We got a handicap room (did not ask for it) on the third floor with a view of the rooftop of the restaurant complete with all the mechanical doodads The rug was wet, the room was cold and damp and there was a strange gurgling noise that kept me up all night ( like being in an aquarium) I wanted to change rooms, but my husband was exhausted (we arrived really late) and was too tired to change and went straight to bed

When we checked out, the clerk asked how our stay was and I told her She apologized, gave me a cookie and a Starbucks certificate (actually she offered us breakfast, but we did not have time) She said the manager would call me to discuss our stay, but THAT NEVER HAPPENED Considering the room was a couple hundred bucks, you would think the room would have been better It was supposed to be a 4 star hotel, it was not In their reply: “We would have loved to know this when it happened so that we could have rectified the situation” You were told You chose not to contact us (left my phone number and name) Guess you had no intention of any reparation for a sub-par room

This hotel is one of a kind! With great attention to details, wonderful service with our room and restaurantMy partner and I booked for two night, but we ended up extending our stay! We enjoyed all of the accommodations, friendly services, and comfort we received Oh and the cookies are soooooo good!!! My partner could not get enough of those! Big shout out to Cece- who made our stay wonderful from checking us in, taking care of any discomfort we may or may not have felt, to being friendly and welcoming! Cece we appreciate you! When ever we went to the counter she ALWAYS greeted us with a smile

When we came down for breakfast or to go explore she greeted us with good morning! Your kindness in meeting our needs made our stay special She truly made our stay memorable! Thank you Cece for the hospitality you’ve shown! 🙂 we would like to also shout out Robert in the Restaurant, it was great being served by you! Your kindness and willingness to meet our needs was truly appreciated!

Shamus

Prior to our arrival to the hotel, we received a phone call from the Front Office Manager, Ramy concerning our room He stated that there was a guest at the hotel that needed our room which was a handicapped accessible room Without hesitation I expressed to him yes! As long as we had a room I was truly grateful

Well because our willingness to switch rooms with the guest, our stay was upgraded as well as we were placed on the highest floor Our overall stay thus far has been truly blessedThe front desk, the restaurant, the hotel stay and the banquet staff have truly exemplified the level of professionalism and standards that the Hilton brand has to offer! I’m truly glad that our church, True Holiness Tabernacle of Prayer, chose to use the Doubletree by Hilton in Sunrise, FL for our Holy Convocations 2022!

Beware before staying here This was supposed to be an anniversary trip, but I am regretting it Has not been a comfortable stay at all

When we first got to the room I could tell it was an older building because it was quite dusty and immediately set off my allergies Still dealing with the swollen lymph nodes to to this date While our room was fairly sized, the furniture was old and in poor repair The dining table was ready to collapse at any moment, the bed was a full size, not queen, the hot tub was broken as was the gate to get to the pool area There are no rollaway beds which we asked for because the main bed was not big enough for two adults and the pullout blocked the doorway so you couldn’t get in or out of the bedroom, which is where the bathroom is located The sofa is broke down The breakfast left a lot lacking It was the same thing every morning and I laughed as other guests sneered when they were treated to the same breakfast items from days before The front desk let us know there were staffing shortages so I depended on my self to do my own housekeeping and bought my own kitchenware as I was missing a skillet that no one ever brought me The icing on the cake is being way overcharged twice for “incidentals” I had not incurred and then told the charges would be corrected in 7-10 days and we’re talking hundreds over the booking amount That’s no just a security and incidentals And it was way more than the 20 dollar a day charge they claimed The staff is cordial and they do a nice job with the reception, but the place seriously needs to be renovated I have stayed at several Residence Inns before, but after this stay I won’t be using to them anymore and most likely not Marriott either Quite disappointed in the quality and practices

Should be rated a max of 2-3stars, not 4 star rating Rooms are old & dated Needs updating

Air conditioning was too loud and is centrally controlled We could not adjust it as per front desk It woke us up a few times each nightOur room (#232) door didn’t lock unless you pull hard on your way out Door was unlocked after cleaning staff left It took 3 days for someone to come and do a temporary fix The maintenance person said it was a door frame problem

Far from the madding crowd A great quiet location with everything you could need for a quiet vacation within a 20 minute walk On site breakfast bar has a wide variety of delicious snacks and meals with pleasant attendants

Many local restaurants and bistros within a 10 minute saunter, although it does get crowded at normal feasting times! A wide variety of rooms to suit most peoples tastes, and the in room a/c is adequate for the climate Bathroom supplies were plentiful and housekeeping were always somewhere on hand for top ups or little extras A great little find

Maranda Jean

This is my go to spot for when I’m in town for work and the ladies at the front are so wonderful! Natasha always remembers me greets me with a smile as soon as I walk in I enjoy her conversation and look forward to my stays here because of her! The entire staff is so gracious and kind There is a nice little Starbucks and bar

Rooms are always clean and hotel is maintained extremely well Great work to this staff!

