This is a great little hotel The rooms are attractive and clean, designed to maximize the amount of space The bathroom is beautiful

The outside area, with a small pool and regular-sized hot tub, has everything that an adult might want to have a nice evening after a night on the town There’s a coffee machine, a bottle of bitters, even a half pack of smokes someone left It’s thoughtfully put together, like hanging out at someone’s house I would love to stay here again in the future

Laura Lee

This inn is spectacular The pictures and descriptions cannot do proper justice The room and outdoor area was very clean and accommodating

Our Elvis room was perfect The decor, high ceilings, furniture, and large windows were outstanding Very close to more tourist areas, but far enough to escape traffic and noise There is a bus stop one block away, making for easy transportation to and from several places in the city We’re looking forward to staying here again and again! So glad we stumbled upon this listing Thanks Kelly!

From the moment we pulled into the front entrance until we drove away, this hotel was an amazing experience!!! All of the staff were warm, friendly, and extremely professional Our beautiful Superior City-View Room was clean, spacious, had a modern design and a beautiful view of the pool and the Mississippi River We soon realized we needed a refrigerator in our room

They have a tablet at the bedside that guest can use to request anything from room service to shampoo We requested a refrigerator on the tablet and it was delivered in 17 minutes! There were buttons on the wall beside the bed that controlled the lights in the room and even the curtains that opened remotely The Vue Orleans above the hotel was an amazing way to experience the history and charm of New Orleans I am not a fan of the city of New Orleans but this hotel may have changed my mind about visiting again Thank you Four Seasons for making our trip to New Orleans one that we will never forget! ❤️🙏🏾😁

We’re in the middle of our stay; a perfect time to share our perfectly pleasant stay here at the Four Seasons It is my first-ever Four Seasons stay and I’m so glad we’re here While I’m an Ambassador with Marriott and extremely loyal; I think I have a new go-to for vacation hotels

The Four Seasons is an island of respite in New Orleans It’s fresh, bright, airy and clean The pool is an oasis, the bars top notch and the service, first class I’m sure the rest of our visit will be nothing but excellent!

Good afternoon, my son and daughter in law treated me to a night at your hotel They were so excited to share the experience they had the previous weekend To my disappointment my experience was very disappointing

My daughter and I arrived for our 3pm reservation at 3, however we did not get our room until 6pm It would have been much longer had we not complained The management in the lounge area were so wonderful He went got us in a room and made sure we got our luggage by bringing it to us We didn’t get to do anything we had planned for that evening which included dinner in one of the hotel restaurant We were given a late check out but that’s not what I wanted I just wanted to get in my room at a reasonable time do some shopping, enjoy dinner and enjoy the hotel But none of that happen We were to tired from waiting 3 hours and my daughter in law had several glasses of wine in the lounge I need that get a way so badly due to dealing with a lot of stress but it ended up very stressful as well

Pros: LOCATION–the location is absolutely superb if you want to see the French Quarter The hotel is well-appointed, nice lobby and courtyard with a pool The Bourbon O Bar was fun the one night it was open

Our room was on the opposite side from Bourbon St so it was quiet We did not hear street noise at all Staff was very friendly and professionalCons: Ridiculously understaffed The staff was professional and helpful, but they clearly are overworked For what we paid, it is insane to not provide any housekeeping Couldn’t get extra soap or toilet paper On one day, the lobby was filed with people waiting to check-in, but apparently there were no clean rooms They really need to step up their game–it would be sad to see such a beautiful and historic property go downhill

Jamie Baleno

Surprisingly clean and beautiful hotel right in the middle of the French Quarter Staff was friendly and accommodating There is a bar and restaurant attached and a lovely courtyard pool for cooling off after a hot day walking and touring the French Quarter

Our room had a walk out to the pool and was cool and clean A central location which made it perfect for exploring Upgraded toiletries in the bathroom as well Would definitely stay here again as it was quiet and I did not hear any street noise

Carrie McCorkle

Such a beautiful hotel with a interesting history! All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful We had a room that overlooked the courtyard It was very quiet! We never heard any noise from outside

The hotel is in a great location Right off of Bourbon Street, right by Jackson Square and the St Louis Cathedral and everything else was within reasonable walking distance The hotel and courtyard were very clean The room was also clean upon check-in, except for the container of food left in the mini fridge The pool was nice & refreshing, especially after walking around in the NOLA heat and humidity! Overall, we were very happy with our stay & would stay at Bourbon Orleans again, the next time we visit New Orleans!

