If you’re going to Disney this is a great hotel to stay at They have one of the best breakfast selections of any Marriott I’ve stayed at The room and bathroom were a little smaller than I was expecting
It was convenient being right across from a small Target as wellWe ate dinner twice at Flamingo grill and it was delicious both times! The kids enjoyed the pool while we waited for food We would definitely stay here again
Caleb Davison
A fantastic place to stay that’s super close to Disney world This place was super clean and had an awesome huge pool which is shared with the other Marriott hotel next door It was never really that busy during the week that we stayed there
The breakfast was also really good Keep in mind that a lot of high schools use this hotel for their marching bands performing at Disney World Because of this, one morning, when we went to eat breakfast, they were out of pre-made Mickey waffles and the line for the regular waffle maker was super long We ended up eating breakfast elsewhere just that one dayI did not need it, but take note that if you do need transportation, they offer it, but it is not freeI will be staying here again the next Disney trip that I plan!
Jose Ortega
Great stay conveniently less than 5-10 minutes from the Disney Parks Staff was friendly and check In was quick and easy The 4 elevators work fast and our room was clean and ready
The restroom could use some renovation simple tub The TV placement to the right of our bed was really annoying so unconventional and awkward to see TV that we didn’t bother on the 3 nights The room we got was a suite and came well equipped with full size fridge, microwave and many another stuff It also had an office table and sofa The bed was really comfortable As for the breakfast, the staff was friendly and offered a big selection of breakfast including the cutest waffles shaped like Mickey Mouse They have good hours for breakfast and have a restaurant that also closes late at night in between both hotels Universal Orlando is about 30 minute drive (no traffic) and about 50 minute drive with traffic There isn’t any restaurants nearby other than Starbucks and Five Guys burgers There is a CVS and target Highly recommend this place to be near Disney!

The enjoyable things about this golf day was the starter and the great quality of this course That being said, I will never return to this golf course The gentleman who runs the clubhouse, Vince is by far the rudest individual I’ve met
I play golf 4 times a month minimum and have never had someone talk to me the way he did He rolled his eyes as if I were a bother to him and was raising his voice when I had a question about the charges that I thought I paid online I asked him to speak politely Lastly, I watched his interaction with some gentlemen before me and he was very nice and all smiles with them All I can say is that the only difference from them and me is that I am not white and they were From the moment I walked up to him he had an attitude I will never play there again and will never recommend this course to anyone all because of the rudeness of Vince!!
Michael G
Unbelievable golf and a hidden gem The other poor ratings will mention the construction However, the construction will not be forever and when it’s finished it will be the best stay and play in Orlando
We played the private course and it was in immaculate shape The fairways were cut tight and the greens were rolling 🤩 if you visit before the construction, you will need to ask for directions to each tee The par 3 island green was difficult but fun and the front 9 was significantly harder than the back Highly recommend this course
Todd David
Until the construction is done, find another place to play First the positives: the staff is very nice and the course condition is good But there is so much construction going on in the overall complex that it’s a bit like a war zone
Also, no amenities, not even water, provided as part of the fee Note that it’s a very different type of lay-out: links in style of St Andrews One could really use a caddie or detailed hole by hole guidance , but neither was provided

While I had issues with no bellmen or woman or carts being available making a pair of 65 year lug everything upstairs Everything is what you would expect for this high end resort I will say what put them at 5 stars is the service recovery provided There were no freebies given nor requested
The manager called me less than 10 minites after I completed the issue form and took ownershi of the issue

Staying here may be pricier than others in Orlando, but so worth it! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are impressive, and the pool area is above and beyond! They let us check in extra early, got a free upgrade to king, and were accommodating when we had a family emergency and had to check out a day early Be sure to make time for the pool, it has a lazy River where you can float your stress away If you need a little more, the servers in the pool area are awesome!

