We booked this so we could be close to the airport for an early flight and what a pleasant surprise! Hard wood floors, very clean and modern bathroom, has fireplace and really comfy bed and pillows! Free continental breakfast the next day! I had my trepidations at first but really professionally run! Women at the front desk was friendly and very welcoming!

I specifically called the hotel before booking to ask about parking and twice the receptionist told me that up to 10 days was included Of course she neglected to tell me it had to be booked a certain way So I ended up spending 100 more
My whole point staying there was to make it easier to catch an early flight and cover parking I never leave bad reviews unless it was really bad, but I did my part by calling and got something different in person I am not someone who thinks the customer is always right but the service here deserves a poor review There wasn’t even an attempt to compromise Just can’t recommend this type of behavior Also room was nice but it was loud , rooms don’t have much insulation Just a bummer to have conversations like thatAdd insult to injury the manager leaves some lame response like give us another try! Sorry buddy that’s not a credible sorry, just trying to make yourself look ok

Usually one of the more decently priced places in the area Right next to a police station so you don’t have to worry too much about someone breaking into your car and they have 2 small garages for guests Staff is always friendly and accommodating
We have a specific room we get every time no problem Get a room closer to the back of the building/middle by the parking lot for quietest rooms the highway near the front can get be loud for some, we prefer the back of the building Breakfast is the usual and pretty good

Overall it was okay It has starbucks stand inside and made to order breakfast you can buy, and parking is convenient Towels are pretty thin and feel cheap and the water pressure is low which I didnt really like
Also saw lots of ants (stayed on first floor) in the bathroom and it seemed like it was infested in the shower drain area For the price, would expect more

I had the most pleasant experience at this Courtyard Marriott this past weekend I am a professional DJ and I service hotels quite often From AV, Weddings, and Private Events
Had lots of experiences dealing with managers and staffing By far, I loved the great customer service I receivedMy friend’s family hired me to DJ their family reunion Upon arrival for load-in I was personally greeted with a warm welcome from the staff A manager by the name of “Jackie” assisted me She was so so pleasant and kindThroughout the entire event, from setup to breakdown Jackie was on top of every single detail Both her and her staff was extremely helpful in every way My friend’s family also booked a bunch of rooms and they were all raving how great the staff was tooThe Food was also catered by the courtyard marriott I beleive it is called Bistro Cafe or bistro to go The rice pilaf and veggies were my fav I had some crispy French fries too and their coffee and desserts were greatI will stay at this hotel before my flights at SFO from now on They have a 24/7 shuttle service which comes and goes every 30 mins to SFO I also like how there are a ton of places to eat along side the main cross street called El Camino RealOnce again, Thank you Jackie and your team I could tell that you are a well respected leader and that your staff and colleagues adore youHave an amazing day Courtyard! Had read some reviews everything seemed okay The pictures looks super nice Everything was fine the front desk workers were super friendly
But when I got to the room it was so dark there was not ceiling lights only lamps, the beds were super uncomfortable I’m not sure how old the bed are but they should change them up they make so much noise just by sitting on them I paid for breakfast for the 2 days it was pretty good But honestly I wouldn’t stay here again

I don’t know what is going on but ever since covid Hilton has gone from good to horrible! Now if you’re a diamond member you don’t get free breakfast but a $10 credit for a breakfast buffet that’s is worse than the free one at Hampton Inn which is another hotel brand from Hilton!Treatment was horrible! No water in the room even though they have K-cups for coffee! I guess I have to make coffee with the water from bathroom sink 😒 and when I asked the housekeeper who was in our hallway she sent me down stairs because according to her she didn’t have any water yet I saw a bunch of it in her kart usually at check in there’s water in the room for you to use to make coffee but not anymore or maybe just for certain pplHorrible bed! Uncomfortable! makes noises! Old mattress! No communication available over app or even when you call!! No one answers the phone!! I had to use my cell phone to call the hotel directly!!! The breakfast was horrible, cold food, and dry no service to the table so I settle for toast, fruit and a cup of coffeeAt checkout I was rudely told to drop the key to check out
in other words I had to we don’t care that you are waiting to speak to us!! I was actually wanting to speak to them about stay! Nothing like how was your stay or is there anything else I can do for you like other customers! This was my first time at this location and it will certainly be my last!