The appearance of this hotel is nice, and it is clean The bed was comfortable except for the thin blanket that was not particularly cozy I only had a $10 bill and was informed that there is no cash on site so that I could break that bill and tip housekeeping

The free breakfast is an insult to hotels that really offer free breakfast It’s obvious that the cereal, shrink wrapped muffins, and strawberry banana — hope you like that flavor — yogurt are purely there so they can advertise free breakfast (see pic) Coffee? I tried to get a cup at 6:30 AM and was able to pull a third of a cup of if the urn before it ran out Noise from the road outside seems to be totally unrestricted within the rooms I was awakened at 5:15 by it, and there wasn’t very much traffic In short, this is a great $80/night hotel that is charging nearly $200 I would not stay here again

Corn powa

The rooms were very clean and in good condition The folks at the front desk were very politeI’d have gave the place five stars, but for one fairly major incident

At almost midnight I was startled by my door being opened by someone with a keycard to my room When I tried to call the front desk to see if I’d have anymore unexpected visitors with cards to my room, no one answered I didn’t want to leave my room to go to the front desk since some stranger had a keycard to my room and would be able to get to my things if I wasn’t there with the flippy catch thing engaged I was tired and didn’t think to just use my cellphone to try calling them that way I ended up staying up much later than I planned and wound up sleeping later than I wanted to affecting my schedule for the next dayI found out in the morning that dialing the front desk from a room phone hadn’t been working for a bit I forget what the woman’s title was at the desk the next morning, but she was apologetic and very polite She said there would be a discussion about giving cards to rooms without verifying who the person is and checking what room they are actually in instead of just giving one to the person to the room they thought they were inI’d consider giving them another chance if I was ever in the area again due to how clean the place was and polite the employees were That middle of the night adrenaline dump will take a bit of time to forgive though

Great place, with clean and quiet rooms Our go to when we come to NOLA Parking on street was easy and safe

Pay attention to instructions for check in as your room # will determine which Door you enter We needed to add on a night which was done quickly via emailGreat location in safe neighborhood that is easily walkable to many locations The Silk Road restaurant down below was also an awesome find! Busy but the servers handle it with ease Incredibly homey feel!

Andi Mora (Andilolo)

I was very satisfied with our room It was simple and clean The house was tidy and always smelt freshly clean

Loved our jet tub in 9 I used a chair from the living room in our room for the length of our stay The bed was very firm which I was tired enough from walking so much not to mind I could have used a full length mirror but overall I was happier than my previous week at Mansion on Royal Their bed was slightly softer in 3 and they had a full mirror but I had lots of complaints, I wrote a long review with pictures I enjoyed balcony guest house 100% more I would love to stay here again

The location was everything here! Loved the area and it’s only a few blocks away from Frenchman street which I love It’s right upstairs from a beautiful bar/restaurant The owner is really nice, helpful and just a phone call away

The bartenders are also very helpful I had a late flight and was able to leave my stuff in the storage room while I enjoyed my day

Hotel is nice Clean I’m normally not one to complain about anything, and maybe it’s just because I’m awake at 4:30am burning up, but for $200 a night you should be able to control the temperature of your room

Also, if you drink something besides juice, you might want to bring it with you because they don’t sell it Then when you wake up from sweating, in the middle of the night, the constant light flashing in the smokealarm will keep youcompany If you stay here, I hope you game better luck

Shower did not work The knob that creates the temperature was broken and constantly changed during the shower No complimentary toiletries were in the room at arrival

No shower cap, lotion etc which was odd We stayed 3 nights The second night I heard housekeeping outside the room and went to ask for towels The lady asked if I would like my room cleaned? I said yes please if that was ok, that would be great She said she will be back to do my room So no towels were given and I never saw the lady again As I walked out for the day I ran into another housekeeper and politely asked will someone still be giving clean towels and refreshing the room as offered? She said ok, yes So basically returned to a dirty room with no clean towels and no explanation The room was already overpriced due the holiday weekend but it just wasn’t worth it

We stayed here 3 nights over the weekend for a wedding Wow! The place is beautiful Great neighborhood close to food and good music all around

The best music is often found here, right in the small lobby Amazing talent to be seen every nightThe staff was so great! It felt like we were family by the time we left We’d shut the bar down each night and then hang out with the staff “after hours”, shooting the breeze and telling stories What a good time Can’t wait to get back there! Thank you to all of the staff!