There were major problems with noise coming from a party in the hotel’s pool past 11:30 PM at night The hotel allowed 20 or more people to stay in the pool past the stated 11 PM closing time (the pool is in the middle of the hotel property) When a phone call was placed to the front desk at 11:30 PM about excessive noise still coming from a party happening in the pool, the desk attendant explained that the hotel cannot ask guests to leave the pool area even though it was time for it to close for the evening based on the hotel’s own rules

This was an absurd answer for a Marriott employee to give to a guest I’m all for people having a good time but what about the rest of the guests going to sleep? Hotels have rules for a reason This is second time we have used this hotel and won’t use it again

Service was 5 stars Our first room was awesome until we found a pile of dirty towels left behind in the bathroomThe staff immediately changed our room and upgraded us to a large suite

After about 40 minutes or so in the new room the staff called to make sure the new room was goodWe really appreciated the quality customer service

Vashti Roberts

The exterior and lobby was nice, however, upon entering the elevator,, it went downhill The room was disgusting The room was musty and the walls were grimy

The ac was dripping on the rug and was noisy The bathroom was dirty- shower tiles appeared to have not been scrubbed in months, the air vent was filthy, and the shower curtain was either speckled with mold or dirt from the vent The smoke alarm was removed from the ceiling and placed on the sink The bathroom wall and bed sheets also had hair on it and the beds were uncomfortable I also spotted a roach near the ac upon departure I am glad we had disinfectant spray and wipes to help a little It was unfortunate that we had to check in late,, making it inconvenient to switch rooms and risking encountering the same issues An awful experience and room for $190+ and we only stayed for ~5 hours I do NOT recommend this hotel

Donna Johnson

The staff was extremely friendly Our room was clean The buffet and common areas were also clean

They let us do a slightly early check in ( about 2pm ) I was having tests at the Cleveland clinic in Weston and all the pet friendly hotels in Weston had jacked up prices and pet fees to what I felt was unreasonable pricing for 3 star hotels Pet fees as high as 150 ! We have a small senior terrier that travels with us and this La Quinta did not charge extra I would stay here again as it was only 15 minutes from the clinic

Liked · Overall, hotel seemed like it was recently redesigned with modern interiors Crib services were provided upon request The TV in the room was huge and had streaming services

Blackout curtains were great Shower, mirror, and lighting in the bathroom were nice (The sink looked modern but was not designed for families with children though) Plenty of charging options in the roomThe pool, fitness room, lounge areas, bar were also nice The location is within minutes from the airport but guests would need a car to get to neighborhood spotsDisliked · Despite asking twice, housekeeping staff didn’t clean the room Toiletries were not replenished for a 4-night stay The bed was comfortable but the sheets didn’t stay put Only one robe was reserved for 2 adults Staff could also be more hospitableThe coffee bar in the lobby was also closed the entire duration of our stay Overall, the experience was pleasant but not great They could improve with more attention to detail

Tammy putnam

We could not be more pleased with this hotel! The staff at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our stay was more than perfect! We had an early flight They didn’t hesitate to check us in early and promptly sent the shuttle to pick us up at the airport Our second stay we had a late flight and they accommodated us the same

The Cafe was nice with very friendly staff The bar was perfect Toro/ tequila library and restaurant exceed our expectations! Can not wait to stay again in the future! This will be our go to from now on!

Chuck Ginski

What a nice hotel! Check in and out was fast and courteous The room was clean with a comfortable bed and ample charging options And I especially enjoyed wine and an appetizer at the lobby lounge bar

The s lounge service was much appreciated after a long dayOne recommendation I would offer is to add Keurig coffee and tea machines to the rooms As a business person, who logs much hotel time, I’ve come to enjoy quality coffee and tea at night and again in the morning I actually carry my own tea bags and coffee pods with me during business tripsCoffee and tea aside, Le Meridian was an enjoyable experience

Very nice hotel, close to many nice eating places Rooms are nice and cleaned well They will only come in and do a lite clean up and make beds after your 3rd night

First time staying at this particular hotel I loved it Even though it was 12 miles away from the convention center, I didn’t mind the drive because it is a world better than the hotels right by the convention center

I loved the location Staff was very nice and eager to assist with whatever you needed Exactly what you would expect from a Marriott property I will stay there again and hopefully Plantation Walk will be open Very nice!

