eyes this easily compares to the best of themI only visited for a few hours, but was impressed with the size, layout and offerings found here Lots of table games (they were packed so the limits were a bit high for me) tons of slots, a sports book and bar and several restaurants from quick service to fine dining

Parking was free (apparently that was a point of contention for a while?) and plentiful in the garage below the casino with elevators straight to the casino It was refreshing to be in a non-smoking casino—that was a first for meService seemed to be easy to find, though I don’t drink so I didn’t need a server for anything I did see them walking by quite a bit, and several asked if I needed anythingNow I did get the luckiest I’ve ever been in my life with slots–which is not the norm by any means, so it helps that I left way up, but as always I started with a budget If you’re going to gamble be smart, plan on losing and never gamble more than you can afford to lose Have fun! Should be easy in such a nice place!

Brad W

The rooms are just incredible Luxury, luxury, luxury Everything is high quality, smart-connected, clean, comfortable

The bathroom is enormous, especially the soaking tub The bed I didn’t want to go back to my own bed after sleeping on that thing Best night of sleep I’ve had in months This was my second stay and we opted to spend an extra $40 for a harbor view and it was 100% worth it Watching the sun set over the city and the water is magical Service is fantastic, though of course the minibar and room service are very expensive But there’s a free water taxi that can take you downtown!Even if you aren’t a gambler and don’t care for the casino, check out the hotel It’s wonderful

Hampus Engstroem

I really enjoyed this hotel! The foyer was super nice and stocked with bars, a shop, a starbucks and a breakfast space It had several big conference rooms that served the purpose for our meeting, and the lunch they served for us was always tasty! The rooms were very standard though Like always there was an old carpet on the floor, and the bathroom had a shower curtain instead of glass, etc

Not bad, just basic I will say that the bed was extremely comfortable though!Overall the hotel was really good, just needed some updating in the rooms for it to really become that 5-star experience

Erin Valtinson

Room had a great view and the bed was fairly comfortable The bathroom also had a nice mirror and a waterfall shower Could tell some areas hadn’t been cleaned well in a long time (crumbs and grime), and there was no microwave in our room which is weird for a 4 star hotel in my opinion

If you’re sensitive to dryness and staying for more than a day or two, bring a portable diffuser or humidifier My room was incredibly dry to the point that both my roommate and I would wake up with coughing fitsThe food and access to other areas of downtown Boston is great, but be prepared for food and drink to be on the higher side of a price range Most of the restaurants and bars are expensive The Birch down in the lobby had good food, drinks were hit or miss and overpriced for what you were getting The pub restaurant has a great chowder and chopped salad that I highly recommend

Aina Ramanantseheno

Great experience during our stay here I wish they’d add a microwave oven in the room The hotel is located near many amenities and restaurants and close to waterfront which was great to walk around

Staff was friendly, room was clean and we could check-in earlier than expected which was appreciated Breakfast was included in our package and it was delicious (go before 9am if you can to avoid the lineup)The only thing is the parking situation, we were lucky because we got there early and there were still a few spots left but I wouldn’t advise going in and out once you’re in because it was full and you’ll need to use valet parkingBut overall great stay!!

Perfect location for seeing John Mayer at TD Garden 20$ taxi ride from the airport and there’s a taxi rank outside for an easy return Hotel within walking distance of many attractions

Loved the bar/breakfast area – quirky decor and a great view of downtown Boston – deal for relaxing in as the rooms are quite small The bed was very comfortable, shower was perfect – with luxury towels, but why was the sink in the room? Presumably lack of space I-pad controlled lights and TV very practical Staff pleasant Breakfast could have had more choice But overall- highly recommended

Laura Brissette

First experience with citizenM was great! Room was compact, but no more or less than what we needed I can see how the set up might not be for everyone, but I found the room comfy and inviting View was amazing and the location can’t be beat, especially if you’re in town for a Bruins game like we were

Price was great for those who want to spend less on a hotel but still stay in clean rooms and get friendly service from the ambassadors citizenM is now my go-to hotel in Boston!

