The hotel has a very simple and chic ambiance to it Staff were all very nice We got upgraded to a king size bed and a complimentary bottle

The restaurant The Wilson was pretty good as well, the heaters and the live DJ was an awesome touch The location was convenient as there are many restaurants nearby The rooms were clean as they would come in every day to clean them and provided new towels and restocked everything The bed was super comfortable The only thing I didn’t really like was the bathroom shower, it seemed to be a little dirty on the corners Other than that we had a nice stay

Amazing hotel Very clean, comfortable and felt safe here

Staff was friendly and profesional Restaurant was amazing We recommend the hummus, ➡️ Mac & Cheese ⬅️ and the pumpkin cheesecake😊all was yummy No there’s no room service but who wants room service when there are so many walkable places to explore and have a cup of coffee while people watching👀 I only have on suggestion for the hotel front desk – have directions (maps) readily available for guests when they ask for directions to the airport from the hotel (via subway) We received two different directions that were opposite from each other I ended up looking at my previous notes from JFK to the hotel (via subway) and used that to guide us back I will definitely stay here again☺️ PS don’t forget your comfy shoes Everything is walking distance and you will walk a lot⭐️Lastly, I donated my socks, jacket and sweaters to the homeless I hope every guest does the same🙏🏻

Don’t get me wrong I really enjoyed the location and the room was nice , ESPECIALLY the BED!! So soft I must admit I wanted to take the mattress home

However, for the hotel to be so expensive you would think they would have a pool or room service at least! We had two beds and 4 people so we asked for a cotthey had none, which I’ve never been in a hotel that did not offer a cot upon request nor did I see an ice machine but maybe I missed it So there were a few disappointments but overall it was nice being close to Times Square

I was a little worried about the hotel before checking in based on prior reviews; however, this hotel was perfect and did not disappoint The front desk staff was courteous and responsive, had my free water as a Hilton honors member, and my room was available for early check-in The room was the appropriate size for a queen – not too small

It was clean, quiet and very comfortable Water pressure was excellent, too! I sat in the lobby to wait for a friend for a bit and overheard the front desk staff interacting with customers, everyone was treated kindly and I don’t understand the prior reviews complaints with the staff The location is great, right near Chelsea – walking distance to so many things I would definitely stay here again!

We recently visited this hotel April 21st-23rd 2022 for my son’s 26th Birthday There were four of us in a room and we had plenty of room Our visit and stay was fabulous, hotel was nice, in a good location, most of all hotel staff was very friendly

Erica was superior with helping us chose places to visit for night life as well for day trips I definitely would stay in this hotel again Easy access around to minor necessities you would need during your stay Just was hoping for a better view However the rooftop is Beautiful and has a great view of the city

James Blackwell

The rooms were smaller than I’d imagine they’d be and there wasnt much of a view But other than that they provided great amenities in the hotel itself, though I could not find time to utilize them, The roof top bar, dining facilities, and fitness center all sounded great I had an incident in which I was forced to move my reservation and while I was accommodated I didn’t appreciate the verbal reprimand

All together though the staff and hotel were great and I would return and/or recommend to friends

Beautiful hotel! The location is great (make sure you walk about 50 ft over to “Kiss my Slice” and get some pizza *Note: the 2 slices and soda for 550 is only cheese pizza

) We stayed here on St Patrick’s Day The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are truly gorgeous Also, we had one of the staff book us a black car for the ride out to the airport the next morning It was wonderful! The cost was $60 and it was the smoothest, nicest ride I have ever had getting to an airport

I have nothing but good things to say about this Hotel! So to start off I work for Marriott and went to this hotel using my employee discount which means they in no way have to accommodate me when requesting certain things like room upgrades Despite this, before I even walked through the door I was assisted on the chat in a friendly manner and when asking for a higher floor he graciously provided me with a high floor upgrade Once I arrived I was greeted with a smile and water and the clerk who checked me in even allowed me to check in early by giving the option for a 19th floor room but located across from the elevator