We booked here for the tail end of our honeymoon and they made us feel so celebrated and welcomed! Su was friendly and helped us to switch rooms when our original one wasn’t ready when we got there Kaiya and the desk staff gifted us breakfast and everyone was quick with a smile and a “congratulations” for us They gave us a beautiful card and because I am touched deeply by kindness, it brought me to tears
We had dinner in the on-site restaurant and it was actually really good! The salads are fresh with mixed greens and they were generous with the baby tomatoes instead of just putting one lonely sad one on there We had the chicken sandwich and it was great!A couple things to know:It isn’t THAT close to the airport Like, we walked it and it was kind of a haul They don’t have a shuttle, so just know what to expectThe rooms are clean and well-maintained It seems like it is in a business complex area, so it was a quiet and pleasant stayEveryone here is really great and I am so thankful we booked here Thank you for the happy memories!

Right before giving us our keys the hotel clerk forced me to sign a document that read the hotel hours and quiet hours, and that if we were found to be a disturbance, or selling or using drugs then we would be asked to leave without refund I believe they’re picking and choosing who they’re having sign this form, which is indicative to discrimination The hotel is not only outdated on the outside, but the inside is old, dark, dingy, and outdated
There is a mini refrigerator, yet no microwave inside nor outside the room The 2 bed Queen Suite is very, very spacious, and the rooms were clean The restaurant provides an amazing view of the ocean You need to make reservations to get good viewing seats The food and drinks were good, aside from the fish & chips smelling horrible and the bartender using his bare hands to smash mint leaves for my whiskey sour—that was a little gross considering that we’re in a pandemic The pool was acceptable and lukewarm The Jacuzzi wouldn’t turn on—we saw other guest in it the previous night, and it was working There’s absolutely no view that is worth viewing from the patios If you’re looking for a very nice getaway this is NOT the place, however, I’d highly recommend the restaurant!

My husband & I was put on the 2nd floor room 245 Upstairs was nonstop bouncing & feet moving the entire night leading into the next morning I called front desk 3:30am for it to stop
It did for about 10 minutes Sounded like an active daycare or gym No sleep at all & the pillows were half sinking type of pillows with a spring bed that’s very bouncy & uncomfortable! I had booked 2 nights however I called front desk early next morning & requested my Sunday reservation to be canceled Front desk made me call bookingcom to cancel They charged me $22200 total for one miserable night! Crown Plaza/ San Francisco airport took us in right away very early 11am check in and we have slept like babies on real pillows & comfortable king size bed for $17200 Our day plans were ruined for due to no sleep but thanks to Crown Plaza we will have a pleasant quiet night A nightmare experience please don’t book here if you want to sleep or if noise keeps you awake The walls are thin as paper! It’s not worth $100 bucks!

Placed in an oceanfront king bed room #119, just like what we paid for Upon walking in, the smell was overpowering – cigarettes and vinegar Attempted to air out without any progress
Window also on the lowest floor, facing the public walkway with lack of actual privacy if we keep the door open to hear the ocean sounds Everything inside was dingyCalled to front desk to change rooms Was told upon first call that all was booked out, then were able to get #451 two Queens even though my husband and I needed a King So we slept together on a Queen Room smelled better however we were facing all the fans and looking straight out at the utilities of the hotelNote: there are some Remodeled rooms and some aren’tOverall, we made do with what we had and attempted to pep each other up However it was a dingy, older smelling hotel, and completely not the ocean type of experience we wanted Thanks for having us, we just won’t ever be returning to any Wyndhams Just book the Fairmont next door

Very comfortable and homey feel to the hotel Staff is nice and accommodating No restaurant, so finding food or drinks is limited to a small stand by the reception (mostly frozen food)
Two things made the experience a little worse: breakfast was too basic, the omelettes didn’t taste well, boiled eggs were too cold Other options were cereal and toastSecond, as is the case with most hotels now, it seems to be a standard practice to limit room service to just towel change Covid is pretty much behind us and it should not be a justification for cutting services (without cutting prices too) We were offered a partial room cleaning every second day though But the hotel experience is lessened by limited serviceOverall a nice hotel and we will be returning (though probably find alternative breakfast places)

Front desk staff is so professional and nice!! Very Clean rooms, cozy beds, with lots of pillows Very quiet at night too being on the 3rd floor I was worried about noise from above but it was very quiet When I arrived front desk lady was dealing with 2 total rude Karen’s and she handled them with such professionalism and grace
Safe well lit parking lot compared to other places in the area Will most definitely be staying there again!! Breakfast was great for the kids