Jessica W

One of the most affordable options in the North Station area without sacrificing quality of rooms and service The rooms are compact, but are cozy and contain everything you would need at a hotel I love the canteen area/lobby where you can work or relax while eating/drinking in a vibrant environment full of cool artwork

The staff are also very friendly and helpful This hotel is probably best for solo travelers or couples, and the location is hard to beat as it’s close to TD Garden and public transportation

This hotel is recommended by our colleagues I love the location as everything is in walking distance from the hotel There is daily housekeeping

As a matter of fact housekeeping come in and fill ice for us every evening If I didn’t have to work during weekday, I would have enjoyed all the summer events more Definitely recommend this hotel I’ll update with more photos later

Celia Pearce

Summer in the City at the Harborwalk Terrace – Sitting outside with a view of the harbor listening to good music was great; food was delicious but overpriced, the staff is super nice but overworked The hotel is apparently too cheap to keep the venue properly staffed when they have a promoted weekly event they know will be crowded, which is a shame because it made an otherwise nice experience unnecessarily frustrating Considering this is an allegedly “posh” with a room rate of $700 + you’d think they could afford to adequately staff the event

kellia Ward

From the first steps into the hotel, it was a nightmare Parking our vehicle, (valet) was executed with such incompetent customer service I travel for business quite frequently; I was hoping this would go smoothly

In fact it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had I’m embarrassed, to even say our company is sponsoring the stay Both my business partner n myself will NEVER use your venue again From the Valet to the room service ,, it was a nightmare I feel strongly, That I share this TAKE HEED, on my review Think twice VIEW WAS GREAT, except the mouse I witnessed near the restaurant

I had an awesome experienceThe GoodThe bed was super comfortable I like my mattresses on the stiffer side so I slept like a baby

The food was very tasty, finished everything off the plate Staff was really friendly without being in your faceThe BadI wished that there was a small fridge in my room for me to keep my drinks coldThe food was great, but the menu was very limiting and the same every nightThe good far outweighs the bad Like I said I had an awesome experience would not mind repeating

Isaac Shapiro

The rooftop bar was a nice experience and finding our way up was relatively easy with friendly staff pointing us in the right direction I would say that the rooftop deck was a bit small and felt crowded but the views were quite nice Drinks were fairly priced but nothing special

I would encourage anyone to visit and check out this spot!

Hank King

We celebrated our daughter’s (and new son-in-law’s 😉) wedding on the Envoy rooftop It was outstanding

My daughter didn’t want to have a sit down dinner but more of an elegant formal cocktail party The Envoy went above and beyond all expectations The food was delicious, the staff so friendly and helpful and the people went the extra mile to ensure this was truly a special day Special call-outs to Meghan the wedding planner and Joe the GM Spectacular views of Boston with awesome food, fantastic people who try to make your experience all that it can be…this is the place! I’ll be sending a similar thank you to Marriott international Thank you Envoy staff!!! Truly exceptional!

From the minute we walked through the door we felt welcome! The lobby has a very nice relaxed atmosphere and the guest service reps were courteous, kind and efficient Our room was very clean and the shower was great The pool was a bit small but that was fine

The complimentary breakfast was very good Loved that they had coffee, tea and hot water available around the clock They also have beer on tap available which could be a nice treat Overall a fantastic stay Definitely would stay again

Devin M

Excellent hotel! We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to staying here again The rooms are big and clean with a nice private bathroom The indoor pool was warm and relaxing and the workout room was great as well, the free breakfast was delicious highly recommend giving it a try

If your staying here to go to the Boston convention center be warned, though it appears on google it’s within walking distance it’s actually not that close and it’s kind of hard to walk there along the highway, other then that great area with lots of restaurants and kind staff

