Beautiful located hotel Owners are very friendly and helpful Whole atmosphere is very relaxed

Our room had ocean view and was just wonderful Very spacious room with a good comfy bed Loved the interior and the cleanliness Just perfect During our stay the owners served at 5pm cheese and wine on the house What a treat Breakfast was all you could wish for and it’s included in the hotel price If again in Florida… we will def be back 🙌🏻

We had friends of ours to check The Inn at Cocoa Beach before our arrival from Kentucky The owner showed our friend around and promised us when we arrived we would stay in the 295 a night room that she had shown him for $200 a night But when we arrived we were put in a second floor room supposed to have a been ocean side ocean view and there was one hole in the trees that we could see the ocean from a distance

This Inn at Cocoa Beach Florida was very deceiving before we got there until the day we left I honestly would not recommend the Inn at Cocoa Beach to anyone The people who worked the front desk for the most part we’re pretty nice, but we met the owner and she was extremely rude There were absolutely no amenities not even a small refrigerator or microwave in the room and the room was so small that two people were crowded to move aroundWe had decided that we could find a better place to stay so we ask if we needed to give a 24 hour notice if we left before our reservations were complete and they said yes But when we was ready to check out they charged us an extra day for leaving early but that is not what they told us nor is it what the website says Then the owner said if that’s not good enough then I can just go back in and charge more for the room than we charged you to start with about $25 a dayUnless you just can’t find anywhere else to stay and don’t care if you have any amenities I would really suggest you look for other accommodations There are lots of other places around with better views and plenty of amenities If we had to do again we would not have stayed at the Inn at Cocoa Beach

I’ve stayed at several hotels in Cocoa on business Honestly, overall this one is my favorite Other hotels can beat it on individual items, but overall it’s ideal for me

The room was spacious and clean I had a balcony that overlooked the ocean The staff was friendly and helpful at all hours They have a restaurant and coffee bar on site The outdoor sitting areas are well laid out and comfortable

Shirley Wilson

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Everything about this hotel is great! Super Convenient to beach, comfortable and spacious rooms, clean, friendly helpful staff, great bistro and Starbucks in lobby and more! Perfect place for a family beach getaway! The only negative , which I won’t deduct a star for, was the paid parking I hadn’t noticed in my reservation prior to arrival

Jason Stallings

Parking is now 10 per vehicle per night This is a newer thing, I was not aware of I grew up in Cocoa Beach and have been staying at this hotel at least once a year for the past 20 years

Had my honeymoon here When I asked the front desk clerk when did that begin? She scowled and said “it’s always been like that” I assured her it hadn’t, and would pay it but you are already getting me for the room, parking too? This isn’t New York Parking my vehicle safely on your premises should not result in me having to incur an additional fee Room seemed clean, few things needed replacing, ie the cracked light shade between the beds Balcony had a decent view of the pool

Had a great stay at this hotel Front desk staff seemed very knowledgeable about the area Jen was a great help referring us to some amazing food in the area

For the room itself, it was super clean with no funky smells I was very surprised at how comfortable the beds were to sleep on Breakfast area was full of good eats Pool was nice and warm We usually stay here before departing on our cruises Complimentary shuttle takes you from the hotel to the port

Punit Shah

WOW, this hotel is great! I traveled to the area for a last minute business trip and my secretary Sagar ended up booking this hotel for me I am very glad he did! To start, the staff was very friendly and courteous and accommodated my earlier than normal check in time (thanks Tim!) The rooms were large and clean and the bed was very comfortable

The very best part of this hotel has to be the pool, I loved sitting out by the pool and working when I had some down time from meetings Overall, I would come back for work or fun, and probably bring the family next time!