My family and I stayed 2 nights here while on a mini-vacation from Bakersfield There is so much to like about this place! Here’s a list (in no particular order of importance):1 Reasonably priced2
Excellent (& complementary) hot breakfast3 Quality climate control systems in the room Can’t tell you how many times I haven’t been able to get a hotel room to a comfortable temperature for sleeping4 Comfortable beds5 Shower comes on hot and with a strong spray6 Quiet and fairly uncrowded surroundings (even in San Fran!)7 Really good coffee!8 Plenty of space to sit and do some work in the lobby There’s even several floor plug-ins for your laptops9 Parking is comparatively cheap compared to other hotels in the area ($15/day)10 Rooms accommodated a family of 5 with ease (2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa)I hope other Home2Suites are similar to this one We will be on the look out for more of these in the future

The location is ok in a more general way but Mission St itself is sketchy with lots of homeless peopleOur room was sh*** at best – dark and smelly It wasn’t the hotel’s fault we couldn’t sleep later than 7 am because of the construction site next door (3 ft from our window)
Still, this was unpleasantManagement was helpful (I couldn’t reach anyone by phone but had to use the chat function) but seemed super exasperated when I asked a follow-up question- the answer came in all caps

This place is great value for money There are definitely some cons of staying here however it doesn’t detract from the overall value and is reflected in the price chargedJust some factors to be aware when staying:- they use digital keys which on arrival didn’t seem to work on android phones
Fortunately I also had an iPhone on me so the management sent my digital key to that however if I didn’t have the second phone would have been a hassle Also if you are from abroad and roaming without WiFi access at first may be an issue to Co sister (luckily wasn’t the case for me and I once you are at the voiding it has WiFi but to enter the building at first may be an issue)- there is building works taking place adjacent to the building They seem to start working from around 645am so that will be your natural alarm clock To the hotels credit they have given ear plugs however I find them uncomfortable to sleep with This wasn’t a major issue for me though as I am awake around then anyway!- other reviews mention breakfast or fruit being served but didn’t seem to be there the 10 days I stayed Again no huge deal but maybe worth clarifying what is or isn’t provided- as others have mentioned the area is a bit sketchy with a lot of homeless people right outside That said you adjust (sadly) to it and I didn’t feel unsafe as suchThose are just things to be aware of As mentioned it doesn’t detract from the 5 stars I’m giving as the place is super clean and well maintained The management always try to help if there’s an issue (there’s a phone on site you use to call the caretaker) and it’s well located near a BART station and overall represents really good value I do feel the points above are reflected in the price you pay Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable no frills stay!
Reinhard Sebastian Sass
Pro: Good Location Cheap price Nice Staff (if you have the chance to find them)Con: No reception, difficult communication, virtual room card didn’t work (at least not easy)BIG problem: There is a building side next door to the hotel
It was very(!!!) loud from 7 am onwards Sleep was embossable, also since windows are pretty old No communication about this on the web-page of the hotel They pretended not to know if it will be loud on that specific day But as you see on the picture enclosed this not a minor issue but a real building side (building a new house next door) At least I got a small refund, this is why I give 3 stars, otherwise it would have been less because a nice location doesn’t help if you cant find sleep there

Hotel itself is very clean This review is specifically for their front desk staff who are extremely unwelcoming When I walked up to the front desk, NONE of the three staff members working even bothered to say “welcome/hello/hi”, nope, not even a smile
This was a recurring issue throughout my stay They are not even helpful, when I asked a few questions about the area and food recommendations, the front desk people could not be bothered to answer, and instead were very dismissive Given the cost per night, and the newness of the hotel, it would be nice to have workers at the front desk who make a guest feel welcome Given that its the only hotel in of its quality in the area, guests are kind of locked into receiving the bad treatment Do better Marriott, the world is too hard, can you please employ folks who make business travelers feel more welcome?
Jonas M
Room was clean for the most part, except for some funky stain on floor near toilet and on the curtains I can guess what goes on in this hotel being so near a couple pharmaceutical companies, and the lobby bar being pretty busy However I was there with my son for drop off at SFSU and that was really convenient
Food was great in the restaurant, the wait staff was really nice, as well as the front desk crew The not so good is the water pressure in the rooms is barely strong enough to wash the soap I know we’re in a drought, but jeezus, after a long day of travel it would be nice to take a 3-5 min shower with some pressure
Yvette
Our bed had fresh pee on it And when I called downstairs the incompetent lady in the front desk basically said I had peed on it lol she asked me if I wanted fresh sheets (no I wanted to sleep on the old dirty ones ) then she said she would talk to her coworker and let me know
let me know what? If I can get fresh sheets? The big solution they had for me was just turn the mattress over So either they never changed the sheets from the previous guest or they saw it and just added fresh sheets over the pee and expected me not to notice Either way it was disgusting

