I have been coming here for years If you stay for a few nights you for sure won’t regret itCan’t say enough good things about this hotel My husband and I weren’t able to bring our 41ft fifth wheel with us because there wasn’t an available campground We stayed there for two weeks The staff was exceptional Very accommodating and very nice Anything u needed they brought it to your room within minutes The room was very spacious The kitchen had an oven which is a huge plus! Very comfortable bed as well Also very quiet We were working nights so we slept during the day Didn’t hear any doors slamming shut or any noise for that matter Beautiful patio area and pool area Great laundry room as well Overall an extremely pleasant stay Would def recommend this hotel if u are planning to stay in this area Complimentary breakfast was very good as well It’s very refreshing when the staff are pleasant and willing to go above and beyond the call of duty!!! Excellent Residence Inn 4 nights stay! Check in was smooth, very friendly staff, property was clean and hot breakfast daily with healthy options Spacious rooms and king bed very comfortable We don’t need room service daily

When we had trash, we neatly bundled it and sat it outside the door It was picked up No problem with housekeeping after 2 nights to swap our dirty towels and face cloths for clean ones Pool area was clean No jacuzzi and the gas grill was out of order As platinum members, we weren’t able to upgrade which was ok Parking is free and plenty of spaces We definitely recommend and look forward to our next stay

Decent size hotel with one ice machine, which is fine because the full-size fridges have an ice maker One elevator, but there are a couple of stairwells Pool is open from dawn to dusk and the fitness center is 24hrs, with a couple of treadmills, ellipticals, bike, and free weights The beds are comfy with 4 pillows Clean rooms Outdoor seating area with grill there aren’t a lot of restaurant options close by, just a short drive 20 minutes or so from a beach, with no traffic Plenty of outlets in the room are good Free parking This place is worth the stay

The staff who are helpful are the only thing this place deserves a 1-star for Our recent first stay here for a few nights out of necessity to be near a certain location are what brought us here But it wasn’t clean

Human hair all over everything! Baseboards, floors, towels, bed, just everything and everywhere You’d think we had paid $50/night for that! This time, on our next visit, out of necessity once again, in looking for other options nearby, this place has the highest ratings so we unwillingly booked again Tonight, I’ve already moved rooms due to ants, disgusting floor turning my clean feet brown, broken privacy blind Staff quickly and pleasantly responded about the broken privacy blind and fixed it and I figured I’d just deal with the antsuntil one climbed on me in bed! Moving time! Again, very nice staff who don’t have much control My new room is so full of human hair that I could make a wig! Make your own decision but we won’t be staying here again Maybe Red Carpet Inn for much less isn’t so bad! It’s cleaner!

I booked this place for a one night kids free vacation for a concert my husband and I went to This is a very cool place – nice and creative lobby, everything was very clean, the rooms were very nice with little features I did not expect, and the staff were extremely nice and helpful The ONLY thing I can say that was not perfect was being woken up to an employee deep cleaning the carpets in the hallway in front of our room around 9am when we were anticipating sleeping in since we were kid free and out late; I think a good time to do that would have been after checkout time

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel, excellent customer service I didn’t arrive till 2:00 am got right into my room it was spotless well decorated and a very comfortable bed

The elevator had a little bit of an issue because you have to slide your room key to select the floor Breakfast was amazing a little pricey but well worth it and it’s not far from the airport which worked out perfect

Was celebrating my 71st and a belated 51st Anniversary Staying 3 nights 4 days It was not cheap

For the price the place was so disappointing The young man at front was so cold, like he didn’t care you were there Not a welcoming personality Made us feel like we were bothering him with any questions The lobby was very uncomfortable, so we wanted to get to our room What a sad looking and feeling room They try to make it look good with ocean pictures on the wall but it didn’t work The AC unit was the old ones by the window noisy Every time it went on, it was loud so you got cold or stuffy nothing in between Couldn’t use the pool because it was on the side of building where the sun didn’t shine too long so the water was very cold Places to go and see or eat you need transportation Very lonely streets Most of the places around the place are out of business closed The view stated city view and pool Well if you consider looking at private homes, cranes and factories Ok than that’s what you get as city views😒 Also the pool view you get to look at is more parking lot view Bed was hard need to update the room linens Pillows smell like dirty hair I spayed with Lysol I had It didn’t work I didn’t want to call the front desk any more We had ask for clean towels, about tv reception finally we didn’t bother any more couldn’t wait to leaveWon’t ever come back Happy Birthday

Location is great, within 2 miles of the airport Our room was acceptable, but could use updating and deep cleaning The bathroom is really small and there is literally no water pressure in the shower

The vent or fan in the bathroom was filthy! I should’ve taken a picture The hallway to our room smelled like stale cigarette smoke and weed The guest laundry room was dirty, and I didn’t want to go in there to wash our clothes Breakfast was the brown bag special, and was the exact same things every day Same granola bar, same breakfast sandwich, same apple Can’t eat that many apples! All in all, probably would chose another hotel next time