Abigail Pickell

Though I didn’t stay at this Hotel we made it a one of our most frequented venues during our trip The music and ambiance of the lobby could best be described as a soft, intimate, romanticized venue We had the pleasure of seeing Piano Man G among other artist in this up close and personal setting

If you are looking for an amazing venue check out the Royal Frenchmen while visiting New Orleans!

Jayson Patrick

Location on Frenchmen Street was great – an awesome experience because of this Rooms quite modern and comfortableJust wasn’t clean and the hotel is run by a bunch of untidily dressed young adults? Service was quite poor

Don’t stay here (obviously) if you have young kids or you’re a light sleeperIf you want to experience the French quarter and Frenchmen street on a reasonable budget then it’s recommended!

Much better option than most air bnb, more affordable and more accommodatingThe staff was excellent, very accommodating and knowledgeable The location is near perfect situated between the quarters and Frenchmen st, right across the street from Amelie’s cafe (highly recommend)

The rooms are rustic and cozy, the outdoor seating area is very nice in the mornings I would stay again

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Andrew Jackson We stayed in room 208 which is rumored to be haunted, but no spirits were seen/heard (bummer for me) Sennit the concierge is the best, he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area, went above and beyond to ensure we had all we needed

This is an older building so if you go in expecting the Hilton, don’t go, it’s not for you It is however historical and right up my alley One block off of Bourbon so we didn’t have the noise from there There is a lovely courtyard with tables and a quaint fountain

Casey Russell

Awesome experience, amazing people, gorgeous views This hotel takes you back in time to a place where patriotism and southern charm are the norm The area is fantastic

Close to everything Awesome walk out balcony suite WW2 Museum is amazing Makes you remember a time when people fought for the same outcome even though they shared different principles What a great hotel and excellent timeSee Sennit or Vin at the front desk Both are exceptional individualsIf you’re looking for a piece of history this is the place Courtyard fountain is great as well

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a stay They compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is the best rated in this area

I’ve been coming here for a very long time If you stay for a few nights you for sure won’t be let downLovely, clean room Friendly staff No telephone in the newly remodeled room I assume it was a cost cutting effort since we all have cell phones now Did not have a brochure in the room for local information or how to dial the front desk That would have been helpful Just across the river from everything! Plenty of parking

This hotel was top tier! Keia was our primary representative at the front desk and she went above and beyond to help ensure our stay and cruise plans went off without issue The entire staff was beyond kind and helpful to our whole party (there was a lot of us) The rooms were so clean, updated, and affordable! Housekeeping provided everything we asked for with a smile

We needed batteries for our remote and maintenance came within minutes with a new one We tried to not require a lot but they still made us fee like any request was a nonissue They really know how to treat a guest at this place and I can’t wait to stay again!

Kaelysia Cooper

This location was recommended for my daughter’s dance competition Not the prettiest place to stay Looks worn or as if undergoing construction outside and in

My daughter and I went to eat at the restaurant We waited 5-10 minutes to be seated until finally walking up to the bar to check with the server Unfortunately the kitchen was closing/closed Room, beds, bath area was as expected Only 1 outlet out of 16 total outlets worked We found out the morning later when only one device was charged And though I can’t be sure of it, but I think their outlets somehow shorted our chargers 3/4 chargers did not work once returning when they were functioning perfectly fine before Close by many food and shopping options

Hotel is making a huge effort towards cleanliness Which I greatly appreciate The staff friendly and helpful, lobby nice and clean, breakfast was very good, and the room majority of it was clean (bathroom, foyer area, etc

) But the carpet in the rooms either needs to be cleaned or removed The odor and stains on the carpet were very apparent, seen and smelt

I wish I would have gotten the name of the lady that helped us We were on a road trip and my friend wanted to stop and see the tanks in the museum which was close the next day All the hotels in the area seemed booked

He happened to share with the nice lady at the front best our dilemma and also his desire to see the museum and the fact that we were only passing through and if we couldn’t stay in the area he wouldn’t be able to go in the morning We stopped there around 10pm She called another place for us and found out they were booked too There were many people still living there that homes were effected during the resent storms Also crews working in the area to help repair the city Without our knowledge she called the hotel manager and was given permission to let us have one of the room the had been reserved by a corporation but was still empty (By this time it was almost 11pm) A double room was around $200 The pool was still being repaired The free breakfast was great The room was clean and the beds were comfortable

After staying here I realized unfortunately my choice to stay here actually was unfortunateThe staff was incredibly rude at check in Not to mention the amount of disrespect that they exhibited as they check me in