Nice lobby and staff, indoor pool and fitness area Nice view from the room The view was of a river like part of the bay, there was a garden outside with a gate only accessible in and out with a hotel key
The lobby was huge and had plenty of charging ports, a table for business, chairs, etc The indoor pool was nice and warm and has a handicap lift Thats the pros The cons are very hard beds, no microwave in the rooms, everything costs money including the breakfast and not a flat fee, by individual product The air conditioner thermostat is on the wall, but it runs a very old window metal one like you see in old hotels so of course it makes loud noises turning on and off The beds were so hard i slept on the floor instead Bathroom was spacious but the toilet was only about 6 inches off the floor with no rails or anything to help you up and it was in a nook, so no stretching out legs or having disabilities with that toilet So 50/50
Jason Smith
The rooms are good size and plenty of room and furnitureThere is a pool and jacuzzi, an exercise room and a couple gas grill if you want to cook something on the grillThe website says free grab n go continental breakfast, but they actually have a hot breakfast, eggs, potatoes, hot oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, muffins, juices, hot chocolate and coffee
Did some fishing right outside the building and also a great spot for a leisurely walk along the waterVery good value for the money

I don’t know why this hotel is highly rated! It’s an old residence inn that needs a lot of updating! Our room needed a lot of TLC! We got a double queen suite for the night Beds were ok for comfort All the handles for the doors in our rooms were falling off
The chair legs to the dining room table were all wobbly We had to leave a chair outside our room so they can take it away since it was one seat away from being broken We found old, funky, and filthy slippers under our bed— gross! The place seemed very short staffed and it was hard to get towels or anything else you needed I honestly feel like I should overpaid for this place Only pro: cable TV

I would not hesitate to recommend the Inn SF The hotel is a lovely old mansion house, decorated in a beautifully old-fashioned boutique style There is a wonderful roof terrace with great views across the city, and an absolute oasis of serenity in the rear garden
I didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub but it looked wonderfulI booked one of the smaller rooms which was absolutely ideal and spotlessly clean; there is a great guide to each room on the website so you can find one to suit youBut what really sets this hotel apart from anywhere else is the staff Marty states on his website that he wants every guest to feel like a friend, and he certainly achieved that He clearly loves running the hotel, sharing its history and his stories with his guests with humour His passion for the hotel and his guests shines through and is what makes a stay here really special

Absolutely lovely place to visit I must start by saying the owner Marty, was so so sweet and hilarious Gave us a tour and made us laugh so hard
Thank you very much for that you made it very memorable Very clean rooms, and a totally gorgeous space The breakfast as shown in my photos was so thought out and had a little off everything for everyone including GF This building is 3 stories and has access to the roof The roof had such a beautiful view you won’t want to miss it If you want parking bring a compact car or you won’t fit 5 reserved spots of parking if you pay the $30 to secure it Very small garage 24 hours coffee, hot tub and access which was nice We stayed in room 36 (forgot to get a picture) even though it was a small room it was just enough for what we needed While it is pricey I absolutely would visit again, it just was such a lovely experience

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city and very close to downtown SF and the good restaurants and bars on Mission street The staff was wonderful Marty, the owner, is such a great host and storyteller 😂This victorian style hotel is well maintained
The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking The breakfast was exceptional! I, especially, enjoyed the view of the sunset from the rooftop I can’t wait for my next stay at this hotel😁