Love this hotel Convenient to Disney parks and very nice inside The pool was heated and the man restaurant and bar is open to outside
The rooms were clean and updated The only issue we had was that our room was at the very end of the building this building is huge! It was a 5 minute walk once getting off the elevator But overall a great stay with great staff
Liam Chamberlain
Honestly, I would have given it a 25* if that was possible Comparing this to a universal (3* resort), this is wayyyy worse! The service from the staff in the hotel from start to finish has been poor! We had to ask twice for our room to be cleaned…
this didn’t happen until day 5 of our 7 night stay and still that didn’t really happen, one bed made and the other not We had to ask for new towels Before they hadn’t supplied, no water or anything until we demanded in reception Nobody seems bothered, a lack of enthusiasm and willingness to help We had to wait 30 minutes for the bell person to come along for our bag storage? Why?Wouldn’t recommend to be honest I don’t think it’s worth the money at all…and to top it off we were charged $350 resort charge at the end of the stay which we had no idea about 🤦🏼♂️The only positive I have to stay, it’s some of the bar staff in the pool bar are lovely Apart from that…wouldn’t consider returningOverall this hotel represents poor service, expensive and a wasted opportunity for what could be amazing! 🤷🏼♂️

I had an amazing five day stay at this resort ! Everything from the pools to the room service was fantastic Staff was very friendly and quick to bring extra towels The resorts amount of activities was enough for an entire day to stay occupied
Denny’s breakfast discount takes $8 off/per person, which was my biggest question but quickly resolved with Denny’s I would totally go back and recommend this place to anyone traveling Thanks for such a wonderful stay ! I would love to visit again
Zayra Belfort
Arriving at the hotel, I was supposed to attend a talk and they would give me $150 It turns out that I am single (they knew it at the time of my reservation) and I am not entitled to the tour because I do not have a partner The first day, they did not clean our room
The second day, they made the beds and threw out the trash but didn’t put out the towels And today, which is the last night here, when I arrived at 12:15 am, the room key did not open the room and I had to go in the car to the clubhouse to have the key reprogrammed The worst thing is that this morning before leaving for the Parks, I spoke at the reception to claim the towels and make sure everything was going to be fine and this was the result After 10pm, there is no one at the hotel reception The worst service I have received in the last 10 years I had to put a star because I had no other choice Think twice before coming here I do not recommend it at all
Jonathan Craig
The elevator, like the keys to our room, only worked sometimes TV was small Maid service was okay
Water came in under the door in the stairwell The room was smelly and muggy, so I tried to take a cold shower I couldn’t get even a cool shower The shower water was too hot The exhaust vent in the bathroom did not work well at all The fridge worked, but not the freezer part The coffee came out watery in the room Maybe I did it wrong

We are just returning from a 5 night stay at The Grove It was a terrible experience Listed are the reasons we will never return Hope to give someone insight that I didn’t have when booking
1 The mattresses had no mattress protectors This in itself is absolutely disgusting2 We ran out of toilet paper two times and had to wait for “room service” Thank goodness there were no emergencies, because help was hard to find3 Had to call for towels on multiple occasions We had just come home from the parks and all I wanted was a shower and bed When we returned to the room there were no towels I had to wait, exhausted for someone to bring them up4 There was no staff to clean the pool areas Around the pool deck there was trash On many occasions the staff just walked by One time my husband and I even witnessed someone walk by a heap of pretzels with a dustpan in hand At this point my husband and I had enough and checked out the next day5 There was no one skimming the pool or checking the chlorine It may be going on behind the scenes, but having experience with pool care, it would be nice to see an active chlorine check6 The food was terrible The salsa seemed to be pasta sauce with some seasoningI was so very disappointed as this is the only FL vacation my family and I take all year We were trying to save money, but it wasn’t worth it There is a reason the prices are affordableHoping this helps others when making a decision
Bev Reese
Nothing fancy, but resort was new and easy I recommend I liked that it felt like it was in the middle of nowhere because of all the trees, even though it is only a few miles from Disney
And I liked that we could park our car on the same level, then just walk a few feet to our room My kids loved the water slides and pools and surfing and the arcadeThe rooms are basic but were bigger than I expected, and I liked that they have 2 desks and a large table for anyone that needs to do remote work or school work I also liked that the balcony had a screen so we could leave the doors open and not worry about bugsStaff was very helpful and accommodating Breakfast at Valencia was excellent
Suzanne Ratcliff
We had a great stay March 5-9, 2022 Our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit was perfect for our family traveling with 2 teens and grandparents (6 total) We couldn’t believe how warm the pool water was in early March
A lot of hotels heat the pools, but then still feel too cold for adults to enjoy The pools were perfect and walk-right-in temps! We enjoyed the giant pool and lazy river at the water park, as well as the poolside bar My teen loved the flow rider Disney parks were an easy commute I loved the beautiful palm tree lined road to the resort entrance, especially at night all lit up Great trip!