Keep in mind I already know this room will be a bit on the noisy side and I’m not bothered by it so I accepted this offer, however if you like peace and quiet this room is not for you Again she did not have to do this but she did and also acknowledged my member status which was refreshing to see because it doesn’t happen very often The manager or who I assume was the manager was very nice and always had a smile on his face, the staff dynamic was like a family and it shows The food and drinks on-site are amazing and worked out great for me since I was exhausted from traveling all day and then having to leave for a 3 AM train Overall I give this place a 10/10 and I will absolutely be returning ! Keep up the amazing work guys 🙂

Monica L Cholico

This is a nice option to stay Hotel rooms are really hotel rooms with the usual space you expect from a room The service was excellent and everything perfectly clean and in well status

Price wise is ok with what you’re getting in a very regular expensive city like this Not sure if it’d be my first choice for next visit, but definitely would consider it among other options One detail I must express a particular issue for my situation was that the safe was too small and my laptop didn’t fit, so I found myself a little stressed having to left my laptop out of the safe when I was out I stayed in a previous hotel also 4 stars that did have a larger safe Minor details as not restocking products such as body lotion is something they should take care for the price you pay Other than those details is a recommended place to stay during your stay in New York Location is superb

Jeff Johnson

We stayed here for six nights and were really happy with this place There are very few options that could comfortably accommodate three people, because so few hotels in the city have room for two queen beds This worked for us because our daughter only joined us for the last couple of days

But it workedThese are not traditional Embassy Suites – it’s really an oversized (for nyc) room with a divider and a sitting area – but for two it was delightful The pullout sofa bed was TIGHT But it worked out for usWe didn’t do the breakfast and gave up on the happy hour after the first evening The room is too small for the crowd and knowing that the room rate was on par with other hotels that lacked those amenities made it easier for us to let go what would have been frustrating and stressful experiences And there are plenty of options aroundThe hotel staff – desk and housekeeping – were uniformly excellent Friendly and helpfulThe lobby is small but stylish, with lots of little nooks for some privacyWe loved the location in the garment district and near Bryant Park but close enough to walk to Broadway showsIf you want a tip on rooms… we did not pay for the higher floors but 1010 (and presumably other room 10s) overlook the deck where they have an outdoor cinema, which was a delightful break from the standard view into another building

To AVOID Dirty rooms, not a place to stay during a pandemic The room was dirty, upon our arrival we had to immediately request cleaning (hair+dust all over, and brown stains on bathroom door)

Stains were NEVER cleaned, despite our requests Dust and hair was also not properly removed On the second day, we requested our bed sheets to be changed as the under sheet was too small (see picture) and kept coming off which made sleeping uncomfortable This was not taken care of, instead they left us a spare under sheet next to the bed to change it ourselves (not what you’d expect after paying $600+ for a stay) Overall, it’s clear that rooms are NOT properly and thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis, the amount of dust can only be explained because of a lack of thorough cleaning The stay was unpleasant as we had to chase the reception every single day for different issues It is a shame because location and breakfast are great However, we’ll not come back and I wouldn’t have booked if I’d have known how things were going to be

Jamie Bailey

Stayed here 4 nights I would have given it 5 stars except the balcony on one side needed spruced up The balcony was very nice to set out on at night and listen to the city sounds and relax

The staff was very friendly When i had an issue the first morning they handled it immediately The social gathering at night was nice to grab snacks and drinks The area where the outdoor movie was played was well decorated and kid friendly Was nice to find the seating area at the end of the bed in our turned into a bed

We booked a stay for June 7 2020 and had to cancel due to COVID We were promised our refund within 6 to 8 weeks Despite many e-mails and phone calls we have never received a refund

And now we can’t get hold of the hotel to speak to anyone All e-mail contacts we had are no longer accessible and when we try to call the hotel we are automatically forwarded to the head reservation centre in the Phillipines Needless to say we are frustrated that the hotel is not honouring their commitment The hotel is part of an international hotel chain and the lack of providing our refund is inexcusable and borders on criminal This experience has been so distasteful we don’t feel New York is a destination to be recommended to anybody

Charlene Hall

My family and I booked 2 rooms at this hotel for March 2020 Due to COVID New York City shut down and our trip was cancelled Every other vendor immediately returned our money now questions asked

It is now almost 2 years later, and we still haven’t gotten a dime back from this hotel after being promise multiple time we would receive a full refund To make matters worse I can’t even get a live person to talk to I have emailed and called This is theft and anyone thinking of staying at any of these properties BEWARE!!!