Lindsey Itamoto

Great location, very stylized, loved the shower, helpful staff In town for a wedding: No closets, no dressers–pegs on the wall with 3 hangers for double occupancy? I wanted some flat surfaces–esp in the bathroom– and a place for my luggage HEADS UP– they kindly offered a noise maker in the room as well as ear plugs as the NIGHT CLUB next door puts out a pounding base til 2 am

I appreciated changing rooms in the middle of the night The upper floors are more quiet

Lynn Hevy

Moxy was free for us with Marriott points, and it looked like a cool hotel so we decided to stay here for one night You’d never truly know it was a Marriott hotel as it is not of the traditional Marriott style It is definitely a hip place to be and we enjoyed the vibe

The pros of our stay included a cool bar, all amazingly helpful staff, ideal location and a great view of the city from our room We also got some free drink tickets and $ to spend at the hotel bar The cons of our stay included a small, very tight room that felt pretty cold with exposed concrete The bed was not very comfortable at all You could hear people coughing from another room through an air duct And unfortunately they didn’t have a little market like other Marriott’s do, to buy snacks, water, or travel items you may have forgotten Overall it was an okay stay, but I don’t think we would stay here again personally

Joe Butti

If you like air conditioning in your room and plan on staying here during the summer, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU READ THIS REVIEW The hotel thermostat only goes as low as 68 degrees While 68 degrees may be comfortable for some, the room felt hotter then what the internal temperature said

It was only after I contacted the front desk that an engineer came up and said “I am not suppose to do this, but I can manually lower the AC for you The owner has set all thermostats to not go lower then 68 to save on cost” If not for the engineer we would have been sweating the entire trip! The rooms are small with no space to store luggage or even a closet to hang your clothes They have fold out chairs and tables rather then furniture If you have an abundance of luggage, this is NOT your place to stay The only thing this place has going for them is bar moxy Highly disappointed and will never stay again It’s worth every penny to stay at a more expensive hotel

Had an awesome stay here for an overnight work trip At check-in, I had Daniela – we chatted about the countries she’s lived in, best restaurants to try nearby, and things I’d be interested in doing She gave me the heads up about the renovated fitness center (which was the best I’ve had at a hotel) and swapped me to a room on a higher floor with this view

Fantastic experience with her and my stay overall Walking distance to central square, great room, had a very nice experience here

Gabriela Contreras

It was snowing outside, looks to me that the hotel was either being renovated or it was under a kind of construction but it didn’t matter I had a couple of good night sleep, the king size bed was very comfortable, sheets soft and warm, bathroom was clean and well organized, shower a little small, you can’t take a shower with your partner since there is only room for one On that weekend there was not real food but only a small deli menu that I didn’t try, I really don’t know if it was because the storm going on or because the lack of kitchen employees because the pandemic

The few employees that I had contact with were polite and helpful

Eric Oporto

My normal hotels were not close by when I visited Boston for two nights to see a concert, so I decided to try Hyatt instead—and I’m so pleased I did! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant and memorable as possible, despite the hotel being fairly busy In particular, the check-in ladies operating the member’s lane were outstanding Everything felt considerate, from trying to open up a room with extra early check-in despite initially only asking to have my bags stored to switching my reservation for a much better accommodation with a balcony

Although it was too hot to stroll outside, all of my ride shares were inexpensive and the valet team provided cold water whenever I exited the hotel

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a stay This site will compare countless hotel sites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of my favorites in this area

I have been staying here for a very long time If you stay for a few nights you definitely will love it I’m sure!Modern design hotelHotel room door: slow closing device to reduce noise 👍👍👍Room design: modern, warm, comfortable 👍👍Electric outlets: it has light stand outlet, which I personally not prefer 😐 It has wall outlet but no light standWork desk: my room does not provide 😐Bathroom: modern design with designer mirror with time provided Shower tiles are modern Feels warm and welcome 👍👍👍No mini fridge 👎WiFi speed: smooth without disconnect 👍👍👍Window view: specular, waking up with eye catching harbor view 👍👍👍

