Friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff who treated us like valued customers They had a nice, clean pool and gym Clean room w/ modern touches & comfortable beds, pillows

VERY nice breakfast with waffles, oatmeal, cold cereals, hot eggs, meats, pastries, yogurts, juices & milks (plain, chocolate & almond)! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quiet hotel close to highway Will definitely come here again!

Garry Norman

Very nice hotel with good amenities and the breakfast bar was greatThe staff was kind and friendlyWe did find long hairs in our bed so we called downstairs and they moved us to another room with an upgrade! But the room was 80°

When we got in and not cool enough to sleep for several hours ☹️

Michele Baty

My adult daughter and I stayed here about a week ago Check in was super fast and the front desk was friendly We were there on a Sunday and looking for something to eat; many nearby places were close because it was Sunday

She recommended the Mexican restaurant near Walmart and it was excellent! The hotel appears to be fairly new The room was a standard hotel room with coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave There was writing on the bathroom counter that was done in ink; we did notify the front desk When we came down for breakfast there were two employees talking at the front desk There was coffee but no coffee cups I grabbed one from near the juice because they were the same cup There is no water at breakfast There is a place on the juice dispenser for a flavored water That was out of order, but even if it was working, a pitcher of water would be nice They did have almond milk available in the refrigerator which I appreciated Now, the real reason I can only give two starsWhen my daughter got out of bed in the morning she saw a man’s sock in her bed That’s gross I let the front desk know as we were checking out The response was laughter I shared my concern that perhaps the sheets weren’t washed It was that or the sock got washed and missed when the bed was made She kind of apologized and then started laughing again She told me she was pretty sure the sheets were clean Then said, “I hope they were” Againthat’s disgusting I wasn’t offered a discount or reward points or even anything that appeared to be an intention to look into the issue I won’t stay here again I recommend stopping in Pryor to visit the Mexican restaurant near Walmart, but don’t spend the night unless you choose a different hotel

Had a good time, wasn’t too busy for us, only downfall is they only allowed one of the fishbowl margaritas at a time 🙄One of the nicest casinos I’ve been too Staff was friendly and attentive

For the casino being not very packed the parking lot was full (no show concert/live show) so have your walking shoes on (It’s not terrible but I know my parents wouldn’t be willing to walk the distance I had to park)

KarmaReCycled

First experience here! Loved it

Was going to spend the night, but they were sold out! I am definitely going to book in advance next time! The pool looked clean and refreshing, the lobbies and slot machines were new, well kept and clean I would recommend this to anyone looking to have a fun night out with family/friends, a loved one or even by yourself

John Vanek

Nice facility Went for a concert and decided to have dinner Route 66 cafe was pretty good and prices weren’t outrageous

Concert venue is very nice but only one entrance so getting out after took a while My biggest issue was confusing signage Had to stop employees twice to find the restaurants Plenty of parking and it was free which was very nice Not a casino person but I wouldn’t hesitate to go to another concert here Just need some “You are here” maps to get around

Don’t stay here…especially women! My daughter and I checked in late at 1130pm We woke at 7:45am with a male staff trying to enter our room! We were still asleep in bed! He used his key and would have entered completely if we hadn’t had the inner door lock toggled over When I spoke to them later, it was the same male staff who tried to get in

He was very dismissive and denied that is was 745am, then finally admitted it was him and he’s the only one there so has to start cleaning early Very alarming! Incredibly inappropriate! Room also damp and smelled moldy Signs of mold in bathroom at ceiling Terrible! Upside, the female that I reserved with might before was extremely helpful and pleasant

Stayed here for two nights Spacious park and camp sites are well spaced Camp hosts ( Butch and Sandy) were very friendly, and although my reserved space was taken by someone else they quickly found an alternative spot for us

Lake is beautiful Park is clean and well kept Restrooms and showers were goodWe will definitely returnOne star subtracted because the gates are locked at night (exit only) and on other sites where this happens a key pad entry has been installed Also you cannot keep a water hose hooked to a faucet even with a splitter ( Not every site has it’s own faucet)

C J

These people are beyond the worst people I have ever associated with The gate closes at 10 pm We and another couple got caught behind a stationary train which blocked 3 of the intersections in town cutting us off from the campground

We called and said we would be a few minutes late Like literally we estimated 5 to 10 minutes past 10 Evidently, it doesn’t matter what the circumstances are The reason they gave was that they wake up at 5 am (even though I just watched them watch TV til I left around 11) They expect you to leave your vehicle unattended at the gate all night and walk all the way to the campground Well we wouldn’t mind the walk but we aren’t leaving our vehicle unattended all night on a main road in an area we aren’t familiar with So my husband is hauling our camp from the site back to the truck on foot We both would have done it but to top it all off I’m pregnant That’s the care and attention these people give to their customers I highly recommend that people considering this campground go elsewhere

