This is an absolutely beautiful area!!! And it’s a bit hidden so you get that nice disconnect while maintaining your comfort getaway The golf course (9 hole) was challenging yet fun The food and service was wonderful and pleasant
Everything was very clean and well maintained Can’t wait to go back for another getaway Sewanee in general is beautiful!!!
Robert McTaggart
The Sewanee Inn is an excellent hotel! Everything is first class The pillows are soft, they towels are luxurious, the coffee maker has its own sink and there is a nightlight in the room The shower is great and the bathroom has an exhaust fan, unlike most hotels
Half of the rooms have a view of the golf course The restaurant has excellent food The prices of the rooms are very reasonable for the quality This is a great place to relax

We stayed here for a short vacation The room had 2 queen beds Wasn’t to impressed with the beds
Both were rather hard and squeaked when you moved any amount For a pillow topped mattress it was quite uncomfortable Decent size room for 2 adults 2 kids 10 and under Bathroom was nice, the shower head and water pressure was great The tub was low and was easy to step in The air conditioning was rather tricky You had to leave it on 65 and it took 5 hours to cool the room from 71 to 68 degrees If you turned the air above 65 the room would become very hot quickly When you pressed any button on the thermostat it would show nothing but a blue screen Staff was super friendly and the coffee shop down stairs was great I was rather disappointed about the pool being taken out to Make a roof top bar when the website showed that there was still an indoor pool I chose this hotel because of the indoor pool I was quite aggravated with Shane for lying to my children and saying it was just broken and then Jake telling them the next night what really happened The spa with Patrick was the best part of the whole stay I had the best time and he made me feel like we had known each other forever The services this spa offers are top notch Patrick even answered me by email very quickly even though he was relaxing by his pool This spa is worth every single penny I spent If it hadn’t been for Patrick and his wonderful staff, I would have move to another hotel Tuesday morning I did get a decent price for each night but the only reason I paid what I paid is because of the indoor pool Total let down on that part
Jason Niziol
The service was outstanding Front desk staff, valet and restaurant workers were the friendliest I have ever met Super nice people that really care about their guests
They were also quick to respond for requests for extra towels and toiletries The valet is super quick The restaurant service was outstanding We ate there two nights and the food was hit or miss Breakfast was pretty good and I recommend their homemade biscuits I was a bit surprised that there was hardly anybody eating there It was like a ghost town And they forgot to clean my room one day It’s a solid, modern huge hotel which has great potential and the employees are the best
J.R. Donnici
This hotel his beautiful and always my go-to when my life is falling apart The staff in the spa (as long as it isn’t closed on Mondays) are amazing people that help you feel great The hotel staff especially Brandon at the front desk are incredibly kind and helpful
The rooms are very nice, and the coffee shop is very tasty in the mornings Overall a great package, just be aware that some amenities are closed on some days, so plan accordingly

Nice hotel, aesthetically pleasing Functionally, the rooms lack comfort for the price The rooftop bar, the whiskey thief is great
The view from the pool area is amazing I would really call it more of a bathtub, not a pool The bathroom was the best part of a hotel room I would stay here again but would shop for a better deal than the $400 we paid for the night
Joshua Small
A quick get away for the wife and I This was an awesome location being right next to the pedestrian bridge and downtown Rooftop pool area very nice
Unfortunately was raining when we wanted to be out there so didn’t enjoy as much as we’d have liked Views from Whiskey thief are awesome and atmosphere very cool Overall a tad on the pricy side, but very nice to have the restaurant, views, pool, and access to the city all very near Rooms were very quiet and clean with a really cool artsy vibe Lounges were also very nice with a fireplace to set the mood Would only critique the staff every so slightly as we were looking for the Whiskey Thief and felt the staff could have been more helpful in directing us
Chris Gordon
The location for this hotel is unbeatable It was wonderful to have direct access to the pedestrian Bridge over the Tennessee River as well as it being just a short walk to various touristy areas in downtown Chattanooga The rooms were topnotch – I can’t think of any aspect that fell short
Service was also perfect They accommodated our schedule and came during our requested time frame each day That was especially nice since so many hotels have cut their service since returning to operations after covid The Whitebird restaurant provided excellent meals throughout the day as well

