The rooms overall looked decent They were clean and pretty well kept Nothing was too outdated, but that doesn’t mean they were beautiful

Views were lacking and I could have definitely used a Mongolian monk The included breakfast was probably the most disappointing part of this experience The options included bagels, yogurt, a few apples, and packaged muffins WHERE WERE THE EGGS MAN??? I have ate eggs everyday for the past 13 years and this streak was completely ended from this breakfast Toilets flushed well

After a horrible experience at the Clarion Inn, I came here because the reviews were overall positive The hotel is gorgeous on the inside Plenty of parking, quiet interior

Very clean room, ice cold AC and a comfy bed Couldn’t ask for more The one desk leg is missing a cap so it’s wobbly, but that’s a pretty small issue Overall it’s a great hotel to crash in for the night while travelling, and cheaper than some of the other options in town

Bedbugs in Rm 208!!!! How disgraceful that your response would deny the situation! I have pictures & video to prove it Wish I would have read the reviews beforehand- your tone in all the negative reviews speaks volumes!Beware** Bedbugs found & when reported, owner told us to hold on instead of immediately addressing the issue She later reported to our room just as we had finished packing up to leave & was argumentative stating there are no bedbugs & why hadn’t we reported it right away

Only after showing her the bedbugs & explaining that we had went out to dinner & were just settling in for bed did she become somewhat considerate & offered us another room Had it not been for the fact that all other nearby hotels were booked, we would have immediately left demanding a full refund! Will NEVER stay here again!

A group of 11 stayed two nights in March at the Thomas Farm B&B while in Ithaca for a gymnastics meet We were so fortunate to have found such a wonderful place to stay The home and setting is beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable with little extras that were so appreciated! Nancy and Rich welcomed us like family and were so accommodating to our requests for a late breakfast one morning and to add our girls to the group the second morning

The breakfasts were delicious and so enjoyable We definitely want to return to the Thomas Farm B&B when the weather is warmer to enjoy the grounds and more in the Ithaca area Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend!

Barbara Cohen

Nancy and Rich were the perfect hosts; gracious, warm, welcoming, hospitable, and accommodating They achieved a perfect balance of friendly and respectful of our privacy They truly helped make our stay in Ithaca very special and were a wonderful source of information about local events and restaurants

The house was beautiful and our room was lovely; spacious with a kitchenette and direct access to the porch I am vegan and Nancy’s breakfasts were outstanding! She went out of her way to check in with me about my preferences and offered many choices It was almost paradise – if only they had a hot tub We enthusiastically recommend Thomas Farm B & B to all travelers to the area

Todd Stady

What a wonderful stay! My wife and I spent a weekend in Grace’s room We’ve stayed in many B&B’s over the years and hands down one of the best experiences we’ve had! Nancy and Rich are wonderful hosts, warm and welcoming We enjoyed our conversations (and Nancy’s fantastic breakfasts)

The room, house and grounds were all well kept, neat, clean The rooms were full/near full while we were there; nonetheless it was quiet and no issues with getting a good nights rest! Situated along a quiet country road, we’ll be sure to stay here again should we wander back to Ithaca or the surrounding area! Thanks again, Todd and Julie!

We have been here a few times now and really enjoyed itThe campground is no frills The playground is old, there is no swimming, many buildings are works in progress

but somehow this place is just magic and the kids love it! Great big pond and open spaces to let their imagination run wild The owners are super nice, and they have a great camp store

Jessica Pena

This was our family’s first camping trip and this was the perfect place and set up for us Jean was the most amazing, friendly, helpful and kind person you’d want to encounter My family absolutely adored her and she went above and beyond for us and our comfortability

Our site was awesome and we had the best time Very family friendly and very reasonable as well Our kids loved it so much they asked if we could move there and while that’s not in the plans we will absolutely be planning a future trip back to Forest Lake Campground

Missy Ramsey

We are tent campers, the owners were nice and the area it self is quiet but they put us in the worst site on the property, small, full of roots and rocks The picnic table was over grown with moss and broken, the lake is more like a large pond that you are not able to swim in The maintenance guy was rude and insulting