Absolutely five stars! Customer service tops the list as it was absolutely exceptional The entire Hotel was immaculately clean and everyone had Smiles on their faces when they greeted guests Rooms were spacious and had wonderful amenities, such as an espresso machine, plum wine machine, Bose speakers and European style showers
Took our kids and had connecting rooms, and it couldn’t have been a better setup Close to everything and yet, if you wanted, you really don’t even have to leave the hotel grounds as there is so much to do for kids of all ages A+

What an amazing place to spend a vacation Everything here is of exceptional quality, the staff are truly friendly, professional and attentiveThe rooms are spacious and clean
Our room had a view of Disney and Epcot, so we got to see the fireworks from our balcony, every nightThe pools had plenty of chairs, towels and a wait staff that brings drinks to your chair The pools are great for families and they even had a pool for over 21 as wellAs we spent most of our vacation visiting the parks, we didn’t have alot of time exploring everything the resort had to offer Next time we intend to spend more time at the resort, because there is so much to do
Christian Roche
Amazing beautiful resort! I visited this resort while on vacation in Orlando and although I had been following the resort since it opened I was completely blown away when I first saw it in person The attention to detail is on another level the lobby had beautiful floors with hand layed mosaic tile, there where plenty of options when it came to food and when I ate at the pool bar the food was great and I was treated to amazing service All in I would highly recommend this resort and i I hope that some day I can stay there and experience it even more

Excellent Disney resort I like that the hotel had its own individual sections rather than one single building The pool was really good actually
The beach although artificial was still interesting to look at This resort is also just a boat ride from Magic Kingdom also so it’s very convenient as well This is a nice resort and I wouldn’t mind staying here again at some point
Elizabeth Tate
For the most premium resort at Disney, this place lives up to expectations without being uncomfortable I’ve been to Ritz Carlton’s in the past, and that’s what this feels like without everybody dressed like they are utterly perfect all the time Everybody at this place is normal 🙌🏻The employees are fun to talk to, the food is great, and the front desk goes above and beyond to figure out reservation and ticket problems
Everybody is super sweet, and we met multiple people that said they have been working there for the past 20 years which spoke to a positive workplace experiencePerfect for kids, perfect for adults, what more could you ask for?!
Bryan Jasin
We enjoyed our stay here at the Grand Floridian First and foremost it feels a tad dated and old You get the sense it needs a facelift but still classic
Many food options with varying price points It’s great to be right on the monorail as well My girls loved all the pools Cast was very helpful and attentive We ate at 2 of the on property restaurants and service was slow

Charm Stone
We love this hotel It is an excellent location located close to Disney and Disney Springs area The many pools that you can take advantage of are incredible
There are lazy rivers, slides and kiddie splash areas, along with quite a few regular pool areas This is a great resort for families The restaurants are good value and quite simply you never have to leave It has everything you need right there There are shuttle buses to take you to Disney Parks or Disney Springs We didn’t take advantage We drove to Disney Springs Every employee we came in contact with was extremely professional and friendly Don’t hesitate to visit We have been twice and will definitely visit again
Bri
Gerald at the front desk is exceptional! The rooms were very very clean Nice that they have several pools and 2 lazy rivers, mini golf AND you can see the Epcot fireworks from the back of the hotel Overall great experience
Be aware though that whatever your booking price is there will be resort fees and you will have to pay for parking, so it will end up being more than the initial booking fee (however, I think it’s still worth it)You are able to walk around the property and lake and see turtles and giant carp which we also found neat

Beautiful, clean and modern hotel within walking distance to the Magic Kingdom The monorail runs through the hotel which is super convenient given how hot the weather can be – it’s so nice to wait for it in the A/CWe stayed in a Garden View room in the garden wing, and loved how quiet and low key it was, as compared to staying in the main tower
It literally took us 2-3 minutes to walk over to the pool each day, we loved it!Front desk staff is kind and always looking to help And there’s a nice coffee/smoothie shop in the hotel lobbyCan’t wait to stay again!