Melanie Lugo

I am never one to take the time to write reviews and I travel so often being a military spouse/family but I came on here to compliment the wonderful lady named Sandy working front desk These 5 stars are really for her and her beautiful heart of gold The world is a much better place with people like Sandy in it

❤️(The hotel rooms can use some updating but it’s doable)

Great family resort located right on the beach! Plenty of rooms with ocean front views and balconies Other rooms have ocean view or pool views Our room had 2 nice size bedrooms (1 king and 2 singles) and 2 bathrooms

Nice size kitchen with microwave and dishwasher Washer & dryer in the roomActivity Director on premises and plenty of things for kids of all ages to enjoy

Maria Milos

This was the second time we stayed here It’s awesome The condos are large, clean and close to the beach

The staff are nice and efficient It has tennis and basketball courts, cornhole, a ping pong table, a pool and of course beach access They have a self serve beach towel system to get and return the towels There is a linen exchange that you use as needed You use a bracelet with a key for towels, doors to the pool / beach, and your room Yes, it’s waterproof so you can keep it on while you swim Simple things that make your stay so much better

Cassandra Thomas

This place is really nice and clean Smells great as soon as you walk in The pool is great only up to about 5ft so there’s no diving but that also means not as much kid splashing which is nice

The pool also has plenty of areas to sit and lounge in and out of the water My kids had a blast playing pool volleyball and in the little spash pad fountain they had We were able to catch a movie which was fun they have a schedule for their theater it seats about 20 or so people The chairs are uncomfortable! Even my little 7year old complained about the chairs and there’s not much leg room There is also a cute kids play place where they hold activities during the week There’s a game room as well but it’s not worth it El Azteca is the restaurant that is inside the resort we did not eat there The beach access is very nice but being money if you want a good spot because you have to rent the chairs and umbrellas that are already set out $30 for 2 chairs/lounge chairs and an umbrella They have other options that are less or more depending what you want, but the beach access is nice and the $30 is for the entire day, if you leave for a bit they just ask you leave a towel or something showing you are still there, so it’s worth it The rooms are nice and adequate size My biggest complaint is that at the end of your stay you must strip your own beds and place them in a certain spot or you be charged extra You pay alot for all of these amenities and it is not all inclusive which I understand but I am not on vacation to be the house keeper that is the last thing that I want to do when I am trying to pack an entire family up and get out the door So that is my biggest issue with this place it is overall a great place but I can’t give it a full 5 stars because of those few things

We stayed at this hotel and overall had a great experience I’m giving 4/5 because of the bed It was VERY firm! My husband and I both woke up with sore backs

We were there for 5 nights What impressed me the most about the Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront was the staff They were some of the friendliest, most capable people who really go out of their way to help make your stay enjoyable I visited the coffee shop every day and the girl that was working there, always greeted me with a smile I will definitely return again

Matt Mcclellan

So this is a mixed bag reviewLocation is greatWhat isn’t good and everyone should know is that there are 0 balconies

So if you want a view of the ocean you can just you won’t be able to step out and enjoy it If you are on the north side you get a view of the ocean and of the AC units and machines Bed and that part of the room is fine But the bathrooms are very small Door almost touches the toilet Shower is a tub/shower combo and low classRestaurants are good But be cautious of the rental place $16 for a bottle of sunscreen and no prices are shown Nobody tells and it is highway robberyI’d recommend staying elsewhere that has a balcony, and isn’t being dishonest, and has never rooms

Holly Condra

We loved this hotel but it could use a few improvements The bathroom in our room was very small for a family of four Also, there were two empty walls that hooks would be perfect on for wet towels and bathing suits

A retractable line in the shower would be nice too for wet stuff We will be back next summer though! You can’t beat the location on the beach and we love the whole outside area! The staff were all very friendly and were always very attentive when we needed something

I went here last year with family and some relatives Staff are all nice and the gym and arcade are kept pretty clean Rooms are also really good

Pool and hot tub can sometimes be crowded but when it not crowded, it’s great! The beach itself is great! You can get umbrella and recliner rentals and the pier’s food stands have some good food All in all, you should come here!

Best hotel/condo you will ever be at Kitchen is very big, there is a broom and dust pan if you get seashells on the floor This is not really a condo, but you could consider this a house! Balcony is very spacious, and the rooms can have one, two, or even three bedrooms! Three TVs are included as well as two bathrooms with showers, though one of the showers is better than the other

One shower is small with no space for soap or shampoo The shower door will also collect water which falls out once you open it A way to fix this water problem is the mop that is in the same closet as the broom A vacuum is included as well, though you can get removed from the room if someone reports you for loud noises There is a handbook with rules and basic information about the hotel A lengthy walk to the beach from the difficult to find exit to the trail, but that doesn’t overpower the good of this place Definitely do recommend this resort if you plan a trip to Cocoa Beach

Rick Browning

We spent three nights at this condo before our cruise We had the two bedroom unit It was an easy check in the rooms were clean an everything was furnished that we needed

It was a complete furnished home The x tra big balcony was get with four deck chairs Not very far to grocery store maybe a 10 minute walk each way Only I would suggest going higher than second floor due to trees etc but it was facing the ocean only was hard to see Loved sound of the ocean!!!!