Andrew Roberts

The hotel itself isn’t bad, great location, was given an excellent view and the room was modern, clean, and comfortable I’m giving only two stars for a couple of reasons Foremost, the staff were terrible

I get that this is New York, but I expect better hospitality for the price I’m paying to stay here and my status as a Hyatt Elite Not one staff member I’ve interacted with at this hotel has been pleasant to speak withAnother issue is that the thermostat is broken, often showing that the room temperature is anywhere from 120F to 372F (picture with proof below) so any attempt to use the system turns on the AC, even when set to the highest temp on the thermostat I tried to call about this, but the phones in my room are broken too I called the front desk from my cell phone about these issues and was again met with short responsesAlso tried to have breakfast (Hyatt’s website lists it as Free Breakfast, that definitely isn’t the case), they’re only doing room service and the two small bowls shown cost a whopping $80 after tax and service charges This is flat out ridiculous! Don’t list the breakfast as free on your website and then expect me to pay skyscraper prices for basic hotel foodOverall disappointed by my experience here Hope you can help your staff treat your elites with a little more care, keep your rooms fixed, and be more transparent about food pricing and service options

Angie Morgan

I can’t find anything negative to say if I tried The front desk staff are so welcoming and kind They even offered us a mask when they overheard our family talking that someone left theirs up in the room

The rooms were spot clean when we arrived and the daily cleanings were the same Huge thanks to all the employees there who make this experience so wonderful And location is perfect Just feet from all the action in Times Square Will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends! A+

Elisa T

I had a great experience at this hotel From the moment I approached the main entrance, I was kindly greeted by staff outside The lobby smelled so fresh and clean, and and the staff at the front desk were warm and hospitable

My room was very clean, the decor was chic and the bed was so comfortable and the sheets smelled freshly washed! The bathroom was spotless and the shower was high end I had such a great and comfortable stay here I would highly recommend it to anybody looking to stay at a fantastic hotel in Times Square

Bar downstairs had amazing drinks Bartender, Scott, was great to talk to while we drank! Had a great time Scotty!!! Thanks so much for the amazing service! Would love to stay here again 😁🙏

Great location View depends on your room location The room was the min one should expect for a 4 star hotel

Nice bed and comfortable pillows Weird layout TV in sitting area would not turn off A/c in room kept slamming on and off and was a poor quality window rattler The front desk staff appeared to be burden by guests Security was lacking Although you’ll need a room key to access floors, this is by passed by guests allowing delivery people to tailgate No cameras on the floors Parking is $35 per night but no security patrolling the lotConvenient to NYC Make sure to get out and take a stroll on the boardwalk

Katie Natuzzi

Booked a hotel room block for our wedding and they were so nice and helpful and accommodating! Joy responded to every email or call Check in was great and they helped us with breakfast reservations too Rooms are definitely a little dated, but the beds we comfy and the staff were eager to help in anyway possible! Loved this hotel and position, loads of flower shops on the street, good Korean food nearbyThe views are amazing!A good walk away from central park etc, but your here to see nyc right! So walking is good! You see, smell and feel the city if you spend time on the streets, you won’t be disappointed with a stay here

Tyler Saidla

Location is good Staff is good for the most part They were out of complimentary shaving supplies so they requested I paid for one in the gift shop which I wasn’t going to do of course

Never had anyone not give me a free disposable shaver and sample size shaving cream No hot water most of my stay was the biggest negative why this review was so low It wasn’t a one time thing it was most of my stay Nothing was communicated regarding an issue Very sad to check out this Friday to not be able to take a shower while going to airport Not fun Water wasn’t luke warm it was literally ice cold They wouldn’t give me a single bottle of water they instead charged me for it Overall they need to step up their tools on taking care of their guests I wouldn’t stay again only for the sole reason of not being able to take a shower That should obviously not be an ongoing issue at a hotel