Beautiful rooms with The Incredibles theme Bathroom in the room was amazing with a walk in shower, wonderful lighting and a separate closed off toiletWe did have an issue the very first night very late, but Tad at the front desk was fantastic with helping to resolve the issue
Todd and Jim with Concierge more than made up for our issue and really made some magical moments for us!The monorail was a fabulous amenity and the walk to Magic Kingdom was less than 5 minutes Dining options at the resort were wonderful and convenient with everything being in the same buildingHave stayed here before and will definitely stay here again!

The room was small but perfect for our needs Love how the second queen bed folds up into the wall, freeing up floor space and revealing a small dining table The pocket doors on the bathroom are solid and worked great, very smooth
The dual shower heads were a pleasant surprise The beds were very comfortable We had people on both sides of us but we never heard a peep It took a little while for the room temp to get down to one that we liked Everything was very clean and when I called guest services from the room, they were very friendly and helpful
Connie Aerts
It’s a very fun hotel The only things that I didn’t like was the rooms was so tiny and outdated They have a pull down bed and if you use it there is absolutely hardly no room to move around at all
It also gets very loud as the walls seen very thin You can honestly hear everything your neighbors are doing Also I hated that room service would just show up at anytime in the morning and wake you up and if you asked if they could come back they got upset Also the housekeeping was horrible They only came and took the garbage and never restocked any towels, toilet paper or even cleaned We had to call front desk both times to have all the delivered to our room Other than that it was amazing The front desk is very helpful and friendly The pools and activities they have each night is awesome It’s definitely a place I would stay again of they fix the few little flaws
Ida Mendoza
The staffs is super awesome each and every one There was some challenges with the room but the staff make sure to make us feel good and accommodate us to our needs We can’t thank the staff enough for going above and beyond to make sure we are pleased! Thanks to everyone that made it possible and make sure we are happy with our stay
I’m sure if it would off be another hotel they wouldn’t do such a great job Thank you to all for all your hard work

Wonderful place to stay We have stayed at numerous DVC resorts and this is one of my favorites I had resisted staying there for quite a while thinking I wouldn’t like it because of the location, but it worked out fine for us
We drove to some of the parks from the lodge because of the distance to some of the other parks If you don’t have a car, this might be a problem Also in regards to cars, it has the best self parking of any resort I have stayed at on Disney property The staff exceeded our expectations in every measure If you choose a savanna view room, it is wonderful watching zebras, giraffes, etc from inside your room or on your balcony The one bedroom is also set up nicely if you have five people staying in the room even if one is not an infant
Kayleigh DeGolier
Love the experience at Kidani Village The rooms are beautiful and comfortable and you really can’t beat the experience of watching animals right outside your roomA few things to be mindful of: parking is EXTREMELY limited
If you can get a space and not move your vehicle by using Disney transportation during your stay, do it That said though, while Disney buses are pretty easy to use you have to keep in mind that Animal Kingdom lodge sits on one of the furthest points on the property so make ample time for getting to the parks or Disney springs if you have reservations The only park that is a quick ride is of course Animal KingdomOtherwise it is a wonderful resort on Disney property to stay at if you keep those things in mind
Brad Lafortune
This resort is more than just somewhere to stay, it’s an experience If you, a family member, or a loved one is a fan of safari animals or, even moreso, the Lion King, staying here is a must Being able to see giraffes, Zebras, wildebeests, and much more from your window is an incredible experience
Every detail from inside the room with the decor, to the pool and lobby – everything is thought out and meticulously planned to immerse you in the experience

Lovely resort, beautiful courses, good food, incredibly friendly staff, and a very big room with a lot of amenities On the down side: expensive and the decor was very dated They had announced that they were undergoing a renovation shortly after my visit, though, and my assumption is that the renovated rooms are going to be amazing– the rest of the operations were top notch

We can’t wait to come back! We stayed here for our short but sweet trip to Disney – checked in on Monday and out on Friday The entire staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful There is so much to do from swimming, floating down one of the lazy rivers, mini golf, corn hole, shuffleboard, and so many places to eat or grab a drink on site! All the parks are less than 15 minutes away
They have a shuttle you can take but it only runs certain times We didn’t use it so I’m not sure of the capacity or how quickly it fills up but it’s a good option if you’re looking to save money on parking! Everything in our room was perfectly clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed! We walked the boardwalk around the resort the first night to take it all in – it’s beautiful! Very family friendly but a nice place for couples or groups of friends as well! We talked all week about how we want to come back and stay here for a whole week and just enjoy the resort!