Room was very nice and the hotel staff were super nice Is it a four-star hotel Yep

Is it worth the price Not in my opinion Paid over $400 for a room and to park the car (yep they charge for parking along with most places in Boston) for the awesome view on the harbor side However, is the price worth the view Absolutely not A harbor is a harbor is a body of water Same with the skyline Won’t stay again solely due to the price, and you also (we didn’t) have to purchase breakfast if you want it, on top of the room already

Noname H

Super awesome location – very convenient to the airport and amazing view of the harbor and planes landing and taking offVery very expensive, though Having to pay $78 for parking when you’ve already paid a ton for three nights is a lot

Add to it a “destination” fee of $22 that is charged daily!! The rooms don’t even have a fridge or a microwaveAlthough we enjoyed our stay, we wouldn’t do it again for the insane cost

Hotel was very clean and our room had a very nice view The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the large bath tub It was centrally located and valet very convenient

The bellboys were helpful There were a couple of things like no coffee in the rooms so had to go on a coffee hunt downstairs The valet guys downstairs were not overly friendly The room service was good but the restaurant not downstairs for breakfast was not very good, I returned a very greasy sausage link breakfast Otherwise staff was professional and hotel was safe Also the food recommendation to try Italian food next door was disappointingFor the price will probably elect to stay elsewhere when returning to Boston

Wonderful reception at check in — greeted so graciously, which made all the difference after a hard day of traveling Room has a great view of the Boston Harbor and fantastic bathroom with a sparkling clean tub and walk in shower Floor is tiled and bedroom part of the room is carpeted

Bed is absolutely comfortable Lots to explore— harbor is accessible by walking through the hotel lobby and out the back Loved this place

We had a wedding block at the Intercontinental and had the best experience possible The staff were so friendly and welcoming and we felt like they took the time to get to know us and our wedding guests On the day of our wedding, they even helped us when we had an unexpected weather snafu

Our guests really enjoyed the various restaurants and bars within the hotel and the room service was great too This hotel is also a prime location and our guests enjoyed how easy it was to explore Boston from this point My husband and I look forward to staying there again on our anniversary!

The hotel was recommended to me by a friend’s who stayed there before On his recommendation I booked two adjoining rooms for three nights and they were able to accommodate my party upon check-in All was good but seemingly ended there

One of the rooms had a very lumpy bed As far as guest services went, we called downstairs for extra towels but they never came On our way out on the day before checkout, I spoke with guest services about a late checkout and was told maybe and to call the next morning I found this peculiar and thought It would be a straight forward yes or no based on policy or common hotel practice After the change of shift, I asked the desk clerk again when I went downstairs to get towelshe was very pleasant, got me the towels and had no problem with us checking out a little late The worst part about my stay was the parking I hadn’t done my due diligence to check the price for parking and was floored when I saw the total I asked the front desk about it and they told me the rate as it was listed on the website I paid at the kiosk near the elevators ($106) After the initial frustration we began our journey out of the parking garage and the gate didn’t even ask for our ticket to get outCould I have saved $106 in parking or was the gate malfunctioning? I suppose I’ll never know

Really nice centrally located hotel with a great bar and the room was very comfy Be mindful that they slap on an additional $25 “Guest Amenity Fee” when you’re leaving I had no idea of this fee until I was checking out which felt very very sneaky

It would have been great to know what these premium “Guest Amenities” were so I could have used my money worth The only amenities I used outside of my room were the couch in front of the check in desk and the washroom in the main lobbyUpdate:The Hotel sufficiently addressed my concerns with the additional fee

I visited the Revere Hotel Boston Common for a friends bachelorette party Overall the hotel was clean, the rooms were nice but they lacked some features that seemed they should have had for the price of the hotel For example, we had to specifically request a mini fridge to be brought to our room; the hotel staff was happy to bring it in but it took a bit and was an extra effort in order to get a hold of the front desk staff