Janice Genetti-Cerullo

Raphael at the front desk & Shandel were absolutely amazing! Great customer service Our room was beautiful and they upgraded us knowing it was my friends 30th birthday The location of the hotel is perfect and the hotel is gorgeous

Rooftop is beautiful to take pictures, and the rooms are big and spacious and clean! Seriously one of my favorite Hyatt’s I’ve ever stayed at- definitely will be back! Thank you for making this trip special!

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any resort They compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the highest rated in the area

I have been coming here for a very long time If you decide to stay here you definitely will love it I’m sure! After reading the reviews I must admit I was skeptical, 1) not which familiar with the area 2) would the images live to expectation I’m happy and very pleased to inform they did, what I saw is what I got, we booked a queen bed room, which was the perfect size, everything was clean and house keeping was fine I found a great deal booking directly with them instead of a 3rd party so check your options We didn’t need much interaction with staff, we were in and out as pleased, this location is a few blocks from great bars, restaurants and Times Square! Please keep in mind, we booked for 2, any more you’ll be crowded in that room Also, please read fine print for the additional fees, so your not surprised later If you’re looking for a sign to book this hotel, this is it

Patricia Ream

Location is what makes this hotel even remotely recommendable at beat Julie at front desk was very nice which is the best I can say This is a motel, not a hotel

Elevator from parking garage didn’t work, not even one luggage cart , no one to help with the luggage, no refrigerator in room which was shocking, and if you are concerned with security then this is not the place for you This is not a 4 star hotel, 2 at best and worth nothing more Room was fine since we weren’t in it long but having not refrigerator was not great and no ice machine

Isaiah Stebbins

You get what you pay for Considering location in Manhattan, room size, and nightly rate (even with lose lovely fees), you’re still getting a comparatively good deal This means that you’re staying in one of the cheaper hotels in NYC – so you deal with what comes along with staying int he cheaper hotel of any city and the undesirables that come along with it

That being said, the value of this spot is solid, and they really do make it feel more worth it than other mini-hotel deals Most of the people staying here, saw other cheaper hotels and simply went with this without being sure of what they were getting in onStaff are good at what they do, for the few times you’ll interact with them (the check-in process is done via tablet kiosk) The terrace and restaurants are a nice touch if you’re not feeling like going out but don’t wanna stay in your room all cooped up And on that note, the rooms, they are definitely smaller than what you’re used to, but that goes for about every hotel room in NYC – they’re all space efficient Also, being such – no fridge or microwave For me that’s no big deal, but for some that could be a deal-breaker Choose for yourselfKnow your location Research it up without other people’s attached feelings and make the choice for yourself I consider myself a pretty budget-minded traveler, and pretty much always find myself here as a go-to spot for shorter and longer stays

I booked 3 rooms, got them on the same floor I wiped everything with my Clorox wipes and was happy to see no dirt or even dust! The bartender was nice, the restaurant was closed off but kitchen was still open, we ordered food and ate by the bar The location was great, restaurants in walking distance and the train to NYC was nearby too which is where we spent most of the days

Beds were super comfy…my toddler and infant slept well and my parents and in laws stated they slept comfortably Overall good experience here and will book again when visiting

Marianna Mansour

Had to book a block of rooms for several directors for a corporate offsite nearby Karen was very nice and accommodating Everyone was very impressed with their rooms

It was much more than they were expecting I liked my waterfront view, the comfy bed, and the amenities They even offered extending our rate to others outside our company who had to meet us in town Karen even followed up to make sure we were happy Service was excellent!