A great rental spot! We had more than enough room for 2 adults and 2 teens, with a large kitchen and family room, and two bathrooms! Walls on the inside were painted so beautifully Views of the beach from the windows and two balconies (one with a table!) were gorgeous The pool was a bit crowded at times, and could have been cleaned more often for bugs

There were always chairs to lay out/sit in The condo even had pool/beach toys in the closet, and family games in the family room! And the kitchen came fully equipped even with pots/pans/dishes, so it was perfect for buying food from the store and making family meals in the condo Gate to the pool and to the beach (which is right in front of the condo) both had a code, so we felt very safe You can also see Cape Canaveral from the beach—you can definitely watch rocket launches from here!

Newly renovated hotel on the beach where most rooms have limited views of the ocean The workout room is nice, and the kids liked the game room with air hockey The prices are high for the breakfast buffet and the $12 credit that Hilton now gives for Diamond members is extremely disappointing

The prices at the convenience store are very high for beverages and snacks The laundry is also $4 per load, which is extremely high I felt extremely taken advantage of with all of these high expenses! The pool area is nice, but the pool is small and I am surprised they didn’t make the pool much bigger since they just remodeled All of the associates that we interacted with were nice The rooms didn’t have microwaves The wall AC was inconsistent It was very cold and froze the person next to it, or if you raised the temp two degrees you would be sweating at night There are several restaurants within two miles Small balcony as well

Nicole Smith

I would have liked to rate this hotel higher Check-in was not very friendly But the worst part was I paid extra for a partial ocean view, and I wouldn’t call looking out over the parking lot and the roof of the entrance a partial ocean view

There was a sliver of blue that could barely be seen Also, if you are chemical sensitive, don’t stay here The smell of (new construction perhaps) was so strong I had a migraine that night and all day the next day and a bad taste in my mouth Note to those that may book “full ocean view” – these rooms are right over the (small) pool, so they would be noisy (there was also a DJ who was very loud that played a couple of hours) On the positive side, I loved the design of the room, floor plan, there was lots of storage, and it was spacious Again, wish it would have been better in other respects Some may not have the problems I had Location is great There is a private walk out to the beach, which is very nice

Marlene Kimacovich

First of all, I did not want to write a review but have no choice Continually calling Hilton Doubletree Cocoa Beach because they charged our account twice Nobody will return my calls and they say they are to busy with other guests

Well guess what, we were a paying guest I have been overcharged by $1,60000 Canadian Dollars If you want any kind of service this is not the hotel for you The front desk needs to learn hospitality all over again, the staff is nice but not trained The general manager should oversee this The only good thing I can say about the hotel is that the location on the beach is great and the rooms are good But again, after a 3 night stay no one asked if we needed anything I have spent $6000 Canadian just calling them Finally left a message for Kim Still no reply I would like the double charge reversed please

The room was very clean and the staff from the front desk to the breakfast attendants were helpful and friendly! Maureen at the front desk had to fix our reservation we made by phone which was all wrong and apologized profusely even though we didn’t mind I appreciate that they use paper products instead of plastic in the rooms and buffet One review said the breakfast was standard but I disagree

They had cereal, eggs (omelet, scrambled and hard boiled), oatmeal, 2 different waffle irons, sausage, yogurt, spicy potatoes AND fruit! (Not sure why the apples are wrapped in plastic The pool is nice and walk to the beach short This is more about Cocoa Beach but I love how they have kept the dunes intact with nice dune vegetation! Overall a great stay!