I wish i could give 0 stars There was a roach on the bathroom counter as soon as we entered the room on the first day The shower was obviously filthy

They told us that we would have to be moved to a different room Thus, we had to re pack all of our belongings after a long day of traveling In our new room the electricity cut off twice, two days in a row We were told that the electrician is “asleep at this time” and we had to wait until the next morning, on both occasions, to have our electricity restored in the room The curtains had multiple dark brown stains on them as-well I highly do not recommend this hotel #DiscomfortSuites

We stayed here for 3 nights and had no issues whatsoever Check in was easy and front desk guy was very helpful and friendly Lobby area was beautiful! And very spacious as you can see from the photosOur room was also very spacious! There were a few things that needed attention like for instance there was nowhere to hang the towels in the bathroom because the hanger thing was broken/missing

The bathroom door would not stay open which was a little annoying but nothing too bad to deal with Bathroom and bedroom were both clean and beds were very comfortable There’s also a mini fridge in the room – no microwave but there is a microwave downstairs in the lobby area Plenty of extra space in the room and storageThe pool area was small but very well kept and beautiful We did notice that there were no umbrellas so if it’s a sunny and hot day there’s basically no shade unfortunatelyParking is free which is always a plus, specially in Miami where they want to charge for everything!Overall we enjoyed our stay and would probably stay again

We had an early flight They didn’t hesitate to check us in early and promptly sent the shuttle to pick us up at the airport Our second stay we had a late flight and they accommodated us the same

The Cafe was nice with very friendly staff The bar was perfect Toro/ tequila library and restaurant exceed our expectations! Can not wait to stay again in the future! This will be our go to from now on!

My husband was here on business and his company booked our accommodations I have to say after reading some of the reviews I was afraid of what we were getting into but it is not a reflection of the service or hotel AT ALL The room is dated sure but so spacious, with a couch and desk and very clean

The cleaning staff were always working so hard with smiles, fresh towels and a friendly hello, they certainly deserve a raise for their hard work!! The pool area was great The location was perfect We didn’t rent a car and walked everywhere Great restaurants nearby and a Publix We used the shuttle service and the drivers were all so friendly! Breakfast was late starting a few days but there are staffing shortages everywhere and it is a free breakfast with eggs, bacon or sausage, toast, oatmeal and cereal which was perfect If we are in the area again we would definitely choose to stay here again I will say that although there are sometimes two people at the front desk they are busy on their computers so they don’t always acknowledge you right away, a look up and “I will be right with you” so they can finish up before helping would show they see me but seriously everything else was perfect

Honestly it’s not the best room but it could be better There was a stain on curtain and wall The faucet is confusing because one minute it’s cold the other is burning also it doesn’t have the red and blue thing that says cold and hot

Also we went to book a hotel room and we were there at 12:00 pm and we were not able to get there until 3:30 It was hard to open the door and when we went to the pool there were windows where anyone can see But the pool was fun Also I liked the breakfast buffet they had really good options and the lady was nice The room had a microwave and a decent size fridge

My wife and I had a flight cancellation tonight and had to find a hotel for the night So we booked this hotel through your Southwest Airlines account Front desk lady was very nice told us this was airport shuttle which came and got us

As we entered into our room and turned the light on we noticed roaches on the tv stand I contacted the front desk and made here aware of the matter she said that she could come up and spray which doesn’t make me feel good because who wants to sleep in a room with roaches I immediately contacted another hotel and my wife and I left We got to the Holiday Inn around 9:20-9:30 and to check out around 10:15 because of the roaches in the room which was room 411 The front desk lady said to call back tomorrow and ask for Manager Andre to make him aware of the matter and to get full refund I’m also going to contact Southwest Airlines to make them aware so they can contact the hotel Very disappointed about this matter

We stayed for 5 days at this casino and we really enjoyed it You really don’t even have to leave once you arrive They have several dining options and the food is really good

My favorite was the rise and the council oaks They have an amazing spa (pricey but worth it) I have never experienced a spa any better! A incredibly nice hotel, and especially for how nice it is the prices are even more incredible Like all Home2s the rooms are large and really clean and comfortable I came in really late the staff was very nice, my card had some issues but they were really understanding and kept working with me even at the late time

Very impressed This hotel is in the same price range of the 25 star hotel American put me up in after my flight was canceled and a 3 star hotel (from a competitor’s brand) I stayed in the night before, but the room and the hotel in general were in much better condition

I generally like Homewood Suites and stay at one when I can This is the first one I really hated It may have started off as a nice hotel but those glory days are long gone

The hallways are dirty and haven’t been vacuumed recently, if you stay more than one day they don’t clean your room until you check out People are having to put their trash outside the door but housekeeping isn’t picking it up The same smelly trash piles along the hallways have been there 3 days so far A sign in the rooms say let the front desk know if you need fresh towels but no matter how many times you request them they never come The furniture in the rooms are all damaged including large rips in the couch The surface of everything is sticky I will sleep in my car before I would stay here again The coke machines say a drink is $3 credit cards only but after you swipe your card it says $450 was charged

Other than hearing the planes take off but even so, it’s soothing Breakfast is just some quick items but still a good selection of options All the staff has been very friendly which I know working customer service myself can be a challenge at times Would highly recommend if you’re looking for something that isn’t right on the beach but close enough to both the beach, airport, and dining options! Also appreciate that after 10:30PM you have to buzz in to be let in I appreciate that security after hours

We came from a hotel that was well below our expectations This hotel was a breath of fresh air and made our stay very comfortable We felt at home and had a great experience with all staff

Breakfast is provided every day and is delicious There is a pool outside that is nicely shaded in the morning Additionally, everything is extremely clean They also offer a shuttle service to and from the airport Would highly recommend!