Our stay was mostly pleasant My biggest complaint is that two of the elevators need to be serviced The sensors do not work

For most of our stay we dealt with the doors closing on us as we walked in, but we dealt with it because it bumped either my husband or myself But when our four year old was pushed down into the elevator and onto the floor because the door began to close on her, that was not okay Thankfully I was able to put my arm and leg in to prevent the elevator from completely closing on her feet I reported it to the front desk They were apologetic and said they would have someone come out and service the elevator We checked out that same day, so I’m not sure if it actually happened Our room was okay We didn’t use the sofa bed because it was worn and looked like it needed to be replaced The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly There was a lot of dust and a used Q-tip on the shelf underneath the sink where our “clean” towels were The shelf clearly had not been wiped in a while Thankfully, I always travel with Lysol wipes and Lysol spray I cleaned that area and we asked for a clean set of towels Would I stay here again, I’m not sure It would depend on if the elevators were actually fixed The other issues were manageable

Stayed here one night for Valentines Day in 2022The place feels slightly poorly maintained Lots of scratches in the woodwork, stains and marks

More than you’d expect to see in a hotel of this caliberHowever, I’m still giving it 5 stars because all my experiences with the staff were perfection from the moment I walked in the door Room service breakfast was wonderful and immaculately prepared and presented Loved our view of Central Park I wish to god I didn’t have to also see Trump tower, but I got over it The sun rose right in front of us over Central Park LovelyThe gym and pool areas are very well maintained The pool was divine and once again the staff at the gym area were top notch

Generally good experience overall The rooms and ambiance speak for themselves so I’ll focus more on a few problem I encountered Note the 4 star rating, obviously none of these were deal breakers

1 A group of wedding guests who I can only guess has lost their most basic social awareness to an abundance of drinks decided to make a town hall out of our quiet floor around 1:30AM Not a wonderful experience, especially for people whose sleep are not easily returned to once disrupted A call to the front desk returned the assurance that further disturbances will be addressed by a staff member At this point the damage was done and it was no use to pursue it much further2 The room service staff knocked on and tried to open my door on the first two days of our stay, despite our “Privacy” light being on the whole time I was only talking business meetings so it was no great offense, but imagine people enjoying a time of intimacy being so abruptly disturbed HOWEVER, I need to heavily emphasize that the room service staff, all staff in fact, were extortionately polite and helpful They work hard enough trying to keep us pesky guests happy so I understand if a little mistake is made on occasion

I had the most amazing stay at the Mandarin The staff was absolutely amazing From the outstanding doormen to the front desk and concierge

Special thank you to Daniel who went out of his way to send me a birthday card, dessert and champagne I stayed here for my birthday weekend just to enjoy a solo getaway The spa was just try it! I will only stay at the Mandarin in NY moving forward! Thank you for making my solo birthday special xo

This place was good for a one night stay People are friendly, location was good, a little noisy with traffic and trains nearby, there’s a good bagel place on the corner There’s an Acme within 5-10 minutes for groceries

It was hard to get in touch with anyone at the front desk When we needed anything we had to go down to get it, which isn’t too big of a deal because of COVID protocolsThe rooms were clean, you could tell this place has a history to it with how the rooms and buildings are shaped The pool was a hit with the kids, wish it was open a little later The hallways kind of smelled weird The shower was a little weird because one shower head was sticking a little too far out of the ceiling and the other shower head wouldn’t stay put in its holder so we had to hang it onto a handleParking became a little difficult because they had a church in session on site and another conference going on

Hi I booked this hotel for my kids to enjoy the pool I have 2 boys

They were ready with their swimming suits thinking that they will enjoy with their parents However, it was a disappointment when we learned from the front desk that the city didn’t approve the pool’s opening This is not our fault and definitely not our kids They deserve the best I contacted the third party where I booked the hotel through that they wanted to talk to the manager about canceling The manager wasn’t here and the front desk associate informed that they will be back on Monday as I asked the third party to cancel but they said they have to talk to the manger

The entrance and lobby is cute and quaint Although the staff seemed kind, hotel protocols/policies are too rigid and almost illogical in bookingsThis hotel was one of the cheaper options on the Hopper app at $220/night