Great atmosphere and helpful people! Really enjoyed the amenities and the lake/pool views are worth it The rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable, either that or all the Disney walking got to me!! Loved walking around the lake, lots of fish and birds to seeThe only downsides I experienced are guests saving poolside chairs for people who are not there yet and parking (they have a parking garage which worked for us but it can be difficult for some)
If you can overlook these – it will be an incredible time!
Kristin Banks
I seriously wish I could live here!!!! Our stay was amazing! Easy check in, even accommodated an early check in Friendly staff Great bartenders and drinks! Just a quick ride to Disney parks
Pools are warm and clean and not too crowded I don’t have a bad thing to say! This was our second visit here and definitely won’t be our last 👏🥳🙂

Truly magical experience (exactly as you’d expect from Disney!) The hotel itself was beautiful The staff was amazing and very helpful We had a safari view room and waking up to have coffee on the balcony with a giraffe right in front of you is amazing
There were evening activities for the kids, like making s’mores beside the wildlife area The pool was great, with more fun activities for the kids My only complaint is the Mara quick service food location on site was not that great but was pretty pricey The saving grace was the gift shop off the lobby had some groceries that made for easy breakfasts before heading to the parks The regular transportation to and from the parks made everything really easy
Joey Gibson
This was definitely a magical experience! The Animal Kingdom Lodge, Jambo house We had a Savannah view which was super cool to look out and see the giraffe and all of the other animals Everything was very clean and all of the staff members were super friendly
We loved the pool and all of the other outdoor areas The only things we didn’t enjoy was the Mara restaurant The food was not very good at all I would without a doubt recommend to stay here you or anyone in your families into African wildlife
I T
Very little Disney Magic here Paid $840 per night including taxes to stay over Memorial Day weekend Facilities are 4-star, but customer service is 2-star at best
There is no in-room dining They only service your room every two days, which on its own based on room prices is a little outrageous, but as others have stated, they also give you a really hard time about getting your room serviced even when they only do it every two days If you judge it by the attitude of the Lodge staff, Disney just doesn’t care anymore Disney management has figured out that they can raise prices while dramatically lowering Disney’s level of customer service and the masses will still comeSeeing the few animals outside your room is cool, but not worth the 70% premium Your money is better spent at a hotel with better amenities, better value and a higher level of customer service

The review score accurately portrays this resort I recently stayed 2 nights in a normal room and was impressed I will say it was a bit pricey for my personal taste as an annual passholder, but I had a much better experience than my prior stay at a good neighbor hotel
The beds were extremely comfortable and I really need to get one myself The food choices were great I ate breakfast at the cafe both mornings and enjoyed itThe pool was nice, but it was funny that they had more lifeguards than people at the pool area in JanuaryThe bus schedule was great, we never had to wait more than 10 minutes or for a second bus
Gabriel Aubry
I went with my girlfriend No kids It is a really nice resort
It is not the most “Disney themed ” resort, but it has a beautiful pool, slide, splash park A really nice pool bar as well We were in one of the furthest room from the main building Honestly it was a charm It took max 2 or 3 minutes to walk to the lobby If you are lucky enough to get the river view, it is stunning The gardens are beautiful The service is well Disney standards It is a relaxing resort while being a nice family resort
Anna James
This is one my favorite Disney resorts! We had a wonderful stay and I will definitely return here! Pool is awesome, rooms were clean, and the overall feel of the resort is awesome! Not too big but spacious Staff was very kind and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome!Only reason it’s not 5 is the front desk is impossible to reach Our flight got cancelled and we were at the airport scrambling at 8 am
I sat on hold calling the resorts number for TWO HOURS trying to see if we could add another night Just for a random service member to answer and say he couldn’t get ahold of the front desk but they are probably at capacity I understand it was busy so that’s fine that they couldn’t extend my stay a night, but I waited hours for a yes or no when hotels were going so fast as a storm cancelled almost all flights out of Orlando Then when I said “it kind of sucks that we still weren’t technically checked out yet and were still in our resort stay and couldn’t even reach a single person” he had the audacity to say “well it’s 11 you’ve been checked out” Yes, but I began the whole process at 8 AM It is kind of ridiculous that the customer service is so great in person but if you aren’t right in front of their face they don’t really care about you We spent thousands of dollars on our trip and we can’t get some one to answer the phone? They need to spread that energy out instead of concentrating it in one place…