The hotel and the staff were awesome I checked in on 03/11/22 around 130 AM after leaving another hotel in the area that I had awful experience that evening When I arrived at Avid I was not sure if I wanted to lodge for one night or the remainder of my trip

The clerk Shawn was understanding, pleasant, and was very helpful with explaining my options regarding pricing and availability I decided to stay for one night The next morning, I went to the front desk to extend my stay for another 3 days The morning clerk Elizabeth and the manager Ryan again were sympathetic and understanding regarding my experience at the previous hotel The staff greeted me and my family daily They made me feel at ease and encouraged me to enjoy the rest of my trip  The hotel itself was very clean, bright, and inviting The breakfast offered in the morning was continental, but everything was wrapped and secure due to Covid precautions  I was very appreciative of that The room we stayed in was nice and cozy The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and spacious Although there were no closets or dressers in the room, there was space for my family’s belongings to be put away I would definitely stay at this hotel and its brand again

Location is great for needing to fly out the next day I wish the shuttle ran a little bit later, like 1am as our flight was delayed and just past the 12am shuttle time But breakfast was warm and fresh

Rooms and beds were comfortable and for as close as the location is to the major roads, it was pretty quiet We needed a few things which the staff was great to help with (at the front desk Sherika I believe was her name, was super nice and helpful) If we are stopping in Ft Lauderdale we would stay here again

It’s conveniently located close to the airport and cruise port with a free shuttle to and from the airport There is a shuttle to the cruise port but there’s a charge We stayed one night

The hotel is clean, the breakfast was very good and the pool is nice The beds are comfortable and the rooms are well kept The only problem we had was the hot water ran out in the morning That is a first for us at any hotel

Right in the heart of dania beach shopping center Front lobby elevator is extremely slow Pool is a nice size

But the room layout is kinda weird Bathroom double doors open outwards and would hit bed No vent in bathroom or maybe it wasn’t working but I hate having the bathroom directly beside my bed You hear and smell what’s ever going on in there They tried to cram alot of furniture in a small space Breakfast selection was great Basic eggs sausage potatoes cereal French toast

Friendly, helpful staff who don’t mind making your check in and check out process personable It is always great to be able to share a small conversation or laugh I arrived hours before check in and my luggage was securely handled and what I thought would be a long wait turned out to be super short, since they worked to get me into the next available room

The pool area was relaxing and inviting The hotel is conveniently located near lots of eateries and best of all its free parking!

This is one of the best Stays that you can get anywhere The rooms are very quiet which I appreciate very much, and is unlike most other hotels They have rubber door seals all around the doors that does a good job of keeping the hallway noise out of the room

The A/C units are reasonably quiet and not moldy, unlike other hotels in Florida Traffic noise is negligible I also never heard doors slamming or the maids cleaning the other rooms Thank you for the attention to detail This hotel is located next to an outdoor mall that has loads of restaurants and shops all within walking distance Also, there is a Bass pro shops nearby

I have been a Hilton Honors member for many years I am usually very satisfied with my stays and have no complaints to speak of I have a couple of complaints with this hotel

When we arrived, we asked about the free breakfast, as I had a cousin traveling with us so we had 2 rooms I was told that indeed we had 2 free breakfasts per room We only had 3 of us so that worked out well I’ll circle back to this one in a momentThat evening, as the room was Accessible but with a tub, we called down to see if they had a shower seat we could use as it is very difficult for me to step over and into a tub, and also very difficult to stand once in the shower They brought us a bedside commode and said that’s what we were to use It didn’t fit in the tub and I took a shower with my legs hanging outside of the tub That was not a fun experience, to say the leastBack to the free breakfast; when we got to the breakfast area, there were only 2 of us as one was busy loading the car However, we ordered our breakfast and then received a $2801 bill which sort of stunned us as we thought it was free When we inquired about it at the front desk we received a very snippy, snarky reply from Yesenia She wanted to know who told us it was free We didn’t get the person’s name upon checkin and she just seemed to huff about not being able to help us (even though I’m SURE someone could see who was on duty the night before) When looking over my receipts once home, I noticed I had received a $20 compensation/Hilton Honors credit, which I do appreciate I was only charged $801 for the breakfasts I can understand policy changes I’m a retired RN, so I’ve dealt with those many times in my past but someone might want to make sure all employees are informed prior to the change so guests aren’t blind-sided