The rooms themselves definitely look worn and the metal rail for the bathroom door plus the metal inside the actual bathroom, showed signs of rustThe air was also not great and the tissue box provided to me in the room had some toilet paper stuffed inside at the top The other tissues were damp and had liquid drops on it, which was concerningIn addition, the air was heavy in the room I was given when using the heater at nightDisappointing stay although it was in a convenient location

My niece and I stayed here this past week for her 21st birthday The night before our arrival I received an email asking what time to expect us so they could do their best to have our room ready I responded we were boarding our redeye and would be arriving at 9am

I had very little hope of checking in so early but when we arrived the front desk got us right into our room on the 23rd floorThe room was very spacious, had a view and had a refrigerator (which is beyond rare in nyc) We were able to get unpacked and take a nap before we began our trip The location is close to multiple subway lines and to a lot of activities So even though it was snowing it was very easy to get to and from our hotelWe requested extra pillows that were brought to us with minutes and even when my niece asked for dressing for her pizza she got from Joe’s, the front desk went to the back and got her some even though we didn’t once order food from the hotel They were so sweet and kind anytime we saw them or had a questionWe enjoyed very strong drinks at the bar as well and the bartender was very friendly And when we brought our luggage down to be picked up from Tote Taxi, the front desk made us feel much better about our pieces going to the right pick up personOverall this was a 5 star stay and I was not expecting that I was on a budget on this trip so I had assumed the hotel would be a rough stay but honestly it was nicer than some other hotels I have paid more for I will absolutely be back and I’m so happy with how special the staff made my niece and I feel It really was a nice little home for the 4 nights we were there

Cori Frede

Great location and friendly staff The room was clean and I didn’t notice the worn appearance that other reviews mentioned The room was very small but that’s typical of a NYC hotel

The bed was comfortable and even though at checkin they told me housekeeping was every other day, I came back every evening to a made bed and fresh towels in the bathroomThe bathroom had a shower with a glass door but it didn’t have a good seal and the bathroom floor was always wet after a shower I just laid an extra towel on the floor and it wasn’t a big dealI know NYC is noisy in itself so I didn’t expect a silent room but there was an odd sound that was concerning me As I was heading out I recognized the sound as the elevator’s notification but my room was what I thought was the farthest from the elevator Turns out due to design, my wall was against the back of the elevator Not sure about other rooms but once I figured out what it was, it wasn’t that annoyingThe breakfast was not worth $21 so if you are not a platinum Marriott member (they get free breakfast) I’d recommend skipping itIf I have another overnight in the city, I would stay here again

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your resort This web site will compare thousands of hotel sites and typically will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the highest rated in the area

I’ve been staying here for a very long time If you stay for a few nights you definitely won’t regret itClean room with daily housekeeping, which was quickly responsive to requests I checked in early (3p) and was given a room with a view I found wanting Asked for and received a new room The room was cozy, which is not unusual for NYC Had prompt attentive service at both the on-site diner and the fancy basement bar Great location for public transport Appreciated both the deco style and hotel history display in the basement Room key required to get to guest elevator Not the hippest or fanciest hotel but great value for cost

Alexis Rendon

I liked the Art-deco style of this hotel I reserved two rooms and only one of them was ready at my arrival (6pm) I had to wait an hour and a half for the second room and because of the wait, they upgraded my second room which was appreciated

The rooms were clean The morning of my third day started with a giant cockroach in the bath My go pro accessories disappeared from the room I only noticed when I was packing everything and leaving Everything is walkable from this location My first room was small, with no coffee and not really a view (the window was facing other windows) which I guess was expected with the price I paid The second room was bigger I had a better experience in the Carnegie Hotel and even the POD Times Square in the last 3 years for the same price

Living in a hotel with nearly 100 years’ history evokes mixed thoughts and emotions To have a better city view, I made a request for a room on a relatively high floor, then the staff at the reception directly gave me a queen room on the 33rd floor, which is pretty good The queen room is clean and neat, with working fridge and good air conditioners

