Location wide – 5⭐️Bedroom – 4⭐️Bathroom – 2 ⭐️Breakfast- 3⭐️To be fair, I only stayed 1 night there & was given disable friendly roomThere are plenty of marks & eatery house around hotel in walking distanceBed room is small, but I like the warm feeling and wardrobe thought there are not much furniture

Bathroom is huge to accommodate disabilities However, it useless to me & irritated me with very soft shower water flow And too cold in bathroomBreakfast is similar to other hotel But 2 types of cooked food only at 7am 2 Pancake makers saved my breakfastI think due to single night stay, they gave me disable friendly room which may be lesser utilized But it made my single night stay unpleasant

Horrible experience Felt more like a run down Motel6 to me Found toenails in the carpet, dirt and hair around the edges of the bathroom, a busted closet door, Breakfast buffet was serving ice cold sausage and bacon

I pointed it out to the front desk and they left it on the line for ppl to continue eating Nobody turned on the steamer to keep them up to temp Worst part of the stay they put a $250 hold on my credit card without telling me (in case I smoked in the room-I don’t smoke) and held it for days I called the front desk and someone named Crystal was extremely rude to me and instead of being helpful and caring about my situation Stated I’m not gonna argue about it We do it to protect our interest and if you don’t like it that’s your problem, not ours NEVER AGAIN!!!! Worst Motel experience ever and extremely rude staff I even reached out to Corporate and got no response Worthless customer service and disgusting room

This was our 2nd stay at Leaping Lamb Farm, and we are already planning our next stay !! We LOVE this place so much! It really is a true “getaway” from all the hustle and chaos of everyday life At the farm we enjoy roaming around the beautiful grounds, visiting our cute animal friends, cuddling baby goats, skipping and laughing across meadows, finding joy just sitting on the bridge watching the creek roll by The small cottage is cozy and nestled on a hill overlooking the meadow and we love cooking breakfast there from the fresh eggs we gathered and any garden produce growing

This place is SO inspiring and we can only dream of owning something similar ourselves Scottie the owner is a pleasure to see everyday for farm chores and chatting about the day’s adventures Denny the caretaker is another friendly and caring member of the farm who takes time from his busy day to share with us all the things to learn and make us feel involved We have stayed both in springtime and summer and its wonderful I’m sure in any season If you are looking for a “true hidden gem” where the troubles of life disappear and you want to reconnect with nature, this is where you’ll find it Thank you Leaping Lamb Farm!!!!

Our family had an AMAZING time at Leaping Lambs Farm It was exactly what we were looking for The farm was absolutely beautiful and serene

Our kids are 2 years old and 3 months old, so we didn’t participate in the farm chores portion of the stay, but we look forward to doing so in a few years when the kids are a bit older We plan on making an annual trip to Leaping Lamb Farm and make the yearly visit a tradition in our family We all had a blast walking the property, interacting with all the various animals, picking fresh eggs in the AM, interacting with the lambs in their pasture, picking vegetables from the garden to supplement meals, and playing with the kids on the vast property We stayed in the cottage and it was perfectly clean and accommodating Denny was our main host during our stay and was incredible He was extremely helpful, informative, welcoming, and kind He maintained a perfect balance of checking in with us but not being overbearing just the same He was a fantastic host during our stay The owner, Stevie, was out of town during our stay Not long after our stay we received a hand written letter from Stevie in the mail thanking us for visiting the farm It was a nice surprise to get the letter and a perfect close to the overall great experience We are already looking forward to our visit next year and for many years to come!

Nina Casper

What an unforgettable experience Scottie and Denny are so welcoming and make you feel right at home There is something for everyone to enjoy, kids and adults! Scottie showed us around the gardens and orchards where we were able to get fresh produce for our meals

We are looking forward to going back in the summer to see the farm during the warmer months Thank you for opening up your home and farm so others can enjoy your slice of heaven!