Booked this Hotel for the weekend for my 80-year-old parents that were moving to an independent living facility in Melbourne After two days of driving, they arrived at this hotel and were very pleased They were in room 616, a two bed queen room with ocean view that overlooked the pool/outdoor bar area, the balcony with the ocean view was amazing

From the six floor walkway and front door to the room you could see the banana river, and although the rocket launch during this time was scrubbed, they could also have seen it from the front walkway The room was large and although a little outdated, was clean and met their needs They also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning The entire facility from parking lot to main floor to hallways etc were very clean We live in the area and have never had reason to visit any of the hotels, but thank you Hampton Inn, we now know to recommend you to any out-of-town visitors

Jim Perez

Nice simple clean rooms with very cheerful and helpful staff members The pool has heavy afternoon shade from the building which can be good or bad, depending on the weather Nice beach access

Annoying that you can’t have drinks at the pool deck This was ignored by some but some of my favorite beach resorts allow me to have my (non-alcoholic) drinks in hand… and they make a fair penny selling them to me!Overall probably a three star hotel, family friendly, safe, short walk to beach and short drive to Cape Canaveral

The key to a good experience is managing expectations It’s close to the cruise port, shuttles run regularly and are affordable (we paid $6 per person)The buildings are older and our room (300’s) was small but clean Staff is very helpful and friendly

Big pool with plenty of space to swim Food was perfectly acceptable Overall if you’re looking for a good 3* hotel right by the port, radiation resort at the port is a good option

Sharon Sweeney

The rooms are a bit dated however they are a good deal larger than most standard hotel roomsThe pool is very nice and makes you feel like you are on a Caribbean holiday The tiki bar is a lot of fun

We ate supper at the hotel and the food was fantastic Albeit small servings but delicious and reasonably pricedThey offer antigen tests on site for $45 Best rate I have seenAll in all a great spot and the staff are beyond helpful and kind The one negative which isn’t terrible is it’s a real party atmosphere Drinks and cups and plates everywhere cause everyone hangs out at the pool However I wouldn’t say dirty because the staff clean up often We did hear a bit of the partying at night but it wasn’t terrible Kind of you knew it was happening and could hear it faintly in the background

ELizabeth Adams

WOW! We are use to staying at Wyndham Hotels such as Super 8 Almost all hotels in Cocoa had horrible reviews and with pet fees the cost at the Radisson was comparable w/o pet fees For $10 more for the two of us per night, we upgraded to a suite

It was a wonderful experience We had ample closets and plenty of space The staff were friendly and accommodating They had a pool and a hidden hot tub We are sold on the RadissonI don’t know if I can give an accurate review as we have never stayed in a suite before All I can say it was wonderful

Feb2022, Suite (2 BR, futon, Kitchen) Nice room Tile floors with a couple throw rugs

Beds are comfy Ceiling fan speed chain missing but it had the light chain So, fan was top speed or nothing when you flip the wall switch Direct access to big, beautiful beach Pretty quiet room even though our room was right at the stairs and close to the road Pet friendly Close enough to groceries and gas and other eateries Very friendly guy at the desk answered all my questions

Esbelda Santana

If I could rate this place as zero I would First off let me start by saying the pictures in the website are not how the rooms actually look like anymore When you walk in the room it has a smell to it, I understand they’re old but it smells can still be resolved

That also the amount of rust all over the sink the bathroom I’m sorry but I wasn’t even able to take a shower they were with sandals that’s how bad everything needs updating The headboards are drilled onto the wall and we also found a sock so that means the maids didn’t properly clean Customer service was super rude I don’t know if it’s because I look very young and thought I was dumb and didn’t put very much attention to me but, I promise you there is way better hotels/motels in Cocoa Beach for the same price or even lower

Katherine Casey

I love this environment and location Have been here before and loved it so we returned Unfortunately the upstairs is not as comfortable as the downstairs

There are chairs outside the rooms and no where to walk if someone is sitting there they have to stand up Very tight space My only complaint is house keeping when we pulled back our comforter the bed sheet was dirty, in the bathroom there were strands of hair on the walls, also every draw on the dresser was broken when we managed to open one it had tags from someone else’s clothes in it Our previous stay down stairs was amazing though no complaints

We spent two nights at this property and was quite comfortable Beds are comfortable, room was quiet, even with a bus full of teenagers Never heard a peep

Breakfast was good, normal continental fare No coffee creamer, other than milk products New hotel and as expected, clean Only complaint would be no exhaust fan in the bathroom and it gets plenty steamy in there Other than that minor inconvenience, everything was good