Brandon Vanderschaaf

Decent campground Nice views Be warned only some sites have water hookup while others have nothing

The biggest issue with our stay was times EVERY other campground we have stayed at offers some flexibility on times the gate are open Usually you knock on camp host door and they will let you in NOT THIS ONE Got there at 1015 due to a train blocking the normal entrance (one of three vehicles there in the same situation) and were told sorry you’re just going to have to figure it out Seriously their recommendation was just park on the road leaving your vehicle overnight and walk in a totally unlit path Absolutely the WORST service I have ever had

We showed up without reservations after abruptly leaving a dirty bed bug infested nearby La Quinta The staff here were wonderful They had a very professional appearance and demeanor and were very kind

This hotel was extremely clean in comparison to any I have stayed in since Covid The rooms just smelled clean walking in the door, and I even saw housekeepers pushing carts with bedspreads in them Most hotels don’t wash those anymore! White sheets, towels and linens, dust free room Comfortable beds The breakfast was pretty standard but great selection, very good and fresh Great coffee Very large seating area, and living room area We had a family event we were in town for and staff were accommodating offering to allow us to all visit there and even pull tables together if we wished during the afternoon and evening Nice clean pool Pool was a little small and no hot tub, but that was the only downside Nice gymGreat location We will definitely stay again Thank you to the staff that helped make our vacation wonderful

Ben McCarthy

This hotel is a gem! We were so thrilled to find a hotel of such a high quality at a reasonable price In fact, we have been paying similar prices to what we paid here at other hotels during a road trip and staying with a lot more compromises The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very, very clean! Raymond went above and beyond in taking good care of us and made our stay so refreshing and nice

Thank you!

Alicia Garrett

The hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing! The one and ONLY thing I have to say is don’t advertise a pool bigger than it actually is The max capacity for this pool is 10 people so if you are looking for a place to take your sport team, youth group or whatever group you have this would not be the pool to go to However, if your kids don’t mind like mine didn’t then by all means go and enjoy yourself! The breakfast was great and hot

There is a Walmart near by and some eating places and The Hard Rock is across the street Overall this place gets 5 stars because it deserves it!

Stayed here so we could attend a concert at the Hard Rock across the street Very nice comfortable and clean room The front desk clerk who checked us in (I think her name is Ida) was extremely polite and welcoming

She offered to call a shuttle for us to get to the concert, which we were happy to haveWe will certainly stay here again!

Jeanette I

I highly recommend Hampton Inn & Suites of Tulsa/Catoosa Our room was clean and cozy Very quiet rooms, we were in the front of the hotel and didn’t hear any noises at all

The ladies at the front desk made us feel welcome and they were very friendlyOur room was very clean and the entire place smelled fresh The beds were cozy and plenty of towels and wash clothsThere are plenty of places to eat near by And the Hard Rock Casino is close alsoThe breakfast was amazing! So many choices Not just your average continental breakfast And the dining area has plenty of seatingThe ladies taking care of the breakfast bar were very kind of considerateRoute 66 is easy to access from Hampton InnOverall just a great place to stayWe will definitely stay here again next time we are in Tulsa

Ryan Archer

I flew in to Tulsa, drove to the hotel and everything was good I had done the self check-in through the app but my key wasn’t coming up so I stopped by the front desk I was given a key without an issue and up to the room I went

The room was clean, the air conditioner was on and I was able to watch some TV, get some sleep and then get going the next morning The breakfast at the hotel was typical – strange looking egg omelet type thing, oatmeal, self make waffles – so I skipped it and went on my way There were a few fast food restaurants around the hotel and a large Hard Rock hotel/casino

Brian Bevins

Overall nice room and stay while we were in Claremore The room was very clean and had a quite atmosphere Good location with a variety of restaurants

Overall was disappointed by the lack of hot breakfast and no coffee two days in a row Other hotels have been back to serving hot breakfast for months Would recommend if your only looking for a nice stay minus the hot breakfast!

B Ryan

Thw room was clean the bed was comfortable The staff was pleasant Over all it was a decent stay, with quiet and comfortable rooms

As with other guests who’ve stayed there my only thing I was disappointed with was the breakfast One fruit type (oranges) and a selection of pre-packaged pastries and cereals I would have liked a waffle or pancake machine or maybe some hot eggs but breakfast was included and the price for the hotel was a decent deal If you just want a good night’s rest this place fits the bill perfectly

Connie

One of the best hotels we have stayed in and we stay at La Quintas all across the USVery clean, all employees were curious and friendly and tastefully decorated

Cheaper than many and you get slot of bang for this buck I would definitely stay there again Very nice breakfast

Hits why I needed sheets & towels oh yes the lovely staff will argue about giving you towels as well customer isn’t always right here… you’re looked down upon and these people think you’re less then them never will they have my business …