I have stayed over 1,000 nights at a Marriott branded Hotel This Hotel is significantly below average compared to other Sheratons I stayed atLet me first start with a positives

The guy in the club lounge was super curious, responsive and wanted to help Excellent service mire commonly found in Asia or Latin America that the United States The lobby gets lots of natural light and it appears was remodeled not too long ago It’s got your standard breakfast area, a little bar and some conference rooms There’s a fountain outside and there’s plenty of parkingThe reason why I’m getting this two stars is because the rooms are just very old and kind of dirty For example, there is scum in mildew all over the bathroom Another example of the coffee table was scratched up Except for the mattress, it felt more like a old courtyard Marriott than a Sheraton The room is large as you would expect in a suite but again in bad need of updating The drapery seem like it came from the 1990s The shampoo and soap they give you is from big bottles of fixed to the shower wall There’s some hygiene risk there given I’m sure they don’t replace the whole bottle after every guestI have included photos so you can judge for yourselfThe AC unit was loud and didn’t respond to the thermostat very well I think I might have caught a head cold or something after two nights

Maggie Lou

Did a weekend staycation, this hotel is located in the heart of the upcoming area of Plantation Walk For that reason, make sure you get a parking pass because they do ticket cars There is security patrolling the area on a cart

Just a reminder parking isn’t free The staff were really nice and helpful The Sheraton Suites appears to be renovated from the outside and lobby area There are places were upgrades can occur such as the pool and hot tub area The room was nice but it has it quirks like turning the switch down to turn on the light, the noise the sink makes, the struggle opening the closet, and the movement of the refrigerator when you opened it They have a dining area where they serve breakfast, Starbucks, and a small bar Aside for a sign saying they have a breakfast buffet, if you don’t inquire about its most hush-hush There were not many people eating meals when I pass by in the morning or evening If there was a menu available in the room or during check-in, I’m sure they would have more people The hotel was reasonably priced but certain days the price fluctuates tremendously especially weekends and holidays

I’ve stayed here for three nights, and while I had no major *issues* with my room, I did have a few concerns about other things:- As many others have said, there are ongoing renovations While that did not affect areas such as the functionality of the elevator and breakfast, sometimes I had to maneuver around ladders during the day- We lost electricity for a couple of hours on day 1 of our trip

Water was extremely low-pressured and, at times, non existent in the middle of showers- DO NOT purchase any items from their little “marketplace” next to the front desk I made the mistake of picking up a water and soda the first night, not knowing that there was a vending machine at the end of the first floor (I honestly didn’t think there were any due to the renovations The whole right side of the hotel seemed inhabitable/unused) One soda/water from their marketplace was $300 each Same items from the vending machines are $150 each Not impressed- ice machine works Located on floors 1, 3, and 5 with vending machines- the water fountains had low water pressure Took forever to fill up my container- room fixings and furniture are old and outdated, but functional- had to wait a couple of seconds for water to for out of the faucet in the kitchenette- I asked to be placed in a very quiet area but had to contend with loud guests and service ladiesOutside of these qualms, my stay was uneventful I was a bit bummed the gym was not open Lining the streets leading up to the hotel are cute little stores and shops There’s a nice-looking fountain out front The front desk managers were friendly and helpful (although I would’ve appreciated a heads up about the prices lol) Not a bad stay but for $200+ a night, it should’ve been way better

TT

Check to see if the hotel is still under exterior renovations As of now the facade is still in the demo phase and it looks like a few months till completion It is loud, dirty and in the wrong order as the rooms should of been renovated first

The rooms are smelly with very dirty carpets Don’t be afraid to change rooms because it could be a bit better My stay was decent The beds are comfortable I did see a couple of bugs in the room, just saying This hotel is not exemplary of Weston which is a beautiful upper class town

jason hoegle

The hotel is under construction as of 3/4/22It’s loud, dusty and the rooms are ready for a renovationWe had to yell at the desk to get checked in because of the noise