Clean and dog friendly I love my fur baby and the hotel did not show traces of other dogs There was no pet hair

The hotel sink and toilet were upgraded Linen were clean Carpet was clean Staff was super friendly friendly Breakfast was ok not special but just enough For the price this was a terrific find Also the charge for my fur baby was reasonable compared to the Marriott close by I am a very picky person as to where I want to sleep but this hotel was really great

Relatively new hotel Clean modern rooms Breakfast was average

Fitness room is better than most hotel fitness rooms but there were no wipes available to clean machines We asked if we can view fireworks from launch view room on 5th floor, was told it could only be open for a launch 😒 Probably the only reason I would not stay here for more than a day is the lack of cell phone service There are 1 or 2 bars in lobby and maybe in room near windows True of t-mobile and AT&T

The location is perfect! We love this part of the beach, we could walk everywhere- places to eat, get coffee, and to shop at the small local places We stayed in “Gary’s guesthouse” with 5 people and it was cozy and clean! It is definitely a casual, older place with nothing fancy, but we find that perfect for us! The front office and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful! We cant wait to go back!

May look a little old on the outside but very cute and quaint on the Inside Has a nice little secluded outside area that includes a pavilion You can sit it a swing chair and look at the ocean

The beach was not crowded in front of the motel The sheets were a little sandy but it was probably from me Easy to check in and wonderful service Overall a great experience

Tempted to only give this place one star so nobody else will find it This is the place your grandparents came to on their honeymoon in FloridaMotel is on the beach with a big yard, swings, tables, and a gazebo overlooking the beach

Plan to spend some quality time just laying around outside You can get to know the other inhabitants if you’re sociableRooms are clean and well maintained, decorated in beach-house chic Cable TV works and WiFi is decent But, it’s not fancy and certainly not the place for someone expecting $$$ resort amenities

Absolutely love the Four Points by Sheraton Cocoa Beach!! Been going there for roughly 15 years! I learned how to surf through the Cocoa Beach Surf Company which is attached to the hotel Can’t begin to express the amount of love I have for that Surf Company in a simple review Always have very clean rooms and have great customer service

I don’t know if this has changed but people that stay at the hotel receive 15% off coupons for the Shark Pit Bar and Grill Definitely worth it! The food has always been great! Booking far enough in advance helps with the price for sure Fortunately, unless things have changed, the Cocoa Beach Suites is the Four Points sister hotel in Cocoa Beach and they also receive those same coupons

Stopped in for a Starbucks, wandering A1A, while soaking in the sights of our beloved Cocoa Beach! The Front Lobby is just beautiful, and they have a very cool Gift Shop! It is located directly across a side street, from the Iconic Ron Jon Cocoa Beach! To be clear, we did not stay here, we only passed through

but if the Lobby is any kind of a precursor to the room’s ambiance, then I’m sure you’re in for a very special stay! Managed to also snap some nice shots one evening Cocoa Beach is always a relaxing and recharging getaway!!

Billy Burkes

The Four Points Sheraton is a great hotel It is very conveniently located to the life of Cocoa Beach Of course Ron Jon’s is next door, there is also a Ron Jon’s located in the hotel

The beach is only a 5 minute walk away, but make sure to not walk to the beach barefooted! The rooms are large and well kept Service was good as well The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so you don’t even have to leave the premises if you don’t want to

Lost Inn Paradise is truly a gem!! The owners are on site and are so helpful, kind, and were so generous to our family Our room was immaculate as were the grounds The heated pool was perfect and our kids had a great time fishing off the docks

The beach is just across the street and the owners have a room of amenities like beach toys, goggles, games, etc that are so helpful when traveling with young kids We had never been to the area before but because of this quaint hotel we can’t wait to come back We are so glad we stayed here over a chain hotel!