I have stayed here multiple times lately All stays where between 2 and 5 days There are a few good things, mostly bad

It is fairly close to the casino and there is a shuttle service The price of the hotel is decent, but for what you get it seems over priced My first time I booked online At the front desk and also in the rooms are signs saying to call to get the best rate I added a day to this stay by asking the front desk After doing so I checked online and the price was 15% less if I would have booked online The next visit I called first while I had the website open and again they quoted me a price about 15% higher The next time I had to book thru the front desk as I had lost my credit card so needed to pay cash I asked if they would honor the price on their website and the lady said they couldn’t do that, something about getting commission So apparently the signs they have up is false advertising If you are looking for a one night stay the rooms are not terrible It is in the triple digits currently so your room will be very hot when you arrive They turn the wall mounted AC off while no one is in it Takes an hour or so to get to a comfortable temp on high and set on 60 The pillows are all flat The bed is not bad It is impossible to shower without getting water all over the bathroom floor The shower curtains are terrible If you want daily housekeeping you can forget it They add a room cleaning fee to your booking but they won’t go in during your stay I had one stay of 5 days and never received housekeeping On day three of that stay I went to the front desk about 230 to ask why I had not seen housekeeping, after all I put the maid service requested sign on my day for 2 days The woman stated i must have had the do not disturb sign up(I didn’t, I checked twice and took a picture to make sure) she then rolled her eyes and said they already left for the day I asked if I could at least get fresh towels to which she seemed that was an impossible task but finally found some I asked that housekeeping come to my room the next day This of course did not happen One stay there was ground up weed left in the dresser, I told the front desk and she said housekeeping would certainly come tomorrow Three day stay and they never showedIn summary, deceptive advertising on prices, daily room cleaning fee even though you don’t get daily room cleaning, rude customer service especially from the Indian woman

Kara Robbins

This was honestly the worst room I have ever stayed in We are traveling and had a cancelled flight so we needed to place to stay the night with our kids before leaving the next day for vacation All the reviews said it was 4 out of 5 stars and very clean, with a few bad reviews but I decided to go with the positive since it heavily outweighed the negative

However I was very wrong in doing thatThe bedding was NOT clean Stains all over them and upon walking in there were several spots in the floor where it looked like something had been spilled on the carpet and not picked up Once I walked in the bathroom I spelled the strongest vomit smell and I immediately knew the “spills” on the floor was in fact someone’s vomit that they didn’t even attempt to clean upI am so disgusted that I brought my family there to stay We walked with shoes on and I wanted to touch absolutely nothingDisgusting beyond belief When I talked to the manager on the phone he hung up on me Do not stay here

I have to say man I thought this would be a success story The people at the front desk, no remorse for me sharing they have very well established infestation of bed bugs in room 204 They acted as though they had no idea there were nearly penny sized bugs in that bed

I didn’t ask for a refund and they certainly did NOT offer The bathroom was gross, I could tell they had NOT cleaned the shower in many weeks, just others people hair all over itGuys come on, you don’t offer much you’re a small hotel and your night staff shared with me how long everyone’s been there Maybe walk through the rooms every so often after house keeping, strip a bed, like idk ask guests for surveys

Kai monique

Went to visit my cousin today (6/22/22) who just made it in She decided to check out the room without her bags just in case I sat on the bed for a brief moment before seeing a hefty bed bug crawling over the pillow 🤢 not sure how the conversation went between her and the staff but this place definitely has bedbugs on the second floor

And the beds are kinda hard, elevator is hot and smells a little funny😬

I booked my room a week in advance My husband called the day before check in to make sure everything was still set for us He was told that it was, everything was good to go

My sister goes to the front desk early the morning of check in to see if they could put her and her kids on the same floor as me and my kids They tell her to give them a little bit to make sure, people are still checking out, let them see if they can make it happen I get a phone call around 10:30am, shortly after she leaves the hotel, informing me there was a problem with our room When I answered the phone the girl at the front desks says “the problem with your room is it’s not available”…the way she said it made me think she had called the wrong person, almost like we had already spoke I said, what do you mean? She says it’s not available, we can put you in a different room for a discounted price I said does the other room have a jacuzzi in it, she said “no I just told you it was unavailable” At this point, I’m more fed up with her junk attitude than anything, so I tell her I would talk to my husband and let her know He calls and they tell him that the website I used over booked them I USED THEIR WEBSITE He decides to find a different hotel My sister shows up at the hotel, since she had also made reservations there a week in advance, to check in around 3:30 They tell her at the front desk that they don’t have the joining room there that she booked either We booked here so my niece could have a pool party for her birthday and they completely ruined that, the customer service was the absolute worse!