We really loved this hotel It has a great location that was walking distance to many of the places one might like to visit in downtown Nashville We were able to walk to the Titans’ stadium in about 15 minutes
The hotel has an elegant art deco vibe and a trendy rooftop bar I would be more than happy to stay here again on future visits to Nashville
Matthew Chase
Not exactly the best hotel room Reminds me a lot of those ridiculously tiny rooms in NYC where as when you get out of bed, you end up hitting into a wall Wasn’t even able to open our suitcase unless it was on top of the bed
Our room had a mildew/wet smell that they offered to cover up with an air freshener…I guess that works considering the windows don’t open so there’s no other option Amenities were bleak, no closet or ironing board/iron Not a must but usually that’s a basic item to have available Room design was nice and modern with an oversized TV Might have just seemed oversized when comparing to room size (lol) Throughout the night/day we could hear an awful trumpet player in the alley Wouldn’t have minded if they were any good and didn’t keep playing the same sound over and over Possibly they will get better with time and it will be a smooth melody by the time you end up staying hereI’d rank it a 2 star but they do deserve an extra star for the customer service People at the front desk and doormen were very kind and welcoming, but maybe that just comes with the whole southern hospitality
Jane Pierouchakos
I did a lot of research when selecting a hotel to stay in Nashville, and I’m so glad I picked the Noelle! Our room was quite spacious It faced the stadium, and there were no issues with noise from the street The white noise machine in the room was a nice touch though
I loved that we were provided with refillable water bottles and had access to a water station on each floor The hotels in downtown Nashville are quite pricey, but I thought the Noelle was well worth the cost

We paid for 3 rooms, I checked into the rooms through my app I got rooms keys on my phone We arrived 2 hours after check in time
The first room we walked into was ready for us When we walked into the second room this was not cleaned I walked up to house keeping to ask why the room I have a key for was not cleaned and he said he wasn’t house keeping he was just helping house keeping trying to catch up After speaking with the front desk they sent a supervisor up to clean it since they were short staffed We did get free breakfast for the inconvenience, which was greatly appreciated After being in the rooms a few hours, I kept feeling like I was stepping on little things on the ground Come to find out, we were stepping on dog food, we don’t own any dogs I even found a half empty water bottle laying on the floor by one of the beds After that I just felt so uncomfortable and disgusted My mind couldn’t stop thinking about how unclean the rooms were What a shame for such a lovely hotel Cleanliness is why I choose to stay at Hilton brand hotels, this is why I gave it a 3 star reviewWhat a delightful hotel, the views are beautiful, the food in the dinning was tasty and decently priced even my young adults and littles like it The front desk employees where friendly and so kind The wait staff in the dinning room where friendly and very attentive The best part was the water slide and the pool area My family enjoyed that a lotI don’t feel comfortable staying at this hotel again because of the way the rooms where cleaned or should I say lack of cleanliness It’s a huge hotel and they didn’t even have enough staff for 1 house keeper for each floor It’s a shame because my family enjoyed all the other amenities that were offered but I choose staying at hotels for the cleanliness
Nana Debbie
the room was clean and had everything we needed other then enough coffee but when I asked at desk they always gave me some The staff was all very friendly and so helpful Marina in the lounge was so so very nice and we so enjoyed visiting with her in the evenings
She made our stay so enjoyable Beds were super comfortable and I got many good nights sleep We didn’t use the pool so can’t comment on it But we did go down and look at the area and it looked wonderful
Michelle Smith
This hotel is an excellent getaway! Joan at the front desk is the picture of kindness Her daughter (I think her name is Robin) is the housekeeping manager and they both make a tremendous difference there! Joan saw my daughter come in with my husband and I she was so kind to her She helped her pick out some beautiful comfortable glasses
She looked for gluten free cookies for her and was just so kind We will definitely be back, mostly because of her Oh and the view is breathtaking and breakfast is absolutely delicious!