My husband and I had a 3 night vacation here I am in LOVE with this property! It is in South Cocoa beach, about a 8-10 minute drive from the main strip of restaurants I personally loved being a little bit away from the action

The views were incredible for the river side The beach is truly right across the A1A There are 2 Adirondack chairs for each room, along with plenty of seating up by the dock and by the pool The rooms were exceptionally clean and the housecleaning staff was amazing Our room had a small table, a fridge, a coffeemaker, and a microwave It was nice to have the option to keep leftovers or make sandwiches for beach days There is a laundry room on site and they include a lot of things in there for free that we didn’t know we needed but came in handy, including disposable cutlery, sunscreens and bug sprays, coolers, little wagons, beach chairs, life jackets, boogie boards, games, and books I would highly recommend this place for couples or, if you had a large enough family, rent out the whole complex and stay for a week! We did not end up taking advantage of them but there were also kayaks available for use and boat slips

We were unsure what to expect at an “Inn”but we would happily stay again at Lost Inn Paradise! Don’t underestimate the outside of the building Rooms were impressively up to date and clean The bedding and pillows were comparable to fancier establishments

Pool seems to be saltwater and is not huge but adequate since ocean is so close Views are fantastic It is located across the street from ocean but we knew that coming in Easy walk across the street to access the ocean front “Borrow room” was perfect for what we needed for our one night Ice and washing machines on site The Internet connection did its job perfectly Good sized fridge, freezer, and microwave Easy online check-in with gate codes provided in advance Property well maintained and clean Will definitely visit again Short drive to downtown touristy shops and food

We stayed unit 304 My family was delighted with our stay here The view of the ocean was amazing

We all enjoyed watching the cruise ships come and go from the port, and the sunrise over the ocean is something worth getting up early to see This unit is immaculately clean and perfectly refurbished I felt like I was staying in a brand new condo All appliance are top notch Soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, toilet paperall provided Salt and pepper in the kitchen for seasoning The condo complex was very clean and perfectly maintained They did have one elevator out of order, but we never had to wait long for the one that was in order The pool and barbecue area is a very inviting space and included a very nice poolside bathroom, dry sauna, and clubroom for gathering indoor by the pool The grassy area by the dunes is a lush green space that adds to the tropical atmosphere and I enjoyed watching the wild rabbits and cranes go about their evening and morning foraging We felt very safe in the area It is a quiet street The covered parking was a plus It kept the car cool I would recommend this unit to any and everyone

This is my family’s 2nd time staying in this complex, 1st visit a year ago was great in a different condo This year in Condo 505 not so much Grounds, pool are great

The issues we have with this unit are, the master bed is horrible, limited supplies provided, no tall glasses, hardly any cooking utensils, torn patio chairs One elevator out the entire stay I would recommend the Cape Winds but not this unit

Our Show Our Story

We absolutely loved staying here! It was an Air BnB, ours had two bedrooms, three beds, two bathrooms and a full kitchen! Right on the beach with a fifth floor balcony facing the ocean! This isn’t a resort, except in name This is a condo

Couldn’t recommend this place more!! ♥️ ♥️

Love this place! Not fancy but the rooms are updated with solid surface floors and the bathrooms are updated We have stayed 3 times in the last few months and have enjoyed each visit The rooms with the “ocean view” are a bit more expensive and smaller than the other rooms

Would be nice if some of the lower level rooms had king beds You are right on the beach so most of your time will probably be spent outside anyway Even though most of the lower level rooms don’t offer an ocean view, there are 2 deck/patio areas that do allow you to sit, see and feel the ocean breeze The lower has tables and chairs, the upper just has chairs The staff is friendly and accommodating It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of bigger hotels/resorts but it is quiet and away from all the noise yet still close enough that a 5-15 minute drive gives you access to anything you would want

Mama Kat

Location, location, location Amazingly close to the beach Very Clean rooms

Has all amenities, in the bathroom body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion Microwave and mini fridge They offered me beach towels to use at the beach They also have showers to get the beach off before you go to your room I would definitely stay here again

FAMILY ORIENTED PLACE!!!!!!!! Where can I start!!!! We have been coming here for 3 years pre Covid The first time I booked it, I’m not gonna lie I was skeptical because the bedding sheets looked old in google

However when we got there what a surprise!! New, beautiful, clean, quiet and great customer service We are a family of 5 so the room by the beach end is perfect and specious for us The kitchen has the basic essentials needed to make a meal Beach is perfect, location perfect and it’s perfect in every way I am a crazy mom that wants to keep her children safe with minimal crowds and stupidity and if you are like me as a mother bring your children here They will have so much fun! If your husband loves to fishing amazing spots forFishing close by