Ended up staying here since to hotel offered great transportation to the Disneyland parksLobby – Place is really nice and updated with absolutely great service They also have a cafeteria to grab food on the go or sit and eat with decent selection
Rooms – Nice and clean with bed frames that are shaped as ships, but rooms aren’t as big so you always end up bumping legs into the odd bed frame shape Everything is good except I feel as if I was in a updated Motel 6 room, including the common groundsStaff – Great service from shuttles, checking in, room service, pool staff etcPool – Great pool area that’s fun for small or teen kids, they have slides and also a little kids area for the younger ones They do provide vest for the kids tooPricing – Its probably one of the least expensive from others but still offers a lotOverall cool place with great staff

Our stay at this beautiful resort was everything you could ask for It was large and spread out but the location made it worth the few extra steps you had to walkOur check in was effortless, the dining room was good, and the rooms were spacious
The best part was the sky liner being right there We were able to zip on and get to either Hollywood Studios, or Epcot in a matter of minutesWe did get to spend a few afternoons at the pool which the kids loved Wonderful memories were made here😀
Samantha B
Rooms were nice and fit everyone comfortably, the beach was pretty The cafeteria was good and not too pricey The pools were awesome! There are easy places to get water
The BEST thing about this hotel is the easy access to gondolas that take you to Epcot and Hollywood Studios! Fast and easy! The busses will get you to the other parks and can be a little crammed Overall, would 100% stay here again

Beautiful, beautiful resort Our room was spacious and quiet, the pool is amazing, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was helpful The only reason I took one star off was because some of the towels in the bathroom were dirty when we arrived
However when we let the staff know they quickly brought us new, clean towels We are already thinking of coming back to this hotel for our wedding weekend – we just loved it!
Laura Lynn Brooks
This property is beautiful! I loved every detail that they put into it I wish I had given myself a day at just the resort to enjoy it more It is not over the top Disney, which was perfect in my opinion
Great food options, Three Bridges bar had great drinks The rooms were great It is a very LARGE property but it was enjoyable to walk around Loved the Spanish music that played throughout the property They have buses that will go to the parks, felt like the wait was minimal Highly recommended for a Disney vacation
Carrie Webster
This resort is definitely worth the slightly higher price per room over the cheaper Disney hotels The whole campus is so nice with lots of places to eat, both sit down and quick service Pools are nice, lobby with the bar is great, everywhere is always clean
The path around the lake is nice I would definitely stay here again Very friendly staff as well

We’ve stayed here a couple of times The condo rooms are very nice The houses are nice for large families especially the ones with their own pool
There’s plenty to do There are several nice pools, a lake, and a putt putt course It’s a great place for kids and adults We stayed with family on their time share Otherwise I don’t know details about staying here
Nayeli Gonzalez
Really great hotel stay, I was worried it would be terrible from the other reviews but don’t let them fool you The room was clean and the towel were also super clean They have pools that are open quite late and kids can be there the alcohol drinks are also really good
Disney fireworks can also be seen from the back There’s zip lining everything overall a great stay and you can also get complimentary breakfast The front desk was amazing as well very nice guy and super helpful
Melanie Pendergrass
The rooms were overall nice and clean, we did have a 🪳 sitting on our toothbrush in the middle of the night though So we had to purchase a new one We also did a late night swim in which we were the only ones at the pool one night (pool by the welcome center), the only other person we saw come through was the pool keeper who was cleaning and moving chairs
Needless to say my husband left with no Reef flip flops because they went missing and were never turned in We never even left the pool area without them So definitely be vigilant of ALL of your stuff on this property even around the workers who you should be able to trust The pools were nice Food at Big Kahunas was good The trust issue and the 🪳 are the two big mark downs The lady who we reported the missing shoes to in the check in building was very nice We did sit through a timeshare presentation, the room in which everyone was sitting for their presentation was very loud and distracting, every presenter we’ve sat through (other properties as well) use an aggressive approach so just be aware This approach doesn’t work with us and we have experienced it 3 times total so a recommendation is to use a diff approach potentially because it doesn’t work with everyone, maybe feel out your potential buyers better