By the way, 33rd floor is also where the great scientist Tesla lived in during his stay in this same Wyndham New Yorker Hotel, so it’s not trivial Down in the basement of the hotel building, there are lots of historical documents and photographs showing stories of Wyndham Hotel in the past, making the trip more meaningful About the service, staff members at the reception, the cleaners, are always friendly The gorgeous decor of the entrance hall is also dedicate, giving the hotel a touch of style All in all, it’s a nice stay and I think it also adds some color to my trip to Manhattan

Can’t say enough nice things about this place! Firstly the staff are second to none The desk staff are just phenomenal so friendly and helpful! I’ve never been to a place with such lovely and attentive staff! An absolute credit to the hotel The room was gorgeous really lovely decor, only thing is you’d want to be comfortable with who you room with as there are teeny windows into the bathroom! Didn’t bother us but it may other people

I’m so happy we stayed here, we loved every minute Thanks for a wonderful stay ✨

Maggie Linde

Beautiful lobby and rooms with minimalist vibe They offer free coffee to guests and have a bar on the first floor The bed was very comfortable but overall, expected a bit more space and amenities for the price

The bathroom was pretty small without a real door (pocket door) or lock and the room did not have any cups/glasses or a fridgeThe room is overall pretty bare I think you could find a hotel with more space and offerings for a better price elsewhere in the area!

kris hernandez

The best hotel Ive ever stayed at Beautiful interior, very comfortable room, and very clean The hotel is close to public transportation so we were able to get around quickly

The entire staff was very kind and helpful They gave us great recommendations of places to go I left a stuffed animal in our room after we left and they shipped it to me! Definitely coming back here

We had a great experience during our recent stay The room was clean, comfortable, and good size The shower was terrific, with excellent water pressure! Each member of the staff was amicable and helpful

The location was great, being close to Times Square We were expecting it to be loud late at night, but it wasn’t Although we just passed through the lounge area in the main lobby, it did look very inviting The outdoor rooftop bar was a surprise We will stay here again

Hanan M’barki

So far, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at The service was great from all the staff Alvin, the front desk agent was very kind and hospitable, he went an extra mile to make my dad and I feel comfortable, especially after he found out that i have lost my luggage during my flight

The hotel was clean and neat, very nice design and architecture, plus the location was on point, close to all attractions especially times Square The housekeeper lady was very welcoming as well and she asked me if I needed anything and that was kind of her I really loved this hotel and definitely will be my first choice to stay once I get back to New york

S Singh

Stopped here in June with my wifePros – Location is great if you want to be close to Times Square, the lobby area and outdoor terrace is lovely with a great viewRooms are well furnished and clean, come with safe, fridge, hair dryer, iron

Staff were helpful and welcomingNegatives – Whilst we stopped at the hotel only 1 lift was working This caused queues to just get into the hotel and the lift was always over crowded when covid rates were on the riseAlso the list from the lobby to the rooms, all working but you could be waiting 10 minutes to get out the hotel as the lifts are full constantlyOver all it was a good hotel for couples and children from ages 10+ I would not recommend this to families with younger children

Great hotel, clean and comfy Great location, walking distance to many attractions The staff was friendly

The room was a bit small but still had room for the baby pack and play (provided by the hotel) and for luggage They offer a personalized housekeeping schedule that you can define per your preference We stayed in higher floors and the elevator worked great, very fast, never had to wait long

Molly Hurst

– check in is at 3 pm No flexibility They said they had no clean rooms

But if I paid $50 extra, magically there would be a room- requested room to be cleaned daily immediately upon check in Room was not cleaned for two days despite 3 phone calls and 2 chats with the front desk No clean towels No refill shampoo etc- front desk was rude, slow, and unwelcoming- views from the lower level rooms are Into a clothing factory with workers all days of the week so you cannot keep your windows open at all Leads to a very dark experience at all hours of the day

Briana Smalls

Nice and clean hotel centralized in the heart of Midtown within walking distances of many shopping places, attractions, and most of all transportation

Very accessible to the 42nd/Penn Street subway station Security at night and the ability to use your card to access the building after dark made me feel secure Highly recommend and would stay again