A warning on the website may or may not have changed our minds about staying hereIt’s cheap and the room was spaciousWould stay again when they are finished as it is close to the Cleveland clinic and my grandpa is always there getting something fixedI especially loved the colored paper directions to the breakfast area that were taped to the construction walls that will be leading us to the mystery breakfast that will be revealed in the morning! Not terrible 22 stars Which I will update after breakfast

Beautiful property with friendly people I had a great room in a nice building with a lovely view of the top of palm trees My favorite thing was being able to sit out in the balcony in the morning drinking coffee and in the evenings with a glass of iced tea

The weather in early May was still perfect low 80s with lower humidity Only complaint is they need to trim back some of the overhanging tree limbs in the parking lot so tree sap does not stain your car

Laura Cortinas Navarro

The rooms were absolutely up to our standards very clean The mattresses were comfortable Enough for a family of 5 in both A and B suites

We had enough supplies for cooking The balcony was nice The pool was fantastic, big, and always clean 👌A plus in that area The staff was always cleaning in our building Heron 1 They were always friendly Check in was smooth The sales pitch my parents always feel pressured The pitch went well 👏 great job team

Hotel is old Bed was very uncomfortable Lumpy and too soft

Pillows were lumpy and so thin they offered no support AC wasn’t working well Room temperature was just below 80, even hallway was cooler This was one of the worst Hampton Inns I’ve stayed inStaff was friendly but poor room quality couldn’t be overcome I would not recommend

Great location and quiet surrounding environment near restaurants and shopping centers The staff is polite and very helpful whenever you need assistanceThe hotel room was spacious with the requested roll-in shower

It was decent with a small refrigerator but you have to ask for them to bring a complimentary microwave to your room The cleanliness was alright Don’t worry about having any bugs The bed isn’t very comfortable but satisfy for somebody not staying long The breakfast is not complimentaryOverall, I would come again if I stayed in Weston but definitely not as a first choice

David Jiang

Staff was friendly and the room was as expected and similar to other Courtyards The area is fairly quite (a little bit of ambient highway noise but nothing out of the ordinary) Location was convenient for us, specifically, but there’s not a lot around the area other, though the restaurants nearby within walking distance are pretty decent – nice not having to drive every time we went for lunch or dinner

Our breakfast was included in our rate and it was pretty good, we were able to order off of the cafe menu, better than expected and better than the typical “continental” breakfasts at other chains

Sylvia Dominguez

This was such a great experience We actually had a small get together in the downstairs area We met Denise as part of the wonderful staff at this Marriott

She offered her services and elevated our little get together She helped set up our platters and actually brought glassware for our wines She was extremely attentive She was so helpful and pleasant Thank you Denise you were a lifesaver I will also say that the water pressure was fantastic Did I say I brought my dog with me and he also enjoyed the stay Thank you Marriott for exceptional service

Sadly this hotel did not meet expectations Upon arrival my family and I became aware that we were next to a strip club The lobby was highly scented, which I liked but people with sensitivities surely would not

We came to understand why there was cologne everywhere when we got to the room The first room we were offered had a horrible wet musty smell I refused to stay in there The front desk staff was very nice, helpful and understanding offering us another room That room had a portable dehumidifier in it Clearly this hotel has water damage that is not being fixed I booked through a 3rd party and notified them and the front desk I would not be staying here and was informed by both the third party and the front desk that a refund would be issued when the manager, Juan, was back on property on Monday Juan gave the 3rd party the run around and made it very difficult to connect with him I then called personally No response Finally after much persistence on my end, that I just wanted a refund due to the fact we did not actually stay on the premises, it was resolved But NOT in a professional, timely manner Very disappointed

I wish I could give this zero stars for the property itself and the manager Juan The staff is incredibly friendly so I feel bad for them but this hotel suffers from a moisture issue which is causing mold and mildew, and an unpleasant smell in the lobby and rooms To combat this, management is pumping in large amounts of perfume to mask the odor which initially is quite pleasant but becomes overpowering in a few minutes and caused us headaches

Rooms were full of mold in any crevace areas and had portable dehumidifers which was alarming to say the least Just don’t stay here, it’s in a terrible part of town anyway

mark malanowski

Stayed overnight with my loved one The room was clean but the lights flickered all night The ac was not working well and left the room completely damp feeling

The shower had no inside curtain The elevator felt like it would give out everytime someone came in The sound of it was really bad and loud Woke up to a homicide next door gun shots being heard at 5:30am definitely will not be back