We booked the hotel for $154 for the first two nights and $124 for the last nightThe IHOP next to the hotel is very convenient and pretty nice, and it was obvious some of the room had been recently renovated The bathroom was extremely nice and I had no complaints about the furniture or the general condition of the hotel
The two interactions I had with the front desk were polite and the parking garage underground was very easy to access with their centrally located elevatorFor these rates, we received a hotel room with a bathroom door which was damaged/warped from water damage at the bottom, two square foot section of the ceiling which had not been finished painting, ripped curtains, and the carpet was bunching up on the side of the bedWe decided to request a refund through our booking website on the first night of our stay, which was granted However, the next morning at the early checkout, the hotel stated we would still be charged full price until they heard from the booking website and the front desk was unwilling to discuss the refund with meMy stay was very disappointing for what I was being charged and the inflexibility about my refund was my tipping pointUpdate: after one week of back and forth with the hotel and my booking website, my refund was approved albeit only for one night I was charged $359 for staying one night due to the hotel’s 48hr cancellation policy The manager granted me one night refund ($145) because of the hoops I was jumping through for a refund but I still had to pay $359 (for two nights) The hotel’s cancellation policy makes zero sense for a guest that stays one night and checks out early, but it was my fault for not reading the policy

This hotel does a lot of false advertising and in general the employees care little for the comfort of the patrons On the website and on the keycard they give you it states that part of the cost of the hotel includes a warm breakfast, a free bottle of wine, chocolates, and a manager’s reception It is only after checking in that they will tell they are actually offering none of this
Secondly, the hotel management cares very little for guest comfort During the time I stayed here, I saw a maximum of 7 cars in the garage Despite having seven guests and 4 floors of rooms (probably around 80 rooms), they decided to put all of the guests on the same floor and on the same side of the floor, so that they are lined up next to each other This is absolutely ridiculous Because the walls are paper thin, my neighbors kept me up the entire night as I could hear their two year old screaming “daddy” every few minutes How insensitive must you be and plain lazy as hotel receptionists to put all of your guests in rooms next to each other when the hotel is empty I will never stay at this hotel again and do not recommend it to anyone

The hotels actual website, Bookingcom, and google all SAY this hotel provides breakfast Choice’s site shows photos of said breakfast (that’s four different sites, two of which are supposedly this hotels sites)
The front desk clerk waited until after checking me in to let me know there was no breakfast AND all of their other amenities were not being offered at this time aside from the exercise room I was not happy, she was rude and dismissive Fast forward to after our stay, I get an email to do a survey about our stay I do and include that I was unhappy with the lack of amenities and would have booked elsewhere if informed prior to being checked in as opposed to after I get an email from the manager (I assume) who tells me that it is not listed ANYWHERE that they have breakfast I sent screenshots of their site, choice’s site and google I’m told it doesn’t say it on “popular booking sites and most people head straight to those sites so sorry for the misunderstanding” So I send a screenshot of Bookingcom where it says breakfast included Then I’m told I need to call ahead and check and I didn’t so it’s my own fault basically Mind you, I didn’t email them asking for anything I never asked for a discount or refund and this person was speaking to me as if I was just trying to get a free stay out of this THEY EMAILED ME I simply did an honest survey that was sent to me The hotel itself is cute Dated, but cute The elevator is CREEPY and the room smelled bad Staff was rude including management who emailed me after the fact, for what reason I still don’t understand I do not recommend this place

We stayed here on the first night of our honeymoon after arriving in California and I can honestly say we had the best hospitality experience of our lives When you walked into Sheila’s home you were walking into the life of what my husband and I believe to be one of the most interesting people in San Francisco, and quite possibly the entire world You’re immediately awe struck with the way the house is impeccably curated with pieces that tell of Sheila’s storied life
Sheila herself takes all of her guests on a personal tour when they arrive showing the accommodations/amenities and sharing stories including those of her modeling career and passion for fashion As if the experience could get any better, Sheila makes sure to provide her guests with a buffet style breakfast each morning, in fact she prepares the breakfast (including a fantastic quiche) herself! She even offered to transport us to the airport for a small fee when we needed to pick up our rental car We were saddened to stay in a different accommodation in SF on the tail end of our trip and all we could think about is how we wish we were at Noe’s Nest again I don’t know if there’s anywhere in the world that compares to Sheila’s space and we already look forward to the day we return to SF to stay here again

We stayed in the suite room for 5 nights on a recent visit from Hawaii and had an amazing time Thank you Sheila for the private tours and party invites You were a truly gracious host
Everyone at the B&B was so friendly and helpful Normally we want to avoid everyone at B&Bs but here we hoped to run into the proprietress and staff The B&B was beautiful and quirky 420 friendly is a plus The frittata is the bomb Highly recommended

We absolutely LOVED Noe’s Nest It is truly one of a kind in a city that’s already one of a kind We stayed for two days in the Garden Cabana room with access to the stunning garden and it was perfect
Definitely our go-to place in San Francisco from now on And the host, Sheila, is a wonderfully kind and interesting woman Highly recommended!