Decor was awesome, I had the chance to see the lady adding new “street art” to the wall outside the building she did a wonderful job! Also the bed was comfortable, the shower was perfect I loved how the shower glass walls ( wasn’t see thru) was labeled with everything Memphis! In my opinion its better than The Peabody as I’ve stayed at both! The bed when u put your foot down the bottom lights come on, absolutely loved this feature ( I’ll be looking to add this to my bed at home), great stay, friendly staff, the bar and rooftop was great! Room was clean, loved my whole experience! Will definitely recommend and will stay again!

Beautifully decorated rooms Amazing rooftop party experience and great local nightlife in the heart of downtownRoom could be sanitized better and I would recommend for furniture to be steam cleaned at each turn over due to having a stain on my couch at check-in
I celebrated my birthday last night and had expected to have a late check-out but management refused my request due to hotel being overbooked or filled to capacity which doesn’t allow the current guests to enjoy the full hospitality experience We’re basically being shoved out the door at 11am although rooms were not ready at the regular check-in time the day before at 3pmRoom service menu definitely needs an upgrade, but I’m sure they’re still working on it due to being a new hotel during the pandemicMy room has a large living space with work desk and large flat screen tv Amazing city and river views as well I love the contemporary and modern mix of furniture Very nice hotel but over time hopefully the service will improve
Stacie
This hotel is situated close enough to all of the action of Beale St, but yet far enough removed if you are seeking a refuge from the hustle and bustle of the city The rooms are nicely appointed and spacious
All of the staff that I encountered even in passing were very friendly and offered suggestions on the best places to eat and visit Very enjoyable stay The lobby is a great place for people watching!

We live in this area and had to use this hotel because of home renovations and it is SO clean I am incredibly picky about hotel cleanliness because we have 5 children and it just makes me feel better knowing they aren’t playing in a room that is filthy or just tidy, but actually clean I appreciate that so much
You would think that with rooms as big as the ones here, some things might go overlooked, but every single area was clean You can trust me to leave an honest hotel review Thank you, thank you, thank youAlso, the pool is so refreshing and clean as well!
Justin Murray
The service was fine The room was not that clean They actually charged me $250 for smoking in the room
I don’t smoke and nobody smoked in it They charged my card without telling me why, until I checked in the second time a week later They say they have pictures that prove I smoked in it I didn’t see them, and they don’t exist because I don’t smoke I cannot recommend this place since they make up stories to get more money from people I will dispute the charge with my credit card and I’ve already messaged the general managerI would like to clarify that the check in process was fine, that’s what I meant by the service being fine The managers who I spoke to both blew me off It seems like any bad reviews are buried, so you may want to look closely at their reviewsPlease note the reply They clearly are taking no responsibility, and have no plans to refund me or look into the claim The management here needs to learn how to deal with customers who are clearly upset about being ripped off
Crystal Retchless
STAY HERE!!! Worth every penny!!!This hotel is cleanGreat location Close to food, shopping and the freeway
Secure and well lit parkingQuiet Walls, never hear the other roomBlack out curtains that actually closeRoom service is wonderfulBreakfast is delicious and always warm Great coffee and tea bar!And the cookies… every night with the warm fresh cookies!!Nice grill to make food on, and all the utensils and seasonings you could ask forThe fire pit was my favorite place, only needs a charging port so I can sit by it all night! But really it’s the people that work here that make this place worth it! James, Samantha, Michael and Matthew are over the top nice and go out of there way to make you feel welcome and comfortable James makes you feel like family because he truly cares, whatever you need he makes happen! ALL the people that work here are wonderful and keep this place warm, clean and is literally a home away from home I’ll stay here every time I come to Cleveland! Cool old building with vintage details In lobby, the bar looked fun and would have like to gone if we had the time I really wanted to use the rooftop pool, however it was too windy or too cool either day, and it closes at 8 pm Kind of disappointed because I paid extra over other places with the idea to use the pool, however that is something I should have expected
Location is great for walking to just about everything We barely used our car, there is self parking across the street Highly recommend hop on hop off 🚎