The hotel room also did not have many outlets, specifically by the bed which is a simple luxury I have come to expect at nice hotels The rooftop bar was nice but there was only one server/bartender on a Friday night which seemed very short sighted and the service was incredibly slow The location was great for getting around the city – it was perfect if you are looking to explore the city on foot

We enjoyed a most excellent stay in every way! The accommodations are modernistic yet quite comfy and cozy The pool is extraordinary! Here it was, the middle of winter, and I felt like I was vacationing on a dreamy tropical island The water was so warm and inviting and there was no lack of fresh, thick, thirsty towels available poolside

Perhaps best of all was the kind, courteous, and caring hotel staff Each member was uncommonly gracious The lobby Starbucks was also a true winner! Just an awesome hotel experience in every way and aspect!

Tsuharesu P

The view from my room was good, the bed was really comfortable, and the desk with Herman Miller chairs was really good The pool was good if you want to relax as well, good size when there are not many people aroundAs a normal hotel room it’s fine, but I don’t think it was worth the very high price

The lever to open the shower fell the first time I opened it and the toilet had running water until I opened the water tank and fixed the seal myself The blind was really hard to open so it stayed close most of the time

Diana Sánchez

The location of this hotel, halls and pools are great It has also a nice gym The service was also very gentle and the room was large with a good view to the river

However, several points are not expected from a hotel that charge more than 400 dollars per night: the premises are already showing signs of aging, I stayed for an entire week and not even once my room was cleaned (hotel policy), the shower has no preassure and takes ages for the hot water to come out, there is no breakfast area only a Starbucks where you can buy coffee and some snacks, the room lacks basics for a such a extensive hotel as a water cooker or a decent coffee makerIt seems cost reduction has been the policy now for that hotelIt is in general a good hotel but definitely overpriced

Stayed here for a week on a business trip It’s a new hotel with modern rooms and amenities The location was great

Just opposite to the Convention Center and a short walk from downtown Really loved the floor to ceiling windows which I don’t get at every hotel And the rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day The only slightly negative point I can think of was the water pressure That could have been a bit better

Brandon Losover

Cannot say enough great things about this hotel I booked this for my one year wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint The hotel made arrangements to see to it that it was special for us

The front desk staff was very friendly and quick to check us inThere is a cafe in the lobby called Cocorico that has amazing pastries and gourmet coffee The pool area is also wonderful and is attached to a pool bar that overlooks the downtown areaThe room was very clean and spacious, anything we needed was a call away and came to us immediately The area itself was also in a great location Very walkable to downtown and south BostonWill definitely be back!

Sara Hottman

Lovely hotel and great location for the airport and ferry We wanted a nice room with easy access to services for an overnighter, and this was perfect The room was gorgeous and very comfortable, the shower was amazing, and the food was tasty (and the bartender at the sports bar made us a mystery cocktail based on our tastes, and it was delicious!)

Would be a perfect 5, but the staff was totally fine — not exceptional but perfectly good — and the carpet could’ve used an extra vacuum and we found a swim cap from a previous guest by the bedside table But the surfaces, bed, couch and bathroom were all cleanOverall, highly recommend!

Stayed in a Superior King room for 5 nights Really wish I booked a Deluxe room instead The bathroom was just way too small, and the toilet is not friendly for anybody who is 5’5 and taller

The walls throughout the whole hotel are also very thin I could hear different guests speaking while in my room, and walking through the hallways felt like spying on a bunch of different conversations Makes sense for an older building though Also seemed like this hotel was a very popular spot for airline staff Plenty of pilots of flight attendants coming in and out all dayI would highly recommend booking at least a Deluxe room or any of the Suites if you are planning on staying here for several days, if you want a comfortable stay This is an ideal hotel for an overnight stay or two nights maxOther than that – the location is great, housekeeping does a great job, check-in and valet/bell staff was friendly Staff behind the lobby bar have seen better days, I suppose