A clean and accommodating RV park However, I called to inquire about the rate for one night, I was told $5108

I asked if that included tax, Cindy said “yes” After the stay, I checked my bank account I was charged $5210 I know, first World problems Just buyer beware While we enjoyed are stay, I would be remiss not to mention that the lever to exit the bathroom near the office has a teany tiny lever to open the door I was trapped in the restroom for a few minutes, needing to pound on the door, hoping that someone would hear my call for help Please, Blue Ox, work on this

Dixie Roberts

I really wanted to give a good review for our stay because when we arrived, the front desk employee was so generous and kind The room was nice except for one huge problem, we didn’t have hot water in our shower for our entire 3 day stay We told them right away about the problem and talked to 3 different people over the next few days but they were never able to fix it or offer any solution

There was no offer to switch rooms or even provide us a room to shower in because the hotel was fully booked for graduation weekend They also didn’t offer to compensate us in any way for this huge inconvenience (not to mention this is also a health code violation) We literally had to clean ourselves with a pitcher that we filled with warm water from the sink This is totally unacceptable and I am extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability at this hotel I will not be staying here again and I urge anyone that expects hot water in their hotel room to stay somewhere else

I am a Best Western rewards member, I have stayed in many best westerns throughout the country and have never had such poor treatment I made an advance reservation directly with best western by phone for a room with 2 queen beds When we arrived we were given 1 queen bed and pull out couch

They said they had no more rooms, but to check back the next day at 12 and they would fix things The next day they said they had nothing We ended up driving to another town, which was not convenient, since we were attending a wedding We were never contacted by management or compensated for their mistakesBest Western reservations even played back the tape and said it was clear I stated I wanted 2 queen beds I suggest choosing a different accommodation when visiting Corvallis

Sarah is a new employee and working the front desk She was very upbeat and very accommodating The manager came out and she was on her game as well

I’m so glad that they lifted the mask mandate as they were struggling with those stupid things on under the idiot Democrat Governor they have in Oregon and the more dingy President we have in DC They seemed happy to have regulations lifted which is all about all of our freedom The hotel room was clean and accommodating and the breakfast is over the top Great meal choices

Jennifer Benner

Worst hotel experience ever Starts with a terrible location surrounded by traffic on all sides and some kind of Styrofoam all over the rooms floor Got a room with a jacuzzi so we could soak and relax, literally 2 towels in the whole room

No extras in the shower area, no place to hang wet ones Got the tub half full, no more hot water No hot water for the duration of the stay, couldn’t even take a shower in the AM which we were desperately relying on as we are waiting for our home shower to be fixedTV kept turning it’s self off and on till we finally just went to bedToilet clogged & had to be repeatedly flushed after each use So much for that water conservation they are pushing by not doing daily laundryThen there was some kind of emergency and a front desk employee literally opened our door and walked into our room while we were in bed at 730 AM to tell us we had to exit the building Luckily we were awake and dressed and had been out, hence the door not being latched There was no reason to enter the room, a knock and info or call would have been sufficientAt the end an insignificant 25% discount, which in no way made up for the aweful night, no apology for the inconvenience just a rude front desk worker who said we should be glad no one was hurt🤷‍♀️Would not recommend, will never go back

Doug Quist

Service was excellent with very helpful front desk, housekeeping and breakfast roomDownside was no daily cleaning, which was OK for us since we had a bit of a cold, so less stress about being disturbedWorst things were the smell in our room (128) and even more annoying was very poor (NO COVERAGE) in the bedroom, other than some limited connections from McDonald’s

Nothing against the clerk at all but he give the impression that he wanted to be there nor was he the kind of person that you would think would be working the front desk Just seemed like he would rather be somewhere else doing anything else Kinda felt like we were bothering him when we checked in

No breakfast for some reason all though there was no mention of it being cancelled on their site Room was clean and comfortable just needed to be updated Old frayed furniture, broken bathroom tile, etc I have stayed at lots of Wyndham properties and this didn’t live up to expectations