Impressive hotel located close to the main down town area I know with COVID some of the amenities were taken away, and are missing for such a high end hotel Clean, friendly and professional staff, but the parking will cost you $50
00 a night No smoking, good little restaurant in the lobby area, and a roof top bar and pool Clean comfortable beds and quiet If you found this review helpful click like below

6-13-22 to 6-15-22 Hotel looked very nice online with pool on top of bldg The staff and Valet’s very polite & attentive
The bldg is old, with new guts Valets were helpful in carrying luggage from vehicle to cart because there is only stairs at the entrance can’t get luggage cart to your vehicle We turned A/C down to cool room, & room never got any cooler than 74-75 degrees Minimalistic design to rm, not a lot of storage for clothes When the A/C went out in the bldg On our 3rd day there rm was 85 degrees, we were told A/C should be okay in an hour + We stayed in the pool gave it 3 hours, (toilets near pool work sometimes) A/C wasn’t fixed We booked another hotel in the area Holston let’s us check out without hassle, refunded us for the last 2 nights we didn’t sleep there and apologized

This is the best hotel I have stayed in in many years Yes, the rooms are awesome and the shower is amazing but the real secret is the people They are amazing
They are always smiling, they never say no, they make you feel at home I cannot say enough about it Not ONCE did they blame COVID for anything They just got the job done!! My hats off to the employees who made the stay amazing and to the leadership who have obviously figured out how to instill the desire to create a world class Customer experience in every associate

I’ll list the good things first: room was clean, valets were polite and front desk people were polite Now for the bad: the older man we were greeted by was polite, but seemed very snooty and stuck up Just because you’re in a black suit doesn’t mean you have to act as though you’re better than everyone else
He asked for a card for incidentals but failed to mention there would be a 100 dollar hold until after I had given him the card If I had known about the hold I would have just given a credit card instead of a debit card When we got to the room I immediately noticed that the side table was damaged, the reading light didn’t work on one side of the bed, there were various dings on the closet doors and all around the room and worst of all the TV wasn’t working I asked for a new remote which never showed up even though they insisted one had been left so we had to let an “engineer” into our room to reset the TV due to a power outage earlier that day I would have preferred that was done before we checked in We also found black mold on the shower head This did not feel like a 4 star hotel, in fact I’ve had stays that were just as pleasant for half the price The view was also not great at all The bed was a little hard and the room was hot the entire time we were there despite turning the thermostat down as low as it would go I didn’t complain about any of these things because it was only a one night stay, but people deserve to know what they’re actually getting Yes the hotel is nice with some “luxury” finishes but it is poorly done and apparently poorly maintained
Chase
Great Hotel and staff We were highly impressed with all services inside the Hotel Ed, the concierge, was excellent
He was very professional and had great recommendations The food was terrific, both breakfast and dinner The room was very clean, and they stayed on top of cleaning the room We only left for a few hours, and the room had been cleaned again The only thing that was disappointing was the valet parking Pulled into the valet parking opened the door; thennothing I had to ask them if they would take the car, then they didn’t even offer to help with the bags The next day I asked for the car; it was 37 degrees out, pulled it up, and had the a/c on Now I know people have bad days, and maybe this was one of those, so needless to say, we will be back and continue to recommend this hotel

Absolutely awesome hotel!! We arrived super early after an early flight, (7am) and they had a room ready for us! The pool was a great bonus and super fun vibe with it being 100 degrees the day we arrived! Room was clean, decoration throughout is perfect Everyone we encountered that worked here was so friendly Also, an easy 3 block walk to broadway makes it a great location!! We will definitely stay here again
Jeanine Kadrie
This hotel is perfectly located in 5-10 minute walk to most bars and restaurants The staff was friendly and attentive in general with one or two exceptions on communication The rooms were clean (most important) with ample room, comfortable furniture, and amazing light thanks to our corner unit
The only feedback I have for improvement is there was no information regarding how to contact the front desk from inside the room No “Call front desk” or “Call housekeeping” button on the phone No direct dial phone number posted anywhere There is, however, a QR code on the back of the key card that takes you to a messaging platform to reach out with requests and issues And while this platform conveyed our requests adequately, sometimes you just need an immediate answer to a question and in those cases, I like to talk to someoneOverall a very good experience and stay

