Stayed 1 night on my own on late notice, everything went smoothly Room was very nice and well designed, two sides divided by a wall with the bed on one half and seating area on the other Room was clean, bed was comfy, towels etc provided

Didn’t take advantage of breakfast or pool but they are provided Great location situated between PNC Park and Heinz Field as well as the nearby Warhol Art Museum Would stay again!

Mike Bell

Staff was great Breakfast was good hot food and all the muffins, bagels, fruits, cerals you could want I like the room layout with office, sitting area and divider between bed and rest

If I had to want more it would be that the room is little loud You can hear next door showers and AC is quite loud, may just be that it was very hot that day Killer spot if you are going to game Price was fair also I would recommend and stay again for sure Thanks to staff

Cheryl Maggie

Started at check in Was told my card would be charge a temporary hold of like $5 However, card went through on my end for $336

which was fine because that was my total costThe problem was, it did not go through on their end and she wanted to slide my card again Absolutely NOTshe called the manager and they placed $1 hold Was told everything would fall off and would need recharged Wellnothing ever “fell off” and everything was charged Even the extra $1 they charged meThen on to the room No garbage canno paper cups, no stationary or pens Furniture was rough and knicked up Dresser drawers were filthyBed was comfy on a positive noteGot up in the morning to get breakfast around 830 and staff was cleaning the windows in the hall It was horrible Dirt and dust everywhere in the hall and in the air Looks like they hadn’t cleaned in yearsNeedless to say I had reservations there for this weekend and cancelled I will never stay here again

I’ve been staying here for a very long time If you choose this place you for sure will love it I’m sure! The hotel was extremely amazing and so was the staff I am a titanium Elite member and was welcomed and thanks for my loyalty upon arrival I was provided a corner Suite on the top floor as a gift for my graduation Renee was truly amazing as she helped me create the block of rooms for my event even with it being off of the hotel property Pittsburgh is my hometown and coming back to visit and getting the same treatment that I would get as if I was a resident is extremely amazing I will definitely be back looking forward to enjoying more of the property

Craig Herrick

While built in the 80’s along with the convention center, our room was comfortable and well maintained I might suggest a splash of color to love Up the dozen shades of beige… the bed is “heavenly”

There could have been a few more plugs People care more electronics than in the 80’s I did notice an odor in the air indicative of a ventilation system in need of cleaning The staff was very friendly in person and by chat The breakfast buffet was decent

Shana Denise

First time staying at the William Penn Lovely, historical downtown area Hotel is very elegant, quite the visual experience! Very quiet, classy atmosphere

Staff was excellent: front desk, valet, bellman, waiters Prompt service all around Room was slightly smaller than expected Both public and private areas were very clean and well maintained Should have upgraded to a city view room as our room was a view of the brick walled building very close next door Room was nicely appointed Would have enjoyed a small chandelier in the closet area, instead of a plain ceiling fixture (The public areas boasted stunning chandeliers!) Bed was very comfortable, soft linens Shower had glorious water pressure! Bath towels were very clean, but stiff Window shades provided excellent blackout for a nice sleep-in of a morning Brunch in The Terrace Room was excellent Nice variety of foods available, excellent waitstaff Beautiful furnishings Disappointed that The Speakeasy closed at 11:00PM on a Saturday night Would have enjoyed a nightcap after our Broadway show Within walking distance of many popular restaurants and venues Felt very safe here Key card entry required for elevators Highly recommend this lovely hotel and would stay again with an upgraded city view room

Trudy Wodinsky

Lovely, historic hotel in downtown Pittsburgh Ron Gilbert, the Restaurant Manager, was very attentive to my autistic son’s food and other special needs and was so pleasant — he even stopped by our table to say hello Housekeeping very nice, although it seems you have to make a special request to have your room and beds made up