The sink in the womans toilet barley worked Would not recommend if you tent camp or have younger children

Room was ok, large King suite with sitting area It was however a little dusty My main complaint is the noise from the interstate close by

I had asked for a quiet room but was placed on the front side of the hotel Very noisy All Night LONG The other issue was the coffee First am the decaf was cold and had grounds in it The next am the was the same and I mentioned it to the manager at the desk The breakfast staff assured me that the next am there would be hot decaf coffee 3 out of 4 mornings there wasn’t fresh coffee Seems kind of ridiculous I prob wouldn’t stay here again due to the location

Ashlei Patterson

Clean rooms, clean hotel, and any staff we encountered was very nice Tiana at the front desk was super friendly, funny, and very helpful! Breakfast buffet was very good, hot, and fresh I gave it 4 stars only because the bathroom had some obvious water damage and the ice container had dust on the lid (the inside appeared clean with the normal bag inside though)

I would stay here again and would recommend overall

We’ve been going to the Three Bear for 20+ years It has an old fashioned romantic atmosphere Genuine hospitality, they have a taproom/bar for us grownups

There are 3 real bears inside Take your picture next to a black bear They have great blueberry pancakes, omelettes, prime rib hash, steak, fish, seafood If you’re in the neighborhood, take the time to stretch your legs, talk about the days events, & enjoy good food

Laurie Appel

For a mid price hotel, this was excellent the rooms were clean and large and the breakfast was plentiful There were little extra touches like an afternoon snack, a welcome sign for graduation families and amenities for free if you forgot something Moreover the staff could not be nicer or more helpful

And they didn’t price gouge for graduation weekend like Ithaca hotels did!

Melissa Fraley

Great location not far from the SUNY campus and right off the highway Check in was really easy and every one of the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful The breakfast was good with some different options from your normal hotel free breakfast

Room was very clean and very comfortable I liked being able to use the Hilton app to control the TV and not have to touch the remote

Zack Sosebee

This hotel is not trustworthy I would not trust their management team I booked a hotel at 9:30 on a Wednesday in the airport

Could not get an evening rental car at Syracuse and called to cancel within 30 min of booking The employee understood and said her manager would waive it and cancel, no problem They still charged me I’ve spoken to their manager who essentially accused me of being dishonest and “went to investigate” It has been 2 weeks with 0 response and I’ve called at least 5 times and left messages for him and with his employees They basically took my money for nothing and will not even return my call

Elysium Emporium of Recovery

Well we’ve stayed here once before 2022 and at that time I would have rated it 5 stars However, this year we came in the spring yet none of the outdoor activities are open The room we were given did not have a balcony and the lodge boasts over 200 suites

The younger female claimed that the rooms with balconies were closed due to “safety concerns and they needed A contractor”🙄 truth was the girl at the front desk was too lazy to accommodate our needs Secondly, I expected the pool and hot tub would be available until at least 9 pm When we arrived they had already shut down the pool and tub which are amenities available for guests A huge disappointment for my 2 children and myself We were also placed in the worst available unit that was far from everything It felt like a mile to get across to the exits, the Waterpark, the lobby We ate at the indoor steakhouse Carter’s and the prices were expensive, but worth it Their beef was Wagyu, the food was hot, tasty, and rich Finally a soda at the vending machine was 3$ Which I think is steep Our first night stay was fair, but the truth is the lodge staff could of done better in actual hospitality The manager of the steakhouse was personable and accommodating A young female lifeguard made a point to locate me outside the pool area and snarkily reminded me of the time they closed as if I were a moron who didn’t understand the 1st time I was told The young man who originally informed us was kind, apologetic, and professional And lastly the biggest complaint I have was the fact that the windows were purposely blocked from opening more than 2 inches It felt claustrophobic, and insulting Not only were we placed far from the exits, but weren’t allowed to open the window to air out the room Seriously? After the prices per night stay I was deeply dissatisfied and I think these factors may have caused me to never retain The worst part is that there was no one available that cared about making our stay memorable or accommodating