I felt very rushed and treated as if I did not matter The carpet had disgusting red stains and the bathroom was not clean I chose to ignore and clean myself as I had already felt enough disrespect The breakfast was very unappealing and staff was doing laundry on the dinning tables The location is just ok the pool is very small Elevators are extremely slow and dirty

We loved this house I have rented about 10 VRBO’s in my life and this has to be at the top of my list The location was great, on the quieter side of bourbon street and on the edge of the french quarter but, not to far to walk to all the action

We sat out front one night with some cocktails and just watched people walk by The back yard area of the house is very nice as well, great relaxing area The house was very well stocked and liked that every room had their own bathroom Great people to work with too, very friendly and quick to respond to email’s and texts We are planning to come back to visit again because we enjoyed it so much and will be staying in the beautiful home again

David Carmony

Our first trip to New Orleans was absolutely perfect, thanks in large part to John & La Maison Marigny! My wife & I spent a week exploring the city and we couldn’t imagine a better home base The house was beautiful and comfortable The breakfasts were delicious & energizing

John was incredibly knowledgeable and a very impressive host! From this point we really explored the entire city and I sincerely can’t imagine staying anywhere else on our next trip back Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Not recommended! Poor communication, rude service, and the gym is NOT free We stayed here for 4 nights during a conference Beforehand, I called to confirm our booking and the agent canceled one of our nights without being asked to do so

It took several call-center managers and 90 minutes on the phone to get it back Upon arrival, the check-in clerk was unfriendly and difficult to understand in the loud space Housekeeping never showed up even though we requested it at check-in Their website doesn’t explain that the fitness room costs $12 per day unless you’re a upper-level Honors member (not the free, basic membership), and they didn’t tell us that until after we’d gotten up early and trudged all the way up and down elevators and across the hotel Then they still didn’t tell us they can’t accept cash for gym accessand by that point, we didn’t have time to work out anyway Our room was decent, except for the loud bathroom fan that ran constantly, even with the light off The river view was nice, but the staff was just rude, rude, rude They really need to learn to communicate accurate information with guests and other staff I definitely wouldn’t come back The Intercontinental half a mile up the street was fabulous — go there instead

This is an awesome hotel Customer service was number one From the moment of our arrival until our departure, every aspect of our stay was excellent

As busy as everyone was, I was made to feel like my family and I were the only ones that matter Our stay was made to feel personalized The food was delicious and of course loving the connection from the hotel to the River Walk shopping center This is my third trip to New Orleans and this is the only hotel that I will stay in The river view each morning was breathtaking I can’t wait for my next visit

The city view is amazing! We stayed on the 21st floor the room has floor to ceiling window wall that just captivates with the New Orleans city lights at night! Just stunning! We ordered room service and it was delicious the seafood pasta, Cajun baked catch was amazing enough for two with each order, comes with everything you could want! The prices are commensurate with local restaurants so was surprised with pricing not being overly expensive for Hotel room service! The valet guys are very courteous and prompt! Overall excellent service and amenities! I give it A++! I will only stay here from now on when visiting New Orleans!

Stayed here for a long weekend get away and it was everything we hoped for and more! Such a charming, boutique vibe You get the feel of the history of the building, but with wonderful modern updates We stayed in the Queen Balcony and had a great view of the street

Absolutely great location if you want access to good music – the whole street comes alive at night! So many great clubs to check out Also highly walkable to the Trolley and other parts of the French Quarter BUT WARNING- it is loud at night!! If you are looking to go to bed earlier, maybe not the place for you But our room was supposedly the most exposed to music- they gave us ear plugs, and we used the in room speakers to put on white noise, and had no trouble sleeping And finally, everyone that worked there was so kind and accommodating Gave great tips and so so nice Would definitely stay again!

My first time to New Orleans and I couldn’t pick a better place The room was very comfortable and we had a balcony! It was minutes away from anything and the rail to downtown was a block away All of the staff was great

It has a great little lobby, I loved the pool area and it is a block away from great music! Unfortunately the bar wasn’t open when we were there but that would have been the icing on the cake Still a wonderful time and a wonderful place with a bohemian feel!