Sam (that’s a lady!) who took care of our room for several days was attentive to our every need and always asked me what we needed She even taught me how to use that little clothesline in the bathroom! Views aren’t great in some rooms I think you really have to make a special request way in advance to get a better view, which we have in the past All rooms have refrigerators and we were able to get a microwave which was useful Everyone was pleasant and helpful All in all, a very nice stay

Ashley Crawford

Very beautiful hotel The staff were amazing, so kind and quick to help out with everything Loved that they had valet parking

The rooms were clean, nicely decorated, and spacious The beds were comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water I would have liked to see a few water bottles in the room given the cost but that is not a huge issue It was conveniently close to everything downtown, we stayed for the Pittsburgh marathon The staff were even kind enough to store our luggage after we checked out for a few hours until we were ready to leave the city Overall it was a great experience and I would easily return anytime and will definitely recommend to anyone traveling to the Pittsburgh area

I had stayed at this hotel for 2 nights due to business training The staff is very inviting and helpful My room was clean, well kept and had everything I needed

Unfortunately, the pool was “down for maintenance” but there seemed to be no one working towards opening it back up Other wise, the stay was great and those who have posted awful reviews are just haters who expect everything to be done for them I thank the whole staff department for such a great stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable night and good experience!

Janani Ravi

Amazing stay The staff was so, so friendly and accommodating I don’t have pets but it’s a pet friendly hotel

Despite pets being in rooms, the rooms were spotless and smelled fresh I slept so well and didn’t even want to get out of bed The only con and the reason for 4 stars is the very disappointing breakfast I expected a warm breakfast and there was just toast, cereal, and muffins I really wasn’t impressed as usually IHG hotels have decent continental breakfast Regardless, I loved my stay and would definitely stay again!

Hailey Miesel

Best hotel experience I’ve ever had! We are here for a few weeks due to a house fire and it feels as close to home as you can get The staff is amazing Rooms super clean, amazing breakfast, even social evenings 3 nights per week where they serve food and alcohol

Special shout out to Abby, she has made my stay amazing she attends to every need and even anticipates our needs and fulfills them Wonderful service from the desk to the housekeeping Thank you staybridge!

Great location Friendly staff Good water pressure and temperature

Comfortable bed Clean room Small step out balconies Loved watching the planes land from the windowAgree with others the location of the elevator is annoying and I could the TV in the room next to me playing a medley on loop all night long

CStraight

We had an excellent stay at this Courtyard location The staff is warm and welcoming Everything was spotlessly clean

They have a fantastic little bistro for light meals, coffee, beer and wine After a long road trip, we relaxed on the super comfortable outdoor seating in the courtyard While it is close to the airport, we did not have any issues with excessive noise

Robert Fuld

The rooms were very nice The grounds and lobby were well kept Free Starbucks coffee in the morning

The only issues I had were the walls were very thin and our room was in front of the parking lot and at night cars pull right up to our room The night shades help but our friend had a room that opened into the courtyard and that was MUCH nicer Try not to get an odd numbered room on the 1st floor

Mike Terry

Although the location is a little dated the rooms have had some modernization Overall stay was good Great little active Bar in the Lobby area (cappuccino’s for me) and although there was a restaurant in the property I never tried any of the food

Small snack and essential shop also Front desk team was friendly enough Not unlike most Marriott properties all of these perks were a bit expensive but the convenience was appreciated My highlight from the location is the Montour Running trail across the street Easy access to a safe place to run Another fun highlight is the small fire pit in the back that was turned on for us

Joanne Jamis Cain

I am a wedding coordinator at @katherinesdaughterevents and did a 300 person reception here The staff is fantastic and did everything they could to make my bride and groom, and their families, happy Jeannie is a talented and experienced event planner and she made this experience enjoyable

For a hotel/wedding experience, I’d look no further It’s a plus to have a wedding reception in a venue where guests only have to take an elevator to go to sleep

Greg Sanders

Although my wife and I were only at the Marriott hotel for one night, I have to say that they have a very nice hotel The front desk staff was friendly and informative The room was very adequate and clean