Sontisha Sykes

Nice hotel Older building but seems like it has been renovated to stay relevant with the times Rooms were spacious but the bathrooms were pretty small

Rooms were clean and maintained well I was there for a conference and the ballrooms, merging rooms were great spaces for at all the people who attended The food was great considering all the food allergies and special requests (vegan, vegetarian, gluten, etc) I eat everything and I didn’t find myself complaining about the food options I love the omelet station and bacon served on the last day! Can’t go wrong with bacon! They had meat options such as chicken and beef which was nice for those who don’t have any food restrictions Starbucks is on-site which was nice too as their coffee and tea options weren’t the best tasting If I’m ever in the Boston area I’d stay here again even with the prices being higher than other surrounding hotels

Pam

My family had an enjoyable experience, during our vacation stay, at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel We had a superior two queen room, with a nice view of the city It appeared to be recently remodeled and was spacious enough for the three of us to move around easily

The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and well appointed The bathroom was modern – but smallThe staff was very attentive and check in was fast The hotel lobby was lovely The lobby restaurant was convenient – but pricey We decided to eat elsewhere during our stay However, the onsite Starbucks was wonderful and we visited there dailyRather than use the $60 a day valet, we chose to self-park at a nearby garage for about $40 a day Though the garage was old and wasn’t as convenient as we would have liked, it was safe and it seemed that many other guests appeared to do the sameOverall, we had a positive experience and would happily return again

We came in pretty late and Ryan was at the front desk He is amazing!! The valet parking is definitely worth it Our girls left some homework in the car by accident and Ryan offered to go get it for us

The hotel itself is beautiful The rooms are clean and very comfortable! I highly recommend it if you are in the area or need to stop to rest while passing through

I stay in Boston twice a year traveling with my partner to see her family I’ve stayed in hotels all over Boston We always pay somewhere between 200 to 400 a night, 2 to 3 nights each visit

This is a newish (pandemic era) hotel at the base of Charles Street, on the other side of the enormous intersection from the Liberty hotel They out together one new building with a second, older hotel, they kept some of the old facade which you can see when you exit the elevator It was a good experience, professional staff who genuinely seemed to care about their jobs, which I didn’t see at the Wentworth in Portsmouth on this same tripRoom had no closet but the bathroom was huge as a percentage of total space

Mary Goldberg

5 Star hotel from start to finish: compassionate, respectful, kind, empathetic We were in a jam, staying at another 4 Star hotel considered a Luxury Hotel We found ourselves in a room over a booming club happening in the lobby of that “other hotel” where we were asked to “pardon the noise level for a couple of hours”

Wait, What? At $450 a night – me think not We called The Whitney Hotel at 7:00 AM next morning to break us out of jail, pun intended It was worth the add’l $200 to be treated like a human being Checking in – the kindest staff, doorman, wait staff – every level of service was amazing A GIANT thank you to the entire staff – and especially to Mr Kamil Alafandi for truly being the most gracious host and understanding our predicament This was a busy weekend with the Yankees in town, we knew we would be limited, Mr Alafandi showed us the only room available at that moment, to ensure we were okay with the location – and while we may not have had the best view in the hotel, we were so grateful for the level of care, service and peace provided by the team This hotel goes ABOVE and BEYOND! We will be back!

As an ex-consultant in my past life I’ve been loyal to the Marriott brands and have stayed at various Marriott properties This is a standout property and one of the top W locations in my opinion Jonathan helped check me into my room and I was so lucky to get to check in early after my red eye flight

The shower was extremely high pressure which felt amazing Whenever I needed something, it was delivered to my room promptly They are also offering breakfast credit at their restaurant for Platinum or higher members I really felt like my status was valued and would stay again on future travels to Boston