Clean, quiet and a good value Overall, a very pleasant experience for the short time we needed to stay here Arrived late in the evening and the airport transfer was easy and quick

Check-in was great Requested a late check out since we were catching a cruise later in the day No issues with that Breakfast was good considering COVID protocols All in all, very happy and would stay again if needed

Within walking distance of restaurants, which was a plus The staff wasn’t the friendliest Our room had a stale, moldy odor

I can at least say the bed provided was comfortable We were able to enjoy the pool and spa, but the spa looked a little green The pool and spa had large chips out of them in multiple spots You had to watch where you stepped or else you could injure yourself The hotel definitely needs improvement if they plan to continue to charge that amount per night They did provide breakfast in the morning, but that wasn’t the greatest either With the pictures provided, just showing the mildew in the shower, and bags left from previous customers and not thrown away by staff

Keith Weaver

Staff is very friendly & courteous Rooms are very clean and spacious Nice outdoor area in back to socialize

Walking distance to some popular restaurants west of the hotel Hotel offers shuttle to/from FLL Airport, short 20 minutes away We had an early flight, missed out on the free breakfast they offer Good hotel for an overnight stay you’re in the area Also pet friendly which is good to know

We stayed for 5 days at this casino and we really enjoyed it You really don’t even have to leave once you arrive They have several dining options and the food is really good

My favorite was the rise and the council oaks They have an amazing spa (pricey but worth it) I have never experienced a spa any better! They have different clubs, bars ,nice pools and shopping places You honestly couldn’t ask for anything more The only cons are : valet is $30 a day and the beds in the rooms are not comfortable

Thomas Dzielak

Such a great casino Stopped here on my birthday weekend Very clean, nice food court to grab a quick bite to eat

A few gift shops to get some souvenirs In Wish they would open more table games earlier in the day The Seminole rewards card isn’t as hyped up as they make it to be Played tables, slots, etc and only got a few comp dollars Hotel rates are absolutely overpriced, even for in state residents which supposedly have promotional rates All In all, it’s a great getaway and a quick day vacation Free parking garage which is certainly a benefit

Lee Syrop

We had not been here in several years The renovation is beautiful and everything was in excellent shape The stores were beautiful but empty of shoppers

The restaurants were busier – yet the prices were high (but expected) We ate in the food court at the Asian Fusion location Food was good Prices not too high I did not gamble but enjoyed watching my girlfriend play She had fun even though she lost

Beautiful hotel!Exceptional breakfastHere is why I gave one star…Very poor customer service and communication in regards to housekeeping protocols

My husband and I stated the concerns to the front desk and there was no accomdation to our check out besides an apologyThe temperature in the room was not set to what was requested during bookingHousekeeping protocols were not communicated verbally or in an email during bookingWe were not made aware about a 24 hour request for housekeeping They presented us with a paper at check out… which in my opinion should be emailed or posted in the ACTUAL ROOM I have been to several other hotels during the pandemic and they have it posted in the room or communicated it to us during check in I think this is something that should be on the door or they have some type of communication to the guests to request the cleaning No where in this hotel room did I see a posting I did see a sign in the bathroom that if you left your towels on the floor they would be replace… so I assumed that housekeeping was a regular routine in this placeHow can someone place a request for a 24 hour housekeeping the room when we didn’t even check in 24 hours within when the clean up was needed????I was in town came to this hotel for a surgery I was having and returned to a hotel room that was not cleaned When I called the front desk there was music from the lounge blasting and the employee could barely hear me All she did was send two towelsI needed to be in a clean environment and my health was at riskUnfortunately I will not be recommending this place to my family and friends I am highly unsatisfied I did not get my moneys worth

Modern contemporary design in rooms and lobby areas Clean and new Great service

Perfect location for staying and shopping at the Sawgrass Mills mall It’s actually located in the parking lot of the mall, so parking is available and free Valet parking is available tooThe surrounding areas are well litThe furniture is clean and comfortable and the design is modern with clean lines and no clutter Large spacious bathrooms and a shower stall with sufficient elbow roomThere’s water and coffee available in the rooms; a snack shop and a bar in the lobby and a good buffet breakfast is available at minimal cost The restaurant seating area is spacious and clean and well attendedOf course, the many restaurants both inside and on the outside of the mall area are all available for you to enjoy dinnerNear to the hotel is a lovely outdoor walk area alongside the shops for enjoying an after dinner walk in a beautiful settingI would definitely stay here againA bit pricey but still affordable

Chris Dodorico

Gorgeous new modern property at Sawgrass Mills The design is sleek with beautiful finishes Check-in was very swift and polite

Room is nicely appointed The thermostat is a bit challenging – the room was 81 when we arrived but finally figured how to put it on Called maintenance and a very friendly gentleman arrived immediately to help Problem is the thermostat turns back off overnight so the room warmed again Rooftop bar is great with nice views and fun, calm vibe Overall construction is kinda cheap and you can hear a lot of noises on the floor Will definitely stay again!