Big tv and comfortable bed The hotel has a large open lobby with a bar and restaurant Restaurant had a good menu and the service and food was very good Nice open outside area beside restaurant with a patio and tables and grill Lots of plants and trees and a walkway through the area Quite relaxing We had to catch a very early flight and where able to get a shuttle at 4am Even let us leave are car in the parking lot while we were on our trip Upon our return, we called the hotel and they had a shuttle pick us up in about 10 minutes I highly recommend this hotel for a night or extended stay in Pittsburgh Only about 15 to 20 minute from downtown, depending upon the traffic The Pittsburgh Airport Marriott is a quantity hotel

This is an awesome hidden gem in Pittsburgh The neighborhood is not the greatest, I would not recommend walking outside But as soon as you enter the doors, its a beautiful, quaint, very clean and welcoming hotel

The rooms were spacious, clean and nice We loved the front sitting room with the fire and the small bar The hotel staff were courteous and professional The morning pick up breakfast was tasty Worth the stop!

Jewell Bohlinger

The priory hotel was incredible It was my partner and I’s anniversary and they had the space so they just automatically upgraded the room and left flowers and a card Probably the most beautiful flowers I’ve ever received

Michael specifically was just amazing He checked us in and served us a drink at Pennsylvania’s smallest bar while also manning the front desk and regaled us with wonderful stories and was so attentive I loved this place Parking is convenient, inside is stunning, ever little bit of this place was magical and I miss it already

Phillipp Schmoll

If you’re familiar with European hotels you will love this hotel It’s charming, funky, historical and fun The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and as a New Yorker, I give it an A for hipness

What I wasn’t so happy about was the fact that it’s in a really bad neighborhood, and it’s right next to a noisy freeway A little overpriced for that reason, but otherwise a really nice place

Great Hotel! This hotel had very big rooms and a nice view It was in a very good location and the service was great The only drawback was the bathroom door in our room was broken and getting to the hotel to begin with was a little difficult but, our experience at the hotel easily outweighed all of that

Overall a great choice and a decent price for some of the other hotels directly surrounding it

Josh S

Stayed here for 4 nights First night we had no hot water, it wasn’t fixed till 10amWhen the water was fixed, we discovered that our shower would flood the bathroom floor no matter what we did

The tiles weren’t angled properly, and it would drain out of the showerWe were also only given one towel, and no toilet paper Had to call room service to get some, waiting almost two hours before it showed upWhen the hotel staff member showed up with our towels, he proceeded to unlock the door and dump them in No knock or anything Very surprisingBreakfast was very basic Ran out QuicklyThe only positive, was that everything was extremely clean in the roomPretty disappointed overall Wouldn’t recommend

I don’t normally leave reviews But in this case I just feel it’s so necessary! ALL and I mean ALL the staff were extremely polite and very helpful and accommodating! I really appreciated the valet staff being especially patient with us loading and offering to help! The room was exceptionally clean and even smelled super clean when we walked in It was great having the breakfast and kickback

Also loved the pool and hot tub! Thank you for being the best hotel around!

Vern Rogers

This is a great hotel for people attending a convention It is very convenient and you’ll save a great deal with the free breakfast and the evening snacks The room was clean – it’s nice to stay in a room where the HVAC doesn’t wake you up when it comes on

Some of the rooms have no view and look directly at a wall – but you probably aren’t spending time in the room to enjoy the view The fitness center is small, the pool is decent, and the rooftop deck is great when the weather is niceThe best part was the staff Everyone was professional and helpful I really appreciated Darnell – he does excellent work in the dining areaBefore you leave, make sure you go down to the basement to see the old vaults from the bank that used to occupy the building

K C

Our stay was amazing We had the best time and was a great location So close to everything