Very nice hotel in the heart of Chattanooga Valet parking with in and out privileges This hotel doesn’t have a club lounge, but the restaurant serves a nice full breakfast from classics like blueberry pancakes to southern specialties like grits with cheddar cheese
There is also a well stocked market place for grab and go sandwiches, Pete’s coffee, scones and cupcakes Both the cranberry orange and chocolate chips scones are delicious

Roof top bar? There are rooms right under the bar and I’m in one I gave up trying to sleep because of the noise People talking loudly, dropping glasses, sliding chairs around
It’s hard to hear the TV over the din coming from the bar Worst hotel everI notice they also claimed one of my room upgrades for a normal King room under the bar 🤯

Stayed in a corner room, 818Here, they take pride in running a first class enterpriseThe rooms are clean, well put together, quiet floors, bathrooms were neat and tidy…
USB anywhere which you may need one…ports are on the dresser and on both sides of the bedGreat views… cool little bar and sitting areas around the lobby and sidewalk I would definitely stay here again…I’m thinking quite hard for any issues or items of concern… But I don’t have a single one!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After driving 8 hours with my pregnant wife we were taken out like Monday morning TRASH! We decided to stay at this hotel exclusively for the Tom Ferry Real Estate conference and we’re hoping to have a pleasant stay in Nashville We arrived at 9 pm at night and received no call, text, or email before hand stating that the hotel over booked Keep in mind we booked directly on the JW Marriott website for a king size suite
After unloading our own vehicle I went inside to grab a cart with no staff in site to help with our bags Once i rolled all of our luggage to the front desk and sent the valet with our vehicle I was told there is no room for us They gave us a “Complimentary Stay” at the Renaissance hotel conveniently located next the homeless shelter downtown Nashville When I arrived i was greeted by a pan handler begging for change As a man of good faith I gave him a dollar and sent him on his way We got our bags unloaded once again with no staff in site to help until after our bags were loaded on a cart We walked to the front desk only to find out that they had no king suites left but only 2 Queens in a room that over looked the homeless shelter If you ever want to pay top dollar and be treated like absolute trash then be sure to check out both the JW Marriott and The Renaissance of Nashville! Be sure to turn around and keep driving before you book this hotel or you will be treated like TRASH too!

Thought the service was absolutely amazing Prices were, as expected, high and overpriced, but you know that going in Every accommodation was wonderful, the concierge was very helpful and booked a lot for us
Every service person we dealt with was great Food service was friendly and prompt Would definitely stay here again I particularly loved the wall switches and how the master light could turn off the whole room Very convenient

I have stayed in many nice hotels In the realm of reasonably priced options, this is among the top My room had a sitting/meeting area with a separate sleeping and separate bathroom space
Everything was big, including floor to ceiling windows across the entire space I ate at the restaurant bar the first night and the food was delicious, with the Nashville style Buffalo wings topping the list I look forward to when I have to stay at this hotel again