Stayed May 30 – June 6th 2022 1 bedroom suite above the officeCheck-in was OK but they did not fulfill my request I had called about 3 weeks before They provided ZERO info of the resort or the area

No maps, No info on where to find stuff in the resort and No info about the pool or hours or anything else a handicapped person would like to know They had very little customer service I had to walk all over the property the next day to find the pool and the gym on my own They did not share any activities that might take place at the resort The staff just seemed very lazy at Check-inI specifically requested a suite over looking the pool which they did not give me This was a deal breaker for me since there was plenty of available suites around the pool It was my birthday that day and I was handicapped and made a special request weeks before for a suite that we could enjoy sitting on the balcony and have something to look at We were from out of the country and wanted to enjoy the view I guess that was too much to ask They did not seem to care about disappointing anyone The parking was good inside a garage to keep the car dry But the resort itself was not as comfortable as it looks in their resort photos The units are very damp The air conditioning did not keep the place cool and dry enough It felt like a basement underground sort of Everything was kind of humid all day inside The bathrooms need way better showers It was pitiful The kitchen was fine I guess but once again it was very damp all day and night The floors are so hard with ceramic tile I was very disappointed with the unit we were given and for that reason we will never be back to Mizner againHowever, The Weston Town Center is amazing next to the resort So many shops, restaurants and large grocery store All within walking distance

IM a Resort Owner and Last week was my first return since purchase Rooms are excellent in design Great kitchen but room service needs to consider mid week cleaning

Rooms at least be cleaned regularly by the staffThe environment is amazing Beautiful locationThe persons at the front desk treat you wellHowever consideration should be given to Resort Owners only if they request to stay for a few hours or one night if there is a change in their flight schedule, since it is no fault of theirs instead sleeping in the airport or driving around

Alexandria Harmon

This property is AMAZING!! when you first pull up it looks like an apartment complex but when you walk inside to check in it’s bright and the gym looked like it had really good equipment in there They have a parking garage which was good but if your vehicle is over 7 feet you can only park in one small section on the first floor so no uhauls or big vans or trucks There’s 2 different sides of the parking garage that lead you inside

The rooms are set up like apartments Your key unlocks 2 doors The main door separates 2 suites n each suite is a door to be opened Suite A had a hot tub, living room, full kitchen with cookware, and it’s own private balcony You cannot see suite B’s balcony from yours It really is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in Already trying to make up another reason to come back

Kendra and Jonathan were ABSOLUTELY Wonderful A1 customer service is definitely what they providedThey explained every single detail in regards to the room, dining, parking, events being held at the hotel, local things to do and much more

The room was very nice It was clean, the towels were great quality compared to a lot of hotels I’ve stayed at recently, elevators were clean I also like the fact that there was a microwave on each floor to accommodate the guests that needed oneI will definitely stay at this property again in the futureMy opinion for the negative reviews I read, closed mouths don’t get fed A hotel should not receive a bad review because you didn’t speak up for them to address your issues with your stay while there There are a lot of staffing issues due to COVID and unfortunately the hotel industry is probably seeing a impact just like every other businessThanks again for wonderful stay away from home!

I’ve been traveling to this area often for work and have had a hard time finding a decent hotel in the area This Renaissance met all of my expectations Clean, quick and friendly service, updated rooms, quiet and has a nice gym

See Hugo if you go to the restaurant, he’s fantastic! The beds here are SO comfortable I slept great every night I also liked that while they don’t have a microwave in the room, they have one for guests in the grab and go areaMy only wish is that they had coffee options before 7am, as I’ve been heading out early for work I’m happy to have had a great customer service experience after what feels like far too long Will be staying here going forward when I travel here!