The free breakfast and dinner buffet was great also and the free drink vouchers I have to say the front desk had great staff but hands down Nina was so sweet and gave us lots of ideas to do while we were there She definitely went above and beyond her job and amazing She definitely deserves a raise We definitely will be back real soon and can’t wait to stay here again

This is a great hotel! We stayed here for a few weeks and the hotel and staff were amazing! The location provides easy access to everything in and out of the city The rooms are all unique and well done The fitness center, the restaurant, the business center, cleaning services and the valet kept us moving throughout the day

The people were very responsive and timely with anything we needed Nothing in the hotel business is 100% perfect but this hotel’s staff is invested in getting it right and made our experience here wonderful You can’t go wrong at this upscale, unique / boutique hotel

Carsten

We liked our stay Parking is a bit of a challenge here Valet is offered but difficult to get a spot close to front door

At this hotel you have to call and ask for ice to be brought to your room Our shower area had drywall/tape falling down from the ceiling The air conditioner sounded like an airplane taking off when it turned on Otherwise, it’s a very cool building with great architecture Great rooms that are clean The staff are friendly and do a great job Jordan at the front desk was helpful, professional and friendly

Carly P

Beautiful hotel, great combination of historic and modern Awesome location, very walkable to tons of places We had a corner king room on the 16th floor and the room was smaller than I expected but we had a fantastic view

Employees were very courteous and they even do crafts in the common room to keep as a souvenir It was pretty clean-some hair in the shower which was kind of gross but it didn’t ruin the stay or anything One recommendation though-vending machine!

I stayed in Pittsburgh three nights for a work conference and enjoyed the hotel It’s conveniently attached to the airport and there are helpful signs for guidance The staff members are friendly and the rooms are beautiful

Each day while I was at work, my room was cleaned and fresh sheets and towels were added I liked the mirror in the bathroom with the automatic nightlight and built in digital clock The blackout shades also worked nicely when I got to sleep in on my last day before checkout I also enjoyed the seafood pasta for dinner and the warm brownie for dessert at the restaurant Thank you Hyatt Pittsburgh!

AJ KOLB

The rooms are nothing special beside a large screen TV Room was clean Bed comfortable

I have had better breakfast for free at cheaper hotels I had to pay $1710 For powdered eggs, or eggs from a bag Sausage thst was some low grade dog foodI would take a pass on this place, just for the low quality breakfast Nothing wrong with the room

Alex Kolb

Rooms were good Nothing special , large screen TV, comfortable bed,The breakfast that cost 1710 was some low grade dog food

I had better food at lesser 🌟 rated hotels for freeIf you just want a decent clean room, near the airport This is the right place Find food elsewhere

The hotel is starting to really come together! The new restaurant is open for breakfast (The Factory) and I was very happy with the breakfast bowl and French press – creative and deliciousThe main lobby is gorgeous and open with arguably the best city view you can getThey are still constructing the remainder of the bar/restaurant, so keep that in mind, but over all a really great experience and the staff are all friendly/professional

Latosha Jackson

We have been staying at the Sheraton Station Square for many years I was happy to see the lobby and room/barhroom updates, it was needed The restaurant is still under construction but we rarely ate there when it was open

The shower pressure wasn’t the greatest, but it got us clean The patrons in the halls were loud, but that’s not the hotels fault I didn’t know we weren’t gonna get our room cleaned, but one call and we got new bathroom towels in under 5 minutes The location is convenient and close to lots of things and the views are spectacular We’ve never stayed in an inside room, but this past weekend there were several weddings so I couldn’t image the noise level there

No microwave (I missed not having it) Tiny fridge probably would have been sufficient Clearlt, we were in a “pet room” with a carpet tear One of the two mismatched bath towels had a giant dark hair (not my light brown) The rest of the room was clean, but honestly, I tried not to look to hard My room keys died after 2 of 4 nights (they were kept separately can’t claim/blame proximity to a cellphone) Brilliant white bathroom mirror lighting is good lighting, but no lower / dimmer setting for headache sufferersGood locationOverall, I would stay here again, there were enough goods that are hard to find like pets allowed for a good rate in combination with a restaurant attached to hotel