Beautiful hotel! Impeccably clean all throughout The decor is ON POINT!! The staff was extremely friendly Antonio was the manager at the desk during our stay
We arrived too early and were worried about where to store our luggage so that we can start sight-seeing Luckily for us our room was ready and Antonio let us up early We were able to freshen up from our long flight and go out on the town They are full of recommendations for food, night life and sight seeingThey have a fender guitar program where you can have a guitar sent to your room to play while you stay We didn’t get to try it because we were so busy seeing the sights – but will definitely check it out when we go back in the fall!Hutton Hotel & all of the staff made our stay memorable Can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely gorgeous property! The staff is hands down, some of the best staff in a hotel property that I’ve ever encountered I travel a lot The rooms are super clean, the staff offers free water, the analog theatre had special guests each night and the decor was delightful
I will definitely be back! I stayed 2 nights here and 1 night at another property that was right by Broadway and although the Hutton wasn’t as close to the major stripit was well worth the money and the walk (30minutes)/rideshare (8 minutes) to stay here! Thanks again! You guys Rock! Keep up the amazing smiles and hospitalityit will take you far
Nicholas Arsenault
The Hutton Hotel is such a fantastic place to stay! What a cool spot!! Great location near some local bars in Music Row and about a 20 minute walk (or 10 minute scooter ride) from the main downtown area on Broadway They have a cool guitar rental program where you can rent a guitar for your room, we took full advantage of that and it was awesome! The rain shower and the bathroom in general was amazing Front desk staff were so helpful, and even provided us with tums when the Hattie B’s hot chicken down the street hit us a little too hard :POverall this hotel made our stay in Nashville so perfect, I can’t recommend it enough! Stay here!!

This inn was amazing After driving from South Florida and staying in Savannah GA the night before, this was our first night in the mountains There were rocking chairs on the balcony that overlooked the river and had An absolutely gorgeous view of the mountains
The inn is settled right in the mountain literally around the corner from Ruby Falls When we got there, Mason was working and he was more than accommodating He made sure the fire pit was lit and we had sticks for roasting marshmallows He came down to help with the TV He was super pleasant and helpful and I know how busy he was The room was clean and even had cute folded washcloths with toiletries inside them The breakfast was in a quaint room that was half living room and half dining area The food was excellent…much better than a hotel chain The breakfast staff was friendly and chatty The pool looked great (there was lightning all night so we didn’t go in) The inn just had an overall quaint feeling with southern hospitality and rustic charm It was a great start to our vacation! Also the front desk has a cute gift shop

I don’t normally give a review but this Riverview Inn was exceptional Very cozy room and inviting when we walked in The bed was comfortable and clean however the pillows were too fluffy but Some people might like that
The views were gorgeous I loved that we could sit on the balcony and take in the scenery The fire pit was a nice surprise Parking was a bit of an issue for full size truck but that’s to be expected up on a narrow mountain top but we managed just fine I would recommend this lovely place ❤️

This was our second time staying at this facility and this is certainly one of the best Hampton Inn locations I’ve ever stayed at The staff was friendly and helpful, and check in was a breeze The room was clean and everything was in working order
The location is a short drive from I75 and has a vast number of major stores and restaurants nearbyBreakfast was the best hotel offering we’ve experienced in quite some time with a wide variety of options Mini western omelets, sausage patties, biscuits, sausage gravy, hard boiled eggs, an assortment of cereal, warm oatmeal, and a number of pastries They even had gluten-free bagels, which was a huge feature for us as we typically need to skip anything with wheat The breakfast attendant was extremely friendly, welcoming and ensured everything was in orderOverall it was a fantastic experience and we look forward to staying at this location again in the future

The only reason for 4 stars is there was mold in the shower and pay to park However, they did make it right with the shower issue Hotel was great, rooms were spacious, food and amenities were great as well
The roof top bar was also nice A little pricey, but nice The views are exceptional Service was well above average Walking distance to great eats and drinks I recommend Myrtles

Highly recommend this hotel Clean rooms, friendly staff, prompt valet service, and the best part is their breakfast Extremely high quality breakfast
The bed was very comfortable and the couch is comfortable enough to sleep on (didn’t even bother pulling out the sleeper sofa)The location is convenient to access campus, market square, and historic old town If you didn’t want to pay valet, it’s close to state street garage
Brian Correll
The location of this hotel is fantastic Right in the center of basically all you’d want to do Short walk to market square, movie theater next door, bars and restaurants all around – it’s a great place for easy access to the best of Knox
I stay here for work (conveniently located only about a block away) The rooms are clean, access to a restaurant and bar on-site, and the staff are very friendly Valet parking is easy and they are rather quick with getting your vehicle when asked Overall great experiences