The hotel was renovated and just reopened with new ownership It is such a cool vibe with beautifully furnished rooms, a hip lobby and a cute little pool area The bed was super comfortable

The bartenders make great drinks at the bar/music venue, and the upstairs bar is a nice private little escapeAwesome little escape from the Frenchmen Street action

We enjoyed a beautiful 7 day stay at the Haunted Hotel Our hosts were lovely and the rooms we had were clean and had delicious snacks The hotel is nestled perfectly to be within the action of the French quarter but not drowning in it

I give them 3 stars because our first room smelled heavily of marijuana, which I usually do not mind, but the smell would absolutely not dissipate over the course of 3 days There was also a huge gap at the bottom of the front door so we were unintentional listeners to everything happening in the hallway from early hours in the morning to late in the evening We requested a different room and thankfully they allowed us to switch rooms, which gave us some fresh air and we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay I would say this is a nice place to visit in NOLA but I would compare it more to a hostel than a hotel

Wonderful hotel experience, we will be returning next time we’re in New Orleans! Ginger, her husband, and the staff were all super friendly and made us feel right at home When we arrived we were greeted at the gate by Ginger and two very welcoming wiener dogs Later in the evening there was a spooky movie playing on a projector screen in the courtyard

We missed out on dinner but the shrimp and grits for breakfast was amazing Thank you all for a fantastic stay!

I recently booked a long weekend stay for My bachelor Party at the Haunted Hotel and the stay was nothing short of incredible From the start, Ginger was especially helpful getting us set up with reservations and booking an adjoining balcony for us too get the full New Orleans experience Widner greeted us upon arrival and made sure everything was to our liking as soon as we were set up

And Herb became and incredible friend for the entirety of our stay making sure our trip and stay was the best it could possibly be Herb helped us with everything during our stay and kept the positive vibes going the entire time! This team went above and beyond making sure our stay at the Haunted Hotel was memorable The location was also perfect as it places you dead in the center of anywhere you would want to go in the city! Next time I return to New Orleans there is no question about where I am staying because there was no topping this experience!

Cute little hotel with a good location! Great walking distance to everything in the French Quarter Its small and a little worn out in places, particularly in the community kitchen and the adjacent bathroom, but its well worth the charm! The service was fantastic, very kind and caring The environment was unbelievably quaint

Renovated from a period house, the courtyard was beautiful It had a pool and hot tub with a perfect temperature and jet pressure The rooms were very clean and spacious The staff was kind enough to hold onto our bags before and after check-in/out to accommodate our flight times Plus they graciously allowed access to the pool while we waited Wonderful price compared to other hotels in the area

The room was beautiful, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom super clean! The staff was above and beyond amazing!! I cannot rave enough about everyone that worked there They are so nice and very knowledgeable about the neighborhood I was traveling alone on my first solo vacation, and they checked on me and made sure I was safe

My family and I are coming back in January and I refuse to stay anywhere else for that and all future trips

Niki DeBartolo

On arrival I was greeted by a very nice gentleman at the front desk I was a little early and my room wasn’t ready yet He gave me directions and some suggestions for places to eat and kill time

When I came back to check into my room and get situated I went in and found dead roaches on the floor I went to reception and they apologized for the issue and graciously upgraded me to a king suite The room was much bigger and nicer however the bed is incredibly uncomfortable and the sheets have stains all over There’s mold on the ceiling, toilet seat was broken, shower rod broken, floors were filthy My socks were black after being there without shoes for maybe 20 minutes I cleaned my own floors in the hotel The heater was so loud and noisy that it would wake me up and even keep me from falling asleep On my last day some random lady comes busting through the door without knocking or anything saying she didn’t think I was in here Ultimately, not impressed The courtyard is lovely and there is a hot tub which was great for a new Orleans winter The staff were all very kind and tried their best to fix what they could I’m not really a complainer but figured I should share my experience so others aren’t misled Not the worst hotel but definitely would skip on my return

Excellent hotel with decent pricing! Room was very clean and the amenities are great for those of us traveling for business This is in a perfect location to get on I-10 from the convention center while still being in walking distance of the French quarter Parking can be tricky but by using the premium parking app you know what you are in for in the area

What an enjoyable stay! The Staff is amazing! LaShonda at the front desk made me feel like I had been there a 100 times Randall offered to walk my things down to the convention center (he may have regretted it) and went above and beyond! I could go on and on as every staff member I encountered treated me and everyone I saw them encounter like we were family The hotel was very clean, updated and had a lively bar

This will be my new go to when in New Orleans!

This hotel was absolutely fantastic The staff was sooo friendly and our room was gorgeous I went stayed at this hotel for my bachelorette party and Amber was wonderful working with my mother to ensure we had 3 rooms next to each other and that there were gifts set up for us in the room

Rich was also the most incredible concierge attendant He even went out of his way to order us a fantastic ride to the airport Rich smiled at everyone who came in and made you feel like you’ve known him for years I truly loved my experience at this hotel and cannot wait to make another trip to NOLA and to the Omni Riverfront!