Mixed feelings about our stay The room was clean and recently renovated, so that part of the stay was fine However, it had to be the noisiest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in

The highway noise and the constant flapping of the flags on the flagpoles outside were pretty annoying The train just across the street was absolutely awful Recommend you bring earplugs or ask for a room on the back side of the hotel To top it off, had to dig behind the bed to unplug the headboard accent light since we could not find a switch

mc c

I have mixed feelings We stayed here mainly for the indoor pool 100 degrees outside, inside pool was absolutely freezing

No one wanted to get in The kids got in for a few min and got out, said it was too cold Front desk said it was Upper 70’s degrees No way, it was ice cold Also, the pool had a light that was dangling off the side with the wiring all exposedThe bathroom fan didn’t work and no light by the mirror The breakfast was pretty goodNo fitness room when we were there, looked like it was being worked on Front desk service was hit or miss Went by several times and no one there Hit the bell several times, no one showed It was pretty late, but didn’t know they don’t man the desk overnight We stayed 2 nights and decided to leave Went down the street and got a room at the Hotel Pryor It was actually a little cheaper and the outdoor pool was def warmer and refreshing in the outside heatWe went to Disney by Grand Lake and the lake water was way warmer then the pool at Holiday Inn

Absolutely the BEST hotel I have had the pleasure to stay for several days! I was able to choose my room, check in and get a digital key all before I left Texas for my mini vacation with familyUpon arrival, staff greeted us like family and our room was OUTSTANDING! They even asked if we wanted to schedule housekeeping while we were there They had a great selection of food items we were able to purchase and solve our late arrival and hunger pains without needing to get back in our car

Cleanest, nicest room and it had a ceiling fan which was great for keeping us comfortable Much like a furnished apartment with dishes, full size fridge, etc You must visit their super clean indoor pool and out side putt putt areas Wonderful for the whole familyOh! Breakfast had so many choices and changed each morning we were there Fresh fruit, make your own waffles, egg omelets, sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, danishes, muffins and the list goes on! It worked fantastic for everyone and it never seemed crowded even though the parking lot was almost completely full I’m definitely staying here on all my Tulsa visits

Great spacious rooms Very clean all throughout the hotel Love the kitchens, the burners in the rooms are fantastic they put out great heat and cook things very well

Love the garden/patio out back Absolutely gorgeous AND they have a putting green 11/10 I’ve stayed in many hotels across many states for work and by far this is one of the very best

Jennifer Kraybill

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in so far! Extremely updated, stylish, clean and safe As a solo traveler traveling with my dog, I felt right at home The outdoor area was amazing with a fire, plenty of seating, a gazebo, mini-golf area, etc

I was able to walk my dog behind the hotel around a school area and non-busy street I highly recommend becoming a member with the App and using the digital key Every door was opened right from my phone in seconds

Avoid this hotelThe management needs to train their staff if they want to improve this locationThe Bad:Room was clean when we arrived for a 4 day stay but was never cleaned after that

I went to the front desk twice for clean towels Even after I noted the issue with the front desk the room was never cleaned I noticed the stairwell hadn’t been cleaned since we got there eitherYoung man at the desk wasn’t really rude, but gave the impression he could care less we were there and that maybe we were a bother Kept his ear buds on so maybe we couldn’t distract him? More interested in his phone then taking care of customersThe Better:The ladies at the front desk were nice Shower pressure was great, and breakfast was good

Codey Smith

When you book a place mainly for hot tub and they have no working hot tub and apparently haven’t for over two months, but simply can’t even let people know that before booking and can’t get your money back to go somewhere else

Not to mention check in at 3 we show up and 4 and room all not ready I’ll never go to one again False advertisement at its finest Pool area is also a lot smaller than pictures represent Prob smallest pool area I’ve even seen at a Hotel Otherwise rooms and place are nice and relatively clean Just for simple fact of false advertisement if I could give zero stars I would very disappointed

Lobby area looked clean, ice machine by lobby had towels around it on the floor Desk staff nice Upon entering room I checked cleanliness of bed, as I’m always concerned sheets may not be changed

Unfortunately, there was no doubt they clearly had not been changed “Stains” with hair mixed in the stain on one bed and crumbs on the other I asked for clean sheets to make them myself Talked to a “manager” and I requested a Discount for having to make my own beds She said she would talk to desk and see what they could do They offered a different room, but if those hadn’t been changed the other beds probably hadn’t While changing the beds there was a live bug in the blanket I was hoping this was “nothing” but saved it to show my husband and kids My kids are nurses and confirmed for me that it did appear to be a bedbug We also found a yellow pill on the floor Very concerning if small child had been in room Bug and pill was brought down to staff, and we checked out Refund is pending on my credit card Very nice Fairfield inn close to that Stayed there for nearly same price Big difference in both cleanliness and staff appearance and behavior