One of the best in terms of location and amenities! That view of the cove in the Bay combined with quality rooms and amenities gives you that much – needed breather from life’s daily hustle and bustle Definitely going back soon! Please have that elevator fixed though, good thing we were only at the 2F 😉 And I hope the lobby bar can sell coffee in the morning

They had a great breakfast and helped me out immediately when I requested a crib for the room I expected more modern accomodations, but it was comfortable even if it seemed a bit old Definitely heard airplanes coming in and out
I also wish the shuttle service was 24-hours, it only goes until 10 and starts at 5:15 It will cost you between $20-30 in an Uber to get here from the airport, even though it’s only a 3-mile drive

My stay here has been absolutely wonderful The rooms are spacious and very clean The staff are extremely polite and gave been very patient with my queries and provided the help when I reached out
I witnessed staff being checked for COVID prior to the start of their shifts and that was very assuring during these stressful times As well, they have shuttle services to and from the facility to the airport and they also helped to secure a taxi to the airport fir easrly departure when the shuttle us un available I would have no hesitation recommending this place to my family and friends Kudos to the facility fir truly being there for their guests 👍👏

Beautiful stay! Very comfortable rooms, breakfast buffet that’s worth waking up for The distance from SFO is unbelievable, the price is good for the room and amenities We spent a few days and the front desk was always friendly! I asked for a fresh comforter and pillow, it was immediately delivered to the room
Did I mention the breakfast buffet with the omelets lol! Check it out, it’s worth a couple of nights and the free breakfast and parking is definitely a plus when in the Bay area!

Great value for the quality and brand Breakfast was great good variety throughout the week Room and bathroom was clean and updated

This hotel gets high marks across the board Especially notable is the kindness, warmth, and hospitality of the staff The welcoming and friendly young lady at the front desk at check-in- the young lady during the day that always said hello, the young man on the night shift who was welcoming and Erika of Housekeeping
Hospitality here ranks among the best The entire hotel is C L E A N ! The breakfast isanother high point and your hotel staff gets it right in each area Charissa sent an email asking for any feedback before I checked out and that was a nice touchThis organization understands hospitality and your message from them is a clear example of why this is such a great staff Okay in a nutshell – CLEAN ROOM and ENTIRE HOTEL, GREAT STAFF, HOSPITALITY+, and proximity to airport at a fair price make this the place to stay when visiting San Francisco and surrounding area
Noemi Elias
Checked in rather late (around midnight) and there were several people in the lobby drinking, being loud UnmaskedWhen we got to the room however, it was quaint and nice with a king size bed for the price we paid
Even though the bed wasn’t the most comfortable it did its job and we slept well til around 6:30amThe reason this hotel is getting two stars isn’t because the room comfort was terrible, it’s because 1) we had to pay $14 for parking and 2) we were rudely awakened by a Joel Osteen sermon and very political TV ads at FULL blast by our next door neighbors The walls are so thin I could hear the other person clapping and praising at 6:30am on a Sunday morning Which good for them but I wanted to enjoy my sleepOn the bright side they offer a full breakfast Red velvet waffles were delicious! I wouldn’t have known they have breakfast had my neighbor not woken me up but gotta take my gains

Would give 45 if I could for the current very reasonable price Rooms very clean
Staff very nice A basic hotel/motel to stay for a day or two close to the airport Nothing to complain about basic amenities Location is about 30 min away from the city via car/uber, more than an hour taking public transport Couple of restaurants close by I know they might be bound by COVID regulations but there were a couple of things that did not really work and that we did not expect to encounter in spring 2022 Restaurant and airport shuttle not operating The most minimalistic breakfast and vending machines not working
Susan Trujillo
Nice suite, clean and comfortable Appreciated that the complimentary breakfast included hot food optionsSome have mentioned the noise from the train, In building 2, I never heard a peep but a family member in building 3 did hear and found it annoying
Bed was comfy and the location was convenient and staff were pleasant and courteous