LAUREN CALTA

While the hotel itself was clean with an attractive lobby, the customer service was below what I would expect You must give 24 hours notice if you want your room cleaned and then I would recommend that you follow up to make sure your request is recorded I stayed Thursday through Monday and although I requested the room be cleaned twice, it was never documented in the computer and therefore never cleaned

I had to request twice for someone to come get the dirty towels from the room and getting a full set of clean towels was a chore The housekeeping staff was less than accommodating , as I had to chase down a cleaning cart to get fresh towels as the chamber maid ignored me while pushing the cart right by me Certainly not worth the money and I would not return

We traveled to Miami are for a wedding, I booked at The Stadium When we first pulled up I was a little worried As we usually stay at Marriott when we travel

This hotel is well kept, a little aged but has had many updates The staff was amazing and you can tell they take pride in their work Our room was clean and there are staff constantly cleaning wiping things down in common areas Continental breakfast was nice and fresh, Everything tasted really good They have staff continually monitoring the hotel and outside area which made me feel even more safe and comfortable for a first time trip to Miami Pool was nice and they have mini golf as well Would highly recommend for a stay and would definitely return for a stay

Perfect stay during the F1 weekend! Staff was next level and went above and beyond for race fans Race decor was over the top in the best way possible and made the experience so much more fun and enjoyable Walking distance to the stadium, the best provided breakfasts fuel long days, and a place to comfortably sleep despite thin walls

Everyone working from reception, housekeeping, security, grounds, and even staff helping serve breakfast actually looked and were approachable in the sense that they were having a good time and were happy to be there or at least did a great job appearing to be! Everyone came off genuine and so nice! Absolutely loved all the posters/flags and decor from the columns outside, the hanging driver cards from the ceilings to the decorated breakfast 9th floor decked out Overheard presumably managers speaking to staff on what channels to have the TVs on and making sure things were stocked and clean for fans The small details and attention for the guests/fans So much so fans were given a complimentary clear bag permitted in the stadium with sealed waters and other goodies Completely unwarranted and sweet! The Miami GP was okay, but this place made the stay and overall experience much better Almost didn’t want to leave the review afraid that this place will skyrocket for the next GP, but all their effort over the weekend deserves the recognition – I can’t say enough This place knocked it out of the park on the FIRST F1 event held here Do note that walking distance may not be for everyone especially in the heat There were shuttles available that didn’t come across worth needing

Jean Begin

Very clean hotel The room were dating with some signs of aging but overall great We had a corner balcony and it delivered on the view

The resort kind of reminded me of a Disney All-Star minus the Mickey’s This one would be All-Star NFL has it is themed after the stadium located right in front Check in and check out were smooth Employees took care of our every requests Room service was not very efficient as we had to get our food order from the lobby but beside that hiccup, its a nice propertyThe breakfast is offered on the top floor with an amazing view It also offer an outside deck to have breakfast in the sunMy only downside and it is not one the hotel can fix, are the vehicles noise, it is very close to the highway and therefore you get the noise The streets around are also very busy which really doesn’t help The pool and mini-golf level are shielded from the noise and can be a tad more relaxing but on the balcony it was very loud at timesWe will be back as it is a great property I can’t imagine on game weekends, it must be crazy!

We have been here for three days so far and leaving tomorrow We have enjoyed staying here immensely Our room was so clean and we let housekeeping clean it each day

I like the fact you smell bleach in the bathroom It lets you know they actually clean it The staff here are always happy to help you except the maids They really aren’t socialable but that wasn’t anything to complain about The breakfast is very nice and very cleangood food as well This place went above and beyond my expectations We were in room 403

I can’t give this hotel 5 stars for 2 reasons1) The water pressure in the showers 🚿 is far to weak2) There is no microwave in the rooms

I stay in same hotels, for weeks at a time, and a microwave is a definite plusThe staff in this hotel is EXEMPLARY!From the front desk to housekeeping to the person arranging 🥞 the breakfast 🥐 buffet, everyone is friendly, efficient and pleasantI’d rather drive the 30 miles to my location, than stay in a closer hotel😌

Leader1- LARRIO A. WALDEN (Captain)

Nice Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast buffet

all you can eat But your car will get very dusty from all the construction going on next door And tree leafs falling on the windshield Otherwise, I like this property, will stay again and I do recommend this Holiday Inn Express & Suites However, they must stay steadfast, continuously striding in all categories to earn 5 Stars hotelNow, Breakfast dinning I rate 5 🌟 for cleanliness, food quality and quantity, temperature of the food and the good helpful attendant on duty therewho’s name is Trevor Very helpful and clean man