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL this is easily a 2 star hotel being masked with fancy decor I stayed there April 8th 2022, first off there are NO Vending machines on any floor, the bar has super over priced beer and hardly any selection

The room has outdated tech from the 90s, the bathroom was the only highlight The breakfast was 18 bucks for basic food not worth it The staff was great that’s about it But do yourself and a favor and never book here

We stayed in Pittsburgh for 3 days at the Cambria We thought it was a mistake when our room was not cleaned the first day We asked for service and they surprisingly asked “you mean clean the room?”

I asked for beds to be made and towels to be changed This was noted on the room file on the computer Or so we were told At my insistence they made the beds and changed the towels The next day my husband asked in the morning for the beds to be made and the towels changed (as a reminder) The front desk again noted it We came back from a long day out on the second day and found yet again nothing had been touched in the room I went downstairs and asked for the room to be serviced The abrupt and rude older gentleman at the counter explained “we don’t do that in Pittsburgh” He made it sound like it was unreasonable We paid over $200 plus $25 for parking a night and no breakfast included We did not book a cheap motel Why did we pick the Cambria we had wanted a nice little hotel with a pool to add insult to injury the pool was closed our whole stay and the sofa bed had a dangerous piece of metal sticking out of it the first nightIf you do not provide service to the room daily state it on your website I have a family and this little bit of service helps when travelling with kids I was struck by the inconsistent information from the front desk staff and the rudeness of the older man who I am assuming was the manager

Rude Front Desk Supervisor (Ellen)The hotel charge me an extra $300 for 1 night because they claimed I checked in a day before I really didWhen I called the hotel about this I was called a liar by the front desk supervisor (Ellen) and she told me “I was on camera signing papers and checking in on Friday” I checked in on Saturday and checked out on SundayEllen was very rude and was chuckling when telling me I was lying and I stayed for 2 nights not 1 like I actually did

When I asked for her employee number she then hung up on meI called the hotel back 5 times and was sent to voice-mail every timeI have never been disrespected and treated so poorly by a “professional” establishment, this experience made me feel like the gum stuck on the bottom of someone’s shoe This experience still feels really bad and Ellen hurt my feelingsI didn’t deserved to be treated like that and no one deserves to be treated like thatMy Girlfriend and the organization I was at this hotel with are just as upset about my experian as I am

I am a returning customer and both experiences were great I’ve been traveling for work which requires me in Pittsburgh once or twice a month This hotel is situated nicely close to the office and good restaurants

The staff are incredibly kind and helpful Really one of the best crews I’ve seen Valet is excellent as well The interior is beautiful as you can see by the pictures and the rooms are cleanThe beds are surprisingly the most comfortable I’ve experienced Odd to say that, but it’s true Room service is excellentIt’s great experience overall Now in May I’m attempting to travel with family, so we will see how a toddler does I suppose we will see what it’s like not to have a kitchenetteAlso wheelchair friendly and accessible The sidewalk in Pittsburgh are just ok, but that has nothing to do with the hotel!

Great location in the Cultural District Staff was super polite and helpful Our room was decent

It was clean and the bed was really comfortable But it is in bad need of an update A couple pieces of furniture showed signs of minor damage, there were multiple holes in the drapes, and there was even a small hole in the fitted sheet on the bed And the chair in the room is terribly uncomfortable None of that would keep me from staying here again, but it will cause me to try a different hotel if available

For the money you pay the services should have been much better Requested extra towels, they never were delivered Reported that the tub was slow today and we were standing in ankle deep water

It never got fixed The rooms are lovely, the lobby is too, but for half the price you can stay at the Courtyard down the street The location at the Courtyard is a little closer to some fun bars and restaurants The Courtyard is a great property
